Valentina Fradegrada stays super fit, and has the athlete husband that complements her. She shares a lot of revealing photos on Instagram. Fradegrada just shared a new set of vacation photos on her page with her husband, Kevin-Prince Boateng. In them, she posed in a royal blue bathing suit, her figure on display. She captioned the post, "Paradise is very nice."

Fradegrada shares a lot of her favorite exercises on YouTube. She shared this at-home workout on her account. In it, she does a whole-body workout, which includes lower body exercises. Fradegrada is seen doing standing back leg lifts and lunge squats while leaning on her windowsill. She is also seen doing leg extensions while lying on an ottoman and a pillow.

Fradegrada likes to weight train to stay in shape. In her YouTube video, she is seen doing deadlifts with a barbell. Using weights has a lot of benefits. The Mayo Clinic reports that weight training can help manage both weight and conditions, "Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories…Strength training can reduce the signs and symptoms of many chronic conditions, such as arthritis, back pain, obesity, heart disease, depression and diabetes."

Fradegrada makes sure to workout her abs and core. One thing she likes to do is doing sit-ups. In her YouTube video, Fradegrada is seen doing sit-ups. Having a strong core is important. The Mayo Clinic states, "Core exercises train the muscles in your core to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and steadiness, also called stability. Stability is important whether you're on the playing field or doing regular activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles."

Another core exercise Fradegrada likes to do is holding a plank. In her YouTube video, she is seen planking with a half ball for support. Planks have a lot of benefits. HealthCorps.org states, "Bodyweight exercises are great for your core, and since they rely on your own bodyweight, they'll be consistently tailored to your own workout needs – as you gain weight, you'll be working out with more weight, which is similar to increasing the amount you'd bench press, for example."

Fradegrada likes to do cardio exercises to stay in shape. One thing she likes to do is jumping jacks. She shared a video on YouTube of herself working with a trainer. In it, Fradegrada is seen doing jumping jacks. They are a plyometric exercise, which have a lot of benefits. AceFitness.org reports, "Plyometrics are explosive exercises that increase speed, quickness and power."

Zoe Gara is currently on vacation in the Maldives

Despite being only 20, Zoe Gara has done a lot over these past few years. She's appeared with legendary social media stars, Noah Beck and Bryce Hall. She also has a large following on both TikTok and Instagram. Gara is currently on vacation in the Maldives and shared some highlights on Instagram this week. She captioned the post, "Cloud nine."

Gara does a lot of traveling. And she likes to experience new cultures. Gara documents her travels on Instagram. In a couple photos, Gara enjoyed coffee in a Paris hotel, with the Eiffel Tower in view. She captioned the post, "Postcard from Paris. Do good, be good, live good." Learning about other cultures and going to places where you don't speak the language can expand your horizons and open your mind.

On TikTok, there are a lot of popular videos you can make with the same sound and messages. In some, you can share what inspires you and encourage others to have the same attitude. One message that Gara encouraged on her TikTok was to not be overwhelmed by fear. She shared a highlight video, which included the text, "Don't let fear stop you from fulfilling your dreams or making life changes!"

Gara, like many, did at-home workouts during the pandemic. In particular, she did a lot of lower body exercises. At the start of lockdowns in March 2020, Gara shared her go-to at-home leg workouts on TikTok. In it, she is seen doing fire hydrants, clams, scissor kicks, donkey kicks, bridge holds, and raises.

Gara spends a lot of time outside. She does a lot of outdoor workouts to stay in shape. One thing she likes to do is go on walks. Gara posted photos from Melbourne. In some of them, she is seen walking. She also shared photos of herself walking in Bali, captioning them, "Happy place."

Brooke Shields looks amazing at age 57

Brooke Shields has been a pop culture icon since the '70s, when at 12 years old, she starred in Pretty Baby. She then went on to have a successful modeling career, modeling for Calvin Klein in particular. Shields still looks amazing, as you can see from her recent Instagram post. Shields went on a vacation to Turks and Caicos with her family, and shared some highlights. In them, she enjoyed time by the water, and wore a white bathing suit. She captioned the post, "Fun in the sun."

Shields is all about embracing her body, especially as she gets older. She opened up about this to People. "I think once you're looking at something as 'anti' [and] once you're looking at something as negating it, I think we even need to change that," she says. "I think we need to say 'You know what, I don't call these wrinkles [but] I call them laugh lines.' Yes, my body [and] my skin is different at 57 than it was in my 20s, but that's not what I'm coveting. I'm not trying to grow younger, I'm trying to grow better and more confident."

Shields has a busy schedule. However, she always makes time for herself. She tells People that she is all about self-care and relaxation. Shields also says that she has learned that self-care is something that is important, rather than a selfish act. "I'm just more and more aware of what a privilege it is to be able to exercise self-care," she says. "And have it be a form of wellness rather than vanity."

Shields is all about being a role model. Especially for her two daughters. She tells People that she wants to show her daughters, and other young women, that they should support each other. "You're dealing with kids, these teenage girls, who [think] it's all about competition," Shields explains. "There's so much fear and there's jealousy and I don't want that to be what sets the precedent for their life. "I feel the most empowered when I'm around like-minded women and we're talking about what we're excited about in the future. That's what it means to be a woman — we celebrate one another."

Shields opened up about her wellness routine during the pandemic to InStyle. She says that she struggled with her wellness at first, and that she decided to change things. Shields says that she decided to start meditating. "I signed up for a livestreaming meditation led by Deepak Chopra on Facebook. My family made fun of me, saying, 'Oh, Mom is going to get all Zen now.' When it came on, one of the questions Chopra asked was: 'What do you want for yourself, for life, and for the world?' And I thought, 'I just want the absence of fear. Because every time I start spinning out of control, it comes from fear.' So much of what we are experiencing is fear — fear of the unknown — and it's debilitating. The meditation was maybe 45 minutes long, but it felt like 10."

Shields tells InStyle that she makes sure to work out at home. She says that she likes to use household items to help her stay in shape. "I'm thankful that I'm even capable of working out. I have a trainer who says if you're stuck at home, you have to get creative. You can do biceps with cans of tomatoes. I have these elastic bands, and if you spend 10 minutes doing squats or side steps with those, you're sweating!"

The American actress, 25, showed off her jaw-dropping curves while modelling for a photoshoot.

Sydney, who is best known for playing cheerleader Cassie Howard in the hit series, posed for another set of campaign images for her collaboration with the brand Frankies Bikinis.

She could be seen sporting a blue and white floral bikini with beaded tassels.

The halter-neck bikini perfectly complimented Sydney's statement blonde locks and toned figure.

Adding to the look, Sydney accessorised with a diamanté choker and a pearl necklace, paired with large beaded earrings.

The star has previously admitted to Elle magazine that she had always wanted to create a range of her own, as she had grown up around water and was “always running around in a bikini”.

Despite her good looks, Sydney is determined to prove that isn't "all she has".

Explaining she doesn't want to be judged on her looks, she previously highlighted the misconception, stating: “I have big boobs, I’m blonde and that’s all I have”.

Sydney, who has also starred in Sky Atlantic series The White Lotus and Quentin Tarantino film Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, has also talked about what it is like working in a nepotism dominated industry.

The star, who came from humble beginnings in Washington, stated: “I might have had to work longer to get through the same door they were able to walk through. But there’s nothing I can do.”

She isn't afraid to open up about her background either, explaining that her family has a history with drug addiction, so she therefore stays away from drugs and alcohol.

Sydney explained: “I’m terrified that I’m going to have that addiction. There’s something in my family’s blood that just hits a different way when they do stuff.

“I drink maybe once a year, because I have social anxiety. It’s hard to watch someone want to destroy themselves.”

Sydney is currently filming an as-yet-untitled film alongside Top Gun Maverick star Glen Powell, in Australia.

Ciara Miller shows off her incredible body

Ciara Miller is looking ab-fab in her swimsuit! The Summer House star shows off her incredible body in a blue bathing suit via a few of her latest social media posts. In the selfies her long and lean figure is on display.

"I try to incorporate some type of exercise into my weekly routine. This looks very different from week to week," Ciara told Authority Magazine. Two of her go-tos? Cardio and running. "It's really up to me and what I feel like my body needs at the moment."

Overall, movement is my personal secret to helping my body thrive."

Ciara calls pilates and yoga her "saving grace," revealing that she starts her weekday mornings off with one or the other. "One thing I love about yoga is that it allows me time to exhale. Who knew breathing could be so important? Starting my day off with a calm breathing exercise allows me to set an intention for my day, and organize my thoughts appropriately. It's hard to find time in the middle of the day to take a breath, so starting my morning off with exercise and intention is helpful, it's also great for the body. The mind and heart play off of each other, and when I can calm my mind I feel like I'm more productive, and creative," she told Authority.

Another mental health booster for Ciara? Spending time with friends. "My other tactic for the heart is quality time with my close friends. A little laughter goes a long way in my life, and I am the happiest when I'm cracking jokes with my close friends and engaging in meaningful conversation. To have a group of friends that you can discuss anything with is truly priceless. Throwing out your craziest ideas, deepest stories, and your wildest dreams in a safe place is so good for the heart and the mind. I highly encourage friendships, of various backgrounds, the more variation the better," she told Authority.

Ciara recently picked up a new sport: Tennis. "Started without an ounce of technique but now I look like I know what I'm doing thanks to @wilson," she captioned a recent post. According to ACE Fitness the racquet sport blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

"You only get one body in this lifetime, one mind, and one heart. It's vital to take time for yourself, clear and or alleviate your mind from the stress of everyday life. When you take time for yourself and focus on your physical, mental, emotional, environmental, and spiritual health you begin to thrive. Why wouldn't you want to engage in self-care ? Personally, I love taking that time for myself. I feel better about myself, which reflects how I interact with other people and how productive I am in my work. You can't give from an empty cup, they say," Ciara says about why self-care is crucial.

Cheryl is a fan of the workout buddy system. For awhile it was her fiancé, Dean, who she recently split with. One way Cheryl prioritizes self-care? She takes baths, which have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Cheryl loves hiking – and even mountain climbing. "What an incredible experience," she captioned this photo of herself in Switzerland. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

Cheryl loves vacationing in the tropics and jet skiing while she is there. According to Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.

Cheryl starts the day with overnight oats. "I have something like tuna and crackers for lunch, then almonds or fruit for a snack," she told NTL. "At home for dinner, we'll just make some kind of chicken and veggies or salad – we try not to eat carbs in the evening."

Ameesha is all about staying active and regularly moving her body. Regular physical activity can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance. Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently. And when your heart and lung health improve, you have more energy to tackle daily chores," says the Mayo Clinic.

Ameesha claims that drinking "lots of water," keeps her skin glowing. "I drink lots of coconut water," she added to Celeb Fitness. "Coconut water, which is the clear fluid found inside coconuts, differs from coconut milk, which combines coconut water with grated coconut. Coconut water has a slightly sweet, nutty flavor, and is low in sugar and calories. However, it also boasts electrolytes such as potassium, sodium and magnesium, all of which help to replenish lost nutrients. What that means is it's something good to drink after exercise or during a mild illness — although, it may not be any better than water," says Harvard Health.

Ameesha does not encourage crash diets. "We don't believe in unhealthy methods of eating or drinking to get immediate results. It's not about temporary fitness. To me, it's about being fit for life," she told Celeb Fitness. "Your weight is a balancing act, and calories are part of that equation. Weight loss comes down to burning more calories than you take in. You can do that by reducing extra calories from food and beverages, and increasing calories burned through physical activity," says the Mayo Clinic. "While that seems simple, it can be challenging to implement a practical, effective and sustainable weight-loss plan. But you don't have to do it alone. Jordana Brewster just shared some new photos showing off her beautiful figure

Actress Jordana Brewster once starred on the hit soap As The World Turns. She's appeared in the hit Fast and The Furious film series. She starred in the first season of American Crime Story. And she starred in the reboot of Dallas. Brewster just shared some new photos on her Instagram account this week. In one, she posed in a black bathing suit in front of a mirror, showing off her figure.

Brewster has amazing skin. She shared some of her tips to Forbes. Brewster says that she makes sure that she takes care of her skin throughout the day. "My skincare routine is very straightforward," Brewster says. "I cleanse and moisturize twice a day and use a gentle facial exfoliator a couple of times a week. I always keep POND'S Towelettes in my car or purse as I tend to do a lot of mini touch-ups throughout the day."

Brewster is all about self-care and relaxation. She shared some of her favorite things to do to Hello Giggles. "At the end of a long day, I always remove my makeup with Pond's Cold Cream Cleanser. It deep cleans melting away makeup but leaves my skin hydrated. I also love de-stressing from a long week with a really good facial with Shani Darden.

In her Hello Giggles interview, Brewster was asked what her biggest skincare tip is. "Be consistent," she answered. "Wash your face every morning and night, I like to use Pond's' Cold Cream Cleanser. Drink tons of water, 8 to 10 glasses a day. If you're in a pinch to look good in a hurry, a little self-tanner goes a long way!"

In an interview with Health Magazine, Brewster talked about the evolution of how she viewed her body. She says that she previously obsessed over her weight and health, and is working on changing this. "I am a control freak," she says. "So I went through phases where I was obsessed with the number on the scale and I didn't want to deviate. I was never anorexic, but I was definitely too controlled to be healthy."

Brewster is all about doing what she wants. She tells Hello Giggles that she is no longer trying to follow what society thinks she should do. Brewster focuses on what she wants to do and feels right for her. "It's nice to not have to follow the rules anymore. I believe in following my own timeline and this makes me feel really good about the path my life is taking."

Alyssa Snider loves running for cardio

Alyssa Snider, the Big Brother 24 star, is sharing car selfies with her many fans. Snider posted a snap of herself posing in her car, wearing a blue bathing suit and white bandana. "Another day, another photo," reads the text on her picture.

Snider loves running for cardio. "The benefits are overwhelmingly positive in the vast majority of people who run," says Raul Mitrani, MD, a cardiologist with the University of Miami Health System. "It lowers blood pressure, lowers heart rate, improves metabolism, delays diabetes, promotes weight loss, and prolongs life. If you could take all the benefits of running and put them in a pill, it'd be a bestseller."

Weight training is an important part of Snider's workouts, which is important for maintaining muscle mass while losing fat. "Decreased body fat decreases the overall risk of cardiovascular diseases, cancers, obesity-related health risk, and much more," says strength and conditioning coach Jonathan Mike. "Having a higher ratio of lean body mass versus body fat will always serve the individual to more positive health changes every time."

Snider uses resistance bands for workouts, sometimes while using weights at the same time. "Studies show that there are no benefit changes between machines, free weights, and resistance bands," says Hayden Steele, NSCA-CPT, CSCS. "Optimally, they would all be used together [in a training regimen], but when you look at strength benefits, you can't say that dumbbells are more effective than resistance bands. They just offer the same benefits for less money."

Snider loves acai bowls for a healthy snack. "Thanks to its high levels of antioxidants and phytochemicals, acai berries are believed to offer many benefits," says dietician Jennifer Shim. "These include heart health, by improving cholesterol levels, and cognitive function, by fighting inflammation and oxidation in brain cells."

Snider enjoys F45 training sessions. "Wherever you are in your fitness journey, F45 has the answer," says Haydn Elliott, who co-owns F45 Oxford Circus with business partner Tristan Smith. "It's an unintimidating, enjoyable, and results-proven environment that takes all the thinking out of your training. I've never seen a concept that has people raring to go at 5:30am or 6pm straight after work. It's addictive, but more importantly, it's genuinely life-changing."

Sandra Itzel looking good as usual

Mexican actress Sandra Itzel is used to being the center of attention—and she's clearly comfortable in front of the camera. Itzel shared a picture of herself posing in a neon pink bathing suit, with her hair in braids. "I think of you every night," she captioned the post.

Itzel never skips her cardio, which is the ultimate de-stresser, experts say. "Not only that, but it combats depression, improves your self-esteem and releases tension-fighting hormones like serotonin, dopamine and norepinephrine," says clinical exercise physiologist Erik Van Iterson, PhD, MS. "Try getting in a 30-minute workout five or more days a week that raises your heart rate for the duration of the activity. Or try three, 10-minute workouts, five or more days a week."

Itzel is an amazing dancer. "The everyday life of cell phones, laptops, and screens can result in a shrinking back and in, rather than an expanding up and out," says choreographer and artistic director Kristin Sudeikis. "The dance floor offers an invitation to unapologetically practice taking up space while also acknowledging the people around you—which is something we could use more of in the world, don't you think?"

Itzel loves using the sauna, which can offer many health benefits (but make sure you consult a doctor first). "Evidence over the past few decades shows that sauna bathing has an immediate positive effect on blood pressure," says UCLA Health. "But for a bigger benefit, combine your sauna bathing with exercise. Recent research finds that using the sauna for 15 minutes after a workout, three times a week, results in a more significant improvement in blood pressure than exercise alone."

Itzel enjoys long baths. "Taking baths has great physical and mental health benefits," says family medicine provider Amy Zack, MD. "Baths help many people sleep well. They also create a good environment for meditation, thought and escape from everyday stressors."

Itzel loves fresh coffee, which can be very good for you. "Coffee may help some people maintain alertness and energy levels thanks to its caffeine content," says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. "When coffee is consumed, it is absorbed into the bloodstream and travels to the brain where it 'fires up' certain neurons which may improve memory, mood, energy and cognitive function, if consumed in moderation. Other reports suggest drinking coffee before exercise may reduce rates of exertion and potentially improve athletic performance."

Smith shares a lot of her favorite workouts. One thing she likes to do is high-intensity interval training, or HIIT. Smith appeared in this workout YouTube video for The HIIT Company. "There are four rounds with a brutal finisher," she describes at the beginning of the video. Ace Fitness states that HIIT has a lot of benefits. "Anaerobic interval training uses the body's reserves of energy and, after a workout, metabolism stays elevated and continues to burn calories for hours after the workout. This is due to something called the excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC) effect. With HIIT, you not only burn a lot of calories during the workout, but because of the high intensity you will continue to burn calories as your body replaces energy and repairs muscle proteins damaged during exercise."

Smith uses a lot of equipment when she works out. One thing she likes to use are boxes and platforms. In her HIIT video, Smith is seen doing all her exercises with a platform on each side. She is seen doing traditional workouts like box jumps, squat jumps, and lateral twists. She also uses them for burpees and sprints.

Holly is very open about her mental health struggles, including the fact she was sexually assaulted twice. I was diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety and depression. Since then, I have been in therapy up to three times a week. I now have these diagnoses that I carry around with me," she said on her podcast. She even spent three months at a mental health facility seeking treatment.

Holly exercises to look and feel good. "What it does is allow you to process things. Whether it is cycling and chatting together, or running and having a cry on your own, you have to have that release," she said on her podcast about the importance of working out for mental health..

Another fun way Holly stays fit? Downhill skiing. Not only is the sport great for muscle toning, but per the Mayo Clinic, the average person can burn 314 calories per hour on the slopes. "Skiing gets you outdoors in the winter when we often end up on the couch and are passive," says physical therapist Scott Tremmel to the Cleveland Clinic. "We're just not as active when the cold weather sets in, but skiing keeps you moving to continue to build up your endurance."

Ina Raymundo shows off her incredible figure

Ina Raymundo is hitting the runway – in her swimsuit. The Filipino actress and mother of five shows off her incredible figure while modeling a black bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts. "This one's for us, GEN X," she captioned the Instagram Reel.

In one of her Instagram posts Ina revealed that she works out a whopping five times per week. "My goal for next year is to bring the same discipline. I just want to be more fit & healthy," she added. How often should you be working out? Ina is very motivated to stay in shape by her husband. "I was able to marry someone who's super fit. My Canadian husband, he's my 'fitspiration' and you as well.

I started working out when I had my first child because I gained so much weight. It was then that I thought I had to have a change in lifestyle," she told Inquirer.

Ina revealed in her Instagram post that she eats "clean" most of the time. "I just eat healthy food, like vegetables, fish and chicken. It's achievable. Anyone can eat simple food like those," she added to Inquirer.

Ina loves taking dance classes, including Zumba. She also brings her friends a long to make fitness fun. "Start your 2023 right..move, move, move! Thanks @jesrylblack for taking us, mamas, out of our comfort zone. #inaszumba," she captioned a clip of her workout. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Ina is all about discipline. "You need to talk to yourself, you need to commit. You need to have discipline," she told Inquirer. "Most people have been there — wanting to make healthier choices or start an exercise program, maybe needing to lose a little weight," says the Mayo Clinic. "You start out with good intentions, finding the willpower to exercise more and eat less. But after a while, old habits return and a goal is missed. Maybe you even put on more weight. Sound familiar? You're not the only one. If you want to be more active, park farther from the door. If you want to eat healthier, replace the candy bowl at work with a fruit bowl."

Scarlet Stallone looking good

Scarlet Stallone has become a breakout star, despite only being 20 years old. She isn't just the daughter of Sylvester Stallone. She isn't just the younger sister of Sistine and Sophia Stallone. But she's also starring in the Paramount Plus series, Tulsa King. Stallone shared a set of photos on Instagram this week. She captioned the post, "Rushing."

Stallone has a famous family. And she likes to workout with them. In 2020, not long after her 18th birthday, she was spotted working out with her dad and two older sisters. They were seen working out with weighted bags. Working out with others can help you stay motivated, and having loved ones there just adds extra motivation. Family members can also help remind you to workout, and it makes it harder to cancel on them.

Stallone and her sister, Sophia, work with trainer, Kevin Mejia, to keep themselves in shape. Mejia shared what it is like working with the duo in a 2020 interview with HollywoodLife. He says that the Stallones have a good work ethic. "Our sessions are filled with jokes and a good time, coupled with the great intensity, and they bring it every time we workout," he says. "They conquer some of the toughest exercises in the gym with ease…I always remind my clients, as long as you bring intensity you'll conquer your goal in the gym and that guides my work with them."

Mejia shared some of the exercises he likes to do with Stallone and her sister in a session. He says that to warm them up, he will have them do workouts that activate their muscles. "For a standard workout, we'll start out with some type of activation exercises," he says. "Such as bridges or monster walks, because a great workout always starts with a great warm up."

Mejia tells HollywoodLife that he likes to do one-sided exercises with Stallone. "After activation work, we'll go into single sided work like, ankle weighted rainbow kicks," Mejia said, explaining, "This allows for a mind muscle connection, which a lot of people lack in the gym — but it later helps people contract or squeeze the right muscles."

Mejia likes to do muscle-building exercises with Stallone. He shared some of his favorites to HollywoodLife. "It's a set or two of wide stance squats and chest presses into flies," he explained, calling it "straight core work." Mejia also explains why he likes these workouts. "Exercises like hanging knee raises are one of my favorite exercises to give them — and to most of my clients, because it lengthens the body and targets the lower abs along with improving grip strength."

Faye Winter first made waves in 2021, when she appeared on that year's series of Love Island. She is also an interior designer and real estate agent. Winter shared some of her favorite meals to Closer Online. She says that for dinner, she likes to get enough protein in. "For dinner, I can make a lovely salmon with honey, sweet chilli sauce, crushed cashew nuts on top, with a mango salsa on the side along with sweet potato topped with paprika. We're suckers for a takeaway, and we like to have a pad Thai with satay sauce."

Winter's figure has left many wondering what she does to stay in shape. However, her answer is pretty simple. "It's just doing what I normally do, she tells The Sun. "I haven't stepped foot in a gym since I left Love Island or eaten any differently. It's more the fact I'm on the go again."

Winter shared her nighttime routine in an interview with These Three Rooms. She says that she likes to drink tea each night. "I like to be asleep by half past ten. And my night time routine is always a green tea. Before bed, I take Bonnie out to the garden with my green tea. I love to be out in the cold, but with my warm tea. It's something that I'm obsessed with."
