Namrata Malla works hard to maintain her toned physique

Bollywood star Namrata Malla works hard to maintain her toned physique, regularly sharing videos of her dance workouts with fans. Malla posted a video of herself wearing a pink bikini top and white shorts on a boat in Dubai, captioning the post "It's showtime!" Another video shows her frolicking in the ocean in a red bathing suit.

Malla is part of a dance troupe and enjoys many dance-based workouts. "As dance raises your heart rate and works your body, it also releases certain chemicals in the brain," says psychotherapist and professional dancer Raven Gibbs. "It reduces cortisol, the natural stress hormone or what is more commonly known as the fight or flight hormone. Cortisol, in excess, can lead to high blood pressure, anxiety, depression, and other health problems."

Malla loves the health benefits of regular yoga sessions. "The purpose of yoga is to build strength, awareness and harmony in both the mind and body," explains Natalie Nevins, DO, a board-certified osteopathic family physician and certified Kundalini Yoga instructor in Hollywood, California. "As an osteopathic physician, I focus a lot of my efforts on preventive medicine and practices, and in the body's ability to heal itself. Yoga is a great tool for staying healthy because it's based on similar principles."

Malla is very focused on ab workouts. "Want more-defined stomach muscles? Core exercises are important," says the Mayo Clinic. "While it takes aerobic activity to burn fat in your stomach, core exercises can strengthen and tone the underlying muscles."

The core muscles, which include the muscles of the abdomen, lower back, and pelvis, play a vital role in maintaining proper posture, balance, and stability. Here are a few exercises that can help to strengthen your core muscles:

Planks: Planks are a simple but effective exercise that can help to strengthen your entire core. To perform a plank, start by getting into a push-up position with your hands directly under your shoulders. Hold this position for 30 seconds to one minute, keeping your body straight and your core muscles engaged.

Sit-ups: Sit-ups are a classic exercise that targets the muscles of the abdominal region. To perform a sit-up, lie on your back with your knees bent and your hands behind your head. Lift your upper body off the ground and touch your knees with your elbows, then slowly lower yourself back down.

Russian twists: Russian twists are a great exercise for the oblique muscles, which are the muscles on the sides of your abdomen. To perform a Russian twist, sit on the ground with your knees bent and your feet flat on the ground. Lean back slightly and lift your feet off the ground, then twist your upper body from side to side, touching the ground with your hands on each side.

Malla enjoys swimming as a very fun way to get some cardio in. "Many people say that by simply being in the water they feel more relaxed and less stressed," says swimming instructor Emily Morrissey. "Regular exercise helps reduce anxiety and depression, as it releases "feel good" hormones and keeps our brains working in a healthy way.'

Malla has the toned physique and flexibility of a gymnast. "Everyone's genetics for flexibility are a bit different," says the Mayo Clinic. "Rather than striving for the flexibility of a dancer or gymnast, focus on having equal flexibility side to side (especially if you have a history of a previous injury). Flexibility that is not equal on both sides may be a risk factor for injury."

Cardi B loves her curves

Cardi B loves her curves and is all about ensuring she doesn't lose them again. She's not a fan of looking rail thin, but admitted to her followers in an Instagram Live video following the birth of her daughter Kulture in 2018, that she got too skinny without trying. "I've been very depressed because I cannot stop losing weight," she told fans. "I don't like looking too skinny." The WAP singer revealed she had "no appetite" and said, "After I gave birth, I was so thirsty to lose all the baby weight and now it's so hard for me to gain weight and I hate it," she admitted in the IG live. "I used to look too skinny as a teenager and I used to hate it and I hate it now. It's been really depressing me, making me sad, my weight," she explained. She has her curves back and looks amazing.

According to The List, Cardi B eats plenty of protein in the morning like scrambled eggs, bacon, salami, prosciutto, and smoked salmon. Dr. Steve Hruby, a Doctor of Chiropractic and founder at Kaizen Progressive Health says, "Eating lean proteins helps you stay in shape and healthy by keeping your muscles strong and preventing them from breaking down. It also helps you lose fat and maintain a healthy weight. When you eat proteins, your body breaks them down into amino acids, which are the building blocks of muscle. Eating lean proteins helps you maintain your muscle mass and prevent muscle loss."

During her pregnancy, Cardi B wanted to stay healthy and opted for a vegan diet, according to Live Kindly. Reda Elmardi, a Registered Dietician, Certified Nutritionist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Trainer and owner of thegymgoat.com says, "1. Plants are not animals. Plants do not have any digestive system. They absorb their food through their roots and leaves. Their bodies are composed of water, carbon dioxide, oxygen, minerals, vitamins, carbohydrates, fats, protein, and fiber.. These substances are then used to produce energy that they use to perform various functions. In other words, plants are not like animals. They cannot eat or digest anything. They only take in what they need from the air and water around them. 2. Plants are natural diuretics. When we consume foods rich in carbohydrates, our body produces glucose (a type of sugar) and insulin. Insulin helps us store fat. When we eat too many carbohydrates, our blood sugar level rises. As a result, our body releases excess amounts of insulin into the bloodstream.

This causes our kidneys to excrete sodium, water, and potassium out of the body. This results in dehydration and loss of appetite. 3. Plants are natural detoxifiers. The human body has its own built-in mechanism to remove toxins from the body. However, this mechanism can become overwhelming if we ingest large quantities of toxic chemicals. Cardi B eats healthy, but doesn't limit herself. She'll enjoy potatoes for breakfast and chips for a snack, The List reports. Dr. Hruby says, "Having a balanced diet and eating things in moderation is key to staying in shape and maintaining a healthy weight. When it comes to staying in shape, you need to focus on both diet and exercise. While you don't need to completely deprive yourself of unhealthy foods, it's important to eat them in moderation. Moderation is key to maintaining a healthy weight and preventing obesity. You don't need to cut out all unhealthy foods, but you should limit your intake of them."

In an Instagram story, Cardi B showed fans what she snacks on before a show to keep her energy up and it's a ton of fruits and veggies, which include Clementines, bananas, apples, pomegranate seeds, pineapple, cantaloupe, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and carrots and celery with dressing. Elmardi explains, " Vegetables are a great way to get your daily dose of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fiber, and other nutrients that can keep you feeling full and satisfied while helping you maintain a healthy weight. Eating fruits and vegetables helps you feel fuller longer, making it easier to eat fewer calories throughout the day."

Cardi B loves seafood so much her husband surprised her with a seafood spread that spelled out their daughter's name for her first Mother's day. Delish reports. Aaron Guyett, CSCS Director of Education with Living Fit says, "Fish are high in omega fatty acids and protein. Both of which support your skin, brain function, and fat loss journey. It will help to curb sugar cravings and give you enough satisfaction to keep you from overeating."

Margot Robbie has had some amazing roles in her career. She played the iconic character of Harley Quinn in Suicide Squad and the sequel film, Birds of Prey. She also played Tonya Harding in the biopic I, Tonya. And she's starring in the upcoming Damian Chazelle film, Babylon. But Robbie also teased a new unique role this week: The role of Barbie. The Barbie film's teaser dropped on YouTube this week, and saw Robbie transformed into the iconic fashion doll. In it, Robbie posed in the doll's iconic strapless black and white striped swimsuit.

Robbie revealed her favorite workouts to WHO. She says that she focuses on doing workouts that she enjoys doing, especially when she isn't working. "When I'm not preparing for a role, I prefer to do workouts I really like," she says. Robbie lists some of her favorite exercises as, "Dance classes or playing tennis with friends."

One thing Robbie likes to do to stay in shape is doing Pilates. "I really got into Pilates when I moved to LA [in 2013]," she says to WHO. "And I always feel a lot better after a good stretch." The Houston Methodist reports that Pilates has a lot of benefits. "The goal is to be in total control of your body as you move. That requires beginning from your central core muscles and using the stability these muscles provide to smoothly control your arms, legs and other extremities. This is no easy feat, which is what makes Pilates a great way to build strength and stamina."

Robbie has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She tells Vogue that skincare is something that she prioritizes. "I don't do too many steps because I genuinely don't have that much time, but I'm anal-retentive about having really clean skin. Especially with my job, where they just layer make-up on and on and on."

Robbie revealed some of her favorite skincare products to Vogue. She says that she always remembers to take makeup off, and she has a favorite makeup wipe to do it. "When I'm traveling on a plane, I'll take my makeup off with a wipe and then I'll use Peter Thomas Roth Complexion Correction Pads. I honestly stumbled across them, and now I can't live without them. Your skin is better after. They're really strong."

Robbie tells Vogue that she likes to use face masks to keep her skin healthy. "One brand I'm obsessed with right now is this brand Skin111, which my make-up artist Patti Dubroff got me hooked on. They have these sheet masks, they're made out of a jelly sort of stuff and the serum they're soaked in is so good. So when we're getting ready for an event she'll put one of those on while she's doing my hair."

Agata Rubik flaunts her incredible figure

Agata Rubik is doing her best Mrs. Claus in her swimsuit! The Polish influencer flaunts her incredible figure in a red swimsuit and Santa hat via one of her latest social media posts. "Santa on the Beach," the beauty captioned her Instagram Stories photo.

Agata keeps herself accountable when it comes to diet and fitness – especially if she is trying to lose weight. One way she does this is by weighing herself and sharing videos of it on her social media, revealing to her followers everything she did that week to achieve her health and fitness goals.

Agata focuses on strength training. In one post she revealed that she had done three strength training workouts that week plus one cardio workout. Working out regularly is a key component of health. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans

Agata maintains a very active lifestyle when she isn't at the gym. She enjoys swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking. "Before the washing-up era, I was a master at posing ?" she captioned this photo of herself in the ocean. She and her family also love to dance. She posts regular videos of their choreographed routines on her Instagram account.

Agata also enjoys regular pilates workouts. "Pilates, besides being a lot better for you, is also very photogenic! ? Have a nice #pilates," she captioned this post. Pilates exercises are designed to increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility, and to improve posture and balance, according to research. Experts maintain that it is a great workout for leaning out.

While Agata refuses to go on crash diets or juice cleanses she has a healthy approach to eating. She has revealed on social media that she limits carbohydrates, eats a lot of produce, and drinks celery juice or pickled vegetable juice in the morning. However, on the weekend she indulges in wine and dessert.

And Ashley Roberts made no exception as she hit the beach in South Africa on Wednesday, showing off her incredible physique in a tiny bikini on Instagram.

The Pussycat Doll, 40, looked sensational during the sun-soaked impromptu photoshoot where she posed on some rocks in Clifton, Cape Town.

She wore her blonde hair in tousled waves with her full fringe falling in front of her eyes.

The singer was beaming during her winter getaway, as she captioned the snaps: 'Santa betta sail.'

It comes following the news that Ashley will be spared from facing her alleged stalker, who repeatedly showed up to her home and workplace claiming to be her girlfriend, at his trial after a court heard of her concerns about being in the same room as him.

Lewis Langley is accused of repeatedly claiming the former Strictly Come Dancing star was his partner and loitering outside the radio station in London where she works.

The 47-year-old also 'regularly' turned up outside a flat believed to be her home address and asked staff working in the building for his belongings back, prosecutors say.

At a pre-trial hearing on Friday for which Langley was not required to be present, Croydon Magistrates' Court heard an application for the singer to give evidence about the alleged ordeal remotely from her workplace.

Prosecutor Alex Alawode said: '(Ms Roberts) has expressed concern about having to come to court and be in the same room as the defendant.

'It is said the defendant believed he was in a relationship with Ms Roberts, so much so he would regularly attend accommodation believing she lived there... and waiting around the Heart radio studios in Leicester Square.'

Sam Gilmour, defending, contested the application, arguing that the radio show host should not be given 'special treatment' because of her status as a celebrity.

Ms Gilmour said it is a 'stalwart of the justice system' that defendants face their accusers at trial and questioned 'why (Ms Roberts) should be given treatment that is special as opposed to victims of domestic violence that have to turn up to court'.

She added: 'She was a Pussycat Doll back in the day - why she should be given preferential treatment on that basis I know not.'

But District Judge Polly Gledhill granted the application on the basis that it is likely to improve the quality of Ms Roberts' evidence.

Tracee Ellis Ross Rocks Bikini in Makeup-Free Vacation Photos from Jamaica

Tracee Ellis Ross is living it up on vacation.

The Black-ish star took to Instagram on Monday to show off a collection of photos from a trip to Jamaica. In all the photos, Ross is posing in a floral string bikini. Alongside the waterside photos, she captioned her Instagram simply with the Jamaican flag.

The 50-year-old actress and producer also showed off her natural hair, wet from a recent swim. She kept her overall look simple and fresh to enjoy her time in the tropical location — no makeup, no glam, just natural beauty.

Ross' famous friends left plenty of comments on her Instagram, praising her look and sharing their jealousy over her beautiful trip. Gabrielle Union wrote, "Gorgeous," while Kate Hudson added, "Oh how I miss that spot!!! Enjoy. The best place ❤️." Natasha Lyonne added a cheeky, "Splish splash!!"

The Hair Tales executive producer celebrates natural beauty through the context of Black hair in the Hulu series, also executive produced by Oprah Winfrey.

"For me, the intention was for it to be intimate and for it to feel like a sacred space where we could contextualize our humanity and our legacy and so much of what we experience that never gets space to be held together," Ross told PEOPLE in October. "It's a love letter to black women. A show that centered us in our own narrative that was about us, but for everyone. As the founder and CEO of haircare line Pattern Beauty, Ross has long been vocal about her love of her hair. Although she admits she struggled gaining a relationship with her hair as a teenager, she told PEOPLE that "society tells me, as a Black woman, that my identity is wrapped up in my hair."

And while she now has immense "pride" in her curls, Ross candidly shared that she knows she's "more than my hair."

Claudia Ciardone in Bathing Suit is on "Fire"

Claudia Ciardone is a successful actress, model, and fitness superstar. She posts a lot of stunning photos on her Instagram page. In a recent photo, Ciardone is seen sunbathing in Potrerillos. She wore a bathing suit and cowboy hat, showing off her figure.

Ciardone makes sure to workout on a regular basis. She even has three different Instagram story highlights dedicated to different workouts. One of her highlights is a set of ab and core workouts. In it, she is seen doing exercises like, elbow to knee crunches, bicycle crunches, single leg drops, and using an ab roller. Having a strong core and abs are very important. The Mayo Clinic reports, "Core exercises train the muscles in your core to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and steadiness, also called stability. Stability is important whether you're on the playing field or doing regular activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles."

Ciardone doesn't skip leg day. One of her Instagram story workout highlights is full of lower-body exercises. In it, she is seen doing things like squats, squat jumps, lunges, and leg lifts. Having strong legs is important. The Marshfield Clinic reports that lower body workouts can lead to, "Better athletic performance. Fewer injuries from daily activities or exercise. Less joint pain. Better balance and reduced risk of falls. Weight loss."

Another type of workout Ciardone likes to do is cardio. Her third Instagram story fitness highlight is dedicated to cardio exercises. In it, she is seen jumping rope for ten minutes and circuit training. The American Heart Association recommends doing cardio and aerobic workouts on a regular basis. "Get at least 150 minutes per week of moderate-intensity aerobic activity or 75 minutes per week of vigorous aerobic activity, or a combination of both, preferably spread throughout the week."

Ciardone likes to use different pieces of workout gear when she's exercising. Sometimes when she's doing lower body and leg workouts, she uses a resistance band. In her leg workout Instagram story highlight, Ciardone is seen doing lateral squat walks and squats with the band by her knees. Using a resistance band while working out can make your muscles work harder.

Ciardone likes to weight train as a way of staying in shape. She uses weights when she is doing certain exercises. In her leg Instagram story highlight, she is seen doing deadlifts with hand weights. In her ab highlight, she is seen doing crunches with an arm extension with hand weights. The Mayo Clinic reports that using weights can be very helpful. "By stressing your bones, strength training can increase bone density and reduce the risk of osteoporosis."

The Australian, 32, was modelling a yellow bikini for fashion brand Ark Swimwear.

Natalie – who also posted a picture on Instagram – was recently reunited with husband Harley Bonner, 31.

The former Home and Away star had been spending time in Thailand studying meditation.

He is the son of Carla Bonner, 49, Steph Scully in Neighbours since 1999.

Harley played Josh Willis on Ramsey Street for four years.

Harley then joined Home and Away as Logan Bennett.

The pair wed fellow in March.

The couple had been dating for five years.

Tiffiny Hall Says "Every Body is" a Beach Body

Tiffiny Hall is sharing a message of self-love – in her swimsuit! The fitness founder and entrepreneur shows off her incredible figure in an orange bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts, sharing some encouraging words with her followers. "I've said it before and I'll say it again… every body is a bikini body," she captioned her Instagram pep talk.

Tiffiny stresses the importance of meal prepping. "My day on a plate – if I do say myself – is straight-up delicious. I make sure I have enough nourishing meals packed with wholefoods in my fridge by doing a batch cook-up every Sunday to leave guesswork out of the equation and healthy taste front and center," she told Body & Soul. "I really can't stress just how much prepping for your week and portioning out meals helps when you still have 50,000 things on your to-do list at dinner time."

Tiffiny fuels up every morning with a fruit and veggie filled drink. "I love to start the day with a smoothie – regardless of the season. This is because smooth foods are simple to digest after a night of fasting," she told New Idea. "Easy on the tum and great on the taste buds! Enter my Almond Hit Smoothie. Missy Keating shared a bikini photo

issy Keating, the actress, singer and Ronan Keating's daughter, just shared a bathing suit photo of her loving lives. Keating has had a lot of criticism on social media. However, she tells Gossie that she doesn't let it bother her. I enjoy everything I do and I'm so thankful for the work and opportunities I get."

Keating was a contestant on Dancing with the Stars. She opened up about her experience on the show to Gossie. "It was amazing, I had the best time! It was one of the most exciting, enjoyable things I've ever done. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity. I love dancing, I've loved it since I was a kid, and I got to learn styles that I never even knew existed. It was so cool, interesting and fun. I also loved the glitz and the glam!"

Keating tells VIP Magazine that she works hard, and that this helped her on Dancing with the Stars. "I'm a very competitive person, just with myself. I get really annoyed in rehearsals if I can't get it right. And I will just work and work and work until I can get it perfect. I want to listen and take it in and do that and be the best version of myself I can be. It's going to be fun and I know it'll be a great way to start the year."

Mabuse tells Express that she likes to take supplements and vitamins. She revealed some of her favorites. "I do take vitamins and minerals like magnesium and iron, parsley and omega 3, just stuff to keep my muscle memory strong, to keep going and to feed my brain."

McVeigh tells The Grace Tales that she loves every job she does. She says that she will only take jobs that make her happy. "I think it's very important to love what you do, as you take your energy home with you at the end of day. Now that I'm a mother I know what kind of work will stress me out or make me happy. My agency are absolutely incredible, they totally get it and never push jobs. I'm not into."

McVeigh has had an amazing life, and she is thankful for it. When asked what advice she would give others by The Grace Tales, McVeigh says that it would be grateful. "I have done everything I wanted to do and have traveled the world," she says. "So my only advice would be enjoy everyday and be grateful for everything."

Danna Paola in Bathing Suit Has a "Little Escape From Reality"

Mexican singer Danna Paola is enjoying some rest and relaxation, taking a break from her nonstop schedule of acting, singing, and performing. The 27-year-old superstar posted a photo of herself wearing a sparkly black bathing suit, captioning the post "Little escape from reality."

For Paola, staying active is key to her health and happiness. "On a physical level I always say that exercise is pivotal," she says. "It doesn't have to be a workout, because the truth is that for me, the most important thing comes from the inside out, but I also think that the body is a temple and you have to take great care of it, you have to give it love and care."

Paola uses meditation to deal with anxiety. "I have been very well informed and I am grateful to life for everything that it teaches me," she says. I always seek to have therapy, meditate, exercise, eat healthy, so that I can also be good with my body and brain. Paola previously said her big goal for 2021 onwards was taking care of her emotional wellbeing. "Focusing on my mental and emotional health," she says. "I feel very happy at this point in my life, but I'm trying to find a balance between my career and my personal life. Professionally, I have another project in mind that's a music concept I've been working on for the past three months. I know I'm launching my new album, but I already want to work on my next album and discover new artists to work with."

Part of Paola's goal to prioritize her mental health is taking full ownership of her career, after years of feeling controlled. "I always had people telling me what to do, how to act, what to say, what to sing and I wasn't completely the owner of my life as an artist until now that I've taken the reins of my career," she says. "The perfect team arrived. The people around me believe in me. The past four years have been the most controversial and cathartic where I've learned about myself more than before. I learned to believe in myself as a person, as a singer, as an actress, and that I can do more than I believed."

Paola makes a point of hiring as many women as possible on her team. "As a woman in this industry, I need to work with women because we need to support each other—no one else is going to do that," she says. "All of my dancers are women. I'm not here to compete with other women because we already have enough machismo to deal with."

Tracy Anderson is getting everyone's attention in her bathing suit. The fitness guru flaunts her incredible figure in one of her latest social media posts, modeling a swimsuit. "Just chillin' over here on a Sunday thinking about anger ??. Tracy doesn't believe in crash diets. When it comes to her meals, she doesn't believe in specific portion sizes. Instead, she eats until she feels nourished.

Tracy avoids processed food. "One thing I believe about balance is we have to harvest our nutrition from the earth and know there is no such thing as prepackaged nutrition. The truth is your workout takes a little time and your food prep takes a little time, but the return on your investment is a lot more quality time," she added in her blog.

Tracy starts the day with a popular ayurvedic drink. "I start my morning with lemon water mixed with a teaspoon of olive oil and a pinch of sea salt," she revealed in the blog.

Tracy starts the day with a coffee, which she drinks black "with a thin layer of oat milk foam" on top. "For breakfast, I opt for an apple blueberry purée. It has a wholesome sweetness to it, which gives me energy throughout the start of the day," she said. For lunch she eats a hot broccoli and cauliflower salad, and a parsnip, carrot, peas, and herb purée for lunch. "It leaves me satisfied, but never sluggish," she added. If she snacks she will eat half of a dark chocolate bar or a dairy-free, allergen-free Enjoy Life chocolate bar, or an additional portion of the fruit purées. "If I feel my mind is spinning—and I have nowhere to drive—I will opt for one crisp glass of wine," she said. "For dinner, I would pair a fennel and pea soup with an herb-roasted black cod. The soup is super flavorful and light, and the cod is protein-packed and surprisingly hearty."

Tracy encourages daily workouts. "If you don't work out one day, you're going to stay the same or gain weight. It's fine if you want to give yourself a day to rest, but know that as long as you're not exercising in a way that's invasive to your body, you can exercise seven days a week," she told People. "It cracks me up when people say, 'How long do I have to commit to this exercise program?' or 'How long until I can just do this two to three days a week?' That's not reality. We need to get used to taking care of our bodies. To put it in perspective: We spend five minutes a day brushing our teeth, and teeth are tiny in comparison to the rest of our bodies. So if teeth take up five minutes of your day, the rest of your body can take up 30 to 60 minutes."

Elle Macpherson left little to the imagination as the supermodel flaunts a string bikini with a gray cropped sweater on top.

In her barely there look, the 58-year-old showed off her tan skin and posed against a wall, while wearing black sunglasses with her blonde locks down.

Macpherson posted the video on Instagram, Tuesday, and shared her daily routine.

Michelle Hunziker just shared a new photo to her Instagram story. In it, Hunziker posed in front of her bathroom mirror. She wore a red bikini, showing off her figure.

Hunziker is a martial artist. She talked about her journey with the sport in this Instagram post. She wrote, "Get back in the game, without delay… going against struggle, study, pain and dedication… To then experience emotions of this magnitude… It's really worth it. Today I earned two and a half more belts than the one I went to take my exam for and got seriously emotional when the legendary @shihanwakiuchi tightened my 6 hour straight internship and life exam."

Hunziker spends a lot of time outside. She shares a lot of outdoor photos on Instagram. One thing she does to stay in shape is go hiking. Hunziker posted a photo of herself after a walk to a lake in Switzerland. She captioned it, "A kiss from Switzerland to the Dolomites!!! I love you both."

Another outdoor activity Hunziker likes to do is go swimming. She posts a lot of photos and videos on Instagram of herself in the water. She shared this set of photos of herself and a friend in the ocean. Hunziker also posted photos of herself in the water, captioning them, "Allow me to catch a cold…. The 'CREST' of the wave."

Hunziker likes to dance. She shared a video on Instagram of herself dancing in her living room. She captioned it, "So to start the day with some silliness… (Watch it to the end)." Prudential reports, "The movements associated with dance can increase flexibility and reduce stiffness. Don't over-exert yourself though – even the simple stretches associated with dancing can help ease joint pain and any soreness from other more strenuous exercises."

In a Instagram photo, Hunziker revealed that she is motivated to stay healthy. "I want to be one of those old ladies one day that we see the viral videos dancing in the middle of the street, the ones that are still clinging to life, the ones you see with your eyes open because they live in the present and not in the past. Every single day non stop… stay curious, study, learn new things and take space to charge your batteries and your heart… Let's never limit ourselves. Life is full of trials for everyone… but we only set the limits! Let's go full force guys!!!"
