Jennifer Lopez is celebrating her 54th birthday

Jennifer Lopez is celebrating her birthday in her bathing suit. In one of her latest social media posts the superstar kicks off her 54th trip around the sun. "Birthday mood…all month!! Always a good day when Lola comes to play… #OnTheJLo: Birthday Edition coming soon," she captioned the Instagram post.

On the April 21 episode of "The Drew Barrymore Show," Ben Affleck gushed over his wife. "She's the most gorgeous woman in the world and she looks spectacular." He also revealed that she doesn't diet. "Let me tell you something that's going to upset you," he said. "Jennifer just eats whatever she wants and whatever she wants; cookies, ice cream, everything."

Affleck added that exercise contributes to her phenomenal figure. "She works out. I mean, I work out too, but I don't magically appear to be 20 years old you know what I mean? With perfect skin and the whole thing," he joked. "There's no taking away the work ethic. The work ethic is real, the discipline is very real, but also the superhuman thing is real. She's the most gorgeous woman in the world, she looks spectacular."

Tracy Anderson, one of J.Lo's trainers, added to E! News, that she is self-aware. "If somebody could graduate summa cum laude of physical literacy, it's her. She knows her body so well and she knows what she needs for the many, many projects she does," she said. "This is something people need to understand, Jennifer is so driven from within and she's such a hard worker. I don't know anyone that has her worth ethic."

"She is very soft and gentle with herself in a really beautiful way that you wouldn't expect. She knows her engine really well. She doesn't over-train if she's got to light up a stage, which is most of the time," added Anderson.

Lopez has also revamped her approach to rest. "There was a time in my life where I used to sleep 3 to 5 hours a night. I'd be on set all day and in the studio all night and doing junkets and filming videos on the weekends," she told People. "I was in my late 20s and I thought I was invincible." She ended up having a panic attack. "I asked the doctor if I was going crazy. He said, 'No, you're not crazy. You need sleep…get 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night, don't drink caffeine, and make sure you get your workouts in if you're going to do this much work.'"

Hannah Kepple flaunts her fantastic figure

Hannah Kepple is showing off her booty – in her bathing suit. In one of her latest social media posts, the Cobra Kai star flaunts her fantastic figure in a swimsuit while on vacation with her pals. "Cheeky," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps

Hannah promotes self-confidence. "It's so easy to lose confidence in yourself in this industry, and at the end of the day, I just remind myself that I'm pursuing what makes me the happiest. I'm so lucky to have the support system I do," she told Glamoholic.com.

Hannah's meaning of "feeling safe" is surrounding herself with loved ones. "It means being with my family and pets!" she told Bella. "I really look up to my parents. My mom has always shown be what it means to be a successful woman in a career she's passionate about. My dad has shown me unconditional love and selflessness. They've supported me every step of the way and I'm very lucky to have them."

Hannah cooks her own food – a great way to ensure healthy eating because she knows all the ingredients she is consuming. "I'll cook if u help with the dishes :)" she captioned this image of herself in front of a spread.

One of Hannah's favorite activities? Hiking. In this photo she takes a moment to smell the flowers. "The faster, farther and more frequently you walk, the greater the benefits," says the Mayo Clinic about hiking. "For example, you may start out as an average walker, and then work your way up to walking faster and walking a mile in a shorter amount of time than an average walker, similar to power walkers. This can be a great way to get aerobic activity, improve your heart health and increase your endurance while burning calories."

Hannah enjoys the perk of coffee. Drinking moderate amounts of coffee has been linked to lower risk of cardiovascular disease, Type 2 diabetes and Parkinson's disease, says the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Wayne Gretzky daughter Paulina looking good

Paulina Gretzky is boating in her bathing suit. Wayne Gretzky's daughter flaunts her amazing figure in one of her latest social media posts. "Previously on…" she captioned the Instagram post with her 1.1 million followers.

Paulina is "blessed with incredible genes" but still is disciplined when it comes to her diet. "But it's really 70-percent diet and 30-percent working out," she told Golf Digest.

Paulina mixes up her workouts. "It's all about fitting in some exercise wherever you are," she says. "I used to run every day, and I absolutely loved it. It was like meditation for me. I also loved kickboxing. What really kept me in great shape was dancing. Lately, I've been constantly on the go, so I don't get to run much anymore. Now I'm doing workout videos every day. If you don't want to go to the gym and would rather work out alone, all you have to do is find a workout on YouTube," she told Golf Digest.

Paulina allows herself to cheat. "It's as simple as Everything in Moderation. I'll eat pizza and cheeseburgers, but I won't do it every day," she told Golf Digest.

Paullina loves Tennis. "Same time next week," she captioned a series of photos on the court. According to ACE Fitness tennis blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility, and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

Paulina golfs with her husband, Dustin Johnson. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

Adriana Leon is feeling very zen while spending time in Queensland, Australia

Canadian soccer player Adriana Leon is feeling very zen while spending time in Queensland, Australia. Leon, 30, posted pictures of herself wearing a bikini, enjoying a dip in a beautiful pool surrounded by lush greenery. "Meditative state of mind. Spa day to close out the pre-camp ??‍♀️," she captioned the post.

Leon fuels her training with protein-packed meals. "I try to keep my meals fresh so I often mix it up," she says. "For breakfast, one of my favorite meals is an egg white omelet with spinach, mushrooms and onions. Omelets are easy to make, especially when you're pressed for time. I'm constantly changing up my meals, but my two go-to options are a gluten free wrap and a brown rice bowl. After a workout it's important that I'm refueling and giving my body what it needs. I usually have powdered protein as well as brown rice, chicken and greens."

Leon works hard on building leg muscles. "There are definitely a lot of leg exercises built into our training program, but squats are an excellent way to tone your legs," she says. "There are definitely a lot of leg exercises built into our training program, but squats are an excellent way to tone your legs. When I have downtime you can usually find me doing hot yoga. It's one of the things that helps relax me, and just puts me in a different mindset."

Leon enjoys the mental benefits of meditation and yoga. "On top of soccer, I also enjoy yoga and meditation. I've found it helps with clearing my mind, envisioning my end goal and overcoming hurdles with a positive attitude… I've learned that our bodies can handle so much more than what our minds think," she says. "Mental endurance is just as important as your physical endurance and so I really take the time to incorporate yoga and meditation into my training program."

Leon focuses on the bigger picture when it comes to her training and her career. "One of the best training advices I've been given is to appreciate the process," she says. "Things don't change overnight, so it's important to look at the bigger picture. Part of being an athlete is having a competitive spirit and for me personally, I want to see the results and reach my goals immediately. I start with setting my goal for a better perspective on what I want to accomplish. Then I remind myself to look at the full journey, the whole process 'the ups and the downs' and to enjoy it, knowing that I'll be better for it."

Leon admits working out is not always easy, but always worth it. "Work hard, and then work harder," she says. "I think it's really important to have the courage to never give up and push through a workout. It's not always easy, but once you've crushed your workout, the feeling is irreplaceable and you really are better for it. It's important to remember that everyone has days like this. You're not alone. I always try to look at the bigger picture for a better perspective of what I'm trying to accomplish and why it is that I do this every day. Setting goals really helps me. It reminds me why I need to get up, start my day and complete my workout."

Haley Lu Richardson is showing off her fit body

Haley Lu Richardson is promoting reading and showing off her fit body in a bathing suit! In one of her latest social media posts, the White Lotus star flaunts her incredible figure while revealing her look of books. "Book club," she captioned the Instagram image. "Excuse me…" commented Lili Reinhart. "Suddenly I love reading," added Camila Mendes.

Before Haley got into acting, she had been a competitive dancer for most of her life. During an interview with The Last Magazine, she said, "I danced for like eight or nine years. I was super focused and committed to that; all I did was go to school and then dance and get no sleep. That's when I learned about self-motivation and committing to something, and also about how much I love entertaining and telling stories. And I think dance and acting have those things in common." She added to Glamour that she still teaches dance. "I teach it every Wednesday. One day I'll do a jazz class; one day I'll do a really emo lyrical dance. This week I did a burlesque class and we all dressed up with feather boas," she said.

Starting her day with a matcha with oat milk is "a new thing I've been doing in the last year," says Haley. "I never drank caffeine every day, and I guess now that I'm in my late twenties, it's finally made its way into my life," she told Byrdie. I'm not too fond of the taste of coffee, and I only like it if it's 95 percent oat milk and there's some sweetener. Also, coffee really affects my bowels quite a bit, and it's not something I can drink regularly. [Laughs] Matcha is more gentle."

Haley pays attention to ingredients. "I like eating food items that don't have a long ingredient list. I prefer the taste of a date with peanut butter to most desserts in a grocery store," she told Byrdie.

Haley also takes care of her mental health. One way she gets her zen on? Mediation. She captioned this image, "meditating in the mouth." When you meditate, "you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress," says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:

Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations

Building skills to manage your stress

Increasing self-awareness

Focusing on the present

Reducing negative emotions

Increasing imagination and creativity

Increasing patience and tolerance

Lowering resting heart rate

Lowering resting blood pressure

Improving sleep quality

In her latest post, Haley reveals another one of her healthy habits: Reading. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Haley does "So many things," for self-care, she told Glamour. "When I get home from working—because I pretty much film everywhere but California—I get back to cooking my own meals. I teach a dance class every week to old people. I crochet, sit in my bathtub, listen to Phoebe Bridgers…. Just being in my house with a consistent routine makes me feel at home."

Anne de Paula favorite workout is Muay Thai

What has Anne de Paula been up to this summer, aside from marrying her longtime boyfriend, NBA and Philadelphia 76'ers MVP Joel Embiid? Showing off her incredible body in a bathing suit. "Summer archives," the supermodel captioned a recent swimsuit selfie on Instagram.

Anne's favorite workout is Muay Thai, "without a doubt," she told Sports Illustrated. "It's a lifestyle for me. I love it and it's good for your body. It's also amazing for the mind."

When she can't get a Muay Thai workout in, she has an alternative. "The big thing I can do at home is shadow box. It's really fun and you can do it anywhere. I actually have a punching bag at home in Brazil and I'll use it when I'm there. But in New York, when I'm home, I'll just shadow box and it's great," she says, adding that it "helps build muscles in your arms and wrist. Plus it's great for stamina."

Anne also does strength and weight training exercises. "I work on my core muscles, push-ups and sit-ups. Jump rope I like to do at home. Squats too—I do those whenever I can. I also have weights for my legs and resistance bands that I use at home. I'm lucky because I also have a gym in my apartment building so I try and go three times per week when I'm in town," she told Sports Illustrated.

Anne maintains that "even walking around is great exercise. I walk everywhere when it's nice out and you get a good workout if it's a busy day. Now is the perfect time to be outside. It's not that hot like summertime but not that cold either," she told Sports Illustrated.

What does Anne always keep in her bag? "Water," she told Sports Illustrated. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Lele Pons shows off her amazing body

Lele Pons is steaming up social media in her swimsuit. The Venezuelan YouTube star shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while posing with her husband, Guaynaa, and Juanpa Zurita. "Zuripons?" she hilariously captioned the Instagram post.

Lele's secret weapon? her personal fitness trainer, Diana Maux. Lele lost 10 pounds in two months by following her health program. She revealed in one post that "exercises 6 times a week." Her go-to moves include plank with knee tucks to jumps and squats, and other body-weight exercises.

Before transforming her body, Lele confessed she had terrible eating habits, "Coca-Cola every single day, chocolate every single night with milk. That's what I used to do every single day," Lele revealed in a post. Now, she follows a "strict meal plan," she revealed in another post, adding that she eats "3 healthy meals per day." For example, she substituted the milk for cashew or oat milk, celery and almonds for snacks and avoids meat and cheese.

Lele revealed via her Instagram Stories that she drinks "one gallon of water per day." According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Another way Lele takes care of herself? She revealed that a "cellulite massage," is a part of her routine. A cellulite massage is a specialized massage technique that aims to reduce the appearance of cellulite, which is the dimpled, lumpy texture often found on the skin, especially in the thighs and buttocks. The massage typically involves applying firm pressure and kneading motions to stimulate blood flow, lymphatic drainage, and collagen production in the affected areas.

By doing so, it is believed to break down fat deposits, improve skin elasticity, and help smooth out the appearance of cellulite over time. However, it is essential to note that while cellulite massages may provide temporary improvements, they are not a permanent solution, and multiple sessions are often recommended for optimal results.

Lele also prioritizes "rest" and getting enough sleep. "Its about maintaining a healthy life style!" she says. What are the health benefits of sleep? According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z's is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.

Poppy Delevingne looking good as usual

Poppy Delevingne is prioritizing self-care in her swimsuit. The model shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts, enjoying a self-care retreat with pals Lily James and Gala Gordon. "I reached out to @shawellness a few weeks ago, after suddenly feeling the need to reset, recharge & rebalance. I spent 6 days at what I can only describe as paradise, learning everything there is to know about nutrition, fitness, well-being & how to de-stress ~ mixed in with all sorts of incredible treatments like reflexology & shirodhara.

I couldn't have done it without two of my besties (detoxing can make you feel quite raw at times) & without all the wonderful staff & therapists who looked after us SO beautifully. I also appreciate how lucky I am to do something as special & as rewarding as this," she captioned the Instagram post.

Poppy isn't extreme when it comes to diet. "I eat meat, dairy, and tons of fruits and vegetables, but I could also have pasta for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Basically I'm a massive foodie who eats everything in moderation," she dished to Harper's Bazaar. "Granola with almond milk or a homemade bacon butty—white bread, crispy bacon, and HP brown sauce," is her breakfast. For lunch she might have a deli sandwich. And for dinner? "I go out about four nights a week. I'm really into Lebanese, Japanese, and Indian cuisines. At home I make spaghetti Bolognese or chili con carne. Dinner is my favorite meal because I have a cocktail—a vodka soda with lime or a Dark 'n' Stormy with whiskey. I drink a lot of beer too, which is so unladylike," she said.

Poppy exercises – a little. "I'm lucky to have a fast metabolism, so I haven't had to exercise much. I go to the gym at Grace Belgravia in London, where I work out with personal trainer Rob Jeffers. Right now we're focusing on my arms. I also love to dance—around my house, when I go out. I never stop moving," she told Harper's Bazaar.

Aside from "eating really well, a good skin routine and good hair routine" Poppy prioritizes rest. "Sleeping when you're not working," is how she balances out her busy career. "Having hibernation weekends where I just sleep for hours on end. Working out when you have those spare moments. All of that is very important," she told Vogue Australia.

"I have a lot of energy. Energy's a very huge thing in our family; none of us need caffeine, we're just high-energy people. Sometimes I need to work that out otherwise it's like a bomb that's going to explode," she told Vogue. "If I'm in America…I will track down the nearest Soul Cycle wherever that is and I'll just power through on a bike for 45 minutes. It just gets you going and it gets you hot. When I'm in the UK I have a personal trainer who is wonderful and she's hard-core and makes sure I get up in the morning and go.

Alix Earle is flaunting her fit figure on the beach

Alix Earle is playing Uno on the beach in her bathing suit. The mega-influencer steams up the shoreline in one of her latest social media posts, playing the classic card game in an Agua Bendita swimsuit. "A game I didn't know I missed: Uno," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps.

Alix drinks lots of water, keeping a plastic water bottle filled with H2O whenever she is exercising. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Alix maintains a healthy diet. One of her favorite restaurants is Pura Vida in Miami. "This was the best spot to get food on campus. Everyone was obsessed with it. The line was at least an hour long, and you'd see everyone there. I got all of my meals from there because they let you put it on your card swipes for school, so I abused that. Then they closed on campus, but started opening up everywhere. They were literally popping up like McDonald's and it's everyone's favorite spot. I'll go there either for food or a smoothie. It's so good," she recently told Interview. For breakfast she might eat boiled eggs with avocado toast. She also loves meat, bagels, pasta, tacos, and sushi. Her "go to meal everyday" is an egg omelet, avocado slices, and tomatoes.

Alix enjoys the perk of caffeine in the morning. "You know I love my iced coffee," she told PopSugar. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Alix makes healthy eating fun. "Farmer's Market Wednesday," is a regular part of her week, when she stocks up on healthy fruits and veggies to make her antioxidant-rich acai bowls.

You can usually find Alix riding her bike around Miami. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Alix is open about her struggles. "Sharing my acne journey was definitely one of my main catapults to getting my strong community of followers," she tells Rolling Stone. "It gave people something to relate to." She continues, "It was definitely really scary at first: I did not want to post my acne all over my face and my neck and then go to school and know that probably everyone I'm sitting next to me saw this on the internet, but it honestly was so overwhelmingly positive."

Kaz Crossley having fun on her trip to Thailand

Love Island star Kaz Crossley is celebrating becoming an official Thai citizen by sharing pictures on social media. Crossley is currently in Bangkok, Thailand, soaking up the warm weather in a black swimsuit as she poses by a sparkling pool. Her happy emotions are evident by the big smile on her face. "My first photo as a Thai citizen ????," she captioned the post.

Crossley enjoys a protein and healthy fat-packed breakfast. "My fav meal is breakfast, it starts my day off and I would never skip it," she says. "It normally consists of egg, avocado and toast! In many differentiations. [my favorite snack is] Greek yogurt 0 percent fat with blueberries, apple slices with peanut butter. And of course edamame!"

Crossley mixes up her workouts, going from martial arts to resistance bands training. "I love training Muay Thai," she says. "I stretch mostly my legs and back each morning to start off the day: Backbends, forward fold, forward fold in straddle, lunges, downward dog." When she's working out at home Crossley swears by bands and weights by b_nd and the Shreddy app.

Crossley enjoys eating protein and plant-based foods as much as possible. "[I eat] as much protein as possible," she says. "I love eating boiled eggs as a snack. After I love to keep it clean with a chicken salad. I eat clean. I love eating at my vegan restaurant at the top of my road where I normally get a salad and quinoa with vegetable curry. I don't usually tend to eat after 6pm.

Crossley works out for the mental as well as physical benefits. "I exercise at least three times a week, even if it's just a 20-minute jog if I'm really busy, to make myself feel better," she says. "I exercise to feel good mentally, not just to stay fit. I prefer the mornings – but in the summer I exercise a lot in the evening because I'm enjoying my day. I consider my Thai kick-boxing a sport. I'm not training to fight or anything, but in the past year I've been doing it a lot more regularly and going to training camps."

Crossley enjoys vegan and vegetarian foods but isn't strict about it. "I enjoy eating healthy food, but I don't restrict myself or have a set diet," she says. I prefer soya and oat milk in my coffee because I drink a lot of it and they make me less bloated, but I'm not lactose in-tolerant. I love going out after the gym and having poached eggs, avocado and smoked salmon."

Mary Bedford loves hanging out in a bikini

Mary Bedford is known for a lot of things. She appeared on Love Island. She has her own podcast, The Blonde Diaries. And she's a YouTuber. Bedford celebrated her 24th birthday this week. She made sure to share some gorgeous photos on Instagram. In them, she enjoyed a day in the sun, and a night out. She captioned the post, "24."

In an episode of her podcast, Bedford opened up about what it was like coming home after Love Island and having her grandmother die. She says that she struggled with the emotions, and turned to fellow contestant, Ellie Brown, for support. "Coming off, there was the added pressures of Love Island, then the pressure of everything at home, so I went into a really dark place. Like, December, January, I was really sad. Nobody knew this, this weren't in the press, this has never even been spoken about. My family knew, my friends knew, and that was it. So, coming off the show, at first I did regret it.

I was like, 'What have I done?' Another thing was, if I hadn't gone on the show I would have gotten to say goodbye. So many things were going through my head, I was like, 'What have I done? I've ruined my own life. I weren't there to say goodbye to my grandma'. It was a really difficult thing to deal with, but then come February, I met Ellie and Ellie was like, 'I went through the same thing a few years ago' and you start realising it's normal.

In her podcast, Bedford revealed that she has new-found gratitude for her time on Love Island. "I wouldn't even go to the shop. Not saying I'm this massive famous person, but I was struggling. But I've gone on to have literally the best year of my life. We've had an absolute ball. Now I can really look back on the show and say 'thank you for doing that' and I don't regret it. It was the best thing that could have ever happened to me and my family."

In a video on her YouTube channel, Bedford opened up about her diet and what she eats each day. She says that she makes sure to eat healthy, and has some secrets for doing so. One of them is tracking her food each day. "I do use MyFitness Pal to track all my food. Then it's just easy. I can work out."

Bedford spends a lot of time outside. One thing she likes to do is swim. She shares a bunch of posts on Instagram of herself by the water. Bedford shared a photo of herself walking in the ocean. She captioned the post, "Beachy." She also shared a photo of herself in the pool, captioning it, "Takin a dip."

Bedford recently learned how to ski. She took a trip to the mountains in Meribel earlier this year, and shared highlights on Instagram. In a set of photos, she is seen on the slopes with her friends. Bedford captioned the post, "All the gear & no idea." Skiing has a lot of benefits. The Canadian Ski Council States, "It's well documented that skiing and snowboarding benefits cardiovascular health, overall fitness, strength, coordination, balance and more. Regardless of your health and fitness goals, strapping on a pair of skis or a snowboard is sure to fulfill some of them. Due to the versatility of skiing and snowboarding, it can encompass the benefits of a cardio workout, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) session, and strength training session, all in one fun activity."

Selma Blair is enjoying time at the ocean

Selma Blair is enjoying the healing physical and mental benefits of spending time in the ocean. Blair, 51, shared a picture of herself wearing a red swimsuit at the beach, shielding her eyes from the sun. "It is a gift ?," she captioned the post. "Are you auditioning for the new 007 bond movie," commented her Dancing With the Stars partner Sasha Farber. "? BLAIR, James Blair. ?," Blair responded.

Blair changed her workout routine after being diagnosed with MS in 2018. "I must wear a polar products ice vest when riding Mr. Nibbles, my horse, of course," she says. "It's essential, as is [drinking] more water than I ever dreamed of. Learning to keep my movements smaller and more fluid by playing and working on training with my dog is a big part of keeping me moving and grounded. Little tricks move the needle for me more now. I stopped my constant coffee drinking all day in lieu of this sports tea used by climbers. I have a tablespoon of sea moss jelly every morning and evening. I must swim as much as possible, in the ocean or in my cold pool. [First thing in the morning] I jump in; I need the shock."

Training for Dancing With the Stars helped Blair develop a new approach to diet and exercise, even though she had to pull out after tearing a ligament. "It changed my relationship to food and exercise," she says. "I had energy and I slept well… I was so broken hearted to have been injured. I really wanted to keep going. I was really proud of myself that, for at least five weeks, I kept up. But there was a time that I had to take care of myself… it did give me some inner knowledge that I'm stronger than I thought."

Blair is careful about her sugar intake, and has learned to appreciate her body. "My mother taught me personal style and to keep sugar to a minimum, so I at least [had] some foundation of caring for my body," she says. "But I grew up in a different time. It was meat and potatoes or [being] vegan, Jane Fonda or aerobics. Now that I have cleared up some lost energy, I have the patience to witness my own imbalances. I need to keep moving or my muscles and joints get quite stiff. I need to eat with care and keep things beautiful or I will rush and eat over the sink, as if I were not worth the effort. I am enjoying taking care of this stalwart frame of mine."

Blair tries to find time for meditation every day, and makes an effort to stay active. "I'm working on just basic pushups," she says. "I have narcolepsy now. Everything's shifted. I'm a night person, but it's hard to be a night person when you have a son, so I nap a lot. I make sure I do apple cider vinegar and water every morning. Then I just try and meditate, and then get him to school. Meditate again. I get off track easily, so it's just a maintenance thing of keeping my mind positive, trying to see beautiful things and stop scrolling the news. I give myself a half-hour to scroll every day now, tops."

Blair practices intermittent fasting when she can. "I try to get in an apple and some peanut butter and a green smoothie, and just try and drink water and lemon and then come nighttime, that's when I get my appetite," she says. "I do know how to eat right, and if I had my druthers I would be drinking a lot of celery juice and more water. Intermittent fasting works for me. For someone who feels pretty hellish, I don't look half bad. A little food can go a long way when your body is overstressed. I'm a real amateur, even though I've been doing cleanses and eating right for years."

Anna Woolhousе is looking back on a beautiful sun-soaked vacation

British sports presenter Anna Woolhousе is looking back on a beautiful sun-soaked vacation, complete with swimming pools, blue skies, and bikinis. Woolhousе, 39, shared pictures from her trip, including one of her posing in a lilac swimsuit that showed off her incredibly toned and strong physique to perfection. "Little bit of June ?," she captioned the post.

Woolhousе loves going on long walks with her beloved Dachshund Chip, both at home in London and in the Norfolk, UK, countryside. Walking a dog is not only a great way to stay active and healthy, it has many social benefits. "Honestly, I can't imagine not having Chip now," she says. "I think in London if you go for a walk on your own, no one will say 'hello' to you, but if you go to the park with your dog people will stop and talk because you'll find yourself asking questions about their dog, they ask about yours and the dogs play together. My life's better for having him in it, 100%."

Woolhousе loves boxing classes, and thinks more women should do it. "I love boxing training, it's definitely my favorite session," she says. "It's the only training where I don't think about anything else other than the task at hand. I'm so focused on what punch or combination I'm throwing that my mind can't wander or allow for distractions. I try and get down to Darren Barker's boxing gym 12 x 3 in Paddington whenever I can. It's mentally and physically so different from any other training I've done. I have the utmost respect for anyone who steps into the ring be it professional, amateur or for fun."

Woolhousе enjoys the many benefits of strength training and HIIT workouts. "I train the way I think everyone should train, incorporating strength sessions along with HIIT and boxing into my regime," she says. "I've only really taken strength training seriously over the last couple of years since my gym Evolve in Fulham educated me on the importance of it. I honestly love it, I'm totally behind this strong not skinny movement going on right now. I think a lot of women are afraid to lift weights for fear of getting bulky, but that's simply not the case. All it does is make you strong, mentally and physically and the same can be said for my boxing training."

Woolhousе does TRX (total resistance exercises) sessions with a personal trainer. "I'm a huge fan of TRX training/ There are so many ways you can incorporate it into your workout. It's such an easy portable piece of kit, you can literally take it anywhere – my TRX is usually found flung around a tree in a park," she says. "My trainer also likes mixing things up and often brings new equipment to work out with, such as bungee sprints, which are basically a giant piece of elastic tied around your waist which another person holds on to you while you run as fast as you can. It's a lung buster."

Woolhousе also enjoys yoga, Pilates, and golf. "I try and do a Pilates or yoga session at least once a week as I find it helps stretch muscles that are often pounded in my other sessions," she says. "I mainly do reformer pilates mixed up with HIIT, the combo is awesome. I wish I could say I was better than I am at golf, but I definitely have a long way to go until I can say I'm any good. Some days I feel like I'm hitting the ball well and making progress, others it's disastrous! I've started having lessons as I want to improve."

JoAnna Garcia Swisher Shares Photos From Cabo

JoAnna Garcia Swisher is keeping things hot south of the border in her bathing suit. The Sweet Magnolias star makes a splash in one of her latest social media posts, vacationing in with a group of friends. In one of the photos the actress, Stacy Keibler, Jamie Lynn Sigler, Tess Sanchez, and Odette Annable pose in their swimsuits while in the jacuzzi. "Greetings from Cabo… xx, Jo," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps.

JoAnna prioritizes exercise. She told Women's Health she "sneaks in a workout" a few times a week. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

One of Garcia's go-to workouts? Yoga. She told Happily Eva After that "taking part in some sort of yoga or meditation" is how she makes sure to "recharge" her batteries. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

JoAnna revealed to E! News that she also does pilates on a reformer."I always try to carve out thirty minutes for pilates with Andrea Rodgers," she revealed. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

JoAnna is an experienced equestrian, passing the tradition on to her children. According to a 2015 study, riding a horse for 45 minutes at a walk, trot and canter can burn up to 200 calories. Cutting or reining, more strenuous moves, can burn an additional seven calories per minute.

Joanna also enjoys playing tennis. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

Lorena Castell is living it up on vacation at the beach

Spanish TV presenter Lorena Castell is living it up on vacation at the beach, having fun with her friends and family. Castell, 42, shared pictures of herself posing on a yacht with a group of besties, wearing a pink bikini and patterned sun hat. "The pink panther ?," she captioned the post. "The prettiest and nicest," a fan commented.

Castell follows a low-carb diet with plenty of green, leafy vegetables. "The diet that has worked the most for me and that has been the best for me is the ketogenic diet," she says. "It consists of reducing carbohydrates, you have to eat more protein and then be satisfied. What you eat the most are vegetables, especially vegetables from above the ground. Those from below the ground, no, because they have a lot of sugar, they have more starch."

Castell enjoys specific fruit on her low-carb diet—mainly strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries. "One cup of strawberries (or about eight medium strawberries) has only 45 calories, 3 grams of dietary fiber (12 percent of your daily value) and more vitamin C than an orange," says Allyn Wergin, RDN. "Vitamin C is a known antioxidant that helps protect the body against oxidative stress. Strawberries are also naturally low in sugar and contain only 7 grams of natural sugar per 1-cup serving."

Castell enjoys plenty of cheese and eggs with her meals, and 85% cocoa chocolate. "Most dark chocolate is rich in plant chemicals called flavanols," says registered dietitian Cathy Deimeke. "Flavanols are antioxidants linked to a lower risk of heart disease. In theory, dark chocolate will contain higher flavanol content (greater health benefit). Milk chocolate contains much less, and white chocolate contains none. Dark chocolate is also a good source of soluble fiber, vitamins, and minerals (like iron, zinc, magnesium, etc.)."

Castell uses resistance bands for her workouts. "Research shows that strength gains from using elastic resistance bands are similar to training with dumbbells or weight machines, benefitting not only the average person but also athletes," says Lindsay Bottoms, PhD. "Resistance-band training can even increase the stabilizer muscles to a greater extent than weight training."

Castell refuses to obsess about her weight, focusing on being the best version of herself. "You don't have to be obsessed, you don't have to be thin as a stick, you have to be at your weight that you consider good," she says. "It's being objectively well, with a good ratio between muscle and fat. Give yourself a realistic goal and a long-term goal."

Olivia Holt shows off her amazing body

Olivia Holt is on a girl's trip – in her swimsuit. In one of her latest social media posts the Cruel Summer star shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while vacationing with a group of friends, including Madison Eisman. "Brb," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "Little fishy," commented Eisman. "Floating angel," added another follower.

Olivia has a workout buddy – her dog Roger. The two regularly go for walks together. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Olivia deals with overcoming body image issues head-on. "I've struggled with figuring out exactly what my body type is and going back and forth between feeling too skinny or too thick or too this or too that," she told StyleCaster. "Being a gymnast, I had a lot of issues with feeling too broad in my shoulders or too thick in my thighs. It's heartbreaking that we have to feel this way, especially as women in a world where we already feel put down by so many others. I've been told by many producers, 'You need to lose X amount of pounds if you're going to be a part of this project' or 'You need to gain this amount of pounds if you want to be a part of this project.' That really messes, not just your headspace, but your heart."

Olivia also goes hiking with Roger. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

While Olivia told Girls Life that she loves swimming, hiking, and tumbling with her friends, her favorite workout is fighting. Parkour. "I love it," she said. "It teaches you how to do all sorts of stunts, and it challenges me."

Olivia has a few guilty pleasures. "Popcorn. I like Smart Food White Cheddar Popcorn, but I do just like plain movie theater popcorn too. [On set] I got everyone hooked on popcorn dipped in Nutella. It's soooo good. But it is very messy," she dished to She Knows. She also revealed that she has a favorite condiment. "I eat everything with ketchup. I smother everything with ketchup. I cannot eat a meal without ketchup. I carry ketchup in my purse."

Jenna Dewan Flaunts Her Insane Physique

We will never get tired of Jenna Dewan‘s swimsuit pictures – even if it means always having a fresh wave of jealousy over her insanely toned figure! The 42-year-old Step Up actress made fans green with envy yet again when she posted a four-image carousel of herself posing on the beach while rocking a teeny tiny green bikini on Instagram on July 11th.

The Rookie star captioned the post: “Forever reenacting the wicked game music vid in my mind.” Helena Christensen, the model who appeared in the iconic “Wicked Game” music video with Chris Isaak in the 90s, even commented: “And doing it perfectly.” What a compliment!

Jenna Dewan Poses On The Beach In Green Swimwear

In one picture, the Wedding Year actress is kneeling down on the sand and smiling while looking away from the camera; in another she was lying down on the sand and showing off her incredibly sculpted figure!

In another looks like it was taken straight from a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue, as the dancer and actress is posing seductively by the water, while the fourth picture is a close-up of her makeup-free face and wet hair, which appears to be styled in some utterly perfect, and probably coincidental, beach waves.

Fan Comments

Jenna's fans wasted no time in sharing their thoughts on the beach photoshoot in the comments section. "So beautiful and looking great," praised one fan, as another exclaimed, "Absolutely breathtaking!" followed by the fire emoji and the heart eyes emoji, and another said she was "so fine!" "Absolutely stunning lady," someone else commented followed by two black heart emojis.

"That look! Those eyes!" commented another, followed by an abundance of fire and red heart emojis. "Very very beautiful," gushed another fan, followed by the red rose emoji and the red heart emoji, as another said, "Shouldn’t be allowed to be that beautiful," followed by three fire emojis and the heart eyes emoji. "You are just so very beautiful," another fan complimented, followed by the black heart emoji and the fire emoji.

Alysha Newman shows off her fit figure

Alysha Newman is sending good vibes in her swimsuit. The track and field star shows off her fit figure in a black bathing suit while lounging in a pool in Germany via one of her latest social media posts. "Manifesting a good day, week and life," she captioned the Instagram post.

Alysha has her priorities in order. "If I were going to put it on a scale, my mentality is priority number one, nutrition is number two, and practice is number three," Alysha told Bodybuilding.com. "I put my nutrition before practice because I have to fuel my body with the best nutrients to get the best results."

Newman follows a (mostly) clean eating diet. "It's extremely important to put the proper nutrients in your body, especially during long, hard, and critical practices," she told Bodybuilding.com. "If you don't eat right, it's like putting cheap gas in your car. Yeah, it'll drive, but not as well as it should. Our bodies are the same way."

You won't find Alysha on a trendy diet. "I've experimented over the years to understand which foods work best for me personally. Everyone's body reacts differently to food so you can't just pull a pre-made diet off the shelf. You need to learn what's right for you," she told Bodybuilding.com.

"During the week I stick to a specific schedule," Alysha told Bodybuilding.com about her approach to fitness. "I usually have two technical days comprised of pole vaulting, gymnastics, and plyometrics. On Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, I run—anything from tempo runs to quick 60-meter sprints. I finish those running days with weight training. Whenever my competition schedule allows it, I take off Saturdays and Sundays to rest."

Alysha only eats until she is full. "My diet is gluten-free and dairy-free but will occasionally have my ice-cream on cheat days," she told The Brunching Mama. "Growing up I was always told that I had to finish my plate and that I needed to have protein, carbs and veggies each time I ate. It was hard to break habits especially since 'eating everything on my plate' was all I knew until two years ago when I decided to try something new. Now I only eat until I'm full and I change up my plates and meals everyday. I try to never eat the same thing in the week and this has been working amazingly for me!"

Alysha has a hobby that doubles as a workout: Golf, which boasts some serious health benefits according to a comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

Alysha is also a fan of pilates. "Off-season but never really off, you feel me? Doctors orders were no high-heels for 6 weeks and no impact in my workouts so I'm challenging my body this off-season with Pilates," she captioned a video of herself doing pilates on a reformer.

How does the young celebrity take care of her body and mind? Setting intentions for the year, Madison focuses on improving her physical and mental health through weight lifting, often alongside her "pogue" co-star Jonathan Davis. Embracing the outdoors, she enjoys invigorating hikes, reaping the benefits of a whole-body workout and nurturing her mental wellness.

Madison told Interview that she makes New Year's Resolutions – sort of. "I have intentions for the year of improving my health physically and mentally," she said. One of her go-to workouts is weight lifting. Who does she train with? Her "pogue" costar Jonathan Davis. "I miss my workout buddies," she captioned this snap.

Madison loves getting outside and hiking. "Missing my LA hikes," she captioned a photo of one of her exercise sessions. "Do one thing a day that makes you proud of yourself. 3.5 miles and 500 stairs will suffice for today," she captioned another Instagram post. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

Madison has a favorite drink at craft services. "A ginseng shot, which, don't ask me what it is. I have no idea what it is, but while everyone else is shotgunning Red Bulls, I'm with my little ginseng shot. It tastes like sh**, but if I can take a tequila shot, I can drink a little ginseng!" she told Cosmopolitan.

Maggie Q shows off her bombshell body

Maggie Q is cold plunging in her swimsuit. In one of her latest social media posts, the Pivoting star shows off her bombshell body in a bathing suit. "Longevity is the name of the game!" she wrote in the caption of the Instagram video, jumping into a cold barrel of water.

Maggie eats food that boosts her metabolism. "I've raised my metabolism by being an active person, so I need more food than most people. But people tell me that I don't eat actual food. Like, how do you think I function? I don't put anything into my body but the air that I breathe? I can't tell you the number of people who've said I need to eat a cheeseburger. I'm like, really? I need to eat a cheeseburger? You can eat a cheeseburger and I'll be okay over here," she told Women's Health.

"I don't [call myself vegan], because it has become a weird, negative term and people feel very judged by it," Maggie told The Beet. "So I like plant-based better because it's friendlier: It's inclusive. You can't judge people. They have to be where they're at, and you have to accept them for where they are."

"I have always struggled with gut health," Maggie told Thrive magazine. "Whatever brought that on, I couldn't say, but breaking down foods has been a challenge for me even before I knew what that challenge was." Maggie recently launched her own supplement line, ActivatedYou. "I wanted to create a line of probiotics that had everything I was looking for. In my journey to improve my own health, I became extremely passionate about helping others out of the hole I was in."

Maggie is a fan of Jason Walsh's Rise Nation method, Katonah Yoga, and hikes with her dogs when it comes to exercise. "My rescue dogs are my life and hiking with them is probably my favorite form of exercise," she wrote on Qeep Up's site. "We can go for hours and nothing makes them—or me—happier!"

Maggie gets her nutrients in by consuming plant-based drinks, shots or bowls. She might take her shot of wheatgrass, turmeric, ginger, and lemon, sip on a blended green juice or a smoothie, or feast on an acai bowl, she revealed to Veg News. She also takes green shots. "Wheatgrass. There is nothing like it," she told Thrive about her shot of choice.
