After a busy few months filled with dazzling on red carpets, navigating co-parenting, and trying to stay friends with her exes, it seems Olivia Wilde is taking a well-deserved break — and what better way to do so than by jetting off on a beach vacation with your bestie?
On Sunday, the actress and director shared an inside look at her tropical getaway by posting a series of black-and-white clips and photos to her Instagram Story. In the first slide, Wilde looked to be having the time of her life as she laughed in the sand while wearing a tiny black string bikini and matching black sunglasses. Joined by her friend Molly Howard, who wore a strapless cut-out one-piece suit, the pair was beaming at the camera as Howard playfully threw a handful of sand onto Olivia’s legs. Each of the women wore their slightly-damp hair down in natural beachy waves, and they skipped any major accessories — save for a necklace and a pair of earrings.
In the second slide, the duo slipped into a different set of bikinis to continue soaking up the sun beachside. While Howard opted for a dark string bikini styled with a “Members Only” hat and a pair of sunnies, Wilde sported a lighter bandeau option complete with cat-eye shades.
Although travel can serve as a great therapy dupe, Olivia’s trip comes shortly after it was revealed that she’s no longer struggling in the aftermath of her breakup with ex-boyfriend Harry Styles. According to People, a source said that the actress is currently “in a great place” following their November 2022 split and have even remained “good friends.”
“She and Harry are good friends, there's no animosity whatsoever. Plus, she's got many different directing projects in the works,” the insider shared, adding that she’s currently “focused on her kids and co-parenting with Jason [Sudeikis].”

more...Vicky Pattison is living her best life in honor of Women's Wellness Week in her swimsuit. The gorgeous stars shows off her incredible body in a black bathing suit while taking a dip in the pool in some of her latest social media posts. "One super happy little bear," she captioned an Instagram Story. "What a day."
Vicky is all about drinking her nutrients so she doesn't have to eat fruits and veggies. "I love waking up in the morning and having a juice, it's a great way to start off your day. I feel like I've managed to get loads of fruits and veggies into my diet in a very small space of time. I'm all for protein shakes and juices. Plus, if you whack spinach into a protein shake, you don't really feel like you're drinking it. I'm all for sneaking fruits and veggies into my body any way that I can," she told Closer.
Vicky doesn't eat the same thing every day. "My life and schedule are super unpredictable so having a set meal plan is really difficult. I often find I just have to roll with the punches rather than enjoy a set routine," she told Women's Health. "I firmly believe that variety is the spice of life and it's good to keep your body on its toes." If she's really trying to be "focused," she will rely on a meal delivery service.
Vicky keeps her diet simple: She focuses on burning more than she consumes. "I know a lot of people advocate carb cycling but for me I keep things quite simple – on days I don't train I just eat slightly fewer calories," she told Women's Health. "It's not something I do proactively, but it's more just a case of when I'm not training I'm just not as hungry. However, this is entirely subjective and I always try and listen to what my body wants."
Vicky also avoids everything processed. "I do avoid refined sugars and simple carbs like white bread as there's just no need for them and they make me feel rubbish and lethargic. The only exemption to this is alcohol – and I'll never give that up entirely. Life is for living!" she revealed to Women's Health.
Vicky follows the 80/20 diet. "I try not to exclude any major food groups as a way to guarantee that I want something is to say I can't have it," she added to Women's Health. "I train when I can, eat healthily 80 percent of the time, combat hunger pangs by carrying nuts and berries in my handbag as well as protein shakes," she continued. What is her cheat food? "I love Haribo and wine and I'm definitely not about to live in a world where they don't feature in my life – balance is my mantra!"
Vicky drinks three liters of water per day along with juices and smoothies and green tea. The Mayo Clinic recommends that women drink a minimum of 11.5 cups of water per day, and men, 15.5 cups. "By consuming the minimum recommendation of water, you're helping your body function better and improving your overall health. Read tips and a recipe if you have difficulty drinking enough water daily," they say.
Vicky also loves walking for fitness. "My life coach always tells me to get out into nature with the trees and to get some fresh air," Vicky told Closer. "I never really put much weight on it until I got my dog, Milo, and just getting out for an hour every day taking him on his walk makes me feel much happier, healthier and more balanced. I advocate fresh air for everybody."
Vicky loves zero gravity pilates. "After being on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, I really looked at the way I trained. All of the things I'd been doing beforehand were weightlifting and more of the functional stuff. For a while, I wasn't really able to do that because I was quite badly injured," she told Closer "I looked at alternative ways that were less intense on the joints and when I found zero gravity pilates, I completely fell in love with it."

Wurtzbach makes an effort to workout whenever possible. "Just proper diet and exercise. If I can do it daily, I would," she says. "If the schedule permits, I do it every day. I try to do it in the morning, so then it's out of the way and I can continue on with my day. If not, then I'll do it a few times a week, but definitely, I will try to do it."
Wurtzbach says she loves lifting weights, and dispels the myth that women will get "bulky" from it. "I do a lot of weights," she says. "And a lot of women try to stay away from weights or they do more cardio because 'oh maybe I'll be macho', but that's not true. We're genetically not made to grow that big unless you try to alter something in yourself. Weights, and just a bit of cardio. More weights than cardio."
Wurtzbach focuses on protein-packed food that gives her energy. "I have a busy schedule and am constantly traveling so when I do have the time to grocery shop or prepare a meal, I make it a priority," she says. "However, I love sushi so I find myself eating out often for that! I like to enjoy foods that keep my energy levels stable. Otherwise I'd likely crash at some point during the day."
Wurtzbach's typical dinner consists of salmon with vegetables such as broccoli, spinach, and potatoes. "The dark green color of spinach leaves indicates they contain high levels of chlorophyll and health-promoting carotenoids including beta carotene, lutein and zeaxanthin," says registered nutritionist Jo Lewin. "As well as being anti-inflammatory and anti-cancerous, these phytonutrients are especially important for healthy eyesight, helping to prevent macular degeneration and cataracts."
Wurtzbach's snacks are healthy yet delicious—a typical snack is dried mango and cottage cheese, or a handful of unsalted almonds. "Almonds are a good source of nutrients that are important for brain health, including vitamin E, folate and unsaturated fatty acids, as well as l-carnitine which is known for its neuroprotective benefits," says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. "More human trials are required but animal studies have shown that almond consumption may well boost memory."

She also previously appeared as a sports anchor on The Herd with Colin Cowherd and Skip and Shannon: Undisputed. Taylor recently enjoyed a beach day, and got some photos for Instagram. In a recent post, she sat on the beach in a blue patterned bikini. Taylor captioned the post, "Pit stop in the sunshine."
Taylor makes sure to put effort into what she wants. She says that this was the best advice she'd ever received in an interview on Scoop Du Jour. Taylor says that she went through a period in her life where she was only applying 10% of energy to her goals, and wasn't getting anywhere, when a friend of hers encouraged her to work harder. "10% is not a lot, it's barely anything at all," she remembers. "It was my lightbulb moment.
Taylor opened up about being a live reporter in an interview with the Get My Job podcast. She says that she always makes sure that she is prepared for shows. "When you learn what's the best way to prep for you, then everything becomes much easier and you feel more comfortable," Taylor explains. "I liken it to taking a test, right? Like when we were in school, if you prepare for the tests, you're not nervous cuz you truly know the material. You've taken the time, you've studied, you've gone over cards or however it is you would prepare for tests. If you cram you don't feel good about it, you're rushing through it, you don't feel confidence, you're probably making mistakes, and you don't do as well as you could have done. And essentially when you're doing a live show or you're doing a daily show, or you're doing a podcast or a radio show reporter, whatever it is, you're kind of taking a verbal exam."
Throughout Taylor's career, she always made sure to pay attention to what she had to do for a job. She tells Get My Job that this helped her move forward with her career. "I think it's important that while you're building towards and pushing towards and talking about the role that you want, that you're absorbing the experience in the role that you have," she says. "You will use the skills that you are obtaining in your current position at your next step and within your next opportunity. And a lot of times if you get an opportunity you're not ready for. Then you can blow it because you weren't absorbing the experience and getting the reps and really understanding what this level of the business, whatever level you're on, what that can do to enhance you in the future."
Taylor isn't afraid of speaking out about causes that are important to her. She shared a video on Instagram of herself showing support to women who speak up about sexual assault. Taylor captioned the post, "To the women who are suffering in silence, I see you and I feel you. When it comes to anything related to women, the court of public opinion is, you're lying until you prove to us you deserve dignity, let alone justice."
As you can see from her recent Instagram post, Taylor spends a lot of time at the beach. She likes to swim as a way to keep herself in shape. She shared a video of herself swimming in the ocean. She captioned it, "Golden Hour in Heaven." Taylor also posted this vacation highlight reel, which included her wading in the ocean. She captioned that post, "Part 1 of my trip to the Exhumas, Bahamas."

I am a melting pot of Japanese white and black and everyone in my family is all blonde hair and blue eyed so I always felt different. My idea of beauty was not me. It was what was in my immediate vicinity. I never truly felt beautiful. I remember seeing women in Sports Illustrated as I got older and they were all so beautiful and unique in their own ways. Being beautiful and sexy can be any color and any size. And it's not just an outward appearance these women represent strength, acceptance, and even more so changed the way I viewed beauty. Jordan shared a new set of photos on Instagram. In them, she is seen in a bridge pose and lying on the sand. Jordan wore an orange bathing suit, showing off her figure. She captioned the post, "Flow state."
Jordan opened up about her life and career in an interview on The Zach Sang Show. She says that she is working on accepting compliments from other people. Jordan says that she used to overthink compliments, but is working on no longer having this mindset. "I think to be able to accept a compliment is nice. Cause I know a lot of people that are in the position that I'm in, and like when people compliment them, it happens so frequently. They actually get really avoidant of it and are anxious about it. Which I totally understand. I actually went through a phase where I hated when people complimented the way that I looked right off the bat. Cause I was like, 'that's the first thing that they notice. What I value about myself isn't what other people value about me.' And it was like this whole fucking spiral that I went down. But now I kind of am just like, 'wow, that's like really nice that someone would even say anything in general.'"
Jordan is all about putting in the work. And parts of that work means trying things out. Jordan said on The Zach Sang Show, "If you want something to be good, you have to put the time and energy into it. So I test things out. I think I test people, I test people for a while before."
In an interview on KIIS FM, Jordan gave some advice to other content creators. She says that consistency is the most important factor. "It's like going along with your life, and building that story, and being consistent. Consistency is probably the biggest tip that I can give people. Um, when growing your social media and being active with people, actually building a relationship with your fans. A lot of people just go for the number, but you gotta even like 20,000 people. Like that's so many people. If you can actually utilize that number."
Jordan is open about her struggles with her mental health. She shared why she decided to open up about this to KIIS FM. "I really struggled with my mental health," she admits. "I was trying to talk to people around me about it. And no one knew what I was talking about. I was like, 'Hey, I'm having panic attacks.' No one in my family struggled with that. No one that I knew struggled with that. So I got online, and kind of went live one day and talked about it and there were, I mean I only had like, I think it was like 10,000 followers at the time, but there were some people that were like, 'I struggled with that too.' And that really motivated me to wanna keep talking about it, to wanna keep posting. And that's, that's the whole reason we're supposed to be online."
Jordan makes sure to workout. She shared this lower body circuit on her Instagram. In it, Jordan does exercises like high knee hip rotations, low arm sweeps, and glute stretches. She captioned the post, "Since so many of you have been asking! Here's one of my at home circuit workouts that I do all the time to work my legs and glutes. All you need is ankle weights and a set of 25lb weights!"

Max, who became a mom in 2020, started exercising almost immediately post birth. "I started working out as soon as my midwife allowed me to, which was somewhere between two to four weeks," the actress told Preview.
Max switches up her workouts. For example, when she started working out again she did pilates for one hour, three times a week, and then moved on to other higher-impact exercises. "I'm so happy to be lifting weights again, doing circuit training and cycling," she added to Preview. "I started cycling 20-45 minutes a day. I'd alternate between cycling and pilates." Now her workout is circuit training and weight-lifting for 45 minutes five times a week and pilates for one hour, two times a week.
If Max feels like it, she will work out more than once a day. "Some days I'll do two workouts and some days I just won't work out! Listen to your body, be mindful of when you can push harder and when you need rest," she told Preview.
Max revealed everything she eats in a day to Preview. She starts with whole wheat toast, eggs, and black coffee for breakfast. For lunch, "some kind of protein like chicken or bangus and brown rice. Sometimes canned tuna or salmon cooked in olive oil and garlic," she continued. For dinner, she likes to eat salad. "I also try to lower my processed food intake and stop eating after 7 p.m.," she continued. "I'll have something sweet at some point in the day when I crave sweets. Usually, I eat a piece of dark chocolate, or vegan ice cream on special days. If you want to drink alcohol once in a while, prosecco is low in sugar, so that's what I drink!"
Max prioritizes "For me, it's really all about taking care of myself mentally, physically and emotionally. All of that is important," she told Philstar. "That includes working out every day, taking my supplements and meditating. Because I do all those things regularly, I think, the glow comes out more often."

O'Gorman posted a picture of himself posing next to Seabrook, who looked stunning in a white bathing suit. "Topping up the tan before aftersun live tonight! Make sure to tune in ??," Gorman captioned the post. Seabrook posted her own picture of the pair looking tan and happy.
Seabrook loves hiking. "The nice thing about hiking is that it exists along an entire continuum, from a gentle walk on a flat wooded path to mountain climbing," says Dr. Aaron L. Baggish, associate director of the Cardiovascular Performance Program at Harvard-affiliated Massachusetts General Hospital. "There's a real sense of peace and composure you get from being outside and away from everything."
Seabrook is an avid swimmer. "Many people say that by simply being in the water they feel more relaxed and less stressed," says swimming instructor Emily Morrissey. "Regular exercise helps reduce anxiety and depression, as it releases 'feel good' hormones and keeps our brains working in a healthy way. Learning to swim can allow you the opportunity to swim in beautiful places outdoors which many people find to be memories they cherish."
Seabrook loves her coffee, which experts say has many health benefits. "Coffee contains about a thousand different botanical compounds," says Devon Peart, MHSc, BASc, RD. "Coffee is made from beans, a plant food. Research is showing that the phenolic components in coffee provide health-promoting effects similar to those in vegetables or fruits."
Seabrook loves pasta dishes, especially with tomato-based sauces. "Research suggests that processing and cooking tomatoes can increase their nutritional value, in particular, their antioxidant properties and our ability to access their lycopene compounds," says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. "Eating tomatoes along-with a source of fat such as an olive oil dressing helps us absorb these protective carotenoids. It's also worth bearing in mind that much of the carotenoid content is found in the skin of the fruit so eating them whole can be the most beneficial."
Seabrook has a strange phobia—she can't stand frozen food. "I have a really bad phobia of frozen food, I can't touch frozen food," she says. "I can't go anywhere near the freezer. If my mum jam packs the freezer and I have to try and get something out that I need, I just can't… I have to ask someone else to get it out for me. If I'm shopping and I have to go near the frozen section, it honestly makes me feel sick!" Luckily fresh produce is readily available!

Keeping her more than 350,000 Instagram followers up to date with her spring vacation, Hunt posed for photos in a colorful bikini from the serene-looking surroundings of her infinity pool.
She accompanied her snaps with a cryptic caption, which reads: "Your mind is like water.

Her post seemingly went down well with fans, as some commented: "Perfection at its finest [fire emojis]"
Another called Hunt an "American goddess in Aztec lands [heart emoji]"
While one said she was "Gorgeous beyond words"

Lottie believes that the best motivation to exercise is feeling good. "I think when I'm healthy and fit, I feel really confident in myself. It makes me feel like the best version of myself,' she told The Daily Mail. "Your mind is clearer, your skin is clearer and you just have so much more energy. It's a good base for everything else in life to just flow."
Lottie loves starting the day with a cup of coffee. Science continues to prove that drinking coffee is great for your health. In fact, a new 2022 study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death.
If you want a body like Lottie's, you are going to have to fight for it! You can often find her in a group boxing class. "little box this morning with @myprotein @blok ? #empowermentweek #strongertogether," she captioned this series of snaps. "This kind of boxing has many health benefits, because it constantly requires you to think, change your position, and change your posture," physical therapist Linda Arslanian, director of rehabilitation services at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's hospital tells Harvard Health."You're swinging your arms, moving the muscles of your arms and shoulders, increasing your upper-body strength. And when you're in the boxer crouch with a wide stance, with your knees slightly bent, you're strengthening your core muscles, back, and legs."
Lottie also loves playing tennis. "I got the best teacher," she captioned a photo of herself, on the court with her boyfriend, model and former professional tennis player Lewis Burton. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.
Burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, cheese covered french fries, oysters, and alcoholic beverages are just a few of the dietary splurges Lottie has shared via her Instagram account. She also loves sushi.
After the death of her mother to cancer and her sister to an accidental drug overdose, Lottie opted to go to therapy. "I decided I was going to try therapy, and I'm so grateful for that decision. It has made such a difference to my life, and my grief has been a totally different experience," she told OK. "Therapy means I get an hour to sit and divulge all my feelings whenever I need to. It is my time to talk about my mum and sister. I feel a lot lighter after a session."

more...Argentianian actress Gimena Accardi is soaking up the March sun in a tiny swimsuit, and sharing the pictures on social media. Accardi posted snaps of herself posing in a bathing suit against a lush background of trees and green grass. "Eternal summer ?," she captioned the post.
Accardi has just started taking exercise seriously for the sake of her health. "I promised this year to start moving my body for my health," she captioned an Instagram post. "I'm going to be 38 and I've never worked out in my life. I'm not a fan of gyms and I struggle to work out.. well, question that 3 weeks ago I started the gym 2 times a week, with a very capable trainer (that above is my friend, Dani ?)… I never dreamed of saying this but I'm very good with training, we'll see how long it lasts me… but for now I'm back inside! Thank you dear teacher for making the effort! I don't know, I wanted to share it with you because for me it's an achievement!"
Accardi loves walking her beloved labrador. "Walking can be as good as a workout, if not better, than running," says Dr. Matt Tanneberg, CSCS, a sports Chiropractor and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist in Phoenix, Arizona. "You hear of people 'plateauing' when they continue to do the same workout routine and stop seeing results. I see patients all the time that plateau from running, they will run the same distance, speed and time, day in and day out. You need to constantly be switching up your exercise routine in order to get the maximum benefit for your health."
Accardi enjoys yerba mate drinks. "Mate is a traditional South American beverage drink that is brewed from the leaves and stems of the yerba mate plant, a tree that belongs to the holly family," says Monica Reinagel, MS,LD/N, CNS. "It's widely consumed in Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Brazil, where the mate tree is indigenous. You'll also find mate as an ingredient in energy drinks or in the herbal tea section of your local health food store."
Accardi makes sure to fully warm up her body by stretching before dancing or working out. "Many assume that it's best to stretch before you run or take part in any type of exercise – but it's better if you warm up first," says Timothy Miller, MD. "Jogging at a slow pace or spending a few minutes on an exercise bike will increase blood flow to the muscles and allow you to get more out of your stretch. Remember to build that extra time into your workout routine. If you plan to run on the treadmill for 20 minutes, set aside 35-40 minutes in all. Spend five minutes or so warming up, 5-10 minutes stretching, and then begin your workout."
Accardi loves grazing on a cheese-heavy charcuterie board. "Cheese provides a slew of beneficial nutrients," says Samantha Cassetty, RD. "Cheese contains protein, fat and saturated fat, sodium, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, and vitamin B12, among other nutrients. However, amounts vary, depending on the type of cheese you select. While many of these nutrients are necessary for optimal health, some, like saturated fat and sodium, are discouraged."

Maglietti uses exercise balls at the gym. "The gym ball is so versatile it can be used to help someone who is just starting out in the gym as well as experienced exercisers," says Stephen MacConville, Nuffield Health's fitness lead. "A gym ball can be used by beginners to work on their squat technique. If they place the gym ball between the wall and their lower back, it can be used to support their back and help increase the range of movement in the squat."
Maglietti takes creatine supplements to support her workouts and recovery. "Creatine is a quick way to add muscle, but not without some water weight, too," says Carolyn Brown, RD. "Most people gain between two and four pounds of water retention in the first week. If you're going to add a supplement in, make sure it's creatine monohydrate. A lot of other supplements out there will have a lot of junk that you don't need, and they'll be much more expensive."
Yogurt is Maglietti's go-to healthy snack. "Plain, nonfat yogurt is best," says Julia Zumpano, RD. "Both original and Greek-style are excellent sources of protein, calcium and probiotics. For managing your weight, try Greek yogurt. It has more protein, which can help you feel fuller longer."
Maglietti enjoys yerba mate drinks. "Yerba mate, also known as mate, is an herbal tea. It's a traditional drink in Latin and South America," says Katherine Zeratsky, RD, LD. "It's made by steeping dried leaves from the yerba mate plant in hot water. Yerba mate can be served cold or hot. Like black or green tea, it has caffeine, which can make you feel more alert and focused."
Maglietti likes to use weights to amp up her lunges. "Lunges work multiple larger muscle groups at the same time," says celebrity trainer Jillian Michaels. "They build lower body strength and help to maintain muscle mass and bone density in the lower body."

more...Colombian volleyball player Daniela Ospina is enjoying a proper Sunday Funday. Ospina shared a video of herself and a friend relaxing on loungers, soaking up the sun in a black bathing suit. "Sunday ☀️⛱️," she captioned the post.
Ospina works out religiously, and includes push ups in her exercise routine. "Push-ups will improve your health by building muscle, raising your metabolism to burn fat, and providing a cardiovascular benefit," says Robert S. Herbst, personal trainer and former world champion powerlifter. "They enable you to get a full body workout with no equipment."
Ospina does squats and lunges as part of her workouts. "Squats are beneficial for everyone," says certified personal trainer Chris Gagliardi. "From elite athletes to older adults and women during the postpartum period. Squatting is considered a bend-and-lift movement which is one of the five primary movement patterns that we use throughout daily life. Consider that every time you stand from a sitting position, or squat down to pick an object up off the floor, you are doing a squat. Squats are something we do often, and it is important to have the appropriate muscular fitness and power to perform squats throughout your activities of daily living."
Lifting weights is a core part of Ospina's exercise routine. "For many years, the CDC has recommended that along with aerobic activity, adults do some type of strength training twice weekly to combat muscle loss," says Benjamin R. Snell, MD. "These sessions should include all major muscle groups—legs, hips, back, abdomen, chest, shoulders, and arms. Muscle mass decreases with age, putting you at higher risk for diabetes (skeletal muscle uses glucose), as well as falls and other injuries."
Ospina loves matcha green tea, even using it to make homemade ice cream. "Green tea contains a number of natural stimulants, including caffeine, which although not as high as coffee, may still help maintain alertness and focus," says registered nutritionist Jo Lewin. "In addition to this, green tea is a source of the amino acid L-theanine, which has a relaxing effect; it does this by increasing mood-enhancing brain chemicals including GABA, dopamine and serotonin. The beneficial polyphenols of green tea may also help slow the effects of aging on the brain."
Ospina uses battle ropes at the gym. "Most people think of the rope as an aerobic tool for the upper body," says Aaron Guyett, Master Battle Rope Trainer at Onnit, founder of Innovative Results, and U.S. Marine Corps Staff Sergeant. "You can train power, you can train strength, you can build lean body mass, and you can build aerobic capacity with the rope. You just need to understand how to vary your position, the rope, and all the different variables to generate your maximum expenditure of force."

Larsson has been touring, and shared some highlights on Instagram. In the caption, Larsson referenced a Lady Gaga quote, writing, "No sleep, bus, club, another club, another club, plane, next place, no sleep, no fear!!!!"
Larsson opened up about her diet to Women's Health. She says that she used to be a vegetarian, but gave it up because it wasn't super filling. Nowadays, Larsson isn't afraid of eating heavier options. "I was very happy and active, but also, I wasn't eating enough," she says. "I used to be really underweight. Now I'm giving myself the allowance to eat fish, meat, butter, all of that, and be healthy and gain weight."
Larsson revealed her wellness and daily routine in a YouTube video with Women's Health. Despite her busy schedule, she makes sure to workout on a regular basis. Larsson says that she likes to workout first thing in the morning to get it over with. "I'm gonna go and workout, and I like to do that in the morning," she says. "Just to get it over with. And then I can just start my day and go on about whatever I have to do."
When Larsson goes to the gym, she usually works with a personal trainer to help herself stay in shape. She explained her reasonings in her Women's Health video. "I always work out with my personal trainer, Nico," Larsson starts. "Because, if I go to the gym, and I don't have anyone telling me what to do, and looking at me actually doing it, I am just half-ass doing it. Which is funny because the only person you really cheat is yourself."
Despite Larsson's busy schedule, she always makes time for herself. She revealed her favorite things to do in her spare time to Evening Standard. "Massages are my favourite things in the world," she says. "I eat really good food. I take myself out on dates that myself. Also laying in bed all day."
Larsson has amazing skin. And she doesn't do to much when it comes to products. She opened up about her tips to Evening Standard. "My beauty routine is quite simple at the moment. I just use The Ordinary face wash and then Embryolisse moisturiser. I used to have really bad skin and had a million different products but it's calmed down now so I can keep it simple."

She just shared a new set of photos on Instagram. In them, she posed by the pool and at the beach, wearing different swimsuits. She captioned the post, "Summer pending."
Miller opened up about her wellness routine to Heatworld. She says that she makes sure to have a healthy breakfast. "It's actually really funny because every self-care day starts the same. I wake up and think, 'today's the day that I give my body all this health and goodness' and it does start off like that. I'll have to have a lemon ginger tea in the morning, whether I'm hungover or not, it makes me feel 10x better. I'll then have a nutritional breakfast, it could be eggs or yoghurt or whatever."
Miller is all about supporting the planet and helping animals. She tells Heatworld that she uses cruelty-free products on her skin. "I've actually started vowing to myself I'd only use products now that are animal cruelty-free. I was using La Roche Posay which I found out was owned by L'Oreal who test on animals so once I've used my bottle up, I'm going to find something else. NIP+FAB sent me a PR package coincidentally and they are cruelty-free. I'm using the hydration collection at the moment and it's so good, especially in the heat whilst I'm in Morocco. I've been raving about that."
Miller tells Heatworld that she likes to take supplements. She says that this helps her maintain a balanced diet. "Supplement-wise, I always take B3 because I don't eat meat," she says. "I also take vitamin C, vitamin D and daily probiotics." Supplements are an easy way to incorporate more vitamins and minerals each day.
Miller wants to do more than just be known for appearing on a reality show. "I think the best advice I had recently from my friends and family is to start making it clear what I stand for," she tells Heatworld. "I don't want to be known as Emily from Too Hot To Handle, I want to start making my own path. I'm really passionate about animals and that is the route I want to go down. I need to believe in myself."
Miller isn't afraid of opening up about things that have happened. In a revealing Instagram post, Miller revealed that she suffered a pregnancy loss. She shared photos from the hospital, and opened up about how she felt in the caption. She ended the post saying, "Physically I'm still in a lot of pain and bed bound after the surgery but mentally it's been even harder."
