Jazmin Pineda shows off her famous figure

Jazmin Pineda is heating up Sin City – in her workout gear. In a new social media post the fitness influencer and 90 Day Fiancé star shows off her famous figure in a two-piece exercise set. "VEGAS DUMP ?," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "Beautyyy ???," commented one of her followers. "Loves itt ?" added another.

Jazmin enjoys running. "It's been a minute since I've felt like running. Running 60 miles per week while prepping for the half marathon really burned me out and took a toll on my body. It's been nice to just get back into running bc I love it," she writes in a recent post. "Running is a big form of self care for me and if you haven't tried it (literally just run for 5 min) you need to. It brings out a different side of you while helping release stress/anxiety!"

Jazmin's main form of fitness is strength training. "Feeling strong & powerful," she captioned a recent workout post. "This was a great workout for you girlies to try!!" Here are the exercises she did:

Superset hip thrusts with single leg dead. "I prefer a kettlebell," she says.

Abductions (15,12,10,10)

Wider stance squats. "I was dying with these," she admits. "Squats are so humbling when you come back from a break!"

Reverse hack deadlifts. "This particular machine isn't my favorite," she says. "I still prefer doing them on the smith!!"

"My new favorite training method, I call it GYMLATES. A mixture of gym/weightlifting and Pilates movements," Jazmine reveals in a recent post. "I found it challenging trying to balance weightlifting and Pilates as a whole. (Plus having multiple memberships was just too much). So now I'm incorporating Pilates style movements into my workouts, especially my upper body days! The goal: to focus on smaller movements, core, and tension instead of heavy lifting. Rep range is minimum of 15 or timed for (30-45 sec)."

"I love animals. For ethical reasons, I became vegan more than 10 years ago," she said. "I wanted a high-quality protein that was powered by plants and free of artificial chemicals. It's the perfect blend of pea protein isolate, brown rice, and quinoa, providing 20 grams of protein and [it's] low in calories," she told Distractify about why she decided to launch her own protein powder.

"This is an average day of eating in my life. I don't count calories. I don't fast (except for the hours I'm sleeping) and I don't plan my meals at the moment. I eat in an intuitive way and trying to make healthy choices but also being flexible. I don't drink sugary drinks and/or alcohol but I do drink enough water and my vegan protein shake after my workout routine. Since I'm vegan, I follow a plant based diet but I include the main food groups in it: carbs, good fats, protein, veggies and fruits," she revealed in a post.

Eating chicken breast (white meat), compared to beef, reduces your intake of unhealthy saturated fats, which are linked with heart disease. Chicken is rich in phosphorus, an essential mineral that supports the health of teeth and bones, as well as the kidney, liver, and central nervous system."

Another thing that Findlay is seen eating in her Instagram story highlight is a bowl of kiwi. The Cleveland Clinic states that kiwi is very healthy. "Most Americans aren't getting enough vitamin E in their diet. This vitamin is an important nutrient for your immune system and heart health. Vitamin E helps widen blood vessels, lowering your risk of a heart attack or stroke. One kiwi contains 7% of your recommended daily amount of vitamin E."

Findlay is seen enjoying a bag of pickle slices. The Cleveland Clinic states that pickles have a lot of benefits. "Pickles generally offer fiber, antioxidants as well as vitamins to support eye and heart health.Fermented pickles, specifically, are a good source of probiotics, which are helpful for gut health. Pickles are also often low in calories, but it's important to remember that sweet pickles tend to have added sugar while dill pickles are high in sodium."

Findlay revealed in this photo that she loves beets. The American Heart Association states that beets have a lot of benefits. "Beets are high in nitrates which research suggests improve cardiovascular health in several ways. Some studies show beetroot juice supplementation may lower blood pressure and increase blood flow. It increases oxygen uptake, lengthening the time it takes to become fatigued, which allows people to stay active longer."

Anita Herbert flaunts her amazing body during an intense workout session

Anita Herbert is working her glutes in her exercise gear. In a new social media post the fitness influencer and Hungarian model shows off her amazing body during an intense workout session, wearing shorts and a sports bra. "Your next GLUTE workout is sorted & it's a tough one, so prepare your cheeks," she writes, revealing the set. "Let's get crush it!!"

"About three years ago, my husband encouraged me to go to the gym for the very first time in my life. At that time, we started training together. It took some time, but he eventually turned me on to eating healthy and weightlifting. As I began to educate myself about clean eating and training, I became very interested in this new lifestyle.

I loved the way training made me feel, and I also loved seeing how my body was changing day by day. People at the gym started to take notice of how my body was changing too, and they told me that I should compete in a show. At first, I thought it was silly to even consider competing, but then I decided that I should give it a try! Before I knew it, I had five NPC overall wins in a row, and now I'm an IFBB Pro. I just got invited to the Arnold Classic for the first time, and I'm going to be on the Olympia stage in September," she told Simply Shredded.

"My biggest motivation is the mirror. I like to see how my body changes on a daily basis. To me, there is nothing more exciting than discovering a new striation or a new vein popping out on my body!" she told Simply Shredded. "I'm sure some might say that I am crazy, but this has become a lifestyle to me, and I love it! Of course, I have to admit that I like to eat yummy food too, but for me feeling healthy and looking 'fit' is far more satisfying than eating a slice of pizza. My life is all about balance, and I can still have a slice of pizza every now and then if I want too, but it just doesn't interest me as much as it used to."

Anita mixes up her routine. "I switch up my training every once in a while, so it doesn't get boring. I also like to do aerobic classes and outdoor boot camps too! And on Sunday which is my rest day, I still like to do some form of cardio," she says.

Here are Anita's top 3 exercises:

Squats: "Squats are great because my booty can never be big enough," she says.

Hanging Leg Raises: "I love abs and hanging leg raises seem to work the best for me. Plus living in Miami, Florida, I always have to be bikini ready!" she jokes.

Lateral Raises: "I love training my shoulders with lateral raises because I love to feel the burn in my shoulders," she explains.

Anita has two diets that she stays "very consistent with," she tells Simply Shredded. "One diet I use for my off season and the other diet I use for preparing for a competition. When I'm prepping for a competition, my diet is very strict. I consume six meals a day; I measure everything, and I absolutely have no cheats! My protein sources primarily come from chicken, fish and eggs. My carbs consist of oats, quinoa, brown rice and sweet potato. I also love all kinds of vegetables, and I incorporate them into my diet as well. During my prep, I also limit my sodium intake, and I drink one to two gallons of water per day. Off season my diet is more flexible, but I still try to eat five to six meals a day. But in off season, I am able to include one to two cheat meals a week."

Adriana Lima shows off her amazing body

driana Lima is breaking a sweat in her exercise gear. In a new social media post the Brazilian model shows off her amazing body and impressive moves during a workout session with celebrity trainer Kirk Myers. "Crushing It: Getting Vs. Ready," he wrote on the Instagram Stories video of the former Victoria's Secret Angel, who returned to the runway for this year's show.

Longevity is the end goal and motivator for Adriana when it comes to her diet and exercise goals. "I plan to live a long time," she told Elle. "Keeping your body healthy with workouts, it's important what you put into your body. Eating this way gives you energy so you can have a long day of work and not feel exhausted."

Lima relies on meal delivery services to ensure healthy eating. She even travels with a cooler filled with pre-made meals from Perfecting Athletes, a South Florida-based nutrition service used by pro boxers and UFC fighters, which she microwaves in her hotel room. Most of the meals are plant based, like chickpeas, brown rice, and edamame. Can't afford a meal delivery service? Meal prepping will help keep you on track.

Lima avoids vitamins and supplements, nourishing her body with food instead. "You can have these types of results and instead of having vitamins, you can use food as energy," says Lima. "Traveling and being at photo shoots, it's kind of hard to find healthy food. I have these two girls I'm very lucky to have, Michelle [Ingels] and Paulina [Indara]. They are nutritionists and certified in Chinese medicine so they design my meals depending on what I'm doing at the gym. It keeps me moving." What does she like to eat? "I love smoothies, fresh fruit, and veggies. I also take a daily vitamin and drink lots of different herbal teas to help purify my body," she told CR Fashion Book. She also drinks "lots of water."

Lima is a fan of 54D—a "human transformation program" that involves high-intensity training workouts, she revealed on Instagram. "Breathless today. It was so tough," she captioned a post.. "But I enjoyed [it]!" There is lots of research backing up the benefits of HIIT workouts, including body fat reduction, improved cardiovascular function, and mental health. It is also time effective.

She also loves to run. "If I have a gym at my hotel, I'll wake up and do a quick workout, or I'll run outside as a way to see the place that I'm visiting," Lima told CR Fashion Book. "Another good trick of mine is packing a jump rope and doing ten minutes in my room first thing in the morning to get my heart rate up." According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

Adriana boxes with Michael Olajide Jr. of Aerospace, and says throwing punches is her favorite workout. Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.

Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

"Everything we do repeatedly is what will cause effects. That's why when they ask me how I take care of myself, I always answer that it's not about just one thing. There's not much of a secret," Catherine said. "Focus on your habits, your training, your diet, your rest and consult with your doctor so that he can guide you and add a supplement if you need it or you think it can enhance your training."

Catherine maintains a healthy diet. "Physical activity is fundamental to sustain myself healthy, I consider it it's 40% and the other 60% has to do with our diet," she said in a post. "I try to eat healthy and never stop taking my detox juice in the morning and my AMPK Protein Smoothie."

In a new social media post the stunning fitness influencer shows off her covetable curves in a two-piece exercise set, sharing gratitude as the one-year anniversary of her protein powder approaches. "Thank you everyone," she writes in the caption of the Instagram post.

Issa shared all of her top diet and fitness secrets with Entrena! Her first recommendation? Targeted exercises. "To tone and increase volume in your glutes, you cannot miss squats, lunges, and deadlifts. I love to include variations like sumo squats or lateral lunges to work different areas of the glutes and legs. And don't forget hip thrusts! They are my favorites for deep glute work," she says.

She also recommends smart cardio. "While cardio is great for overall health, to focus on toning, I prefer low-intensity cardio like long walks or using the elliptical. This helps burn fat without sacrificing the muscle mass we're working on building," she writes.

When it comes to diet, focus on nourishing food, recommends Issa. "A protein-rich diet is key to help rebuild and tone muscles after a workout. I make sure to include protein sources like chicken, fish, eggs, and of course my beloved whey protein. And let's not forget about healthy carbs and fats; our bodies need them for energy and recovery!" she says.

Next up, she encourages hydration and less salt. "Drinking enough water and maintaining a low-sodium diet helps reduce fluid retention, which can influence the appearance of cellulite. So let's keep those water bottles full!" she says.

Stretching and massage is also key. "After my workout, I spend time stretching and sometimes use a foam roller. Not only does this help with muscle recovery, but it can also improve circulation and reduce the appearance of cellulite," she writes.

And finally, consistency is key. "Consistency in your workout and nutrition routine is crucial. It's not about one-week changes, it's about a lifestyle," she writes.

Elizabeth Hurley left fans swooning on Thursday when she brushed away the winter blues with a sultry summer snap.

The 59-year-old actress donned only a straw hat and a plunging white bikini as she beamed for a series of stunning snaps, soaking in the sunshine. In a second image, she added a pair of ultra-glam oversized sunglasses.

Captioning the post, the model penned: "Hello, glorious memories of summer [pink love heart emoji] @elizabethhurleybeach."

Lisa Snowdon sizzled as she slipped into a racy bikini for a steamy Instagram post on Friday.

The TV presenter and model, 52, who is enjoying a half term holiday with her family, looked incredible in the skimpy two piece as she enjoyed a dip in the pool.

Alongside the video where she posed in the khaki number and jumped into the pool, she wrote: 'Body confidence on holiday for me always starts with good swimwear- the fit is crucial.

'I’m a different size up top to my bottom half and I find a lot of the bottoms go baggy and saggy and have too much material which I don’t think is very flattering - it’s not for everyone a more skimpy pair of pants but my suggestion is, try you might quite like it.

'I asked @bytaramatthews to design me a few bikinis and swimsuits that were cut with a more Brazilian shape on the bum.'

'My advice - Invest in good swimwear - a great bikini that supports your bust and fits your bottom as we are all shaped uniquely - and/or a swimsuit, that fits you so well you feel so confident on the beach or by the pool. Look after them- rinse them out each day- hang dry and they’ll last for years and years.'

The TV presenter went on to say: 'Get in touch with @bytaramatthews look on her website, so many styles to choose from - everything can be adapted and colours can be changed/ also a brilliant swimwear brand for anyone who’s had a mastectomy'.

Kim Kardashian showed off her age-defying physique as she kicked off her 44th birthday celebrations over the weekend.

The SKIMS founder hit the beach with her closest family and friends on Saturday afternoon in sunny Malibu — one day before her actual birthday on October 21.

Kim — who recently had a slumber part with Pete Davidson's ex — looked incredible as she waltzed around in a skimpy silver bikini that showed off her famous curves.

Kim's sisters Khloe Kardashian, 40, Kourtney Kardashian, 45, Kendall Jenner, 28, and mom Kris Jenner, 68, took time out of their busy schedules to attend the beach bash held at a luxury oceanside property.

The youngest of Kim's four kids with ex-husband Kanye West — Chicago, six, and Pslam, four — were also present.

Katherine McNamara is scuba diving – and posing in her exercise gear. In a new social media post the Shadowhunters stars flaunts her amazing figure in a swimsuit and workout gear during a scuba diving trip in the tropics. As an actress, Katherine is no stranger to shaping up fast for a role, which takes discipline. She had less than four weeks to transform her body from "this ballerina, lithe-limbed body to a marine—and then on top of that, be ready to do all of this fighting and stunt work this film required," she told Women's Health about how she got in shape for Air Force One Down. "I just dove in headfirst into all different kinds of training and really worked hard. But it paid off in the end."

Katherine is no stranger to twice a days – exercising once in the morning and another round in the evening) prior to filming. "When you're doing a day of stunts on set, it's like being a dancer," she says. "It's over and over and over again in these 30 to 60-second spurts of super intense, maximum-effort fighting," she said. When the movie started filming she would wake up at 4 a.m., do an hour on the treadmill or bike for an hour, and then another hour of weight training. After a 13-hour work day she would return to the gym for another round of strength training.

"I think the most important thing I learned is: It's just get yourself there," Katherine recommends. "There were days when I was tired. There were days when the last thing I wanted to do was pick up a weight…but I just had to physically get myself there—to take a deep breath and remember why I was doing it and why I was there. I think that can go for any kind of physical goal that someone has—half the battle is the mental battle."

Katherine keeps her body fueled with health food, like chicken, vegetables, and scrambled eggs, and sometimes a potato, for carbs. "I just tried to stay pretty clean and get as much protein and fat as possible, to keep my body going but without having to work through anything processed," she says.

According to Katherine, to prep for her role as Clary Fray on Shadowhunters, she trained for intense fight scenes with HIIT workouts. "In order to do the fight scenes, I needed a lot of upper body strength because I would be holding weapons all day," she told Women's Health. "High intensity interval training turned out to be the perfect thing for me. I was able to keep up my cardio stamina and build upon that so I could do the fight scenes, which are basically just sprints." There is lots of research backing up the benefits of HIIT workouts, including body fat reduction, improved cardiovascular function, and mental health. It is also time effective.

Boxing also helped her get in fighting form. "It builds the shape of muscles I needed to look like a fighter, and it's just plain fun," she says. "I know most people hate leg day, but I kinda love it. It's what makes me feel strongest." Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.

Alexis Ren shows off her amazing body

Alexis Ren is doing yoga – in her workout clothes. In a new social media post the influencer shows off her amazing body in a two-piece exercise set during a RVCA yoga session. Alexis loves to dance. "Ballet has been so many things for me. It's been heaven and an escape. Hell and a prison. Through hours of pouring sweat and soul onto the dance floor, I have found a work ethic and a determination I wouldn't trade for the world. The ability to look resistance square in the eyes and keep going," she says. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Alexis is a fan of tennis tennis – and the cardio-meets-aerobic workout is great for your health, says ACE Fitness. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

Alexis prioritizes her mental health and self-care. "In the mornings, I journal," Alexis told Grazia. "I think journaling is one of the most important things to build into your morning routine. Journaling is an important tool because the days and years pass by so quickly, but journaling stays forever. Looking back, you get to see yourself grow in your writing. When I look back on my journals from even five years ago, it makes me proud to see how much I've grown and evolved."

Alexis makes sure to get plenty of sleep. "My bedtime varies, although lately, it's been around 11:30 pm," she told Grazia. "The time I wake up varies by the day, but if I have a few days off, I try to let myself sleep in (which means 9 am latest). I like to listen to my body and tune in to what it's telling me, even if that means waking up at 6 am daily, or 9 am from time to time. As of lately, I feel more creative towards the evening, so I have been staying up a little later to work on projects and brainstorm." What are the health benefits of sleep? According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z's is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.

"I love surfing," Alexis told Grazia. "Lots and lots of practice," she captioned a recent post. According to the Australian government's Better Health, surfing provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. "Once you're standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up," they say.

Alexis enjoys pilates, which "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health," says the Mayo Clinic. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Phoebe Tonkin looks sexy in a bikini

Phoebe Tonkin, known for her roles in The Originals and The Vampire Diaries, is showing off her commitment to self-care and wellness. In a recent Instagram Story, she shared a glimpse of her sauna session—still in her workout gear—proving that staying active and indulging in self-care go hand in hand. Phoebe has a balanced approach to health, from reading and jumping on a trampoline to taking supplements.

Phoebe does "a serious amount of book-reading," she tells Rose Inc. "For me, it's really the only way I can truly escape. I am finding even with TV or movies, my mind wanders and I reach for my phone." Some of her favorite books include Three Women by Lisa Taddeo, The Lost Flowers of Alice Hart by Holly Ringland, Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens, and The Water Cure by Sophie Mackintosh. "But hands down, the best book I have read in a long time—I read it pretty much over a day and a half—was This Is How It Always Is by Laurie Frankel. Heartbreaking. I couldn't put it down and lost a lot of sleep over this one," she says.

When it comes to exercise, Phoebe likes to jump. "I have a mini trampoline. Even if I can jump on it for only 10 minutes, it alleviates some anxiety and burns some energy. It is very easy to stay still for hours at a time. I need to jolt my system every now and then," says Phoebe. Adding a spring to your step can help you get into shape faster. A NASA study published in the Journal of Applied Physiology claims that rebounding exercise is 68 percent more efficient than jogging. As far as calories burned, a study by the American Council on Exercise found that mini trampoline workouts effectively burn an average of 12.4 calories per minute for men and 9.4 calories per minute for women. According to a 2016 in the Journal of Sport and Health Science trampoline jumping also helps with bone density and strength.

Another self-care practice that helps her cope with stress and/or anxiety? "Taking walks," she says. "Exercise, walking, turning off my phone, and trying to focus on being grateful." Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Phoebe enjoys at home workouts. "I do a lot of Ballet Beautiful. I do the group classes on Zoom, or a private with Mary Helen Bowers. I also sometimes pick and choose some of the streaming videos if I don't want to commit to a full workout. I also have a mini trampoline and I bought some of the P.Volve equipment. But I should be honest and say, it's getting harder and harder to motivate myself. I try to at least jump around or do some swan arms for 20 minutes a day," she says.

She also takes supplements. "I have been trying to take more vitamins," she says, especially when fresh produce isn't as easily accessible. "I take vitamin D, zinc, C, and B's."

But Rochelle is unlikely to ever enter the jungle herself because she would 'never' want to be apart from Marvin for so long ever again.

She even confessed that she has whipped out the clip of their emotional reunion in a bid to win an argument.

According to Rochelle, the moment has 'set the barometer' for just how much they love each other and she uses it to quash any disagreement.

Sydney Sweeney is getting into character in workout clothes. In a new social media post the actress flexes her guns while revealing to her followers that her next role is as Christy Martin, a former boxer. "Over the past few months, I've been immersed in training to bring to life the story of an incredible woman—a true champion who fought battles both inside and outside the ring. Her journey is a testament to resilience, strength, and hope, and I'm honored to step into her shoes to share her powerful story with you all," she captioned the Instagram photos.

Water skiing has been a hobby of Sydney's since the "moment I could walk," she told Women's Health. "It's my favorite." In terms of physical benefits, "It's a lot of upper body strength, it's balance, it's core, it's legs—you get tired really fast," she says. "I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun," she said.

Sweeney told the Hollywood Reporter that she only drinks water and that she has never even tried coffee and doesn't drink alcohol. "If I'm celebrating, or it's a very rare occasion, I'll have a Shirley Temple," she said. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

"I'm trained in mixed martial arts," Sydney told Marie Claire. "I started when I was 14 and did my first competition at 18. It was a grappling competition against all guys a weight category above me, and I got first place. Those guys were probably saying, 'Oh, we didn't want to hurt her,' but they were definitely trying. Everyone broke a sweat!" Studies confirm that the practice helps with balance, cognitive function and psychological health in addition to weight loss and physical fitness.

"I love to paint, and I love to read," she said. "Those are the activities that are just for me." Why should you pick up a book? According to a Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine, people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Jena Sims showcases her flawless body in a bikini

Jena Sims, a successful model and Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Rookie for 2024, is gearing up for a major photoshoot by focusing on her fitness. Recently, she shared some behind-the-scenes moments on her Instagram story, where she was seen working out with fellow model Sixtine Royer and fitness expert Denise Austin. Dressed in black workout gear, Sims appeared focused and motivated. Her training routine is part of her preparation to maintain her stunning physique, and she's using a variety of exercises to ensure she's at her best for the shoot. Sims proves that even at the top of her game, she's still putting in the work to stay fit and confident.

As you can see from her Instagram story, Sims is seen working with a trainer. ACE Fitness states that personal training has a lot of health benefits. "Most of us work harder in the presence of others. Having a trainer by your side can provide the encouragement, energy and motivation you need to jumpstart your routine. A trainer can also help you set goals, create a plan to accomplish them and celebrate the day you reach them."

Sims shared some of her favorite workouts in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing is hip thrusts. Sims captioned the post, "Let's build-a-booty ?? in the gym ??" Gymless states that hip thrusts are very effective. "Hip thrusts are a controlled and powerful movement, mainly focusing on the glutes, hamstrings, lower back, and core. This exercise is vital for developing a stronger posterior chain, contributing to improved athletic performance, alleviating lower back pain, and enhancing overall physique. Considering that about 65 million Americans experience some form of back pain, hip thrusts are a great exercise to include in your routine."

Sims is also seen doing lunges in the previous Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that lunges are very effective. "If you're doing front and back lunges, you'll primarily be working the gluteus maximus, adductors, and quadriceps. Side lunges will work the gluteus medius more. And if you're taking bigger steps forward and back, you'll use more of the glute muscles, while smaller steps will target the quadriceps more."

Sims also likes to do squats to stay in shape. She is seen doing them in this Instagram video. Squats have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic states, "Squats target and strengthen your thighs, hips and butt. Why does that matter? A strong lower body is important for athletes, yes, but not just for athletes. Your lower body fuels your ability to walk, run, jump … everything, really. It also generates power for upper-body movements and all kinds of other activities."

Sims opened up about being in the spotlight in an interview with The New York Post. She says that she has learned to ignore what people say about her. "I always tell myself, you can be the ripest, juiciest peach and there's always going to be someone who doesn't like peaches. There'll always be people who will be like, 'get a job,' or 'stop spending your husband's money' or 'wow it's a shame you don't have any of your own hobbies or talent.' "

Suhana Khan shows off her bikini body

Suhana Khan is getting her sweat on in her workout gear. In a new social media post Shah Rukh Khan's actress daughter shows off her amazing figure in a two-piece exercise set during a rigorous set at the gym. "Waooo you are glowing," commented one of her followers. "Look at you! Glowing with strength my love!" added another.

Suhana starts her day with coffee. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Suhana enjoys yoga. "Here is the darling @suhanakhan2 doing the #kakasanapose just in a few classes together! The champ she is, shows on the Mat! The sweet, chirpy and Uber cool! Ever so helpful and always ready to try something new!" her instructor wrote about the Instagram image. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Suhana has a go-to method of self-care: Baths. "There are few things that make us melt into a state of sheer delight than that of sliding into a steaming bath at the end of the day. Are you a bath or shower person?" she captioned a post of herself in the tub. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Another self-care method of Suhana's? Journaling and reading. "Tuesday Inspiration ❤️," she captioned a post of herself writing in her journal. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

In her recent post Suhana does a strength training workout. Pull-ups, leg press, hip thrust, push-ups, and deadlifts are all part of her routine. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:
