Maribel Guardia enjoying a vacation in the Bahamas

Maribel Guardia first rose to fame when she won Miss Costa Rica in 1978. She then began a career in the entertainment industry. Guardia starred in shows like Tu y yo and Una familia con suerte. Guardia is also a singer and TV host. She's currently enjoying a vacation in the Bahamas, and shared a set of swimsuit photos on Instagram. Guardia is an avid dancer. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself dancing. Guardia shared a video of herself dancing on stage. Prudential reports that dance has a lot of health benefits. "The movements associated with dance can increase flexibility and reduce stiffness. Don't over-exert yourself though – even the simple stretches associated with dancing can help ease joint pain and any soreness from other more strenuous exercises."

Guardia makes sure to eat healthy, and avoids unhealthy foods as much as she can. She shared some of her secrets in an interview. One of Guardia's secrets is carrying healthy options with her. "I try to carry healthy things in the bag, so I don't have to eat filthy things like chips, candy and so on."

Guardia is a big believer in balance when it comes to her diet. Especially when it comes to carbohydrates. In the same interview, Guardia says that she limits carbs during most of the week, and has one day where she indulges. "When I eat a tortilla in the morning, for the rest of the day I don't eat another one and I avoid bread," she explained. "On Sundays I eat everything: pizza, hamburgers, desserts."

Guardia likes to spend time outside. One thing she likes to do is go on hikes. She shared these photos and videos on Instagram of herself hiking in Costa Rica. The Cleveland Clinic states that hiking has a lot of benefits, including helping people with their sleep. "If you struggle to get a good night's sleep, then a hike might be beneficial. Exposure to vitamin D can help control your wake-sleep cycle. And being outside and exercising will also raise your body's temperature, so when your internal temperature goes back down, it can lull you into sleep."

Guardia makes sure to stretch, and shared this photo of herself working out on Instagram. She captioned the post, "Stretch your body, your mind and your heart." The Mayo Clinic states that stretching has a lot of benefits. "However, research has shown that stretching can help improve flexibility, and, as a result, the range of motion of your joints. Better flexibility may: Improve your performance in physical activities. Decrease your risk of injuries. Help your joints move through their full range of motion. Increase muscle blood flow. Enable your muscles to work most effectively. Improve your ability to do daily activities."

Alessandra Ambrosio looking incredible in a bikini

Alessandra Ambrosio started 2024 off by hitting the ground running—or more specifically, hitting the treadmill running. The former Victoria's Secret model shared a video of herself wearing a gray two-piece workout outfit, going through an entire routine including running, kettlebells, resistance bands, and stair climbing. "Welcome to my @technogym. Perfect way to start the new year!!!" she captioned the Instagram post. Here's what Ambrosio's health and wellness routine look like at 42.

Ambrosio's perfect day is one spent in nature with her family. "I love being woken up by the sound of the ocean, so anywhere near the sea, especially if my kids are around," she tells Hello!. "We recently went to Fernando de Noronha. It was magical – there are beautiful ocean views all around you. I'd eat a traditional Brazilian breakfast, fruit, avocado, eggs, fresh juices and coffee. I would change into something comfortable, probably Alo Yoga activewear. After yoga I'd jump in the ocean wearing Gal Floripa swimwear followed by a long walk on the beach in my Pangaia sweats."

Ambrosio's favorite foods are grilled picanha and sushi, which she enjoys outdoors. "Lately, I have been researching brands like Bottletop that create sustainable products that look amazing," she tells Hello!. "When I'm not working, I like to let my skin breathe, so I would use Dr Barbara Sturm Sun Drops for SPF protection, and Beautycounter BB Cream after my morning exercise. Instead of heading somewhere else, I would stay in the same place, so I don't have to travel – and hopefully all of my friends and family will be there so we can play beach volleyball… Staying by the beach in Fernando de Noronha would be a dream afternoon; there is so much nature to explore and it has the most magical sunsets. In Brazil, nature is a huge part of our lives. We are surrounded by the oceans and the Amazon."

Ambrosio's wellness routine is focused around gratitude. "It's not easy, but I have my tricks," she tells Forbes. "I like waking up in the morning, doing my coffee, and then I have my diary next to my bed. It's a 5-minute diary – like a gratitude book. I just write a little bit about what I expect out of my day, what I'm grateful for, so just to start the day in a positive vibe. I have some things that I know how to calm me down, how to center, and how to be present in the moment that I do."

Ambrosio's workout includes resistance training and Pilates for a fantastic all-body exercise. She's also a devotee of the Tracy Anderson method. "I have been working with Tracy [Anderson] for last couple years, and what I love about her classes that it does not feel like exercise," Ambrosio told Bravo. "It's almost like taking a fun dance class that targets all of your muscle groups, and you get amazing results…she also has online classes, so when I travel, I am able to work out in my hotel room."

Ambrosio is proud of her time as a Victoria's Secret Angel. "Victoria's Secret was like a family for me and I learned so much with them and it was a brand that I admired," she tells Forbes. "It was a school for me of modeling because I was working every day. We got to go to so many different places, so it just really made me really comfortable in front of the camera. I don't know if I would change anything. I guess everything is about learning and when you're young – I started with Victoria's Secret when I was 19, so I was still kind of young, even if I thought I knew everything in the world (laughs). I was learning and if I did mistakes, even the mistakes, I think it counts to learn and not to do it again."

Emilia Bechrakis chasing the Sun

Emilia Bechrakis is heating up St. Barths in her bathing suit. In a new social media post the wife of Million Dollar Listing New York's Ryan Serhant shows off her amazing body in a red swimsuit. "Keep chasing the sun," the 38-year-old attorney captioned the post. "Killing that bikini girl," commented one of her followers. "My gorgeous girl!!" added another.

Serhant went from a "skinny girl" growing up in Greece to strong when she finally started exercising after moving to New York and hitting the gym with her husband. "Once I got into it and saw I gained muscle and didn't lose weight, I was hooked!" she told Bella. She does a lot of circuit and weight training at celebrity mecca The Dogpound.

Emilia is Greek – and eats like it with a Mediterranean style diet. Cooking with olive oil and avoiding sugar are a few of her habits. "After eating fresh food in Greece, I had trouble eating meat and dairy in the United States," she says. While she isn't a vegan she gravitates toward plant-based eating but eats fish.

Emilia also limits dairy. However she does have one non-cheat, cheat meal. "My guilty pleasure—which is actually healthy, so it's not even a real guilty pleasure—is Greek frozen yogurt from Mike and Dave's," she said.

Another form of exercise that Emilia loves? Pilates. She often takes classes on the weekends. According to research, Pilates exercises are designed to increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility, and to improve posture and balance. Experts maintain that it is a great workout for leaning out.

Emilia also gets her cardio in with the help of spin classes and long walks. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Pia Wurtzbach share photos from the Maldives

Pia Wurtzbach is heating up the Maldives in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the model and actress shows off her amazing body in a red hot bathing suit while frolicking on the beach with her husband, Jeremy Jauncey. "I wanna be with you everywhere," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps, driving her followers wild. "Hottest in the universe," commented one, while another added, "stunning."

Pia keeps her diet healthy by cooking her own meals most of the time. "I have a busy schedule and am constantly traveling so when I do have the time to grocery shop or prepare a meal, I make it a priority," she told People. "However, I love sushi so I find myself eating out often for that!"

Like many fit folks, Pia focuses on adding "lots of protein" to her meals. "I like to enjoy foods that keep my energy levels stable," Wurtzbach told People. "Otherwise I'd likely crash at some point during the day." "Muscles love protein, especially complete proteins like whey," says the Cleveland Clinic. "Whey protein contains branched-chain amino acids, a specific type of amino acid that helps with muscle building," registered dietitian Maxine Smith, RD, LD tells the Clinic.

Pia told People that she drinks at least 8 glasses of water per day. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Pia dished to People that she consumes 1,758 calories per day, starting with a breakfast of a cup of coffee with a splash of cream and 1 1⁄2 cups of Greek yogurt with 3 diced strawberries, a handful of blueberries, a tbsp. of honey and mangoes. For lunch, she will eat a grilled-chicken Caesar salad – "light on the croutons" – with diced cherry tomatoes, 2 tbsp. of dressing and ⅓ cup of low-fat Parmesan cheese. She might nibble on a snack of two handfuls of roasted almonds (no salt) and dried mango with a side of cottage cheese. For dinner she enjoys oven-roasted salmon (with ½ tbsp. of olive oil to coat fillet), 1 cup of spinach topped with feta, 1 cup of steamed broccoli with fresh lemon juice, olive oil and garlic, and 2 red bliss potatoes, sliced, with olive oil and fresh rosemary.

Pia's personal trainer, Mark Banta of Anytime Fitness, maintains that she "swears" by three moves. "The plank is one of the best exercises for a flat, toned stomach because it works all the muscles in your core, including the rectus abdominis or the 'six-pack muscles' you can see. We made sure to do this because we're really preparing for the swimsuit competition," he told Candy. For her arms she does a tricep pulldown and to keep her legs in shape, squats and lunges.

Pia relies on carbs before her workouts and proteins after. "When it comes to gearing up before your workout, carbs should be number one on your list. Always take them an hour before you start exercising," Banta told Candy. "After workout, we always consume a post workout drink (protein shake), boiled eggs, and chicken breast. Carbs are meant to be your energy source and protein is for faster muscle recovery and repair."

Sophie Habboo shows off her phenomenal figure

Sophie Habboo is one of the United Kingdom's hottest influencers. She's got a strong following on social media. She and her husband, Jamie Laing, also have a podcast, called The Newlyweds. The couple recently enjoyed a trip to Miami, and Habboo shared some highlights on Instagram. In them, she lounged by the beach in a black swimsuit and enjoyed some snacks.

Habboo shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Grazia. She says that she likes to unwind after a long day, and shared her favorite practices. "I love putting on a sheet mask, sinking into a warm bath and using an ice roller on my face," she says. "I sit there watching YouTube videos for half an hour, it's a ritual that really helps me calm down and reset."

Habboo shared some of her favorite workouts in her Grazia interview. She revealed that her current go-to workout is Pilates. "I really love it and I'm seeing a lot of results from it, actually," Habboo said. "I'm a bit of a cardio junkie so it took me a while to adjust to a more fluid form of exercise. But I'm there now, I've bitten the bullet." Pilates has a lot of health benefits. The Cleveland Clinic states, "Pilates is a form of strength training, but it doesn't look like some of the other strength training exercises you might be familiar with. Pilates focuses more on improving muscle tone than building muscles, but the result is similar: greater stability and endurance.

Pilates isn't going to bulk you up — if anything, it's designed to cultivate a longer, leaner look. Still, it can lay a strong physical foundation for muscle-building activities — and may even reduce your likelihood of injury. More on that later."

Habboo makes sure to workout, and she sometimes does so without leaving her home. In her Grazia interview, Habboo says that she loves doing online classes, and shares her reason for wanting to workout at home. "We have a little puppy now," she says. "So I'm working out a lot more at home out of necessity. I'm obsessed with Byrony Deery's classes."

Habboo revealed to Grazia that she is working on drinking a lot more water. "I want to be really clear and focused on the day. I want to feel like my best self and I'm really making an effort at the moment to be mindful, to exercise and to drink lots of water at the moment."

Habboo does a lot of traveling. She and her husband recently took a ski trip for Christmas, and shared a lot of highlights on Instagram. In one of these photos, Habboo is seen on the slopes. She captioned the post, "Happy Christmas." The Canadian Ski Council reports that skiing has a lot of benefits. "It's well documented that skiing and snowboarding benefits cardiovascular health, overall fitness, strength, coordination, balance and more. Chantel Jeffries flaunts her toned body

Chantel Jeffries is a lot of things, all of them impressive. She's a model. She's a DJ. And she's an influencer who has her own YouTube channel. Jeffries recently enjoyed a vacation to St. Barths, and shared some photos on Instagram from it. In them, she is seen walking on the beach and jet-skiing in a blue swimsuit. Jeffries captioned the post, "Blueprint."

Jeffries has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared some of her secrets in an interview with Teen Vogue. Jeffries said that she cuts certain foods that agitate her skin. "I don't eat any dairy or gluten because dairy is something that affects my skin. I'm allergic to dairy, so I'll get a rash on my face, but a lot of people do break out from dairy and all the hormones they put in it."

Jeffries shared her skincare routine with Teen Vogue. She says that she uses simple products. "I use my Clarisonic in the shower, and alternate between using just face wash or an additional scrub. I love simple ones like St. Ives. I'll use the Clearogen Acne Regimen and then the toner, too. I struggle with acne sometimes, and it really helps to prevent it. After that, I'll use a sensitive moisturizer by Cerave — it has SPF in it so I don't need an additional sunscreen."

Jeffries makes sure to take care of her teeth. She tells Teen Vogue that she uses charcoal tablets and coconut oil. "I also drink a lot of water — I put an activated charcoal tablet in there, shake it up, and drink those three times a week. I like coconut oil as well — I eat it and use it on my teeth, like oil pulling. I'll do that once a week. But the charcoal also has the same effect where it pulls out all the toxins out of your mouth, because charcoal absorbs all the toxins in the body. If you look at it it's very porous, so it can absorb all the toxins in your mouth and absorb stains off your teeth. But, you want to be careful — when you drink charcoal — not to take any supplements within two hours. If you do that, the charcoal will absorb all the supplements."

Jeffries makes sure to take care of her hair. She tells Teen Vogue that she doesn't like to use heating tools that much. "I try to avoid heat as much as possible, so I do a lot of hairstyles that are heatless. Whenever I do my hair curly, I keep scrunching it with my head flipped over in a towel until it's 70% dry. When I do a big, volumized natural look, I'll blow-dry my hair with a 2.5 inch round brush."

In a video interview with Pretty Little Thing, Jeffries shared some of her workout secrets. She says that she likes to do a variety of things to stay in shape. "That's something to keep me motivated, is always doing different things," she says. "Doing different things, trying out fun adventurous workout activities, it definitely keeps you motivated."

Addison Rae shared some photos looking amazing

Addison Rae is only 23 years old. However, she's accomplished so much. She's one of the most popular accounts on TikTok. She's an actress, best known for the films He's All That and Thanksgiving. She's also a singer, and released her EP AR last year. Rae recently shared a set of beach photos on Instagram. In them, she wore different swimsuits.

In an interview with ELLE, Rae talked about how much she feels that she has grown over the years. "Looking at pictures of myself from two years ago, I'm like: I don't know her," Rae says. "I've grown into my style a lot the past few years, and as I'm getting older and experiencing more of life and different people, I'm discovering more things that I like and that inspire me. I feel really comfortable with myself and my body now, but that's obviously something I've had to work on and learn how to do. Because it's really hard to love the things about yourself that maybe people don't want you to love."

Rae has built a lot of confidence in herself. She tells ELLE that learning more about fashion and what works on her body helped her. "Learning how to style my body type and understanding what looks good and feels good on me has been a big thing," explains Rae. "Every body is so different, so something that looks great on someone else might not look the same on me. And that's fine. It's about finding things you love, but in a way that makes you feel the most confident – and making it your own."

Rae makes sure to listen to herself and her instincts. She told ELLE, "Everything I've done so far in my career is because of choices I've made, and straying true to myself and my intuition. So why would I listen to what anyone else has to say? I got here all on my own."

Rae is all about being positive. "One thing about me that surprises people is that I am just as happy as I am in the pictures," she says to High Snobiety. "I try to always be positive, and people think that's not real. No matter what situation I've been in my entire life, good or bad, I've always [known] that things pass and get better."

Rae has had to deal with people who don't like her. However, she told High Snobiety that she is working on not being a people pleaser. "You're not meant to appeal to every single person. There are going to be people that don't like you. There are going to be people that don't like what you wear, but that's all a part of being unique and different and standing out. People who are memorable don't come from being people pleasers. Growing up, I struggled with that. I wanted to make everyone happy, and sometimes you compromise yourself when you do that. That helped me navigate myself and exactly what I wanted to do and be."

Sarah Michelle Gellar looking great at 46

Sarah Michelle Gellar, the Buffy the Vampire Slayer star shows off her flawless figure at 46 enjoying a much-needed vacation. "If I've left you unread…. Here is why. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. It can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

Sarah is all about drinking her nutrients. "My favorite thing is to have a green juice," she told The/Thirty. "I go every weekend to the farmers market and I get fresh kale, spinach, celery, and lettuces and I blend it all together. That's my favorite thing before I work out."

Sarah likes "to eat fresh, organic and local," she told Self. "People think it's so expensive to eat like that, but there are ways to do it so it's not as pricey. We shop at Whole Foods, but we ask which fish is on sale. On sale doesn't mean it's bad! It probably just means it's overcaught. And I clip coupons all the time. Why should you pay more for something that someone else is paying less for?"

"Sometimes, I'm so tired at the end of the day I just want to go to bed, but I have to take time for myself to take a bath," she told Bustle. Sarah's one "beauty/self-care must-have" doesn't cost a cent. "It's probably sleep because I need it and I'm very cranky without it," she told Health. Why are baths a great (and free) self-care ritual? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

"I love PlateFit and the feeling of being on a Power Plate," Gellar revealed. "I love how quickly I can work out and get such a great exercise." Another one of her workouts? "I love Pilates because it centers me and it also strengthens my body."

Sarah also revealed to Bustle that she enjoys reading. On her recent vacation she shared a photo of the book she was reading, The New Couple in 5B. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Surfer Caroline Marks shows off her amazing body

Caroline Marks is celebrating an epic year – in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the professional surfer and 2023 WSL Women's World Tour Champion shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while commemorating the past 365 days. "2023. Best year yet," she captioned a series of Instagram snaps.

Caroline focuses her diet around raw, whole foods. "I've always eaten healthy and eaten those foods, but I have been more educated in the last year about nutrition. I love food and learning about it," she tells Women's Health.

Caroline's main method of blasting calories is surfing. She told Women's Health that she shreds for a whopping four hours a day. According to the Australian government's Better Health, surfing provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. "Once you're standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up," they say.

Caroline told Women's Health that she also trains for one hour a day, adding to The Red Bulletin that the gym is where she works on balance and fitness. "Let's say I'm going to a long point break like Jeffreys Bay. I have to make the first turn as strong as the last turn. It's really hard to do, because my legs get tired. Sometimes, I have to surf four heats in a day, and I obviously can't just stop. There's a big agility ladder at my gym and I try to keep my feet going as fast as I can. I want to keep my heart rate up as long as possible. It's a lot of fast-twitch motions, too," she explained. "At the gym, I stand on a balance ball on one leg. My trainer will throw a medicine ball to me and I have to catch it one-handed. He doesn't tell me which side he's throwing to. It's super random. A lot of the most important work is done before the contest even starts."

Caroline fuels up with oatmeal in the morning, topping it with apples, bananas, or blueberries. "I add almond butter for more calories if I know I'll have a long day," she added to Women's Health. For lunch, she relies on grab-and-go meals like quinoa bowls, salads, tofu, and nuts or a garden salad with cucumbers, bell peppers, and chicken. "Dinner is however I feel—sometimes it's steak, chicken, salmon, or other times I have a vegan day," she added, revealing that her favorite carb to add is sweet potato. She also enjoys salmon with broccoli. One thing you won't find her eating? Dairy products.

Caroline also fuels up with smoothies. "Mango is my favorite fruit ever," says Caroline. "So I'll just do mango with ice, strawberries, and blueberries." Her go-to green smoothie is a blend of spinach, ginger, celery, and apple.

Brie Larson shows off her incredibly fit figure

Brie Larson is posing in her wetsuit. In a recent social media post the 34-year-old actress shows off her incredibly fit figure while swimming in what looks like a cave. "Always practicing my posture," she captioned the Instagram photo. "Love you," commented one of her followers, while another called her a "Goddess."

Brie understands the importance of stretching. "Stretching is a huge part of exercise," she explained in a YouTube video. "This is great for mornings, before workouts, as you're winding down your day, or, if you're somebody like me who's spending the majority of their time at a desk looking at Zoom all day, it's good to incorporate a couple of stretches and be kind to yourself," she added. "Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints," says Harvard Health. "Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage."

While Brie focuses on fueling her body with the food it needs to sustain her hardcore workouts, she does allow herself cheat meals. Some of her favorites are soft pretzels and fried mozzarella sticks. "Ice cream, anyone?" she captioned a snap.

One way that Brie keeps exercise exciting is by trying unconventional workouts. "Even after years of training, I still try to find ways to get out of working out. Luckily @risemovement keeps me motivated by prefacing a new move with 'this will be fun,'" she captioned one of her Instagram posts. "My #AntiHero trait? Refusing conventional workouts," she captioned a video of herself pushing a cart with a lot of weight.

"Sauna, massage, nature" are three ways that Brie gets in her self-care time, she revealed a recent photo of herself during a wellness getaway at Wilderness Reserve. "Morning sweat session 101: must include selfies," she added in another recent snap, wearing a swimsuit in the sauna.

In 2023, Brie revealed that she was dancing a whopping seven hours per day. "Every day we'd get up at 5am to get to the studio by 7:30am. There, we'd work on building a dancer. Flexibility, strength, weight transfers, spirals, breath, fascia, rooting – my experience was expanding," Brie wrote in an Instagram caption. "Thank you to my body for growing with me!" Why is dancing great for your body? Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Halle Berry looking great as always

It was definitely not a cold and frosty holiday season for Halle Berry, who spent the run up to Christmas in intense heat out in the desert. Berry, 57, shared a picture of herself posing by rocks in the sand, wearing a black one-piece swimsuit. "Couldn't hide these rocks ?," she captioned the post.

Berry (still!) swears by intermittent fasting for health and energy. "The first thing I take in the morning is vitamin A-D-K, fish oils, and collagen in my coffee," she tells Marie Claire. "Then, I take either Pendulum Metabolic Daily or Glucose Control supplements. Their probiotics have been really helping me heal some gut issues that I've had. I stopped eating breakfast over 20 years ago. Everybody needs to break their fast from the night at different times, and so I've learned to really listen to my own body and not follow those conventional thoughts that, 'Oh, breakfast is the best meal.'

The best meal is whenever you break fast. And for me, that's around 2:00 p.m. every day. I start off my morning with one cup of coffee, and that's all I'll have until 2 p.m. And I use hazelnut, like milked hazelnuts instead of any kind of milk, and I do a sugar substitute, and that gets me through."

Berry works out in the mornings after the school run. "I workout usually every day, or four days a week, sometimes five, depending, but usually four days a week," she tells Marie Claire. "My fitness routine changes. Some days it's more cardiovascular-heavy. Some days it's working with light weights. Sometimes it's calisthenics, sometimes it's yoga, sometimes it's Pilates. I just recently got a Pilate machine at home, which I love, love, love. Sometimes it's that. I just try to mix it up. I think our bodies get used to the same exercises. So for me, it's always been important to do different things all the time."

Berry lets herself indulge in non-healthy treats now and then. "I can enjoy a bag of salt and vinegar chips and a Diet Coke with the best of them," she tells The Kit. "It's important to have cheat days—days when you allow yourself to fall off the wagon. That's what helps me stay on my journey: not feeling pressure to be perfect, but to simply do my best."

Berry closes her eating window four hours after breaking her fast. "I eat my last meal around 5:30 p.m and by 6 p.m., I'm done eating," she tells Marie Claire. "So from 2:00 to 6:00 are the times that I eat food. When I'm winding down, I usually start with a glass of red wine. I found these wines by Dry Farms. They're a natural wine. They have a low sugar content and they're lower in alcohol, so it makes it an easier drinking wine. Heart disease runs in my family, and so my heart doctor's like, 'If you can have a glass of a natural red once a day, that's good for heart health.' So that's something that's not every night, but four times a week."

Berry appreciates compliments about her achievements more than her looks, which she feels she can't take as much credit for. "I probably don't think about it as much as maybe others do, actually," she tells PEOPLE. "I focus on so many other things in my life. So many other aspects of who I am get way more focus than what my physical self looks like. So it's not something I focus on… I love when someone says, 'You're a great mother,' or, 'You're a talented actress.' Those are the things that I appreciate more, because those are things I work very hard at every day. Physical beauty, I don't have much to do with that. We come here the way we all come here, and it's so subjective. What one thinks is beautiful, one does not. I, personally, don't spend that much time on that part of who I am."

Bregje Heinen looks incredible in a loop bikini

Bregje Heinen spent her holidays getting engaged and wearing swimsuits. In a few new social media posts, the stunning model, who celebrated her engagement to The Vampire Diaries star Michael Trevino on Christmas Eve, looks incredible in a few bathing suits, driving her followers wild. "Literal dream girl," one of them commented. "Absolutely breathtaking," a second chimed in.

Bregje chalks her hot body up to genetics. "I don't really work out that much. I don't go to the gym," Heinen confessed to Huffington Post. "My mom is really skinny, too. I got it from her."

Heinen's main form of exercise is walking. "I do like to walk a lot. Mostly in New York. When I'm going somewhere, I'd rather just walk there," she says about getting her steps in. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

"I like to go dancing, maybe once every other week," Bregji told Into the Gloss about another calorie-blasting activity she enjoys. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Bregje loves to order out. Her "favorite is Mexican takeout from Mad Dog & Beans," she said. "Right now, I'm trying to be healthier because I have a casting in four weeks so instead of takeout, I'll make chicken and vegetables. But I really love unhealthy food. Candy, chips, chocolate, everything…Sometimes my boyfriend and I will go to Shake Shack before we go out to a movie or something. So good."

Bregjie is all about supplements. "I also take a lot of vitamins for my hair. There's Ester-C and Fish Oil, and I also take Viviscal twice a day for my hair. It really makes your hair and your nails grow much faster, thicker, and stronger," she says.

Heinen told FOX News that she has started doing some other workouts. "I do a lot of boxing," she said. "Which is basically the only thing I enjoy, because I don't like the gym very much. It's good to find that one thing you do enjoy and really try to stick with that." She might also do strength training. "I'll also do some leg and ab exercises, along with cardio in between. So it's 15 minutes of boxing, another 15 for abs, and then another 15 for legs. It's getting a full body workout, while keeping it fun."

Amelia Hamlin flaunts her fit figure

Amelia Hamlin is grabbing attention in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the model flaunts her fit figure in a deep red bathing suit. "Hi," she captioned the sexy modeling pic. "Hi my youngest child," her mother, Lisa Rinna commented. "Beautiful angel," added another.

Amelia opened up about her eating disorder to Glamour. "When I first started struggling with anorexia, I loved when friends would comment on my weight. I have a distinct memory of running into a friend at the mall, right outside Victoria's Secret. She put her hand on my waist and was like, 'Oh, my God, Amelia, you're so skinny, you need to stop!" I loved those comments. They felt amazing, as psycho as that sounds. It was this feeling that fed my eating disorder," she said.

Amelia also has to treat an autoimmune disorder. "In the wake of my anorexia, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease, an autoimmune disease that screws with your thyroid," she also told Glamour. "My body was reacting to being starved for so long. With Hashimoto's I'm going to have to take two pills every single morning as soon as I wake up, maybe for the rest of my life. Obviously that's not the worst thing in the world, but it's hard knowing I did this to myself."

"All of this has made it so important to me to nourish my body. I used to hear all the time, 'Your body is a temple!' but I really didn't care. I didn't care how many nutrients my body was getting," she told Glamour. "Learning about how to nourish my body and how to fuel my body with the foods that make my body happy and energized makes me feel good. Despite all the bullshit and the hard parts of recovery, that's been a really fascinating part of this journey: I've come out of it with such a different passion for health."

"She's the reason I am who I am. I am so lucky that that is the woman that raised me," Amelia told People about how her famous mom has influenced her. "To be exposed at such a young age to unapologetically love yourself with zero shame has just made me who I am today."

Amelia trains at The Dogpound, a bicoastal gym boasting strength training and HIIT style workouts. There is lots of research backing up the benefits of HIIT workouts, including body fat reduction, improved cardiovascular function, and mental health. It is also time effective.

Millie and Hugo briefly dated during their Made In Chelsea days back in 2011, with their relationship coming to an end during a dramatic reality TV showdown which saw Millie accuse Hugo of cheating on her with her best friend Rosie Fortescue.

The pair reunited in May 2016 shortly after Millie's split from her first husband, rapper Professor Green, 40.

The former TV personality was married to the musician, real name Stephen Manderson, for two-and-a-half years before they announced their split in February 2016.

Millie and Hugo tied the knot in June 2018 at Whithurst Park, West Sussex, one year after he proposed during a holiday to the Greek island of Mykonos.

Elyse Taylor shows off her amazing body

Australian model Elyse Taylor kicked off 2024 with some pool time (after all it's summer Down Under!) and shared the pictures on her social media. Taylor, 37, posted a snap of herself floating in the water, wearing an Adidas top and football (soccer) shorts. "Footy shorts forever," she captioned the upbeat post. "Good for ducking behind cars ?," a friend joked, to which Taylor responded "My go to."

For Taylor, a good wellness routine is all about making her feel confident in her skin. "For me, how I eat and exercise is based on feeling comfortable at work in lingerie and swimsuits, (and being able to keep up with my kid)!" she tells Beauticate. "Modeling is more competitive than ever. I'm constantly on set with 18 year-olds, and I need clients to see us side by side and not think twice about my age. To make sure of this, I follow an eating style that works for me – the blood type diet – unless I'm on vacation or date night.

I work out every single day unless I'm spending the day with my daughter. I do genuinely enjoy exercising, and find it really clears my mind and definitely helps get my body moving when I travel so much. I used to work with a trainer, but now I like to do my own thing, including skiing, climbing, swimming… really whatever works with my schedule. I'm pretty active and so is Lila, and I want to encourage that for her."

Taylor follows the Blood Type Diet, giving up coffee, dairy, and alcohol. "So basically you find out what blood type you are and there's an app and a book you can read and it tells you what foods are good for your blood type," she tells Vogue Australia. "Some categories that are great, some medium, and some obviously don't eat. If you want to be really hard core you just eat the good ones, and it [the weight] literally just falls off. Like your skin, your hair, everything looks better. You know, it's your blood, it makes sense. Everyone I've put on [the diet] has always done those juice fads or all that… and it's either bloated them or they couldn't stay on it. At least with this you can eat, but you're not starving yourself. I found it really great, especially after having a baby."

Taylor enjoys healthy habits throughout the day. "I work out five days a week at the gym in my building or wherever I can on the road," she tells Women's Health Australia." I do 60 minutes of cardio, like fast walking, and then 30 minutes of floor work, with a focus on my stomach, butt and legs. I also love to swim, it's great for strengthening and toning. I have coffee at 5am when I wake. Breakfast is usually around 6am, which is a green juice and a banana. I eat lunch between 12-1pm and have a chicken salad or egg whites and spinach. Dinner depends where I am in the world, but it's usually fish and greens. I try to drink lots of water throughout the day but could definitely drink more."

Taylor is the face of natural makeup line Nude by Nature. "For day-to-day, I don't like to use a lot of makeup in my down time so I'll use the BB cream," she tells Vogue Australia. "I've had this Nude by Nature one for a couple of months now, which is one of the perks of being the face," she says, laughing. "So I've gotten to know the products perfectly. Then the [Nude by Nature] rose highlighter just on my cheeks if I'm going to a casting. I try to keep it as minimal as possible."

Taylor admits her job is literally to look good, and that is simply not realistic for the average person. "Remember that it is my job as a model to be taking care of how I look all the time," she tells Beauticate. "An average woman doesn't have the time, the energy or the finances to do that. Even the Victoria's Secret girls don't always look how they look in those shows – they prepare full time for months to look like that for one night. You need to focus on yourself and do what makes you feel good. Instagram really can be the worst. My best advice (and something I definitely do myself) is to unfollow anyone that makes you feel awful. Models or not, we are all women. We all carry our own baggage even when we try to put our head down and stay in our own lanes. So don't make it harder for yourself than it already is."

Hough is an expert at doing her own makeup. "I darken my eyebrows with a pencil. I used to wax the arches, but now I'm letting them grow in. When I feel really makeup-artist-y, I actually get a paint palette and I draw on the eyebrow; it looks like natural hair coming out of my skin."

Hough launched a clean wine company with actress Nina Dobrev, and says the experience has been wonderful. "We work with our winemaker, Jamey Whetstone, to create thoughtfully crafted wines—we pay close attention to every gram of sugar, calorie, and carb that goes into the process!" she tells New Beauty. "Nina and I both live such active lifestyles, so we created this wine with the intention of being able to enjoy these shared experiences and the work we put in, without the sacrifice. When you have great communication and a foundation of respect for one another, you get two different perspectives and are able to challenge each other in a way that just helps you be your best self. And that is what's been incredible about working with Nina."

Hough prefers mornings over evenings for self-care rituals. "I usually wake up with anxiety [thinking] of all the things I need to do — so I'll write my morning pages so I can have a 'brain dump' of all the chatter that happens, and all of a sudden I have all of this space in my head and I can come from a place of creativity," she tells Bustle. "Energetically and emotionally, that's one of my biggest [rituals]. I usually find [that I enjoy] energizing things in the morning, and then the regulating [habits] at night — like breathwork, meditation, drinking really soothing teas, or taking a bath and just [rinsing off the day]."

Jessica Lowndes looks radiant

Jessica Lowndes is heating up British Columbia. In a recent social media post the 90210 star shows off her amazing body in a swimsuit while on vacay with her family. "The perfect family getaway," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps, including one of herself in a hot tub clinking glasses with her sister, Jacqui.

"I live a healthy lifestyle and I crave healthy food," Jessica dished to Cosmo UK. "I love porridge, I have bizarre cravings for it. I love it with brown sugar and bananas, and I'm a huge fan of cinnamon – I put cinnamon on everything." Jessica revealed that she has "a sweet tooth" and "I don't like to deprive myself," she continued. "I think everything in moderation is the key." For dinner she loves salmon and beetroot salads, "but any kind of grilled fish with veggies is amazing," she says.

"A lot of the time" Jessica is "on location or living out of a suitcase," so she doesn't have time to go to the gym. "So basically all I do is sit-ups, push-ups and jumping jacks (or star-jumps as you call them!) lunges and the plank, and you repeat it five times," she told Cosmo UK. "I love circuit training where you can do five exercises, 15-20 reps of each exercise, and I do it five times in a row – it only takes twenty minutes, and you can do it anywhere. You feel instantly better."

Jessica also makes sure to hydrate. "I drink a lot of water – it speeds up your metabolism, makes everything run smoothly, and it makes your skin glow," she told Cosmo. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Jessica, who describes herself as "a pretty active person" that is "always on the go," has a workout that calms her down. "I love yoga," she said. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Jessica relies on professionals to help her with her routine. "If I'm in LA and have time, I love going to the gym and I work with different trainers, so it's something I've just picked up," she said.

Cartia Mallan flaunted her fabulous figure

Cartia Mallan is home in Australia – in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post, the influencer and model revealed that she was living her best life in Byron Bay, flaunting her fabulous figure in a swimsuit selfie. "Happy to be back in my favourite place on earth!!!" she captioned a series of snaps, wearing an army green swim top.

Cartia has lost over 60 pounds since her youth. "Not many people actually know but I was very overweight," Cartia told Girlfriend. "I've lost almost 30kg since I was really young so I struggled so much with self-confidence. I felt like I could never live my life properly because I was so self-conscious and I was bullied."

Cartia explains that she blew up on social media when her "content changed" and she started opening up about personal experiences, she told W Magazine. "I posted a lot about self-help and self-love and my own personal journey. I like being very vulnerable online," she explains. The response was "amazing" from her followers. "That's when I was like, 'There are not enough people speaking honestly about their struggles.' It can be toxic to just be like, 'Look at my life, it's perfect.' It's not. I struggle just like everyone else. And it's amazing that people relate to that.

Cartia has an inclusive approach to mental and physical health. "I try to stay on track with exercising, meditation, and yoga. If my body is exhausted, I'm exhausted and in a shit mood and I can't provide help to anyone else. My mental state is the most important thing for me," she told the publication.

Cartia loves a good soak in the tub, declaring in an Instagram post, "bath > shower any day I don't wanna hear any debates." How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Cartia knows when to take a break and indulge in self-care. "Right now my main focus has been set to just simply looking after me. it's nice to be home in london & rest my little brain for a while. my past few weeks have been an emotional roller coaster so lately I've been taking some extra time to just slow the fffffff down, feel my feelings, release them, spend proper time alone (which I find I'm terrible at prioritising) looking for beauty in small simple things – going to the park, sitting in the sun ? since coming home from travels I got serious with myself where I've not been looking after my mental health & highlighted the areas where I could be helping myself more… mediating & journaling again every day has been added back into the routine.

What a silly girl to ever stop doing them, I feel slowly so much more calmness & presence and it feels nice to be taking proper care of myself again," she wrote in a 2023 Instagram post.

Sara Foster made the most of the holiday season – in her swimsuit. In a few new social media posts the Entourage star shows off her amazing body in a series of bathing suits, wowwing her followers. In one of them she models a black sleeved two piece. "Into the long sleeve swim sometimes," she captioned it. In another she hugs her daughter while on the beach.

"I am of the mindset of everything in moderation. I don't believe in depriving yourself of things that you like, like French fries," Sara dished to Us Weekly about her eating habits. "I like French fries, they make me happy. So, if I'm gonna eat French fries, then maybe I'll wrap my burger in lettuce. Everything in moderation."

Sara likes short but intense exercise sessions. "If my workout is at 9 I'll get there at 9:20 and my trainer will be like, 'Oh, well, you're early,'" she told Us. "I can't work out for an hour. I just don't have it in me," she continued. "So, I like the 20-minute workouts."
