Sofía Vergara shared a throwback bikini photo from the ’90s after saying she is “kind of single.”

In the Instagram pic, the “Modern Family” alum stunned in a green bikini decorated with black rings on the front as she posed between palm trees in Miami.

Her honey-blond locks were styled in waves and blew gracefully behind her. She wore a natural makeup look with a nude lip gloss.

“tbt Miami,” Vergara, 52, simply captioned Thursday’s post.

The Emmy nominated actress shared the eye-catching snapshot after giving her vague relationship status update in an interview with Us Weekly published Thursday.

“I was talking yesterday about [dating] because now I’m single so … kind of single,” she said.

She did not comment further on her relationship status but said she thinks New York City has a “a more diverse group of people” to date than Los Angeles.

Vergara was linked to orthopedic surgeon Justin Saliman in October 2023 when they were spotted grabbing dinner at Funke restaurant in Los Angeles.

Though the pair kept their romance relatively quiet, the “Griselda” star publicly professed her love for the “handsome” doctor after she underwent knee surgery in April.

“If u ever get a mayor [sic] knee surgery make sure u Get a handsome doctor who will sleep with u that night!!!!” she captioned a photo of a smiling Saliman, who was standing next to her while wearing blue scrubs.

“Luv u Dr @jdsaliman,” she added with a heart emoji.

Vergara and Saliman began dating publicly about two months after she and her husband of seven years, Joe Manganiello, announced their divorce.

She later claimed they ended their relationship because she was done having children, but Manganiello saw kids in his future.

However, the “True Blood” star, 47, told Men’s Journal in August that the explanation was not true.

He has since moved on with 35-year-old actress and TV reporter Caitlin O’Connor.

The pair made their red carpet debut in December 2023 and went Instagram-official in February.

It’s unclear if “kind of single” Vergara plans to date in the near future, but she previously discussed her philosophy when it comes to dating and love.

“I mean, it’s already hard for a fifty-something-year-old woman to find someone. I’m not going to be now picky about, ‘Oh, he can only be a doctor. Oh, he can only be an astronaut,” she told People in May.

She added, “You need to always give the best that you can, be the best person to the other person.”

Rayna Vallandingham is celebrating the final drop of this season's Cobra Kai episodes in her workout gear. In a new social media post the actress, who plays the scene-stealing antagonist/influencer Zara Malik, shows off her amazing body in a two-piece martial arts set. Rayna has been doing taekwondo since she was 2 years old and earned her first black belt at 6. "In the very beginning, my parents put me in the sport because I was just really shy, and I think they could tell that I needed something," says Vallandingham, who lives and trains in Los Angeles. "Immediately, I just loved it. I felt at home, and every single day, instead of watching Dora, I wanted to go to the dojo," she told Well + Good.

Rayna maintains that consistency – at the gym and the martial arts studio – is the key to success. "It is a way of life," she says. "It's not only teaching your body movements and being in synchronicity with your body, but also just like the mental aspect of it."

According to Rayna strength, flexibility, and power are key. "Of the three, I think strength and flexibility are the top two," Vallandingham says. "We used to have people stand on my legs and force my knees to come down in butterfly stretch," she says. "I have permanent damage to my body—I have tendonitis [because of this]."

Vallandingham strength trains, focusing on supersets, doing two moves back-to-back that target the same muscle groups in order to double down on their gains. One of her favorite exercises s is a goblet squat. She stands with her feet shoulder-width apart, fold forward until she can slide her palms underneath her soles (you could also hold your ankles or calves), then bends her knees, lowering her butt toward the floor while lifting her chest, coming into a deep squat. She'll bend and extend her legs several times in this position. Then, it's on to the main event, holding a weight in her hands while bending down into a deep squat. "I love utilizing a Bosu ball—they're pretty much in every single gym," she adds.

Rayna also does a stretch, starting by lying on the floor with her legs up the wall and then allowing them to open out into a side split. "I let gravity do its work because that's my body telling me, okay, this is where we're at," she says. "My hips are opening on their own, and I'm not having to force anything."

Katherine McNamara is scuba diving – and posing in her exercise gear. In a new social media post the Shadowhunters stars flaunts her amazing figure in a swimsuit and workout gear during a scuba diving trip in the tropics. "We've got the right #PADI-tude and are feeling fin-tastic today! ? Shore can't wait for you to sea @thequeensjewelsmovie. ?‍☠️? As an actress, Katherine is no stranger to shaping up fast for a role, which takes discipline. She had less than four weeks to transform her body from "this ballerina, lithe-limbed body to a marine—and then on top of that, be ready to do all of this fighting and stunt work this film required," she told Women's Health about how she got in shape for Air Force One Down. "I just dove in headfirst into all different kinds of training and really worked hard. But it paid off in the end."

Katherine is no stranger to twice a days – exercising once in the morning and another round in the evening) prior to filming. "When you're doing a day of stunts on set, it's like being a dancer," she says. "It's over and over and over again in these 30 to 60-second spurts of super intense, maximum-effort fighting," she said. When the movie started filming she would wake up at 4 a.m., do an hour on the treadmill or bike for an hour, and then another hour of weight training. After a 13-hour work day she would return to the gym for another round of strength training.

"I think the most important thing I learned is: It's just get yourself there," Katherine recommends. "There were days when I was tired. There were days when the last thing I wanted to do was pick up a weight…but I just had to physically get myself there—to take a deep breath and remember why I was doing it and why I was there. I think that can go for any kind of physical goal that someone has—half the battle is the mental battle."

Katherine keeps her body fueled with health food, like chicken, vegetables, and scrambled eggs, and sometimes a potato, for carbs. "I just tried to stay pretty clean and get as much protein and fat as possible, to keep my body going but without having to work through anything processed," she says.

According to Katherine, to prep for her role as Clary Fray on Shadowhunters, she trained for intense fight scenes with HIIT workouts. "In order to do the fight scenes, I needed a lot of upper body strength because I would be holding weapons all day," she told Women's Health. "High intensity interval training turned out to be the perfect thing for me. I was able to keep up my cardio stamina and build upon that so I could do the fight scenes, which are basically just sprints." There is lots of research backing up the benefits of HIIT workouts, including body fat reduction, improved cardiovascular function, and mental health. It is also time effective.

Boxing also helped her get in fighting form. "It builds the shape of muscles I needed to look like a fighter, and it's just plain fun," she says. "I know most people hate leg day, but I kinda love it. It's what makes me feel strongest." Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.

Water skiing has been a hobby of Sydney's since the "moment I could walk," she told Women's Health. "It's my favorite." In terms of physical benefits, "It's a lot of upper body strength, it's balance, it's core, it's legs—you get tired really fast," she says. "I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun," she said.

Sweeney told the Hollywood Reporter that she only drinks water and that she has never even tried coffee and doesn't drink alcohol. "If I'm celebrating, or it's a very rare occasion, I'll have a Shirley Temple," she said. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Everyone broke a sweat!" Studies confirm that the practice helps with balance, cognitive function and psychological health in addition to weight loss and physical fitness.

"I love to paint, and I love to read," she said. "Those are the activities that are just for me." Why should you pick up a book? Sydney also enjoys dabbling in new workouts. In a recent post she reveals that she has been doing the solidcore workout, calling it "the most insane workout ever." The pilates-based method is a low-impact, high intensity workout. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Suhana has a go-to method of self-care: Baths. "There are few things that make us melt into a state of sheer delight than that of sliding into a steaming bath at the end of the day. Are you a bath or shower person?" she captioned a post of herself in the tub. How can baths do your body and mind good? She detailed their romance in an essay for Glamour, where she admitted the pair first met four years ago while both still wed.

'I took note of Mason; he was cute, charming. Shortly after that lunch I started following him on Instagram,' Jordana wrote.

'Four days after I separated from Andrew, I was on a plane to San Francisco to visit this man I had met only once but who had stayed on my mind.'

In the piece she noted that she and Form had been separated for two years but were still working out the technical parts of their split.
