Katherine McNamara is scuba diving – and posing in her exercise gear. In a new social media post the Shadowhunters stars flaunts her amazing figure in a swimsuit and workout gear during a scuba diving trip in the tropics. "We've got the right #PADI-tude and are feeling fin-tastic today! ? Shore can't wait for you to sea @thequeensjewelsmovie. ?☠️? So, water you wading for, let's get kraken and dive in, shall we? ? ? ?," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps.
As an actress, Katherine is no stranger to shaping up fast for a role, which takes discipline. She had less than four weeks to transform her body from "this ballerina, lithe-limbed body to a marine—and then on top of that, be ready to do all of this fighting and stunt work this film required," she told Women's Health about how she got in shape for Air Force One Down. "I just dove in headfirst into all different kinds of training and really worked hard. But it paid off in the end."
Katherine is no stranger to twice a days – exercising once in the morning and another round in the evening) prior to filming. "When you're doing a day of stunts on set, it's like being a dancer," she says. "It's over and over and over again in these 30 to 60-second spurts of super intense, maximum-effort fighting," she said. When the movie started filming she would wake up at 4 a.m., do an hour on the treadmill or bike for an hour, and then another hour of weight training. After a 13-hour work day she would return to the gym for another round of strength training.
"I think the most important thing I learned is: It's just get yourself there," Katherine recommends. "There were days when I was tired. There were days when the last thing I wanted to do was pick up a weight…but I just had to physically get myself there—to take a deep breath and remember why I was doing it and why I was there. I think that can go for any kind of physical goal that someone has—half the battle is the mental battle."
Katherine keeps her body fueled with health food, like chicken, vegetables, and scrambled eggs, and sometimes a potato, for carbs. "I just tried to stay pretty clean and get as much protein and fat as possible, to keep my body going but without having to work through anything processed," she says.
According to Katherine, to prep for her role as Clary Fray on Shadowhunters, she trained for intense fight scenes with HIIT workouts. "In order to do the fight scenes, I needed a lot of upper body strength because I would be holding weapons all day," she told Women's Health. "High intensity interval training turned out to be the perfect thing for me. I was able to keep up my cardio stamina and build upon that so I could do the fight scenes, which are basically just sprints." There is lots of research backing up the benefits of HIIT workouts, including body fat reduction, improved cardiovascular function, and mental health. It is also time effective.
Boxing also helped her get in fighting form. "It builds the shape of muscles I needed to look like a fighter, and it's just plain fun," she says. "I know most people hate leg day, but I kinda love it. It's what makes me feel strongest." Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.

Jamillette has a balanced approach to diet and exercise. "I'm all about moderation – From my eating habits to my workouts that consist of some cardio and stretching with light weights. I just like to stay toned and healthy. Luckily, I don't have to be in the top shape as some of the MMA fighters! I admire the hard work that they put in!" she told Women Fitness.
Jamillette enjoys the perks of coffee. "I like to start my day off with a shot of Cuban Espresso," she told Women Fitness. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.
When it comes to her diet, Jamillette fills her plate with protein. "I'm a healthy eater," she says, adding that she focuses on "high protein meals." However, she does indulge in the occasional cheat meal. "I do like to splurge every now and then. A great desert is my treat." According to clinical trials, consuming more protein than the recommended dietary allowance not only reduces body weight (BW), but also enhances body composition by decreasing fat mass while preserving fat-free mass (FFM) in both low-calorie and standard-calorie diets.
Jamillette makes sure to hydrate. "I drink plenty of water," she told Women Fitness. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
In her recent post, Gaxiola goes hiking. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:
Building stronger muscles and bones
Improving your sense of balance
Improving your heart health
Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

nstagram pinup Chantel Jeffries has been having the time of her life while in the remote western village of Negril, Jamaica.
On Tuesday the former pal of Justin Bieber was seen taking in the riches of the Tensing Pen Resort with all its luxury amenities.
The DJ modeled a pale brown floral print string bikini that showed off her toned tummy and sculpted arms. She made the daring move of laying on a slender wood bridge overthe water near a hut.
The model showed off her toned physique in a stylish swimsuit that had tied on the sides of the small briefs.
The media personality - who recently modeled pieces from her fashion collaboration - struck a variety of poses as she soaked up the sun in Jamaica.
The beauty sported a bikini top that was held up with thin straps that wrapped around her shoulders.
The star flashed her French manicure on her long slender fingers as she wore a silver ring and she wore pale brown sunglasses.
The influencer also jumped to her Instagram stories to take her followers along with her on the relaxing excursion.
Negril is a town in western Jamaica. It’s known for its miles of sandy beaches on shallow bays with calm, turquoise waters.
Seven Mile Beach is lined with bars, restaurants and resorts, many of them all-inclusive. Long Bay opens onto a lagoon protected by coral reefs and is a snorkeling and scuba-diving destination.
When it comes to staying fit, the beauty previously opened up to DailyMail.com about the diet that she strictly follows.
The beauty explained, 'There's things I don't eat, and it's become a lifestyle,' while adding that she eats, 'pretty healthy but it's not really dieting.'
'I have problems with a lot of different foods and when I eat them I don't feel so good so I try to stick to exactly what I'm supposed to eat so that I don't feel sick and then I just stay in shape because everything's pretty healthy.'
The Both Sides hitmaker continued, 'I try to stay away from sugar as much as possible.
'I don't eat dairy or gluten because I'm allergic, so I just think during the holidays, being active and going for walks and stuff like that because you're eating so much.'
'Whenever I'm home, every time I finish a large meal I like to go for a nice walk. It's good to digest your food and clear your head anyways,' the model continued.
Jeffries stepped into the music industry when she dropped her debut single titled, Wait, back in 2018. That same year, she released other hits such as Both Sides.
While talking to Billboard back in 2018, she opened up about how the internet had helped influence her career in music.
'I think the Internet has influenced my career so heavily because before we had the whole world at our fingertips, you were only exposed to things from people that were around you or the town you were in, or things like that.'
Jeffries later added, 'I was exposed to a lot of different types of music living all around the US growing up, and my parents were into a lot of different types of music be it gospel or country.'
'But with the Internet and social media, I was able to explore that and be able to find people that were up-and-coming and listen to their stuff.'

Kitley shared some highlights from a trip she took to Aegina Island on Instagram. In them, Kitley is seen on the beach and enjoying steak. She captioned the post, "My Apple Watch went scuba diving in the Aegean today? didn't return itself tho."
Basketball, in its purest form, is essentially another aerobic exercise that helps you burn a great deal of calories. For each hour of basketball, you can expect to burn somewhere between 600-900 calories, depending on your weight and the intensity of your pace. Exercise is only boring if you make it so. Diversify your workouts and come up with a workout routine that is not only enjoyable, but also one that you can stick to. Contact our fitness experts today and we'll be happy to help.
As you can see from her Instagram post, Kitley spends a lot of time at the beach. OrthoSouth.org states that spending time at the beach has a lot of health benefits. "Walking on the beach has proven benefits to your emotional and mental health. A 2019 study found that spending at least two hours in nature per week helps lower levels of cortisol, a primary stress hormone. It also increased overall feelings of well-being. Walking along the shore each day is a simple but effective way to calm the cortisol response in your brain. Try a morning stroll to help you feel more awake and alert or an evening walk to relax and unwind."
Kitley is extremely close to her sister, Raven. She says to Virginia Tech News that her sister inspires her to be more positive. "When I'm thinking about challenging myself, she's definitely in the back of my mind. She's just so positive about life and opportunities, and she wants to take advantage of everything she can, so that makes me want to do the same, even though the opportunities are different."
Kitley shares a lot of her favorite foods on an Instagram story highlight. In one photo, she's seen enjoying a plate of pasta. UH Hospitals states that cold pasta has a lot of health benefits. "When simple carbohydrates like pasta and rice are freshly cooked and hot, the starch molecules they contain are widely spaced and easy to break down and digest. They are converted very quickly into sugars in the stomach and small intestine and released into the bloodstream. If starchy foods are refrigerated after cooking, another process begins. As they cool down, the starch molecules begin to rearrange themselves, becoming more tightly packed in a process called retrogradation. Once the pasta is thoroughly chilled, the natural starches are converted into resistant starches, a type of fiber that is present in many plant foods."

She most recently appeared as a cast member on Winter House, which depicted Bravo stars from different shows living together in a house in Colorado. White recently went on a diving trip in St. George, and shared a photo on Instagram from it. In it, she sat on a boat in a swimsuit. "A dive trip but you don't have to clean the gear & boat afterwards… 10/10 recommend."
As you could probably assume from her recent post and her working on a ship, White likes to swim to stay in shape. She shared a video on Instagram of herself scuba diving with sharks. She captioned the post, "In honor of Shark Awareness Day! ? I've been fortunate to swim with many different shark species around the world, these Apex Predators need our help!"
While on Winter House, White and her castmates have been doing a lot of outings together. In one episode, the cast went skiing. White shared these photos from the day on Instagram. She captioned the post, "From the Seas to Skis… @captainsandrayawn joins us on the slopes!" The University of Rochester Medical Center reports that skiing has a lot of benefits. "Skiing and snowboarding are thrilling activities and great workouts.
Both sports are excellent cardiovascular exercises that strengthen the heart. Because they are also weight-bearing exercises, they strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles. Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for chronic diseases, and lower blood pressure. They also help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer."
Another thing White and her castmates did while filming Winter House was go horseback riding. In this set of photos she posted on Instagram, White is seen riding. She captioned the post, "Being a cowboy is a lot harder than Yellowstone makes it out to be. A few BTS from this weeks episode."
White likes to box to stay in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself sparring with her trainer. According to The Cleveland Clinic, boxing has a lot of benefits. "Boxing combines punching drills and conditioning exercises that can improve your heart health, strength, endurance, balance and coordination," physical therapist Dr. James Edwards says to the site. "It can also reduce stress, anxiety and depression and improve your confidence and overall well-being."
Another thing White likes to do to stay in shape is going on bike rides. She revealed in the caption of an Instagram post that she recently picked up cycling. "To finding new hobbies as an adult! ? Cycling has been a tough sport for me as I'm not naturally an endurance athlete but I'm sticking with it- such a great way to explore new places all while getting some exercise in!"

In a social media post shared over the holidays, Jose Canseco's model daughter flaunts her amazing figure in a bathing suit while wearing a snorkel mask. She captioned the series of Instagram snaps "scuba stevee," driving her followers wild. "Hot," commented one of them. "You'are the most beautiful girl," added another.
Josie's favorite workout is spinning. "I love cycling, I do it all the time. It's a good cardio mix. I'm all about cardio and high intensity music," Canseco told Us Weekly. To prep for the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show she cycled "maybe like two or three times a week." The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.
"Rumble classes" and boxing are also part of her routine. "Boxing training one-on-one, like really focused and in my zone," she added to Us. Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.
"Anything with music really," helps Josie during her sweat sessions. "Music is really like my therapy. So anything that's pretty much music-involved gets your head in the game," she told Us. "OMG I listen to literally everything. So if I'm working out it's a mix of, like, Eminem is definitely my pump-up song," said the Playboy model. "He's the best, he's one of my favorite rappers ever. And 50 Cent — like, definitely more hardcore things that get me into that kind of, like, ego-driven mind space, you know what I mean? Like, 'Go hard, I can do this, I'm the best, I can do this,' blah blah blah."
"I grew up playing sports and being very active," Josie told Us. "So for me, it's kind of a routine thing that just helps me feel better about myself, about my life and my confidence. And I feel like that shines through when you feel good about what you've done."
Josie feels the most confident "when I've really been on a good routine of eating right and eating a lot of vegetables and good proteins and balancing my diet — and it's not all about going full-in and being, like, cold-turkey, cutting things out and being like a health freak. It's all about balance for me," she told Us. "I've been slowly transitioning to be pescatarian. "I just kind of have a soft spot for animals and down the line, I'd like to work with them and have my own nonprofit one day. So not eating red meats and chicken obviously, and slowly transitioning into [not eating fish]," she continued. "It's just balance. It's OK to have pizza and stuff like that, but [weight loss] should be hard work, it shouldn't be easy."
In her most recent post, Josie revealed that she is a fan of snorkeling. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

In a new social media post the actress shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit top and sense of humor while riding a stair lift up and down. "Having a Malta at Mami's ??♥️?? Oh and the band-aid, I fell off a bike and into a bush, scrapped my knee among other things," she captioned the Instagram video.
Eva detailed her protein-centric diet to Shape in 2017. "I mostly keep it simple and have scrambled eggs and a piece of Ezekiel toast," she said about her breakfast. "I find that when I start out with the right source of protein, it definitely helps." For lunch and dinner she pairs a protein, like salmon, with rice or quinoa and a side salad. "I'm a creature of habit that way," she said. "I don't get bored with food. I try to think about it as fuel for my body."
Mendes tries to hit the gym three times a week. However, if she is prepping for a role she will work out five times. "I love doing intervals, like running and sprinting, and I see great results with that versus the 30 to 45 minutes of steady cardio I used to do on the treadmill," she told Shape.
Eva maintains that cleaning is part of her self-care routine. "It's always been part of my thing because for me, a clean house equals mental wellness. I just knew growing up in a really tiny apartment with very little, when my mom would clean on the weekends, and she'd wake me up with Cuban music and the house smelled so good, I just felt happier. We all did. We all did, even though it was tiny. We were just all like, 'Oh, this feels so nice.; And then when it became a mess again, it reflected that things were hard. It was symbolic of how we were doing as a family visually. So for me, cleaning equals mental wellness," she explained to Byrdie.
While Mendes does enjoy coffee (with coconut oil or sugar) with breakfast, she hydrates throughout the day and takes fish oil supplements. "I start to get sallow if I'm not eating well," she told Shape.
"I know most people are like, 'Oh a bath.' I used to love baths that like, I don't know. Now, I'm really into super hot showers and ending them with 15 seconds of freezing cold. [Podcaster Wim Hof] 'the Iceman' and everybody talks about how good cold plunges are for you. I haven't been ready for a cold plunge yet, but I've heard him on some podcasts and he said to start getting yourself ready, just do it in the shower. I haven't been able to move on from my 15 seconds, but there's something about it that I really love," Eva told Byrdie.

"And you what about," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "Linda," commented one of her followers, which translates to pretty. "You look beautiful, beautiful, super beautiful, pretty princess," added another.
Livia makes sure to work out daily. "My exercise routine takes time, generally 40 to 45 minutes," she told Women Fitness. "First work 10 min on the abdomen. Then 7 repetitions of squats, each series of 12. After 12 min of burpees, 3 burpees per min."
Livia's diet is clean and healthy. She starts her day with a breakfast of eggs. For lunch and dinner? "I like to eat salmon with vegetables," she said.
In order to get the nutrients she needs, Livia supplements. She takes a pack of collagen daily. She also makes protein shakes. "Getting back into my habits and here I am making a rich protein," she captioned a recent post of herself."
Livia also enjoys boxing. "My day always starts with good energy my babies of light. How's your weekend going?" she captioned a post of herself with gloves on. Fitness boxing has many health benefits, "because it constantly requires you to think, change your position, and change your posture," physical therapist Linda Arslanian, director of rehabilitation services at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's hospital tells Harvard Health."You're swinging your arms, moving the muscles of your arms and shoulders, increasing your upper-body strength. And when you're in the boxer crouch with a wide stance, with your knees slightly bent, you're strengthening your core muscles, back, and legs."
Livia understands the importance of self-care. "Relaxing Sunday babies… sometimes disconnecting does us really good; The mind calms down and the heart opens up even more. Enjoy your Sunday," she captioned a post.

Law, 38, posted a picture of herself wearing a pink bikini, looking happy as she gave Odin (who is wearing a protective recovery collar) a cuddle. "Baby boy is all done with treatments and looking good!!! Sending him all the love ?#odinkingofdogs. "Awesome dog," a fan commented.
Law had special training for her role in The Oath. "I went old-school—working out with weights and doing just one body part at a time," she says. "For a while, I was doing a HIIT circuit. But sometimes with interval cardio, I find myself getting injured and wearing myself out a lot. When you're working 14-hour days, you tend to break down. I found it easier to do very lazy, long cardio. And also yoga to stay stable and Zen out."
Law enjoys working out at home for the convenience. "The biggest deterrent is getting out of my house, getting in my car, and driving through L.A. traffic to get to the gym," she says. "So I just started working out at home. It's much easier to motivate yourself when you have a [Bowflex] Max Trainer. It kicks your ass in 15 minutes and makes you sweat… I have my game face on when I'm at the gym, and everything about me and the outfit I'm wearing—usually sweatpants— says, 'Do not hit on me.' I look like a blob on purpose. Wearing cute things or a sports bra—I'm not that girl. I wish I were, but I'm not."
Like her NCIS co-stars, Law has to fit in exercise around very long work days. "Because of long hours and workload, I had to go back to my 'Spartacus' workout habits," she says. "I usually wake up at 4 am, drive to a gym close to work, start my workout at 5 am, and then I am ready to sit in the makeup chair by 6 am. I also asked my trainer to design workouts that could be done in my trailer in between scenes, lots of dumbbells and bands involved, and this method has been working out fabulously."
Law enjoys a healthy diet with occasional sugary treats. "I've been dieting off and on for the different shows that I've been on, starting with Spartacus, so I've just adapted it to my real life," she says. "For example, I know that I need to eat four or five times a day. When I'm working out, I actually eat a lot more sugar when I'm on set. I know it's a bad habit, but sometimes I'll have a piece of cake for a pick-me-up. When I'm home, I eat clean. I love eggs, natural carbohydrates, and lots of vegetables."
Law previously spoke about how her Spartacus role meant she had to be careful of sugar. "I am very active in general," she said. "I hike, dance, snowboard, mountain climb and scuba dive so I am in good physical condition. When I landed the role I did tighten up a lot on my diet – unfortunately that means I have to cut back on my red velvet cake intake… [my] least favorite part of dieting."

Diggs looks to have had a wonderful time with her friends and loved ones, and spent plenty of time by the pool in a variety of bathing suits, including one blue metallic bikini. "Summer dump," she captioned the post. "One for the books??," a friend commented.
Diggs enjoys swimming and scuba diving, sharing videos of her adventures online. "While underwater, we also have the privilege of being in a sound vacuum," says scuba instructor Imogen Gray. "This, combined with the deep breathing, the peaceful setting and the mindfulness which comes with diving can create a safe space to escape your worries and let them go. Let them drift away on the current. Your worries can't find you when you're underwater."
Diggs sips on fresh pineapple juice for a delicious and nutritious pick me up—which is a particularly good choice for athletes and dancers. "Pineapple is the only food known to contain bromelain, an enzyme that helps your skin and tissues heal," says Julia Zumpano, RD, LD. "Bromelain appears to produce substances that combat in pain and swelling."
Diggs supplements her diet with meal replacement shakes, which can be a convenient option for those too busy to stop and eat a proper meal. "Meal replacement shakes are designed to help an individual to lower their calorie intake and take the pressure off food and meal prep," dietitian Nichola Ludlam-Raine tells LiveScience. "They're designed for people who don't want to think about what they're eating and just want to 'grab and go'."
Diggs hydrates with fresh coconut water when she's on vacation. "The electrolytes found in coconuts have great benefits – not only to maintain fluid levels inside cells, but for delivering water to where it is needed most," says sports nutritionist Jess Hillard. "This helps keep us hydrated, which subsequently improves skin health, regulates body temperature and supports joint health."
Diggs jokes that all her social media pictures are of her vacations, which studies show are good for your health. "What we found is that people who vacation more frequently in the past 12 months have a lowered risk for metabolic syndrome and metabolic symptoms," says Bryce Hruska, PhD, assistant professor of public health in the David B. Falk College of Sport and Human Dynamics. "Metabolic syndrome is a collection of risk factors for cardiovascular disease. If you have more of them, you are at higher risk of cardiovascular disease. This is important because we are actually seeing a reduction in the risk for cardiovascular disease the more vacationing a person does. Because metabolic symptoms are modifiable, it means they can change or be eliminated."

Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.
Lis also does a lot of cardio, including spinning on a bike. "It not only helps tone legs and glutes, but also helps you tone The torso and the limbs superior so it's a very thorough exercise. It serves as both to burn fat, or to improve physical and cardiovascular condition," she captioned the post. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.
Lis advocates self-love and acceptance. "Do not look for your ideal body in other people's bodies, build yours, become your greatest pride, love the process and listen to your inner voice saying YOU CAN, one more day," she wrote in a post, urging her followers to exercise to take care of their mental, emotional, and physical health. "Create habits that nourish you daily and raise your frequency," she added.

The ex-girlfriend of former Ohio State quarterback Tate Martell shared a picture of herself on holiday in beautiful Ibiza, Spain, lying next to a stunning outdoor pool in a white bikini. "Island hopping kinda summer," she captioned the post.
Passo is not interested in carb-free diets, and particularly loves pasta. "The substantial amount of dietary fiber in whole wheat pasta is, I would argue, the biggest benefit of choosing whole wheat over refined when possible," says Nicola M. McKeown, PhD, associate professor at the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy. "Dietary fiber can help in maintaining a healthy weight, lowering risk of diabetes and heart disease, and promoting gut health."
Passo loves surfing, which is a fun way to get a workout while enjoying the sunshine. "The physiological response to being outside in nature is real, and it's measurable," says Michelle Kondo, a research social scientist with the USDA Forest Service's Northern Research Station. "There are many physical and psychological benefits of nature that scientists have observed, which can better help us understand how nature supports wellness in the body, mind and community."
Passo says she had the time of her life scuba diving. "Exercising in natural environments has been shown to have greater benefits for mental health than exercising elsewhere. This is because it combines the benefits of exercise with the restorative effects of being in nature. Swimming in the ocean is no less the case," says Sergio Diez Alvarez, Director Of Medicine, The Maitland and Kurri Kurri Hospital, University of Newcastle.
Beer is Passo's alcoholic beverage of choice. "It has been widely reported that moderate wine consumption is associated with a lower risk of heart disease, diabetes and even some cancers," say the experts at California State University, Northridge. "Recent epidemiological studies have made similar associations with beer consumption, particularly in improving lipid profiles and increasing antioxidant capacity."
Passo is always on the move, exploring new locations around the world. "Foreign experiences increase both cognitive flexibility and depth and integrativeness of thought, the ability to make deep connections between disparate forms," says Columbia Business School professor Adam Galinsky. "The key, critical process is multicultural engagement, immersion and adaptation. Someone who lives abroad and doesn't engage with the local culture will likely get less of a creative boost than someone who travels abroad and really engages in the local environment."

The Stranger Things star shows off her incredible body in a bridal-inspired bathing suit on social media, in a photo shared by her fiancé, Jake Bongiovi. "Thank you for all the kind words," he captioned the Instagram post. "Love."
Strength training helps Millie stay in shape. Per Seventeen, in one of her Instagram Stories she perfectly executed knee-to-chest reps, an arm routine, and also did ab work.
Millie loves to exercise by fighting. "It's not a training workout. I train to box," she told Vulture. "Obviously I don't want to do it professionally. But I have done some inter-clubs before. It's at Phoenix MMA U.K., down in London. It's a great gym, and I have lots of friends. Because I'm homeschooled, I get kind of lonely sometimes. So I like to go to the gym. I do Thai boxing Mondays, jujitsu Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Wednesdays I do boxing with Mark. He was a world champion at one point. I absolutely love it. I actually have a punching bag right outside in my garden. I'm obsessed with working out. I eat like a pig so it kind of makes up for that."
Millie loves scuba diving. She captioned a post of herself and Jake during a recent dive, "just keep swimming." Like snorkeling, scuba is a great aerobic exercise, burning calories, and offering other health benefits like improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.
"I love aerial silks. It's always been a passion of mine," Millie told Glamour UK. "So I find using aerial silks really fun and therapeutic – it gives me a break from the world. And you find art within it. While I was doing it, I thought, gosh, the silks in so many ways represent womanhood: there's strength, both masculinity and femininity, and you can create poses and shapes that are so different to show your sexuality," she continued. "It represents so much: you can be big and you can be tiny and you can be afraid of the silk. You can be afraid of the height you are going at. You can be afraid of how low you are. And so it represents a story."
Millie loves hiking. She captioned a recent post, "thank u nature! moments like this are unforgettable." "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

"I have to believe this! Yes or yes! "Goodbye ?? to the prohibitions, to the stereotypes, to what they have put into our heads that it should be. To count calories, to believe that eating healthy is the same as eating boring, to the imposition of having to be fitness at any cost, to the endless word diet, to infinite regret for an afternoon of desserts and wine with friends, to pills miraculous and seeing hunger and food as our worst enemies!! Your life is a balance and that balance is defined by you!!!" she wrote in a social media post. :And I have to believe it because today I say I started a diet!"
Bahamón follows a unique diet, reducetarianism, reducing the consumption of animal protein. People believe it not only helps the environment and animals, but also improves human health because it encourages the consumption of fruits and veggies.
"When I was little I loved doing gymnastics, in fact with two friends Andrea and Tita we were the Olympic gymnastics representatives of the school. Don't imagine then the most pro! But I always thought so hahahahaha. (The important thing was to "believe it") I madly loved stunts and still do, in fact that's why I do aerial yoga whenever I can," Claudia wrote in a post.
Claudia also enjoys walking, especially on the beach. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
Claudia, a lover of the ocean, also enjoys scuba diving. "Raise your hand if you're one of those who believe that the voice of the sea speaks to the soul!" she captioned a post.
Claudia also loves skiing. Research has linked downhill skiing to a number of health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress and the occurrence of memory deficits declines.

Hassarati posted a picture of herself sitting on a boat, wearing a black one-piece swimsuit and holding scuba gear. "Scuba George ?," she captioned the post.
Hassarati enjoys playing basketball. "Fundamental movement skills such as [sprinting], vertical jumping and overhead throwing are very basic to physical movement", says Koco Eaton, MD. "Basketball promotes speed, agility, strength, power and endurance. It [has] also been shown to increase flexibility and motor coordination. As a result, basketball is uniquely oriented to improve fundamental motor skills that are shown to be beneficial in promoting general health."
Hassarati is an avid reader. "Interestingly, several studies indicate that reading works of fiction can be of particular benefit to people with or without mental health difficulties," says Rob Whitley, PhD. "These studies indicate that reading fiction can increase reader empathy, social skills, and inter-personal understandings (known as 'theory of mind')."
Hassarati loves to bake at home, and makes a mean apple and rhubarb pie. "One of the main reasons why people cultivate and eat rhubarb is its astounding nutritional value," says John Staughton, BASc, BFA. "It is packed with minerals, vitamins. organic compounds, and other nutrients that make it ideal for keeping our bodies healthy."
Hassarati loves to snorkel in the sea whenever she gets the chance.
Hassarati loves cycling outdoors. "Riding a bike is a low-impact, high-cardio exercise that's inclusive of all fitness levels," says certified personal trainer Sara Fruendt. "Bike riding is also easier on your joints and great for athletes recovering from injuries… Indoor biking allows you to see your markers such as miles, time, and resistance, but requires you to independently change these settings versus outdoors where you ride with the natural terrain and are exposed to different inclines. Both increase cardiovascular fitness, muscle tone, and strength, but outdoor biking focuses more on your core as you are dealing with different terrain versus indoor, which is focused more on the lower-body."

Epstein posted a photo of herself posing in the back of a truck wearing a green string bikini and white crop top, with the caption "Off road."
Epstein was a competitive swimmer until injury at 17 put paid to that dream, but still loves the water. "I started competitive swimming at a very young age and was state and national champion during my teen years and it was always my dream to compete at the Olympics," she says. "Unfortunately I tore my rotator cuff at 17 which put an end to that dream. After receiving an academic scholarship to study Biomedical Science straight out of high school I began modeling as a way to earn extra money (as I was currently working as a cashier supermarket at 17 and the only reason I started modeling is that I found out I could make much more money that way!)."
Epstein loves scuba diving, and says one of the best birthday gifts she ever received was a scuba diving trip to the Whitsunday Islands, Australia. Studies show scuba diving offers many mental as well as physical health benefits.
Epstein grew up on Australia's Gold Coast and is happiest at the beach. "I live close to the beach and love running along the broad walk or the sand early every morning," she says. "I always have an amazing group of friends who I love spending time with whenever I have the chance."
Epstein stays active as part of her overall lifestyle. "I've always been heavily involved in sports all through school and represented Queensland and Australia at a Junior level in swimming," she says. "These days I run, do Pilates and hit the gym regularly. I find preparing healthy snacks and eating a balanced (rather than restrictive) diet is easiest to maintain with a busy lifestyle."
Epstein has a very down-to-earth attitude to what counts in life. "My definition of happiness is living a meaningful life in both my work and personal life," she says. "Being proud of the work I do, being able to live comfortably, yet still have enough free-time to enjoy the wonders of the world with my family, friends and pets that I love most."

For this day at the beach in Miami, Camila has chosen a yellow animal print bikini that, believe us, is going to be a trend on all the beaches this summer.
Camila is great and as proof, you have these images in which the Cuban singer shows us her curves without complexes, totally free from gossip, prying eyes, and what they will say. How it has to be.
After cooling off in the water, Camila decided to lie down for a while and read this best seller by Ayana Elizabeth. And it is that 'All we can Save', a book about the women in charge of combating climate change and that in the United States is number one in sales. Camila Cabello has also been named one of the 100 Latin personalities most committed to climate change by the UN framework convention on climate change.
The truth is that the singer is supportive, but seeing these photos, we doubt very much if Camila Cabello in a bikini is fighting for climate change or favoring "global warming".
