The 33-year-old ex-Miss Tennessee beauty pageant queen was first seen with the Jonas Brother music maker, 34, in January when they hit the ski slopes in Aspen, Colorado.

They cropped up again together last week out paddleboarding in Sydney, Australia.

Joe filed for divorce from Sophie, 28, with whom he has two daughters, last September.

After the smooch, the pair parted in chauffeur-driven cars — before reuniting later at the city’s Stade de France where Sophie unveiled the Rugby World Cup trophy.

Peregrine, 29, heir of the 4th Viscount Cowdray, split from King Charles’s goddaughter, model Princess Maria-Olympia of Greece and Denmark, 27, in September.

An onlooker who saw her with Peregrine — Perry to his friends — at the Gare du Nord railway station said the pair were “laughing a lot”.

Monica Barbaro flaunts fit figure

Monica Barbaro is reminiscing – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Top Gun Maverick star shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while sunbathing on the rocks. "Last time I was in France," she captioned the Instagram photo, putting her fit figure on display.

Barbaro graduated from NYU's BFA dance program in 2010 studying ballet. She claims her training and "high pain tolerance" was helpful for remaining conscious while performing aerial maneuvers in F-18 fighter jets for Top Gun. "There was a funny moment where a couple of the guys were saying they hated going upside down, and I was like, 'I've been going upside down forever,'" she told Glamour. "I would do handstands before flights…. It helped me control some of the weird feelings of blood rushing to spaces you don't usually want it to."

Monica trained hard to Top Gun. "As for filming, there was a lot of art imitating life. Tom Cruise developed this intense training program, and we all became really bonded because we realized that nobody really understood what we were going through. It wasn't like anything any other actor had ever experienced," she told Glamour. "Well, we did somewhere around 40 hours of flight training and a fair amount of ground school for flying."

"Everyone did a ton of swim training in case you have to eject over water. It's not just swimming; you get pushed off this high-rise and have to fall in the pool and unstrap your parachute. There's one drill where the wind is pulling the parachute and pulling you across the water. I did extra swimming because I was really nervous about that," Monica added.

Monica is also a trained boxer. "Okay there's a lot that needs to be worked on with my speed bag training but just LOOK at how impressed @joshgroban is… Also. Good Cop premieres a month from yesterday. #goodcop #? @netflix," she captioned a post. Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.

Dutch model Doutzen Kroes is happiest on the dance floor with her friends, getting a solid workout while having fun. Kroes, 39, shared a picture of herself wearing an orange shirt and black workout pants, flashing the peace sign. "I love dancing. It's like my therapy being in class dancing while letting go, out of the mind and into the body and enjoying the flow!" she captioned the post.

Kroes developed a love for dance-based workouts aftering dancing in a lingerie campaign. "I was luckily introduced to Vincent Vianen who is an amazing dancer and choreographer," she told Vogue France. "When I was asked to shoot lingerie while dancing, it was something where I was really faced with my own insecurities. I am going to continue to dance because I am going to be the first one on the dance floor now. One of the most important things Vincent taught me was to let go and to not think because I overthink and when you dance you have to let go, enjoy the music and really feel it. It's really fun to bring the best out of yourself and compete with yourself and it's getting better and better."

Kroes swears by ballet workouts and Pilates for a strong core and long, lean muscles. "When I come to New York, I always try to see Mary Helen Bowers because I love to do my ballet exercises with her. When I do Ballet Beautiful, I feel muscles the day after that I didn't even know I had. It lengthens my body and changes my posture," she told Vogue France. "[Pilates] strengthens my core and because of that I feel very strong and it changed my posture. Pilates is so much harder than it looks and something Cheryl always tells me is that I have to make it look like it's easy."

Organic fruits and vegetables make up a huge part of Kroes's diet. "Every morning I mix an orange, grapefruit, and lemon with wheatgrass or green powder in the blender," she told Vogue. "I make it for my son and husband. It's very sour. It doesn't taste good at all, but I do it because it's healthy. My mom grows wheatgrass in her garden and my son goes there and he chews on it and thinks it's gum! Kids are amazing—you can teach them anything and they'll eat anything. Of course every kid is different. My son didn't have any sugar until he was 3 years old. Growing up, my mom gave me really healthy food. Everything was fresh from the garden and organic before the organic hype. I still eat mostly organic food."

Kroes was thrilled to play Amazon warrior Venelia in Wonder Woman. "I was a fan of Wonder Woman growing up—I loved the fact that she was as strong and as smart as Superman," she told Glamour. "I was able to do my own riding, and had several weeks of combat and weapons training for the scenes on the beach. I've always ridden horses, but learning to handle a sword at a full gallop was pretty intense. But I loved every minute of it!"

Kroes believes beauty and happiness are one and the same. "It sounds so clichéd but it definitely chimes from within," she told Harper's Bazaar UK. You can put as much make-up on as you want, and hide certain things, but it's cyclical. So, when you have gratitude and feel good, make-up emphasizes how you feel already. I see products as a tool to look even better and then because you look even better then you feel even better – it's a positive circle… I'm discovering by practicing gratitude – that when you feel grateful and find that in the smallest of moments you then find it over and over again. You feel happier and happier and happier – because you continue to find it everywhere. It's a really nice way of living."

How does Francesca Allen stay in shape

In a few new social media posts Francesca Allen the Love Island stunner flaunts her amazing figure while answering her follower's burning questions in a Q & A. "I try to stay as consistent as I can be," she revealed in one of them, asking about her approach to staying in shape.

In one of her latest Instagram Stories Francesca reveals that takes the "everything in moderation" approach to diet. "Breakfast is eggs with sourdough, smashed avocados and chillies on top, or I'll have soya yoghurt with fruit. For lunch sometimes I'll have a salad but, if I'm in a rush, I'll have a few slices of banana loaf and a coffee. In the evening, I eat fish and roasted veg, like sweet potatoes, parsnips, red onions, mushrooms and broccoli," she added to Closer. She also does juice shots. "I'll also have a turmeric, grapefruit and ginger shot every day."

Francesca is a yogi. "Recently I've been doing yoga which I never liked in the past," she revealed to Heatworld. "I've always done quite high-intensity things such as running, HIT training or boxing, but since lockdown and with me being home a lot, I've been doing yoga before bed and it just makes me sleep a lot easier. A lot of the time, when I lie in bed, I can just be thinking of loads of things I need to do tomorrow and doing yoga before bed really helps."

In her new post, she also revealed that she experienced a "lifestyle change more than anything" and that she is the "happiest" she has ever been as a result. "It was mad. But I'm back with a bang. I had to look inside," she said in an Instagram Story on how she overcame online abuse and lost 30 pounds. "My personality was getting commented on and abused but there's only so much a girl can take. Like even me doing my accents that was wrong…"

In the same video, "This glow is coming from the inside," Francesca denied claims that she was editing her photos and instead attributed her new look to her newfound enjoyment in exercise. "I've had a couple of people messaging me about my weight and saying I edit it my photo. I'm like – hun – I've actually lost nearly 2st…So I am gonna look a bit different. I'd love to know how you're supposed to edit it your face or your body or any of those things in a video," she pointed out. "I feel like enlightened – which is the worst possible news I can use right now – I'm strong in myself and I have that strength in my body that I used to have like over two years ago. I just had lost love for training, I'd lost love myself"'

"I love training. It's my hobby," Francesca told New UK, revealing that she hits the gym three to four times a week. "I mostly do boxing and weights, and I love to run. It's amazing to put your earphones in and go for nice, long runs, especially in the forest."

Skyler Simpson is enjoying the beautiful climate and scenery while on vacation in the south of France. The social media influencer and model shared a video of herself lounging around a stunning pool in a tiny bikini, diving into the crystal water. "Somewhere in the south of France," she captioned the post.

Simpson shares her HIIT workouts on social media, so fans can copy her exact exercises. "[HIIT workouts] don't require as much time as a regular workout (some can take as little as 10 minutes)," says Matthew Haines, Head of Division of Sport, Exercise & Nutrition Sciences, University of Huddersfield. "And research shows they improve fitness, lower blood pressure and help people better manage their blood sugar levels – which may aid in weight loss and prevent disease, such as type 2 diabetes."

Simpson loves fresh fruit for a healthy snack, especially watermelon. Watermelon is a good choice for a refreshing bite, especially during warmer weather, although it's beneficial at any time of year. "We think of watermelon as a fun, seasonal food for barbeques and the beach, but it's also really good for you," says registered dietitian Lara Whitson, RD, LD. "It's low in calories, keeps you hydrated and provides many other nutrients that can help you maintain good health."

Simpson enjoys seafood, with sushi and sashimi being her favorite. Experts recommend low-mercury fish—for example sardines or salmon—be included as part of a healthy diet. "Try to eat at least two servings a week of fish, especially fish that's rich in omega-3 fatty acids," say the experts at the Mayo Clinic. "Doing so appears to reduce the risk of heart disease, particularly sudden cardiac death."

Simpson enjoys hiking, especially while traveling. Hiking is a great low-impact exercise, and provides all the benefits of working out in nature. "It strengthens the large muscles in your body, while stimulating the feel-good chemical hormones of adrenaline and endorphins that boost your mood and energy levels."

Simpson loves red wine, which experts say should be enjoyed in moderation. Red wine has long been considered a heart-healthy choice thanks to resveratrol, but research has been limited. "Resveratrol helps activate an enzyme called telomerase, which protects genome integrity," says cardiologist Dennis Bruemmer, MD. "And because of that, this resveratrol has been associated with preventing cardiovascular disease and actually extending longevity… It has never really been proven in people."

She sai that after relocating from Los Angeles to New York City, she purchased a stack of fashion magazines, out images from W, Perfect, and CR Fashionbook, and created a dream board. "We burned candles and played music and guided meditations while we sat on the floor, boarding for probably five hours," she said. "I know it sounds hoo-ha witchy, but I really believe in the power of positive thinking."

The model is all about self-care. "I am an extremely introverted person, which is of course a blessing and a curse. After a shoot, it is very important for me to mentally recharge, as I probably have another one the following day. I need to decompress from the character(s) that I have been putting all my energy into all day so that I can master a new one tomorrow!" Amelia told Vogue France.

Amelia unwinds with books. "Reading for me is the ideal way to detach at the end of a working day. I am really into Abraham Hicks, Joe Dispenza or Wayne Dyer books to name a few. Right now I am reading The Untethered Soul by Michael A. Singer, which I can highly recommend," she told Vogue.

"My parents taught me how important kindness is," Amelia told Vogue. "I truly live by the idea that the most beautiful woman can walk in the room and quickly become the ugliest simply by how she treats others. My parents also taught me to work harder tomorrow than I did today."

"I have so many dreams. A lot of that involves of course covers of magazines and campaigns. But, at the end of the day, I want to be known as an artist that inspires people. I want to represent unapologetic and unique beauty from the inside. I want to embrace my flaws and insecurities to inspire others to love themselves for who they are. Everyone deserves to feel beauty and confidence. I hope I can play a role in that," Amelia told Vouge.

Ava Maxshows off her incredible curves

Ava Max is heating up the South of France in her swimsuit. In one of her latest social media posts, the Psycho singer shows off her incredible curves in a floral bathing suit. "Blooming in Canne [sic]," she captioned the Instagram post shared from Cannes.

Ava revealed during GRAMMY.com's Herbal Tea & White Sofas video series that she loves snacking on produce. "I'm usually always hungry, so snacks!" the Albanian American singer said when asked what is on her tour rider. Fresh fruits and veggies, including blueberries and carrots and celery with ranch, are a few of her faves.

Ava has a mild gluten intolerance, opting for gluten-free alternatives for her sandwiches and even crepe batter, using brown rice flour in her crepe batter. "I even created a crepe tutorial for YouTube, it was hilarious! I ordered European chocolate from Amazon, similar to Nutella, and then used a raspberry sauce for toppings. I was getting obsessed," she told Uproxx.

Ava has a guilty pleasure: Candy. She revealed to MTV that Halloween candy is her weakness. "Snickers, Smarties, and maybe a Ring Pop. I love a Ring Pop. Let's be real," she exclaimed.

"The beginning of quarantine, I did not [order from] Postmates because I was so terrified. I cooked every single meal," Ava revealed to MTV about her pandemic hobby. "I'm not even kidding you. I told my mom, I'm like, I give you kudos, because my wrists were hurting. I was cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner. My niece would come over, I would make her food, and then I'd be like, wow, moms do so much. That was just cooking. That wasn't even cleaning up babies, which I don't have. I'm like, imagine being a mom. Kudos to moms. I just clap for all moms out there. Because the cooking was hard all day."

Ava has another favorite healthy snack. "A lot of people don't know this, but chestnuts are one of my favorite foods," she told MTV. "Not even kidding you. It's an Albanian thing, too. Albanians love to make chestnuts during the wintertime. We can turn into a chestnut if we eat too many. It's full of carbs."

Ava loves Albanian food cooked by her opera singer mother, with "feta on everything," she told Herbal Tea & White Sofas. Two of her favorite dishes? Spanakopita and rice pilaf with homemade tzatziki. Spanakopita, a Greek pastry filled with spinach and feta, provides vitamins A, C, K, and minerals like iron and calcium. It also offers antioxidants, bone and heart health benefits. Lola Marandel is vacationing in the South of France – in her swimsuit. The tennis star shows off her famously fit figure in a bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts, posing on a boat. "Boat life," she wrote in the captions. "Beauty," commented one of her followers, while several others left behind fire emojis.

The main way Lola stays in shape is by playing tennis, which she does pretty much all day, every day of her life. According to ACE Fitness, tennis blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

As part of her training, Lola lifts heavy weights. "130kg ?? with the coach," she captioned a video of herself hip-thrusting with heavy weights. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Lola also enjoys running. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

You can find Lola getting around on her bike, a great low-impact aerobic exercise that helps build muscle, improves strength and flexibility, and improves balance, according to the Cleveland Clinic. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Lola understands the importance of stretching. Before a match, she stretches out her entire body, from her wrists to her legs. "Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints," says Harvard Health. "Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage."

Bündchen shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Vogue France. She says that she makes sure to eat healthy. "I think we are what we eat. And that food should be our medicine. It is very important to drink plenty of water and eat food that comes from the earth, like fruits and vegetables, rather than processed food. All of this is reflected directly on the skin."

Bündchen tells Vogue France that one of her biggest health and skincare secrets is staying hydrated. "Water is your best ally to have beautiful skin, so you need to drink plenty of it. I also rely on electrolytes, which help better absorb water and increase hydration tenfold. I take a drink with a lemon flavor which is a very good bonus.

Bündchen tells Vogue France that she struggles with anxiety and mental health. She says that she likes to do breathing exercises to help with this. "There is one breathing exercise that I did a lot of when I was prone to panic attacks that still helps me refocus today: alternate breathing. You just have to inhale, block the right nostril to hold your breath for a few moments and then exhale from the left nostril. Then, the same with the left nostril. You can continue the exercise for 1, 5, or 10 minutes depending on the time you have available, as soon as a need for calm is felt."

Bündchen shared some of her skincare secrets with Vogue France. She says that she likes to use coconut oil on her face. "I always remove makeup with organic coconut oil (the same one I use for cooking) because it is, in my opinion, the easiest way to remove all traces of makeup. I put it all-over on my face, remove it with a cotton ball and then rinse it all off with lukewarm water."

For Bündchen, skincare at night is extremely important. She broke down her routine in her Vogue France interview. "In the evening, on the other hand, I clean my skin, sometimes I exfoliate it, then I draw my serum, a moisturizer, from time to time a mask, an eye contour, and I'm ready to go to bed. It is very important to put on your moisturizer at night so that the skin has time to absorb it."

Bündchen is all about positivity. "Even more essential: surrounding yourself with positive thoughts, having constructive conversations, reading and watching inspiring things," she tells Vogue France. "Because beauty is not limited to what you put on the surface of the skin, but also what you decide to bring to your body and your mind. And then there is love, the love that we have for ourselves and for others."

Bündchen shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is go biking. She shared a biking video on her page, captioning it, "We all have our fair shares of trials. Every laugh, every fall, every experience, the good and the bad, everything is here to teach us something and help us grow. Nothing is permanent. So let's enjoy the good moments and learn from the bad ones. Every day is a gift!"

One of Erin's favorite activities is horseback riding. "I'm very active, I spend a lot of time outside. I have a horse. I horseback ride, it's an incredible workout for arms and core and thighs. Her name is Mallon, she's a mare … and I love her," she told Violet Grey.

Erin is so devoted to her vegan diet, that she recently opened a vegan restaurant with her husband. Cécile Food Club, in Marseille, France, is inspired by the region and also the healthier plant-based cuisine that she is a fan of.

What is Erin's biggest beauty secret? "Just f—ing sleep, babe! (Laughs.) Honestly, it's one of those funny things; there are no tricks that I know that nobody else doesn't know. Arianna Ajtar is enjoying the blue skies and gorgeous sand at La Môme Plage private beach in Cannes, France. Ajtar shared pictures of herself lounging on a beach towel in a lemon yellow bathing suit, smiling in the sunshine. "Kisses from the south of France," she captioned the post.

Ajtar loves fresh salads, especially made with cucumber. "Cucumbers can help with disease prevention, weight management and digestion," says Amber Sommer, RD, LD. "And because they are readily available and easy to eat, everyone can reap the benefits."

Ajtar relies on discipline when she isn't in the mood to work out. "Really could not be one bit bothered today; but I reminded myself it's me vs me yesterday and if it were easy, everyone would do it!" she says. "Mental resilience is key in getting the body you want and motivation is only what gets you started, but it won't keep you going! If you're feeling like you need to gym today or should train; just do it even if it's for 20 minutes it's still something! I promise you you're never leaving a session no matter how short / long feeling bad; you're only going to feel amazing and build up that mental strength for consistency!"

Ajtar never skips her daily stretching sessions. "Stretching is a huge part of your muscle growth that's super underrated," she says. "Even if you're a weight trainer and you lift heavy (I personally don't and never have lifted super heavy), by stretching the muscles properly you're elongating your muscle and allowing a deeper range of motion."

The supermodel and swimwear designer shows off some of her latest styles and her incredible figure in one of her latest social media posts. Candice stays healthy and gorgeous with the help of nutritious drinks. "I do a nice beauty smoothie," she dished to The Cut. "It contains coconut oil, flaxseed oil, banana, protein, some kind of antioxidant fruit like blueberries or strawberries, or some nut butter. I discovered it from doing research; I like to be on beauty blogs. I've always loved nutrition and because I've worked out for so many years, I've figured out what's best for my body and keeping my energy up. It's evolved from that."

Candice maintains balance when it comes to diet and fitness. "It's being happy and healthy. I don't like restrict myself from certain foods that I want, or kill myself at the gym. It's really what's comfortable for my body at the time and what's best at that moment," she told The Cut.

Candice maintains that she is "in tune" with her body thanks to dancing, which is also a great calorie-blasting cardio workout. "I started dancing when I was really young, and it just gives you a different sense of your body," she explained to The Cut.

Candice partially attributes her amazing figure to genetics. "I've been lucky — I was born with quite a fast metabolism," she revealed. "I'm that girl who orders the healthy plate with a side of fries. Your body is like a machine and everyone's is different. I know mine quite well."

Candice loves to strike a pose – in the yoga studio. "I think that yoga has taught me breathing techniques," she told Vogue France. "I take deep slow breaths." She even created her own method. "I've been doing my own kind of yoga. It's not traditional yoga, but I put on some music and mix in some Pilates and squat resistance stuff I've learned over the years. It's calm: I can meditate through it and get some flow with some music. It's a little ritual for me. I do it every time I feel overwhelmed and stressed — I try at least twice a week," she told The Cut.

Candice is all about doing different workouts. She trains with The Dogpound trainer Justin Gelband when she is in New York, but also does a lot of other things. "I like to change it up, I do yoga, swimming, boxing and I have just started paddle boarding but I think that Pilates is my favorite," she told Vogue France.

Candice fuels her body with healthy snacks, including nuts "especially Brazil nuts and almonds, which are great for your hair and nails," she told Vogue France. "Otherwise I have protein bars or fruit, I think I have a banana in my bag right now."

The actress-singer shared photos of her in a bikini as she sunbathed in Plage de Lespecier in the seaside commune of Mimizan.

Lustre was on vacation with her boyfriend, French businessman Christophe Bariou, going by her photos she earlier shared.

Dua Lipa is having a good time

Dua Lipa posted a carousel of photos from her summer adventures, including several shots of herself stretching out by the pool in a tiny green string bikini printed with colorful butterflies.

She had her brunette locks up in a high ponytail and was wearing several pieces of gold jewelry, including hoop earrings, and a silver bracelet made of chain link shapes.

The 27-year-old singer was visiting Charleval, France, where her friend fashion designer Simon Porte Jacquemus was marrying his fiancé Marco Maestri.

The wedding fell during her summer break from her Future Nostalgia Tour after she finished touring North America and Europe. In September, she'll resume with shows in New Zealand, Australia, and South America. During her show in Toronto, there was an incident where unauthorized fireworks were set off in the venue.

Dua Lipa addressed the event, writing, “Last night, unauthorized fireworks went off in the crowd during my set in Toronto. Creating a safe and inclusive space at my shows is always my first priority, and my team and I are just as shocked and confused by the events as you all are.”

She continued, “There is an ongoing investigation into the events being conducted, and everyone involved is working hard to find out how this incident occurred. Bringing this show to life for my fans has been such an amazing experience, and I’m so deeply sorry for anyone who was scared, felt unsafe or whose enjoyment of the show was affected in any way.”

Blonde bombshell Christine Quinn is in the South Of France

The reality TV star said she was at the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel as she modeled a bikini.

This comes after it was claimed hat she will not return to her show Selling Sunset as she focuses on other projects.

Christine Quinn looked very slender in the little string bikini.

Her white blonde hair was slicked back as she looked out at the coastline.

The Hotel du Cap is very famous. Actress Elizabeth Taylor and politician Winston Churchill have both stayed there. And more recently the Kardashians and Angelina Jolie.

This post comes after news that the blonde will be returning to Selling Sunset.

She will instead focus on her new firm with husband Christian Richard. And the leggy lady has also signed with IMG Models.

Production sources told the site that Quinn is not in season six or seven. Production is already underway.

The site added it was a 'mutual decision' between Christine, Netflix, and the production company.

She was last seen enjoying the beauty of Venice, Italy.
