Jennifer Lopez showed off her good looks to celebrate her 55th birthday on Wednesday, July 24. The iconic singer and actress kicked off her festivities by posting a mirror selfie of herself, rocking a white swimsuit on Instagram. In the caption, J.Lo made a reference to her most recent album, while giving a cheeky nod to the fact that it was her day. “This Is Me…Now,” she wrote with a birthday cake emoji.

For the selfie, Jennifer rocked a white, plunging one-piece swimsuit. It was reported that the bathing suit is a favorite of the Hustlers actress, according to Page Six. She also accessorized with some large gold bracelets, and small hooped earrings. Her hair was styled in a ponytail.

In the comments, many fans and friends shared birthday messages for J.Lo. “I wish u health, happiness, love and never stop being so gorgeous and respectable woman, giving so much love, strength and help to a lot of people around the world! Love you! Have a wonderful birthday,” one person wrote.

The multihyphenate previously opened up about her struggles with mental health and body image saying it takes a lot of 'bravery.'

'I think it's about honesty and I think it takes a lot of bravery to be honest...When dealing with my anxiety and depression, I can feel very isolated and alone. And when I talk about it, it makes me feel better,' she explained to Numero.

She continued: 'Encourage people who are in the spotlight to do the same, because it encourages young people looking up to you, following you. It makes you feel less alone, it makes me feel less alone.'

'I've kind of felt very embraced by a community of people who also deal with depression and anxiety. I feel like just talking about it is the most important thing that you can do. You don't have to share personal details, but just being honest and open,' she explained.

Lili went on to share that she feels they stigma around speaking up about mental health has gone down, opening up the door to treatment and acceptance for those who struggle with it.

'I feel we're moving in the right direction as far as being open about mental health, so I feel good about that,' the Hustlers actress shared. 'And I think I will teach my future kids about mental health and encourage them to talk about their mental health.

She finished, 'I love my generation, I think we're very passionate and honest and brave. So I think we will continue to breed people who are the same.'

Jennifer Lopez once again proved the effect of her glutes workouts

Jennifer wowed once again with a sun-kissed beach picture in the perfect swimwear. The picture captured the actress in a wine-colored bra and underwear with sand particles on her bum. She tagged this picture "Beach bum" as she thrilled with the curvy outline of her bum.

Wearing a hat, sunglasses and holding onto the straps of her beach underwear, she looked into the camera to send a perfect exciting sensation to her fans. The sun rays shining lightly on her skin enlightened the firmness of her glutes.

The-52-year-old actress achieved her amazing toned glutes by doing various bodyweight workouts. According to an interview with Johanna Sapakie, who was her trainer for Hustlers in 2019, the actress had bridging exercises.

This included squeezing your bum and lifting your hips high while lying flat on your back with your knees bent. Jennifer Lopez repeated this exercise continuously and switched to one she called "hula dancing." This workout included a range of pulsing tempos and also patterns. It was a different kind of bridging that involved squeezing each glute in alternative ways.

When ET caught up with the cast of the film about strippers who scam wealthy men, Lopez revealed that she got "a little bit sick to my stomach" the first time she saw the movie.

"I was like, 'Oh my god! What are they doing? They are going to kill this guy!'" she shared. "They were playing with fire."

"I'm a by-the-book kind of person," Lopez added. "Like, I'm always afraid. I don't want to jaywalk or anything. They're going to get me."

Russia is the latest stop on J. Lo's "I turned 50 and hell yes I'm still every bit the badass I've always been" tour. While bae Alex Rodriguez couldn't join Jennifer Lopez this time around, A-Rod couldn't help but post about how he's missing her.

"Baby, I know you’ve been killing it in Russia and you’ve got one more show to go," the baseball star captioned the post above. "Miss you and I can’t wait to see you back at home!"

Both she and A-Rod have said they love TruFusion, a fitness studio with a variety of classes including yoga and bootcamp in rooms heated to up to 120 degrees. They also did a 10-Day Wedding Workout Challenge together.

J. Lo's also been hitting the gym extra-hard to prep for her role as a pole dancer in the upcoming movie Hustlers.

In addition to being workout buddies, A-Rod and J. Lo have also done different diets together. They've tried fasted cardio and also went on a 10-day diet challenge that was no-sugar, low-carb earlier this year.
