Taylor Swift's back-up dancer stunned fans with a photo of the 35-year-old billionaire walking around in nothing but a bikini as she enjoyed a party on a boat with the rest of her Eras Tour crew in celebration of their success.

Jeslyn Gorman posted the photos to Instagram in which the Cruel Summer singer can be spotted lounging on the deck of the seacraft as she rested on one of her colleagues whilst wearing the costume.

She soaked up the sun in a bid to catch some tan lines with her legs shining under the brightness of Earth's local star, although she made sure to protect her face from the deadly UV rays with sunglasses and a hat.

"Some things I've learned in 2024," Gorman captioned the post, which also included a night out as Swift and her girls all wore dresses to head for some drinks, with the popstar electing for a leaf-styled dress.

Why isn't Travis Kelce in the photos?

Travis Kelce, Swift's boyfriend, didn't appear in any of the photos but that isn't too much of a shock. The Kansas City Chiefs' tight end has been busy with his own NFL career, and he wasn't involved in the production of the Eras Tour.

He did manage to make a cameo on stage in London, however, when he wore a tuxedo at Wembley Stadium and carried his partner across to change costumes as fans cheered ecstatically.

Kelce was also spotted attending her shows throughout the tour across the Americas, Eurasia and Oceania, even convincing the Chiefs' Patrick Mahomes and his wife to join him in the Netherlands.

In return, Swift has paid her man back by attending his football games when she's found the time to do so but has elected against making trips on the road. Most recently skipping the game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The pair's relationship is going so well, at least publicly, that Kelly Stafford, the wife of the Los Angeles Rams' quarterback Matt, predicts they will get engaged around the summer of 2025.

Sabrina Carpenter first rose to prominence by starring on the Disney Channel show, Girl Meets World. She has also appeared in films like Tall Girl and The Hate U Give. Carpenter is also a singer, and is known for hits like "Skin", "Feather" and "Nonsense." She recently opened for Taylor Swift on the Latin American leg of her Eras Tour. Carpenter shared a new set of photos on Instagram this week. In the first one, she wore a bikini top and glitter shorts.

Carpenter shared her favorite skincare products with Glamour. She says that she uses a cleanser from a dermatologist. "I've been working with [esthetician] Renée Rouleau since I was 15. I use her AHA/BHA cleanser, which has been a steady thing in my life. I like that it's somewhat of an exfoliant but not really harsh, and AHA/BHA is really good for keeping your skin clear."

Carpenter tells Glamour that protecting her skin from the sun is important to her. "Sunscreen is super important to me. I wear sunscreen every single day. I started using Supergoop's Glow Screen because I would find my face is always a little bit paler than the rest of my body, so it kind of is the best of both worlds: Obviously it's SPF, but then it also gives you just a little bit of color that brings your skin to life. It's under my makeup most of the time and it's really nice. I really like how it looks."

Carpenter makes sure to keep her skin moisturized, and shared her favorite products with Glamour. "I use moisturizer at night. I really love this La Mer moisturizer. I just tried it, and I was like, Oh no, I love it! It's one of those products that is a little bit of a splurge, so I really hoped I wouldn't like it, but I did. It's lightweight, and I tend to go for more lightweight moisturizers."

Carpenter shared her daily routine with Marie Claire. She says that she makes sure to get enough sleep. "I love to pass out without distractions. I can't remember the last time I watched a TV show. By the end of the day, I feel like I've used up everything I have, so I just love sleep and getting to sleep as quickly as I can. [My bedtime] definitely changes. I'm in an unpredictable era right now. It can be 9 p.m.; it can be 2 in the morning. [My body] definitely gravitates to, like, grandma. I get tired early, but now I have ways and tricks and coffee that will keep me up if I need to be up. I'm at this age where I'm… I definitely am disciplined, but I am trying to also remind myself that if there's a time in my life when I'm probably not going to sleep as much, it's probably now."

When it comes to working out, Carpenter prefers to take classes or go to the gym with friends. "I'm a little [casual] with exercise," she told Marie Claire. "It's not an every day thing by any means, but I try to balance it out however I can, and at least once or twice a week do something a little bit more disciplined. I will take a class of some sort, or do a workout at home. I'll go to Pilates sometimes with friends of mine. I love working out with friends, because it makes me feel like I'm not working out."

Focusing on sunscreen while growing up on the West Coast was super important, as well as finding a consistent routine rather than trying to venture into multiple different products. Sticking with the brand La Roche Posey has done wonders for my skin. Also, finding a good eye cream and never traveling without a heavy moisturizer on me helps so much! I also think investing money into facials! I've really been trying to go monthly, and I have seen such a difference with that, especially with having to wear so much make up and doing a lot of travel. It really helps my skin feel better!" she said.

"I really focus on Pilates," she told Bare about her go-to workout. "I have never been into heavy weight lifting or high intensity classes. It just personally has never made me feel my best and I feel so empowered when I'm doing Pilates or a mat exercise!"

Ellie is also a walker, and "getting my steps in outdoors," she told Bare. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

"I've never followed a strict diet because I've always enjoyed eating healthy, and I think by looking at it in a positive way like that, it makes it a lot better on my own mindset and makes eating healthy super enjoyable!" Thumann told Bare about her approach to eating.

When Ellie experiences "down" moments, she relies on her friends and family. "I tend to get down on myself a lot, and I think I can be very hard on myself. Things that always help me are talking about it with my friends and family. For me, bottling up any emotion, good or bad, can be really challenging and I feel like I can't get it off my chest until I can talk to people. If I can't do that immediately, I think having my journals always helps me because it can really help getting all your scattered thoughts into one place and kind of organized while you're feeling a certain way," she said.

"I also love to read and go on my therapy walks with my therapy headphones, which is what I jokingly called the headphones that I bought at the beginning of 2022 when I was going through a really hard time. Since then, they have traveled the world with me and whenever I'm feeling anxious, I put on my headphones and feel so much better," she added.

Denise Austin, 65, reveals her secrets to getting in bikini-shape for the New Year

At age 65, Denise Austin is rocking a bikini with pride.

The renowned fitness instructor made a splash this summer when she and her daughter, Katie Austin, modeled two-pieces on the catwalk for the 2022 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Runway Show in Miami.

The ‘80s star told Fox News Digital "it was a complete joy" to team up with the 29-year-old, who has already made her mark as a fitness influencer on social media with her own app. Katie made her SI Swimsuit debut in 2021 as part of their annual Swim Search. She then returned for this year’s issue as an official rookie.

"For [SI] to even ask me at 65 years old to be in a bikini – I mean, it was a huge thrill and I just went for it," said Austin. "What the heck?"

Austin noted that while she’s proud to celebrate her body, she hopes it will also inspire other women to realize that it’s not too late to revamp their health goals.

"First, love the body you’re in," Austin said. "Do the best that you can. I truly believe in having a good attitude. It truly comes from within. I love what I do, and I feel like I can help women out there feel better about themselves. Exercise, eating right, having a good attitude, a good night’s rest – all of it helps with that healthy lifestyle. I want women to truly try their very best to eat healthily and to move more. That’s my message. I have always said that for all these 40 years, just do the best that you can. That is the key."

Austin, who skyrocketed to fame in the ‘80s and ‘90s thanks to her "8-minute abs" workout, has sold more than 24 million exercise videos and DVDs over the years. She also starred in the top fitness show,"Fit & Lite," for 14 years.

Most recently, the mother-daughter duo teamed up once more. In November, they launched the "SlimFast Loves the ‘80s" throwback fitness class, which pays homage to the brand’s origins. It features classic aerobic moves, as well as Katie’s more modern approach to breaking a sweat. Austin said she designed the 30-minute workout for those who don’t want to wait until 2023 to fulfill their resolutions.

"Walking is such a great form of exercise," she said. "I try to walk every day. I get in my steps. … If you could walk and pump your arms, you’ll burn more calories because you’re using more muscles. … But walking is just fine. I believe in three ways to stay in shape – cardio to burn some fat, toning to firm up your muscles and then stretching for improving your flexibility. … I tell people if they’re just starting, [exercise] three days a week. You will see a difference in your body. Make sure you do a little at a time. Take your time, ease into it."

"I try to work out most days of the week, but I only work out for 30 minutes," Austin continued. "During the holidays, I love to walk and get my steps in. … I love to work out in the morning. That way, I have the whole day and I’m not worried about how I’m going to squeeze it in. But to be perfectly honest, it’s what you can fit into your schedule best. That’s why if you can just work out for 10 minutes in the morning and then another 10 minutes in the evening, that’s OK, too. As long as it accumulates to about 20-30 minutes most days of the week. You’ll be doing great. … Start small. Wake up maybe 10 minutes earlier than normal and squeeze in that 10-minute workout in the morning."

Austin recommended reaching out to a loved one if you need extra encouragement. Exercising with a buddy, she said, can make the workout more enjoyable for some.

"I always call my sisters and ask, ‘Who wants to work out?’ or ‘Who’s around to walk this week?’" she said. "I think you should plan [your workouts], too. Put it in your schedule, make it a part of your plan so you have it in your datebook, and it becomes a part of your life. It’s all about lifestyle. All of this is to help you live a healthier lifestyle. So, make things more convenient for you and you’ll make it stick that way. You’ll do it more often and have fun doing it, too. And music is key. I love fun music. … My playlist is very diverse. I have music from Drake to Taylor Swift to Bruce Springsteen."

Austin said that the most common mistake people tend to make in the New Year is overwhelming themselves with "too much too soon."

"I think it’s a lot easier to start small and do little things like walk," Austin said. "I think people try to do too much sometimes. It then becomes so complicated that it doesn’t stick; you won’t stay consistent, and you won’t see a difference. Start three days a week and build yourself up to four days. Make your workouts fun, something to look forward to. That way you will stick with it."

"Sometimes it’s hard to drive to a gym," she said. "That’s why I like to work out at home because it’s so convenient. If it’s convenient, it makes your life easier and you’ll stick to it all year."

Katharine McPhee's family is coming to her defense

The 37-year-old Smash star's husband David Foster shared a photo of the mom of one, showing her posing in a black bikini. "What baby!" Foster, 72, captioned the post, presumably referencing his wife's post-baby figure after she gave birth to their son Rennie David earlier this year.

After some people criticized his comment on the photo, McPhee responded in a post of her own.

"I'm sorry but we are not sorry. And for all of you who can't deal with it maybe this helps. I've struggled with weight my whole 20s and 30. I've gone up and down 10 times over. Does that make you feel better? There is nothing wrong with that — most people do," she began in the caption alongside another photo of her in a bathing suit.

Foster's daughters Erin, 39, and Sara, 40, showed support for McPhee's message.

"If I can accept my stepmom looking like this, you certainly should be able to," joked Erin. "The photo wasn't altered or filtered and she's had no surgery. You can't shame someone for feeling cute after a baby whether she's sharing stretch marks or a six-pack. Let her live."

Added Sara, "If you had had cellulite and stretch marks in the photo and the caption was exactly the same we would all be celebrating his post. But you don't and that's not allowed to be celebrated."

"Also, you had a baby almost a year ago, not yesterday," she continued. "You have been working your ass off in the gym. Let's complain about women and husbands who post 3-week postpartum pics with their full-body lipo, filters, and altering apps that make us all feel like sh*t. People are crazy."

Katharine McPhee continued, "I lost this baby weight without dieting. Zero. Diets are the worst and I've had zero pressure from anyone. I've let my body do its thing and found a great workout. That's it. And guess what? I'll probably gain weight again at some point too. Who cares? BUT people freaking out about what my husband captioned seriously get a life... Stop being so offended by what people post who have zero impact on your life and move on. Maybe you should have more of an attitude of like, let's say… 'oh that's nice he thinks his wife is hot,' " she concluded. "I cannot with this overly sensitive society right now. But as Taylor Swift said haters gonna hate byyeeee."

The actress said in March that her "biggest challenge" while carrying Rennie was the fear that her past struggles with disordered eating and bulimia would return as her shape grew. That gave McPhee a "healthy love-hate relationship with pregnancy," she told.

"I think that I struggled a little bit with the getting bigger part," she said.

After Rennie's birth, though, McPhee found that her mindset completely flipped. "What I didn't expect was to have the baby and then be so at peace with my body," she said. "I had this, wow, like this huge appreciation of what my body had just done and given me that I wish that I'd given myself a little bit more of that grace through the pregnancy."

In the months since McPhee said she hasn't had any desire to push herself to lose weight.

"I actually had this huge gift where I felt zero pressure to kind of get back to a certain standard," she said. Victoria’s Secret Angel Martha Hunt first became known to the general public when she forged her friendship with pop star Taylor Swift. However, she had been a successful model for years and years before she ever met the pop superstar.

Hunt got her start over a decade ago, and has walked in countless fashion shows over the years for some of the biggest names in fashion. She also began strutting her stuff at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in 2013, and eventually became an Angel in 2015.

While it may seem like Hunt has a charmed life, she’s definitely had to overcome quite a few difficulties on her way to the fashion world. The most notable, and one she’s very outspoken about, is her struggle with scoliosis.

“I film commercials and walk on runways in just lingerie and I feel strong, confident and empowered doing it. Eight years after surgery, I’m proud I’ve stayed focused throughout the years of ups and downs and finally reached my goals. To this day, I work out three times a week with a trainer that continues to help me open up my shoulders and do specific exercises to increase my range of motion in my hips and strengthen my core and spine…. don’t let it the pain from scoliosis prevent you from living your life to the fullest.”

While it can’t have been easy at the time to deal with serious health issues at such a young age, Hunt seems to be in a better place now and living her dream.

The two pals remain “very close” and are “in a really good place,” despite their busy schedules and home bases being in different cities, according to the source.

Taylor is good about maintaining the long distance friendship because “she tries to make time to see Selena” any time she’s in Los Angeles, the source said, adding, “it’s always fun for them to catch up and have a girls’ night.”
