Sukirti Kandpal shows off her amazing body

Sukirti Kandpal is heating up the beach in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Indian model and actress shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit. She shared the photo via her Instagram Stories.

Sukirti loves to take a hike! "On top of the world literally," she captioned a post. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

Building stronger muscles and bones

Improving your sense of balance

Improving your heart health

Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

Sukirti is a yogi. She celebrated World Yoga Day with an inspiring post. "U can buy a new car house or a new watch. But you can't buy a fit body. A fit body is earned not given. Ultimate sign of self respect," she captioned a bendy post. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Sukirti does Pilates to keep her body long and lean. "Rise and shine it's Pilates time with the lovely group," she captioned a post. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health." It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Sukirti maintains that fitness is a choice. "Waking up early to train is hard. Pushing yourself to work out every week in the gym is hard. Rejecting fast food in modern society is even harder. Having no energy is even worse. There is the pain of sacrifice or the pain of regret. Choose ur hard. Work hard to live well," she captioned an inspiring post.

Sukirti is a tea drinker. "And another version it's tea tripping today ? #instalove #instagram #lovetea," she captioned a post. Numerous studies have shown that a variety of teas may boost your immune system, fight off inflammation, and even ward off cancer and heart disease.

Jena Sims looks really good in a bikini

Jena Sims is a big hitter with fans such as Paige Spiranac - after Brooks Koepka's wife shared astonishing pics nine months after giving birth.

The model posted shots in a tiny bikini, including one luxuriant pose lying down on the damp sand as waves dappled her legs.

And she looked the bee's knees in the sea's breeze in video clips lapped up by her 297,000 Instagram followers.

Golf's top influencer Spiranac led the excited ripples online, calling the 35-year-old's photos "unreal" while another admirer wrote: "OMG yes girl!!!!"

It came as Jena's golfer husband, fellow American Koepka, could only finish a lowly joint 45th in the Masters.

But whereas the 33-year-old looked all at sea at Augusta, his partner reclined blissfully by the ocean for glamorous images.

She also kneeled for a photo on a yacht in a collection of pics which left admirers describing her as the "hottest ever".

Jena put up her latest pics with the words: "That feeling when you no longer have to gatekeep your @si_swimsuit Rookie shoot content!!!!"

Fans responded with praise like "BOOM! So proud of you!" ... "Damn hot" ... and "Queen".

"Hot mama" topped the scoreboard for compliments, just beating "amazing".

Some fans noted Jena had her first child, a son, as recently as last July.

And one woman reacted to the actress's confident new snaps by joking: "I need your genetics!"

But there were a few social media verdicts on Jena's photoshoot that struggled to make the cut.

None more so than: "Sooooo hot my lawddddd" and "BODY ODDY ODDY."

Cat Deeley works hard to look good in a bikini

Cat Deeley is making a splash in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the television presenter shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while swimming with a bunch of pool floats. "I don't mind doing it for the kids so come on, jump on board, take a ride," she wrote about her Instagram Stories image.

Cat's days start "very early." She used to sip on a cup of warm lemon water first thing, but after her dentist warned it would ruin her tooth enamel, she made a switch. "Now I have a green juice. I have celery and cucumber, and a little bit of lemon juice and ginger," she told Women's Health. She follows it up with coffee. "I feel sometimes like I need my cup of coffee to properly get my eyes open and get myself moving," she said.

Cat is a fan of intermittent fasting. She eats an early dinner with her family and then fasts until the morning. "I'm doing intermittent fasting, which I didn't realize. But it seems to work really well for my body I think I sleep better…I actually feel so much better as well rather than having a meal later on in the day at like eight-thirty or nine o'clock or whatever," she told Women's Health.

"Running and gyms don't suit me, you have to find what you like," Cat told Metro. She claims that regular yoga classes keeps her from looking like an "old lady" even though she is "not very stretchy naturally" she says. "I'm not very stretchy naturally so yoga helps me, otherwise I'd look like an old lady." She trains with Tara Lee. "Tara introduced me to the wonderful world of yoga 10 years ago … I couldn't even touch my toes! I've been hooked ever since," she added to Self. She even does her yoga videos, "Elements of Yoga" DVDs. "With her yoga DVDs, even I can find some 'me time', to focus my mind, reset my body and just breathe," she said.

In addition to "four times a week" yoga sessions, Cat takes a daily hike. "Even if you can just do twenty minutes it makes all the difference – I just put my trainers on and walk down the hill with my dog. You never regret doing exercise, you never come back and wish you hadn't done it, it feels amazing," she told Cosmopolitan.

Cat attributes her healthy approach to eating to her mother. "She never made things 'bad' or never made things, you know, unobtainable or, you know, we were free to help ourselves whenever we wanted to," she explains. "I think by doing that you kind of learn what makes you feel your body feel good and what makes you feel healthy. I like to listen to my body a lot." A piece of fruit, such as a banana, or a handful of almonds, are two of her go-to snacks. When she wants something more savory, she'll grab crackers and cheese.

Model Alexis Ren flaunts her impressive figure

Alexis Ren is a very successful model and influencer. She competed on the 27th season of Dancing With The Stars, and finished in fourth place. Ren shares a lot of gorgeous photos on social media. She recently shared a set of selfies on her Instagram story. In them, Ren wore a colorful swimsuit top and a bandana. Ren's impressive figure was on display.

Ren has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared her secrets in an interview with Glamour. Ren makes sure to use serums on her face. "I just started implementing the Sonya Dakar Super Clear as a base. It's a preventative thing for breakouts, and I use it every day. Then I use the vitamin C serum with hyaluronic and vitamin C, which I've learned is important. I kind of pat it on as opposed to rub it in, because it peels away, which is kind of weird."

Ren helped come up with her skincare routine with the help of facialist, Sonya Dakar. "She's helped me understand the types of substances that work on my skin," Ren says to Glamour. "She came on and taught a skin course to my community, and she broke down why we need vitamins, why we need hyaluronic acid. Then you don't have to rely on one brand. You can be like, 'I'm just looking for these exact ingredients.' It puts the power back in your hands."

Ren tells Glamour that she makes sure to cleanse her face. "I use two facial cleansers: One of them is the Sensi Wash by Sonya Dakar, and the other one is the Blueberry Rebalancing 5.5 Cleanser from Innisfree. The Sensi wash is made with oat milk, so it has this milky feel. That doesn't actually get the makeup off; it just cleanses my face. If have makeup on, I use something soapy that's going to get rid of everything and that's the Innisfree."

Ren shared her favorite moisturizers with Glamour. "After serums, I use the Stem Cell Transformer, which is an antiaging cream. I just got on it. It's also by Sonya Dakar, and I think she said I can start it around 24, which is how old I am. For my neck, I started using the SBLA Wand—I don't really know if it works, but I like to try things. It's this sculpting thing; you put it on your neck and under your chin and stuff, and it uses collagen tightening and metabolic melting, because our necks are the first parts of our body that you can really start to see aging. I wanted to start a treatment early, and I'm just trying this now. I use it every night just before bed time. I feel like we neglect our chest and our necks, but our chest is more sensitive than our face."

Ren shared her daily routine in an interview with Grazia. She says that she works out in the mornings, and shared her favorite ones. "Starting my day off with a workout helps me to be my most productive self. I have been a ballerina for 20 years, so ballet is my first love when it comes to movement. I also love long walks and hikes, yoga, and surfing. For me, when I can move through an activity that I love, I enjoy the time spent doing it rather than it feeling like something I need to check off of my to-do list."

Model Sharina Gutierrez shows off her amazing body

Sharina Gutierrez has been modeling for years. This year, she was recently announced as one of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit's Rookies of 2024. Gutierrez was announced on Instagram. She wore a black swimsuit, and posed among the trees in it.

Gutierrez shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. She is open about her love of barre classes and workouts. Gutierrez shared this video of herself doing a class. She captioned the post, "I'm feeling sooo good! I see tremendous changes in my entire body in just 5 classes of @purebarrelafayette! My abs toned, arms are sculpted, and glutes are activated!"

Gutierrez is making wellness a priority in her life. In the caption of the previous Instagram post, she says that she is working on tightening her abs. "I've been on a journey of tightening the skin on my abs after having a C-section and 2 babies close in age. The skin on my abs have been a bit challenging to tighten. I've embraced myself fully and with patience , good diet , and consistency… I see a HUGE difference!"

Gutierrez is a mom of three, and she wants to inspire other moms to follow their dreams and put themselves first. "I don't want them to ever feel like their life stops because they have children," she tells SheKnows. "You know, the greatest gift that we can ever give our children is [showing them] that dreams do come true and that they are the sprinkle and the glitter in life that's going to make you push even harder to make those dreams come true."

Gutierrez tells SheKnows that she likes to say mantras when she's going through rough times. "When I'm having those hard days as a mom, especially like those times where I'm like, 'I don't know if I could do this anymore,' I've used the power of mantras to help pull me out of those times," she says. "Then switch that mindset and say, 'Okay, I'm attracting this into my life,' whether that's a new home, a new job, a promotion, or becoming a Sports Illustrated Rookie."

Gutierrez is all about self-love and embracing herself. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. "I've learned that healing to me means to embrace every part of me that has ever made me feel uncomfortable. From my thoughts, my looks, how I feel. Knowing that those pieces of me is what makes me unique. I embrace every stretch mark, every scar, my short hair, my everything. Each piece a significant part of my story. These pieces of me have grown to become a self loving, mother, wifey, entrepreneur. I wouldn't trade any part of me for anything in this world. I pray you lean into embracing the things that make you uncomfortable about yourself. Because I promise you those pieces of you are so beautiful! I see you!"

Alisha Boe shows off her amazing body

Alisha Boe is making a splash – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the 13 Reasons Why and The Buccaneers star shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while on a swan pool floatie in the pool. One of her followers commented that the Norwegian actress is "in her active ear," while others were captivated by her appearance. "ur so beautiful," commented Rachel Zegler.

Alisha discussed her approach to self-care with Yahoo Life's The Unwind. "It's a lifelong journey. I remind myself to write down positive affirmations and to care for others — which is a huge practice for me. When I take care of the people I love, I feel loved back… [I also] reach out to my support system when I'm feeling down," she said. I love to start and end my day with journaling — just getting all my thoughts out on paper makes my day feel more organized and streamlined," she said.

"I love doing yoga," Alisha told The Unwind. "I got inspired through yoga teachers during quarantine. I got into practicing yoga. The classes stress peace of mind, wellness and meditation through movement — and make me really aware of how to take care of my well-being in a holistic way. Yoga is great for simply remembering how to breathe! Which is SO hard, by the way! When you actually sit down and take a second to do breathing exercises, it affects your whole body. I've found it so amazing but difficult, too. It's the best tool for anxiety or panic attacks… you can do breathing exercises from anywhere and it really grounds you."

Alisha also loves "going for walks in nature, with friends or in solitude," she told The Unwind. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

"I love reading novels; I'm somewhat of an escapist. I've been reading the latest Sally Rooney book. I loooooove Sally Rooney and all of her stories! She captures the millennial and Gen Z generations really well," Alisha revealed to Yahoo. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Alisha also hikes, sharing a lot of photos to social media. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

Building stronger muscles and bones

Improving your sense of balance

Improving your heart health

Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

Kristine Froseth flaunts her amazing figure while making a splash in the water

Kristine Froseth is living her best life – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post The Buccaneers star flaunts her amazing figure in a bathing suit while making a splash in the water. In a number of the photos she is with her co-star and boyfriend, Guy Remmers, who plays her love interest on the show. "the happiness is radiating off you," one of her followers commented. "Always living life to the fullest and gaining the most out of it," added another.

For Birds of Paradise, Kristine trained hard and did a lot of Pilates. "For three months beforehand, they set an intense schedule from morning to night where we would do Pilates, the Gyrotonic method, and some stretch classes. We would observe dance classes and take private beginners' classes—which aren't really for beginners, in my opinion!—at these different studios in the city, so I just tried to literally pack as much in as I could. I was really out of touch with my body and so out of alignment and had no idea what these different muscle groups were or what any of this was about, and I had no dance experience prior, so it was really intense, but I've learned so much about myself and my body. Overall, it was great," she told Vogue.

Kristine is all about mental health. "If anyone's struggling with loss or depression, it's so important to rely on one another and talk about it and ask for support. Amongst us females, I feel like we can support each other within the larger competition because there's space for everyone. Within my own industry, I have a lot of good friends who go up for the same roles I do, but we know it's apples and oranges, right? We can compete, but it doesn't have to be sabotage," she told Vogue.

For her role in Birds of Paradise she also endured grueling ballet sessions. "I was just out of alignment for some reason, I guess because I'm [hunched] all the time on my phone… so I had to work on that. And co-ordination, I have none," she told Newsweek. "I've never danced before so it was definitely challenging to get to know my body while also absorbing all the information regarding dance. I don't know anything, it's so much about opposition and I was having a hard time putting two-and-two together." Froseth said: "The physical aspects were really challenging. Being in the room with professional ballerinas and kind of accepting the reality of the situation that we're trying to portray their lives, and their lifestyle, as closely as possible."

Froseth enjoys running, not only because of the physical benefits, but also because it helps with anxiety. She even did the New York City Marathon. "It's always been a dream of mine to do a marathon and then an Iron Woman," she told Elle. "I want to push myself in different ways and see how far I can take it."

Hiking is another form of self-care for Kristine. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems.

Another healthy habit of Kristine's is walking, which is great for your health. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Paige Lorenze is looking amazing

Paige Lorenze is known for her strong presence on social media and her work on YouTube. She shares a lot of stunning photos on Instagram. Lorenze recently enjoyed a beach day, and shared some swimsuit photos on her page this week.

Lorenze loves to play tennis. She shared this reel on Instagram of herself and her boyfriend going to the court. Lorenze captioned the post, "D8 night." In the first photo in this carousel post, she is seen with a racket. Lee Health states that tennis has a lot of health benefits. "Tennis utilizes upper, core, and lower body muscles – but it's also one of the best cardiovascular and aerobic exercises you can do. Playing a few sets increases oxygen flow, circulation, and helps you fight back heart disease. That kind of physical workout also decreases lipids, which helps lower cholesterol."

Lorenze spends a lot of time by the water, as you can see from her recent post. She celebrated her birthday at the beach. In this set of photos and videos she posted on Instagram from the day, she is seen in the water. The Cleveland Clinic reports that swimming has a lot of benefits. "Like other forms of cardio, swimming can help you burn calories and lose weight. According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), a 154-pound person who swims slow freestyle laps for 30 minutes burns 255 calories. But that amount varies depending on your weight, speed and stroke. Swim England reports that butterfly stroke burns the most calories, but because it can be so hard to learn and to maintain — especially for beginners — it's not recommended as a weight loss go-to. Freestyle is the better option, and only after you've learned how to do it the right way."

Lorenze loves to ski to stay in shape. She shared this reel on Instagram of herself on the slopes, captioning it, "First run in a year." The University of Rochester reports that skiing is a great workout. "Skiing and snowboarding are thrilling activities and great workouts. Both sports are excellent cardiovascular exercises that strengthen the heart. They are also weight-bearing exercises. So hey strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles. Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for ongoing (chronic) diseases. They lower your blood pressure. And they help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer."

Lorenze shared some of her favorite exercises in this YouTube video. One thing she likes to do is squats. "To start, I just do bodyweight squats," she says. "These are one of my favorites, just because you can do them anywhere. Bodyweight squats do make a difference." Piedmont reports that squats have a lot of benefits. "Squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscles groups. When you perform a squat, you're working your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back."

In her YouTube video, Lorenze is seen doing core workouts. The Mayo Clinic reports that having a strongcore is important. "Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries. Weak core muscles can leave you more prone to poor posture, lower back pain and muscle injuries. Strengthening your core muscles may help back pain get better and lower the risk of falls."

Olivia Dunne is known for her deep love of the sunshine, the beach and swimming

Olivia Dunne is known for her deep love of the sunshine, the beach, and swimming—but that doesn't mean she doesn't appreciate a nice ski trip. Dunne, 21, shared highlights from a trip to Park City, Utah, at the beginning of the year, posing in black workout gear against a gorgeous snowy mountainous background. "Ski-yee!" she captioned the fun post. Dunne just scored a career-high 9.9 after being subbed on last minute for LSU—here's how the star college athlete stays focused and strong.

Dunne is happiest when she's outside in the sunshine, preferably at the beach. "Everyone gets overwhelmed, so being able to have something that brings you to that moment of happiness and that moment of peace and bliss is essential," she told Sports Illustrated. "I always come back to the simple things: connecting with nature and being around the people I love. Perfection isn't real. But finding moments of bliss can be, I just have to look in the right places."

Dunne starts her day with schoolwork (she doesn't attend classes in person anymore). "I come home, eat lunch and go right to the gym, where I train for hours," she told the New York Post. "I have conditioning before or after practice, which takes place at football operations. Then, I go straight to the dining hall to eat dinner. After that, I come home [to my dorm] and do my work stuff at night."

Dunne works hard to make her social media account successful (with 5.1 Instagram followers she's doing something right!). "Making content is definitely time consuming. There's 100s of takes and then you choose that perfect one for Instagram and TikTok," she told the New York Post. "I probably take an hour or two to create content after practice. But some days I'm so busy, I can't get to do it all… TikTok, I feel is where you can express yourself more, and that's something I'm still getting used to and I'm still trying to open up more. That's something I've been working on more — opening up in a more personal way."

Dunne will be appearing in the 2024 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. "SI Swim means to me being comfortable in your own skin and being undeniably you, which is something I still work on to this day," she told the magazine. "Body image is something that a lot of girls struggle with, especially young girls. In the sport of gymnastics, [body image is] a huge thing, and it's something that I'm still working on to this day, being confident. But SI's really helped me to see that it's O.K. to not be perfect and to just be comfortable in your own skin."

Dunne is used to dealing with the criticism that comes from being in the public eye—but she doesn't let it deter her from following her dreams. "To see a woman winning? People sometimes have a lot to say," she told ELLE. "If you're a woman at the forefront of something, when you've got eyes on you, people are going to downplay your success and say that you're not doing it right, that you don't deserve all the opportunities… the best way to get that to stop is to keep being successful at what you're doing, because your success, and love for what you do, will outshine any of that."

Jessica Simpson shows off her famously fit figure while vacationing with her family in Cabo San Lucas

Jessica Simpson is heating up Mexico – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the singer shows off her famously fit figure while vacationing with her family in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. "2024 Spring Breakin' with the fam was EPIC! Thank you @tinasimpsonofficial for giving these kiddos memorable moments in Cabo that they will hold close to their precious hearts and cherish for a lifetime!" she captioned the series of Instagram snaps.

After Jessica welcomed Birdie in 2019, she was left with a lot of excess weight, which she attributes to a poor diet. "I went to a nutritionist, and I needed to get my eating habits right," she recently told Extra. She follows Harley Pasternak's The Body Reset diet, eating three healthy, protein-packed meals a day and two snacks, such as almonds.

Harley Pasternak, Jessica's trainer, doesn't like to use scales. "I never work with scales. My work with her is more about the habits she's created and kept up. And as a byproduct of doing these habits, she lost 100 pounds," he told People. "I have no idea how much I weigh," she added to Today. "I just want to feel good and be able to zip my pants up. If I don't, I have another size. I have every size."

Jessica exercises with Pasternak regularly. At one point she was doing 45-minute strength and weight training sessions three days a week. Walking is a huge part of their program. At first, Pasternak had her walking 6,000 steps per day, eventually building up to 14,000, per E! News. "It's a social thing that she can do with her kids," Pasternak said about walking.

Jessica also loves yoga. What makes the zen practice great for losing weight? "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," says Harvard Health. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

In a new interview with Bustle, Jessica confronted weight loss drug rumors "Oh Lord. I mean, it is not (Ozempic)," she said, referring to how she's lost weight. "It's willpower. I'm like, do people want me to be drinking again? Because that's when I was heavier. Or they want me to be having another baby? My body can't do it."

Sara Foster isn't afraid to show off her amazing figure

Sara Foster isn't afraid to show off her figure on social media. She's currently enjoying a vacation in the Bahamas. Foster shared some highlights on Instagram. In them, she sat on the beach in a pink swimsuit.

When it comes to her diet, Foster is all about moderation. She talked about this in an interview with Us Weekly. "I am of the mindset of everything in moderation. I don't believe in depriving yourself of things that you like, like French fries. I like French fries, they make me happy. So, if I'm gonna eat French fries, then maybe I'll wrap my burger in lettuce. Everything in moderation."

Foster loves to go on hikes to stay in shape. She shared these photos and videos on Instagram of herself on a hike. She captioned the post, "Honestly, I'd last 20 minutes on Survivor. Potentially a little longer on @nakedandafraid." Piedmont Health reports that hiking has a lot of benefits. "Going up and down hills gets the heart pumping, creating a great cardio workout. Like most cardio exercises, hiking helps reduce your risk of heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and even some cancers. Hiking is a weight-bearing exercise, which builds muscle mass and helps prevent osteoporosis. Hiking can help you manage your weight. It is a joint-friendly form of exercise that can keep arthritis sufferers more limber and mobile."

Foster likes to bike ride to stay in shape. She shared this biking video on Instagram, captioning it, "The simple life." AHealthierMichigan.org states that biking has a lot of health benefits. "Cycling is considered a low-impact exercise because even though it's a form of cardio and can help you work up a sweat pretty fast, it is done with easy movements that are gentle on your legs, arms and joints. . Everyone thinks about biking as great for your legs, and it is, but it's also good for your balance. Cycling engages your abdominal muscles as you balance and steer, go up hills and around corners, according to information shared by the Cleveland Clinic. It can help improve not only your balance, but your coordination and your posture."

Foster is a big fan of horseback riding. She shares a lot of riding videos on Instagram. In a video, she is seen doing jumps. Foster captioned the post, "Find something you love and become mediocre at it." The American Heart Association reports that riding has a lot of benefits. "A study commissioned on behalf of the British Horse Society found that horseback riding is indeed a good cardiovascular workout. Even just a half hour of riding is considered 'moderate exercise,' said BHS PR executive Megan Hawkins, 'while trotting exerts more energy than playing badminton.'"

Foster works with a trainer to help her stay fit. She talked about what it is like in her Us Weekly interview. "If my workout is at 9, I'll get there at 9:20 and my trainer will be like, 'Oh, well, you're early.' I can't work out for an hour. I just don't have it in me. So, I like the 20-minute workouts. I love barre."

NCAA basketball star Aaliyah Edwards takes a dip in the ocean

Aaliyah Edwards is heating up social media in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the NCAA basketball star takes a dip in the ocean while wearing a yellow bathing suit. "Everything irie???" she captioned the series of snaps. "Ok lepopout," commented her teammate, Paige Bueckers. "GGOAT," added another followers.

Aaliyah keeps her body ready for the court with regular strength training sessions. She keeps a "Gym" tab on her Instagram Stories. Strength Training according to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

Develop strong bones

Manage your weight

Enhance your quality of life

Manage chronic conditions

Sharpen your thinking skills

In an interview with the UConn Blog, Aaliyah said that "eating healthy," is important for her to play well. She keeps her body fueled with healthy food. According to her Instagram Stories she loves asian food – especially fried rice and sushi, ice blended coffee drinks, and pizza.

She added to the blog that "hydration," is also key. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

For Aaliyah, "also stretching and taking care of your body," is important for the court. "Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints," says Harvard Health. "Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage."

Aaliyah also reads. In high school she started reading Relentless: From Good to Great to Unstoppable by Tim Grover, a trainer who worked with the likes of Bryant, Michael Jordan, and Dwayne Wade, and she maintains it inspires her to this day. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Brenda Song likes to show off her incredible body

Brenda Song turned 36 in her swimsuit! In recent social media posts the Suite Life alum shows off her incredible body in a variety of bathing suits while celebrating her birthday at the Nobu Los Cabos Residences. "Cabo adventures. Who is she?!" she captioned one of the posts. "Had the most incredible celebrating my birthday in paradise. Thank you @nobuloscabos for the most incredible, relaxing stay. I'm still full! #nobuloscabos #noburesidences," she added in another.

Since becoming a mom Brenda wakes up early and waits until her kids are napping before she hits the gym. "I try to do everything in his nap-time window. If I have time, I'll work out — I have a little gym in my garage and do a lot of circuit training. To be the best mom, I have to be the best me. And exercise helps me not worry or overthink. So I try to find a little time," she told The Cut.

"Sometimes I'll read and knit," she added. She recently read The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides. "I love thrillers. Patricia Highsmith is one of my favorite authors of all time. I'm a completionist. Even if I dislike the book, I have to finish it," she said.

On "hectic days" she reaches for a few go-to treats. "I love sweets, especially pastries and chocolate. A half-croissant sparks joy. At work, I always have dark chocolate in my purse as a little pick-me-up," she said.

"When I got pregnant, I made the big transition from coffee to matcha. That was a big deal because I was a one-cup-of-coffee-a-day person. I've always loved green tea, so one of my friends was like, 'Why don't you try matcha?'" She started making her own matcha lattes during the pandemic. "I bought a little kit and then became obsessed. It's all I've been drinking ever since. It gives me the burst of energy I need, but I never get the crash that I used to get from coffee. So now I start off every morning with a matcha latte mixed with hot water and a little bit of almond milk. It's super-easy and quick, and I don't go a day without it," she told New York Magazine.

Brena also loves Bikram yoga, which she sometimes does with her mom. "My mom and I make a whole day out of it. We have class, and then we eat, and then we do ice cream, always," she told Seventeen.

Brittany Mahomes flaunts her amazing figure

Brittany Mahomes is heating up social media in her swimsuit. In a recent post shared by Sports Illustrated, Patrick Mahomes' wife flaunts her amazing figure in a tiny bathing suit during her Swimsuit Edition shoot in Belize. "Bringing it back to Belize with a film flashback," the magazine captioned a still image.

Brittany eats wholesome, healthy meals, which include a lot of rice bowls with lean meats, like chicken or fish, white rice, and veggies. She also likes salads. For dinners, her go-to "is always a taco night," she told Eating Well. "It's so easy to throw together and to get the whole family involved in the cooking process. Both Patrick and the kids love it."

Brittany's workout buddy is her NFL star husband, who she trains. "But when we train together, you know, we just kind of push each other and like," she told Men's Health. "I obviously never win, if we are training or racing or anything, but I feel like me pushing hard makes him push harder."

Brittany makes sure to get plenty of sleep. "This offseason, I woke up, you know, early with him every day. So we were on the same schedule. We had to go to bed early because we had to get up early and go train together. I think that's played a huge role in just keeping him motivated," she told Men's Health.

Brittany is all about strength training. "Staying active and being in the gym has been a huge part of my life," she said in a December 2023 interview with Eating Well. After her sports career was over she realized that "being in the gym was something that I remained super passionate about," she added. "I enjoy strength training and lifting weights mostly."She recently posted this video of her lower-body routine. It includes simple but effective moves including deadlift squats, back leg swings, and one leg back leg swings. "Raise your hand if you love leg days, even when they are brutal," she captioned it.

Brittany added to Eating Well that "walks with the kids and the dogs," also help keep her in shape.

Sabrina Carpenter shows off her amazing body

Sabrina Carpenter is in vacation mode in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the singer and actress shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while lounging on the beach. "On vacation," she captioned the Instagram Stories image.

"I'm a little [casual] with exercise. It's not an every day thing by any means, but I try to balance it out however I can, and at least once or twice a week do something a little bit more disciplined. I will take a class of some sort, or do a workout at home. I'll go to Pilates sometimes with friends of mine. I love working out with friends, because it makes me feel like I'm not working out," Sabrina told Marie Claire.

Sabrina has a go-to self-care routine. "I do love a bath. I think baths have been a life-saver to me," she told Marie Claire. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Sabrina takes breaks from social media. "I think everyone gets to that point where it's like, 'You know what? I'm gonna touch grass and go for a walk.' So I got to that point. Now it feels a bit more vague and atmospheric," she told Flaunt. "We don't realize how much we depend on it, and how much we consume it. We're consuming things we don't want to see, but it pops up in front of us, and it's there, and we're stuck with our feelings. But I think the best thing for me, sometimes, is to just not look at it."

Sabrina dances and regularly shares videos on social media. Dancing helps build strength and promotes flexibility, aids in weight loss, and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Sabrina maintains that "drinking ice cold water with lemon every morning" is her go-to morning ritual. It "has been a very very big staple in my life to make me feel like I'm awake, I'm alert, to wake up my skin, kind of get the blood pumping and flowing," she told Vogue.

Rochelle Humes shows off her fit figure while vacationing in the tropics

Rochelle Humes is living her best life this spring break in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the television presenter shows off her fit figure in a bathing suit while vacationing in the tropics with her family. She shared the mirror selfie via her Instagram Stories.

Rochelle works out with personal trainer PMAC, Peter MacIver, doing strength training workouts. He told Hello! that they train together three times a week, for 45 to 60 minute sessions. "She also does cardio twice a week in her own time," he said. "No two workouts with me are ever the same. We might be doing the same body part but we'll do different exercises as much as possible. This keeps things new and fresh and also stops the body becoming used to certain exercises."

"When I first started [setting the alarm] for 5.30am I thought, oh my god, I don't really want to get up that early, I'll just wait for my kids to wake me up to maximise my sleep, but it means that I get more time for myself at the front of the day," Rochelle told Health & Wellbeing. She tries to get her workouts done at this time. "I don't work out every day, I do Monday-Friday no weekends. My kids wake up at 7(ish) I wake up any time between 5/6 am and get in some solo chill time (which for me means working out) before the whole house wakes up and is CHAOTIC ? I find this really sets my day up right for me mentally ? I really recommend the book the 5am club ✨" she added on Instagram.

Rochelle tries to look at exercise in a positive light. "I think I've got it wrong in the past," she admitted to Health & Wellbeing. "I used to think, I need to do this type of workout with this trainer, but actually, fitness doesn't have to be so military. Once you find the thing for you, you can enjoy it and for me, sometimes that's just a nice walk and some Pilates. Fitness is super personal and I've learned that it doesn't have to be all or nothing either."

Rochelle told Women's Fitness that she enjoys exercising outdoors and indoors. "I like a combination of the two. To be honest, I probably only ever worked out indoors before lockdown. But once we were all locked away, working out and being outdoors for an hour a day became such a treat for everybody. If you weren't outdoorsy before lockdown, you definitely were afterwards! Now, I love exercising outside, and I've even done bootcamp classes," she said.

Rochelle makes green juice – celery, cucumber, ginger and apple – daily. "In the morning I'll have a juice to start off the day – that might be a fresh orange, but from the juicer. I like apple, carrot, ginger and I actually have celery straight sometimes. It's really good for you and my skin really notices when I haven't had it," she told Hello!

"I'm always a bath girl. I use my own bath soak from My Little Coco, the Baby Mama Bath Soak. Obviously, I developed it to be exactly what I wanted to be. It was pretty self-indulgent!" Rochelle told Who What Wear. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Melissa Gorga flaunts her flat abs and amazing figure during Florida fun

Melissa Gorga is heating up Boca Raton – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Real Housewives of New Jersey star flaunts her flat abs and fit figure in a variety of bathing suits while vacationing over spring break. "Florida fun," she captioned a series of Instagram snaps.

"I don't like a lot of muscle," she explained to Women's Health. "I like to stay a little bit more feminine. I don't know. I don't think it would look right." Her go-to form of fitness is strength training. "I do a lot of lifting. I don't do that much cardio, because I run around so much," she added, revealing that she works out at least four times a week for an hour at a time, often targeting "butts and guts" to tone her booty and abs. "I feel like even if you're a little bit heavier, it's all about toning your body. Work with what you're working with, but keep it tight."

"I never do fad diets," Melissa dished to Women's Health. "I feel like I do a lot better with my own routine. It's worked for me forever." She prioritizes healthy habits over temporary fixes. "It's a lifestyle for me. I feel better when I eat healthy. If I don't work out for a week or two, I feel miserable."

Melissa is "huge" on drinking "so much" water. "I pee a lot because I drink a lot of water. So I feel like I'm constantly running to the bathroom because I just drink so much water. So … I know it's such, like, a cliche, but it's so true. It's one of the truest things for your skin and for the flush out your body," she told Us Weekly. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Melissa focuses her meals around protein and keeps carbs to a minimum. For example, she might have a grilled chicken salad or turkey sandwich for lunch, and a carb-free meal leater in the day. "For dinner, it's always a piece of meat and vegetables."

Melissa has a trick to avoid bloating. "I won't eat, like, salty food the day before, 'cause I do retain water," Melissa told Us Weekly about how she keeps her tummy tight prior to putting on a swimsuit. "So, it's like, I pay attention if I'm going to eat, like, anything really salty or Chinese food or anything that's going to give me a lot of salt. I would tend to stick away from [it] if I know I've got to put a bikini on the next day."

Lindsay Hubbard is in Vacation mode

Lindsay Hubbard is best known for being a cast member on the hit series, Summer House. She is currently on vacation in beautiful Anguilla, and has been sharing highlights on Instagram. In one post, Hubbard is seen going fishing. In another, she stood in the ocean in a swimsuit. Hubbard captioned the latter post, "Vacay mode activated."

Hubbard shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Women's Health. She says that after ending her engagement to co-star, Carl Radke, she has reduced her alcohol consumption. "My relationship with alcohol has slowed down quite a bit just because I'm so busy and focused with my head down. I think I'm past this stage in my life where I'm going out and partying after a breakup, and I'm more about getting back to my roots and who I am and my body."

Hubbard is motivated to stay in shape. She tells Women's Health that her breakup is one of her sources of motivation. "I love the idea of a revenge body. I think that there's no better compliment after you go through a breakup than, 'You look good.' I think a revenge body just naturally comes after a very stressful, very public, and super humiliating breakup."

Hubbard shared some of her favorite workouts with Women's Health. Since she lives in New York City, she does a lot of walking. "Walking is just a really great way of clearing your mind and catching up, while also doing low-level cardio." The Mayo Clinic states that walking has a lot of benefits. "Regular brisk walking can help you: Maintain a healthy weight and lose body fat. Prevent or manage various conditions, including heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, cancer and type 2 diabetes. Improve cardiovascular fitness. Strengthen your bones and muscles."

Hubbard tells Women's Health that she goes to a lot of fitness classes. She says that she loves going to Barry's Bootcamp in particular. "I used to go to Barry's four or five times a week…and then over the last five months, my routine got a little bit crazy with travel," she says. "I just love the Barry's workout, [so] every once in a while, I still pop into Barry's. It's a little bit hard to keep a consistent routine at one specific studio in New York City, especially since I've been traveling down to Nashville a lot more. But they do have a Barry's there, and it's wonderful."

Hubbard shared some of her skincare secrets on Instagram. She says that she goes to a dermatologist to help with acne. "She has really helped me with old acne scarring and discoloration. I've done a number of intense laser facial treatments including: Fraxels, microneedling, and CO2 lasers. I'm going to be honest, it's quite expensive, but these intense lasers are the only thing that have helped me undo the damage of years of acne."
