90 Day Fiancé star Paola Mayfield is showing off the results of her stringent health and wellness regimen. Mayfield, 36, shared a picture of herself posing in a pink bikini next to a beautiful covered pool, wearing pink sunglasses to match her swimsuit. "Pool Day," she captioned the post. "You look amazing Pao! I love that bikini. Super cute!" a fan commented.

Mayfield found herself gaining weight after moving to Oklahoma. "When I moved to the US, I gained quite a bit of weight," she says. "The food was delicious, I wasn't training or doing anything. I wasn't as active as I was before. The culture around me changed and the language barrier…not being able to do much in Oklahoma… I said I needed to do something with myself and focus on something to distract myself from the fact that I was living so far away from my family. I needed to find some passion besides my marriage."

Mayfield has developed a passion for wrestling. "I was not familiar with wrestling until I started training in 2020," she says. "I watched a movie, and I was inspired by the actress. For me, this transition, it hasn't been easy because I'm learning English as I go, and if I was entering into a new world, it was a whole new vocabulary for me. The names of the moves, being able to understand your opponents from different countries…I wasn't expecting this transition, I didn't expect to be this passionate about it."

Mayfield lifts weights to stay strong for wrestling. "Nothing compared to just lifting weights," she says. "Wrestling is very intense. I can go to the school and train for four hours, doing the drills and running the ropes, taking bumps. It's very intense for your body. It requires a lot of strength. I was never expecting to do something like this, but I have so much passion for it now, I don't care about the pain. I have so many bruises. My back is in pain. I have to go to the chiropractor. I feel like my body has gotten used to hitting the ropes and the bumps."

Mayfield is determined to make a name for herself that has nothing to do with reality TV. "When I get in the ring, I feel like I have this potential, I have this talent that I didn't know that I have and I'm able to do it," she says. "I hope that it's not too late even though I'm pushing myself so hard. I wanna be able to have people see me not just as this reality TV star but also as someone who has this talent."

Mayfield isn't a fan of cooking as a couple. "I like to cook by myself," she says. "I like to have my space and for people not to be around. [Filming 90 Day: Foody Call] ended up being really good. He [husband Russ] looked really good. Sometimes in situations where it's a special date, we'll cook together. For example, he cooked for my mom during Christmas. I helped him. Though right now we are living in an RV, so it's hard to cook in the kitchen together. Maybe eventually when we get a bigger house, that will be an option."

Olympian surfer Carissa Moore is modeling swimwear looking happy and beautiful

Olympian surfer Carissa Moore is modeling some gorgeous swimwear based on her Hawaiian heritage. Moore, 31, shared a picture of herself posing in a cropped tank top and pink bikini bottoms, looking happy and beautiful. "Flower girls, this one's for you. Moore's daily routine depends on surf conditions. "I'm usually in the water from 7:00 to 9:30," she says. "Then I'll usually meet my online trainer and we'll do an hour training session at the park. Then I'll come home and rest, and then, if the waves are good, I'll head back to the beach for an afternoon session around 3:30 to 5:30."

Moore works out with a trainer and does Pilates. "I work out with my trainer three times each week, and we do a lot of circuit training," she says. "I don't actually use too many weights; it's mostly body weight. I train to make sure I can get in the water and do what I love every day. I love burpees, skaters and mountain climbers. I do intervals, like 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off. My regimen is always changing, because I get bored if it's the same workout. Each week I go to Pilates once and I usually go for a run twice."

Moore has good advice for young girls who might not be confident in their looks. "Between ages 16 and 20, your body goes through so many changes," she says. "And then at 20, 21, it just kind of settles into itself. There's something special and unique about you. Don't try to compare yourself to anyone else. Don't try to be someone else. I think being healthy and strong is the most beautiful thing."

Moore enjoys a balanced diet. "I like the way that healthy food makes me feel," she says. "But I do like a nice muffin or some chocolate. It's about moderation. My nutritionist has helped me find things that are light and also taste good. Growing up in Hawaii, food is such a beautiful social thing. It's a big part of our culture to enjoy what you're eating. It's also a big part of traveling and experiencing a new place. On comp days, bananas, trail mix and GoMacro MacroBars—the banana and almond butter flavor is my favorite—are my go-to meals."

Moore hasn't always had a healthy relationship with food but is much happier these days. "I don't feel imprisoned by food anymore," she says. "It's all about balance for me, and that's translated to every part of my life. I enjoy ice cream. I enjoy cookies. And the same goes with surfing: I work really hard, but I also find time to rest and relax. I'm just really comfortable and happy in my own skin at this point."

If you want flat abs like Caro, you are going to have to work for them. She recently shared an ab workout. Each set consists of 25 deadbugs, leg raises, sit ups, side planks and regular planks. She does the set three times.

In another post, Caro revealed that "Glute Activation," is key, demonstrating the moves she does to build her behind. "First I do some mobility and these are the band moves I do before my workouts ? 15 to 20 moves of each," she captioned the workout.

She also does a back day at the gym. "I leave you with my back routine! Not only are leg and glute days my favs," she captioned the post. She does 12 lateral pull downs, pull ups, straight arm pull downs, single arm pull downs, and barbell rows. She does each set three or four times.

Caro has a workout buddy – her soccer star husband. During the pandemic, Nico and Caro shared videos on social media of themselves having a blast while exercising together at home. Penny Lane showed off her great fit body

Penny Lane is one of the winners of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit's yearly contest: the SI Swim Search, for 2023. From the looks of a video she posted on Instagram in July, Lane is a great fit. In it, she is seen modeling in the SI Swim fashion show. She captioned the post, "Still pinching myself for waking down the @si_swimsuit runway! What a beautiful experience filled with so much positivity.

Lane shared some of her favorite wellness practices in this Instagram post. One thing she likes to do is meditate. The Mayo Clinic states that meditation has a lot of benefits. "Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health. You can also use it to relax and cope with stress by refocusing your attention on something calming. Meditation can help you learn to stay centered and keep inner peace."

Lane loves to swim to stay in shape. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself in the water. Lane shared a set of photos of herself snorkeling in the Palm Heights Grand Cayman. She captioned the post, "This was such an arm pinching moment. We were snorkelling around the coral Reef and this beautiful turtle came out of nowhere and swam with us."

Lane makes sure to workout on a regular basis. One thing she likes to do is do full-body workouts. She shared some of her favorite exercises in this video she posted on Instagram. In it, Lane is seen hanging from a bar pedaling her legs, leaning forward and back, using battle ropes, and doing arm and leg raises on a machine. She captioned the post, "Full body burn." Doing full-body workouts ensures that your entire body is challenged.

Swimming isn't the only thing Lane likes to do by the water. She also likes to go paddleboarding. Lane shared these photos on Instagram of herself paddleboarding in the Palm Heights Grand Cayman. Paddleboarding can help you build core muscles. The Mayo Clinic states that having a strong core is important. "Your core is the central part of your body. It includes your pelvis, lower back, hips and stomach. The stomach muscles sometimes are called abs. Core exercises train the muscles in your core to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and steadiness, also called stability. Stability is important whether you're on the playing field or doing regular activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles."

In her wellness Instagram post, Lane mentions that she eats locally sourced foods. According to Virtua Health, local foods have a lot of benefits. "The main health benefit of locally grown food is that it's fresher. Fruits and vegetables begin to lose their nutrients within 24 hours of being picked, so fresher produce is more nutritious. In addition, locally grown food is picked at its peak ripeness, when it's most dense with nutrients."

Andrea Boehlke is soaking up the sunshine in New York City

Survivor star Andrea Boehlke is enjoying New York City with friends. Boehlke, 34, shared a picture of herself sitting in beautiful Sheep Meadow, wearing a gold bikini top and black shorts, against a background of buildings and trees. "My fav spot in NYC with @madelynburke ? ?," she captioned the post.

Boehlke loves the physical challenges the most. "My favorite challenges are always the endurance challenges," she says. "I won the first challenge of the merge, where we had to stand on our tip-toes and balance a block on our head. I outlasted everyone in the game, because essentially, I am incredibly stubborn and a glutton for punishment. Survivor is the real deal. It is both emotionally and physically draining. I consider it the worst and best experience all wrapped into one. I always feel stronger as a person when I finish a season! I think the emotional toll was worse this time. I felt like I was losing my mind out there! Not eating much at all can mess with you, I don't recommend trying it!"

Boehlke is a formally trained actor. "I graduated with a BFA in Acting from UW-Stevens Point in Wisconsin, and then randomly applied for Survivor while still in school," she says. "My family was really big into Survivor, and when I got selected, it was a dream come true. One of my strengths is my people skills. I like connecting with people of all different backgrounds, and love to learn about what makes certain people click. I'm naturally a huge extrovert, so I've never shied away from getting to know someone on a deeper level."

Boehlke felt she was taking a risk by returning to Survivor. "Going back on Survivor takes you out of your real life," she says. "It's kind of like a step back, you're in this crazy world and then you have to come back and watch yourself on TV. You also don't know how you're going to be portrayed, there's a lot of risks. So I wasn't sure and initially I kind of thought it wasn't a good move for me, even though I love the game so much. Then I couldn't sleep at night and my family are huge Survivor fans and really wanted me to be on it."

Boehlke says she finally decided to go back after realizing she would never be able to disassociate herself from the show either way. "So that night I couldn't sleep, I had this revelation of, why not?" she says. "Life is short, you love the game, who cares if you're voted out early, it's not going to really affect your career. No matter what, everyone is going to know me as Andrea from Survivor. Ideally, it will be Andrea the host who also did Survivor but no matter what you were on Survivor so why not just embrace it. I'm glad I decided to go back on and do it."

Boehlke says a producer gave her some of the best advice she'd ever heard. "Sometimes you have to be your own best friend!" she says. "One of my favorite producers on Survivor was talking me through a rough day out there when I was feeling incredibly low. He reminded me that sometimes you have to sit back and give yourself more credit. This resonated with me, since I tend to be my own worst critic, and have always been extremely hard on myself."

Dove Cameron is grateful – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the Descendents star thanks Reese Witherspoon for inviting her to perform at the Oscar winner's first Hello Sunshine Shine Away conference, wearing a bathing suit top while on stage. Dove is a "fitness and health junkie," she told Women's Health. Her exercise routine consists of a mix of cardio, body-weight strength training, and a mix of Pilates, barre, and cycling classes. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Dove doesn't skip breakfast. Avocado toast with salmon and a poached egg on top and flax seed oatmeal with flax seeds and chia seeds is her to-to meal, she told Delish. A protein-rich breakfast is a great way to fuel your body for success.

Dove's diet is all-around clean. She eats salmon with vegetables for lunch, followed by a dinner of chicken or fish with vegetables. "I tend to eat really clean, because I feel better when I do," she told Delish. Her guilty pleasure? "I really like British food. It's wholesome. I need hearty, carb-y food. I don't like sugar very much, but I like savory things like that."

Georgia Gibbs is sharing her "blessings" in her bathing suit. In a new social media post the model opens up about the changes in her life, showing off her gorgeous body in a swimsuit in the process. In her Instagram post she explains that she "spent so many years of my life fast forwarding to where I wanted to be," instead of focusing on the moment. "These are a few of the milestones in my life I completely missed focusing on the future instead of celebrating now, not to mention the daily wins, personal growth & emotional expansion that's gone ignored over the years, I believe this is my greatest triumph," she continued. "This has been my focus for a year and a half now & I hope you will join me. I don't want to waste another day looking to the future rather than seeing the blessings & personal wins in-front of me."

Georgia maintains a healthy diet. She starts her day with eggs, "poached is my favorite," she told Husskie. She snacks on dried mango or yogurt. "Lunch is usually a large salad with tuna, salmon or a poke bowl! I try and also drink at least 8 cups of water per day," she continued. "Dinner normally is a filet of some sort of fish with different sides – I'm currently loving sweet potato and asparagus! If I want something sweet, usually I go for dark chocolate or a cheeky glass of red wine. I eat just about everything but feel my fittest, most alert and healthy when I fill my body with a mixture of light proteins, grains and fruit/veg."

"I love boxing and Pilates, a mixture of high intensity and toning workouts are my favourite! It's great being able to use my wearables to monitor not just my heart rate but reps of each exercise too," she told Husskie.

Georgia's business partner, Kate Wasley, is also her fitness buddy. "Kate and I are both passionate about helping others reach their health goals and love supporting our community with their health journeys. We've been able to take our health and fitness goals to the next level, tracking our food and exercise with fitness tech and love how we can share our progress and support each other to stay motivated and confident, she says.

Georgia focuses on "inside-out beauty," which she explains is key. "Start by lowering inflammation, calming your nervous system and finishing with something that feels nourishing. This may look like taking my shoes off and going outside on the grass or the sand, having a stretch, walking or doing yoga. Then I finish with a fulfilling breakfast and all over face and body oil," she told Ocean Drive.

Georgia says that "taking time out for yourself" is key. "Doing something every day, whether it's just five minutes for you," she explained to Body + Soul. "Positive affirmations to tell yourself every day before bed, finding something you love about yourself and repeating that whenever you feel insecurity creeping in, holding a friend close and sharing how you're feeling really does help."

Venita Aspen looking good as usual

Venita Aspen is getting a little rest and relaxation – in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the Southern Charm beauty shows off her amazing body in a floral one-piece bathing suit, standing around the pool. "No Sunday scaries over here ???☀️ What's something you're excited about this week? I'm spending the week in NYC + The Hamptons, ready for a little relaxation," she captioned the Instagram video.

When asked about her best beauty habits, Venita didn't skip a beat. She maintains it is "drinking lots of water," she told Charleston Magazine. "Trust me; it works!" According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Venita is also a yogi. "I take yoga at Still Soul Studio," she told Charleston Magazine. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

As for her diet, juicing is one of her favorite things. "Food-wise, drinking at least two Eternal Juices a day keeps me balanced," she told the publication. "Just because you don't have a juicer doesn't mean you still can't make fresh juice at home! ​​I made a very simple Watermelon + Lime Juice with a few easy steps," she added in a social media post, sharing her recipe.

Venita trains at Exemplar Fitness, and goes to HIIT classes at Fit Culture, she told Charleston Magazine. There is lots of research backing up the benefits of HIIT workouts, including body fat reduction, improved cardiovascular function, and mental health. It is also time effective.

According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Koepka shared some of her favorite workouts in an interview with FOX News. She says that she likes to weight train to help her stay in shape. "I want loud music, heavy weights," Koepka explained. "For my body type, I like to lift weights because I don't need to do a lot of cardio. I find that lifting weights has been the most beneficial."

Koepka tells FOX News that she also likes to take fitness classes to help her stay in shape. "My favorite type of workout is F45. It's just a 45-minute class. And I think I like it so much because they play amazing music and it's so loud. I'm not a calm, soothing Pilates, yoga princess. I'm like, 'Scream at me.' I want to be dripping sweat."

Koepka tells FOX News that she works hard, despite what others might think. "I think the biggest misconception is that I don't work," she said. "And that couldn't be further from the truth. It's funny, I have some people telling me, 'You need to just subdue yourself…' And then I have other people going, 'She doesn't work, she just wants to spend his money.' And I'm like, 'Y'all have no idea.' I've been working hard. I've supported myself as an actress in LA for all of my 20s. I've probably shot over 200 TV commercials since moving to Florida. I work as an influencer on Instagram. I know people might not consider that to be a job, 'cause I don't sit behind a desk all day. But it's a job. I make great money."

Koepka spends a lot of time outside. One thing she does to stay in shape is going skiing. Koepka shared these photos on Instagram of herself, her husband, and his brother skiing in Big Sky. The Canadian Ski Association states, "It's well documented that skiing and snowboarding benefits cardiovascular health, overall fitness, strength, coordination, balance and more. Regardless of your health and fitness goals, strapping on a pair of skis or a snowboard is sure to fulfill some of them. Due to the versatility of skiing and snowboarding, it can encompass the benefits of a cardio workout, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) session, and strength training session, all in one fun activity."

Through her organization, Pageant Of Hope, Koepka seeks to empower other women who compete in pageants. "When you lose a pageant, you feel like a failure," she tells FOX News. "And then when you win a pageant, you're on top of the world. So I created a pageant where there aren't any losers. Everyone leaves a winner… I've been touched by how excited these kids get when they're crowned. And when we do our mini makeovers, we teach self-confidence, inner beauty. But we also make them feel beautiful on the outside as well. Everyone deserves to feel beautiful. And you can see them come out of their shells. Their postures change. They're striking poses at the end of the day."

Volleyball Star Elena Oglivie shares pictures from Turkey

Stanford University volleyball player Elena Oglivie took full advantage of her summer free from sports and studies by traveling to beautiful Turkey. Oglivie shared highlights of her trip, including a gorgeous picture of her posing on a boat in a lilac bikini, against a background of ocean and skies. She also included a video of herself jumping off the boat into the ocean with a group of friends. "When in Turkey ?," she captioned the post. "I was waiting for this one," a friend commented.

Oglivie has been playing volleyball since she was a child. "I love this game," she says. "I started playing volleyball when I was 6 and had a lot of opportunities to play different positions, but it wasn't until I started playing with Ku'ikahi (Volleyball Club) that I switched over to outside hitter. That foundation has enabled me to be a better all around player. My coaches have always emphasized preparation, effort, a good attitude, and hard work can never be substituted."

Oglivie knows how important strength and muscle is for athletes. "I have strength and agility training on weekdays for my conditioning," she says. "I will admit I do find myself daily either playing, watching or thinking about volleyball. I balance it out by spending time with friends and family. I grew up playing multiple sports to include soccer, basketball, track and volleyball. I encourage others to try different things. I found that I love volleyball and it's an important part of my life. One of the best parts I enjoy about volleyball is bonding with my team and the trust we build from it. It has helped tremendously on the court."

Oglivie's pre-match rituals are usually listening to music and dancing to hype herself up. On her days off, she likes spending time with her friends watching movies. "Some people believe that taking a day off from exercise or any strenuous physical activity is akin to being lazy, but that simply isn't true," says Pete McCall, MS, CSCS. "While it is important to be physically active most days of the week, it is equally as important to give yourself and your body a break by making sure to schedule at least one day of complete rest from demanding physical activity every seven to 10 days."

Oglivie enjoys salami for a quick snack. "My favorite snack at home is salami and balsamic vinegar from Trader Joe's," she says. "It comes in a bottle and you pour it on the salami. I had it maybe two days ago. When we run out, I have to wait until we go back to the mainland. My go-to food places are Kozo Sushi (for) spicy ahi donburi, and Chili's explosion salad."

Oglivie thrived at Stanford. "I was most surprised about the amount of support there is for all athletes," she says. "Whether it's on the court, in the weight room, laundry room, or our academics advisors. The prestigious academics and competitive athletics really attracted me to Stanford. I wanted to be a part of a school and program with family values and diversity."

Rebekah Vardy is living her best life in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! and Dancing on Ice WAG shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit. "As I am," she captioned the Instagram Stories image.

Rebekah keeps her diet simple but healthy. "The key is to make things as easy as possible, so don't feel worried about using frozen vegetables, canned fruits and relying on wholemeal toast and baked beans to get you through," she dished to The Sun. "If you find a recipe you love in the plan, repeat it. Don't feel you have to do different meals all the time.

"I try to eat in a way that benefits my general health and lifts my mood. I stick to a simple rule — eat more real food more often," Rebekah added to The Sun. "I try to eat naturally, with less processed food and sugary junk."

Rebekah snacks on fruit, yogurt, seeds, nuts and oats. "Slow-release energy foods keep my moods on a good level all day and hunger pangs to a minimum. Stick to a handful as a good portion guide. Snacking on bumper-size packs will send calories soaring," she tells The Sun.

Rebekah also drinks a lot of water. "It may be boring but drink plenty of water. Dehydration can add to feeling stressed and down. If you are breastfeeding, drink before, during and after feeding to keep topped up. Remember hydration is important for everyone, not just breastfeeding mums. To make it more interesting, add fruit to your water. I like lemon," she told The Sun. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

"Exercise is a real stress reliever for me, whether it's going to the gym or out for a walk with the kids and dogs," Rebekah told The Sun in another interview. "I find exercising early in the morning works best for me as it gives me an energy boost for the day." When it comes to my body, I exercise to keep toned. My thighs, bum and tummy want to be wobbly so even though I don't care about being slim any more, I do try and keep the jiggle under control."

Kacey Musgraves shows off her amazing body

Kacey Musgraves is sharing about the realities of travel – in her swimsuit. In a hilarious new social media post, the country singer shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while crossing off an experience on her bucket list. Evangeline Lilly enjoyed a special summer beach trip

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania star Evangeline Lilly enjoyed a special summer beach trip in an exotic location, and posted some highlights on her social media. Lilly, 44, shared pictures of herself floating in the water in a beautiful white two-piece swimsuit. "Look mom! No hands!" she captioned the fun post. "That water is beautiful and that bathing suit will def make that tan look so good!" a fan commented.

Lilly was forced to eat smaller meals while in her Ant Man and the Wasp costume. "I have to eat in very small quantities all through the day, instead of like a sit-down meal," she explains. "I'm a big sit-down meal kind of gal. I grew up in, you know, a blue collar home where you had three square meals a day and then you worked the rest of the day. I'm not that LA girl who's like, 'I'm just going to have a nibble and then I'll be back.' That's not my style, no, but yeah in this costume that's me."

Lilly follows a meditative practice called The Presence Process, by Michael Brown. "There are kind of two large, broad categories [of meditation]," she says. "One is transcendental. I am going to, for lack of a better way of putting it, escape reality and go to another place, another plane where things are peaceful and calm, and I can regain my center and regain my perspective and then come back refreshed. The type of meditation you do in the Presence Process is all about actually getting really present with what is happening right now and what you're doing and what you're in and what you're feeling. Not in any way getting away from it."

Lilly appreciates portraying a strong character without worrying about being objectified. "I'm allowed to be a character when I'm not sexual or sexy, it's about if I'm capable and confident and able to do the job that needs to get done. That was a gift Marvel gave me and continues to give to me. They make all the men take their shirts off, but they don't make us take our shirts off." Lilly loved having an all-female battle scene in Avengers: Endgame. "It was a great day, being surrounded by women," she says. "It's the most comfortable I've ever felt on a film set. There was none of the stuff that goes along with being around a bunch of dudes. It was just me and the ladies."

Lilly emphasizes how important self-care is, especially when the world seems chaotic. "I think this is the hardest time in human history to keep your spirit in your body," she says. "We have constant distraction and choice, which can be very destabilizing and get in the way of experiencing life. So it's important to engage in activities regularly that reunite you with yourself. For some people it's prayer, reading, meditation, or a breathing practice. For others it's a dinner party."

Lilly says cutting her hair short took pressure off her to look conventionally attractive. "There's this pressure to maintain that, and make sure you're always pleasing the male gaze," she says. "And I found myself one day really waking up to that and going, 'I've never liked my hair. It's too pretty, it's boring', and I've always admired women who were cool and had cool hair. … I've never felt more empowered. I've never been better at advocating for myself. I don't feel I'm going to be put out to pasture, I don't feel like the end is near. I feel this is a new beginning of a second journey in my life and I love it."

Ivana Knoll shows off her gorgeous body

Ivana Knoll is sharing a swimsuit selfie! In a new social media post the World Cup's "sexiest fan" shows off her gorgeous body in a bathing suit, shooting a video in the mirror. "Gorgeous," one of her followers commented on her popular Instagram post. "You can move those hips," added another.

Ivana is always down to go jet skiing, which is not only a fun watersport, but per Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.

In a recent post Ivana showed off her paddleboarding skills. According to The American Council on Exercise (ACE) paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

It's obvious what Ivana's go-to sport is. "What is your favourite sport? You know mine," she captioned a post this year of herself kicking around a ball. Mercedes Carnethon, MD, told the American Heart Assocation that soccer is a great workout for many reasons. "It is a game of continuous running and with very little stopping," said Carnethon, an associate professor of preventive medicine at Northwestern University in Chicago. "It also has anaerobic elements – that high intensity where you're sprinting and then resting – you're constantly moving." Sports researcher Peter Krustrup, who has spent more than 15 years studying the health benefits of soccer, added that recreational-level play and soccer-related exercise drills can help reduce cholesterol and blood pressure. Soccer also can help shift body composition by decreasing fat and increasing lean muscle.

"I enjoy dancing, not just in sake of having a fit body, but also for its calming impact on me. Consequently, I will probably dance as much as I could until the pageant, in order of reaching mentioned state of calmness and restlessness," she tells Angelopedia.

Rhiannon Fish enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Honolulu

My Norwegian Holiday star Rhiannon Fish took a break from filming Christmas content over the summer to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Honolulu, Hawaii. Fish, 32, shared pictures of herself from an impromptu photoshoot taken in the surf, posing in a white bikini in the water. "Excuse me girl ???? You look AMAZING OMG," a fan commented.

Fish once chose to live on less than $2 a day for charity Live Below The Line, subsisting on a bag of oatmeal a day. "I am absolutely honored to be a part of such a truly wonderful and relevant cause," she says. "In life, I think it is incredibly important to take the time to put things into perspective and never take anything for granted. I believe that challenges such as Live Below The Line will help all of its participants, including myself, to have a greater understanding of what a day in the life of someone living in extreme poverty must be like. There is no reason for any human being to suffer in extreme poverty, especially when our generation can end it."

Fish has good advice for young actors. "You can never give up," she says. "I was told no so many times, went to so many auditions and often got close to getting the part but it often came down to simple things like having the wrong hair color or simply the other girl was better and you just can't let that break you down. You have to be prepared to have people tell you no, and it sucks at the time but you take a deep breath, move on and try again. I think that that's important."

Fish is happiest when she can balance work and family. "The things that make me happiest are my family and my job. So in a perfect world I would be able to continue working and acting," she says. "[T]hat doesn't mean necessarily being in a huge blockbuster Hollywood film. I would honestly be happy doing a local play just around the corner as long as I was working and surrounded by my family and my friends. I think that that would be the perfect world for me."

Fish found making the switch from soaps to movies nerve-wracking. "There is something that is definitely more intimidating about film," she says. "Film almost seems timeless to me. There's something about a film that really feels set in stone and exists forever. Whereas if you are doing a soap opera like Home & Away it goes up for thirty minutes and you never see or hear of it again. So film feels very permanent and in a sense it makes you want to prep more. To sit back at the end of the day and say I did everything I could for that performance."

Fish started her career on Aussie soap Home and Away, and says the experience taught her a lot about healthy body image. "There's a lot of pressure on that show to look a certain way – and it doesn't come from the producers or any of the directors – but I find you enter the show and you're so young that you put a lot of pressure on yourself to think you have to look a certain way, and it's a matter of pulling yourself out of it and going 'no, that's stupid, you're a role model'," she says. "You need to be normal and look healthy and show other girls that that's the right thing to do."

Miss Wisconsin Alexis Loomans shares swimsuit photos

Alexis Loomans is wearing her Miss USA swimsuit. In a new social media post, Miss Wisconsin models the exact bathing suit she rocked during the pageant earlier this year. Alexis does a lot of cardio to keep her figure trim. In a TikTok video detailing her "model workout," she reveald that she starts her workout by walking on the treadmill for 45 minutes at 5.0 miles per hour. Then she runs for 10 minutes at 6.5 mph.

After her cardio workout, Alexis does strength training exercises. She starts with a leg circuit, doing 45 reps per exercise. She follows it with an ab circuit, again doing 45 reps per exercise.

Alexis is a coffee drinker. Why should you drink a cup daily? The Cleveland Clinic explains that there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Alexis also plays tennis. "Making plays out of town like I'm Jordan," she joked in a recent caption. According to ACE Fitness the sport blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

Alexis enjoys walking on the beach with her beau. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Simone is all about self-love. "People have commented saying it's 'triggering', and 'before and after' don't belong in 2022…" she told The Daily Telegraph. "I thought what we weren't doing in 2022 was commenting on other peoples bodies. I thought I looked great on the left [before photo]. I think I look great on the right [after photo]. 'One thing I'll take away from that post is you can't please everyone. I have been bigger and I've been smaller but I was happy in both stages of my life."

Malia loves yoga. When she is home in Kauai she does hot yoga "I like to open my shoulders and get some length in my sides," she told POPSUGAR. "If you're in a yoga practice, and you're just flowing, and you're not thinking . . . that's what it feels like to be in a barrel or on a wave."

"A typical morning for me consists of coffee and surfing. And when I'm home on Kaua'i, I always try to stop by my favorite spot, Kalalea Juice Hale, for a local cold-pressed juice or smoothie (whatever I'm feeling that day!) on the way to the beach with friends," Malia told PureWow about how she starts her day.

"Lunch time. I'm really a health-nut through and through. Whether it's fresh caught fish, veggies from the garden or a nutritious Tambor Acai bowl with local granola and fresh fruit, I love making foods that make me feel good (and taste great, too)," she added. "I love to have my friends over for dinner whenever I can. Whenever we get together, we love to get creative and make all sorts of colorful goodies. I especially love using foods from the garden to make a fresh salad or Buddha bowls."

Olivia Flowers shows off her amazing body

Olivia Flowers is celebrating a friend's birthday – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Southern Charm beauty wishes her pal and costar, Venita Aspen, well wishes on her special day. "HBD to the best dressed @VENITAASPEN. Hoping our many clumsy moments make it to the screen this season. Grateful for you," she captioned the Instagram Story.

Olivia loves playing tennis. Here she is on the court with Shep. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

Olivia is a wine drinker. She recently took a trip to wine country where she enjoyed the sips and sights. "You had me at merlot… and Napa. Definitely had me at Napa. Beautiful time, wine, food & company," she captioned his photo. While excess drinking is never a good thing, the occasional glass of wine boasts cardiovascular benefits. "Red wine, in moderation, has long been thought of as heart healthy," says the Mayo Clinic. "The alcohol and certain substances in red wine called antioxidants may help prevent coronary artery disease, the condition that leads to heart attacks."

Olivia loves hiking. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

Olivia is also into kateboarding. You can often find her rolling around on her skateboard on social media. "Who you calling squid?" she captioned this snap.

Olivia is a golfer. "For those asking for my handicap," she captioned an Instagram Story. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.
