Sommer Ray is one of the most successful fitness models of all time. She shares a lot of workout secrets on social media and her website. Ray also has her own skincare line, IMARAÏS. Ray recently hit the gym, and made sure to look cute doing so. She shared a photo on her Instagram story of herself in a brown top and gray pants.

Ray shared some of her diet secrets in a post on her blog. In it, she revealed that while she tries to eat healthy, she also doesn't deny herself. "On the weekends, and on some weekdays, too, I also like to have a drink — typically, tequila — and whatever else I'm craving. If I want a slice of pizza, I have a slice of pizza. I want to look good, but I also want to enjoy life.

For Ray, protein plays a big role in her diet. "I try to eat 70 grams of protein a day to maintain my glute muscle mass by starting most mornings with a protein shake, my first of six small meals throughout the day," she wrote on her blog post. "Sometimes, I'll prepare grilled chicken, veggies and steamed white rice for each of these meals, but more often I'll eat out.

Ray loves to eat out, however, that doesn't mean that she eats a ton of unhealthy food. She shared her secrets for finding healthy options at restaurants on her post. "I love In-and-Out Burger! I take my burger without the bun. Then I get my starch later from starchy veggies and whole grains. At Jersey Mike's I'll usually double down on turkey to fill myself up with protein. At regular restos (like I said, I love eating out) I look for seasoned chicken with veggies and sweet potatoes for carbs.

In her blog post, Ray revealed that she does hamstring curls. She also says that she has found ways to do more intense curls. "Instead of just lying face down and hooking my ankles behind the bar to engage the back of my legs to bring the bar towards my butt (as directed), I lie face-up with my upper back on the pad, the soles of my feet on the ground, and the bar positioned against my hips. Then, I engage my hamstrings and butt to lift my hips against the resistance until my body forms a straight line between my knees and shoulders.

Sweeney likes to weight train to stay in shape. "In addition, at least once a week, I do a day of circuit training with weights," she told People. "It helps me maintain muscle tone. My schedule is so busy all the time, so I can't hold myself to specific times or a firm schedule, but these are my goals and I do the best I can."

Sweeney revealed to People that she makes sure to track what she eats, as it helps her maintain a healthy diet. "I know all about hitting plateaus and how frustrating they can be. For me, once I started to count every calorie, I realized how much I was eating that I didn't account for. Keep a food journal and make sure to eat as healthy as possible and have a good breakfast."

Sweeney has a busy schedule, but she always makes sure to stay in shape. She tells People that when she doesn't have a lot of time, she does really intense workouts. "I've learned that I get a good intense, short workout by running sprints on the treadmill. It's not always about distance – a workout is about the intensity you put into it. So when I don't have a lot of time, I really focus my energy and go really hardcore – run 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off for several minutes. Then I do a similar intensity doing burpees (pushup, jump to your feet, and then jump in the air, then back down to pushup)."

Sweeney revealed to New Beauty that she likes to keep her kitchen stocked with healthy foods. "Preparation is key. I don't have time every day to wash fruit, chop vegetables or go to the market, so I really focus on having only healthy options readily available, from stocking my refrigerator with great fruits and raw vegetables to having raw nuts in the pantry and planning ahead as much as possible. Tom Cruise developed this intense training program, and we all became really bonded because we realized that nobody really understood what we were going through. It wasn't like anything any other actor had ever experienced," she told Glamour. "Well, we did somewhere around 40 hours of flight training and a fair amount of ground school for flying."

"Everyone did a ton of swim training in case you have to eject over water. It's not just swimming; you get pushed off this high-rise and have to fall in the pool and unstrap your parachute. There's one drill where the wind is pulling the parachute and pulling you across the water. I did extra swimming because I was really nervous about that," Monica added.

"With saunas in general, and especially infrared saunas, people feel better after using them. It can be an integral part of your health practices."

For Gale, healthy eating is a way of life. "That's how I was brought up," she told Vogue Australia. "I was never introduced to bad, unhealthy foods so for me it's just natural to eat very healthy. I eat lots of fish, all vegetables except potatoes, I love slow release carbs like oatmeal for breakfast, yogurt, and lots of berries and fruits.
