Lorin Gutierrez shows off her incredible body

Lorin Gutierrez is heating up th tropics in her swimsuit. The influencer shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts, shared from Crimson Resort and Spa Boracay in the Philippines. "Happiest here," she captioned the series of snaps.

Lorin is one of the many stars who follows a time restrictive eating schedule. "For everyone dming me about my diet/workout, i dont workout but i do practice intermittent fasting so i try to eat from 12 noon – 6pm only," she revealed to her followers via Twitter. Intermittent fasting works by "prolonging the period when your body has burned through the calories consumed during your last meal and begins burning fat," explains Johns Hopkins Medicine.

Another way that Lorin manages her diet is by allowing herself to eat almost anything but not eating too much of it. "I eat whatever i want pretty much, just in controlled portions," she said in the same post.

While you might not find Lorin slaving away at the gym, she gets her steps in. "I try staying active through other things like walking around my village," she added on Twitter. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Lorin also enjoys hiking. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

Another workout Lorin likes? "Swimming," she revealed on Twitter. "Just find a type of exercise that suits you, it doesnt have to be super high intensity if thats not your comfort zone," she concluded in her tweet. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

Billie Faiers recently enjoyed a vacation, and she made sure to look stunning

Billie Faiers shared some highlights from the trip on her Instagram this week. In them, she is seen wearing different gorgeous outfits. Faiers wore a tan one-piece swimsuit and a black two-piece with a silver net dress. She captioned the post, "Work trip. What a wonderful time we had."

Before her wedding, Faiers made sure to get in shape. "The best thing I did was train in the morning," she told HELLO!. "I was never and have never been a gym person but I really did get into it because it made me feel so much better mentally to get up and do it first thing…By the time it got to the evenings and the children were home, I couldn't go anyway. They've got homework to do, I've got to get their dinners ready, I've got to get their uniform ready. So, if anyone's struggling to fit in training for a wedding, just get up and get it out of the way in the morning – it'll make things a lot easier."

Faiers shared some of her favorite at-home workouts with HELLO!. "I've never been one of those people who likes to go to the gym, but there are always bits I want to tone like my belly, arms and legs, so I do regular squats around the house and sit-ups. I also run up and down my stairs about 200 times a day for Nelly, I just think I've been lucky because I stay really active with her."

Faiers also shared some of her diet secrets with HELLO!. She says that she is limiting the amount of alcohol she drinks. "Before I had children I was out eating all the time, drinking alcohol. Don't get me wrong, I love a prosecco or a white wine. I'll still have a few drinks, but nothing like what I used to."

Faiers tells Closer Online that she wants to set a good example for her kids, especially when it comes to body image. "In our house, we don't talk about body hang-ups or diets. Nelly sometimes sees me eating something healthy and asks, 'Mummy, are you on that diet?', so I know she just thinks a diet is a type of food! I'd never say, 'I look fat' in front of the kids. My mum was never like that with us. We would never obsess over putting on a pound – that is the opposite of what we are like in our house."

After having her daughter, Faiers shared some of her workout secrets with The Sun in 2016. "This will sound weird, but I've got a hula hoop indoors. I'm really good at hula hooping, and it's great for your waist. I keep it going for a good five minutes. It sounds mad but I've always done it since I was younger. I've got one in my garden, and Nelly loves it as it makes her laugh. Afterwards – I'm not just saying this, you really feel it in your waist and hips!"

Madison Pettis is enjoying what she calls an endless vacation in Punta Mita, Mexico

Actress Madison Pettis is enjoying what she calls an endless vacation in Punta Mita, Mexico. Pettis, 24, shared pictures of herself wearing a stunning red bikini and matching skirt, posing against a background of herself of beautiful greenery and palm trees. "Red flag warning ?," she captioned the post. "Queen," a fan commented.

Pettis grew up dancing, and loves how it makes her feel. "Dancing was my first love before acting," she says. "I started competitive dancing when I was four years old, but there wasn't enough time to compete once I started acting full time. A few years ago, I was missing dance and decided to get back into it. Dance makes me so happy, and the environment in my classes is so incredible and supportive. We all hype each other up. I love watching everyone perform and shine at the end of a class."

Pettis makes sure to get enough sleep every night for optimum health and energy. She also swears by regular Pilates sessions for physical and mental benefits. "I'm really big on getting 10 hours of sleep if it's possible," she says. "I also do a lot of Pilates, and I feel like that's a big part of my wellness routine because I just feel so good afterward, it's like a mood booster."

Pettis is diligent about removing makeup and nurturing her skin health. "Everything you do ends up on your face and it's such a simple lesson that took me a while to truly understand," she says. "Mistakes you make with your skin when you're young can last so long, like picking at your skin, getting too much sun exposure, etc. From late nights, to wearing heavy makeup, to everyday stress, you don't realize how all of that is affecting your skin and how it affects it as you grow up. If you take care of your skin now, you'll thank yourself later!"

Pettis makes a point of carving out time for herself. "Every night I play some music and unwind while I take off my makeup and do my nighttime routine," she says. The actress also makes sure to do fun things that she enjoys. "Self-care is watching a basketball game, ordering food, and drinking a glass of wine," she says.

Pettis has simplified her skincare routine, and the results speak for themselves. "My skin is really sensitive—I have combination skin, and I'm acne-prone—so I've always had a hard time figuring out what products are right for me," she says. "I've seen some people have skincare routines that are 10 steps long, and it seems so fun, but I've learned less is more with my skin."

Lola Marandel is vacationing in the South of France showing off her beautiful figure

Lola Marandel is vacationing in the South of France – in her swimsuit. The tennis star shows off her famously fit figure in a bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts, posing on a boat. The main way Lola stays in shape is by playing tennis, which she does pretty much all day, every day of her life. According to ACE Fitness, tennis blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Lola also enjoys running. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

You can find Lola getting around on her bike, a great low-impact aerobic exercise that helps build muscle, improves strength and flexibility, and improves balance, according to the Cleveland Clinic. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Lola understands the importance of stretching. Before a match, she stretches out her entire body, from her wrists to her legs. "Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints," says Harvard Health. "Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage."

Gabrielle Epstein shows off her amazing fit figure

Gabrielle Epstein is channeling her inner cowgirl – in her swimsuit. "I try and follow the 80/20 rule, which is my approach to maintaining a healthy lifestyle rather than a diet philosophy. It's pretty simple, I try and eat well 80% of the time, and then 20% of the time I let myself enjoy a bit of indulgence," Gabby told Galore about her approach to diet. "It isn't about counting calories, denying myself certain foods or cutting out entire food groups, and allows me to enjoy life without feeling guilty about breaking my 'diet.'" She also avoids crash diets, explaining that "cutting out whole food groups to lose weight" is a no-no in her book. "Healthy eating is all about balance, and your body needs a mix of proteins, healthy fats, fruits, vegetables and complex carbohydrates to function and work to its full potential. I think any diet that cuts out a whole food group is dangerous and can't be sustainable long-term. Eating healthy, nutritious food and exercising regularly is the best diet for a healthy lifestyle."

Gayy's "number 1 tip" is "staying hydrated." She told Galore: "Water also helps to flush out all the toxins in your system, especially with a bit of freshly squeezed lemon it. Coconut water and green tea are great for detoxing as well."

While Gabrielle spends a lot of her time traveling, "when I'm at home I usually mix up my training with running, reformer Pilates, boxing, and yoga," she told Galore. "When I'm away I have 20-30 minute circuit programs that I can do in my hotel room or at a park if I don't have time to get to a gym – a short workout is always better than no workout at all."

Gabby tries to set aside "at least 45 minutes to an hour a day for some form of physical activity," she told Galore. "I also try and work physical activities into the itinerary – paddle boarding, surfing, hiking, and swimming are fun activities that will definitely help you keep fit! I also try and eat as healthy as I can on vacation and avoid consuming sugar, processed foods, alcohol and simple carbohydrates. No matter where you are there should be some kind of fresh high-protein, high-fiber food available."

Gabby rises and exercises. "I usually hit the gym by 5:30am/6am, and workout for an hour-1.5 hours, then I'll go home and eat breakfast and make a list of everything I need to do that day. Then usually work from home, or from my laptop at a coffee shop, and catch up with my family or my friends," she told Women Fitness. "I have always been a morning person, but I find I'm much more productive when I get up early and get everything I need to do out of the way as soon as possible to avoid procrastination and I'm a huge list person."

Mikayla Demaiter is declaring herself a queen – in her swimsuit. The hockey player-turned-model shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit while posing indoors. She captioned the post, "Do and always will hold the title of the reigning bikini queen."

You won't find Mikayla laying around on the beach while vacationing. She stays active during her dow time and loves jet skiing. Why should you try it? According to Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.

Mikayla's booty didn't build itself – she worked for it in the form of endless hours of glute work. She shared an example of a glute set on her Instagram Stories. She does glute kickbacks, jump squats, and glute rainbows.

Mikayla also plays hockey, which keeps her body strong. Picking up a hockey stick as little as once a week, is great for your health, one study found. Physically active males age 35 or over who play ice hockey regularly experienced enhanced health more so than other physically active males. "While these players are larger in body size, they have significantly lower rates of diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease and report significantly higher rates of self-assessed health," the study found.

Michelle Keegan is soaking up the sun in Ibiza

British actress Michelle Keegan is soaking up the sun in gorgeous Ibiza, Spain. The Coronation Street star, 36, shared pictures from her getaway, including snaps of her posing in a strapless rust-colored bikini with a white knit skirt and matching white hat. "A little bit of Ibiza magic," she captioned the post.

Keegan starts her day with oatmeal or avocado toast. "Then for lunch, I normally have a protein base, whether it's chicken or a fish with veg," she says. "I tend to stay away from potatoes around midday because I crash around 3pm if I have loads of carbs, and I get really tired…and then for tea or dinner, I always make sea bass or salmon with soy sauce and a bit of honey on there, and then I have asparagus and broccoli."

Keegan works out several times a week, but isn't the biggest fan of treadmill sessions. "I try and exercise on average about three times a week, but this can vary depending on my work schedule," she says. "My routine in the gym is usually a 20-minute HIIT workout. I like The Body Coach workouts, followed by a weight session. I really don't enjoy cardio – just running on a treadmill doesn't appeal to me."

Keegan is enthusiastic about enjoying her food but also using common sense. "When it comes to diet, I believe in everything in moderation," she says. "I don't eat red meat and at the moment, I am trying to cut down the amount of dairy I have, but I don't believe in beating yourself up or stopping yourself having anything you really want. I try to avoid having carbs late at night when I am preparing for a photo shoot, but one of my favorite foods is cheese and I love having a Chinese on a Saturday night. I think it's healthy to have a relaxed approach and balanced outlook."

Keegan incorporates weight training into her workouts, which is essential for building muscle and strength while staying toned and fit. "I mix up my weight training, focusing on legs in one session, arms in the next and then core, giving me a full-body workout across the week," she says. "I really believe in living a balanced life, so I don't beat myself up if I don't make it to the gym."

Keegan loves working out first thing and getting lots of walks in. "I would definitely exercise first because that just sets me up for the day, and if I've already got that exercise done, I can tick it off a list, and I'll feel a lot better for the day," she says. "I've really got into walking in lockdown. I love going for walks with my dogs, getting a bit of fresh air, and getting coffee on the way round. With the dogs, in the sunshine, that for me is a big treat."

Brittan makes sure to drink plenty of water. You can often find the island girl sipping out of a coconut. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

Valeria Piazza is currently on vacation in Italy's Amalfi Coast

Valeria Piazza is best known for winning the Miss Peru pageant in 2016. She would later finish in the semifinals of that year's Miss Universe pageant. Piazza is currently on vacation in Italy's Amalfi Coast. She shared some photos and one video on Instagram of herself spending a day on a boat. She captioned the post, "Sailing along the Amalfi coast ?Today we went around the Island of Capri and I was speechless."

Piazza opened up about her life and career in an interview with Trome.com. She says that she makes sure to eat healthy, but she also believes in indulging once in a while. "I am an ambassador for different organizations such as WWF, INABIF, Liga contra el Cáncer and Smile Train. We have local actions, I travel a lot to help and prepare events as a spokesperson."

Piazza is all about self-love. In her Trome.com interview, she was asked if she considered herself pretty. Piazza answered, "Yes." She also said, "I think it depends a lot on our attitude to qualify how good we look. I try to be happy with what I have. I accept myself as I am."

Piazza loves to swim to stay in shape. She shares a bunch of posts on Instagram of herself by the water. Piazza shared photos and one video of herself in the water in the Seychelles. Heidi Klum Flaunts Her Curves in a Skimpy Thong Bikini on Romantic Getaway

Heidi Klum is doing the most while she wears the least.

The 50-year-old model posted pictures to her 11 million followers Thursday of her boat day on the Italian coast with her husband, Tom Kaulitz. Klum can be seen sporting a black and white baseball cap from DJ Tiësto’s Las Vegas show with oversized Dolce & Gabbana sunnies and a skimpy black and gold Versace bikini as she drives the boat.

The 50-year-old "America's Got Talent" judge welcomed her millions of social media followers into her world – if only for a moment – with a few snaps from her relaxing day under the sun.

Sofia Vergara lounged by the pool, wearing a pair of cheeky black thong bikini bottoms.

The "Modern Family" star wrapped up in the colorful sarong before sprawling out across a lounger in another photo posted on her Instagram Stories.

Her caramel-colored hair cascaded down across her shoulders as she wore a simple gold necklace in the selfies snapped for her fans.

Vergara will celebrate her 51st birthday on July 10.

Chopra enjoys drinking coffee for energy and health benefits. Chopra emphasizes the mental health benefits of being present in the moment. "Lately, I've been promoting brands and modeling as I also have a passion for style and fashion. I truly believe that a person's stylistic choices reflect who they are."

Chopra believes in the power of hard work and discipline. "If you really, really want something very badly, you can't wait around," she says. "You will have to do the manual work to acquire it. Like a video game, small tasks everyday to complete the full mission."

Chopra doesn't believe in fitting in with everyone else. "I think women should be allowed to dress how they want," she says. "It is stupid to judge each other just on the basis of one piece of cloth. My mom did ask me why I am putting such pictures, but when I told her to let me be, she respected what I am."

Chopra believes in the importance of self-expression and authenticity. "My existence is my consciousness, my body is an instrument through which my consciousness experiences life," she says. "The body to me is a vessel we occupy at this time & I choose to be as I arrived on this earth, as I shall leave. It's an expression & it's all momentary. My music, these images, this will all become part of that which I'll leave behind once this journey's over. People get so disturbed by nakedness, it's all part of the experience, it's natural. Gabrielle Union's caught some rays at Miami Beach between press events for her new BET+ docuseries, Gabrielle Union: My Journey to 50.

Union is known for having very good swimwear so the white two-piece swimsuit, which features a one-shoulder top and an asymmetric keyhole cutout, is yet another standout bikini to add to the collection. Olivia Dunne is a woman of many talents including surfing

Olivia Dunne, the gymnast and influencer shows off her incredible body in one of her latest social media posts while vacationing in Capri. "Ms. Worldwide," she captioned the Instagram post.

Olivia heads to Starbucks every day. Her order? A vanilla latte with oat milk. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Olivia loves social media. "I don't feel too much pressure, because doing social media is always something that I've loved, and I've always taken it pretty seriously," she told The New York Post. "At times, I can get overwhelmed with how busy things are, but I don't feel pressure on a day-to-day basis."

Olivia surfs. "Totally tubular," she captioned Instagram photos of herself surfing in Hawaii. According to the Australian government's Better Health, surfing provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. "Once you're standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up," they say.

Olivia plays tennis. "Serving looks," she captioned a post from the tennis court. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

Olivia is very disciplined and followers a strict schedule. "First, I wake up and go to the class, where I'm usually with my teammates. I study [at the communications center] and get schoolwork done," she told New York Post. After class, "I come home, eat lunch and go right to the gym, where I train for hours," she continued. "I have conditioning before or after practice, which takes place at football operations. Then, I go straight to the dining hall to eat dinner. After that, I come home [to my dorm] and do my work stuff at night."

Holly Ramsay shared some new photos

Holly Ramsay is the daughter of chef and TV host, Gordon Ramsay. She is also the host of her own podcast, 21 & Over with Holly Ramsay, and has a large following on Instagram. This week, she shared some new photos of herself spending time outside. In the first photo, Ramsay is seen sitting by a pool in a black swimsuit. She captioned the post, "This week's camera roll."

In an episode of her podcast, Ramsay talked about how she has started to take care of her mental health. "I have three diagnoses and I've been hospitalized," she explained. "So I'm just trying to navigate a different path that isn't spoken about at all. Not many people I know have dropped out of university. Not many people didn't do that well in school compared to their siblings. So it's very much a journey. It's kind of navigating your own way through it."

On her podcast, Ramsay talked about how her family has helped her with her mental health and her struggles. "My family has been an amazing support," she said. "Having three siblings and now an extra one has been great. It's brought me closer to them in many ways and the same with my parents."

Ramsay wants to reduce the stigma around mental health. She said on her podcast that this is why she comes forward about her experience. "It's definitely a journey, but I hope by speaking out, I can help other people speak out or ask for help and even just talk to their friends and just and normalize the conversation around mental health."

Ramsay is sober, and opened up about this in an Instagram post. In the photo, she writes about her path to sobriety. "Today marks two years since I last had alcohol. Two years ago today I hit rock bottom, I was terrified. I certainly didn't think I'd be where I am today both physically and mentally. I've fought every day to get where I am today."

Ramsay loves to swim to stay in shape. She shares a bunch of posts on Instagram of herself in the water. Ramsay posted photos of herself in a pool, captioning it, "Pool party for 1." She also shared photos of herself at the beach in the Maldives. Ramsay captioned that post, "I'm back home now, but let's pretend I'm still here."

Jade Thirwall is heating up Jamaica in her swimsuit. The singer shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts, shared from her island vacation. Jade has a rather unconventional method of motivating herself to exercise. "I shout names at myself. I'll be like 'Jessica Alba', 'J-Lo'.. If you say the names, it motivates you because that's who you want to look like," she told Cosmo.

Jade maintains that self-love is the ultimate key to health, explaining her theory in an interview discussing her eating disroder to BBC. "It got to the point when I knew I needed someone else to tell, harboring a horrible secret like that is obviously really damaging to your mental health and obviously my physical health," she said. She eventually told someone she thought she had a problem. "It was like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. The minute I started to actually talk to people about it, was the minute I started to get better," she continued. "I don't think I would ever do that to myself again." When talking to two teenagers in recovery from anorexia, she revealed the secret to recovery: "I just learned to love myself again."

Paige Spiranac flaunts her amazing figure

Paige Spiranac is showing off her patriotism – in her swimsuit. The pro golfer flaunts her amazing figure in an American flag-themed bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts. "US Open week! Thought this was a perfect picture to honor the week," she captioned the picture shared to her Instagram account.

Paige maintains that"exercise and eating healthy" help her mental health. "My mood is significantly better when I workout daily and make sure I meal prep for the week," she said on Instagram.

Paige is a fan of time-restricted eating. "I start eating at 11am and I end eating at 7pm," she dished during a What I Eat YouTube video. "I did it for three and a half weeks and I saw really good changes. I sleep better and my body feels better. It's fun to mix it up."

Paige tries to keep healthy eating as simple as possible. She keeps quick-preparation items like canned veggies, pre-cooked rice, and frozen burritos on hand. "I like things that are very easy," she said in her What I Eat video. "I think people are intimidated by healthy food because, one, it's expensive which is frustrating, but also it's time consuming to have fresh produce all the time and to make these health elaborate meals. I like to find hacks so I can make something that is healthy and also doesn't take a couple of hours."

Paige indulges in cheat meals. Her go-to indulgence? "Definitely a hot dog. There is nothing better than a golf course hot dog. I can only eat my hot dogs with ketchup," she revealed on her Playing A Round podcast. She also has a massive sweet tooth and loves ice cream and lemon bars.

Paige stays away from booze. "I don't drink alcohol pretty much at all," she said, revealing that she stopped drinking her senior year of college. "I hate being hungover. I don't like the feeling of it. I'm never really interested in drinking anymore," she admitted. "I think it's bettered my life. If you are ever struggling with your weight or mental health just try and cut alcohol out. It really helped me."

Shay Mitchell is soaking up the sun – in her swimsuit. The actress and luggage entrepreneur shows off her incredible body in a flirty bathing suit in one of her latest social media photos. Shay drinks her first meal of the day. Shay doesn't let the haters get to her, as she has been working on hr issues for years with the help of a professional. "If you're just being negative to be negative, that never has any effect on me, because I know that those people are hurting themselves. I had that experience being in high school. I've been bullied. I've gone through that, and I've had enough therapists to tell me it has nothing to do with me. So at this point, being in my mid-30s, anything just negative to be negative will never affect me. I can promise you that," she told The Cut.

Shay practices sleep hygiene. "Before I go to bed, I'll have sleep tea or something like that, because it's sometimes difficult for me to turn off my mind," she told The Cut.
