Romina Malaspina in Bathing Suit Says "Let´s Go Argentina!"

Romina Malaspina is cheering for her favorite team! The Argentinean beauty showed her FIFA spirit in one of her latest social media posts, wearing a black bathing suit while taking a dip in the pool. "LET'S GO ARGENTINA! ???? We're in quarters!!! SOOO MUCH…. How's the song going?" she captioned it.

Romina suggests making small but impactful changes to your diet in order to lose weight. "Everything is in the small decisions of the day to day. Add good habits," she said in an Instagram Story. "Consume less of some foods and more of others, but without restrictions." She added that she rarely eats white flour or bread and adds greens to everything. "Prioritize always eating protein and vegetables at every meal, plenty of water. Little by little everything begins to improve."

Romina also suggests meal prepping. "A fundamental factor to make lasting changes and habits is planning. Plan what you are going to eat and follow the plan. Don't leave your diet to chance if you really want to improve," she wrote, revealing her meal prepped breakfast for the whole week. "Lots of green and fiber to lower sugar and glucose levels throughout the day," she said, revealing the recipe. "Celery, cucumber, green apple, spinach, lemon, ginger. I wash, cut and separate a whole day a week because in the morning I am very lazy."

After revealing one of her dinners, a plate of fruit, Romina explained her method. "I think that people criticized a lot that I had such a light dinner, and it's actually fine. What we eat when we go to sleep, assimilates into the body as fat," she said. "I tell people that if you want to eat rich or abundant things, do it during the day." She added: "I want to say that I eat very well, but at night I eat very little. I have a strong breakfast, have lunch somewhere and that's it."

If you want to slim down fast, drop a few things from your diet, suggests Romina. "I've been on a diet for a week, summer is coming and I had to go on a diet yes or yes. I stopped eating flour, sugar, fried foods. That's all," she said on Instagram.

Romina also suggests eating every few hours. "To lose weight you don't have to stop eating, but eat well and healthy. The advice is to eat a lot, every two hours or something." "Important advice for children and adults alike: Turn off the TV and power down your smartphone. Going tech-free reduces distractions and gives you an opportunity to focus on what you're doing — eating. You'll be able to better listen to your hunger and fullness cues, which can help you avoid overeating," says the Mayo Clinic.

Mariana also enjoys hiking, "one of the best ways to get exercise," per the National Parks Service. "No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," they say. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

Mariana loves breakfast. Her social media is filled with photos of the morning meals she has eaten around the world. A few of her favorites? Eggs Benedict, pancakes, fruit, and avocado toast.

Mariana is a water baby and enjoys swimming. In many of her photos she is at the beach, enjoying the ocean. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

Mariana also enjoys skiing, which boasts a lot of health benefits per research. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress and the occurrence of memory deficits declines.

Vick Hope took to Instagram on Monday to share a slew of sizzling snaps as she soaked up the sun in Bali.

Vick was spotted wearing her diamond engagement ring at the Chelsea Flower Show in May after Calvin popped the question at his Ibiza farm, Terra Masia.

Charli D'Amelio is still basking in her Dancing with the Stars win, in her swimsuit! The TikTok and reality star shows off her washboard abs in a swimsuit top and slacks in one of her latest social media posts. "Hi," she captioned the Instagram post, eliciting a lot of fire emoji comments from her 48 million-plus followers.

Charli exercises to keep herself in great shapes. She regularly trains with her sister, Dixie, and mother Heidi, with trainer-to-the-stars Ben Bruno. In a recent TikTok video, the family can be seen working out together, doing a variety of strength and weight training exercises. You can also train with her via the FitOn app.

Another way Charli stays in shape is by dancing. However, in a recent interview with People she confessed that she had lost her passion on the dance floor until she went on Dancing with the Stars. "You know, dance wasn't something that I found fun anymore. It was something that was more just, I did to do it and, you know, it was over when it was over and I didn't look forward to it anymore. And I think with Dancing With the Stars every week, it's like, you know, I'm hearing from other people that I finally look like I'm having fun," she said. "I look happy and I'm feeling, kind of, those same things that I used to feel when I was younger, dancing, that I kind of lost and thought that I wouldn't find again," Charli says. "Just because it had been so long without being that excited for performance. To be able to do that again is really a full circle moment for me and just makes me really happy."

Charli loves Dunkin Donuts so much that she ended up teaming up with them. "The Dunkin Donuts collaboration came about after a lot of free promotion. For a while, everyone thought I was getting paid. But I was not. I just shamelessly promoted and promoted because I really wanted to work with them. And then they finally gave me the opportunity and I immediately took it. And since then, we've come out with two of my own drinks on the menu and sold-out cold brew nationwide. It was a really big hit for me. And it was a really great feeling seeing all of that come together. It was definitely a lot of my determination to work with Dunkin Donuts," she told Forbes.

In her early days of fame, Charli battled an eating disorder. She recently opened up about it on her reality show. "Whenever I first started TikTok … I was very unhealthy," she says. "I would lose a bunch of weight, and then gain a bunch of weight, and then lose it, and my comments would switch up with that," she said. She confessed that after binge sessions she would make herself sick and then starve herself. "It was really bad," she said. "You could see it because I'm short, so when I put on weight people would be like, 'Oh, you gained weight,' and then they're like, 'Oh, she lost so much weight, she looks so good.'" At her thinnest, she was trolled for being "skin and bones." "I let it get to me and I wish I didn't," she added.

"It's extremely hard to go from having a very unhealthy mindset with food to a healthy one, especially when you've dealt with it alone for so long," she added, revealing that she ended up meeting other influencers and having an open discussion about it all. "At least now I have friends that I can talk to and that made me work so much harder to get a healthy relationship with food again."

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model, 25, - who launched a '90s supermodel' inspired capsule collection back in October - flaunted her rock hard abs in a gray and white bikini as she took a dip in the water.

The beauty, who currently resides in New York City, touched down in Miami for the 20th anniversary of the renowned art fair known as Art Basel, along with other celebrities such as Kim Kardashian.

The beauty, who signed a contract with Sports Illustrated in 2020, showed off her fit physique while she cooled off in the ocean water.

She slipped into matching, plain gray-stringed bottoms to complete her fashionable, beach day ensemble.

After taking a quick dip in the Miami water, the businesswoman slicked back her damp, brunette hair away from her face.

The talented beauty began modeling in 2016 and was eventually scouted on Instagram. The star went on to complete in the Swim Search competition, and came out as the winner in 2019, landing her a coveted spread in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Magazine the following year.

When opening up about that big step which helped launch her successful career, Brooks told Fox News, 'Sports Illustrated helped my confidence a lot. You’re surrounded by some of the most influential, beautiful supermodels.'

'Not only do they have the recognition, but they also have beautiful hearts, and they’re even more gorgeous on the inside,' she further explained.

She also added that the community is, 'very spirit-lifting' and that, 'it has certainly helped me find my place in the world as a model.'

Brooks also expressed to Page Six that working with the magazine has boosted her confidence when it comes to her fashion sense.

'SI Swimsuit makes me feel so comfortable. I’m like, whatever, I’m going to wear a sheer dress,' she revealed. 'I feel like since Sports Illustrated is evolving in a more progressive direction, I have less pressure to do a crazy crash diet or something...'

Tallia Storm in Bathing Suit Says "Enjoy the Art"

Tallia Storm started her long singing career when she was just a teenager. And she's still going strong. Storm just shared some stunning new photos on Instagram. In them, she enjoyed a beach day in beautiful Miami. She wore a multicolor striped bathing suit with a ruffle, showing off her body. Storm captioned it, "Enjoy the art."

Storm opened up about her career to Clash Music. She says that she took a lot of lessons from the pandemic. Storm says that she has shifted how she approaches life. "When it first started, I was very grateful for that minute of peace like everyone was, but when it hit that one year mark it was like 'Wow, this is really our life now!' I had felt a shift, I have definitely grown up throughout this time and I have been looking at life so differently. I'm 22 now, no matter what area of life it is, I'm thinking 'Just do it!' or 'Say yes!' – that's my new mantra now, no matter what it is do it! Whereas before I might have questioned it, but if I feel it in my gut then I know it's the right thing to do."

When Storm was 13, she was discovered and mentored by Elton John. She tells Clash Music that this experience has given her a lot of motivation and to work hard. "I was so young and saw the world with such big eyes, and because of this one event it changed my perspective on everything. I have not stopped since then. I am very ambitious, and I keep fighting for my 'breakthrough' and if I hadn't of had that experience my journey would have been very different. Whereas, because I saw how hard Elton was working, even when we were at the concert and he took us backstage, and he met my whole family; when you see it through the lens of someone that incredible, you just want to do them proud!"

In her Clash Music interview, Storm talked about feminism and International Women's Day. "I see everyone talking now, especially because it's just been International Women's Day about 'Don't let them dim your sparkle,' and Beyoncé has never let anyone do that! When I first started and I had my big outfits and big hair, people would always say 'that's too much', 'you're too ambitious,' or 'you're too involved in the process' – I'm too nothing! We didn't say that when Ed Sheeran was on stage doing his thing! I think we are entering that time now; more people are letting the girls fulfil their role, but it has taken time to do that."

In her Clash Music interview, Storm opened up about how she handles criticism. She says that she ignores most of the haters. "Don't look backwards and only look forwards! Everyone is going to have something to say, they're going to gossip and laugh – the reality is, it will always come down to jealousy, because they don't like the fact that you have the confidence to do what they wish they were doing. It's really hard and it's a long road, but the number one thing to do is to keep going – just do it!"

In an interview on the Secure the Insecure podcast, Storm opened up about her new relationship. She says that she feels less pressure to put on a public persona when she began dating her boyfriend. "I think for the first time, I really just stopped and was so content, like I was just genuinely happiest that'd ever been. Like there was no agenda. I didn't care about an Instagram photo or like, I didn't even care about looking on my phone when I was with him. It was just this stillness and this calmness of like, 'God, this is what life's all about.'"

Lindsay Arnold Flaunts Baby Bump In Bikini

Former “Dancing With the Stars” professional dancer Lindsay Arnold is expecting her second child with husband Samuel Lightner Cusick. The two already have one daughter together, Sage Jill, who was born on Nov. 2, 2020.

Earlier this year, Arnold shared, “”Sam and I are thrilled to announce we’re pregnant with baby No. 2! “I can’t wait to take you along with me on my pregnancy journey and what this means for my new fitness platform, The Movement Club.

The news comes after the 28-year-old revealed she was having fertility struggles. “”When you get a positive pregnancy test and then you start your ? a few days later but your sweet daughter is there for you every step of the way …,” she wrote alongside a video back in August.

The 28-year-old is now 17 weeks pregnant and is showing off her baby bump while soaking up the sun on the beach

The former “Dancing With the Stars” pro can be seen standing on the sand in front of beautiful palm trees in a green bikini. Arnold is holding her baby bump while happily looking off down the beach.

“17 weeks growing baby girl?,” she captioned the Instagram post.

Fans of the dancer were quick to comment, showing their love for Arnold. “Beautiful baby mumma ???,” one follower wrote as another chimed in, “you’re so beautiful Lindsay! I’m two days behind you. I’m currently 16 weeks 5 days with baby number 2!❤️”

Others are commenting on how small her baby bump is, but many of her fans are coming to the dancer’s defense. Lindsay Arnold Steps Away From ‘Dancing With the Stars’

Shortly before the most recent season of “Dancing With the Stars” began, the professional dancer announced she would be stepping away from the show.

“I wanted to let you all know that I have decided not to be a part of Dancing with the Stars this season,” she wrote alongside a photo of her, her husband and daughter Sage. “This has been one of the hardest decisions to make but ultimately I have chosen what I feel is best for myself and my family. DWTS has been a part of my life for over 10 years now and when I say I love the show with all of my heart I mean it!! This show has changed my life forever and will always mean the world to me.”

She continued to explain the reason behind the decision, writing, “As many of you know my family and I live in UT and in order to do DWTS I have to move myself and my daughter Sage out to LA and leave behind my husband Sam who works full time here in Utah. Logistically there is SO much involved with making this happen and there is a lot of sacrifice that has to be made that unfortunately just did not feel right for us this time around.”

Lindsay concluded by saying she can’t wait to watch this season of the realty competition show and thanked her fans for their love and support.

Joy Corrigan in Bikini Shares Miami Selfies

Joy Corrigan is modeling swimsuits in her latest series of mirror selfies. The model shows off her flawless figure in her latest Instagram posts, trying on bathing suits while in Miami for her followers.

Joy stresses the importance of starting your day off on a conscious note. "I try to make my mornings intentional and mindful," she told Women Fitness. "Every day, right when I wake up, I start with a large glass of water followed by a quick meditation. Next, I make a fully organic coffee that includes Chaga mushrooms, ashwagandha, and MCT coconut oil while I review my daily to-do list."

Don't underestimate the power of stretch, says Joy. "My top 5 stretches are downward dog, splits, backbends, toe touches, and any other easy yoga moves. Recently I have been using the ALO Moves app to learn new stretches!" she said. "Stretching is an important component of any exercise program. Most aerobic and strength training programs inherently cause your muscles to contract and tighten," says the Mayo Clinic. "Stretching after you exercise helps optimize the range of motion about your joints and boosts circulation."

Joy replenishes after her workouts with a nutrient-filled smoothie. "After my workouts, I love to make a smoothie loaded with organic berries, almond butter, frozen acai, spinach, celery, cucumber, and a little protein or collagen," she said.

Joy's number one health tip? "Drink plenty of water!" she told Haute Living. "It's a great way to rid my body of toxins and curb my appetite. Drinking a huge glass of water first thing in the morning is one of my favorite habits." According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

Joy takes collagen and ketones every day. "Collagen has been great for my nails, skin and hair. Ketones give me an amazing natural energy boost throughout the day," she told Haute Living.

"I've found that there is no single secret to a slim torso. For me, it comes from hard work and consistently eating healthy, while limiting processed foods as much as possible," Joy told Women Fitness. "My favorite meal is dinner because this is typically when I get to relax and enjoy a nourishing meal. Sometimes I will also have a glass of wine with my loved ones! I have been trying new recipes a couple of times a week. But on many nights, my dinner includes a healthy protein like wild-caught salmon or other fish, some veggies like steamed asparagus and mushrooms, and a gluten-free carb like rice pasta or a large sweet potato covered in grass-fed ghee."

Natasha Oakley in Bathing Suit has never been afraid of showing off her figure on social media. Her Instagram is full of swimsuit photos, even of her modeling pieces from her line. Oakley shared a new set of photos of herself on a boat in the Sydney Harbour. She wore a black bathing suit from her collection, showing off her figure. Oakley opened up about her approach to fitness in this blog post. She says that she makes staying healthy a priority. "Fitness is something I am so passionate about. I think as long as you have the ability to be physical it should be a priority in your life. I feel so grateful to be healthy enough to work out as I know not everyone has that liberty. Not taking care of yourself and your wellbeing is taking an amazing gift for granted. Oakley loves to practice pilates as a way of staying in shape. She even has her own program. "I am a HUGE fan of pilates," she writes on her blog. "It really suits my body and fitness goals to a tee and now that I have The Pilates Class, I've found it easier than ever to stick to a routine and reach my goals because I never have an excuse – it's literally so easy to roll out of bed and do a class at home."

Oakley admits in her blog post that she struggled to stay motivated to workout in the past. She says finding a healthy balance helped her stay motivated. "If you have been following me for a while you know I have always been very active and motivated to stay fit, but before finding what worked for me I would have lulls where I was unmotivated and go months without working out," Oakley writes. "Now, I cannot go for longer than a week without getting on the mat because my mind and my body thank me for it! When I started doing classes with Jacqui in person two years ago I immediately knew how talented and special she was. She is inspiring and motivational but also has a calm and grounding presence that I crave so much within my hectic schedule. Finding that balance between the physical aspects of working out (building that booty, maintaining those abs) and mental aspects (learning to connect to my body and breath, mental clarity) was pivotal for me."

Oakley talked about her diet in her blog post. She says that while she doesn't follow any type of diet, she eats healthy. "I do not follow any particular diet and I'm quite liberal with what I eat but I do genuinely crave healthy, fresh food more than anything else. I am predominantly vegetarian and eat vegan whenever I get the opportunity, however, I do occasionally eat seafood and meat. During the week (Mon-Thurs) I am very healthy and aware of what I put into my body. My partner and I also do Meatless Mondays and Vegan Tuesdays which I encourage all meat eaters to do at the very least!"

Oakley has amazing skin, and she revealed some of her secrets to Net-A-Porter. "To maintain great skin on my body, I go to the Beverly Hot Springs spa in LA every two months for a full body scrub and skin-conditioning massage, and I moisturize every day with La Mer The Body Crème. For shoots, I slather my body in shimmering body oil. But, ultimately, what really makes you look good in a bikini is having the confidence to wear what you want."

'I think if you are lucky to find the form of workout you enjoy, then you will be excited to go," Sophie told Times of India. "For some people, it's weight training, yoga, running, dancing. For me it is pilates. Because I love it so much so it never feels like a routine or chores. It is something I am really passionate about. I still try to do some stuff online at home because I realized that I enjoy that. It is possible to stay fit at home. There is so much stuff available online on YouTube. It is really about your determination."

"I don't believe in extreme dieting or extreme workouts," Sophie old OnManorama. "My motto has always been consistency. I feelI feel fitness has to be a part of your lifestyle and it should come naturally to yourself.Then, you will not find it difficult and you will not treat it as a chore."

Sophie maintains a healthy diet, detailing it to Telegraph Online. "I wake up in the morning and start my day with a cup of my own detox tea, Fittox, which is really good and I genuinely swear by it. It's a great way for me to start my day," she said. "Breakfast is super important, that's the meal I look forward to. It can be eggs and toast or avocado on toast or almond milk porridge with some berries. I have a green tea with it." For lunch she enjoys one or two rotis with sabzi or a grilled chicken with a salad or an avocado salad. "My five o'clock snack is some dry fruits and a coffee at 7pm in the evening, I have some soup. If I'm really hungry, I might have some tofu or a little bit of chicken with that. After 8pm, I don't eat. If I'm hungry, then I'll have a herbal tea at night while watching Netflix or something. Or hopefully, my own show Work It Up (laughs)! I'll probably just have herbal tea and a piece of dark chocolate, that's about it," she concluded.

Kelly Gale enjoys a beautiful sunrise in a tropical paradise

As a Victoria's Secret model, Kelly Gale is no stranger to exotic, far-flung locations–but she hasn't become blasé about these stunning places. The 27-year-old posted photos of herself wearing a white bathing suit as she enjoyed the beautiful scenery. "Not many things I enjoy more than a beautiful sunrise in tropical paradise✨?," she captioned one of the posts.

Gale enjoys a healthy breakfast of plain yogurt, pistachio butter, and grain-free muesli. "Greek yogurt labeled as containing live cultures provides beneficial bacteria known as probiotics, which when eaten regularly may support gut health," says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. "Regular inclusion of fermented foods, such as yogurt, appears to increase the bacterial diversity in the gut. However, be sure to select unsweetened yogurt because sugar may have a detrimental effect on gut diversity."

Avocado, goat cheese, figs, and walnuts are one of Gales' go-to lunches. "Previous studies have found that people with higher nut consumption have improved cardiovascular risk factors and lower rates of cardiovascular disease," says Robert H. Shmerling, MD. "For example, several trials have linked nut consumption with lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels. And nuts are an important part of the Mediterranean diet, which has been found to be heart-healthy as well."

Gale loves prepping food at home, and one of her favorite meals is simple scrambled eggs—with shaved truffles. "With 6 grams of protein, 5 grams of fat, and only about 80 calories, an egg is incredibly nutrient-dense," says Dr. Will Cole. "One egg also contains about 100 milligrams of choline, which is an incredibly important nutrient that works to support the membranes of cells. Talk about a bite-sized blast of nutrients!"

Gale likes to start the day with her "morning tonic": "Cold water mixed with 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, juice of 1 lemon, cayenne and cinnamon. Then I'll go for my workout," she says. "After that I'll have my daily green juice as well with some fresh berries for breakfast," adding that she goes on a "25 km power walk followed by lunch."

Gale is a fantastic cook, and loves to make delicious meals for her friends. "Before dinner, I actually had some time to spare, so I went for a 35-minute, 8-kilometer run," she says. "Afterwards, I cooked the final meal of the day for myself and a friend before we went out to a fashion week event. I made chicken breast served with asparagus, spinach, and mushrooms, which I topped with shavings of parmesan cheese and a little bit of aged balsamic vinegar."

Maria Jeleniewska is enjoying a vacation in the Caribbean

Polish influencer Maria Jeleniewska is enjoying a vacation in the Caribbean—and, of course, sharing photos of her trip with her millions of followers. Jeleniewska posted a picture of herself wearing a black bathing suit, posing with a large shell. "Lady with a shell," she captioned the colorful update.

Jeleniewska is a big fan of seafood-based dishes, which experts say offer many health benefits. "Shellfish are high-quality protein sources—just like land animals—meaning they have all the essential amino acids," says Faye Dong, professor emerita of food science and human nutrition at the University of Illinois.

Jeleniewska enjoys getting out into the fresh air for some therapeutic horseback riding. "We all know riding horses is good exercise," says Dr. Dennis Sigler, a Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service horse specialist and professor in the department of animal science at Texas A&M University in College Station. "Riding a horse for 45 minutes at a walk, trot and canter can burn up to 200 calories. If you do something a bit more strenuous such as cutting or reining, that can come out to nearly seven calories per minute for the entire length of the riding period."

Jeleniewska feels better mentally prepared when she is organized and plans ahead. "Sometimes it is hard to balance schoolwork with social media, especially now when we're working online due to the pandemic," she says. "The lack of motivation, will to sleep longer and do anything but sitting and learning are most common problems in everyone's life. I couldn't live without my calendar and organizing literally everything I have to do for the weekend and how much time I should spend on some things."

Jeleniewska loves to play squash. "Racket sports provide weather-proof opportunities for fitness and fun," says NHS Inform. "They also work brilliantly for those wanting to get fit with friends, or to compete at local, regional or national level. Aerobic activities bring benefits like reduced risk of chronic illnesses including heart disease, stroke, and type 2 diabetes. Racket sports can also help you to maintain a healthy body weight and reduce your resting blood pressure."

Jeleniewska is realistic about being an influencer, and says she prioritizes her healthy lifestyle and close connections. "I don't really consider being an influencer as a career," she says. "I do it for fun, I love the contact with my followers and how they make me feel loved and adored in some way. It can really boost your self-esteem if you don't believe in yourself which was my biggest problem. Everyone has their '5 minutes' and social media isn't the only thing I am thinking of to do in the future. You always have to have your Plan B, when something would go wrong. That's why I like studying, deepening my knowledge by reading, leading healthy lifestyle and having a good relations with family and friends. These are my priorities."

Priyanka Chopra is making a splash in her swimsuit! The Quantico and Love Again star shows off her incredible figure in one of her latest social media posts, wishing one of her friend's a Happy Birthday. "Here's to always making a splash," she wrote in the caption of her Instagram Stories post to her friend.

You won't find Priyanka on the latest fad diet. However, she does fluctuate her eating habits on her own terms. "I don't really have a diet. I wing it by the seat of my pants," she explained to ELLE. "It's such a girl thing to do, like if I feel, 'Ughh, I put on a few pounds' and I feel gross about [myself] I suddenly start eating salad, protein, and soup. Priyanka makes exercise convenient by keeping a jump rope in her purse. "I love skipping. I learnt it really really well in school and then I learnt it even better during Mary Kom, so I try to get my cardio in my skipping. It's easy to carry, you have your skipping rope in your bag, it's easy to do," the star explained in a video interview.

Priyanka made a major change to her diet during the pandemic. "I was very used to eating dinner right before I went to bed, but I changed that completely. I try not to eat after 8 o'clock. I start my day with some exercise, and I make sure I'm drinking lots of water," she told People.

Priyanka prioritizes self-care, pointing out that taking care of yourself first helps those around you. "If you have the ability to look out for your well-being, you also have the ability to look out for your family and friend's well-being," she said. "If you are inherently happy inside and you're investing in yourself and taking care of your own self, that's truly what wellness means.

Priyanka works out when she needs to. "Honestly, I work out only when I need to. My body responds very quickly to exercise, so I don't need too long to tone up and get into shape," she explained to Vogue India. "I want to hit the gym but I work 15-hour days and I'm exhausted by the end of it."

Joanna Krupa enjoying a Day at the Beach

Alexandra Daddario loves to spend time at the beach

Alexandra Daddario, the breakout star of The White Lotus and the Baywatch movie, loves to spend time at the beach when not at prestigious events like the SAG Awards or Contenders Television. And she makes sure to get some stunning photos for her social media accounts. Daddario posted a new photo on Instagram of herself posing on the rocks in front of the ocean. She wore a strapless blue swimsuit and a white baseball cap. Daddario captioned the post simply: "Beach."

Daddario has a busy schedule. Naturally, this can be extremely stressful for her to deal with. However, she tells Delish that she makes the most of whatever free time she has, and does things that help her manage stress. "I do a lot of yoga and am all about treating yourself with love if you're having a stressful day," she says.

As Daddario previously mentioned, she loves yoga as a way to both de-stress and as a way to help her stay in shape. Daddario broke down her daily diet and approach to food in an interview with People. She says that while she mostly eats healthy, she allows herself to cheat every now and then. "I eat what I like, even if I know it's not ideal sometimes," says Daddario. "You have to allow yourself to cheat. I know if I have some ice cream at night it's not going to affect me negatively. Enjoy your life!"

Daddario tells People that she tries to not obsess too much when it comes to food. She says that she takes a relaxed approach, and this actually helps her eat healthy in the long run. "I try to stay away from anything unnatural, but if you are trying to stay healthy and you get too hungry, it will only be more difficult to stay away from things like too much sugar if you don't give yourself what you want sometimes. I'm focused on being healthy and not stressing or obsessing over food."

Daddario starred in the 2017 film adaptation of the TV series, Baywatch. In order to get herself in shape for the role, the actress began doing weight training, and still continues to do so. "For Baywatch, I started doing weight training, which I had never done before, and I saw a huge difference," Daddario told Women's Health. "It was kind of amazing, the transformation I went through."
