nly Margot Robbie could wear a black bathing suit on the red carpet and look like the glammest gal in the room. The Barbie actress shows off her incredible figure in a head-to-toe look from Chanel at the brand's Ready To Wear Collection Runway Show at Paramount Studios this week, pairing a swimsuit top with bell-bottom jeans and lots of bling.
ot's approach to diet is balanced and healthy. "Breakfast is usually porridge, and during the morning I'll have an immunity-boosting smoothie," she told Women's Health UK. 'I'll normally have a chicken salad for lunch, and for dinner I'll tuck into a tuna steak with sweet potato."
Margot is all about the occasional cheat meal. "Food is a big thing for me. I love burgers and fries, which I'll order with a pint of beer. In the US, my favorite meal is a double truffle burger from the American chain Umami Burger: it comes with a truffle cheese fondue, truffle aioli and truffle glaze," she revealed.
Margot's go-to workout? "I found boxing sessions and fighting practice for Suicide Squad really fun, but quickly realized I wasn't so much a fan of lifting weights," she admitted to Women's Health. "This kind of boxing has many health benefits, because it constantly requires you to think, change your position, and change your posture," physical therapist Linda Arslanian, director of rehabilitation services at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's hospital tells Harvard Health."You're swinging your arms, moving the muscles of your arms and shoulders, increasing your upper-body strength. And when you're in the boxer crouch with a wide stance, with your knees slightly bent, you're strengthening your core muscles, back, and legs."
rgot also loves to mix up her workouts. "When I'm not preparing for a role, I prefer to do workouts I really like, such as dance classes or playing tennis with friends," she explains. She is also a fan of a very LA kind of workout. "[I] really got into Pilates when I moved to LA [in 2013] and always feel a lot better after a good stretch."
Robbie prioritizes self-care. "I've always found it hard to switch off and go to sleep at the end of the day, especially if I've been working," she admits. She makes her bedroom "as sleep-friendly as possible" by doing a few things. "I'll put on a face mask, light some nice soothing scented candles and play relaxing music. And if I've had a particularly tough day, I'll run a bath with lots of bubbles and enjoy a cold beer while I soak. Bliss."

more...Katie Sigmond is flaunting her assets in her swimsuit. The golf influencer flaunts her curves in a new set of social media snaps. "My typa night," the bombshell captioned her Instagram post.
Katie's main form of fitness is golfing. "Golf date?" she captioned a post. Why should you consider picking up a club? A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.
Katie recently started wake surfing, also called wake boarding. She captioned this post: "teach me how to wake surf." According to the Australian government's Better Health, surfing, which is similar to wake boarding minus the paddling, provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness, and leg and core strength. "Once you're standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up," they say.
Katie also enjoys jet skiing. "Be my travel buddy," she captioned a photo of herself out in the water. According to Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.
Katie loves soaking in hot water. "You'll find me here," she captioned a post. How can soaking in the hot tub, similar to baths do your body and mind good? It has been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that it may even boast cardiovascular benefits.
Katie also enjoys snow boarding. "Learned my lesson from last year," she joked in this photo, wearing a swimsuit while on the slopes. According to the University of Rochester, snowboarding, like skiing, is a great cardiovascular workout. "Because they are also weight-bearing exercises, they strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles," they say. "Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for chronic diseases, and lower blood pressure. They also help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer."
Katie also relies on good old-fashioned exercise to keep her in shape. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

However, she also made time for an interview on her trip. Fico shared some photos on her Instagram story from the trip. In them, she wore a blue two-piece swimsuit, her figure on display.
Fico and her personal trainer, Raffaele Grimaldi, share a lot of her workouts on both of their Instagram accounts. One thing she likes to do to stay in shape is weight train. In a video she posted, Fico is seen doing bicep pull-downs with a weight. Harvard Health reports that weight training has a lot of benefits. "U.S. exercise guidelines recommend that adults do strength training for all major muscle groups twice a week. This can be accomplished through a variety of workouts, including weightlifting."
Fico doesn't skip leg day. She likes to do a lot of lower body exercises to stay in shape. In a video of Fico that Grimaldi posted on his Instagram, the model is seen doing different lower body workouts. Fico is seen doing squats with a weight and her legs on two benches, one-leg toe touches with a kettlebell, one leg squat lunges with a weight, clamshells, and donkey kicks with an ankle machine.
Fico makes sure to work her entire body. And that includes her arms. As you can see from one of the previous Instagram videos, Fico does a lot of upper-body workouts. In an Instagram video that Grimaldi posted, Fico is seen throwing a weighted ball and using battle ropes. Grimaldi captioned the post, "Those who don't sacrifice themselves don't achieve their results ??NO STOP."
Fico has an amazing set of abs. And she makes sure to do core workouts to maintain them. Grimaldi shared a video on Instagram of the two of them doing sit-ups while holding a medicine ball. The Mayo Clinic states that having a strong core has a lot of benefits. "Your core is the central part of your body. It includes your pelvis, lower back, hips and stomach. The stomach muscles sometimes are called abs. Core exercises train the muscles in your core to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and steadiness, also called stability. Stability is important whether you're on the playing field or doing regular activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles."
Fico loves to swim to stay in shape. She shared a set of photos on Instagram of herself taking a late-night dip in an infinity pool. Fico captioned the post, "'Like many travelers I have seen more than I remember and I remember more than I have seen.' BENJAMIN DISRAELI." Better Health states that swimming can, "Keeps your heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off your body. Builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness."

Vania makes a point of never skipping breakfast, as it means she is less hungry throughout the day. "Guys, don't skip breakfast," she says. "Why? Because if you skip breakfast, you're going to have so much lunch that you're going crazy, and end up eating anything. Breakfast can always give me enough energy until later [in the] afternoon."
Vania allows herself a 6-8 hour window to eat, and fasts for 16-18 hours. "When changes occur with this metabolic switch, it affects the body and brain," says Johns Hopkins neuroscientist Mark Mattson. "Many things happen during intermittent fasting that can protect organs against chronic diseases like type 2 diabetes, heart disease, age-related neurodegenerative disorders, even inflammatory bowel disease and many cancers."
Vania enjoys protein-heavy meals with plenty of fruit and green vegetables. "Well, for lunch, I just eat side dishes, for example, grilled chicken breast, tofu and tempeh," she says. "What is consumed (at dinner) must be lighter than during the day."
Rice is a staple food across the world, but Vania isn't a fan. "For me, it's a balance, sports and food," she says. "I haven't eaten white rice for 8 years." Rice lovers who want healthier options should opt for brown rice, experts say. "Compared with white rice, brown rice contains much higher amounts of fiber, certain B vitamins (B1, B3, B6, and B9), magnesium, potassium, and iron," says Harvard Health.
Vania knows there are no shortcuts when it comes to health. "So it's like food, I really think about it: I reduce fried food, I don't consume a lot of sweets," she says. "So it's really regulated and it has to be consistent. It can't be instant, lots of people want everything instant, but can't. So to get a good body, yes, be consistent with diet, exercise too. Build muscles, tighten muscles, you can't buy them at the doctor either."

"To go train, it takes me at least 10 minutes choosing what I'm going to wear, or if I don't prepare it the night before. I like to always be combined, so I am always worried about looking good and that my clothes are comfortable," she told La Tercera.
"I take care of what I eat," Isidora admitted to La Tercera. She has become stricter about the food she consumes over the years. "But obviously, doing this level of sport in the end you have to know more about nutrition, that you don't lack carbohydrates, proteins, things like that," she said. "The care is to eat at the corresponding hours and nutritious things," she added in another interview with La Tercera.
Obviously, Isidora's main form of exercise is running. "I really enjoy running and that's the most important thing," she told La Tercera. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.
Isidora trains from Monday to Saturday for three to five hours, according to La Tercera. When she isn't running you can find her in the gym, lifting weights and doing a lot of ab work to prep her body for the track.
Isadora also prioritizes hydration, drinking water and energy drinks. "As a general rule, you should take one-third of your body weight and drink that number of ounces in fluids. For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, aim to drink 50 ounces of water each day. However, it's best to talk to your doctor to determine how much water you should be drinking daily. They can review your medical history with you as well as any over-the-counter or prescription medications you're currently taking. Certain medications cause the body to flush out more water. And some medical conditions, such as cystic fibrosis, also make people more prone to dehydration," says the National Council on Aging.

In it, she posed on the rocks and by the water in different outfits. She captioned the post, "Life's a beach. Make a splash."
McNamara shared some of her favorite skincare products and tips with Harper's Bazaar. She says that she is particular about what products she chooses. "With my sensitive skin, I have to find a way to cut through all of the makeup products, while still not being too harsh on my skin," McNamara explains. She cites a face wash from Chanel as a favorite products. "This has a way of moisturizing and cleansing simultaneously, where it leaves your skin with the perfect level of cleanliness."
McNamara tells Harper's Bazaar that she makes sure to keep her skin moisturized. "I have experimented a lot with moisturizers over the years, with my skin changing as the years go by," she says. McNamara says that her favorite moisturizer is a jelly from Clinique. "And this is potentially my favorite moisturizer I have ever had. It's so hydrating for your skin, but it doesn't leave behind an oily residue that other moisturizers can leave behind."
McNamara opened up about the effect the pandemic had on her in a 2021 interview with Byrdie. "This pandemic has been sort of the best and biggest change that I've had in a long time. It has a silver lining in that it's caused me to slow down a little bit. I'm never a person that slows down. I love my job and I'm a huge workaholic, so I never stop moving. And if there's anything I've learned this year it's that sometimes it's good to take a brief pause and just reset and learn. And that's been the biggest positive."
McNamara tells Byrdie that she works out on a regular basis. "Fitness is a huge part of my life," she says. "So obviously not being able to go to the gym or spin class or boxing training—which are the things that I would normally do—I've been hiking and trail running and exploring ways in mu house and outside that I can still stay active and still feel good mentally and physically."
McNamara always makes time for herself. "I take an hour or two every day and that's my time to do something good for my body," she revealed to Byrdie. "I disconnect, throw on a podcast, and just take a minute to decompress. And that's my favorite time of day. I get up really early in the morning and usually get it done before the day starts. Sometimes I'll only get time to run for 10 minutes—but even if I do that, it just wakes me up, shakes the cobwebs out, and I'm able to start my day with a fresh perspective."

They captioned the post, "Despite her quick rise to fame, Angel has continued to stay unapologetically herself and allowed her confidence to always shine through, which is why we applaud her for the inspiration she has become both on and off the court."
Reese is all about being comfortable with herself. She talked about this to SI Swim. "I didn't think I was going to be comfortable," she says about the shoot. "But [everyone] made me feel really comfortable. I work out a lot. I embrace my body and who I am and every mark on my body."
After receiving criticism during a game, Reese was open about the double standards she faces as a black woman. "It's just being able to force people to accept that women can talk trash," she told SI Swim. "The women's side gets penalized for it or we're considered as not being ladylike and that we're not playing by the rules. We work just as hard as the men. Women can be who we are; women can be competitive."
Reese received a lot of support after her NCAA win. She told SI Swim that she is extremely grateful for all of it. "Having so many people come back to me and say, 'You guys have changed the game. You guys have been a part of history,' I embraced that. Just being able to be a part of this has just been amazing for me this year, and it's been a blessing."
Reese is all about being unapologetic. She opened up about this in a post-game press conference. "All year, I was critiqued about who I was. I don't fit in a box that y'all want me to be in. I'm too hood. I'm too ghetto. But when other people do it, y'all say nothing. So this was for the girls that look like me, that's going to speak up on what they believe in. It's unapologetically you."
Being a basketball player is naturally how Reese keeps herself in shape. Better Health states, "Basketball involves a lot of starting and stopping. While not renowned as an aerobic sport, it is still a great workout that can help you: Burn calories (an hour of basketball can burn 630–750 calories). Build endurance. Improve balance and coordination. Develop concentration and self-discipline. Build up muscle."

more...Paige Woolen is a model. She's an influencer. And she's the brains behind the Dudes In DMs Instagram account. Woolen shares a lot of stunning photos on her Instagram account. Recently, she posted a new set of photos of herself in a burnt orange two-piece swimsuit. Woolen captioned the post, "In my overwhelmed era."
Woolen opened up about her career as a model and influencer in an interview with BitchMedia.org. She says that she does things to build her self-confidence in order to help with her career. "I think we get so attached to seeing this essentially flawless version of ourselves that it's hard to hold a boundary. I say daily affirmations to myself in the mirror when I wake up, and I won't check social media for an hour before bed. Having a routine to get your brain out of the social-media bubble is extremely important."
Social media isn't just a job for Woolen. She tells BitchMedia.org that it is also a way of helping with her career. "Modeling is such an interesting job for exactly those reasons. When you're doing a 'job' for someone else and they're paying you, their idea of how you look can quickly become everything to you. It can really mess with your brain and your self-image. That's why I find so much value in social media. On my Instagram or TikTok, I can look any way that I choose, I can say what I want—and that's ultimate control and empowerment."
Woolen revealed her reasons for creating Dudes In The DM to BitchMedia.org. She says that she wants to help other women, and is willing to face the harassment because of this. "I absolutely faced internal conflict after exposing men to their partners, but only briefly, and the conflict wasn't morally based. When the story first went viral, I was shocked at how much hate I was getting (mostly from men). I was called a rat; I received death threats. People were even saying I should be arrested. Naturally, I panicked. But after the initial shock settled and I reread the messages from the women I helped, I knew I had done the right thing. People who bully or cheat want to be kept in the dark. They don't want the truth to come out, and it angers them when they could possibly be exposed. There were a ton of accounts posting my photos and warning men about me. There were men claiming they are the true victims. But if you're not being shady, you have nothing to worry about."
Woolen tells BitchMedia.org that she is transparent on social media about using filters and getting plastic surgery. She says that she doesn't want people to follow beauty standards or feel pressure. "I am as open about plastic surgery as I am about filters. We live in a world where literally anything is possible! You can alter anything on your body that you aren't happy with. I recently got all the fat sucked out of my body and then shoved in my butt. That's insane!"
Woolen shared what she values in a person, specifically a romantic partner, to Maxim. "True kindness. I think being kind is overlooked these days especially in the wake of social media. You can tell what someone has or what they look like but you're unable to see who they truly are when the mask is off."

Tammy maintains that meditation was a game changer for her. "Meditating really changed my life when I first really discovered its power," she wrote in a 2021 Instagram post. "One of the first times I tried it I got into a deep meditation & had a full out of body experience completely disconnected from my physical being and there was really no looking back from there. I decided then I would dedicate my life to becoming the healthiest happiest version of myself. Meditating for even just 10 minutes a day can help relieve stress, calm your mind & clear it of negative thoughts, and help you really focus on the present ? There's no doubt in my mind meditation has helped me not just in daily life but even in my businesses & creativity."
"I honestly feel better when I get my workout in, less sluggish and I find it easier to keep up with my kids," Tammy told New Idea about one of her motivations to sweat. "I honestly feel better when I get my workout in, less sluggish and I find it easier to keep up with my kids. Whether it's a gym workout or HIIT home workout I always try to fit it in when I can."
"I used to work out a lot more before having my kids but currently, I work out 3-4 times a week," Tammy told Women's Best. "I find this is enough for me right now because I've been working out consistently for years and I know my body and when to increase or decrease my calories to help with my goals."
Tammy maintains a clean diet. "For me lean protein like chicken breast, turkey and fish, really helps, but I find that with trying to build my booty I wasn't consuming the amount of protein I needed so supplements like protein shakes helped too," she told New Idea. "But I didn't supplement my meals with these it was always a combination of both. I needed to eat lots to build that area so I also ate lots of complex carbohydrates like brown rice, oatmeal, potatoes and healthy fats." For breakfast she usually eats oatmeal, infused with protein powder. Then, post workout, a protein shake, "and love to eat fish, chicken, turkey, beans and vegetables," she adds. "I've been trying to cut back on meat lately which I have found difficult. I usually end my day with oats and protein again. Boring I know!"
Tammy is all about eating small meals consistently. "I eat every two to three hours," she told New Idea.
Tammy regularly mixes up her diet. "I don't like to limit myself too much if I'm working towards a specific goal. For example, if I want to reduce my weight, I will choose to switch to a weight loss meal plan which involves eating fewer calories. Lucky, I have low and high-calorie plans in my App Tammy Fit so I usually follow the recipes in there and switch between regular, vegetarian and sometimes vegan," she told Women's Best.
Does Tammy do cheat meals? "Yes, I do and they're usually on the weekend," she confessed to Women's Best. "My favorite cheat meal right now is spicy chicken wings." "The main reason we listed chicken and turkey as healthy sources of protein is that they have relatively low levels of saturated fat compared with red meat, which, for nutrition purposes, includes beef, lamb, and pork," says Harvard Health. "Look at the chart below. You can see there's about half as much saturated as unsaturated fat in chicken and turkey fat. By comparison, beef and pork fat contain a good deal more saturated fat than chicken and turkey fat and less unsaturated fat."

Blanco stays hydrated in the summer by eating plenty of nutrient and antioxidant-packed fruit. "I have fought this heat with lots of fruits and lots of natural juices," she says. "I feel refreshed and it's not a sacrifice because I like them."
Blanco loves the occasional glass of red wine or Sangria, which experts say should be enjoyed in moderation. "Antioxidants in red wine called polyphenols may help protect the lining of blood vessels in the heart," says the Mayo Clinic. "A polyphenol called resveratrol is one substance in red wine that's received attention for its health benefits."
Blanco is careful to always protect her skin from the sun. "Did you know that you have to wear sunscreen even if we stay at home and don't go out?" she says. "It's extremely important to always wear our sunscreen and choose one that suits our skin type, whether it's oily, dry or mixed."
Blanco supports her health by taking collagen supplements. "Women experience a significant reduction in collagen production after menopause," says the Cleveland Clinic. "It's normal for everyone to experience a decline in collagen production after age 60."
Blanco loves boxing workouts, which not only help build strength but burn calories too. Blanco also enjoys the stress relief from boxing. Brink is open about her struggles with her mental health. "Everyone has their way of coping," Brink said to The San Francisco Chronicle. "I'm really good about being vulnerable. Whenever I'm in a bad mood or not having a good day, people around me will know. Mental health should be seen as hygiene, like brushing your teeth every day; you should be checking in with yourself, so I haven't been afraid to share that I've struggled mentally."
Brink doesn't just want to be a good teammate. She also wants to be a good leader for others. "I'm learning what it means to be a leader," Brink said to The San Francisco Chronicle. "It's not just basketball, but school and everything else. I want to be a resource, for the freshmen, for anyone who needs it."
Brink opened up about her experiences in high school to JustWomensSports.com. She says that she transferred schools due to suffering from harsh treatment. "I wouldn't even say I was being bullied," she says. "Because bullying gives them too much power. They weren't bullies. And I just decided to remove myself. I knew I deserved better, so I left. And I'm happy I did."
Brink opened up to JustWomensSports.com about how her attitude changed after dealing with harassment. She says that she became more true to herself as a result. "Stop questioning yourself. Be authentically you. Don't change for others, and don't give others the power to make you feel small."

more...Actress Génesis Rodríguez recently enjoyed a trip to Barbados. She's been sharing some highlights on Instagram. Rodríguez just shared a new reel from the beach. In it, she walked into the water. In the reel, Rodríguez wore a white two-piece swimsuit, showing off her figure.
Rodríguez gave an interview to Nightmarish Conjurings to promote her movie Centigrade. She says that she has to decompress after shooting days. "It was very very difficult. It's not like you can turn it off, turn off the characters. You have to go home and continue the diet. What I would do was watch reality TV shows to try to get out of my head because I was so frightened and so scared of my job that I would just try not to think about anything. So, that's what I would do. It was hard. You had to have a partner, of someone you'd trust to be able to do that."
Rodríguez wants to increase the amount of diversity in the movie and TV industry. "Well, I have got to say being a Latino woman, a Latinx woman, it's very difficult for me to even land a lead role in a movie," she tells Nightmarish Conjurings. "Let alone being considered a Naomi so, this to me was a feat because I was able to be a lead of a movie. But also, I wanted and I feel like I deserved the opportunity. And I hope that changes. I do still feel it's not there. Hollywood is not there yet. They have to be more inclusive and they have to consider us as being a part of the American population. I should have no problems in getting a Naomi role, but I did. It was a challenge. It is a challenge for me to get there. So, I pray that it changes. That there [are] more opportunities for someone like me and the door is completely open and it is all about just your talent. Not because you are filling a quota."
Rodríguez opened up about her ideal qualities in a man to Muscle and Fitness. She says that she wants to be challenged in life. "I don't like it when a guy lets me win. I think that's stupid and lame. I like a guy who gives me a challenge, because if I'm going to win I'm going to beat you when you're giving it your all. Especially in video games."
Rodríguez makes sure to eat healthy. One thing she likes to do is drink green juice. She shared a photo on Instagram of herself enjoying a green smoothie. Rodríguez captioned the post, "Wash your face. Drink your greens. Do some gua sha. Block the haters. Stay hydrated Mami."
Rodríguez is all about skincare. She wrote this essay for POPSugar about the importance of skincare. "It's so important to take the time to treat your skin. We always talk about that red carpet glow — how do actresses do it? It's really about loving the skin we are in, but…Are we loving it like we're supposed to? Taking a few minutes to pamper your skin might seem like the last thing you want to add to your already busy to-do list, and it really does take time, but your skin deserves it!"

She's also a clothing designer and has become a social media influencer. Giudice recently spent time by the beach, and shared some highlights on Instagram. In them, she sat on the rocks by the ocean. Giudice captioned the post, "Baha."
Giudice opened up about her and her family's approach to the new RHONJ season to Page Six. She says that she is taking a more mature approach to handling things this season. "Me, my sisters and my mom, we definitely evolved more this season," she explains. "We all wanted to take a more mature route and just really evaluate what was going on instead of [reacting] because we also felt like this whole 'Teresa and her brother' saga is just so old."
Giudice and her family have dealt with a lot of drama, especially in these recent years. However, she tells Page Six that she is working on moving on from the past. "I think in general, we realized — especially around the time of my mom's wedding — we were just like, 'I think it's time to just let bygones be bygones, put it in the past and just focus on our family and focus on us.'"
Being on a reality show, Giudice has to deal with how the season is edited. She tells In The Know that she doesn't care about what fans think or how things are edited. "Every season has its villain and every season has the person that they're attacking or targeting and every season they also have their favorite," she explains. "So it's like the villain, the person they're attacking, the person that looks the best on the show. So, I've seen that formation where it's been like my mom, the one that everyone is against, or the next season she's the one that looks great. Or like this season they're making her cuts not what they really were. So I just feel like that was like the hardest thing to struggle with. It's like 'well that's actually not how it went down' or 'that's actually not how that even happened.' So, I've learned to just embrace it and also just say exactly what I want to say when I'm being filmed because otherwise like you're not gonna get your point across and the viewers also are just gonna have a different perception on."
Giudice works with dermatologist, Tara Adashev, APRN, to help with her skin. "Gia comes to me to treat her skin," Nurse Adashev tells HollywoodLife. "The Lutronic ULTRA Laser is great because there is no downtime. She returned to her college classes and normal life immediately, and she sees really great results as soon as one treatment."
Giudice is about to graduate from college. Her next step? Law school. Guidice wants to become a lawyer to help people. In 2021, she said on Watch What Happens Live that her parents' struggles inspired her to help other people not experience this. "Their whole experience influenced me, honestly, for the better," Giuidice explained. "I just want to help families and be able to be there for families and help children, honestly, especially."

Veitch makes sensible choices during the week and allows herself to indulge on the weekends. "It's all about balance for me," she says. "I love sushi, chocolate and fast food! I won't deny myself any of that, so I try to keep it as strict as I possibly can by maintaining that balance. I keep count on what I eat during the week, and when I treat myself I just work out a little more to try to counter some of it. I eat quite healthy as well but never restrict myself in enjoying the amazing things in the foodie world!"
Veitch loves to go for a walk or run to balance out her food choices on the weekends, and to stay fit and happy. "Researchers already know that any kind of physical activity blunts the risk of breast cancer," says Harvard Health. "But an American Cancer Society study that zeroed in on walking found that women who walked seven or more hours a week had a 14% lower risk of breast cancer than those who walked three hours or fewer per week."
Veitch works out not only for fitness but as a way to relieve stress. "No matter what's going on in your life, fitness is a way to clear your mind," she says. "I work out when I'm angry, sad or happy – it's my therapy. From my experience it is a massive benefit to my mental health. Women health shows me that women can be powerful and strong minded and strong willed. We can achieve what we want. When starting out, all you have to do is believe in yourself that you CAN stay consistent to PUSH yourself into becoming a stronger person."
Veitch admits she has felt pressure in front of the reality TV cameras. "Sometimes, I feel like people hate me, or that I'm doing something wrong on social media, because people aren't interacting with me," she says. "It's that constant pressure, 'How do I stay relevant? How do I get these people to like me?' You start changing yourself, because you're like, 'Well, maybe I need to change. Am I pretty enough? Do I need filler?' I went through a stage of losing myself."
Veitch invests in a few choice skin and hair care products and keeps her look low-key. "I don't use expensive products!" she says. "I use a moisturizer by BOBBY BROWN – it's a vitamin enriched cream and it smells like lemon. It's £50 but it lasts forever. I use it after I wash my face and it gives you that glow when you don't want to wear makeup. So saves you money on makeup. My only hair products I use to help are Coco and Eve hair masks. And I always use hair protectors before I put any heat on my hair. Normal basic ones from the store are good!"

The rapper shows off her incredible curves a variety of bathing suits in some of her latest social media posts, shared from her getaway in Palawan, Philippines. "Doin the most saying the least," she captioned an Instagram photo. "island gworls," she added in another.
Saweetie's favorite part of her body to train? "Well, I love legs and I was an athlete since I can ever remember. I come from an athletic family. My grandfather played for the San Francisco 49ers and my uncles played football as well. My aunties ran track. We're all really athletic. So when it comes to fitness, I love working on my legs," she told Women Fitness. "I think if you have good legs, you look good overall. So, I would say squats and leg presses. Even, mixing in some dance moves like squatting and dancing. I've been trying to practice it more and more, It's a really good exercise!"
How does Saweetie prioritize healthy eating? "I try to cook for myself. I feel like if I'm not going to go on a strict diet, I can do my due diligence by cooking as much as possible and controlling my portions by measuring ingredients so my meal is healthy," she told Women Fitness.
Saweetie has a few go-to cheat foods. One of them is McDonalds. "And my any time favorite food would definitely be crawfish with a yummy cajun sauce, extra spicy, and a side of rice," she told Women's Fitness.
"I take ginger shots every morning and I take vitamins," Saweetie revealed to Page Six. "I just feel like a certain type of cleanliness. People don't talk about it — but let's talk about it — healthy bowel movements are really important. You got to get that thing flowing."
Saweetie has always looked at music as therapy. "An icon is someone who inspires others—through fashion, through music, through your personality, through your perseverance. I've always admired the women that came before me, my own icons, because they helped me become the woman I am today," she told Harper's Bazaar. Her ultimate icon? Cher. "One thing that she taught me was Take your time, but keep going. No matter where you're at, keep going. Sometimes, I do feel like giving up. But I know that if she did it, I could do it too. I see a lot of myself in her," she continued. "I feel like I've made it when a fan writes me a letter and they correlate an experience between a song that I put out [and something that happened to them]. It really makes me feel good. Because what good is all this fame, this notoriety, if you're not helping people? It warms my heart when I hear stories about my music getting someone through a hard exam period, a bad breakup, a time when they were feeling low. I know what it feels like to be that little girl who struggles and who needs music for therapy and for inspiration."

more...Mihaela Cambei is heating things up in her swimsuit. The weightlifter wears a hot pink swimsuit as she gets into a jacuzzi in one of her latest social media posts.
Mihaela spends a lot of time at the gym. In addition to weight lifting, she does a lot of resistance training, using gym equipment. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.
Mihaela loves hiking. "Well-being and mental load transmitted from nature," she captioned a recent post. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.
Soaking in baths and hot tubs are a big part of Mihaela's routine. "An extremely relaxing recovery for my muscles," she captioned a post. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.
Mihaela also hydrates. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.
Mihaela drinks a lot of coffee. "Good Morning," she captioned a post of herself sipping on a cup. Science continues to prove that drinking coffee is great for your health. In fact, a new 2022 study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death. Researchers found "significant reductions" in the risk for coronary heart disease, congestive heart failure and stroke for all three types of coffee. But, only ground and instant coffee with caffeine decreased risk for arrhythmia, or irregular heartbeat.

Joanna loves drinking coffee.
Joanna also loves to read. "It is never too late to fight for yourself ❤️. If you like to read, be sure to get the "Confidant of the Story". This is a great heart warming story. A perfect story for long autumn evenings. The book uplifts, entertains, touches and gives hope ?. If you need more light and warmth on the shorter and colder days like I do, be sure to get this title," she captioned a photo of herself reading. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.
Joanna rides bikes for fitness. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.
Joanna takes a lot of walks. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
During the winter months, Laura stays in shape with the help of snowboarding.

In two photos she posted, Ashley was rocking a navy bikini top with a matching top and shorts set from Casablanca, which showed off her super strong core and toned legs. Of course, Ashley also accessorized with brown sandals and shades, pulling the whole 'fit together for a truly iconic beachy vibe.
"You were absolutely stunning as usual @lasventanasalparaiso ❤️ it’s been 14 years and you are still my absolute favorite place," she captioned her post.
And clearly, her followers are loving her look. "A beautiful goddess ❤️?❤️?," one wrote. A second commented, "ashley, i’ve been in love with all your outfits omg ?." There were also more fire emojis than I could count.
ICYDK, Ashley welcomed her daughter Jupiter in March 2021, and credited personal trainer (and celeb fave) Harley Pasternak for helping her learn how to support her physical and mental health, keeping both strong while working through the postpartum phase.
"Getting back with my trainer @harleypasternak has changed my body tremendously and honestly it's all about getting your steps in," she said on Instagram in November 2021, per People. "His method isn't hard and my body isn't left feeling like I tortured it. I can't believe what my body has gone through over the last year and a half. I'm so grateful for it and honestly can't believe how strong I feel."
Ashley added that she was walking 14,000 steps per day, noting "All I do is walk lol but it's effective."
Pasternak also has Ashley doing low-impact workouts, and shared one of the workouts they do together with Shape in January 2022. ""Because the heart rate doesn't get too high, there is a lower rate of perceived exertion," he told the mag. "In other words, the workout doesn't feel too hard, even though it's getting everything done we need to get done. We can even carry on a conversation the whole time while her butt and hips and arms get totally demolished—in a good way."

Charli D'Amelio is celebrating her birthday in her bathing suit. The influencer shows off her incredible figure in a black bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts. "Thank you all for the birthday wishes!!! i love you," she captioned the Instagram post.
Charli engages in the occasional cheat meal. Her go-to? Dunkin Donuts, who she ended up partnering with. "The Dunkin Donuts collaboration came about after a lot of free promotion. For a while, everyone thought I was getting paid. But I was not. I just shamelessly promoted and promoted because I really wanted to work with them. And then they finally gave me the opportunity and I immediately took it. And since then, we've come out with two of my own drinks on the menu and sold-out cold brew nationwide. It was a really big hit for me. And it was a really great feeling seeing all of that come together. It was definitely a lot of my determination to work with Dunkin Donuts," she told Forbes.
Charli is an eating disorder survivor, which she opened up about on her reality show. "Whenever I first started TikTok … I was very unhealthy," she says. "I would lose a bunch of weight, and then gain a bunch of weight, and then lose it, and my comments would switch up with that," she said. She confessed that after binge sessions she would make herself sick and then starve herself. "It was really bad," she said. "You could see it because I'm short, so when I put on weight people would be like, 'Oh, you gained weight,' and then they're like, 'Oh, she lost so much weight, she looks so good.'" At her thinnest, she was trolled for being "skin and bones." "I let it get to me and I wish I didn't," she added.
"It's extremely hard to go from having a very unhealthy mindset with food to a healthy one, especially when you've dealt with it alone for so long," she added, revealing that she ended up meeting other influencers and having an open discussion about it all. "At least now I have friends that I can talk to and that made me work so much harder to get a healthy relationship with food again."
