Polish star Ewelina Lisowska is looking back on a magical trip to Sardinia and wishing she had more time to explore the island. Lisowska, 31, shared pictures from her trip, including ones of her posing in a black and white striped bathing suit. "We're about to go back to work. How was Sardinia? Too short ? The island is so big that I didn't manage to visit everything or rest ?," she captioned the post.
Lisowska enjoys kickboxing for a high-intensity workout. "I switched from boxing to kickboxing pretty quickly," she says. "I have been training regularly for over a year. In addition, I also go to crossfit to pull up strength. I rarely miss training. When it does, it's only for a good reason. After Dancing With the Stars I lacked movement and motivation for it. For four months, dancing was my life, so when it was gone, there was a void. I tried dance classes, but it just wasn't the same. Kickboxing filled that void and became my new passion."
Lisowska loves the mental and physical benefits of skiing and snowboarding. "I've fallen and cried so many times but I'm still moving forward," she captioned a video of herself on the slopes. "Like in life… I'm fighting with my own fear and I'm not giving up. It's worth it for such views! Someone somewhere wrote about the struggles of reaching the top… There's always one we find."

Lisowska says having a dog changed her life—and experts say having a dog can actually change your health for the better. "The decision to get a dog was spontaneous and turned my life upside down," she says. "However, it was impossible not to fall in love with this cute baby. As a puppy, she looked like a stuffed toy. Lucy has so much energy that it was hard to contain her at times. Since she was a year old, she has become a bit more serious. I can't get her out of bed often. She is a sleepyhead just like her mistress."

The 37-year-old actress showed off her figure in a tiny black bikini along with a shorter hairstyle in a faceless selfie on her Instagram Sunday.
Fox shared another photo she snapped of herself — this time, showing her face as her shorter fiery red locks and freckles were on display out by the ocean.
“Ace of cups + the star,” she captioned her post, referring to the two tarot cards.
It appears the Jennifer’s Body star snipped several inches off her previously lengthy hair after she debuted her new ginger locks in May at the 2023 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit party in New York City.
For the red carpet event, her hairstylist Dimitris Giannetos styled her hair into waves that channeled the beach vibes of her tropical SI Swimsuit spread, which was photographed in the Dominican Republic.
The actress is one of four cover stars of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit's 2023 issue, wearing a barely there suit in the lush waters of the Dominican Republic, where her photo shoot took place.
"Shooting Sports Illustrated Swimsuit is definitely a lot of pressure," the mom of three told the outlet. "I have a vision in my head that I'm trying to achieve, so we'll see if it pans out for me."

Vanessa eats incredibly clean, avoiding all processed food. "My overall food philosophy is, if it's real, I'll eat it," she told Shape. "Many things are processed and contain chemicals and ingredients I can't pronounce. I want real food."
Hudgens is a longtime follower of intermittent fasting. She eats between noon and 6 p.m. and fasts for the remaining 18. "I've been intermittent fasting a lot, because for me, I love pasta, I love pizza, and when I'm not eating carbs I feel like a little piece of me dies," she told People. "Intermittent fasting is great, because when I am fasting — those first two weeks are definitely rough, I'm not going to lie, but after that I feel more grounded and powerful in my workouts. And I get the nutrients that I need when I eat, but then I also eat what I want."
Vanessa goes "back and forth" between intermittent fasting and keto, avoiding most carbohydrates and fueling up with fats. "It's great," she told People. "If you have the right ingredients to keep you on track, I think it's amazing. People a lot of times think of fats in diets as a negative thing, and when you're doing keto it's a very positive thing. I'm always making sure I'm getting those healthy fats in, so I eat a LOT of almond butter. You feel really energetic and supported on the keto diet."
Vanessa is a big fan of exercise and is "basically always working out," she told People. "I feel like I've kind of found a recipe for my body that works," she says. "It's SoulCycle for cardio, to keep my heart healthy. It's Pilates for lengthening, leaning and toning. And yoga for my mental health."
Vanessa isn't afraid of lifting heavy weights. "My fitness has taken a turn. Cardio has been put on the back burner, and I'm very OK with that," Hudgens recently told Shape. "The things that have become the most important are balance and mental health." She does a lot of weight and strength training at The Dogpound gym, which she is "obsessed with."
Hudgens is also a big advocate of probiotics. She recently partnered with supplement wellness brand Ritual, after incorporating its best-selling Synbiotic+ into her routine. "I'm always traveling and moving around and on the go, and a big proportion of your immune system's actually in your GI tract," she told People. "So I was like, 'Okay, I'm going to prioritize this and make sure that taking care of my gut is actually going to help me in a big way, whether that's with digestion or with boosting my immune system.' And Ritual does exactly that."

Kara has a no diet policy. "I should be better, but I kinda eat whatever I want," the model, who soared to fame in a Carl's Jr. ad, dished to Fox News in an interview. "I do eat burgers and pizza." However, she added to Toronto Paradise: "But a healthy well balanced diet is important."
"If I have a swimsuit shoot or something coming up, I make sure to start working out more," she told Fox. And if I have something important coming up that week, I'll really try to cut down on sugar and carbs," she added.
You can find Kara on the tennis court. "You've met your match," she captioned this post. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.
Kara also added to Toronto Paradise that "making sure you're doing cardio at least three times a week," is important. "I go hiking at least three times a week, I also do yoga and meditation," she said.
Kara maintains that "drinking lots of green tea," is also an important part of her health plan as "it boosts the metabolism," she told Toronto Paradise. Green tea is widely celebrated for its numerous health benefits. Packed with antioxidants called catechins, green tea helps protect the body against oxidative stress and damage caused by harmful free radicals.
These antioxidants have been linked to a reduced risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease and certain types of cancer. Green tea has also been found to improve brain function, boost metabolism, and aid in weight loss. Additionally, it contains natural compounds that promote relaxation and reduce stress levels. Moreover, green tea has antibacterial properties, which can help support oral health and reduce the risk of infections. With its refreshing taste and a wide array of potential health benefits, green tea is an excellent choice for promoting overall well-being.

Woods is all about building toned, strong muscles. "I try to do at least 20 to 30 minutes of cardio, starting to warm up and get your heart rate going," she says. "And then it's good to always do abs. So every time you work out, do 30 minutes of cardio, always do abs, and then each day you can focus on a different part of your body. So one day you can focus on weight lifting for your arms and shoulders, one day for your back and one day for your legs."
Woods refuses to obsess about the scales, especially as she focuses on muscle. "Weight is taboo because muscle weighs more than fat and you could be losing body fat, but gaining muscle and you can end up weighing more," she says. "You can keep track of it if you want to. If you don't care, go off of how you feel. Your mind controls everything and if you're down on yourself. then your cells literally go off of your thoughts. Your cells and your body are going off of negativity, then they're actually just not even going to prosper. You just have to stay positive and it's way easier said than done."
Woods loves healthy food—and also the occasional burger. "I really like smoothies," she says. "Like a protein shake or a fruit smoothie. Or an apple. They're easy, 'cause after I workout, I don't want to eat anything too heavy. I try to not eat too much fast food, but if I am going to go to a fast-food restaurant, it's most likely In-N-Out back home, or Shake Shack in New York. And I love sushi. Sushi's pretty healthy – it's just the rice. But, yeah, I wouldn't consider sushi junk food."
Woods learned to embrace her unique and curvy physique after modeling. "I think a true boss knows there is always more to learn," she says. "You have to keep going, always. Modeling really helps me find my confidence and break out of my shell. When I first started modeling it taught me to face rejection. In the industry and life in general there are going to be a lot of people who don't like you or understand you, you have to be ok with the fact that what other people think really doesn't matter."
Woods is careful to take care of her skin. "I actually love skincare," she says. "Hopefully one day I will have my own skincare line. I just always try to make sure I take off all my makeup before I go to sleep, wash my face every morning and every night. I tend to have kind of dry [skin], so I don't use too many toners, but I love like, a rosewater spray toner. Things that are light and refreshing."

Rachel Stuhlmann is one of the hottest influencers out there. She's specifically one of the top tennis influencers. She shares a lot of stunning posts on her Instagram. This week, Stuhlmann went to the Indy 500, and shared some highlights on her page. In them, she wore black pants and a black and white checkered swimsuit top. She captioned the post, "If you're not first, you're last! Shake and bake baby!"
Stuhlmann is all about living a healthy lifestyle. She shared some of her lifestyle tips in an interview with Fitness Gurls. "I began weight training, working out extremely hard, and focusing on my nutrition. I went all in; I did two strategic workouts a day and followed a weighed-out meal plan given to me by a nutritionist who helped me reach my goals."
Stuhlmann is all about being authentic. She tells Fitness Gurls, "There was a time earlier in my career when I got a little nervous about how I would be perceived in the industry based on my appearance and style. For the past few years, I have put so much work into professional tennis, from media, broadcasting, marketing, writing, tournament sponsorships and partnerships, sales, events, player relations, and much more. I finally realized I could do all these things without changing who I am!"
Tennis is obviously one of the main ways Stuhlmann stays in shape. "Even though I loved this phase of life, I still knew that my calling was in the tennis space," she told Fitness Gurls. "There was a time when the two (fitness and tennis) did crossover when I shifted all my energy back into tennis. I personally trained many tennis players of all ages and levels- young juniors, college teams and players, USTA adult players, etc. In 2018, I even presented at the ITPA World Tennis Fitness Conference in Atlanta, which was a fantastic experience."
Stuhlmann tells Outkick that she also likes to play pickleball. "I've had so many people tell me that I should play pro pickleball and when I was on-site at the Desert Ridge Open the other day, I low-key thought about it and considered and weighed out my current life schedule with a part-time professional Pickleball training schedule. Unfortunately, it turns out it does not seem feasible for me with my daily busy schedule, but it was a fun thought in the moment."
Stuhlmann has a lot of success, and she is extremely grateful for it. She opened up about this to PopCulture.com. "It was pretty funny, all day I kept getting hundreds of new followers across all of my platforms- I was like 'what is going on?' I received some tweets and comments saying stuff like, 'How's it feel to be the world's No. 1 tennis influencer?' And then a friend of mine sent me the article and I read it, it was awesome. Such a fun honor."

more...Reality star turned business mogul Kristin Cavallari enjoyed a sunny Memorial Day weekend in Franklin, Tennessee. Cavallari, 36, shared a snap of herself walking by her pool in a black bathing suit, showcasing her strong physique. "Looking so good!" a fan commented.
Cavallari enjoys a variety of workouts. "I lift weights, but I do circuit training to keep my heart rate up," she says. "I also started doing hot yoga every once in a while. I don't do it as often as I would like, but I love it when I'm able to make it happen."
Cavallari cooks at home for her family as much as she can. "The way I eat is a lifestyle," she says. "Organic as often as possible, tons of veggies, meat, nuts and seeds, complex carbs like buckwheat soba noodles, berries, tons of fat — I even eat butter… My kids love pasta. We use brown rice noodles or lentil noodles."
Cavallari works out with a trainer to build muscle. "I'm really petite. I have no hips. I'm just small. And so if I don't work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away," she says. "So it is about consistency for me… [My trainer] pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I've ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I'm the strongest I've ever been."
Cavallari doesn't believe in diets—instead, she focuses on eating whole foods and living a healthy lifestyle. "I never look at fat or calories or anything on an ingredient label," she says. "I just read the actual ingredients, and I just want to make sure that l'm eating real food as close to its natural state as possible. I drink a ton of water. I work out five days a week and I lift weights, but I go quickly. It's circuit training so that my heart rate is up. I'm a big believer in an infrared sauna, in a bath, in a mask, in a gratitude journal."
Cavallari says she has finally achieved a sense of balance when it comes to her health and lifestyle. "It's important to give ourselves grace and not beat ourselves up," she says. "For so many years in my early 20s, I was all or nothing. I have the best relationship I've ever had with food and health because I've let go of a lot of that control. It's about consistency — just keep showing up."

Sanz captioned the post, "Adding summers together ?♀️ I love you sister ?Next destiny?"
One thing Sanz likes to do to stay in shape when she goes outside is swim. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself by the pool or at the beach. Sanz shared a photo and video of herself splashing in a pool. She captioned the post, "Officially on vacation ?!!! Thank you life for every day."
Sanz is an optimist. She opened up about this in the caption of pool photos she posted on Instagram. "Focus on what does you good, what makes you progress. Surround yourself with people who love you well and better. @silviaboschmunoz look at the whatsapp I want to travel."
Sanz is taking horseback riding lessons. She shared a photo and video on Instagram of herself riding. Sanz captioned the post, "Lucky me to be instructed by a jumping champion." A study at Texas A&M reports that riding has a lot of benefits. "The study included 20 individuals completing three riding tests: a 45-minute walk-trot-canter ride, a reining pattern and a cutting pattern while wearing a telemetric gas analyzer. Heart rate, respiratory frequency, pulmonary ventilation, oxygen consumption and carbon dioxide production were among several items evaluated. The study revealed energy expenditure and heart rate responses were greater for reining and cutting than for the walk-trot-canter ride. The researchers concluded that the results of the study 'provide novel information about exercise intensity values for horseback activities and differences among riding disciplines measured in real time using a portable system.'"
Sanz makes sure to eat healthy. She even has an Instagram story highlight dedicated to some of her favorite healthy meals. One thing she likes to eat is salmon. In one photo, Sanz enjoys a plate of salmon and rice. SafeBeat.org reports that salmon has a lot of benefits. "Salmon is an excellent food source for the heart and brain. The fish also contributes to cognitive health due to the presence of DHA—a type of omega-3 fatty acid."

Weight training is a core part of Swanepoel's exercise regimen. "I'm going to start getting back into my workouts because I like to feel strong," she says. "I used to do weight training because I'm naturally lean so I like to beef up a little bit and have muscle tone on my legs and thighs."
Swanepoel loves the therapeutic benefits of ocean swimming. "I have always turned to nature and travel to relax and reset myself even when I'm at home," she says. "If I'm in Brazil [where Candice lives with her family] and feeling a little bit crazy I'll go for a swim in the ocean and I feel immediately renewed."
Swanepoel does yoga year round, and switches up her workouts if she's training for work. "I do a lot of resistance training and yoga as well. I meditate through yoga, it helps with my breathing," she says. "I use weights to gain muscle. I would run on the beach, that's the best preparation for me, running on the beach and thick sand. It doesn't feel like I'm trapped in a gym."
Swanepoel makes time for rest days even when she's training hard for an event. "I will probably work out four times a week, and I'll be eating a lot of protein, just focusing on everything that goes in my body and maximizing my workouts," she says. "But also taking the time to rest in between is important. I'll work out and then have a rest day to make my body adjust to what I've done to it the day before."
Swanepoel has a healthy appreciation for fresh, nutritious food. "I think that respecting where your food comes from and how it's made is the most important lesson," she says. "Appreciating everything that we have that other people don't have. I grew up on a farm so I saw where everything came from: animals, plants, everything… it's the simple things that are most important."

Moss enjoys working out, for both the mental and physical benefits. "I love feeling and looking good and I think for what I do it is important to eat well and exercise," she says. "There is a lot of traveling and working so you need to be in good shape otherwise you can get run down."
Moss keeps lunch simple depending on how demanding her work day is. She relies on delicious nuts as a go-to snack when she's on the move. "I'll have some sort of rice or stir-fry [for lunch]," she says. "I also like soups or chicken. And I carry nuts with me; I'm obsessed with nuts. Pistachios, peanuts—I love them."
Moss's favorite breakfast is eggs with salmon. "One single egg has about six grams of protein, with the egg white holding about half that amount," says the University of Utah Health. "Eggs contain all the essential amino acids, which are protein-building blocks that we can only get from food. Getting enough protein can help to increase muscle mass, lower blood pressure, lose weight, and enhanced bone health."
Moss loves to jump rope as part of her exercise routine. "Jumping rope regularly strengthens the calf muscles and improves the elasticity of the surrounding tendons and fascia," says Pete McCall, MS, CSCS. "To increase elasticity, try to land on the ball of the foot first, but let your heels go all of the way down to the ground."
Moss works out with a personal trainer, which can be a useful way to stay accountable and on track. "I have a personal trainer and he's amazing," she says. "We do three or four sessions a week, which I really enjoy."

Bychkova drinks coffee to provide an extra boost of energy for her dance sessions. Bychkova says her Strictly Come Dancing training is incredibly intense. "It's full-on," she says. "During one section I dance continually for 12 minutes – Charleston, quickstep, jive. "I'm the only lead woman on the show. The boys come and go but I just keep going. At the end I'm sweating."
Bychkova never counts calories or restricts her diet, instead focusing on dancing and training to keep her in shape. "You have to be an athlete," she says. "I love to eat and I can enjoy it as much as I want – I never count calories because I'm so physically active."
Bychkova enjoys down time with her fellow Strictly Come Dancing costar and boyfriend Kai Widdrington. "When we're not dancing, our favorite thing to do is eat," she says. "We love having a really nice dinner or just chilling together, watching TV and eating cheese!"
Bychkova has worked hard to get to where she is, and says her career has given her immense self-confidence. This has helped her ignore negative attention and online trolling. While her workouts of choice change "depending on how I'm feeling," her favorite thing to do is go to the gym. "I have a personal trainer two or three times a week with who I really like doing heavy weighted training, just because I feel like I can't really do that on my own," she said. Typically she hits the gym "like, five, six times a week," she revealed. "That does include either gyming on my own, or with one of my PTs. I'm not very good at doing cardio anymore, I get in there and the last thing I want to do is cardio, so I do more weight training."
"I also love yoga, focusing on my breathing and breathwork stretches," Courtney told Closer. "I go to yoga three times a week but I also try and do some yoga at home, especially in the mornings. Doing a stretching session after lifting heavy weights can be important, because you can kind of feel like you lack mobility after that, especially if you don't really stretch."
Courtney also makes sure to get her steps in. "I love going for walks and being outside, as well," she said, adding that she also might go for a "little" run. "I think walks are so beneficial, going for a walk is really underestimated. Sometimes the last thing I want to do when I wake up in the morning is go to the gym and if I am feeling that way, I'll just go for a walk. After I've had the fresh air and all the positivity has gone to my brain, I'm like 'maybe I will go to the gym.' Yeah, I feel like a walk is probably the most underestimated activity you can do."
Healthy eating is also a priority for Courtney. "Nutrition comes into it a lot, as well. If you try and fuel your body with good nourishing stuff, it's not as bad when you don't work out as much and you don't feel as guilty for it," she said. "Cashew nuts are my go-to snack at the moment. I also love celery with soft cheese or hummus."
Even when she is on the boat and doesn't have a lot of workout equipment, Courtney makes sure to exercise. "I'm always stretching, using booty bands and doing resistance band workouts in my cabin because you don't need a lot of space for that," she told Closer.
Courtney is a multitasker. "I love reading at the moment, but I like to read while I walk. Nobody can get their head around it, but I literally love it!" she confessed. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Martin, 37, shared pictures of her trip on social media, wearing a green bikini and enjoying the sunshine with her friends. "Happy MDW ??We've officially reached the start of summer!! Looking forward to our upcoming trips ✈️," she captioned the post.
Martin sticks to a healthy diet during the week and lets herself have more freedom and enjoyment on the weekends. She starts the day with an oat milk latte and has an "egg or oatmeal dish… it could be two hard-boiled eggs or two eggs scrambled with ham or turkey and veggies" at around 10am. Martin sometimes opts for overnight oats with berries and says "Starbucks egg white bites are a time-saver" when she's on the move.

Martin sometimes opts for overnight oats with berries and says "Starbucks egg white bites are a time-saver" when she's on the move.
Martin starts the day with some valuable me-time. "A few years ago, I read The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod and since then I've made it a point to set my alarm clock 30 minutes earlier than I need to be awake," she says. "Having this extra time, while everyone is still sleeping, makes a huge difference in my day. I spend that time focusing on gratitude, I do a quick 5 min meditation, make a daily to-do list, and some stretching/foam rolling. Those 30 minutes of quality "me time" sets the tone for a positive and productive day."
Martin protects her skin from the Miami sunshine with sun protection. "We all have [imperfections]," she says. "Makeup and Filters are fun, but don't be fooled. Everyone has flaws and insecurities. I've struggled with [sunspots], hyperpigmentation and melasma for years. With a consistent [skincare] routine and skin protection, I've seen a big improvement. The goal isn't perfect skin, it's healthy skin! It all starts with [SPF]."
Martin's approach to wellness is all about setting goals. "As a full-time anesthesiologist, busy mom, and new cast member on the Real Housewives of Miami, time is tight, but if you stay organized, set specific, achievable goals you'll be surprised at how much you can accomplish!" she says. "Whatever your goals are, it always helps to make a plan that uses the 'SMART' method. Set goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time bound."

Cülcüloğlu's approach to fitness is to support her confidence as well as her wellbeing. "It's never going to be like, a six pack, because I'm not doing a competition," she says of her abs. "Yeah, I know that I need to train in order to stay healthy – mentally and physically – to maintain myself. And I feel like that's what gives me confidence."

"Yeah, I know that I need to train in order to stay healthy – mentally and physically – to maintain myself. And I feel like that's what gives me confidence."
Cülcüloğlu says her favorite breakfast is scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and avocado, which is full of nutrients, protein, and healthy fats. "I mean, I like cooking," she says. "So [I'll cook the eggs] probably with butter, and a bit of milk. I won't make them in the microwave – I use a pan every time. I'll maybe add some salt. Maybe chives. And then smoked salmon. And some brown bread on the side to keep me going."
Cülcüloğlu refuses to restrict entire food groups. "Carbs are fine! Chocolate is fine! Having a drink is fine. It's all about moderation," she says. "I think you are what you eat, and you are what you put in your mind. I want to feed myself with protein. I want to feed myself with green leafy vegetables and drink plenty of water. When you eat well, you feel well…but I also want to have my chocolate."
Cülcüloğlu lifts weight to build strength. "I love to lift weights as it makes me feel strong," she says. "I love the gym, but appreciate not everyone has access to one. So, I always encourage people who are starting out with fitness to just get their body moving – you could even just go for a walk! The benefits of fitness are huge. My mother always tries to encourage her clients to do some form of fitness, as it can prove so powerful in helping your brain to stop over thinking."

Flowers, 31, shared pictures of herself posing in front of a mirror in a hot pink bathing suit and a pink cut-out dress, making a tongue-in-cheek reference to 2004 movie Mean Girls. "I don't care what day it is, I like wearing pink," she captioned the post.
Flowers trains with Eric Johnson of Trifecta Athletics, who helped her come up with an ideal exercise routine. "I appreciate a structured plan when it comes to working out," she says. "My schedule can be a little all over the place, so I find comfort in having consistency in fitness."
Flowers loves to play tennis or go for a run as fun ways to stay active. "Running has shown to improve heart health, assist with weight loss, and improve mood," according to the experts at Harvard Health. "Worried about your joints? Some studies have found that running may actually improve the health of aging knees and ease symptoms of osteoarthritis like joint pain and stiffness."
Flowers enjoys going on challenging yet beautiful hikes whenever she can. "Like all forms of exercise, hiking is one of the best ways to lose weight and is a method of stabilizing cholesterol levels," says the American Hiking Society. "On average, you burn 100 calories for every mile you walk."
Flowers enjoys the occasional green juice, which can offer health benefits to those who avoid vegetables. "There's no scientific evidence that extracted juices are healthier than the juice you get by eating the fruit or vegetable itself," says Katherine Zeratsky, RD, LD. "But if you don't enjoy eating fruits and vegetables, juicing may be a way to add them to your diet or to try fruits and vegetables you might not eat."
Flowers has melasma, which causes dark spots on patches on the skin. Flowers uses creams and laser treatments to stay on top of the condition. "I was starting to notice it in some of my pictures, and so were a couple [of] other people, actually — I had a doctor in my comments ask me when I was going to 'shave my 'stache!'" she says.

Caldirola, 30, shared pictures of her vacation, including snaps of herself looking sun kissed in a black bikini with bright pink lipstick, against a background of palm trees and blue skies. "Miami Beach ?️?," she captioned the post.
Caldirola approaches her health and wellness with sensible habits over fad diets. "I try to take care of my meals, eat five a day, drink a lot of water and green tea," she says. "In addition, I try to play sports when I can."
Caldirola works out not to lose weight but to build muscle. "Friday, the last training day of the week and in case I was thinking of relaxing over the weekend, I have to train with a lot of weight," she says. "My trainer says… 'Now you have two days to rest the muscle and watch it grow!' Contrary to what many people think, my focus is not to lose weight, but to gain it, but muscle mass… And how hard is that!"
Caldirola focuses on a vegetable-heavy diet. "The basis of my diet is vegetables, cereals, fruit and protein; the cheapest food," she says. "Others say they don't have time, but give yourself 20 minutes to prepare lentils and rice, it lasts a week in the fridge and is healthier."
Caldirola mixes up her workouts depending on how she feels. "As a daily routine, I always recommend doing a little of everything, working all the muscles in the body, since they are all necessary and functional," she says. "I suggest general fitness, aerobics, maybe working with your own weight, or functional training."
Caldirola doesn't restrict any food groups from her daily diet. "I do not eradicate any type of food from my diet, what I eat the most are vegetables and animal protein (chicken, fish)," she says. "That's where cereals, carbohydrates come from, and, obviously, drinking a lot of water."

"A week of healthy eating, cold dipping in the incredible lake Altaussee, enjoying the stunning landscape, laughing with friends and reconnecting with my body thanks to @mayrlife_official and the incredible team for a holistic approach to get to know my body better and rejuvenate," she captioned the post.
Doutzen's favorite exercise class is Ballet Beautiful with Mary Helen Bowers, which she does three times a week. "It keeps everything tight. I've worked out with her for two years and I really like the results," she told Vogue. "I used to always box and run, and with boxing, I would build a lot of muscle. After I had my son [Phyllon, age 3½], I started doing ballet. It makes you long and lean—it's like the Pilates look."
"One thing that I've always done since I was younger is suck in my stomach," Doutzen told Vogue about a fitness trick. "I think that gave me [ab] muscles. I don't even think about it—like when you sit in a car, use your core to sit up straight. You can work out sitting in a car! I did leg and butt exercises during my pregnancy, but I haven't done anything since I had my baby because I don't want to damage my stomach muscles. It's better to wait a while."
"Every morning I mix an orange, grapefruit, and lemon with wheatgrass or green powder in the blender," Doutzen revealed to Vogue. ""It's very sour. It doesn't taste good at all, but I do it because it's healthy." She added that healthy eating was instilled in her as a child. "Growing up, my mom gave me really healthy food. Everything was fresh from the garden and organic before the organic hype. I still eat mostly organic food."
Doutzen also juices. "I love Juice Press because they have some juices that actually taste good. I like to order at night and get it in the morning, then I don't have to press anything myself," she said.
Doutzen starts the morning with green juice, eggs, and avocado, and ends her day with fish and greens. For lunch she usually has a salad, or a salad and fries to "mix it up a little bit," she told Byrdie. She always brings healthy snacks with her. "I always like to have mixed raw nuts with me for when I get hungry—especially when I was pregnant I was scared I wasn't getting enough—or a banana."

Paulina enjoys outdoor activities, including kayaking. Kayaking is a great workout. Not only is it great for building upper body strength and helps reduce stress, but can burn up to 400 calories per hour, translating to 1,600 calories in four hours of paddling.
You can also find Paulina standup paddleboarding. "Grateful for the sun after many cloudy days," she captioned a photo of herself on the water. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.
Paulina claims that she doesn't diet. "I have never been able. Not even during the Miss Universe competition. I eat whatever provokes me, I just try to make it balanced. I know a lot about nutrition and I have done well implementing some tips."
Paulina hits the gym where she does strengthtraining. An average workout for her involves moves like leg lifts, squats, sled pushes, and pull-ups. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.
Bike riding is another healthy habit of Paulina's. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.
Paulina's physical trainer Juan Ubaque once revealed that his client consumes a lot of lean protein. "A Paulina breakfast can be scrambled eggs and orange juice; at mid-morning a slice or portion of mozzarella or peasant cheese, at lunch time chicken or fish with some salad; later some almonds and at night something similar to lunch," he said.

Mernes recently posted a stunning new set of photos. In it, she posed in a green swimsuit top with jeweled straps and a pink skirt, as well as a sheer pink top, swimsuit top, and denim skirt. She captioned the post, "Behind the smoke you can't see."
Mernes spends a lot of time outside. One thing she likes to do is go to the beach and go swimming. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself by the water. In a set of photos she posted, Mernes is seen on a boat and on a paddleboard. She captioned the post, "Made in Argentina."
Mernes opened up about her wellness routine in an interview. She says that she lives a pretty active life. "If I am skinnier it is because I am a thousand. But like everything, I eat well. The people around me know that I eat, it's not that I'm skinny, it's because I'm active, I dance a lot, I rehearse a lot, I'm doing things every day and I don't train, I should. Now I'm going to start swimming, but well the thing is that I never have a day off."
In the same interview, Mernes opened up about her past insecurities and spoke out about unfair beauty standards. "I didn't wear muscle or short sleeves because I said 'I have fatter arms' and people are going to judge me for that. I mean, imagine how my head was, really bad. And well, I had a really bad time at that moment and then I understood that it is not like that and that nothing is wrong. But you know what happens? It's that people put me in that place of the Argentine woman, that you have to fulfill a stereotype, that you have to wear these clothes, that you have to say or do this. And she broke my head that she felt that she had to comply with things that society imposes on her that are stupid."
She grew up admiring Thalia, Rihanna and Beyoncé. "I would watch them on TV and I couldn't believe it. I'd say: 'I hope one day I can see myself like them!' Because whenever I listened to them, they instilled a message of power and confidence in me," she told Billboard.
"One of the best (and easiest) ways to get vitamin D is by being outside. Our bodies produce vitamin D when exposed to sunlight—about 15 minutes in the sun a day is adequate if you're fair skinned. And since Vitamin D helps your body maintain calcium and prevents brittle, thin, or misshapen bones, soaking in sun may be just what the doctor ordered," says Select Health.
