Valeria Lipovetsky is a professional fitness model. She shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. Lipovetsky recently shared some Instagram stories from the gym. In one, she posted a selfie with the caption, “Hot Pilates for the win.” In the other, she is seen lifting weights.
In one of her Instagram stories, Lipovetsky is seen doing Pilates. According to The Cleveland Clinic, Pilates has a lot of benefits. “There’s quite a bit of stretching in Pilates — which translates to improved flexibility. In addition to expanding the range of activities you can do, flexibility may protect you from injury, help your muscles relax and help you retain both mobility and range of motion as you get older.”
Lipovetsky is seen strength training in her other Instagram story. Strength training has a lot of benefits. The Mayo Clinic states, “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury.”
Even though Lipovetsky is a model and influencer, she wants to set a good example for her followers. She talked about how social media isn’t real in the caption of this post. “I love my job and I love being able to connect with you all through social media but I’m also hyper-aware of how it impacts our minds and perceptions of those we follow. We know by now that social media isn’t REAL, it’s all the best parts and it often flattens us into two-dimensional characters. And it is so important that we remember that we are all more complex, that we’re all trying our best to figure things out as we go. There’s no such things as a perfect parent or a perfect relationship or a perfect business. We all face challenges whether it’s internal or in our environment and I hope this makes you feel less alone in that ❤️”
Lipovetsky shares a lot of her favorite foods in an Instagram story highlight. In one, she is seen enjoying oats. Harvard Health states that oats have a lot of benefits. “Oats contain several components that have been proposed to exert health benefits. The primary type of soluble fiber in oats is beta-glucan, which has been researched to help slow digestion, increase satiety, and suppress appetite. Beta-glucan can bind with cholesterol-rich bile acids in the intestine and transport them through the digestive tract and eventually out of the body. Whole oats also contain plant chemicals called phenolic compounds and phytoestrogens that act as antioxidants to reduce the damaging effects of chronic inflammation that is associated with various diseases like cardiovascular disease and diabetes.”
In another Instagram story on her highlight, Lipovetsky is seen enjoying mushrooms. UCLA Health states that mushrooms have a lot of benefits. “Vitamin D helps your body absorb calcium to maintain and build strong bones. Many people rely on supplements or sunshine to get vitamin D, but if you’re looking to get this nutrient through your diet, mushrooms may be the answer. They are the only type of produce that is a source of vitamin D.”

I have started tracking my workouts and keeping notes of what weights I am lifting for how many reps before I reach failure,” she told Fitness Gurls, revealing her current split.

In a recent post, Barbosa offered a glimpse into her vibrant routine, showcasing her workouts, nutritious meals, and motivational outlook. Captioning the carousel, “Califa vibes. Turning dreams into reality ?,” Barbosa left fans inspired to embrace a healthier lifestyle. From rigorous leg extensions to savoring nutrient-packed meals like salmon and sweet potatoes, Barbosa’s regimen is a testament to her dedication to holistic well-being.
In her Instagram post, Barbosa is seen using the leg extension machine. Asphalt Green states that doing this can have a lot of health benefits. “Leg extensions using this exercise machine work your thighs. In fact, that’s basically the only thing that they work. That’s great if you want to build strength and mass quickly.”
Barbosa is also seen using the elliptical in her Instagram post. The Cleveland Clinic states that using this machine can have a lot of health benefits. “Elliptical machines provide a great cardio workout,” says certified exercise physiologist Taylor Easterling. “Depending on how you use the elliptical, you can put your upper body, core and lower body to the test. You work both your upper and lower body, so you may burn more calories than on other exercise equipment.”
Barbosa is seen enjoying a salmon dish in her Instagram post. The Mayo Clinic reports that salmon has a lot of health benefits. “Seafood in general, and salmon in particular, is a good choice for protein in the diet. If you can use salmon in place of a higher fat meat, that's even better. Salmon is probably best known for its omega-3 fatty acids. Called EPA and DHA, these fats may support heart health, brain function and healthy joints.”
Barbosa is seen eating asparagus in her Instagram post. The Mayo Clinic states that asparagus has a lot of benefits. “Asparagus can be part of a well-balanced diet. Low in fat and calories, one-half cup or five spears cooked contain only 20 calories. The primary nutrients in asparagus are vitamin K and folate.”
Barbosa is also seen enjoying sweet potatoes in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, these have a lot of benefits. “Sweet potatoes are a source of potassium and vitamin A. These veggies also are a source of some B vitamins. And like many vegetables, they are a good source of fiber and relatively low in calories. One-half of a large sweet potato has just 81 calories.”

more...Katya Elise Henry, a fitness model and influencer, is dedicated to maintaining her strength and health. She recently shared a gym video on Instagram, captioned, "Everyday hustle," showcasing exercises like deadlifts and lunges with weights. From lifting heavy to enjoying outdoor activities like swimming, Henry demonstrates how consistency and variety can keep workouts effective and enjoyable.
In her Instagram video, Henry is seen using heavy weights to workout. This has a lot of benefits. ACE Fitness states, "Using heavy weights increases intramuscular coordination, the number of type II motor units and the amount of muscle fibers engaged within a specific muscle. Have you ever felt your muscles shaking while lifting heavy weights? This is because you are recruiting and activating the larger type II muscle fibers, which are only stimulated to work when a muscle is challenged with heavy resistance or working to fatigue."
Henry is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram video. The exercise has a lot of benefits. According to ACE Fitness, "When done correctly, the RDL is an effective exercise that helps strengthen both the core and the lower body with one move. Unlike the traditional barbell deadlift and other quad-dominant exercises such as leg presses, which place significant loads on the anterior portion of the knees, the RDL focuses most of the physical work on the muscles responsible for extending the hip and the knee from the posterior."
Henry is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The lunge has a lot of health benefits. The Mayo Clinic reports, "The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer."
Henry is seen doing squats with a barbell in this Instagram video. According to Allina Health, squats are very beneficial. "The squat is one of the all-around best exercises to do for your lower body. It strengthens and tones muscles in your thighs, butt and calves and improves posture, balance, flexibility and inner core strength. Squatting also improves bone mineral density to keep your bones strong."
Henry spends a lot of time at the beach. She shares a lot of posts of herself there on Instagram. Naturally, Henry likes to swim to keep herself in shape. She included some photos of herself in the water in this carousel post. Better Health states that swimming has a lot of benefits. "Swimming is a great workout because you need to move your whole body against the resistance of the water. Swimming is a good all-round activity because it: keeps your heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off your body, builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness."

more...Cassandre Davis, a fitness model with a significant following on Instagram and YouTube, is known for her dedication to staying in excellent shape. Recently, she shared a post on Instagram showcasing her toned abs, captioning it, "Flat flat." In addition to sharing glimpses of her workouts, Davis provides fitness advice and techniques through her content. Her workout routines often focus on strength training exercises, such as deadlifts, squats, and hip thrusts, which are designed to build a strong and sculpted physique. Whether it's in the gym or through her online presence, Davis demonstrates her commitment to a consistent and effective fitness regimen.
Davis has an amazing lower body. She shared some of her favorite workouts in this YouTube video. One exercise that Davis is seen doing are deadlifts. NASM states that deadlifts have a lot of benefits. "A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement."
Davis is also seen doing squats in her glute workout YouTube video. Squats have a lot of benefits. Allina Health states, "The squat is one of the all-around best exercises to do for your lower body. It strengthens and tones muscles in your thighs, butt and calves and improves posture, balance, flexibility and inner core strength. Squatting also improves bone mineral density to keep your bones strong."
Davis is also seen doing hip thrusts in her YouTube video. Hip thrusts have a lot of health benefits. Gymless states, "Hip thrusts are a controlled and powerful movement, mainly focusing on the glutes, hamstrings, lower back, and core. This exercise is vital for developing a stronger posterior chain, contributing to improved athletic performance, alleviating lower back pain, and enhancing overall physique. Considering that about 65 million Americans experience some form of back pain, hip thrusts are a great exercise to include in your routine."
Davis shared this YouTube video of herself exercising in the gym. In it, she is seen doing a plank exercise. Planks have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic states, "Plank exercises work your core muscles, which are located between your pelvic floor and diaphragm. The area is also known as your trunk. These muscles support your movements and stabilize the spine."
Davis is seen strength training in the previous YouTube video. Strength training exercises have a lot of benefits. The Mayo Clinic states, "Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities."

I've heard I don't post enough upper body (hehe) so here we go. Unfortunately the gym in my new house ain't fully ready yet so 'old' content will have to do it for now.
In her Instagram video, Löwes is seen working out with weights. She is also seen doing this in this video. In the latter post's caption, Löwes talked about her journey with strength training. "I used to train more like this in the beginning of my fitness journey then I transferred into more sets and fewer exercises. Now I'm back to enjoying both! Lots of exercises with light/medium weights, slow motions, lots of mindful muscle connection leaves your muscles exhausted. It's so nice to work out a sweat using weights from time to time! I never get sweaty moving heavy weights.. The workout ??1. Side To Side Lunge 3×10/side 2. SM Reverse Hypers 4×15 3. SM Deep Pause Squat 3×12 4.Standing DB Abductions 3×15/side 5. Cross Over Kickbacks 2×15/Side 6. Cable Kickbacks 2×15/Side 7. SM Front Squats 3×10 8. Cable Lunges 2×15/side."
Löwes likes to do bodyweight exercises to keep herself in shape. She shared one of her favorite circuits in this Instagram video. Löwes captioned it, "Let's go! ???️Always loved these bodyweight circuits, especially in the sunset light! ??♀️ Moving your body is a luxury! You don't need all that fancy gym gear to get a sweat sess in which is enough to release endorphins and turn up the mood ?Try 30 sec of each move x 5 1️⃣ Reverse Lunge Crunches 2️⃣ In & Out Jumps 3️⃣ Mountain Climber Runs 4️⃣ Upside Down Plank Walks 5️⃣ Jumping Lunges."
Löwes likes to do lunges to keep herself in shape. She is seen doing them in the previous two Instagram links. Lunges have a lot of health benefits. The Columbia Association states, "Lunges may look simple, but there's a lot going on at the same time, which works wonders for your balance and mobility. Since you work one leg at a time, you're also activating your stabilizer muscles for better stability."
Löwes likes to do RDLs to keep herself in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself demonstrating the proper technique for them. Löwes captioned it, "?Common mistakes:– Not bending your knees enough– Letting your back/upper body fall forward rather than your hips pushed back– Taking a very narrow stance with toes facing straight forward instead of a hip with stance with toes pointing slightly outwards– Allowing the weight to go all the way down to the floor rather than stopping at knee hight.Hope this helps! ???"
Löwes shared some of her favorite core workouts in this Instagram video. She captioned the post, "4 Standing Exercises For Abs/Core that I personally like ?1️⃣ Cable Crunches – always in my core routine! (Abs) 2️⃣ Kettlebell Circles – tougher than they look! (Core) 3️⃣ Kettlebell March – (Core) 4️⃣ Oblique Cable Crunches – (Obliques)."

more...Fitness model, coach, and plant based nutrition guru, Anaïs Zanotti, helps women (especially over 40) reach their health goals. On Instagram, Anaïs posted a photo of her looking confident, on a slideshow of tips and advice to keep you on track, even during the holidays. "With Thanksgiving ? and Christmas ? just around the corner, it's easy to feel tempted to hit pause on your health and fitness journey and wait until January to start fresh. But here's the truth: summer bodies are built in the winter. ?❄ True transformation happens when you maintain your progress all year long," she said.
She finds ways to challenge herself in the gym, avoiding getting too comfortable with her workouts. "When it comes to lifting weights, challenging yourself is key! I follow the rule of 3: your last 3 reps should be tough—almost at your limit—but still with perfect form. If your muscles aren't burning or you feel too comfortable, chances are you're not pushing hard enough to see real results," she said on Instagram. "For us ladies over 40, maintaining muscle is even more important because our bodies naturally start losing it if we don't give them a reason to keep it. That's why effective, challenging training is a must. It's not about working harder—it's about working smarter."
She focuses on her back muscles during workouts. "Hey ladies! If you're aiming for that curvy, toned hourglass body ⏳, don't skip back day! A strong back gives the illusion of a smaller waist and adds balance with nice shoulders, a V-shaped back, and firm glutes," she said on an Instagram video.
She works on strengthening her lower body. "I always start with 4 sets of Barbell Hip Thrusts, paired with some band abductions to activate those glutes," she said on a video on Instagram. "This routine is geared more towards advanced lifters, but feel free to take inspiration for your own workouts. I love sharing my personal routine, but keep in mind that every one of my clients has different goals and is at a different stage in their fitness journey."
She's dedicated to a healthy lifestyle and eating a vegan diet. "I've been thriving on a vegan diet for the past 8 years. At 42, I'm stronger and more vibrant than ever! ??Many people think you can't build muscle on a plant-based diet, but I'm here to bust that myth! I eat around 160 grams of plant-based protein every day and have no muscle deficiencies. ?Here's what my daily protein intake looks like: ? Tofu & Tempeh ? Lentils & Chickpeas ? Nuts & Seeds ?Quinoa & Buckwheat ? Plant-based protein powders in my morning oats. I also use, pea crumble, TVP, Fava bean tofu, Pumfu and Seitan. Remember, it's all about the right balance and dedication. If I can do it, so can you," she said on Instagram.
She incorporates plenty of protein into her diet. "Ladies, did you know that getting enough protein is crucial as we age, especially for us women over 40? Protein helps maintain muscle mass, supports metabolism, and keeps our bodies strong and vibrant," she said on Instagram. According to Piedmont, "while you may watch your calories, sugar and salt intake, you should also make sure you are ingesting enough protein. It plays a key role in the creation and maintenance of every cell in our bodies. It fuels our cells and powers our bodies."

more...Natascha Oceane is doing a kneeling jump while on vacay in her workout gear. In a new social media post the fitness model takes a break from sightseeing in Japan to get her sweat on, showing off her famous figure in a two-piece exercise set. "Happy you are enjoying life ?" commented one of her followers.
In her new post, Natascha hikes Mount Fuji. "Found a big, old volcano so ofc we had to go take a little look inside the crater and you'll never guess what we found ??????," she captioned the post. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:
Building stronger muscles and bones
Improving your sense of balance
Improving your heart health
Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems
Natacha is one of the many fitness experts who relies on cold plunging to help with muscle recovery. There is limited research supporting the benefits of cold plunges, which may include easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increased focus, improved sleep, and decreased inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes basic post-sport recovery.
When it comes to cardio, cycling is one of Oceane's main forms of fitness. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.
Oceane is also a runner. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.
In one post Natacha discusses how plyometric workouts are super effective. "Plyometric (v low ground contact time) and explosive (near maximal force in *every* rep) exercises are huge for moving more like an athlete: more power, fast twitch muscle fibres, better running economy, stronger bones, fewer injuries etc etc ?? So they're always staples for functional development, alongside all ya classics like squats, lunges + hip hinges ofc," she says, revealing some of her "fave, more accessible movements to sprinkle into lower body days!"
Snap step-up and knee drive (10 reps/side x 3): pause between reps if it helps you maintain your balance: all that matters is that we're really *snapping* forcefully downwards+upwards together
Multidirectional skater hops (30s x 3): stay up on your toes to minimise ground contact time. Slow it all down to start and once you've found your rhythm you'll be unstoppable ?
Weighted snap step-up and knee drive (8-12 reps/side x 3): just like before but on a smith so we can focus a little less on stabilisation and instead max out our power generation. A light weight works: we still want <1 second knee drives
Pogo hops to box jump (30s x 3): quick, low pogo hops (staying up on the toes and without much knee flexion) straight into a box jump
Explosive quarter squats (15 x 3): full-range barbell squats are king but explosive low-range squats all the way up into a calf extension can really help with sprinting, accelerating, vertical jump and just becoming ✨dynamic✨
Rapid single leg calf raises (10-15 per side x 3): speedy down, speedy up! I do mine with my non-working knee up to help minimise knee flexion ?️♀️
DB hang power clean (15 x 3): extend at the hips (drive them forwards) quickly and snap up. Land with slightly bent knees if you're going for heavier weight!
Sprints: >80% sprints (so generally <30seconds) with +1min of rest to really target your power.

more...Chloe Ting is sharing a motivational message with her followers – in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post the fitness model and influencer shows off her fit figure in a two-piece workout set while sharing some inspiring before-and-after images of her clients. "When you're on a fitness journey, sometimes you might get demotivated, especially when life/work/stress gets in the way. It's hard to stay focus on your journey without getting overwhelmed. A gentle reminder that you're doing OK! Be kind to yourself and don't feel guilty.
You're trying and doing your best and that's what matters. Remember that results take time and focus on doing what you can each day. So super proud of these girls and they did an amazing job with their journey. I'm sure they had their struggles too, and it took them time. You'll reach your goals in time as well and remember that you're not alone!" she captioned the Instagram video. How does she approach exercise? Here are her top fitness tips.
Starting on a fitness plan, "can be very overwhelming as there are things to consider such as your diet, your form, your consistency," says Ting. She recommends that beginners start by changing their mindset. "You need to be committed to this and be able to identify what is possible for you today and what is your limit. Some people go cold turkey and jump on a diet or start intense exercises, and there's no sustainability with that. Start small, make incremental changes, and build strength over time and it's all a gradual process," she tells Her World.
Chloe wasn't in a good place mentally when she discovered fitness. "I suffered from panic attacks and anxiety, and also had a history of being bullied at work so I ended up taking a break from work," she told Her World. "With more time to spend on self-care, I gained an interest in fitness and I was just drawn to getting myself physically stronger. This then had a huge positive impact on my mental health. Besides that, I've also suffered from gut-related health issues, which have impacted my quality of life, but thankfully I'm in a better place now, both mentally and physically, and using my platform to spread positivity and self-love."
Find ways to motivate yourself, Chloe suggests. "It's become a routine for me to work out in the morning, and checking that off early in the day makes me feel accomplished as I move on to my next task of the day," Chloe adds. "I think everyone's strategy to stay motivated is a little different. You have to identify what would work for you and give yourself time to build up that familiarity in your schedule so that it becomes a natural routine."
Chloe is a big advocate of walking. "Waited a year for this! So glad to walk around the lake with 9,572,480 people..and oh the flowers were beautiful! ??Where are the best spots to see cherry blossoms in South Korea?! This one was pretty breathtaking!" she captioned a post.
Weightlifting is a key part of Chloe's routine, with dumbbells at the core of it. "Dumbbells would be quite useful for this challenge. If your goal is to grow some muscles then it will be necessary to make each week more challenging, and also eating more to fuel muscle growth. If you're new to working out, then you can do this program without dumbbells first, and progress to add some weights if you wish to!" says Chloe in a video.

Katie's fitness philosophy is rooted in planning, consistency, and smart nutrition. "Set a goal, then create a map of how to get there," she advises. Katie incorporates HIIT workouts, challenging her muscles with every rep, and relies on a go-to list of exercises like planks, lunges, and push-ups to stay fit. Her diet tips focus on balance, protein-packed meals, and counting macros over calories. Katie's lifestyle proves that staying in shape is all about preparation and finding what works for you.
If you want to get in shape, it takes planning says Katie. "The first thing is to set a goal then create a map of how to get there. Having something to follow every day will keep you on track. Then, take a look at your nutrition, immediately cut out soda, sugars, and alcohol," she told Squat Wolf.
Katie recommends high intensity interval training for weight loss. "HIIT workouts are the quickest way to put fat over steady cardio so implement that around 4x a week," she says. There is lots of research backing up the benefits of HIIT workouts, including body fat reduction, improved cardiovascular function, and mental health. It is also time effective.
"Continue to push yourself in the gym. The last 5 reps of every exercise should be a challenge," Katie tells Squat Wolf. "Don't lift just to reach the rep number, use it as a baseline and push yourself. For those of you trying to lean, keep your reps around 12-15. Take before and after photos weekly."
Here are Katie's go-to exercises:
Bench Mountain Climber
Bench Push Up
Bench V Up
Side Lunge
Plank Hip Dips
Ski Jump
Leg Lift
Katie also shared the following diet tips with Squat Wolf:
Counts macros over calories, when you count calories you don't know how nutrient dense or deficient you are.
Eat protein with every meal
Hydrate
Read the labels and cut out all processed foods and ingredients
Be prepared, meal prep
Add greens for fiber and other crucial nutrients
Don't skip breakfast
Eat every 3-4 hours to keep the metabolism working
Shop organic
Find a balance and something that works for your lifestyle. If you have an unattainable diet regimen you won't stick to it.

In a new social media post the fitness model and trainer shows off her fantastic physique in a two-piece exercise set while divulging details about her new program. "Sometimes everyone needs their A$? Kicked!!" she writes in the caption. "My approach combines accountability with strong community support, ensuring sustainable results that last. Having guided countless women, from celebrities to entrepreneurs and fellow moms, I've seen amazing transformations thanks to our vibrant community. My focus is on holistic, long-term health practices, not quick fixes."
Lyzabeth is a fan of sled pushing. "Work work WORK!! Ladies, if you're looking to level up your fitness game, try pushing heavy sleds! ? Here's why:
Strength Boost: Targets legs, glutes, and core for serious muscle gains.
Heart Health: Elevates your heart rate and improves endurance.
Power & Speed: Builds explosive strength that'll enhance your athletic performance.
Functional Fitness: Perfect for everyday strength and stability.
Metabolic Kick: High-intensity and great for fat loss.
Joint-Friendly: Tough on the workout, easy on the joints.
Core Strength: Engages your core for better stability.
Push through, power up, and see the results!" she writes.
Lyzabeth is a golfer. "Watch the ball!" she captioned a post. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.
"Embrace failure as a stepping stone, not a setback. In fitness and in life, every failure is a chance to learn, grow, and push beyond your limits," Lyzabeth writes in the same post. "We all fall off track with our healthy eating and workout goals. It's important to remember that setbacks are just a part of the process, not the end of the road. What matters most is how we respond and get back on track. Don't let fear of failure hold you back; use it as fuel to become stronger and more resilient. Keep striving, keep improving, and remember: failure is just a part of the journey to success."
When it comes to glutes, Lyzabeth knows exactly how to train. "When you're training to add size to your legs and glutes, the type and amount of cardio you do, along with what you eat, can affect the gains you're trying to achieve. The best cardio to assist with this goal would include sprint training and lower body HIIT or met-con training. The worst type of cardio would include long-duration, over 60 minutes of steady-state cardio, for example, long-distance runs," she writes.
Lyzabeth also enjoys boxing. In a recent post she demonstrates she has a lot of pack to her punch. Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.

She reposted her friend's Instagram story, a picture of them on a walk with coffee, laughing, captioned, "we walk." She even puts a healthy spin on her time spent with friends by doing things like going on walks instead of just sitting at a coffee shop. Here are some other ways that Mari stays healthy and in shape.
She focuses on keeping her skin healthy and clear. "My skin journey over the last 10 years has been an emotional one. There has been a lot of inner healing that had to happen, and finding the right skincare," she said on Instagram. She goes on to say "I've had to learn to love and accept myself through the highs & the lows of this journey. I want anyone else who struggles with acne to know that it does get better, and that healing requires patience & self love. Along with healing through proper diet, supplements, and eliminating environmental toxins, the @clearstemskincare products I've used have made an incredible difference. Their clear skin kit which includes GENTLECLEAN, CLEARITY, CELLRENEW, and HYDRAGLOW have been game changers for my skincare routine."
Even when she's sick, she finds the motivation and gets back on track ASAP. "First real session back since being sick & it feels so good!!! wanted to do something quick/full body to get back into it ?? drinking my @bloomsupps sparkling energy ?," she said on Instagram.
On two back to back videos on Instagram, the first one asks "how bad did it hurt?" The next one says, "enough to become the strongest version of myself mentally & physically and change my life forever." The video is captioned, "so much growth between those two clips I can't even wrap my head around it. what a journey, also, me & bby greg on the stair master together," and shows that she makes it a point to recognize progress and celebrate how much she's improved.
She knows how important it is and how far she can come if she stays consistent with her health and fitness goals, and continues to work on herself everyday. "What a wild ride. The last 7 years has been so transformative, so grateful to my younger self for not giving up," she said on Instagram.
She knows that it's important to find a mental and emotional escape, so she enjoys spending time riding horses. "Nothing brings me peace like horses ? ps shoutout to my horse husband who trotted & loped for the first time with zero fear ?," she said on Instagram on video clips of the horses and her riding them. According to heart.org, "a study commissioned on behalf of the British Horse Society found that horseback riding is indeed a good cardiovascular workout. Even just a half hour of riding is considered "moderate exercise," said BHS PR executive Megan Hawkins, "while trotting exerts more energy than playing badminton."

Elisabetta is a fan of pilates. "What I like is that Pilates really defines the muscles," she told People. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health." It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.
Elisabetta sweats for sweets. "I love sugar, and I know that if I don't work out, I can't eat that," she told People about her motivation to exercise. "Bread pudding has become an obsession. Potatoes any way you can cook them. And carbs! I would love to crave spinach, but it's not going to happen."
Elisabetta understands the importance of fueling her body. "You have to force yourself to eat a lot to have more energy because we rehearse so much. My body has always had curves but I've never had the kind of flat abs I have now — for the first time in my life I can see my abs!" she told Shape "I'm very athletic," she added to SheKnows. "I love sports. I'm never on a diet regimen. I love food. When I'm not on the show, I eat a lot of protein and carbs."
Strength training workouts are also a key part of Elisabetta's approach to fitness. She recently shared a video to social media showing off her routine. It involved a lot of combination exercises, working multiple muscle groups at once as well as small weights. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:
Develop strong bones
Manage your weight
Enhance your quality of life
Manage chronic conditions
Sharpen your thinking skills
Elisabetta kickboxes. "Yesterday I won my first kickboxing match, it was a fun and tiring experience but it gave me so much. This sport has introduced me to people who have literally changed my life like Angelo Valente who with his sacrifice, passion and professionalism encouraged me to get in the ring last night… If Angelo didn't believe in me I would never have done this madness," she captioned a recent post about how she discovered the sport.

Helps me recover & build muscle mass. 4️⃣Whey Protein- I have a shake at least once everyday! This powder is sooo tasty and blends perfectly."
When it comes to losing the baby weight, Lima is being consistent. However, that doesn't mean she's pressuring herself. Lima shared this video on Instagram of herself in the gym. She captioned the post, "Give yourself grace. Give yourself time ??11 months and I'm finally starting to notice changes. It takes a lot of consistency, following a structured workout plan, and proper nutrition. Make yourself a priority ?"
In the previous blurb's Instagram video, Lima is seen using weights. In it, she is seen doing squats with a dumbbell and weighted machine and using the leg press machine with a weight. According to The Mayo Clinic, using weights has a lot of benefits. "Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age."

Doing core workouts is extremely important. The Mayo Clinic states, "Core exercises train the muscles in your core to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and steadiness, also called stability. Stability is important whether you're on the playing field or doing regular activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles."

She stays consistent to work towards her health and wellness goals. "We are what we repeatedly do." In other words, the shape of our dreams is built daily, each choice we make brings us closer or further away from our goals," she said on Instagram (translated to english). According to the Mayo Clinic, "any amount of activity is better than none. To gain the benefits of exercise, just get more active throughout your day. For example, take the stairs instead of the elevator or rev up your household chores. Consistency is key."
Starting can be the most difficult part, so it's important to just begin the journey. "The first step is to start, until you get the taste and focus comes along #strongmindstrongbody #alicematos #shape #fitness #lifestyle," she said on Instagram.
She rides the wave, and all the ups and downs that come along with the fitness journey. "And along the way there were many ups and downs. But intense or moderate training, a diet that kicks the bucket and seeks the bucket and regular sleep are the best anti-aging there is ⏳ the thing is to stay constant #strongmindstrongbody #alicematos #shape #fitness #lifestyle," she said on Instagram.
She works hard on her mental and physical strength. "Life isn't about being perfect, it's about being so ridiculously passionate that people think [you're] a little crazy," she said on Instagram (translated to english). Passion for fitness can stem from how incredible you feel when you workout regularly. "People who exercise regularly tend to do so because it gives them an enormous sense of well-being. They feel more energetic throughout the day, sleep better at night, have sharper memories, and feel more relaxed and positive about themselves and their lives. And it's also a powerful medicine for many common mental health challenges," according to helpguide.org.
She focuses on self improvement and making the right choices. "If you don't know what to look for in life right now. Stop self-sabotaging. Start the change today. Look for yourself. Look for becoming the healthiest, happiest, most healed, most present, most confident version of yourself. Then the right path will reveal itself," she said on Instagram.
