Taking to Instagram on Thursday, Vicky posted the sensational picture of her wearing a strappy plunging purple bikini set which complimented her curves.

Other photos showed the reality star posing in a red bikini and enjoying a cocktail.

The television personality also showcased her ample cleavage in an animal print bikini for a sizzling snap.

The Geordie queen explained how she'd been spending her spare time relaxing with her fiancé Ercan Ramadan.

This comes after she opened up last year revealing she was diagnosed with premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) which left her with 'suicidal thoughts'.

The media personality revealed the condition left her suffering from a 'constant cycle' of despair at certain periods of the month.

Vicky now regularly encourages her 5.5million Instagram followers to looking after their physical and mental health.

The reality star appeared on Good Morning Britain last year to discuss her PMDD, and described it as an 'overwhelming' feeling which happens to the body.

Talking on the show, she said: 'Building a sand castle of good habits, great relationships positive habits, going for morning runs, drinking green juice giving birth to an avocado, whatever it is.

'And then every month, a wave comes and takes away all those things and leaves only hopelessness and despair.

'It's this constant cycle. It was despair, hopelessness, overwhelm, chronic fatigue, crippling anxiety, and - in some darker moments - suicidal thoughts.'

Wanting to raise awareness for the topic, Vicky explained that the condition can often be 'misdiagnosed as depression'.

She has called on the NHS to start treating the two as separate issues as '10 percent of women are diagnosed with PMDD but the number of people could be much higher could be much higher.'

Vicky gushed in an Instagram post, after Ercan proposed to her during a romantic getaway in Dubai.

She wrote: 'I choose you and I'll choose you over and over without pause, without a doubt, in a heartbeat... It'll always be you.'

In another post in which she shared a picture of her sparkling ring, Vicky wrote: 'Sorry guys, I don't want to bore anyone with engagement spam... but I'm just not over this beautiful moment, my beautiful man or this beautiful ring...

'Thank you all for your incredibly kind messages... We're on cloud 9.'

On Friday, the SKIMS mogul, 41, posted a series of pictures on Instagram showing off her glistening body in a fuchsia string bikini and oversized sunglasses in what appeared to be a throwback to her Bahamas getaway with Pete Davidson, 28, earlier this month.

"Still spamming vacay pics ?," she captioned the images.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians alum's family and famous immediately flocked to the comments section to shower Kardashian with love.

"Oh my soul," her sister Khloé Kardashian wrote, while friend and television personality La La Anthony commented, "Yesterday u said I wasn't playing fair so what do u call t his today Kimberly?? ??????????????????????????."

Since returning from her trip, Kardashian has continued to post seductive beach photos with what appear to be small nods to her romance with the Saturday Night Live star.

She posted an Instagram photo in which she rocks a Good American black, string bikini while posing and rolling around in the sand.

"Beach ?️arty," Kardashian captioned the post, making sure to notably accentuate the letter "P" by selecting a special letter emoji that fans believe could have been a subtle shutout to Davidson.

In another series of bikini-clad shots, Kardashian's social media followers noticed the shadow of the photographer and wondered if it could be the comedian star behind the camera.

Kardashian and Davidson were spotted earlier this week arriving to Amazon co-founder Jeff Bezos' house for a dinner party with her mother, Kris Jenner, and Corey Gamble.

Kelly Ripa a celebrated television personality flaunts her fit body at age 53.

In an episode of Harper's Bazaar The Food Diaries, Kelly detailed everything she eats in a day, starting with a glass of water and "something called Get Off Your Acid. Daily Greens, which is spirulina spinach, kale, all ground to a powder that you mix into water and it is for alkalining, your digestive system," she said. She follows that with a large coffee and her morning supplements, "which is my foundational vitamin, my multivitamin, ginger, and my probiotic."

After hosting her morning show, she will have "a green apple cut up" and blends them with two tablespoons of almond butter and a teaspoon of cinnamon. "And I eat that like a porridge, if you will, and that is my first chewable food of the day," she says.

"I work out seven days a week. My body wants to work out," Kelly said. She usually watches a show while she works out on the treadmill.

Kelly moves on to "what I consider brunch, if you will, because I eat lunch at such a weird hour," she says. "It's really like a breakfast, lunch. I have a big salad of micro greens with avocado and toasted nuts on top. Sometimes I have pine nuts, sometimes I have pumpkin seeds, sometimes I have walnuts, sometimes I have cashews, whatever I'm in the mood for." She added that for two years avocado toast "was pretty much the foundation of my diet, and I had it with just about every meal. Sometimes I would fry an egg and add that on top. Sometimes a piece of cheese would accompany the avocado toast, but the avocado toast was a real staple of my diet," she added.

"For dinner, I have usually a smaller version of the same salad that I had for lunch, and then I have either mixed grilled greens or whatever's in season," she continued. "I try to eat whatever is in season in terms of vegetables, and then I have usually some sort of plant protein mixed in there, like a grilled tofu. Sometimes I'll have a fried tofu, sometimes I have some sort of tahini."

As for snacks, "I have handfuls of nuts, lots of raw cashews, lots of raw almonds, lots of raw pistachios," says Kelly. "I never eat more than a handful, but I have several handfuls a day. I try not to have that many cheat meals because cheat meals lead to a cheat lifestyle at my age, and this is at my age, so if you are younger, enjoy that aspect of your life. But at my age now, I find that it takes too much effort to get ready, so I just stay ready if that makes any sense."

On occasion Kelly will eat cake. "On my birthday, will I have cake? Of course, I'm not a monster. At Christmas, do I eat cookies? Yes, I'm a human being. But in general terms, I try not to cheat too much. What I will indulge in is a delicious chocolate covered almond or chocolate covered cashew," she said, "so I still feel like there's something healthy in there. I also have been making a chia pudding, like delicious chocolate chia pudding."

Kelly ends the day "right before bed" with a nightcap. "I have a giant ginger turmeric tea." She then takes her evening supplements and "I truly fall asleep within 25 minutes."

The pair reunited in May 2016 shortly after Millie's split from her first husband, rapper Professor Green, 40.

Kelly exercises every day that ends in Y. "I work out seven days a week. And I try to workout an hour and a half a day, no matter what — whether I'm working or not," she told Yahoo's In the Know. Kelly's workout of choice is dance-inspired. "I think that energy begets energy," she told ITK. "There are people that say, 'You must hate working out!' It's going to be so hard to push your way through [with that attitude], and I love working out. But it's like developing a love for anything: You have to really practice it to love it. And, so, I found that years ago I really figured out that the more energy I put into the gym or left on the dance floor, the more energy came back to me." Kelly quit drinking in 2017, maintaining that it contributes to her "healthy lifestyle." "We did both quit drinking almost three years ago. Not that we were sitting around drinking day and night, but I think that there is something about like clean living—maybe that's what did it. Maybe that's the difference," she told Parade about her and Mark's joint decision to put down the bottle.

Kelly follows a high-alkaline diet, telling People that the low-acid meal plan is "responsible for [her] not being in pain" as it is anti-inflammatory. "I actually eat much more on this cleanse than I do in my actual life, but it's what you eat and how you eat it."

In addition to dancing four times a week Kelly also does SoulCycle twice, she told People. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

While Kelly isn't strictly plant-based when it comes to her diet, she keeps animal products to a minimum. "I like to drink coffee. I occasionally will have fish. The alkaline diet is primarily a vegan diet, but I like cream in my coffee. I like to have a glass of wine. So I don't adhere to it strictly, but when I do a cleanse, it will be seven days, and then I go back to my normal life. But my normal life, like I said, is not that different than the alkaline cleanse," she told People.

In a new social media post the television personality-slash-exercise queen looks incredible in a rainbow two-piece as she gives her followers a tutorial on a key exercise. In the video, Brooke lays on her side, propping herself up on her arm with her legs bent and does "what is essentially a variation of a side crunch," says Philadelphia-based trainer Kendra Gamble of HIT Fitness. The low impact exercise is a great way to strengthen the entire tummy.

"So here's what it is going to look like," Brooke says in the clip. "You are going to crunch and straighten and crunch," she says, recommending "15 on each leg." She adds: "Point your toes and reach, make sure you are engaging your core."

What muscles does it work? "The way she's doing it specifically works the internal and external obliques, which are core muscles," says Gamble. She does note that side crunches aren't going to be the miracle move to get rid of love handles. "Only diet does that," she reminds. "You can't spot reduce fat."

Gamble says it is a great exercise for beginners, "who don't work out much," because it can help them learn how to activate their core to get stronger core muscles and help them understand what's really working. However, she wouldn't recommend side crunches to a person with a spinal injury like a herniated disc.

As for the early morning workout, Brooke is definitely onto something. A 2023 study published in the journal Obesity found that early morning sweat sessions — between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. — could help with weight loss. According to their research, people who did moderate to vigorous exercise in the morning had lower body mass indexes than people who exercised at midday or in the evening. "Working out in the morning is beneficial because you are rested and refreshed and your body is full of energy," Gamble adds. "If you work out in the morning it sets the tone for the day giving you more energy." And, "most people when they save a workout for after work they end up not doing it because they are tired."

The reality star explained that when she applied to be on Love Island, she was the most confident she'd ever been.

She worked out and ate well, and was a size 8 when she entered the villa, before dropping to a size 6 while on the show.

Millie wrote: 'After the show, I gradually put weight back on, and rediscovering my curves made me feel sexy. But recently, I’ve received nasty comments on social media about my size-10 figure, with some people even asking if I’m pregnant.'

She pointed out: 'Can you imagine if I couldn’t have children or I was trying for a baby and not succeeding?'

Millie went on: 'Even though I’m now happy with the way I am, inside and out, those comments hurt. I’m human – nobody likes to feel judged.'

The television personality added: 'Although most people have been really kind about my new bod- there have been quite a lot of nasty comments with people even going as far to say they only liked me before when I was, in their words, an advocate for curvy women.

'Listen, I am an advocate for WOMEN full stop. Whatever your shape, whatever your size- & the only reason I started doing my 'Instas versus reality' in the 1st place was to show everyone that we are all capable of taking a good picture for the gram- & we shouldn't be comparing our beautiful bodies to anyone else's- especially not someone else's carefully curated Social media ones.'

She added: 'If I want to stretch up, put my hands behind my head & suck my tummy in. The end result is going to be this first pic. However, if I relax, allow gravity to do its thing & stop trying so hard.. my body moves (Spoiler alert, all bodies move & I quite like my squishy tummy- it's where my pizza lives) the end result is more like this second one. These posts were only ever meant to encourage all of us to stop beating ourselves up or comparing our bodies to the superposed & unrealistic ones on social.
