Samara Weaving is enjoying time in Paris

Actress Samara Weaving is enjoying time in Paris. She is checking out the Valentino showroom on her trip. Weaving shared a stunning new set of photos on Instagram this week. In them, she wore a black swimsuit top and pants, her abs on display. Weaving captioned the post, "These are a few of my favorite things."

Weaving has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared her favorite products and tips with Byrdie. "I like a scrub," Weaving says. "So I'll use a Nivea ($7) one or something a bit more natural. I like to think it helps clean out my pores, especially if I've got makeup on or I've been traveling and sleeping in different hotel rooms and flying."

Weaving tells Byrdie that keeping her skin hydrated is important to her. "I've got really dry skin, and La Prairie's Skin Caviar Cream ($530) really helps with keeping up hydration levels all day. I don't ever have to reapply it. I've got like a little ModelCo rosehip face mist that tones and makes my skin all firm and dewy."

Weaving tells Marie Claire that her scoliosis diagnosis made her change her workout routine. "I used to run a lot, I would run five to 10 miles a day, and I miss that a lot. It was sort of just trying to figure out how I could get the same endorphins. Running you can really take your mind off everything. It was almost like meditation. I wanted to find something similar that wouldn't put so much pressure on my back. I found a really great yoga place, I mean it's LA, so every second shop has some yoga thing. So I'm lucky in that sense."

Weaving tells Marie Claire that she doesn't like to schedule what she eats ahead of time. "As cliché as it sounds, you've got to listen to your body. If I go for three days of just having fruit and vegetables, I'll make a salad and a rice bowl for dinner and have lighter meals. The next three days I'll have pasta and more carbs and eggs benedict for breakfast. I listen to my body and what am I really craving? As soon as you go, 'I'm going to diet for two weeks,' what you're craving is what you set out not to have."

Weaving makes sure to take care of her skin and hair when she travels. She shared her tips with Byrdie. "I tend to take a travel-size raw coconut oil with me on the plane and dab it under my eyes and on my lips and forehead every three hours or so. Normally I stay away from oils because they make me break out, but because it's so dry on a plane it just seems to work. I put it on the ends of my hair as well to prevent breakage."

Model Gabriella Brooks shows off her impressive figure

Gabriella Brooks doing handstands on the beach in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the model shows off some impressive moves during a day at the beach, sharing the photo to her Instagram Stories.

Gabriella's favorite workout is reformer pilates. "It's the best thing I've found for my body," she told Women's Health Australia. "I find that it's kind of meditative when I do it, it's not just, 'Oh I've got to go work out now,' it's something I actually really enjoy. Ideally, I like to do reformer two to three times a week.

That makes me feel great. And on the days I'm not doing it, I don't feel like I need to exercise but if I do, it's just something like a gentle walk. At one stage I was overdoing it and trying to go every day, just because I loved it so much, but I think my body actually resisted that and it just felt like a bit too much, so I pulled it back, which is better for my body."

Gabriella relies on supplements to get the nutrients she doesn't get from food. "I‌ ‌take‌ ‌fish‌ ‌oil‌ ‌tablets,‌ ‌Floradix‌ ‌for‌ ‌iron,‌ ‌and‌ ‌magnesium," she revealed to Body + Soul.

Gabriella prioritizes self-care and loves to get a good rub down "I'll‌ ‌usually‌ ‌get‌ ‌a‌ ‌massage‌ ‌at‌ ‌least‌ ‌once‌ ‌a‌ ‌month‌ ‌to‌ ‌release‌ ‌tension.‌ ‌I‌ ‌find‌ ‌it‌ ‌helps‌ ‌a‌ ‌lot‌ ‌with‌ ‌lymphatic‌ ‌drainage‌ ‌too," she told Body + Soul.

Gabriella relies on heat therapy after an intense workout. "I‌ ‌like‌ ‌to‌ ‌sauna‌ ‌after‌ ‌workouts,‌ ‌I‌ ‌haven't‌ ‌tried‌ ‌ice‌ ‌baths‌ ‌yet‌ ‌- but‌ ‌all‌ ‌my‌ ‌friends‌ ‌swear‌ ‌by‌ ‌them‌ ‌so‌ ‌I‌ ‌think‌ ‌that's‌ ‌next‌ ‌on‌ ‌the‌ ‌list‌ ‌to‌ ‌try," she told Body + Soul.

"I‌ ‌listen‌ ‌to‌ ‌my‌ ‌body.‌ ‌My‌ ‌work‌ ‌schedule‌ ‌is‌ ‌all‌ ‌over‌ ‌the‌ ‌place‌ ‌so‌ ‌I‌ ‌fit‌ ‌in‌ ‌workouts‌ ‌where‌ ‌I‌ ‌can,‌ ‌and‌ ‌when‌ ‌I'm‌ ‌exhausted,‌ ‌I‌ ‌just‌ ‌let‌ ‌my‌ ‌body‌ ‌rest," she told Body + Soul about the importance of self-care. "Mental health is so important to me," she added to Vogue. "When I'm stressed or tired, I turn off my phone and have a magnesium salt bath to relax, light some candles and read in bed. The more I stay on top of my physical health—eating well, exercising, drinking enough water—the easier I find it to stay in a good place mentally."

Heather Graham shows off her amazing body while vacationing on the Amalfi Coast

Heather Graham is enjoying Europe – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Boogie Nights star shows off her amazing body at 53 in a swimsuit while vacationing on the Amalfi Coast. "Italian Getaway," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "Hi roller girl," commented a follower, giving a nod to her hit 1997 film. "Gorgeous," added another.

Heather avoids refined carbohydrates and keeps other carbs to a minimum "I've become one of those annoying people who's like, 'I'm not gonna eat white flour and I'm not gonna eat sugar.' I do eat sugar sometimes, but as a broad rule, I try to just eat no sugar basically, and I have to say I feel a lot better. And I will sometimes eat things with white flour, but I try to avoid white flour," she dished to Refinery29.

Yoga and pilates are Heather's go-to workouts. She told Refinery29 that she does yoga three times a week, and sometimes for multiple hours per day. "I'm obsessed with yoga. For fun, I would go on a yoga retreat and do four hours of yoga a day," she explained. "Grateful to be in a beach doing yoga with @ninabergman," she captioned a recent Instagram post. She added to the publication that she is a fan of pilates.

Another way Heather gets exercise is by cycling. "Rocky Mountain High," she captioned a photo of herself taking a fall bike ride in Aspen. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Heather has one (not-so) guilty pleasure. "I love sleeping," she told The Guardian. "When I tell people how much I sleep sometimes, they are horrified. I basically sleep between nine and 12 hours a night." What are the health benefits of sleep? According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z's is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.

Graham revealed to The Independent that she lives a sober lifestyle. "Recently, I've stopped drinking," she said. "I'm kind of goofy enough to have fun without drinking. So by the time everyone gets relaxed, I'm like, 'OK, I was already there two hours ago.'"

Heather is "kinda high-strung, so it's easy to get anxious," she Today, which is why she loves transcendental meditation. "TM calms you down. It helps you find that peaceful place inside yourself – so whenever your life is going a bit crazy, it reminds you how to be really centered." "When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress," says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:

NCIS star Vanessa Lachey is raising money for survivors of the Maui fires

NCIS: Hawaii star Vanessa Lachey is raising money and awareness for survivors of the Maui fires. Lachey, 42, shared a reel of herself wearing a "Hawaii" hat and swimsuit, asking fans and followers for help. "Mahalo GMA for dedicating your show yesterday to Maui relief. There is a word we use in Hawai'i 'Kokua', it is a word used to describe the spirit of kindness, the concept of giving generously from the heart without asking for anything in return.

Lachey tries to get some movement in every day, even outside of her workouts. "I believe ANY exercise or movement is good," she says. "Make it something you love and then you WILL do it! I work out three days a week with a trainer. I do this because I hate working out and need the motivation. He makes it fun for me. I know trainers can get expensive and not everyone wants to pay for one. I decided to cut back on other things in life financially so I can hire someone to train me. Health is extremely important to me even more so now that I have two kids I want to be around for."

Lachey has a less-is-more approach to skincare. "I believe in consistency," she says. "Once I started with the same daily routine, I noticed a dramatic difference in my skin. I wash every day morning and night. I keep facial wash in my shower for easier access and so I never forget. I exfoliate every other day. And I use a light moisturizer during the day and a heavier one at night. I get facials from my friend Candice Miele in Beverly Hills as regularly as I can, but I have never done any serious treatments. Clean skin you take care of will last a while."

Lachey spends a lot of time outside and makes sure to protect her skin. "For my face every day I use a product we use on set called EltaMD, and I even put it on my kids," she says. "I find that that offers a lot of sun protection, but it's also moisturizing and doesn't break out my skin. So, that's one that I love from for me and for my kids and for Nick. You know it gets to him to as well because we wear it every day. Everyone, everywhere should put a little sun block on every day during your morning routine. I know you don't think that, especially people who don't live in tropical places, but you know there are UV rays everywhere."

Self-care is very important for Lachey. "Lymphatic massages are something I want to incorporate more into my life for self-care," she says. "I got my very first lymphatic massage this year when I came to LA. I haven't done one in Hawaii yet, but it was my very first one. For me, it's like I need to be better and stop thinking that self-care is selfish. Getting a massage is nice, but this one is, I don't want to say medicinal, but it's draining your lymph nodes. It helps eliminate buildup in your body and it starts from down at your feet, and the massage therapist works her way up and then starts at your head to work your way down towards the central flow of your body. It helps with swelling and circulation. There are so many benefits."

Lachey walks as much as she can to stay active. "I'm not as steady with it as I would like to be, but what I try to do is anytime I can find a way to be active, as opposed to not, I do," she says. "You can walk here somewhere as opposed to drive. Even on set, they're like you can walk to the location or you can drive if it's not hot and I'll choose to walk. Just having three kids also keeps me active, but I should be more active— I'm starting to notice the changes of being in my 40s."

Pole Vaulter Molly Caudery is enjoying the off-season in Indonesia

Molly Caudery is enjoying the off-season in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the champion pole vaulter gets some much-needed rest and relaxation while vacationing in Indonesia. "Nusa Penida & Uluwatu ?and that concludes off-season 2023… now back to work," she captioned a series of Instagram snaps.

After a disappointing meet in Eugene, Oregon, Molly explained that she used the experience to learn from her mistakes. "Eugene was such a disappointment for me and just made me want this even more and just makes it so much sweeter. After Eugene, me and my coach we sat down and went through everything what went wrong what we could change," she told BBC. "I think just changing my mindset and really focussing on things and then coming here and performing in front of this crowd."

While vacationing, Molly achieves her fitness goals by snorkeling. "Sun and snorkel diaries," she captioned a post. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Molly spends a lot of time running, as speed is crucial for pole vaulting. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

Vick Hope shows off her gorgeous body

Vick Hope is returning to Instagram as Mrs. Calvin Harris in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the radio host shows off her gorgeous body in a bathing suit while making a post-wedding splash. Vick is big on self-care, maintaining that it helps with her mental health. "I've learned that there are so many small things we can do that make a huge difference to our mental wellbeing," she told Women's Health.

"The sunshine is such a mood booster for me, so I really notice when the weather turns," she told WH. "For this reason, I have a Lumie lamp, instead of an alarm clock, that gradually lights up – it helps me feel more energetic and happier when I wake up." She also spends time outdoors, "Because, working in dark studios without windows, I can easily not see daylight for hours."

Vick understands the importance of fitness. "I love going for a run in nature or doing classes – whether that's Pilates it dance. Anything where I'm in a group situation – because being around others uplifts me and brings out my competitive side," she told WH. "It's so easy at this time of year, when it gets colder and darker, to hibernate and skip the gym – but the feel-good endorphins exercise brings have such a positive impact on mental health. I don't train to get in shape or lose weight, but for my mind."

Vick drinks a lot of water. "I can really tell the difference in my energy levels if I haven't drunk enough water that day, so carrying a refillable water bottle with me at all times is essential," she told Your Healthy Living. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Vick eats her first meal at 8am. "I usually have an egg white omelette with spinach, fresh tomatoes, sometimes some avocado and some fruit. Lunch is always a fairly elastic concept: some days it's a sandwich or salad on the go, others it's a full spread of finger food if I'm on a shoot. If I'm at home I'll often prepare myself a bowl of soup. If I'm feeling super organised that week, I'll make a pan of veggie, lentil or chicken soup to last the week. In the evenings, a typical dinner often consists of fish or prawns with green vegetables or salad, and noodles or cous cous. Stir fries are a pretty common dinner for me as they're quick and easy to make delicious – not a lot can go wrong!" she told Your Healthy Living.

Golf Influencer Bri Teresi shared a stunning new set of photos

Bri Teresi is best known for being one of golf's top influencers. She is also a model, who's worked with the brand Guess. Teresi just shared a stunning new set of photos on Instagram. In them, she sat in a river in a multicolored swimsuit. She captioned the post, "All good things."

I'm very thankful I said yes to that golf photoshoot a few years ago. I'm a very open-minded person and this has certainly allowed me to expand my business. "

Teresi tells The Sun that she wants to inspire other women. "Coming from the modeling world, I've always felt empowered with being strong and sexy, so it was easy for me to bring a bit of that energy to the world of golf," she said. "I think female golf influencers have definitely expanded the game for the better. I love that I have encouraged more young women to take up golf and feel empowered."

Teresi does a lot of outdoor workouts to keep herself in shape. One thing she likes to do is bike. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself biking. Better Health states that biking has a lot of benefits. "Cycling increases stamina, strength and aerobic fitness. Cycling can be done at very low intensity to begin with, if recovering from injury or illness, but can be built up to a demanding physical workout."

Argentine Model Pampita Shared photos from Oaxaca

Pampita is one of the top models in Argentina. She has modeled for brands like Jean-Paul Gaultier, La Roche Posay, and Pandora. She recently did some swimsuit modeling for Gaultier. In them, she posed in a pink swimsuit on a beach in Oaxaca.

Pampita tells CARAS that she wants to set an example for her fans. "You are going to have me as an example tomorrow. So that you know that, no matter what happens, you will be able to get ahead. So that you are always happy, that you look for the good side in things and that your life has joy. That you are inspired in something that they are passionate about. That is my role, every day, that they see me happy, working. Even though I was a housewife for many years, I like that now they see me so productive. They see me creative, enthusiastic. It seems that it will be useful to them, whatever they choose to be when they grow up. I live for them."

Pampita is all about accepting her natural appearance. She told Infobae, "I look pretty, with some wrinkles but wiser. Today I accept myself as I am." She also says that she avoids things like plastic surgery and Botox for this reason. "I've never tried it, and I don't like how it looks."

Pampita lives a healthy lifestyle. Her manager, Gaston Stati, talked about her diet and wellness secrets with Infobae. "Caro is super healthy and very disciplined. She is not a friend of excess: she never drank alcohol or consumed drugs or cigarettes. She drinks two to three liters of water per day and refuses enslaving diets. She feeds himself conscientiously, in measured doses."

Daisy Kelliher flaunts her amazing body

Daisy Kelliher is heating up the tropics in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Below Deck star flaunts her amazing body in a bathing suit. "Coming up to Caribbean season," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "You make the Caribbean Paradise," one of her followers commented. "You are a complete babe," added another.

In an Instagram video Daisy reveals that she reads books. Why should you pick up a book? One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

"Is coffee and suncream part of your morning routine??" Daisy asked her followers. While everyone knows why it is important to lather up in SPF, there are also several benefits of drinking coffee, explains the Cleveland Clinic. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Daisy is a fan of walking, especially when she is on vacationing and exploring new places. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Daisy also hikes. "Our hike up mount errigal. Took 3 hours in total moderate level- really good path. Can't believe how lucky we got with the weather was pretty much first day of spring. Naomie Olindo enjoying the end of the summer in Los Angeles

Southern Charm star Naomie Olindo enjoyed what looked like the most fun staycation at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles over the summer. Olindo shared a reel of herself lounging by the hotel pool in a bikini, sipping on a cocktail with pal Jordan Harper while riffing on a scene from The Office. "Not even THE @jordanharper_np can manage me!" she humorously captioned the post.

Olindo credits intermittent fasting with "melting" the fat off her body. "I just adjust to whatever my lifestyle is at the time," she says. "If I'm traveling a lot, I try to curb sweets and bad food because I know I'm going to be drinking. It's just a balance. I don't really restrict anything. I try to eat intuitively. I don't always succeed. No one does. Naturally, I'm a big binge eater. When I'm doing well, when I feel like I'm healthy, I do intermittent fasting. You break your fast with a Blender Bomb smoothie. I'm a big snacker, so I just kind of graze. I graze throughout the day and then I'll eat a bigger dinner and try to stop eating around 8 or 9 p.m."

Olindo makes herself work out even when she doesn't feel motivated. "I am just not a naturally athletic person," she says. "I don't like working out. I like hot pockets… BUT I make myself workout 3-5 times a week. Like really force myself. The only workout I do is @hylofitness in Charleston. The coaches push me and I need to be pushed."

Olindo graduated from school in 2018, and is happy to have a back up in business. "I was in an MBA program with a focus in finance," she said. "I graduated from that in July. I just started with a partner, a new business. I'm actually in the office with her right now, so we're working on that and hoping to launch in the middle of May. I don't want to give anymore details about that because if there's one thing I've learned from Landon, it was not to talk about what you're doing until you've accomplished it."

Olindo is open about cosmetic procedures. "I've never understood why it's so taboo to talk about work that you're doing. I got a ton of kickback when I did my nose a few years ago," she says. "People were like, 'Oh, my God, you shouldn't have done that.' I'm like, 'Guys, I didn't do it for you.' I did it because when I looked in the mirror, I saw something that I didn't like. If I have the resources to change it, why wouldn't I? It's not your issue."

Olindo thinks it's unrealistic for women to look like Jennifer Lopez without getting plenty of help. "I'm so happy for J. Lo.," she says. "What I have a problem with is normal women are looking at that like, 'I'm not aging well because look at J. Lo, she doesn't do anything. She's using olive oil and I am not, and I don't look like that. What is wrong with me?' Unless you have the best team of the best everything, you're not going to [look like Jennifer]."

Park recently started doing pilates. "It feels very athletic, but it's low impact," she told Shape. "I sweat a ton and feel much stronger when I am done with it. Similar to dance, you use a lot of different muscles and there's a real mind-body connection that happens with it." Why is pilates a good workout? As for dairy and gluten, it all depends on where she's eating these foods. "When I'm in America, those things don't sit that well with me," she says. "But, for some reason, when I am in Europe, I can eat an entire bread basket and so much cheese, and it's fine."

"Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Courteney Cox shares bathing suit snaps

Courteney Cox is celebrating a landmark anniversary with Johnny McDaid. In a new social media post the former Friends star shares a rare bathing suit snap, honoring 10 years of being in a relationship with her Snow Patrol beau. "10 years," she captioned the Instagram Reel.

Courteney swears by her self-care morning ritual. "After I wake up, I immediately brush my teeth and wash my face. After that, I scrub the shit out of my legs with an ESPA dry brush for circulation. I'm into this new thing where I use Aquaphor healing ointment mixed with Augustinus Bader ?body cream or oil. I love that combination, but I also like to switch things up. Courtney takes vitamins "every morning" and then juices. "I used to do celery juice in the morning for about two years. I was so obsessed with it that I even did it on vacation. I don't know if it's cleaning my gut, but it's a way to get something liquid down because it's hard for me to drink water. Finally, I have a cup of decaf coffee with oat milk and honey," she said.

Courteney picks up a racquet regularly. "I play tennis twice a week. I used to box twice a week, but my left knee is hurt," she said. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

"I also do pilates once a week," Courteney added. What is Courteney's "Self-Care Ritual"? "I like to cook. I have this steak recipe I received from my friend, Brandi Carlile, whom I met through Instagram, which is kind of weird. I also make a great baked chicken and chicken parmesan. I don't just eat and grill; there's some serious marination going on," she said.

Courteney has a bedtime routine. "Around 6:30 p.m. is when I light a candle and just chill out and watch something on TV. I love documentaries. That's a big thing for me. Of course, everyone likes true crime and that includes me. At night, before I go to bed, I wash my face and clean it off with a hot towel that I've placed various oils on. Then, I do the same body brushing I did in the morning with my dry brush," she said.

Katie Austin celebrated her "dirty thirty" birthday in style, teasing fans with photos from her big weekend bash online.

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Rookie of the Year posted just under a dozen new pictures to her Instagram grid, documenting her weekend getaway to the Hawaiian island Lanai.

"Hi from my birthday weekend!!" she captioned the Oct. 1 post. "Last day of being in my 20s?."

Heida Reed enjoyed her break in the sunshine in Los Angeles

International actress Heida Reed spent part of the summer back in her home country of Iceland, and also enjoyed the August sunshine in Los Angeles. Reed, 35, shared pictures from her time off, including one of her lying out on a deck in a swimsuit, an open book shielding her face from the California sun. "August ?," she captioned the post. "Looks like a great August!" a fan commented.

Reed has many scenes in FBI: International where she is fighting or defending herself. According to the actress, the cast rely on stunt performers to make their action scenes both safe and realistic. "We have amazing stunt performers, and they work incredibly hard to step in for these shots and make us look cool," she says.

Reed fully embraced the British diet and way of life while filming Poldark in the UK. "The whole tea thing is absolutely spot on," she says. I feel I'm very much in an English home if I wake up and the first thing they do is offer me PG Tips and a bacon sandwich."

Reed loves baths, another habit she picked up in the UK (along with learning how to stand in line). "I remember being in Pret A Manger and someone telling me off for not standing in line and not understanding what a big deal it was – there were only three of us," she says. "But now I get very frustrated when I go home because in Scandinavia they have no clue what they are doing. You go to the cinema and it's chaos and I feel so uncomfortable. It's definitely a British habit which is ingrained in me now – that and having baths, which is my favourite thing. We don't do baths in Iceland. My parents don't even have a bathtub. But now living somewhere without a bath is bonkers."

Reed has a glass-half-full approach to heartbreak. "I was 17 and it was my first love and in my head it was a Romeo and Juliet type of love," she says. "He was a very bad boy. And I was a very good girl. But we connected. I thought we were soul mates. He broke my heart absolutely into little pieces… I thank him today because I am a big believer in getting your heart broken as many times as you can because it reminds you that you're alive and it ignites all those little things that sometimes dwell too still in you. It's horrific but once you're out of it I feel it's a kind of rebirth. A regeneration of energy."

Reed grew up in Iceland, and ate a locally-sourced diet. "Puffins, no. Because, first of all, they're very expensive," she says. "Tiny little meat. And I feel it's barbaric for such a small amount of food. Also, they live only in the west so they're not as easy to come by. Sheep heads? I grew up with that! I wasn't happy when it was for dinner but it was for dinner."

Katrina Law shares some inside secrets of her lifestyle

NCIS star Katrina Law is happy to share good news about her beloved pup Odin with fans. Law, 38, posted a picture of herself wearing a pink bikini, looking happy as she gave Odin (who is wearing a protective recovery collar) a cuddle. "Baby boy is all done with treatments and looking good!!! Sending him all the love ?#odinkingofdogs. "Awesome dog," a fan commented.

Law had special training for her role in The Oath. "I went old-school—working out with weights and doing just one body part at a time," she says. "For a while, I was doing a HIIT circuit. But sometimes with interval cardio, I find myself getting injured and wearing myself out a lot. When you're working 14-hour days, you tend to break down. I found it easier to do very lazy, long cardio. And also yoga to stay stable and Zen out."

Law enjoys working out at home for the convenience. "The biggest deterrent is getting out of my house, getting in my car, and driving through L.A. traffic to get to the gym," she says. "So I just started working out at home. It's much easier to motivate yourself when you have a [Bowflex] Max Trainer. It kicks your ass in 15 minutes and makes you sweat… I have my game face on when I'm at the gym, and everything about me and the outfit I'm wearing—usually sweatpants— says, 'Do not hit on me.' I look like a blob on purpose. Wearing cute things or a sports bra—I'm not that girl. I wish I were, but I'm not."

Like her NCIS co-stars, Law has to fit in exercise around very long work days. "Because of long hours and workload, I had to go back to my 'Spartacus' workout habits," she says. "I usually wake up at 4 am, drive to a gym close to work, start my workout at 5 am, and then I am ready to sit in the makeup chair by 6 am. I also asked my trainer to design workouts that could be done in my trailer in between scenes, lots of dumbbells and bands involved, and this method has been working out fabulously."

Law enjoys a healthy diet with occasional sugary treats. "I've been dieting off and on for the different shows that I've been on, starting with Spartacus, so I've just adapted it to my real life," she says. "For example, I know that I need to eat four or five times a day. When I'm working out, I actually eat a lot more sugar when I'm on set. I know it's a bad habit, but sometimes I'll have a piece of cake for a pick-me-up. When I'm home, I eat clean. I love eggs, natural carbohydrates, and lots of vegetables."

Law previously spoke about how her Spartacus role meant she had to be careful of sugar. "I am very active in general," she said. "I hike, dance, snowboard, mountain climb and scuba dive so I am in good physical condition. When I landed the role I did tighten up a lot on my diet – unfortunately that means I have to cut back on my red velvet cake intake… [my] least favorite part of dieting."

Esmeralda Ugalde has a famously fit figure

Esmeralda Ugalde is heating up the tropics in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Mexican actress shows off her famously fit figure in a bathing suit. "Selfie in a paradise," she captioned the Instagram photo. "Splendid beauty," commented a follower. "Body," added another.

Esmeralda takes care of herself from the inside out with some great mental health habits. "Train your mind (books, meditations, affirmations, documentaries, courses, etc)…" she suggested to her followers in an Instagram post.

Another one of her top tips? "Train your body," she says. One of her go-to workouts is yoga. According to the American Osteopathic Association, there are more than 100 different types, or schools, of yoga. Most practices include breathing exercises, meditation, and assuming postures (sometimes called asana or poses) that stretch and flex various muscle groups."The relaxation techniques incorporated in yoga can lessen chronic pain, such as lower back pain, arthritis, headaches and carpal tunnel syndrome," Natalie Nevins, DO, a board-certified osteopathic family physician and certified Kundalini Yoga instructor in Hollywood, California, explained to them. "Yoga can also lower blood pressure and reduce insomnia."

Other physical benefits of yoga include:

increased flexibility

increased muscle strength and tone

improved respiration, energy and vitality

maintaining a balanced metabolism

weight reduction

cardio and circulatory health

improved athletic performance

protection from injury

Esmeralda also loves hiking and "outdoor walking," she revealed in the post. "Always surrounded by nature, that's how I want to be!" According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

Building stronger muscles and bones

Improving your sense of balance

Improving your heart health

Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

In the same post Esmeralda added that she loves cycling. "Keep moving," she suggested. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Esmeralda is also into equestrian sports. "Here's something I love and I learned it very well at the ranch ??Magic: Handling high school horses," she captioned a post. According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.
