Nikki Tamboli flaunts her curves

Nikki Tamboli sure knows how to set temperatures rising! Nikki, best known for her stint on Bigg Boss 14, returned to Instagram over the week to share a video of herself lounging by a pool in a blue bikini overall thrown over it. She captioned the photos, “It’s gone be hard to forget me love ❤️.”

In the video, the Bigg Boss 14 contestant flaunts her perfect 10 body as she lounges by the pool. She sports light makeup and lets her long hair loose in beach waves for the shoot. Nikki smiles and gives sultry looks to the camera.

Although Nikki Tamboli became a big name after Bigg Boss 14, she has done numerous films as well. She played prominent roles in Tamil and Telugu movies and was even seen in the television show Sirf Tum in 2021.

In a recent interview with News18 Showsha, Nikki Tamboli spoke about how she is happy that the perception about her being just ‘a pretty face’ is slowly changing. “Earlier, I had to skirmish the stereotype of primarily being more of a pretty face. Filmmakers and producers are grasping at the fact that I’m a lot more than that,” Nikki Tamboli told us.

“Slowly and steadily, all thanks to the work opportunities I’ve been bestowed with, I’ve been able to paint the fact that there’s a lot of finesse in my craft as a performing artist. I’m glad that the people in the industry who matter are acknowledging the performer in me and are bringing work offers to me accordingly,” the 26-year-old actress added.

Since her stint in Bigg Boss 14, Nikki has been featured in several music videos. She often makes headlines for her stylish and bold outfit choices from time to time.

Jocelyn Chew is enjoying a spa day in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the model shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while poolside. She shared the image via her Instagram Stories, which was taken at the Bulgari Hotel London.

Jocelyn is one of the many models who works out with Kevin Mejia at the Dogpound. Her workouts are no joke, consisting of lots of strength and weight training exercises, including a ton of ab work, weight lifting, and circuit training. She shared a video of her ab workout on Facebook, and it is intense. "I love weights," she captioned an Instagram workout clip.

You might find Jocelyn riding a bike – especially while she is on vacation. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

When it comes to her diet, you can expect Jocelyn's plate to be filled with healthy and clean food. She usually eats a combination of fruits and veggies and some sort of seafood – including salmon and shrimp. She also loves Mexican food, sushi, french fries, and eggs.

Elizabeth Hurley shares her wellness advice

Elizabeth Hurley is revealing all of the wellness secrets that keep her looking fit at 58. In a new social media post, the supermodel and beachwear designer answers some of her fans' most burning questions about her diet and workout – namely how she looks half her age. "One question I get asked all the time is, how do you stay in shape and what do you eat? So here goes," she started the Instagram post, showing off her famous curves in a bathing suit.

Elizabeth has a few dietary rules she follows, starting with the size of her meals and how and when she eats them. "My mantra is: don't eat too much, too fast, too often or too late. Or, put another way, eat smaller meals, chew properly, ban snacking and eat dinner earlier. This works for me," she writes in her post.

So many stars swear by various green juice concoctions, smoothies, and protein shakes, but not Elizabeth. "I don't drink weird green juices or shakes," she says. She also refuses to take nutrients in pill form, with one exception. She only takes supplements "if a blood test tells me I'm lacking something," she says.

Liz has an easy hack for getting lots of produce into her diet. "I try to have vegetables or fruit equal half of every plate I eat – ie if I have a sandwich, I also eat an apple," she says.

The model sticks with a very clean diet. "I eat pretty much everything but only have junk food as an absolute treat – and I count junk food as anything that contains any ingredient that I don't have in my own kitchen, so that includes 'diet' and 'low-fat' everything, all ready meals, all bought sandwiches, cakes and biscuits and all sodas," Elizabeth says.

Elizabeth doesn't shy away from carbs and baked goods. But, she makes them herself. "My best investment was a bread maker and I make a loaf a day. I also make cakes every weekend," she says.

Liz also moves her body, but doesn't go to the gym. "Other than diet, my other advice is to move more. I don't go to the gym or do any set exercise but I'm extremely active. There endeth the sermon. Let me know if this makes sense for you," she concluded her post.

Pilar Rubio shows off her toned legs

Pilar Rubio is one of the most successful reporters and TV presenters. Her work includes, The Right Price, Mas que Baile, and XXS. She is currently working on El Hormiguero. Rubio advertised her new show, Discovering Canary Islands, on Instagram this week. In one photo, she is seen wearing a tan and white patterned swimsuit. Rubio shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is weight train. Rubio shared this video of herself doing pulley rows at the gym. She captioned the post, "'120 kg. In an interview with Women's Health, Rubio shared some of her fitness and wellness secrets. She says that when it comes to fitness, she makes sure to do it each day. "The difficult thing is to put it into practice. There are days when you do better and others worse, but the important thing is to practice. You have to focus on the here and now. Enjoy the moment and always bring out the good."

In her Women's Health interview, Rubio talked about how she eats healthy. She says that she works with a nutritionist. Rubio also says that her diet is dependent on her fitness. "For me, it is essential to adapt my diet to my daily workouts. I need it to be at full performance, achieve muscle gain goals and do good health prevention."

Rubio tells Women's Health that she is a fan of circuit training. "Exercising helps you focus on what you are doing at that moment, to enjoy it. The circuit goes from top to bottom, from head to body, from body to head. There has to be a productive and positive hyperconnection." NASM.org reports that circuit training has benefits. "Several studies have shown that circuit training can elicit increases in both upper and lower body 1-rep max, making it a great exercise to target whole body fitness.

Studies have shown major increases in muscle mass in both trained and untrained populations (however, untrained populations demonstrate greater improvements since they have more ability to show improvements in shorter time periods). Circuit training induces the same anabolic signaling and maximal muscle fiber recruitment that conventional resistance training does — but without the need to use as much weight since there are shorter rest periods between sets."

Rubio revealed in this Instagram post that she likes to snowboard to stay in shape. According to The University of Rochester, skiing and snowboarding have a lot of benefits. "Skiing and snowboarding are thrilling activities and great workouts. Both sports are excellent cardiovascular exercises that strengthen the heart. They are also weight-bearing exercises. So hey strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles. Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for ongoing (chronic) diseases. They lower your blood pressure. And they help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer."

Sophie Turner shares her beauty secrets

Sophie Turner is an extremely successful actress. She is best known for her role as Sansa Stark on Game of Thrones. She also plays Jean Grey in the X-Men films. Turner and her friends recently enjoyed a vacation together. They decided to go on a ski trip to the mountains. She shared some photos from the trip on her Instagram. Turner captioned the post, "Jagerbomb anyone?"

Turner's hair has gone through a lot of coloring. She has alternated it from blonde to red over the years. She shared how she keeps her hair healthy in an interview with Marie Claire. According to The Cleveland Clinic, boxing has a lot of benefits. "The calories you burn during boxing can help you maintain or achieve a healthy weight. One study compared boxing training versus moderate-intensity walking in people with a body mass index (BMI) of greater than 25 (which is considered having overweight/obesity). The researchers noted reductions in BMI, waist circumference and body fat percentage in the boxing group, while the walking group showed no changes."

In an interview with The Sunday Times, Turner opened up about dealing with body shaming comments while working on Game of Thrones. She says that she had an eating disorder, and eventually had to go to therapy. "Being in the age of social media when that's happening, I think I would be a much saner person if I hadn't been documented from 13 — your most awkward, uncomfortable, unsure-of-yourself years. I stopped having my period for a year — that's when I decided to have therapy."

Turner tells ELLE that she is limiting her time on social media. "I have noticed that social media makes me incredibly anxious and it's something I try to distance myself from," she says. "Having it off my phone has been so helpful. Now, if I do have to go on it, it's for a few minutes once or twice a week, rather than hours every day. It's made such a difference. Live real life – it's much more fun."

Keyshia Ka'oir shows off her amazing body while posing on the shoreline

Keyshia Ka'oir is heating up the beach – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, Gucci Mane's wife shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while posing on the shoreline. "Steppin on necks while standing on bidnezzz," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps, taken while vacationing in the tropics.

According to Keyshia, one of the main things responsible for her tiny waistline is her waist trainers. She started Ka'oir Fitness with own line of waist trainers, which she calls Waist Erasers ($69.99), "because she found corsets and girdles too painful and wanted something she could work out in, something that would help her lose water weight while cinching her waist," she explained to The Cut. Prior to launching them, she wore them for a whole year. She also claims that she wears them 23 hours a day, even while exercising.

Ka'oir wakes up at 6:30 a.m., and the first thing she does is sip her Ka'oir Slimming Tea, a detox tea. She also sells Thigh Erasers, and a Body Burner slimming cream, a full-body sweat suit.

Keyshia relies on old school strength and weight training workouts to keep her body fit. An average workout session includes a little bit of cardio and then circuits of exercises like sled pushes, various lunges, scissor kicks, and ab exercises. "I'm acting bad all summer Chile so I done got my mind & body right," she captioned one post. "I work out 5-6 times a week," she added.

Keyshia also boxes. "Round 2!!! Let's go KK!!!!!" she captioned a video of her boxing workout. Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.

Kylie might enjoy a cheat meal on occasion. "Junk food is bomb," she wrote in a blog. "I try and eat healthy most of the time but I def love me some old-school snacks," she added. "Vending machines make me happy!!!"

"I avoid late-night cravings because I lock myself in my bedroom and I turn on my TV," Jenner told Harper's Bazaar. "I get really comfortable, and I pre-slice an apple by my bed and, since I'm really comfortable, I'll be too lazy probably to go down to the kitchen so my only choice is this apple."

Kylie also drinks coffee. Her order is a vanilla iced latte with oat milk. "That's my jam," she told Harper's Bazaar.

Vanessa's diet is clean. She avoids processed food and sticks to whole and healthy options. "My overall food philosophy is, if it's real, I'll eat it," she told Shape. "Many things are processed and contain chemicals and ingredients I can't pronounce. I want real food." This means no junk food, candy, or fast food.

Hudgens has supported intermittent fasting for years. When she is following the time restricted eating plan she feasts between noon and 6 p.m. and fasts for the remaining 18. "I've been intermittent fasting a lot, because for me, I love pasta, I love pizza, and when I'm not eating carbs I feel like a little piece of me dies," she told People. "Intermittent fasting is great, because when I am fasting — those first two weeks are definitely rough, I'm not going to lie, but after that I feel more grounded and powerful in my workouts. And I get the nutrients that I need when I eat, but then I also eat what I want."

Vanessa goes "back and forth" between intermittent fasting and keto. However, she tries to avoid most carbohydrates and fuels up with fats most of the time. "It's great," she told People. "If you have the right ingredients to keep you on track, I think it's amazing. People a lot of times think of fats in diets as a negative thing, and when you're doing keto it's a very positive thing. I'm always making sure I'm getting those healthy fats in, so I eat a LOT of almond butter. You feel really energetic and supported on the keto diet."

Vanessa is "basically always working out," she told People. "I feel like I've kind of found a recipe for my body that works," she says. "It's SoulCycle for cardio, to keep my heart healthy. It's Pilates for lengthening, leaning and toning. And yoga for my mental health." She also lifts heavy weights. "My fitness has taken a turn. Cardio has been put on the back burner, and I'm very OK with that," Hudgens recently told Shape. "The things that have become the most important are balance and mental health." She does a lot of weight and strength training at The Dogpound gym, which she is "obsessed with."

Hudgens also takes probiotics, recently partnering with supplement wellness brand Ritual, after incorporating its best-selling Synbiotic+ into her routine. "I'm always traveling and moving around and on the go, and a big proportion of your immune system's actually in your GI tract," she told People. "So I was like, 'Okay, I'm going to prioritize this and make sure that taking care of my gut is actually going to help me in a big way, whether that's with digestion or with boosting my immune system.' And Ritual does exactly that."

Kourtney Kardashian posts bikini selfie from Cabo San Lucas

Kourtney Kardashian is currently vacationing in Cabo San Lucas with her love, Travis Barker, mom, Kris Jenner, and her boyfriend, Corey Gamble — and the reality star, 42, is steaming up the vacation spot with her fabulously fit bikini body. Over the last few days, Kourt has shared a bunch of photos of herself in various bikinis, showcasing her hard work in the gym.

Kourtney maintains a strict diet, eating organic only and keeping gluten and dairy to a minimum. She has also dabbled in keto and intermittent fasting, in which she would fast from 7 pm until 11am, after her morning workout. And, once a week she would do a 24-hour fast drinking just water and bone broth. Usually, her diet consists of whole foods like avocado, oatmeal, fish, fruits and veggies and other whole grains.

In her Instagram stories from Mexico, Kourtney revealed that she was eating cheese, grapes, wine, and bread. "What not to eat, metabolism edition," she wrote. Later, she shared an image of smores. In a blog post she revealed that her indulgences are inspired by travel. "I don't want to throw my body off by eating whatever I want when I travel and then be really strict other times," she explained. So, she eats pizza or ice cream "in moderation," but refuses to use the word cheat because it is negative, "which doesn't make sense for all the hard work and eating healthy I do most of the time."

Kourtney makes exercise one of her top priorities. "I think I take time for myself to work out every day, which I never did—especially having three young kids," she tells E! News. "I just never made it a priority, and now it just makes me feel so much better—mentally and physically."

Kourtney's workouts usually begin with a jump roping or running session followed by strength training. Sometimes she will use a stairmaster or Pilates reformer or floor exercises like leg kick-backs with a resistance band or kettlebell squats.

Kourtney revealed to E! News that her go-to workout buddy is her sister Khloe. "I know for my body, I need four to five days a week of working out. Khloe and I really push each other to do that," she said.

"Even though I like to relax on vacation, getting a workout in is still important to me," she told E! News about why she exercises during her vacations, adding that they also help her fight off jet lag and make it easier to get back to her routine once she gets home.

Kourtney is a big fan of supplements. Madison Lewis shows off her fit body

Madison Lewis is an actress, who also has a poetry book coming out soon. She is currently dating actor, Hayden Yezak. The two recently enjoyed a vacation together. Lewis shared some highlights on Instagram recently. In one post, the couple enjoyed a pool day together. Lewis captioned the post, "Paradise with my paradise."

As you can see from her recent post, Lewis spends a lot of time at the beach. This has a lot of health benefits. The South African College of Applied Physiology states, "Clinical Psychologist, Richard Shuster, reports that staring at the ocean changes our brain waves' frequency. And puts us into a mild meditative state. Ergo, the relaxing effect on the senses when we watch the swell's ebb and flow. A study by researchers from Harvard, the University of Massachusetts Medical Schools, and the German Bender Institute of Neuroimaging, showed that regular meditation significantly changes the brain.

Specifically, it changes the grey matter concentration in the brain regions associated with learning and memory processes, emotion regulation, and perspective-taking. Furthermore, according to psychologists, listening to the waves activates the parasympathetic nervous system. This slows us down, allowing us to relax and feel more engaged."

Lewis likes to ski to stay in shape. At the beginning of the year, she took a ski trip, and shared photos on Instagram. A study in Front Physiol states, "Downhill skiing, especially when performed on a regular basis, may contribute to healthy aging by its association with a healthier life style including higher levels of physical activity.

Dogs have to be walked and exercised, which means dog owners are out there getting more physical activity than people without dogs. Older people are more likely to take regular walks with a dog than they are with a human, according to one study. Another found that 60% of dog owners who took their dogs for regular walks were considered to get regular moderate or vigorous exercise based on federal standards."

Lewis makes sure to hit the gym. And she usually doesn't go alone. A lot of Lewis' gym posts are with her boyfriend or a friend. The CDC states that working out with others has a lot of benefits. "When you work out with a partner, you're likely to: Feel more motivated. When you and your buddy encourage each other, you'll work harder (and get better results!). And there's nothing wrong with a little friendly competition. Be more adventurous. It's easier to try new things with a buddy. You may just find an activity you love, one that feels more like fun and less like a workout. Be more consistent. When someone else is counting on you to show up, you won't want to let them down."

In a new social media montage, the Dancing with the Stars judge dances her way through life, confessing that she is always busting a move. "Not, not dancing," she joked in the Instagram caption. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Lori Harvey just made her debut as Sports Illustrated Swimsuit's newest rookie.

The 27-year-old model and entrepreneur posed for photos wearing a deep violet metallic bikini from Monica Hansen Beachwear. As for her accessories, she sported a pair of chunky gold earrings designed by Ben-Amun and a similar style cuff bracelet from Mondo Mondo.

For the photo shoot, which was held in Cancun, Harvey worked with renowned SI Swim photographer Yu Tsai, who has previously worked as a creative consultant and judge in several reality TV series, including America's Next Top Model, Germany's Next Top Model and Asia's Next Top Model.

Coincidentally enough, Harvey previously worked with Tsai, and recalled their reunion on set as "such a full-circle moment."

"The first time I shot with Yu Tsai, I was super young, had braces ... and I was shooting with my family. So being able to connect with him again for something as major as this was really, really special," she shared.

As for how she felt about being asked to partake in the special feature, she giddily explained that she was "smiling from ear to ear" over the opportunity–which was made even more exciting by the fact that her swimsuit brand YEVRAH, which she launched in partnership with Revolve, would also be featured in her debut.

Dutch model Doutzen Kroes loves dancing

Dutch model Doutzen Kroes is happiest on the dance floor with her friends, getting a solid workout while having fun. Kroes, 39, shared a picture of herself wearing an orange shirt and black workout pants, flashing the peace sign. "I love dancing. It's like my therapy being in class dancing while letting go, out of the mind and into the body and enjoying the flow!" she captioned the post.

Kroes developed a love for dance-based workouts aftering dancing in a lingerie campaign. "I was luckily introduced to Vincent Vianen who is an amazing dancer and choreographer," she told Vogue France. "When I was asked to shoot lingerie while dancing, it was something where I was really faced with my own insecurities. I am going to continue to dance because I am going to be the first one on the dance floor now. One of the most important things Vincent taught me was to let go and to not think because I overthink and when you dance you have to let go, enjoy the music and really feel it. It's really fun to bring the best out of yourself and compete with yourself and it's getting better and better."

Kroes swears by ballet workouts and Pilates for a strong core and long, lean muscles. "When I come to New York, I always try to see Mary Helen Bowers because I love to do my ballet exercises with her. When I do Ballet Beautiful, I feel muscles the day after that I didn't even know I had. It lengthens my body and changes my posture," she told Vogue France. "[Pilates] strengthens my core and because of that I feel very strong and it changed my posture. Pilates is so much harder than it looks and something Cheryl always tells me is that I have to make it look like it's easy."

Organic fruits and vegetables make up a huge part of Kroes's diet. "Every morning I mix an orange, grapefruit, and lemon with wheatgrass or green powder in the blender," she told Vogue. "I make it for my son and husband. It's very sour. It doesn't taste good at all, but I do it because it's healthy. My mom grows wheatgrass in her garden and my son goes there and he chews on it and thinks it's gum! Kids are amazing—you can teach them anything and they'll eat anything. Of course every kid is different. My son didn't have any sugar until he was 3 years old. Growing up, my mom gave me really healthy food. Everything was fresh from the garden and organic before the organic hype. I still eat mostly organic food."

Kroes was thrilled to play Amazon warrior Venelia in Wonder Woman. "I was a fan of Wonder Woman growing up—I loved the fact that she was as strong and as smart as Superman," she told Glamour. "I was able to do my own riding, and had several weeks of combat and weapons training for the scenes on the beach. I've always ridden horses, but learning to handle a sword at a full gallop was pretty intense. But I loved every minute of it!"

Kroes believes beauty and happiness are one and the same. "It sounds so clichéd but it definitely chimes from within," she told Harper's Bazaar UK. You can put as much make-up on as you want, and hide certain things, but it's cyclical. So, when you have gratitude and feel good, make-up emphasizes how you feel already. I see products as a tool to look even better and then because you look even better then you feel even better – it's a positive circle… I'm discovering by practicing gratitude – that when you feel grateful and find that in the smallest of moments you then find it over and over again. You feel happier and happier and happier – because you continue to find it everywhere. It's a really nice way of living."

Louise recently revealed that she has written a book called Lucky - which tells the story of her traumatic pregnancy.

The mum-of-one has been battling with PTSD and anxiety since she nearly died giving birth to Leo.

Announcing her project, she told fans that she now feels "ready" but "petrified" to step into a new chapter.

She said: "I finally feel ready to share my story. I feel proud, It's a form of closure. I'm closing this chapter and getting ready to enter a new chapter.

"I feel like a huge weight is being lifted off my shoulders, but equally I feel petrified."

Alongside a video revealing the news to her followers, she wrote: "So much to say, but I seem to have writers block today.

"Not ideal timing given that I have a particularly big announcement to get off my chest and it very much involves the theme of ‘writing’.

"So I’ll just count myself in - 3, 2, 1 … I have written a book.

"I feel slightly sick with nerves. A couple of years ago I experienced a series of distressing events that completely derailed me.

"They turned me from a highly functioning, happy and fairly successful young adult into a vegetable almost overnight.

"The journey to get from that place to where I am today has felt like hell on earth but I finally feel courageous enough to share some of the details of what happened to me and to examine my personal lived experience since.…in one tidy space.

"Introducing my book: LUCKY."

She said how she was told by people she met in her recovery that she would share her story and would help other people in the same position.

Louise explained that it's taken her "a really long time" to accept what happened to her and thanked her followers for their support."

Love Island: All Stars is happening right now, and some of the franchise's most memorable Islanders are returning for another chance at love. Among them is Arabella Chi, who first appeared in 2019. Chi shared her cast photo for the series in an Instagram collaboration with the show. In it, Chi wore a black swimsuit. One thing Chi likes to do to stay in shape is weight train. She even likes to do these exercises while on vacation. Chi shared this highlight reel on Instagram of herself at a resort. In her recent post, Millie reads a book on the beach. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Millie understands the importance of hydration, snapping a photo of her Fiji water bottle during her day at the beach. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues, according to the Mayo Clinic.
