Addison Rae the TikTok queen shows off her insanely fit figure in a bathing suit top while celebrating the release of her latest song, 2 Die 4. "So much love and gratitude. Can't help but get emotional. ????? you are ALLLLL 2 die 4," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps.
According to Addison, you don't have to spend hours at the gym. "I've been trying to workout every day for at least 15 minutes. That doesn't entail a crazy workout every day, but it's 15 minutes of some type of exercise like walking or running or stretching, yoga, things like that. I feel like you never see results until you start and that's what's been motivating me. Exercise helps you so much more than just externally. It opens your mind," she told StyleCaster.
Addison has a "list of things" she does to stay healthy, "like drinking a gallon of water a day," she told StyleCaster. "It's really hard." She loves Amazon's under $20 Fidus water bottle, which holds a gallon of water and shows you how much you need to drink. "It has motivational sayings to keep you on track," she said about the bottle, which she discovered on TikTok. "A lot of fitness stuff I've gotten is from TikTok," she noted. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
Addison is a big fan of the workout buddy system. The star trains at The Dogpound, often making exercise a group activity. Not only does she take workout classes (including Pilates) with pals, but during the pandemic, she virtually exercised with pal Kourtney during the pandemic.
Addison is always burning calories, even while having fun. She maintains a seriously active lifestyle, skateboarding, surfing, kayaking, kickboxing, and hiking.
Like many TikTok stars, Addison stays in shape with the help of dancing. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Bush shared a new set of them to her Instagram stories recently. In one, she enjoyed a day on a boat. In another, she posed in front of a mirror.
Bush has a large following, and she wants to put it to good use. She opened up about this in the caption of an Instagram post. "Having this platform also opens many doors for me that others don't get the chance to access. I have so many projects going on now that will benefit me in the long run that no one sees on social media, but I want my followers help in giving me ideas of what to do next with my following that will help OTHERS."
Bush is all about staying positive. One thing she does is ignore negative comments. Bush talked about this in the Instagram post's caption. "No more reading into the negative comments and hate for me ??♀️ just pure positivity from here on out! Because people are either going to hate or love you! I have nothing to prove nor do I no longer want to have to prove anything for those who haven't got to meet me and get to know me in real life. I don't have the energy for the hate anymore."
Bush is happy with herself and her life. She also talked about this in her Instagram caption. "Here's to me going back to being happy, carefree and living my life to PLEASE me and no one else. Being a mom while also being a 21 year old who has been BLESSED with an amazing life. I'll continue to share the little bit that I want all while living my real life outside social media, working on all my projects and staying focused and remaining true to myself and not attacking those who attack me because they have their own issues. I'm me, I'm blessed, I'm happy and I'm going to get back on track!"
Bush spends a lot of time outside. One thing she likes to do is go swimming. She shares a bunch of posts on Instagram of herself in the water. Bush shared photos of herself swimming in Formentera with a friend, captioning them, "Shades of blue." In a set of photos and videos, she is also seen in a pool. Bush captioned that post, "Just dropping some more pura vida vacay vibes."
Bush likes to horseback ride to stay in shape. In a set of vacation photos she posted on Instagram, she is seen riding by the beach. According to The American Heart Association, riding has a lot of benefits. "Riding a horse for 45 minutes at a walk, trot and canter can burn up to 200 calories," said Dr. Dennis Sigler, a Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service horse specialist and professor in the department of animal science at Texas A&M University in College Station. "If you do something a bit more strenuous such as cutting or reining, that can come out to nearly seven calories per minute for the entire length of the riding period."

One thing Sampaio made sure to do there was spend time on a boat. She shared some highlights recently on Instagram. In them, Sampaio wore a red swimsuit, her figure on display.
Sampaio shared some of her wellness secrets with HollywoodLife. She says that she likes to use meal prep services. "When I was in LA I was doing this meal prep, where they just have meals come to your house every day and they're premade. I tried Sakara for a week and I'm not even vegan, but I actually really liked it. It was nice to just do it for a week. Then I tried another one called Kooshi, and you can choose what type you want – keto, paleo, whatever you want. I did it because I came back from Italy and I ate so much pasta, pizza, and bread, and I just wanted to eat healthy for two weeks.
So, I got the meal preps and it was really nice because you don't have to think and you just know it's good food. I feel, cooking for one, sometimes is a waste of food. Plus, I travel so much and I always go to the supermarket and buy all this food and then all of a sudden I have to leave, and it all goes to waste. So, I like these meal preps and I'm going to start doing them more often. They do the portion controls themselves, so you don't have to worry about if you're actually eating too much, or overeating sometimes."
Sampaio tells HollywoodLife that she's trying to eat healthier. For her, that means a balanced diet. "So now I'm just trying to eat a little bit more balanced and healthier, not as much sugar and processed foods, and just really trying to get good nutrients into my body. I eat lots of veggies and fruit and I love meat and fish. I just really try to maintain a balanced diet but at the same time on Sunday, I landed from Venice and I was really tired and I felt like having Shake Shack, so I had it."
Sampaio says that she does a variety of things to stay in shape. "I just try to work out three to four, five times a week, depending on how my body is feeling and how my week is going," she told HollywoodLife. "I've been doing a little bit of everything. I've been doing some cardio classes, especially when I'm in LA and then I'll do resistance training or weight training, mixed with a little bit of cardio. Sometimes I'll go to pilates, I just try to do a little bit of everything."
Sampaio struggles with stress and anxiety. She shared how she manages it to The Cut. "Therapy has been one of [the things that helps me]. You go to the doctor every six months to take care of your physical health, so take care of your mental one. Reading has helped me a lot, and to put things in perspective. I try to be very aware of situations and people. I think being aware of that has really helped me take a little bit back the anxiety in a certain way."
Sleep is very important to Sampaio. She told The Cut, "If I don't get my eight hours of sleep, it's going to be a hard day. Your skin regenerates, your eyes are brighter and bigger, you know? Sleeping is a reset of your body. I try to work out as much as I can, but also giving yourself some rest time."

I'll spend money on something because I've heard from a friend it's good; just word of mouth."
Charteris makes sure to take care of her skin. She shared her facial secrets with Get The Gloss. "I've only just gotten into facial stuff; I like Shu Uemura Cleansing Oil for taking off my makeup because it's like a moisturizer as well, so it makes your skin very oily which is great because my skin is so dry. Prior to The Bachelor, Flanagan was a lawyer. However, she revealed on an episode of the Talking It Out podcast that she decided to take a break due to health issues. Around a year ago, I realized I needed to stop everything and try to figure out what the hell is going on with me. I took a step back and did more content creating while I tried to figure out my health."
Flanagan revealed on Talking It Out that she was diagnosed with Lyme Disease, and wanted to get help with it. "Since fourth grade, I've always had weird issues like stomach issues. Then right before I went on 'The Bachelor,' I remember I looked nine months pregnant. I was working out for two hours a day with a trainer and I was super active, but I couldn't figure out what was going on with my weight. After the show, I think the transition with the breakup, publicity, and the fan aspect all put a lot of stress on my body. Fernández shared pictures of herself wearing a swimsuit on her social media, and it's clear from the post that building and maintaining muscle is something she has done for years.
Fernandez's training includes plenty of running—including long-distance running. "Any type of aerobic exercise has a positive effect on the heart," says Dr. Dan Meyer, chief of cardiac transplantation at Baylor Scott & White Health in Dallas. "Running is such an efficient mode of exercise. It can be relaxing and a stress reliever at times. I find it having as much emotional benefits as physical."
Fernandez's athletic background includes swimming, which is a great full-body workout. "Swimming works the heart and lungs," say the experts at Harvard Health. "This trains the body to use oxygen more efficiently, which is generally reflected in declines in the resting heart rate and breathing rate. It uses the arms, the legs, and other muscle groups in between. This improves muscle strength and flexibility."
Cycling is another major part of Fernandez's background and training. "Cycling is one of the healthiest and low-impact forms of exercise – meaning it causes less strain and injuries than most other workouts," say the experts at the University of Montana. "So it's a hobby you can continue to enjoy throughout your long life. And, unlike other forms of exercise, you won't dread doing it. Even if you take cycling seriously and go at it hard, the blood pumping and wind in your face is still exhilarating, even when it's difficult."
Fernandez takes part in triathlons (seriously, is there anything she can't do?). Training is crucial for anyone wanting to take part in a triathlon, experts say. "Triathletes can suffer injuries from the compound effect of adding too much training without proper care and guidance," says Gautam Yagnik, MD, an orthopedic surgeon with Miami Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Institute at Baptist Health South Florida. "Cross-conditioning is important and a key training element for triathletes, but proper preparation, stretching, hydration, periods of rest and other precautions should be taken to avoid overuse injuries."
Fernandez loves animals, especially dogs, which are known to have health benefits for their owners. "An extensive number of studies in a wide range of journals and disciplines support that interactions with pets contribute to good health and quality of life and healing from serious illnesses and conditions," says Dr. Maria Iliopoulou, an alumna of the MSU College of Veterinary Medicine. "Pets can influence our emotional state, our sense of security and acceptance, and even our positive outlook on life."

"Was a proper Saturday," she captioned the steamy hot set of Instagram images shared with her 630,000-plus followers.
Joy makes sure to hydrate. Here she is on a tropical vacation drinking straight from a coconut. "Coconut water," she captioned the swimsuit snap. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
Joy drinks red wine on occasion. "Red wine, in moderation, has long been thought of as heart healthy," says the Mayo Clinic. "The alcohol and certain substances in red wine called antioxidants may help prevent coronary artery disease, the condition that leads to heart attacks."
As you can see from her recent Instagram post, Taylor spends a lot of time at the beach and in the water. In this video she swims in the ocean. "Golden Hour in Heaven," she captioned it. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.
Joy is a walker. During a recent trip to South Africa, she put on her walking shoes and hit the pavement. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
Joy also goes on hikes. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:
Building stronger muscles and bones
Improving your sense of balance
Improving your heart health
Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems.

Eiza makes her time in the gym count. She usually does weight and interval training. "This body needs to be happy by exercising, because I feel so good when I exercise. I go between three workouts," she told Shape. "I do a lot of weight lifting with high weight, low reps — that's something that this Latina butt needs to get toned. She added that also does "a lot of intervals: cardio mixed with movement."
"I swear by Pilates, and I die by Pilates," Eiza told Shape. "It works out muscles that I don't work out ever. Like this little one under my boob, between my fourth and sixth left ribs." According to research, Pilates exercises are designed to increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility, and to improve posture and balance.
Eiza eats healthy the majority of the time but lets herself cheat on occasion.. "One day a week, I eat whatever I want. That's my one rule," she said. "I'll eat brownies. I'll eat pizza. I'll eat all the foods I want to eat because that's what this body needs to be happy."
"I like to keep moving every day, not necessarily 'work out' every day, but keep moving," she explained to Harper's Bazaar Australia. "It doesn't have to be intense, just getting the body some blood flow and not staying stagnant."
"I have to drink water all day, every day! Water has become such a basic life need for me because I travel so much and that dehydrates you a lot. From the change of weather to the plane, everything can be so harsh on you," Eiza told Harper's Bazaar. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
"I recently became plant-based as I'm doing a little bit of a switcheroo in my life with food and I've loved it," she explained to Harper's Bazaar. "I'm trying not to eat as much sugar. I will say, I am a 'chocolate freak', so it's really hard for me, but I choose one day of the week that I allow myself to indulge." She tries to keep sugar, coffee, and alcohol to a minimum. "I'm trying to live a more organic and responsible life, in terms of how I eat. I try not to touch sugar. I'm trying to bring down the levels of coffee that I drink. I love coffee but it's something that's bad for your lymphatic system."

Hailey cooks her own meals. "I'm always on the go. "But cooking my own food is fun, and it's a good way to make sure I'm getting proper nutrition," she told People. She starts the day with a bowl of Bob's Red Mill gluten-free oatmeal, with almond butter, bananas, blueberries and cinnamon and a cup of green tea for breakfast. Her favorite post-workout snack is Fairlife chocolate milk. For lunch she has a salad for lunch with cranberries, walnuts, beets, apples, goat cheese and balsamic dressing paired with water with lemon. In the afternoon she has a green juice with kale, cucumber, green apple, and lemon. Dinner is salmon and asparagus with quinoa for dinner.
"My current favorite workout is boxing," Hailey told People. "I box for cardio and toning five or six times a week. It's a great way to relieve stress. I always leave my sessions feeling empowered." Draya follows a strict diet dubbed the "military diet" when she wants to slim down fast. It involves consuming only clean foods like grapefruit and lean protein. "You know what I had for breakfast today?" she revealed in an Instagram video. "Coffee, one hard-boiled egg, celery, and a spoonful of cottage cheese."

"I am naturally skinny but I stay on the treadmill in my house," she told RadarOnline. "I watch the clock for the ENTIRE 45 minutes like a hawk. But I work really hard, I'm up to an eight incline."

"Any amount is better than what you've been drinking. Your body and skin will thank you for it in the long run." According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
"I try to cook as much as I can and I don't necessarily cook healthy, but I use very small portions to keep the calories at bay," she told FashionBombDaily.

One of her go-to workouts? "The most effective for me is running, though it's not my favorite," she told Today about her go-to workout. "But if I need to get in shape quickly, I need to run."
She doesn't lift weights often. "If I do weights, it's probably very light weights, five to ten pounds, no more than that." She does have three go-to exercise moves: A plank, side plank, and Russian twist. She planks for a total of one minute, then follows it up with 20 on each side of side planks and Russian twists, she revealed to Today.
Nastia mixes up her routine. "I love boxing with my trainer. Harvard Health maintains that boxing a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.
"I love barre classes and hot yoga. I love Pilates. That really elongates you, but it's also important to do some kind of cardio and now that the weather's nice I love running along the West Side. It's a beautiful view. I take spinning classes, too," she told The Cut.
Nastia doesn't diet but focuses on eating clean. "A lot of protein, a lot of vegetables, a lot of greens. I don't really eat too many carbs, and if I do, it's brown rice or quinoa," she told Today about what she puts in her body.
Nastia also loves playing golf. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

more...Anastasia Ashley is hanging 10 – in her swimsuit. In one of her latest social media posts, the professional surfer-slash-model shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit, in addition to her mad surfing skills. "Afternoon surf," she captioned the Instagram Reel.
"I'm in the gym every day I'm not at the beach, doing a mix of cardio and strength-training, such as squats on the Bosu ball, leg lifts and lunges. I love spin classes as well — listening to blaring music and getting super-sweaty," Anastasia tells Men's Fitness. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.
Anastasia eats clean. "Stay away from processed foods. If it didn't come from the earth, it's not meant to be in your body," she says about her top diet rule. "According to the Department of Agriculture, processed food are any raw agricultural commodities that have been washed, cleaned, milled, cut, chopped, heated, pasteurized, blanched, cooked, canned, frozen, dried, dehydrated, mixed or packaged — anything done to them that alters their natural state. This may include adding preservatives, flavors, nutrients and other food additives, or substances approved for use in food products, such as salt, sugars and fats," says the Mayo Clinic.
Obviously, surfing helps Anastasia stay in shape. "Surfing is a full-body workout. When you're riding the board and balancing, you use your legs for balance and stability. And because you're always squatting, which is an uncomfortable and abnormal body position, it challenges your butt and legs," she tells Cosmopolitan.
Anastasia walks on an incline. "While cardio alone won't keep you toned, I walk on a treadmill at a high incline, climb on the StairMaster, and do lots of quick intervals," she told Cosmopolitan. "With the incline walking, I'll do 12 to 15 incline at a 3 to 4 mile-per-hour pace. Even if you jog or run for five minutes on a super high incline, it's still pretty hard!"
Anastasia rides bikes. "I also love doing spinning. I'm a Flywheel fan. It's the best workout overall, and it gets you motivated and competitive," she adds. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Madelaine exercises, but only when it's fun. "I used to feel like I 'had' to work out everyday, I'm not sure why. But lately I've been going to the gym when it sounds fun to me and more for my mental health. I've honestly never felt better or seen better results in my strength. Listen to your body," she revealed in an interview. "The thing I love most about my body is how perplexed I am about all the things it can do. The more I learn about my body the more fascinated I am by it," she added in a Body Scan video for Women's Health. "The more I move the happier I'll be. I link my mental health to working out."
Madelaine is a longtime vegan. "Protein is something I really have to be aware of in every meal or else my energy levels just go completely downhill," she told Women's Health. She describes herself as "such a carb fan" so she eats a lot of protein pasta, like red lentil pasta. "I need to hit my salivary glands and I also need to hit my protein."
In her latest social media posts, Madelaine reveals that reading is one of her "reset" habits. Why should you pick up a book? One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.
Madelaine rides horses. "Wholesome," she captioned this recent snap. According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.
Madelaine prioritizes hydration, drinking 11 to 13 500 ml-bottles of water per day. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Alexandra is a devoted yogi. "Free your hips and your mind will follow," she captioned a recent clip of her flow session. Why should you do yoga? "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," Harvard Health says. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."
Alexandra was introduced to acupuncture at the age of 23, when she was suffering from a frozen shoulder. She swears by the Chinese medicine practice, claiming that it helps with sleep and stress levels. "I'm obsessed. I've had the needles everywhere—all over my body," she told Women's Health. "New place-not going to move again for at least a month," she captioned a recent post of herself during a session.
Alexandra loves hitting the slopes. Research has linked downhill skiing to a number of health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress and the occurrence of memory deficits declines.
Alexandra makes sure to go on lots of adventures. "Take a vacation from your problems," she captioned a post. She loves exploring new places, going on hikes and long walks. "I've found that my body heals faster and responds better if I'm in tune with myself and can be in nature," she told Women's Health.
Alexandra has a healthy approach to diet, starting her day with a cappuccino with almond or oat milk and yogurt and fruit or egg whites with spinach and toast. For lunch she eats a turkey sandwich with cheese, mustard, and mayo, and dinner is usually a bowl of pasta with veggies and olive oil.

In one of her latest social media posts, the model-slash-influencer, who also goes by the nickname "Golden Barbies," shows off her famous figure in a tiny bathing suit. "You can thank my niece for these ☺️ Couldn't pick a fave – what's yours?" she asked her 6 million-plus Instagram followers.
Jasmine doesn't pay attention to the numbers. "I don't mind what size I am. I honestly couldn't tell you my jeans size because I haven't worn them in forever. I'm in activewear all the time because that's what I'm comfortable wearing daily," she told Fox News. "I've been different sizes over the years. I was extremely tiny at some point, still healthy, but very small in the eyes of a lot of people," she continued. "Now that I'm older – I've been in the industry for over 15 years – I feel like I've made a pretty nice name for myself.
I know how to maintain the weight that I'm at or lose at a healthy rate. But more importantly, I want to make sure I'm feeling my best self mentally. So I would tell girls to embrace your curves. Feel good about yourself, no matter what size you are. I work out to feel good and experience life. I want to feel comfortable in the skin that I'm in. And it doesn't matter what the measuring tape says."
If you want a fit figure like Jasmine, you will have to work for it. "I definitely try to do faster cardio in the morning just to get it out of the way. And then if I can, I'll do some type of activity outside, like jump rope. But I also focus a lot on my legs like squats, lunges, and mountain climbers," she told Fox News. "I also have a StairMaster. But if I'm not doing that, I go on a bike ride down the beach. I also like meeting up with friends to work out right before a shoot because I want to prepare myself mentally more than anything."
Jasmine recommends a protein-centric diet. She does cheat on occasion. "I love crab legs and crab boils. I have a friend who makes amazing crab boils and he delivers them to my house. I like my pasta. I've been loving burgers lately and I'm not really a burger girl," she told Fox News. "But I try to balance it out throughout the day. If I eat something like a burger, then I'll have my salads and get some grains in. I think moderation is key."
Jasmine maintains that "leading up to a swimsuit shoot, I definitely eat healthily. I take my vitamins. I do apple cider vinegar in the morning." Why ACV? "For me, I just feel like it helps with my digestive system. I feel better after a couple of days of taking it. A lot of my friends can't drink it and hate the taste of it *laughs*. I like to add a little bit of water and lemon to make it taste a little better. But I don't taste it anymore," she added.
Jasmine maintains that Pilates is essential for preparing her body for rigorous modeling shoots. "You have to be strong enough to hold these positions for a long time. You're popping your body and contorting it in a certain way," she told Fox News. "I find Pilates really helpful, especially when you're modeling and holding poses for a long time. At the end of a shoot, your body gets really tired and you're exhausted. And for some shoots, you have to do that for two, three days in a row. It can be a lot on your body. But I also love stretching after a shoot. It's all about finding ways to keep moving and staying active throughout your day."

"There's always pressure," Brink told the San Francisco Chronicle . "I'm good at putting more on myself. Even last year, I was so afraid to lose and I think that was the wrong kind of motivation. This year, I'm putting it into wanting to win and finding the right kind of pressure."
Cameron keeps her loved ones in the loop when she is struggling. "Everyone has their way of coping," Brink told San Francisco Chronicle. "I'm really good about being vulnerable. Whenever I'm in a bad mood or not having a good day, people around me will know. Mental health should be seen as hygiene, like brushing your teeth every day; you should be checking in with yourself, so I haven't been afraid to share that I've struggled mentally."
Cameron is a golfer. "Get off the fairway," she captioned a cute photo of herself on the course. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.
In a recent video, Cameron shows off her moves during a flow session. "Fueling my body, nourishing my mind, she captioned the video of herself recentering. "Self-care isn't selfish, it's self-love. So let's honor our bodies and minds, embracing the journey to optimal well-being."
Cameron reveals that she doesn't use vacation as an excuse to put fitness on the backburner. She walks on the beach.

In a recent Instagram post, Run detailed her love of dance. "Ballet has been so many things for me. It's been heaven and an escape. Hell and a prison. Through hours of pouring sweat and soul onto the dance floor, I have found a work ethic and a determination I wouldn't trade for the world. The ability to look resistance square in the eyes and keep going. Yet, I've also pushed myself over the edge striving for perfection," she wrote. "When you get that first pair of point shoes, they're stiff. Snug to the bone, they must be broken in through time and dedication.
Eventually there is a level of trust, until finally over time they can no longer hold you up and we have to once again find a new shoe that fits. Art is like this. We're new students, stumbling and finding our way until we get the hang of something. Eventually, we outgrow our own work and if we aren't willing to risk something new, our spark crumbles and breaks down. No matter what phase i'm in—the building or the breaking, I know that if I step into a studio, I am home.
Home in this body, home in this world. If any of you are asking yourselves where your spark for life went- ask: have I abandoned parts of myself? Go backwards. Sometimes, (most of the time) our evolution comes from peeling back the layers that were never meant to be there. Remembering who you were is how you continue to build your legacy, staying forever faithful to your spark. Our childhood dreams become our adult passions."
Alexis loves playing tennis. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.
"In the mornings, I journal," Alexis told Grazia. "I think journaling is one of the most important things to build into your morning routine. Journaling is an important tool because the days and years pass by so quickly, but journaling stays forever. Looking back, you get to see yourself grow in your writing. When I look back on my journals from even five years ago, it makes me proud to see how much I've grown and evolved."
"My bedtime varies, although lately, it's been around 11:30 pm," she told Grazia. "The time I wake up varies by the day, but if I have a few days off, I try to let myself sleep in (which means 9 am latest). I like to listen to my body and tune in to what it's telling me, even if that means waking up at 6 am daily, or 9 am from time to time. As of lately, I feel more creative towards the evening, so I have been staying up a little later to work on projects and brainstorm."
In her recent Instagram post, Alexis shows off her love of surfing. "I love surfing," she told Grazia about one of her favorite SoCal activities. According to the Australian government's Better Health, surfing provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. "Once you're standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up," they say.

In one of her latest social media posts the Israeli actress shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while enjoying the final days of summer. "There is nothing better than spending time in the sun ❤️☀️My heart is full and my soul is happy. Thank you," she captioned the Instagram post.
"I grew up being a dancer. So learning how to do the action – it's like a dance. It's choreography, they call it action choreography. I love it. You play with your body, you play with your brain," Gal recently told Vogue.
Gal is one of the few stars who tries to do as many of her own stunts as possible. "The team of stunt women that I work with I take everywhere with me because I couldn't do what I do without them. I try to do as much of the action as they let me. It's important for me to do this, because I feel like action and the performance is made not just with the choreography but also by the intention of the action. And to me, it's so important to have both," she told Vogue.
Who is Gal's inspiration and real life Wonder Woman? "My mom. It's a cliche of an answer, I know. But I have such an incredible force of a mum that raised us to be grateful. And I think that grateful people are very happy because they are always happy with what they have. So she taught us to be grateful. And to dare. She always put such good healthy seeds of confidence and self empowerment in me and my sister and she is my true wonder woman. And she is just such a good person too," she told Vogue.
Gal doesn't just kick butt on the screen. Like every Israeli, Gadot served her country in the armed forces, working as a combat trainer for the Israeli Defense Forces.
In an exclusive interview with Vogue Hong Kong, the actress reveals some of her favorite comfort foods. "So if we're talking about Israel, I love bourekas, it's like a pastry with a crispy dough and cheese in it." She also loves pita bread with falafel, salad and tahini, and a classic American cheeseburger with fries and a good ol' mac and cheese.

Rose, who previously had an on-again-off-again relationship with Jake Paul, shared pictures of herself laying on the sand in classic "hot dog legs" pose. She's also seen walking up stairs to the sand, wearing a white bikini. "Perfectly cooked hot dogs/legs?" she jokingly wrote on her beach selfies.
Rose starts the day with lemon and water, and swears by coconut oil for her beautiful complexion. "I have had trouble with my skin in the past so I live by drinking a big glass of warm lemon water right when I wake up and drinking as much water as possible throughout the day," she says. "Also rubbing coconut oil on my face before going to sleep."
Rose swears by staying hydrated and making an effort to work out every day even if it's only a mini-workout. "I played softball pretty much from the time I could walk all the way through college," she says. "DRINK LOTS OF WATER. I know people say it all the time, but it makes such a difference. Also, mix up workout routines and keep things interesting. Even getting up and hiking, or 15 minutes of cardio is better than nothing."
Rose loves horseback riding, which is a great way to bond with an animal, get exercise, and enjoy the fresh air. "How's that saying go again? You can take the girl out of Texas but…." she captioned an Instagram post of herself wearing a crop top, jeans, and trucker hat while on horseback.
Rose loves animals, especially dogs and baby goats. "Dogs are very present. If someone is struggling with something, they know how to sit there and be loving," says Dr. Ann Berger, a physician and researcher at the NIH Clinical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. "Their attention is focused on the person all the time… The foundations of mindfulness include attention, intention, compassion, and awareness. All of those things are things that animals bring to the table. People kind of have to learn it. Animals do this innately."
Rose has learned to embrace her imperfections. "I have learned that some days are going to be better than others," she says. "Some days you wake up feeling confident and beautiful and other days you don't feel like getting out of bed. But pushing through it and learning to love yourself through the process is important. I define beauty as being confident and loving every inch of yourself. I know it sounds cheesy and I know it's way harder than it sounds but learning to love yourself, even your scars… that's beautiful."
