Olivia Mogan is showing off all her hard work at the gym in her swimsuit. The fitness influencer flaunts her fit figure in a bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts. "Work all winter, shine all summer," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps.
Olivia has been on her "training journey" for nearly 8 years. Initially, she did her own workouts but after hitting a plateau, hired a trainer. "Feeling so motivated again," she wrote in one of her Instagram Stories. She revealed in another that she works out five to six days per week.
Olivia once said that she doesn't do any ab workouts. "I just do really heavy compound lifts which work my entire torso," she revealed in an Instagram Story Q&A. Her favorite area to train? "Back or quads," she revealed. She loves doing bent over rows and squats. However, she recently shared a video of the ab workout she is doing to get ready for summer. "It's time to cut for summer! I ended up doing 4 rounds x 30 seconds," she captioned it.
Olivia isn't a fan of cardio. She focuses on lifting weights in order to build muscl instead of losing weight. "The most I do right now is walking for like 10 minutes before I start if I feel like it," she said. Occasionally, she might do some sprints.
Olivia switches up her routine every four weeks and shares her workouts on her LivFit app. The subscription includes a few 4-week programs, a nutrition guide, and new workouts weekly.
Olivia exercises to gain muscle, not lose weight. "I'm finishing up my first 8-week bulk of the year on Friday, and ya girl has gained 10lbs and is looking a littttttleee fluffy (although I don't mind it!) ?? but now I'm excited to start cutting for summer!" she captioned a post. "Fitness is such a huge part of my life; my days really revolve around my workouts and what I put into my body. For some reason, I always liked to keep it to myself and didn't talk about it too much on here, but that is about to change! When I first started my fitness journey, I was coming off two ACL tears and just trying to build the muscle in my legs after having back-to-back surgeries. Now, I have been lifting for six years and have gained around 40lbs (my weight fluctuates) and put on tons of muscle!"

Clizia loves playing tennis. "First tennis lesson: the outfit is there, now we have to work on the rest," she captioned a photo. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.
Clizia can often be found swimming in the ocean and in pools. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.
One way Clizia destresses? Taking baths, which have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.
Clizia also takes vitamins. "So besides working out I'm taking the right supplements to stay in shape," she revealed in a post. Supplements are a great way to ensure you are getting your nutrients. However, most nutritionists agree that a healthy diet is the most efficient way to stay healthy.
Clizia also partakes in a form of fighting: Boxing. "My preparation for the red zone," she captioned a clip of herself boxing with a friend. "This kind of boxing has many health benefits, because it constantly requires you to think, change your position, and change your posture," physical therapist Linda Arslanian, director of rehabilitation services at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's hospital tells Harvard Health."You're swinging your arms, moving the muscles of your arms and shoulders, increasing your upper-body strength. And when you're in the boxer crouch with a wide stance, with your knees slightly bent, you're strengthening your core muscles, back, and legs."
Clizia also golfs. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.
Cristia loves pasta."A pasta dish a day keeps the doctor away giorno ?? #carboloading #italianfood," she captioned a post. She also loves pizza, oysters, and cake.

Antoniale's typical breakfast consists of scrambled eggs, yogurt, and fresh fruit. "Yogurt has been linked to healthy blood pressure and cholesterol levels," says the Cleveland Clinic. "And some research shows that eating yogurt as part of a healthy diet can help prevent long-term weight gain, which is good for the heart."
Antoniale says she moved to Miami from Córdoba for the sake of her peace of mind. "I live in Miami, but I come and go all the time," she says. "If you ask me which is my home, I answer without hesitation that it is Córdoba. That is the reality, what my heart tells me. But yes: I spend some time abroad and another time here. Only that I come and nobody finds out."
Antoniale loves walking her beloved pup, especially at the beach. "Walking releases natural painkilling endorphins to the body – one of the emotional benefits of exercise," says the Arthritis Foundation. "A California State University, Long Beach, study showed that the more steps people took during the day, the better their moods were."
Antoniale takes time and effort to look after her plants, which research shows is beneficial for both physical and mental health. "Plants can remove pollutants such as carbon dioxide, nitrogen dioxide (from nearby traffic), fine particles (from dust) and volatile organic compounds (from air fresheners, cooking and cleaning)," says Dr. Lauriane Suyin Chalmin-Pui. "For people indoors for the majority of the day, indoor air quality is hugely important."
Antoniale refuses to allow commentary on her figure to affect her self esteem. "It's my life and I do what I want," she says. "I don't diet… it's just training a little. People are irritated by everything! It's not my problem. And when I weigh 2 kg [4.4 lbs] more, I'm [too] fat for people!"

Lehmann is spending time in Portugal, and shared some highlights on Instagram. In them, she sat by and in the pool wearing a pink swimsuit, her figure on display. Lehmann captioned the post, "Some time off."
Soccer isn't the only sport Lehmann plays to stay in shape. One thing she enjoys doing is playing tennis. She shared a set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Lehmann captioned the post, "Something different." Better Health reports that tennis has a lot of benefits. "Playing tennis has many health benefits including: increasing aerobic capacities. Lowering resting heart rate and blood pressure. Improving metabolic function."
Lehmann does a lot of outdoor activities to stay in shape. One thing she enjoys doing is going on walks or hikes. She shared a set of photos and a video of herself walking by the beach on Instagram. Lehmann captioned the post, "Somewhere in the world." The American Hiking Society reports, "Nearly one third of American adults have high blood pressure. Hypertension is often referred to as the silent killer since symptoms are often undetectable and it can lead to heart attack, stroke, and other serious problems. Physical activity such as hiking lowers blood pressure 4-10 points and regaining a normal body weight can lower it 5-20 points."
As you can see from her recent post, Lehmann likes to swim to stay in shape. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself at the beach and in the water. Lehmann posted a photo of herself swimming in Miami. She captioned the post, "Be brave." Better Health states, "Swimming is a great recreational activity for people of all ages. Recreational swimming can provide you with a low-impact workout and it's a good way to relax and feel good."
Another outdoor activity Lehmann likes to do is ride ATVs. She shared a set of photos on Instagram of herself on a four-wheeler, as she went on a ride by the beach. Lehmann captioned the post, "Catch me if you can." Riding ATVs and doing similar activities is a way of getting outside and raising your adrenaline.
Lehmann has a dog named Loui, whom she and her family adopted during the pandemic. She opened up about this in an interview with WHFUC.com. "Loui is amazing, and I love him so much," Lehmann said. "My family and I have always had dogs and we thought it would be nice to now have a puppy. With everything going on, we have so much time now to train him and work with him. For me, it was the best time to get a new puppy. He's a really good boy, he never cries, so I'm quite lucky." Owning a dog means that you have to go outside and walk them at least once a day.

Football star Will Levis' sister, who went viral after her appearance at the 2023 NFL draft, shows off her incredible figure in a Badger red bathing suit as she celebrates her academic achievements. "Blood, sweat, and tears. Love you UW thank you for showing me true happiness," she captioned a series of snaps.
Because UW is on a lake, Kelley has the perfect opportunity to paddle board with her pals. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.
Kelley also took advantage of the gorgeous greenery of Wisconsin by going for regular hikes. She captioned this post "greening." "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.
Kelley also goes for walks. Here she is with a friend "testing out the lungs" with her "#walkingstick." Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
Kelley also understands the importance of hydration. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
Kelley also enjoys surfing. According to the Australian government's Better Health, surfing provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. "Once you're standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up," they say.

One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
Gracie works out to stay in shape. Her workout combines weight and strength training exercises, which she regularly demonstrates on YouTube. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.
Gracie loves starting the day with a cup of coffee. "What's you coffee order? ☕️ Mines an iced latte triple shot with oat milk," she captioned a post. Science has linked coffee to a variety of benefits. One of the most surprising? A recent study found it may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death.
Gracie prioritizes self-care. Her go-to method? A hot bath, burning candle, and glass of red wine. "Self-care vibes," she captioned this post. How can baths do your body and mind good? She then starred on hit series like Battlestar Galactica, Suits, and Lucifer. Helfer shared a new photo to her Instagram this week. In it, she enjoyed a pool day, and broke out her black two-piece swimsuit. Helfer captioned the post, "Pool season has started! A little R&R after transplanting 15 plants all afternoon. 4 left to do and another 4 to buy, so tomorrow is more.
Helfer has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared some of her secrets in an interview with RealStyleNetwork.com. "As for products, I have a mixture and like to vary it up depending on the weather and the climate I'm in. In the summer or humid climates, I tend to use Nars Aqua Gel Luminous Oil-Free Lotion, AquaGel Luminous Mask and Eye Cream Concentrate and Kiehl's Microdermabrasion serum. In the winter or dryer climates, I use La Mer Concentrate Serum, La Mer Eye Cream and Crème de la Mermoisturizing lotion. I also love Kiehl's Midnight Recovery Concentrate Oil and eye cream. That was the only thing that kept my skin from windburn and chapping while on a cross-country motorbike trip. The best sunscreen I've ever used is Kiehl's SuperFluid."
In 2014, Helfer shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with SELF. She says that she does a lot of different things to stay in shape. "I'm a heavy-duty hiker with some calisthenics as well — you have to tone up, too. But there always has to be some cardio involved. You gotta get your heart rate going. To keep things fresh, I mix up my workouts: One day [I'll do] yoga, one day's running and weights, one day I'm doing Pilates, one day's hiking."
Helfer revealed her secrets for staying motivated to workout to SELF. "When I need extra motivation, I tell myself, that I'm fortunate to be able to work out and plenty of people can't. Like when I envision my grandfather and how hard it is for him to even move around, I think, 'You know what? Not only is it gonna help you move around when you're older if you stay active when you're younger, but you're also gonna have a better shot at getting old if you're working out.'"
Helfer tells SELF that she spends a lot of time outside. "Sunday mornings at 11 AM, you'll find me probably about to go on a hike. All my cats would be fed. And I would have had a protein smoothie and a green tea almond latte and I would be about ready to go on a two-hour hike. Or if it's a beautiful day, I may be out riding motorbikes all day and I will have already been on a bike for 4 hours."
Helfer shared her favorite fast, healthy, dinner option with SELF. "I chop up a mixed salad with some cut-up fake turkey. I don't eat poultry or meat but I really like some of those vegetarian 'Smart' meats — I really like the fake turkey slices. My cat is insane about 'em, too! And for a dressing — red wine vinegar, olive oil, dijon mustard, and a little salt and pepper. It's as easy as that."

Kirel uses dumbbells as part of her exercise regimen, and shares her progress on social media. "People may think they need to spend a lot of time lifting weights, but just two sets of bench presses that take less than 5 minutes could be effective," says Duck-chul Lee, associate professor of kinesiology at Iowa State University. "Lifting any weight that increases resistance on your muscles is the key. My muscle doesn't know the difference if I'm digging in the yard, carrying heavy shopping bags or lifting a dumbbell."
Kirel had to learn to deal with stress in the run up to the Eurovision Song Contest. "I had to push the stress aside and focus on the fact that Eurovision is one of the biggest stages in the world and it's always been a big dream of mine to perform for the entire world," she says. "So, I am really happy I accepted it and that I am representing my country. I just need to work hard and focus on the positive things."
Kirel says her song Unicorn represents how she feels about self-confidence. "It's all about self-empowerment and empowerment to all," she says. "The power to say what you want, what you feel, to dress how you want, to do whatever you want to do to be who you want to be."
Kirel likes to spend her down time with family. "I try to go to the movies at least once a week…usually at midnight when it's pretty quiet at the theaters," she says. "I also love being home with my family…it's very rare for me to have days off so I try to enjoy them as much as I can."
Kirel tries hard to be mentally and emotionally resilient when it comes to her career. "It's very hard and intense work, but obviously music is my number one thing for me," she says. "I also love to act and dance and I do believe all of this comes together. I believe that if you love something, you should go for it and enjoy the ride. Yes, it's a big ride but it's so worthy. When you achieve your goals, that's the most amazing feeling ever.

Icardi does weight training at the gym. "I enjoy it more and more because we have realized which are the areas that suffer the most from weakness (like my lumbar, trapezius and neck) and as a result of that we have been adjusting weight and choosing the exercises that are best [to] make me stronger," she captioned an Instagram reel. "Watch out there is no weakness! I have legs that withstand everything."
Icardi loves fresh salmon with cucumber salad and lemon. "Salmon contains omega-3 fatty acids," says the Mayo Clinic. "A type of fat that makes your blood less likely to form clots that may cause heart attacks."
Icardi enjoys hot tea for a pick-me-up. "Researchers have found an association between those who drink tea, especially green tea, and a reduced risk of certain chronic diseases, such as cancer, heart disease, stroke and diabetes," says Julie Garden-Robinson, PhD, RD, LRD. "Even small amounts of tea contribute polyphenols (antioxidants), which have been found to enhance health."
Icardi says she could eat delicious tomato bruschetta for the rest of her life. "Tomatoes contain vitamins A, C, and K," says Ingrid Adams, PhD. "Tomatoes are also a good source of niacin, chromium, and potassium. Vitamin C protects the body from free radicals which destroy the healthy cells in the body. Niacin helps to lower triglyceride, a fat present in our blood."
Icardi practices yoga at home. "When you do yoga, your brain cells develop new connections, and changes occur in brain structure as well as function, resulting in improved cognitive skills, such as learning and memory," says Harvard Health. "Yoga strengthens parts of the brain that play a key role in memory, attention, awareness, thought, and language."

If Laura wants to lose weight, she cuts carbs. She "dips in and out of" the keto lifestyle and "doesn't keep to it all the time," she told Express. She adds that health "should be a lifestyle" instead of a "diet" and maintains that "life is all about balance." She will "have a glass of wine or whatever" and loves eating "an omelet with bacon and cheese for breakfast." For lunch, she enjoys "salmon with cauliflower rice, or a steak salad with lots of broccoli and spinach."
Laura likes to "go for a run," she told Express – and especially loves the treadmill. "Weirdly I prefer to run on the running machine." The Mayo Clinic explains that running – either outside or on the treadmill – is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.
"You can exercise as much as you like, but unless you follow a really healthy lifestyle and eating plan, then if you want to see results, you've got to have a healthy and balanced way of eating," Laura noted to Express about the equation. "There's no point exercising five days a week and then eating a load of rubbish. It's sort of pointless. It's about what you put into your body as much as what you're actually doing with it."
"I love to exercise. I go to the gym," she told Express. She also enjoys online workouts. She prefers lifting weights at the gym over going for a walk outside. She also likes exercising in the morning. "It gives me loads of energy and sets me up for the day," she says. In addition to helping her stay in shape, exercise "makes you feel good," she added. "It releases endorphins. I would say to make a habit out of it. If you can make it part of your daily routine, once you stop you'll miss it and you'll be like, I need to do it, I need to do it," Laura added.
Laura enjoys spinning. "I've just bought myself an Echelon bike, so I'm going to be able to do some workouts at home with that," she told Express. She also enjoys heading outside and "going for a bike ride with the kids."

Nader opened up about her diet and exercise to the Daily Mail. She says that when it comes to her diet, she makes sure that she has a plan that is sustainable. "I think that you can totally drive yourself crazy if you go on insane diets for long periods of time," she said. "You're just going to crack. It's taken me a while to just do everything in moderation — try to eat healthy as much as you can."
Nader makes sure to eat healthy. However, she also believes in moderation and isn't afraid of having a cheat day once in a while. "I try and stay away from sugar and dairy but if I have a craving, I'll definitely satisfy it," she told the Daily Mail. "Any 'diet' a person goes under should just consist of healthy eating, but don't beat up yourself if you need to satisfy that fried chicken craving — I am Southern after all."
Nader opened up about her diet in an interview with SI Swim. She says that she likes to intermittent fast, and only eats during a certain time of day. "I start eating at 12 p.m. and have my last meal at 8 p.m.," she says. "So it's only an eight-hour eating period." John Hopkins Medicine reports that intermittent fasting has a lot of benefits. "Intermittent fasting works by prolonging the period when your body has burned through the calories consumed during your last meal and begins burning fat."
Nader shared some of her diet to SI Swim. She says that she likes to take probiotics each day. "And first thing in the morning, I take a probiotic with a large glass of water." The National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health states, "Probiotics have shown promise for a variety of health purposes, including prevention of antibiotic-associated diarrhea (including diarrhea caused by Clostridium difficile), prevention of necrotizing enterocolitis and sepsis in premature infants, treatment of infant colic, treatment of periodontal disease, and induction or maintenance of remission in ulcerative colitis."
Nader shared some of her favorite healthy options with SI Swim. "For breakfast, I usually have avocado toast with a poached egg and coffee," she says. "Lunch typically consists of a salad or sandwich. For my salad, I usually create my own from Sweetgreen or Chop't [in NYC] with kale, spinach, romaine, tomatoes, jalapenos, onions, bell peppers and balsamic dressing. Otherwise, my sandwich is chicken salad. I love having a rice bowl, sushi or pasta for dinner. The rice bowl I usually get from Cava, and it comes with white rice, crazy feta, chicken, onions, tomatoes and spicy peppers."

Sluss starts the day with fresh celery juice. "A healthy morning ritual that I follow every single day is drinking celery juice on an empty stomach," she says. "I swear by it! It helps me with bloating and has really cleared up my skin. My favorite is Suja Organic celery juice- my fridge is stocked with it."
Sluss says breakfast is a non-negotiable as she always eats fresh strawberries, which she calls an obsession. "Strawberries give you a lot of nutritional value for very few calories," says Bailey Flora, MS, RDN, LD. "They're tasty but naturally low in sugar. That's a combination that's hard to beat."
Sluss's favorite workout is running. "I absolutely love running! I've taken this time during quarantine to train for a half marathon," she says. "I also enjoy taking long walks with Bala ankle weights. I really like to integrate P.Volve into my workout routine because it's low impact and perfect for sculpting. Five must-do morning stretches would be a downward dog, child's pose, side oblique stretch, and single-leg stretch. Relaxation to me means getting to a place where I can enjoy freedom from stress and feel at peace with exactly where I am at that moment."
For Sluss, mental health is as important as physical health. "One of my goals is to not be so hard on myself," she says. "I am constantly working towards that goal everyday, it's not something you achieve overnight! Being healthy isn't just physical. It's also mental, spiritual, and ultimately loving yourself to not listen to those negative voices in your own head!"
Sluss's diet secrets are based on sensible choices and balance. "Two diet secrets I would share would be to listen to your body and eat when you are hungry," she says. "Starving yourself is never a good idea. I also think that drinking water is so important. I try to drink at least a gallon a day to stay hydrated and I find that it curbs my appetite and helps with my skin. The second secret would be to eliminate processed foods. When I go to the grocery store I try to stay away from the middle isles and choose fresh produce, vegetables and meats. I try to avoid buying processed snacks and eat from the refrigerator as much as I can."

Ajtar does weight and resistance training at the gym, which is good for fat burning, muscle support, and bone health. "Strength training, in particular, has bone benefits beyond those offered by aerobic weight-bearing exercise," says Harvard Health. "It targets bones of the hips, spine, and wrists, which are the sites most likely to fracture."
Ajtar makes sure to get enough walking throughout the day, either outside or on a treadmill. "Walking helps make your heart more efficient," says cardiologist Tamanna Singh, MD. "As you're improving your fitness, your heart actually becomes more effective with each heart pump that it provides for that type of exercise."
Ajtar loves fresh salads, especially made with cucumber. "Cucumbers can help with disease prevention, weight management and digestion," says Amber Sommer, RD, LD. "And because they are readily available and easy to eat, everyone can reap the benefits."
Ajtar relies on discipline when she isn't in the mood to work out. "Really could not be one bit bothered today; but I reminded myself it's me vs me yesterday and if it were easy, everyone would do it!" she says. "Mental resilience is key in getting the body you want and motivation is only what gets you started, but it won't keep you going! If you're feeling like you need to gym today or should train; just do it even if it's for 20 minutes it's still something! I promise you you're never leaving a session no matter how short / long feeling bad; you're only going to feel amazing and build up that mental strength for consistency!"
Ajtar never skips her daily stretching sessions. "Stretching is a huge part of your muscle growth that's super underrated," she says. "Even if you're a weight trainer and you lift heavy (I personally don't and never have lifted super heavy), by stretching the muscles properly you're elongating your muscle and allowing a deeper range of motion."

Díaz, 38, shared pictures of herself looking sunkissed and beautiful in a one-piece black swimsuit, posing on the beach in Miami, Florida. "Happy Monday to all of us who got up early!! ??♀️," she captioned the post. "Forever beautiful," a fan commented.
Díaz says her physique is the result of hard work and discipline. "I'm better now than I was at 18!" she says. "After thirty I understood that the best way to be well is by training. I do it five times a week, one hour a day. it's hard for me… But it's the only way. I imagine that people look at the photos and say: 'Look at the genetics of this girl!' And no, nothing to do [with that]… I kill myself training!"
Díaz lets herself relax on the weekends without feeling bad about it. "I try to eat salads, chicken, fish, a fairly healthy diet," she says. "Of course: on weekends I indulge myself and eat everything. If you train five days in a row and you can't eat chocolate without guilt, it's not life!"
Díaz's workouts consist of low impact training, something that was especially useful after giving birth to her daughter. "I am lucky that my body adjusts quickly," she says. "I am privileged. During pregnancies I relax because it is a unique moment." Diaz then does "abdominals, squats and everything the doctor allows me to be perfect again."
Díaz works on her inner happiness as well as outer appearance. "You see the 'outside' change but believe me it is a consequence of everything I feel inside," she says. "How happy I am, and how hard I am working for my goals."
Yoga is a core part of Díaz's wellness and workout regimen. "Drugs and talk therapy have traditionally been the go-to remedies for depression and anxiety," says Harvard Health. "But complementary approaches, such as yoga, also helps, and yoga stacks up well when compared with other complementary therapies."

Juliana devotes a lot of time to fitness. Some of her go-to workouts include weight and strength training, which she does with a personal trainer. She also does a lot of cardio, including hiking, running on the treadmill, and climbing on the elliptical. She also enjoys boxing. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Homs recently gave tennis a try. And she did so on a big stage. Homs shared a video on Instagram of herself hitting some balls at ATP Cordoba. She captioned the post, "ATP Cordoba 2023. On the list of things to do this year." Better Health states that tennis has a lot of benefits. "Tennis is a good sport for maintaining health, fitness, strength and agility. It also has social and psychological benefits."
Homs makes sure to stay in shape. She shared this video on her Instagram of herself doing different exercises in her home gym. In it, Homs is seen doing different lower body workouts. Homs does squats with a weight, side lunge squats, bridge raises, and box step-ups with a leg raise. Homs captioned the video, "Routine."
Homs likes to do planks and plank exercises to stay in shape. In the previous Instagram video, Homs is seen doing plank dips. Planks and plank exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic states, "Plank exercises work your core muscles, which are located between your pelvic floor and diaphragm. The area is also known as your trunk. These muscles support your movements and stabilize the spine."
One type of workout that Homs enjoys doing is weight training. In her Instagram video, she is seen using things like hand weights and kettlebells. The National Institute on Aging states, "The more weight we contract against, the faster our bodies burn through reserves of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), a molecule that carries energy to cells. As we lift weights or do other demanding exercises, our ATP reserves are replenished through a complex, coordinated metabolic and chemical response that cascades through the entire body, including sparking short-term chemical changes in the DNA of muscle tissue that make them more tuned to specific proteins supporting sugar and fat metabolism."
"To protect against UV-induced skin cancer, the AAD recommends a comprehensive sun protection plan that includes seeking shade, wearing protective clothing, and applying a broad-spectrum, water-resistant sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher to all skin not covered by clothing," says the AAD.

The model, once dubbed The Most Beautiful Girl in the World, shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts, photos taken during a recent trip. In one of the Instagram snaps she sits on the beach in a swimsuit top. One of her followers commented "The hottest tourist in Israel.
One of Thylane's health and beauty secrets? Getting enough rest. When asked by W Magazine her secret to flawless skin she responded: "A lot of sleep." How much sleep should you aim for? While it depends on your age, the CDC recommends anywhere from seven to nine hours per night. "Although the amount of sleep you get each day is important, other aspects of your sleep also contribute to your health and well-being. Good sleep quality is also essential," they add. "Signs of poor sleep quality include not feeling rested even after getting enough sleep, repeatedly waking up during the night, and experiencing symptoms of sleep disorders (such as snoring or gasping for air)."
Thylane's go-to coffee order? "Latte with ice cubes please," she captioned this image of her pick-me-up. Drinking moderate amounts of coffee has been linked to lower risk of cardiovascular disease, Type 2 diabetes and Parkinson's disease, says the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Thylane spends a lot of time outdoors and loves swimming, in both pools and the ocean.
"The best health advice I've received is …Take care of myself in doing sports. I'm boxing and running four times per week," Thylane told Russh. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say. Boxing is also a great workout "because it constantly requires you to think, change your position, and change your posture," physical therapist Linda Arslanian, director of rehabilitation services at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's hospital tells Harvard Health."You're swinging your arms, moving the muscles of your arms and shoulders, increasing your upper-body strength. And when you're in the boxer crouch with a wide stance, with your knees slightly bent, you're strengthening your core muscles, back, and legs."
Thylane also maintains that hydration is a key part of her approach to health. "Drink a lot of water," she told Russh. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.
