Pia Whitesell is sharing the love in her swimsuit. The model shows off her incredible figure in a brown silk bathing suit top in one of her latest social media posts, paying homage to her husband, Patrick Whitesell. "All in a week with you," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps.
"I work with Fluidform [Pilates] and have been doing it at home now for some time. [Kirsten King's] whole philosophy as a Pilates teacher is about poise and lengthening," Pia revealed to Body + Soul about her go-to workout. She recently posted a photo on Instagram of herself at the studio. "It's always just joy," she captioned it.
Whitesell loves hiking. In a recent set of photos she hikes a cave trail in Sydney. "Adventure time," she captioned it. "The faster, farther and more frequently you walk, the greater the benefits," the Mayo Clinic says about hiking. "For example, you may start out as an average walker, and then work your way up to walking faster and walking a mile in a shorter amount of time than an average walker, similar to power walkers. This can be a great way to get aerobic activity, improve your heart health and increase your endurance while burning calories."
Pia loves spinning, on exercise bikes and outdoors. In this photo she goes for a ride in Sydney. "A single exercise session that gets your heartrate up can lower blood pressure, improve sleep, lower anxiety and improve insulin sensitivity on the day you do it. Other benefits, like lowering your risk of many chronic diseases and cancers, start adding up within days or weeks of regular physical activity," says the Mayo Clinic.
"I have an infrared sauna, so I use that a lot. And I have an unheated pool, so I go from the sauna to the pool," Pia told Body + Soul. "I really do love infrared – you can have a moment of escapism. It's like, 'Boys, I'm in the sauna. Do not disturb.'"
Pia also makes sure to exercise. "I switch it up with going to the gym and listening to hip-hop while running on the treadmill or on the step machine," she told Body + Soul. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.
Pia, who lives in Malibu with her husband, loves surfing. According to the Australian government's Better Health, surfing provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. "Once you're standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up," they say.
Pia prioritizes her mental health. What is her secret? "Being in the ocean and outdoors as much as possible with my boys. Whether it's at a basketball court or going for a coastal walk, racing up the street. I have these boys with this insane athletic ability. They smash me!" she told Body + Soul.

Sánchez shared an old photo from her work on Devious Maids this week on her Instagram story. In it, she and a co-star posed in matching red swimsuits.
Sánchez opened up about her healthy habits in an interview with HOLA! Magazine. "I've never been a drinker or a smoker. I don't know for sure if this is the reason why I look younger. Doctors claim that leading a healthy life consisting of good habits like eating healthy and getting enough rest is fundamental to good health. I've never gone to bed with my makeup on, but I'm not a big fan of beauty products and I've never had plastic surgery. I practice a bit of discipline and I'm good to myself."
Sánchez tells The A.V. Club that she wants to give opportunities to other Hispanic and Latino actors and workers in the film and TV industry. "I have an immense passion to produce and to direct, especially Latino content. I take it as a responsibility. I've been so lucky that it's time to pay it forward, [especially] if I can do it in Puerto Rico and employ Puerto Ricans. This country is so unique in terms of our history. It's a Commonwealth with an ever-evolving relationship with the States. Puerto Ricans are very divided when it comes to our political status. And as a place to shoot, it's paradise. We have a little bit of everything. We have rainforests! So in terms of production value and history, we have so much to offer. So with HSI: Puerto Rico, there's so many cop procedural franchises that do so well, [so] how is it possible that there's not one here? That was the whole idea behind it."
Sánchez opened up to HOLA! Magazine about how she approaches her career. She says that she wants to be honest and true to herself. "I've never had terrible problems on a personal or professional level, and I've always made an effort to keep my career intact," Sánchez explained. "I had a very normal upbringing, from good and humble people in Puerto Rico. My mother taught me to be of strong character, but never mischievous. I've always had a good head on my shoulders and made sure my career was nice and clean so it can serve as an inspiration to others. I dislike people who have successful careers based on gossip and scandals."
Sánchez tells HOLA! Magazine that she's extremely grateful for her career. "I can't complain. That would be ungrateful of me. I thought that it would be easier than it actually was. I've lived through so much happiness but also lots of tears. But it's like anything in life, if I were to retire tomorrow and write a book about my life, it would be 90% gratitude. Gratitude towards God, life, my angels…Because I've worked consistently for 25 years."
Sánchez shared some of her favorite exercises to HOLA! Magazine. She says that she likes to practice ballet to keep herself in shape. "I exercise a lot. I've been dancing ballet since I was four, and have been practicing it constantly throughout the years. It's very important for me to keep moving and stay active."

Yes, Dutch speed skater Jutta Leerdam is taking a break from her nonstop training schedule to enjoy some quality time with alleged boyfriend Jake Paul. Leerdam, 24, shared a reel of herself as the couple traveled to exotic locations together. "March. Miami & Tulum ☀️," she captioned the post.
Leerdam trains throughout the year to stay fit and healthy. "We cycle a lot in the summer, block training, mountain biking, hours of easy riding," she says. "That's the conditioning part. You need a strong base condition to be able to peak at the right moment. In winter, it's more skating, weight training, and cycling. I train twice a day. We're off one day per week… I need to work on conditioning, flexibility and strength to be fast and explosive on the ice. This sport is a combination of every aspect of physical fitness. Flexibility, endurance, power. If all of those things are in balance, I feel fit."
Leerdam doesn't eliminate any food groups, but is mindful of her protein intake. "In the morning, I eat oatmeal and lots of fruit," she says. "It fills me up because I'm always super hungry from training. I really have to watch my protein intake. If I take too much I get too muscular. As a skater, I have to be strong but I don't want to be too bulky. I see food as my energy. I need carbs. I need fat. I need everything."
Leerdam uses extra fat as a way to up her endurance. According to the athlete, she burns fat for more energy. "I have become stronger and heavier," she says. "I now use that extra fat as strength."
Leerdam goes boating in summer and relaxing on the couch in winter for her much-needed rest days. "Research shows that when engaging in any type of intense exercise, the working muscles start to break down, causing microtears in the muscle fibers," says certified personal trainer Angeliki Mavrantza. "By giving your body a break with an active recovery day, the microtears begin to rebuild, and the feeling of soreness and pain will decrease."

Oliveira does yoga as part of her wellness routine. "One of the wonderful things about yoga is accepting yourself and your body just as you are today," says Corinna Keenmon, MD, FAPA. Oliveira focused on completing her education before becoming a model. "Only after finishing my degree did I start to dedicate myself to modeling," she says. "I took Marketing Management at IPAM Porto, and one semester at Metropolitan University in Budapest, three amazing years."
Oliveira has a mark on her left cheekbone she never hides, saying it's part of who she is. "It's not sun damage, I'm actually really careful with my skin," she says. "It's a birthmark, and I think there's no reason to hide it. Quite the opposite, I think birthmarks are beautiful, special, and make you even more unique."
Oliveira enjoys plenty of carbohydrates as part of her regular diet. "Whole grains are better sources than refined grains of fiber and other important nutrients, such as B vitamins," says the Mayo Clinic. "Refined grains go through a process that strips out parts of the grain — along with some of the nutrients and fiber."
Oliveira is happiest and feels most grounded when she is surrounded by her loved ones. Spending time with my friends and family is one of the things I value the most," she says. "I believe we should define our priorities and try to find a balance between them, and I think it also depends on the phase of your life you're going through."

The influencer shows off her incredible physical form in a swimsuit in one of her latest social media posts. "Blue bug, Playa Ermitaño," she captioned the series of snaps, modeling a blue bathing suit to perfection.
Dulceida doesn't love exercise but when she needs to get in shape she will enlist the help of a personal trainer. "In the next three months, I will be with a coach who will follow me everywhere. I will continue training to tone up, and thus reach the summer firmer," she told Mujer Hoy about how she gets ready for swimsuit season.
Dulceida watches what she eats but she makes sure not to deprive herself. "I will also take care of my diet, but without stopping eating what I like, I don't want to go on a strict diet," she added to Mujer Today.
Dulceida is no stranger to trolls. "They only affect me when things are invented or when I'm wrong and that affects my relationships or me," she said in one of her Instagram stories. She doesn't pay attention to them because "that is only a reflection of their reality, not yours. They are the ones who have the problem, I would never waste time pulling ' hate' anyone or being rude," she added.
After her grandmother died and a bad breakup, Dulcedia did a 21-day social media detox. "I thought about leaving social networks for good. I needed to detox because of the bullying I was receiving, especially from some girls who hated me because of my relationship with Alba and made me look like the bad guy," she told Cosmpolitan. "I went on a trip for five days and then I was home. I didn't answer messages or want anyone to know anything about me except my four friends. It caused me rejection to see myself so sad."
On a recent trip, Dulceida spent a lot of time hiking and biking. "Enjoying a lot, doing things for the first time (i love first times), trying everything, sweating a lot and being very happy with this piece of experience," she captioned the post.
Dulceida also loves skiing. Here she is "chillin like a baby, last snow day," she captioned a post. Research has linked downhill skiing to a number of health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress and the occurrence of memory deficits declines.
Dulceida is a big proponent of therapy, maintaining it helped her get out of a "rut." However, she pointed out that "you don't have to wait until you're deep in the well to go, like I did. I also leaned a lot on my family and my friends. I feel very lucky to have them."

Herbuś is mindful about how much processed foods, sugar, and white flour she consumes, instead enjoying whole foods as much as possible. Herbuś loves gardening and working on growing fresh vegetables. "Backyard gardening can inspire you to take an interest in the origins of your food and make better choices about what you put on your plate," says Dr. Helen Delichatsios, an internist at Harvard-affiliated Massachusetts General Hospital. "When you grow your own food, you savor it more because of the effort it took to get to the table."
Herbuś does an hour of yoga as a great way to warm up and start the day. "Including warm ups in yoga sessions before asana practice is important, because it helps to heat up the body from within, while it gradually increases blood and fluid circulation," says Dr. Paul Jerard, E-RYT 500. Janelle understands that hydration is crucial for a variety of reasons. "I also drink a lot of water to stay healthy and preserve my voice on the road. I sip a lot, especially when I'm flying, since airplane travel can dry out your voice like crazy," she told Black Doctor. Geithner is all about having confidence in herself. She opened up about this in an interview with Eva Rey. "Now, I try to maintain myself as best as I can, but I don't suffer so much anymore because before I was a bit obsessed with maintaining myself and, in addition to strict diets, used many other alternatives to achieve the goal."
Geithner is all about being natural. She opened up about this in an interview. "People think it's free, but actually this has been a change in consciousness since about 20 years ago when I turned to natural medicine. No drugs, no alcohol, no cigarettes, all of that adds up to a good attitude."
Geithner likes to go outside. One thing she likes to do is ride scooters. While on a trip to Australia, she rode an electric scooter around. In the same interview, Geithner opened up about her views on plastic surgery. She says that she tries to avoid it at all costs. Geithner says that she believes taking care of yourself can help you avoid surgeries. In particular, she cites eating healthy as the major thing. "There is no point in having 18 surgeries done if the eating habits are the same and you don't take care of yourself with food."

Choudry loves to do Pilates to stay in shape. She encouraged others to try the exercise in an interview with Femina. "One of the things I love about Pilates the most is the Pilates flow. Choudry has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. "Nothing is more important than taking care of your skin," she tells Hello! Magazine. "Start using an eye cream in your 20s. Don't neglect your lips or your neck. Never sleep with make- up on. Change your products depending on how your skin feels. Don't pick on your skin and blemishes; go to a professional for that. more...Model Sailor Brinkley Cook is thrilled with the return of sunny weather to Los Angeles, and is taking full advantage of the beautiful climate. Cook, 24, shared pictures and video of herself enjoying the city, including one of her drinking from a cup while wearing a black bathing suit and denim shorts. "LA has really been LA-ing recently," she captioned the post.
Cook mixes up her workouts between high and lower intensity exercises. "In general, I try to work out every day," she says. "A normal workout would start with cardio. I'm a big runner—I try to run two miles a day. Then I work out with my trainer at Work Train Fight, doing HIIT workouts like burpees and lunges. If I need a day off, I'll do yoga or something low-intensity."
Cook enjoys a healthy diet with plenty of vegetables. "I eat as clean as possible," she says. "Lots of lean protein. I'm vegan so I can't have grilled chicken or salmon, but I go for salads with quinoa and beans and fresh vegetables and then something light, like a sautéed vegetable dish, for dinner."
Cook has been dairy-free since age 13. "My mom raised me vegetarian, and I've gone in and out of eating seafood only for health purposes, but pretty much 95% of my diet is vegan and has been my entire life," she says. "I've literally never had a hamburger, never had a hot dog, never had a piece of steak. So these alternatives are very important to my life." "It's what makes my body feel the best," she adds. "The more that I've looked into living a plant-based lifestyle, the more I realize that it not only benefits myself, but it benefits the world."
Cook ramps up her workouts before a modeling shoot. "I work out like an athlete. I add on weight training, I box, and really push my muscles," she says. "At swim shoots it's a lot about definition, no matter what size or shape you are. So when you're about to be in a bikini, weight work is best. I always try and appreciate however my body is at the moment, but I love when I see the little line down the side—that's always great."
Cook loves cheesy pasta dishes—made with vegan ingredients, of course. "I love mac and cheese," she says. "I am a massive pasta person. I eat pasta four times a week which is a little terrifying but it's what I do to enjoy my life. I have always been obsessed with mac and cheese. I make a really delicious mac and cheese and I add Silk Nextmilk into it that just makes it even creamier and delicious."

Chi shared some of her workout and wellness tips in an interview with Boux Avenue. She says that she believes in setting goals that she can actually achieve. "People set way too big goals," Chi says. "Once January hits, we panic and set unrealistic goals for ourselves! Consistency should be a goal, because I feel like people set goals and then lose motivation and just give up. People should say 'I'm gonna have a consistent year, that's gonna be my goal'."
Chi tells Boux Avenue that she believes in starting small when it comes to workouts, and then building up. "Don't put too much pressure on yourself by forcing yourself to go 5 or more times a week. My advice would be to start small and build up to get to where you want to be. 15 mins in the morning before work is sometimes all you need. My 3 minute 'Workout with Arabella' videos are perfect for squeezing in workouts when and where you can."
Chi tells Boux Avenue that she always makes time for herself. She also shared some of her favorite ways to disconnect. "I meditate and go to the gym," Chi says. "When I work out, I'm not with my phone and disconnect, and have some me-time where I switch off from the world. I think that's important."
Chi makes sure to stay consistent when it comes to working out. She tells Boux Avenue that switching it up when it comes to fitness. "For me, the key is to do different things all the time," she says. "At the moment weekly I'm doing two cardio sessions, two weight gym sessions, and two yoga. For me that's what suits my body the most and that way I don't get bored because it's less repetitive."
Chi spends a lot of time outside. One thing she does to stay in shape is swim. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself in the water. Ellman-Baker enjoys fresh fish with salad or vegetables. "Fish is filled with omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins such as D and B2 (riboflavin)," says the Washington State Department of Health. "Fish is rich in calcium and phosphorus and a great source of minerals, such as iron, zinc, iodine, magnesium, and potassium."
Ellman-Baker loves ice skating with her friends and family. "Ice skating is an activity where you work almost every major muscle group with an emphasis on the lower body and core (abdominal) muscles," says M. Kathryn Steiner, MD. "Maintaining your balance as you work yourself across the ice is a great challenge that engages your core and builds stability through the legs."
Ellman-Baker takes her job very seriously, and wants to show a different side to traditional ring girls. "I understand that Ring Girling is an important and traditional aspect of boxing events, and I take this responsibility seriously," she says. "I plan to be professional, respectful and add to the excitement of the night. I'm ready to bring my A-game and show the world what a driven and intelligent woman can bring to the sport of boxing."
Ellman-Baker offered her fellow students free dance classes during the last year of her degree in interior architecture and design from the University of Portsmouth, which she completed during COVID-19 lockdowns. "It's a really nice escape and dance is my passion," she said. "In this situation we're in, I have got to make it the best possible final year I could have. If I can affect one person in a positive way, it's worth it. It's a really good movement and I'm trying to get more people involved. It gives me a break from my university work. I just thought to put some fun dance classes on would be a good idea. I have absolutely loved teaching at The Theatre Workshop. I thought I might as well use the teaching skills I have from there to help the community."
Ellman-Baker is proud of her pageant queen background. "Many people have a distorted and preconceived idea of what goes on," she says. "There are three main stages to a pageant – which are charity, appearances and then the final rounds on stage. Miss Diamond UK is all about diversity and the beauty of every woman. I wanted to follow in my mother's footsteps, as she used to compete in beauty competitions and she won 13 titles including Miss Brighton, Miss Eastbourne and Miss Worthing."

Taking to social media, she penned a gushing tribute and added that she 'couldn't be more proud of anyone' after the 'toughest year' since she was diagnosed.
Rhian wrote: 'The news I've been waiting for... It's been the toughest year with my mum being diagnosed with cancer last July. Today she is cancer free!! She's done it.
'Endless hours of chemo, a few organs removed and she's powered through it like an absolute warrior.
'I couldn't be more proud of anyone if I tried! Everyone look at my beautiful Mum!!'
Rhian added: 'I will be running #raceforlife for her in July and raising as much money as I can for @cr_uk and @christiecharity they have saved my mum's life and I cannot thank them enough.'

Tebow shared some of her wellness tips with Us Weekly. She says that she likes to take workout equipment with her when she travels, in order to keep up her workouts. "I carry an elastic band, especially if I'm traveling. I use the band to lie on my side and do some leg lifts. Then I step on it and do some bicep curls, shoulder presses, some back exercises and side arm raises. I also use the band to do donkey kicks, jump squats, normal squats and then drag walks. And I have a jump rope that I keep if I want some extra cardio."
Tebow makes sure to eat healthy. Especially after burning a lot of calories. She shared some of her favorite post-workout snacks with Us Weekly. "I like things that are low in sugar and natural. In the mornings before a workout, I cut up an apple and grab a Justin's peanut butter packet — they're great because they're single-use and easy to grab and go. After a workout, I'll do a half cup of black coffee from Starbucks. I like to carry a protein bar too. And I really like this brand called Life, their Hydrate powder."
Tebow shared some of her workout and wellness tips in a blog post. She says that she schedules individual workouts for herself, which helps her stay in shape. "When I book a workout class or schedule a walk or a run with a friend, I very rarely opt out," Tebow explains. "So, I've started booking appointments with myself, too. I schedule time in my diary (yes, I actually write it down) to do a few workouts a week. Whether it's pilates, a HIIT class, or a slow walk around the block, I know when I make an appointment to workout, I rarely don't show up, so I've started applying this to myself, for myself. By making a commitment with yourself, not only are you prioritizing yourself, but you're also allowing yourself to recharge."
In her blog post, Tebow revealed that she likes to pack healthy snacks with her on the go. "I keep snacks like protein bars, nuts, jerky sticks in my purse and in my car," she says. "So I always have a healthy option. Choosing healthy snacks to munch on throughout the day helps me not overindulge on unhealthy options, as well as fuels me to stay focused and motivated throughout the day. Stock up on your favorite healthy snacks and keep them in close reach, so they are always easily accessible no matter where you are."
Tebow makes sure to take care of her skin. She opened up about her process in a blog post. "I've always been someone who tries to take care of my skin. I've tried and tested so many different products to find the ones that work best for me. Although skincare is an ever-changing process (our skin changes as we age and also as seasons change) I can't necessarily say that I've found the perfect products, but I've found a few that are my go-to brands."

Earlier this week, she shared a snap of herself beaming on the plane alongside her two friends as they headed off to sunnier climes. "'Free' mammas on a little business trip together," Christine typed on her Instagram Story.
And taking to Instagram on Tuesday evening (May 2), the mum-of-three looked sensational as she showed off her bronzed tan in a barely-there bikini. Christine sported the hot pink number which boasted string straps around her shoulders and back with thong-style bottoms.
The swimwear choice showed off the model's incredible abs and toned pins as she posed for the camera while looking out over the crystal water under the clear blue skies. The video started with Christine having her back to the camera white a thin white shirt draped around her.
She then pulled on the crisp shirt as she turned and beamed for the camera, covering her eyes with a pair of dark shades and sporting nude-coloured sandals. "35 feeling so alive, happy and free just doing me," Christine typed alongside the post to her 710,000 followers.
Christine, who announced her split from TV star husband Paddy McGuinness last July, then shared: "It's never too late, start over, change your plans, reinvent yourself a many times as you need to. Make this next chapter for YOU!!!"
She also posted a number of images to her main Instagram grid as she was seen watching the sun go down. Christine posed in front of the sunset and looked glam in a black dress with her blonde locks tied up into a swish ponytail. Gregoraci, 43, shared a snap of herself perched on rocks, wearing a bathing suit and lots of bracelets. "The intensity of the moment," she captioned the post.
Gregoraci enjoys an active lifestyle, and is a black belt in karate. "Like all little girls I adored dance and never separated from the tutu and pink leg warmers but I understood soon enough that in reality my true passion was another: karate," she says. "I started doing karate at the age of 6 , becoming a black belt, second dan and then also an instructor. I have also always loved athletics, another passion that my father passed on to me, and I became a long jump and 80m champion."
Gregoraci tries to find time for exercise at least twice a week. "Unfortunately, I can no longer train as consistently as I used to, because I divide myself between a mother's commitments and my work commitments," she says. "I try to train twice a week, with shorter sessions of about 40 minutes where I do some cardio and some leg, glutes and abs exercises."
Gregoraci, who was married to Flavio Briatore from 2008-2017, says marriage is hard work, and should not be taken for granted. "As in any couple, it takes a lot of patience," she says. "Never let your guard down. Marriage is a complex relationship and you have to work hard to make it work."
Gregoraci loves her carbs. "I have always been a big eater," she says. "I really like sweets and carbohydrates … I just can't do without them. With a Sicilian mother and a Calabrian father, I grew up with abundant and highly seasoned dishes, not to mention the ragù that my grandmother used to make!"
Gregoraci says she works hard every day, and cherishes her independence. "I want to wake up in the morning and be satisfied with myself," she says. "Someone might think that she lives between parties and massages, but that's not the case. I am full of energy, I don't like to delegate and I am committed to everything I do. I have been working and independent for 15 years. Nobody gave me anything, I made many sacrifices."
