Brooke Monk flaunts her gorgeous figure

Brooke Monk is looking red hot in her swimsuit. The TikTok and Hype House star flaunts her famous figure in a red bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts. "I love you," she captioned the set of Instagram snaps.

Brooke loves getting outside and taking a hike. "Morning hikes are fun," she captioned a recent Instagram post. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

Brooke also enjoys playing tennis. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

Does Brooke read comments from her followers? "Oh yes, I definitely do! I used to respond a lot more and then after a while, you realize that it isn't worth it. There are so many more positive comments than negative ones," she told The Teen Magazine. So sometimes I get particularly frustrated, and I'll type out a long response, but then I remind myself, 'Just put your phone down! Come back in 10 minutes and let it go, it's not worth it.' Usually, I'm the bigger person! But some days… I'm like 'You know what, you're going to get it today!'"

Brooke grew up in a conservative Christian family and often ties the bible into her posts. Her Instagram profile mentions ​​1 Corinthians 13: 1-7: "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth."

As a TikTok star, Brooke spends a lot of time perfecting her dance moves. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Demi Sims enjoying her trip to Thailand

Demi Sims is a reality TV icon. She's starred on the hit series, The Only Way Is Essex, or TOWIE. She then starred on Celebrities Go Dating. Sims is currently on a trip to Thailand, and shared some highlights on Instagram. In one photo, she stood in a cabana in a brown satin halter two-piece swimsuit. She captioned the post, "3023."

In 2019, Sims talked about her wellness routine in an interview with Women Fitness. In it, she shared some of her favorite workouts. Sims says that she always remembers to warm up, and in particular, she likes to do cardio to stay in shape. "My usual warm up when hitting the gym is going on the running machine for 10-15 minutes or on the cycling machine," she says. "It is important to warm up your muscles if you're about to lift weights."

Sims talked about her diet to Women Fitness. She says that she tries to eat healthy. However, she also says that she believes in having indulgences once in a while. "I do think it's important to have a cheat meal once a week because your body will crave it so badly otherwise, but don't go overboard with it and have a whole cheat day including breakfast, lunch and dinner, I would recommend just choosing one of the 3 for the cheat meal."

Sims makes sure to eat healthy. Especially when she's enjoying breakfast. She shared her go-to meals and foods to Women Fitness. "My morning meal would be 1 slice of toast with 2 scrambled eggs on top," she says. "If I fancy something lighter, I would have Greek yoghurt with a handful of muesli. On top would be banana, raspberries and blueberries lightly covered in some honey. 5 foods to kickstart the day : Eggs. Salmon. Avocado. Toast. Tomatoes."

Sims and her sister talked about wellness in an interview with Heatworld. She says that she likes to use crystals to help with her mental wellbeing. "I've got a Rose Quartz in my room and I read this thing online which said you're meant to put it under the corner of your mattress, the lower-left corner and you're meant to put a picture of whoever it is you want to send love to. I put a picture of myself on it and sent myself self-love!

Sims has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared some of her favorite tips to Heatworld. "I've got really sensitive skin, especially around my eyes," Sims explains. "I don't know if it's because of my vitiligo or not, because I've got patches around my eyes. I have to be so careful with the products I use. I love the Aveeno moisturiser, that is the love of my life. I smother that all over my face before I go to bed and I wake up and my skin is so smooth."

Danielle Fogarty is enjoying her trip to Dubai

Danielle Fogarty is currently expecting her second child. She's making sure to look stunning throughout her pregnancy. Fogarty is currently on a trip to Dubai.

Fogarty spends a lot of time outside. Several of the photos she posts on Instagram are of herself outside. She shared a photo of herself enjoying a cocktail outside by the pool at a hotel. Fogarty captioned the post, "Looking back at better days." The University of Utah reports that going outside has a lot of benefits. "Spending time outside is not only essential for our well-being, but it can positively benefit our mental and physical health. Charlotte Cardin is having loads of fun

Canadian singer Charlotte Cardin is thanking fans for showing her new song so much love. Cardin, 28, shared pictures of herself posing in a dark green bathing suit, making the heart symbol over her head. "Thank you for all the love around confetti ?," she captioned the post.

Cardin has a very French approach to food—she loves shopping for ingredients and cooking. "I have a huge passion for cooking and eating," she says. "Whenever I have spare time or a day off, I go to the market and cook all day."

Cardin enjoys strong coffee. "Recent studies found that coffee drinkers are less likely to die from some of the leading causes of death in women: coronary heart disease, stroke, diabetes and kidney disease," according to Johns Hopkins Health. "Both regular and decaf coffee seem to have a protective effect on your liver. Research shows that coffee drinkers are more likely to have liver enzyme levels within a healthy range than people who don't drink coffee."

Cardin needs personal space to be centered and happy. "I didn't think I was a loner, but I realized I am a little bit," she says. "I really need some space, some personal time just to do my [thing] without having people around. I tour with extraordinary musicians, awesome human beings, and they're really good friends of mine, but I realized I do need some personal space to be happy."

Cardin prefers using face oil instead of moisturizers. "I have this oil. It's all natural," she says. "It has a rose scent to it and I go to bed with oil on my face—just a little bit, not like, full-on olive oil. Instead of cream, I put a bit of oil. It's a dry oil called Pure Essentials. You can get it from the drugstore. I used to have really dry skin, and we have really rough winters in Montreal, and that oil changed my life—it's so good for your skin, and it's all natural. I like looking at the ingredients and recognizing the names."

Cardin got through the pandemic lockdowns by learning new skills, which research shows is a great way to support brain health. "Practicing my guitar has helped me a lot during quarantine!" she says. "So, I guess finding a new hobby and trying to learn new skills would be my advice. It's so satisfying and fun."

Kate Lawler a fitness expert likes wearing bikinis

Kate Lawler first made waves as the third winner of the hit reality series, Big Brother. She has done a lot since. Lawler is a DJ, a fitness expert, and has a strong presence on Instagram. She just shared a stunning new reel. In it, she posed in a new swimsuit, her figure on display. She captioned the post, "HoMyGosh am I the only Mama who's always wanted to wear matching swimsuits with their little one?"

Lawler shared some of her workout tips in a Facebook post. She says that she likes to do at-home exercises. "I honestly couldn't be arsed today but got the mat out, googled '20 minute workout' and exercised for free in the comfort of my own home. It was difficult but that's mainly because Baxter and Shirley were trying to snog my face and stand on my chest."

In her Facebook post, Lawler talked about what exercises she likes to do. She says that she does a variety of things to stay in shape. "I get a lot of questions about my exercise regime," she says. "And the truth is I power walk 60 minutes every day with the doggies, do a boxing, HIIT or hot yoga class when I can or if I'm feeling lazy like today, 20 minutes on the mat."

Lawler opened up about her approach to eating in her Facebook post. She says that she makes sure to eat healthy. One thing she did was go vegan for a period of time. "I'm also feeling the benefits of having done a mostly vegan diet for two weeks," she writes. "It really does help you eat less sugar and opt for healthy snacks like nuts and fruit. I'm going to treat myself to halloumi tonight though as it's the weekend!"

Lawler makes sure to workout regularly. She says in an interview that one thing she does is go on walks. Specifically, she walksA her dog every day. "Exercise for me is crucial to remain fit and healthy," Lawler says. I'm guilty of pigging out and because I sometimes binge on junk food, I make sure I go to the gym at least once a week and do at least 60 minutes of power walking every day. Luckily I have a dog which gives me an excuse to walk."

In her Facebook post, Lawler writes that she doesn't like to make excuses for not working out. "I'm guilty of making excuses, but let's be honest, there are no excuses when you don't have to pay or leave the house to work out. It's also not difficult to find just 20 minutes after work or before if you wake up a little bit earlier, right?"

Sanchez uses resistance bands for squats. "One of the best things you can do is practice the squat," says Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center. "It's probably the most functional exercise, and the one that you probably need most in your life."

Sanchez loves hiking in the beautiful outdoors. "There's a lot of research that shows the effects of being in nature," says sports medicine physician Matthew Kampert, DO, MS. "Our bodies find that certain colors can be stressful while some are calming. So, being out in nature with lots of green is a great therapeutic environment."

Joey King shows off her beautiful body

Joey is setting up a thirst trap (and a joke) in her swimsuit. The young actress shows off her beautiful body in a bathing suit via one of her latest social media posts. "I've trapped my thirst," she captioned the set of Instagram snaps, which included one of herself clad in swimwear and another "trapping" her mouth with three glasses of wine.

Joey maintains a healthy diet, but doesn't deprive herself. "As far as diet and exercise go, I try to eat as healthfully as possible, but I don't make myself crazy," the actress said in an interview with The New Potato. "If I'm craving a piece of bread or a bowl of pasta, sometimes I just need to listen to my body and indulge. You definitely have to find a balance, though, because eating the right things has incredible health and healing benefits." She tries to fill her diet with fruits, veggies, and protein, "but nobody is perfect."

Joey makes exercise a regular part of her life.. "It's not about how you look – it's about taking care of your body so you can be the best you," she told The New Potato. "I also try to exercise 4-5 times a week, but that's if I'm feeling really motivated. I absolutely love exercise because I feel energetic and happy when I work out on a regular basis, but sometimes 'vegging out' is so necessary."

In addition to exercising at the gym, Joey runs and boxes. "I'm also big on boxing; it feels so amazing because I'm so focused," she told The New Potato. "This kind of boxing has many health benefits, because it constantly requires you to think, change your position, and change your posture," physical therapist Linda Arslanian, director of rehabilitation services at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's Hospital tells Harvard Health."You're swinging your arms, moving the muscles of your arms and shoulders, increasing your upper-body strength. And when you're in the boxer crouch with a wide stance, with your knees slightly bent, you're strengthening your core muscles, back, and legs."

According to Joey, "above all else" there is one thing that keeps her healthy and happy. "I practice self-love," she revealed. "Your inner beauty shines when you are emotionally and physically kind to yourself."

Joey works out for mental health benefits. "This sounds odd, but I didn't know I was the type of person that needs exercise to not feel wound up," she explained. "If I'm feeling pent up and I don't know why, if I just move my body, then all of a sudden I'm so much more relaxed," she told Byrdie.

Nadia Ferreira is enjoying golden hour in a beautiful tropical location

Paraguayan model Nadia Ferreira is enjoying golden hour in a beautiful tropical location. The wife of superstar Marc Anthony is expecting their first child together, and shared pictures of herself posing in a pink bathing suit with tie-dye cover up. "Peace, love and happiness ?," she captioned the post.

Ferreira warms up before workouts with cardio such as jumping rope. Jump rope is an excellent choice of aerobic exercise—all you need is a jump rope and some space. "Try getting in a 30-minute workout five or more days a week that raises your heart rate for the duration of the activity," says Erik Van Iterson, PhD, MS. "Or try three, 10-minute workouts, five or more days a week."

Ferreira uses ankle weights to give her workouts an extra challenge. Physical therapist Terry Downey says ankle weights are not recommended for walking or aerobics, but can be beneficial for targeted exercises. "The weight places a greater load on the muscle group being targeted. The muscles have to work harder to move this increased load against gravity, and in turn this will increase strength," Downey says.

Ferreira incorporates deadlifts into her workout regimen. "Weight training is the best way to keep the muscle mass you have and even increase muscle mass you may have lost with aging," says Shawn Pedicini, a physical therapist at Harvard-affiliated Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital. Weight training should be done at least twice a week for optimum results. "Two days of full-body training can produce measurable changes in muscle strength," Pedicini says.

Ferreira works her lower body with plenty of squats and lunges. "Lunges are a great way to enhance strength and stability in your legs since you are forced to balance all of your body weight on one leg for a short period of time," according to Duke University. "Be sure not to let your knee come over your toes while lunging and keep your torso erect while looking ahead."

Ferreira says tennis is her favorite hobby. "If you haven't lobbed a tennis ball over a net since high school, you might want to pick up a racket again," says Harvard Health. "A recent study suggests that people who play racket sports regularly may slash their odds of dying from a heart attack or stroke."

Salma Hayek is still Looking incredible

Summer isn’t here yet, but Salma Hayek posted a gorgeous teaser of what to look forward to in the season ahead on Instagram.

The 56-year-old actress casually shared photos of her climbing a ladder out of the ocean in a yellow bikini during golden hour. “Every time I need to feel renewed I jump into the ocean ?” she captioned the shot. In its first four hours up, the Instagram post accrued over 960,000 likes.

This isn’t Hayek’s first time posting a bikini photo that caught the internet’s attention. She shared one in January 2022 that garnered over 2.2 million likes.

Hayek spoke to British GQ in February about her history in Hollywood and being pigeonholed into sexy roles when she wanted to do more comedic ones. “I was typecast for a long time,” she said. “My entire life I wanted to do comedy and people wouldn’t give me comedies. I couldn’t land a role until I met Adam Sandler, who put me in a comedy [2010’s Grown Ups], but I was in my forties! They said, ‘You’re sexy, so you’re not allowed to have a sense of humor.’ Not only are you not allowed to be smart, but you were not allowed to be funny in the ’90s.”

“I was sad at the time, but now here I am doing every genre, in a time in my life where they told me I would have expired—that the last 20 years I would have been out of business,” she continued. “So I’m not sad, I’m not angry; I’m laughing,” she said, while “clearly not laughing,” per British GQ. “I’m laughing, girl.”

Here comes the bride-to-be Millie Bobby Brown, in a white swimsuit! The Stranger Things star shows off her incredible body in a bridal-inspired bathing suit on social media, in a photo shared by her fiancé, Jake Bongiovi. "Thank you for all the kind words," he captioned the Instagram post. "Love."

Strength training helps Millie stay in shape. Per Seventeen, in one of her Instagram Stories she perfectly executed knee-to-chest reps, an arm routine, and also did ab work.

Millie loves to exercise by fighting. "It's not a training workout. I train to box," she told Vulture. "Obviously I don't want to do it professionally. But I have done some inter-clubs before. It's at Phoenix MMA U.K., down in London. It's a great gym, and I have lots of friends. Because I'm homeschooled, I get kind of lonely sometimes. So I like to go to the gym. I do Thai boxing Mondays, jujitsu Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Wednesdays I do boxing with Mark. He was a world champion at one point. I absolutely love it. I actually have a punching bag right outside in my garden. I'm obsessed with working out. I eat like a pig so it kind of makes up for that."

Millie loves scuba diving. She captioned a post of herself and Jake during a recent dive, "just keep swimming." Like snorkeling, scuba is a great aerobic exercise, burning calories, and offering other health benefits like improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

"I love aerial silks. It's always been a passion of mine," Millie told Glamour UK. "So I find using aerial silks really fun and therapeutic – it gives me a break from the world. And you find art within it. While I was doing it, I thought, gosh, the silks in so many ways represent womanhood: there's strength, both masculinity and femininity, and you can create poses and shapes that are so different to show your sexuality," she continued. "It represents so much: you can be big and you can be tiny and you can be afraid of the silk. You can be afraid of the height you are going at. You can be afraid of how low you are. And so it represents a story."

Millie loves hiking. She captioned a recent post, "thank u nature! moments like this are unforgettable." "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

Emma Roberts is getting in some pool time at Coachella

Emma Roberts is getting in some pool time at Coachella in her swimsuit. The actress shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts, shared while at the music festival. "The desert tells a different story every time one ventures on it," she captioned a set of snaps, quoting Robert Edison Fulton Jr.

Emma prioritizes self-care, starting the day with it. "It's so important to set yourself up for the day," she explained Harper's Bazaar in 2021. "I cannot wake up without having my coffee and my me-time."

Emma chooses rest over everything. "I'm very easy on myself with diet and exercise. I want to be healthy, and I want to do a good job, but I never put pressure on myself because there are so many more important things, like sleep," Emma told the Zoe Report. "To me, sleeping is more important than working out."

Emma works out with trainer, Andrea Orbeck. "Our sessions are an hour, focusing mostly on arms, abs, and ass-the all-important three A's," she told Shape. "I started working out regularly when I was living in New Orleans shooting American Horror Story: Coven several years ago. I really fell in love with the food there. To counter all I was eating, I worked out more. It was a great balance.

Emma loves yoga. "I also do yoga. I usually take classes with a friend," she says. When she was in New Orleans she would "have fried-chicken sliders at night and then go to my yoga class the next morning," she told Shape.

"With my diet, I do what feels good for me at the time," Emma dished to Shape about her approach to diet. "I try not to say that I won't eat something. Instead, I stay in tune with my body and my mind, and I think, What do I feel like eating?"

"I love Pilates. I feel very energized and centered when I walk out the door afterward.I tried to get into running, but it didn't work for me. Pilates is something you take your time at, and it makes me feel very clear," Emma told Shape. She trains with Nonna Gleyzer at Body by Nonna. "I can see my shape transform within a couple of sessions," she maintains. "That's good because I'm that person who, after one class, lifts up her shirt and says, 'Where are my abs?' I want results!"

Emma starts her day with Moon Juice Spirit Dust, "a fun way" to begin the morning, she says. "I also drink iced coffee even when it's freezing outside because hot coffee doesn't wake me up." For breakfast, she likes eggs and bacon and toast. "I adore classic breakfast foods," she says. "For lunch, I'll do a chopped salad with avocado, chicken, and tomatoes. Dinner is a turkey burger, or salmon with teriyaki or ponzu sauce, and brown rice with broccoli. I need snacks, particularly when I'm working. Lately I've become obsessed with seaweed. And chips and guacamole make me so happy! I also love cupcakes, ice cream, and Sidecar Doughnuts. Sometimes I bring sweets for everyone at work as an excuse to eat them."

"Reading is my form of self-care and meditation," Emma explains. "I set aside at least 20 minutes a day for it. Sometimes that turns into 30 minutes, an hour, two hours. There are so many books on my dining room table right now that I can't use it for eating. I go to the store and buy every book I want to read for the next few months and put them on the table."

Joy Corrigan shows off her incredible figure

Joy Corrigan is a model who's worked with Victoria's Secret. She's a fashion designer. And she's currently attending the REVOLVE Festival. Corrigan shared some highlights from the day on Instagram. In them, she wore a tan knit swimsuit top, white maxi skirt, black Doc Martens, and a black cowboy hat. She captioned the post, "She's a fun guy."

Corrigan opened up about her wellness routine to Women Fitness. She says that stretching is a big part of her fitness, specifically yoga poses. "My top 5 stretches are downward dog, splits, backbends, toe touches, and any other easy yoga moves," she says. "Recently I have been using the ALO Moves app to learn new stretches!" CenterFoundation.org reports that stretching has a lot of benefits. "Poor flexibility can lead to poor posture. This in turn can lead to dysfunctions within the kinetic chain.

For instance, athletic activities requiring quick explosive movements demand a more pliable muscle/tendon unit to store and release the high amounts of energy required to perform at an optimal level. Because of this, an athlete who does not have pliable muscle/tendon units may become overwhelmed by the high energy levels these sports demand. As a result the athlete is prone to injury and strains in muscles and/or tendons."

Corrigan shared some of her favorite healthy meals with Women Fitness. "Before a workout, I try to ensure I'm hydrated with plenty of water and electrolytes. I often consume ketones for an extra boost. After my workouts, I love to make a smoothie loaded with organic berries, almond butter, frozen acai, spinach, celery, cucumber, and a little protein or collagen. I've found that there is no single secret to a slim torso. For me, it comes from hard work and consistently eating healthy, while limiting processed foods as much as possible."

Corrigan is all about self-love. One thing she has learned to do is not be hard on herself. Corrigan talked about this to Hers Magazine. "At the end of the day, if you're being healthy, you know, that's most important," she says. "If you're eating healthy and you're working out, then you can't be too hard on yourself. We are born into the bodies that we have, and we should love ourselves no matter what shape or size. And I think that's been the hardest thing for me."

Corrigan is all about wellness and mindfulness. She shared some of her favorite mindfulness pastimes to Women Fitness. "Every day, right when I wake up, I start with a large glass of water followed by a quick meditation. Next, I make a fully organic coffee that includes Chaga mushrooms, ashwagandha, and MCT coconut oil while I review my daily to-do list. Finally, I do a light workout, which includes stretching/yoga and a 30-minute jog before starting on my day!"

Corrigan opened up about her career in her Women Fitness interview. She says that she struggled at first, but still made sure to be determined. "Yes, it has been a challenging journey from the very beginning. When I first started, many agencies would not even sign me. They would make many excuses, saying that I was too short (at 5'8") or that they had a girl that looked just like me—the lists went on. Despite these barricades, I was determined to succeed and never give up."

Iris Mittenaere is relaxing in the sunshine on a trip to Dubai

Former Miss Universe Iris Mittenaere is relaxing in the sunshine on a trip to Dubai, UAE. The French star shared pictures of herself lounging on a luxury yacht, wearing a black strapless bathing suit. "Best day," she captioned the post.

Mittenaere works out with a trainer several times a week. "I try to go twice a week, sometimes three times," she says. "I have a [trainer] so he helps show me what I have to do to work out the body part I want to work, and if I'm on my own, I run and I do ab [exercises] and a lot of squats!"

Mittenaere spends plenty of time in the pool. "Swimmers have about half the risk of death compared with inactive people," says the CDC. "Exercising in water offers many physical and mental health benefits and is a good choice for anyone who wants to be more active."

Mittenaere enjoys a balanced diet, complete with pizza and pasta. "My typical breakfast is oats with milk and banana," she says. "If I have time I cook some eggs, but I eat only the whites. For lunch, I like doing pasta with tomatoes, avocado and chicken. I try to eat a lot of protein. For dinner I'll have soup with bread."

Mittenaere's go-to beverage is an iced coconut milk latte. "The medium-chain saturated fatty acids found in coconut milk can improve heart health, according to a recent study," says the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. "The study showed that Polynesian Islanders who consumed more coconut milk, oil and water, had healthier blood lipid profile levels, which is a key indicator of heart disease."

Mittenaere likes to work on her abs, even when she's traveling. "When I travel, I try to work out before I go to bed," she says. "I'll do 10 minutes of abs one day and 10 minutes of butt the next day. There's a lot of videos on YouTube, and I use 10 minutes to do one part of my body."

Victoria Justice is hitting Coachella is showing off her incredible body

Victoria Justice is hitting Coachella in her swimsuit. The Victorious star shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit top at the Revolve Festival with her "Girl Squad" in one of her latest Instagram Stories.

Victoria revealed to Hollywood Life that her sister got her into hot yoga. "So yeah it's tough. It was really not my thing in the beginning. And I still am in the classes sometimes and I'm like, 'Why am I doing this? Why am I here right now?' But it's… You always leave feeling better. But yesterday we did a class and I had to step out 'cause I was just… I was that one person that was like, Nope, can't take it. But when it's over, you always feel like, Oh, your muscles, they're relaxed and it's so good," she said.

Victoria "works out frequently" so she doesn't obsess over her diet. "Rule of thumb, I just kind of eat whatever I want," she admitted to Hollywood Life.

"A few years ago, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's, which is a thyroid autoimmune disorder. . . . This Korean acupuncturist put me on a super-strict diet, where I was a pescatarian…. I also couldn't eat any sugar, wheat or dairy. . . .They had put me on this thyroid medication, and I think the levels were too high for me because it caused my skin to break out. . . .Also, at first, I was losing a lot of weight, then I went on tour and I started gaining weight, and it was the most I'd ever gained in my life. I was, like, 115 pounds. Then when I filmed a movie last summer, I actually went under 100 pounds. It was crazy, but things have leveled out, and I'm back to normal," Victoria told Health, via Popsugar.

Victoria maintains variety with exercise. "I love taking classes to switch it up, so I'll do a dancing class or a twerk class…. It's actually a really great workout. After 10 minutes of twerking, your thighs and your butt feel it right away. [Laughs] But it's so much fun. You feel free. It's like, 'Who cares? I'm twerking!'" she told Health.

Victoria also loves to row. According to AFPA Fitness, a rowing machine exercises your upper body as well as your lower body. "The rowing stroke when using an indoor rower is composed of 65-75% leg work and 25-35% upper body work," they say.

Victoria likes to get her zen on. "I try to meditate every day. It's important to take that time, even if it's just 10 minutes, to block everything out and get grounded again. And I love to lie on my hammock and read things that are inspirational and motivational, whether it's a self-help book or an autobiography."

Katy Perry is living it up on vacation

Katy Perry is living it up on vacation in her swimsuit. The American Idol judge is showing off her incredible figure in two of her latest social media posts, wearing swimsuits while promoting the show. "Did he just say watch #idol ?" she captioned one of them, holding a parrot in her bathing suit, later adding "this is one of the stupider things we've posted."

Katy starts with a healthy diet. While most stars follow the 80/20 plan, she is a little more lenient. "Let's be honest," she told Prevention, "it's 60/40." Per PopSugar, Katy eats healthy, balanced meals including soups, grilled chicken, quinoa, asparagus, fresh-pressed juices, and coconut water.

Health is a major priority for Perry, who points out that it is part of her job. "I've had a lot of opportunity in my life and I know how fortunate I am, but when I don't have my health, nothing else matters," she told Prevention. "If I can't get on the stage and do it, I disappoint so many people. I've lost my magical power if I can't get onstage."

Katy is a big fan of drinking apple cider vinegar. "My mother made me drink it every day, but now it's a staple for me," she told Prevention, revealing that her mom has known the founder of Bragg for decades. Now, Katy and Orlando are co-owners. "I'm here to help reeducate people on how to use it," she said. She not only drinks it, adding two tablespoons into eight ounces of water, she rinses veggies in it, and even bathes in it, adding one cup to her bath.

Katy trains with Harley Pasternak, working out five days per week. Her workouts are mostly high intensity interval training. "Katy aims to exercise five days a week, doing short, high-intensity workouts—including lunges and hip thrusts," he told Closer magazine. "These tone, as well as boost her metabolism, and can be done anywhere."

"I have had a dance with depression, and hot yoga helps clear it all out," Katy told Prevention. One of her favorites? CorePower Yoga, which she can do wherever she is. "You always know what you're going to get," she says. "If you have a healthy body, it helps you have a healthy mind."

Katy also practices Transcendental Medication. "It clears my head completely," she told Prevention. "And it ignites something in my brain. I get some of my best creative ideas when I'm TM'ing." She does it daily, and brings her teacher on tour with her. "For me, TM has been anxiety-reducing, depression-reducing, great for jet lag, hangovers, mood swings. Anytime I'm in a funky mood, I'm like, 'give me 20 minutes.'"

Agata Sieramska just shared a new set of photos showing off her impressive figure

Agata Sieramska just shared a new set of photos on Instagram this week. In them, she sat in a chair in a red two piece swimsuit. Sieramska's impressive figure was on display in them. She captioned the post, "Instagram vs. Reality."

Sieramska shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is HIIT, also known as high-intensity interval training. In this post, she advertised her full-body HIIT workout. Harvard Health states that HIIT has a lot of benefits. "HIIT is a type of interval training exercise. It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one's maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements. Interval training was first introduced in the 1950s as a higher intensity form called sprint interval training, which reached 100% maximum heart rate and was used to improve the performance of elite Olympic athletes."

Another workout Sieramska likes to do is Pilates. In this video she posted on Instagram, she is seen using a reformer. Sieramska is seen doing leg circles, bridge raises, and bicep curls. She captioned the post, "Perfect Monday morning." Pilates has a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic states, "If you've been looking for a new workout routine that can give you a good balance of flexibility, strength, muscle tone and help for a few aches and pains, Pilates may be the answer."

Sieramska makes sure to stretch. She talked about stretching in an Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic states that stretching has a lot of benefits. "Stretching may help you improve your range of motion and decrease your risk of injury, among other benefits…Other studies show that lengthening the muscle and holding the stretch immediately before a sprint may slightly worsen performance. However, research has shown that stretching can help improve flexibility, and, as a result, the range of motion of your joints."

Sieramska has amazing abs. And she makes sure to not skip core workouts. She shared some core workouts in a video she posted on Instagram. In them, she is seen doing leg extensions in a crunch, sit-ups, and sit-ups with a bent leg raise. She captioned the post, "Thank you for today and all the challenges ahead. Shorter than others but I feel in my heart that it's the smartest and most consistent with me I've made so far."

Sieramska likes to do cardio to stay in shape. She shared a cardio workout on Instagram. The Mayo Clinic states that cardio or aerobic workouts have a lot of benefits. "During aerobic activity, you repeatedly move large muscles in your arms, legs and hips. You'll notice your body's responses quickly. You'll breathe faster and more deeply. This maximizes the amount of oxygen in your blood. Your heart will beat faster, which increases blood flow to your muscles and back to your lungs."

Heidi Klum playing in the grass

Heidi Klum has clearly had enough of the uncharacteristically gray weather in California and is celebrating the return of blue skies. The German supermodel, 49, shared pictures of herself laying in the grass in a bright yellow bathing suit, with gold under eye masks on and a furry hat. "Finally some sunshine ?," she captioned the post.

Klum is not a breakfast-skipper. "We're early risers in our house. I'm making breakfast while the kids are all getting ready for school," she says. "At 7 a.m. we sit down and have breakfast as a family. Knowing that they're going to be busy at school all day, I always make sure that they start off with a hearty breakfast."

Klum enjoys delicious whole foods, including ones full of healthy fats. "I always try to include fresh fruit and vegetables in all of our meals," she says. "I am also not a believer in fat-free anything. I believe eating a little bit of everything does the trick. I try to stay away from most processed foods and make most of our dishes from scratch."

Klum eats an early dinner with her family. "I start with smoothies and, you know, I do three big meals. But really, my last one is at 6 p.m.," she says. "I eat with my kids. I think that also helps a little bit. I don't eat at, like, 8 or 9 at night, because when you do that, and then you have a few glasses of wine, then it sits there in your stomach and you go to sleep."

Klum takes control of her diet by mostly preparing and eating food at home. "I don't really have a specific diet," she says. "I just eat really healthily. I like to run on the treadmill a little bit, but really for me, it's all from the inside out. It's all, you know, you are what you eat. You hear it all the time, and I really do believe that. I don't really eat out a lot. I think when you eat out a lot, or you order food in a lot, then it kind of gets a little tricky, because you don't know what people are putting in there. So, I cook a lot. I know what goes into the food. It's always fresh food."

Klum never skips cardio sessions, emphasizing how important they are for heart health. "Aerobic exercise reduces the risk of many conditions," says the Mayo Clinic. "These conditions include obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, stroke and certain types of cancer."

Dee says basketball and volleyball are her first loves. "I played center for both of them —center blocker and spiker for volleyball," she says. "I grew up on a ranch, did a lot of ranch work, and I loved horses. That was my first taste of adrenaline, followed by the one I later got from sports. I tried out for the varsity team and I got in, becoming a member of the swimming, softball, basketball, and volleyball teams. I'm very competitive, but mostly with myself. I want to be my own best version."

Dee says she thrives on pressure when it comes to beauty pageants. "Obviously, the pressure has always been there, but like I said, I don't take it negatively," she says. "Because when I feel pressure, when people are expecting things from me, that's what really pushes me to do my best. I take whatever constructive criticism I can take in order to improve."

Dee says her go-to diet is low-carb and high protein. "Before a shoot, if it's on a short notice, I do a fast and eat only fruits," she says. "If there's enough time before a project, I follow the Paleo and Atkins diets. I try to do things the healthier way, because I still love steak. I love cooking chicken, pasta, and pizza, and I get good comments about my red velvet cakes and cupcakes."

Aside from strength and cardio workouts, Dee enjoys more gentle exercises. Yoga and cycling are two of her favorites. "Yoga can help you to cope with stress and improve wellbeing as well as helping develop flexibility, strength, balance and coordination," says Marie Toms, Assistant Practitioner Physiotherapist at Papworth Cardiothoracic Hospital in Cambridgeshire, UK.

Dee says when it comes to her beauty routine, simplicity is key. "Less is more," she says. "Beauty isn't measured by how thick your makeup is, but by how much confidence you have in yourself to carry what you have on… I always make sure that from time to time, I have a day where I give my skin air to breathe. It's one of the things I feel is very important, and enjoyable."

Amy Jackson is training for a new action movie

Actress Amy Jackson, known for her Indian films, is training for a new action movie, and sharing some being-the-scenes snaps. British model Jackson, 31, posted pictures of herself posing in green pants and a black bathing suit top, holding up a tyre. "Burning rubber ?? new action movie ? #CRAKK," she captioned the pictures."

Jackson is not a big breakfast eater, preferring to wait till lunch for her first meal of the day. "I tend to skip eating breakfast and have hot water & lemon, a green juice and a few supplements," she says. "Multivitamins, apple cider vinegar and iron tablets."

Jackson enjoys cauliflower rice bowls with plenty of vegetables for a typical lunch. "When it comes to nutrition, cauliflower is a superstar," says Caitlin Terpstra RD. "It's high in vitamins C and K, and is also a good source of folate, which supports cell growth and is essential during pregnancy. Cauliflower is fat-free and cholesterol-free. And it's low in sodium. A one-cup serving contains only 25 calories, 5 grams of carbohydrates and 2 grams of dietary fiber."

Jackson's go-to dinner is light and nutritious. "Homemade soup (tonight it's carrot & ginger) and some sort of veggie stew or pea pasta followed by berries with coconut yogurt and agave," she says. "Eating vegetables provides health benefits. People who eat fruits and vegetables as part of an overall healthy diet are likely to have a reduced risk of some diseases," says MyPlate.gov. "Vegetables provide nutrients vital for the health and maintenance of the body."

Jackson avoids eating too late in the day. "I like to keep it light and I try to eat before 7:00 pm," she says. "If I feel hungry in between meals I munch a few almonds and bananas. Sunday is a pig out day for me and I love to eat too much of anything I love! My tummy stays relatively flat and firm without much effort. I think that's to do with horse riding from a very young age, and the posture you have to always maintain."

Jackson makes sure the day ends on a calm, relaxing note. "After I put [son] AJ to bed I pop on a facemask and have a long bath before putting on my Milk Makeup vegan milk moisturizing body cream, which is so thick and luxurious," she says. "Then I do my 20-minute evening meditation. It's so important for me to get that final meditation in, because it calms my mind and helps me sleep. Then [husband] George and I will have a light bite and watch a film in bed."
