Things appear to be heating up between artist Dina Broadhurst and cricket player Michael Clarke. Dina shows off her fabulous figure in a bathing suit in one of her most recent social media posts, after being spotted with the newly single athlete on a boat in Sydney. "Life," she captioned the series of snaps.
"I believe in balance and listening to your body," Dina told Beauticate about her approach to health. "If I feel like chocolate every night, I don't panic and deny myself. I indulge knowing that soon enough I'll change and get sick of it, and sure enough my body gets its fix and craves something new. Currently, I pretty much indulge in a chocolate gingerbread man every night before bed!"
"I'm a creature of habit. Even exercise for me is not about working up a sweat, its about toning and getting the blood flowing in gentle ways, its also about fresh air and me time," Dina told the publication. "To relax I love yoga, walking, swimming in the ocean, reading, painting and collaging. I used to do yoga a lot but I don't have time anymore. I would love to, I miss that. I find it makes my body shape really lean and just gives it a different shape. Walking for about an hour a day is all I can really manage. I love to walk at Rushcutters Bay, I do the same path that I've always done when I used to live there."
One of the fundamentals about Dina's approach to healthy living? "My best tip is to get enough sleep. I try to go to sleep before 10pm and then I wake up looking fresh before anything else," she told Beauticate. How does sleep impact your health? According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z's is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.
Dina fuels herself up with a nourishing diet. "I eat poached eggs and toast every morning or sometimes I'll have avocado, tomato, and toast," she told Beauticate. "In terms of the foods I eat, carbs are a must. I love carbs. If I have a meal without carbs I feel like I need to eat within half an hour. My stomach gets rumbly and I have to have another meal. For dinner my boyfriend usually does all the cooking and I clean up afterwards. Dinner could be pizza, burgers, BBQ, steaks, pasta, anything really."
A coffee per day, keeps the cardiologist away, says Dina, who has a Mocha every morning. "I don't like sugar in my coffee so the chocolate is almost like instead of adding sugar… I don't add milk either," she said.

"Anyone who has done road races has probably had a pasta meal the night before. But why? Sela uses dumbbells for muscle strength and toning. "Since most strength training exercises are lower-impact, you can build muscle strength and endurance with less stress on the joints," says trainer Brittany Watts, CPT. "With strength training, there's a higher excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). This means you burn more calories after your workout."
Sela incorporates yoga into her health and wellness regimen. "The purpose of yoga is to build strength, awareness and harmony in both the mind and body," says Natalie Nevins, DO, a board-certified osteopathic family physician and certified Kundalini Yoga instructor in Hollywood, California. "As an osteopathic physician, I focus a lot of my efforts on preventive medicine and practices, and in the body's ability to heal itself. "There are many benefits to adding treadmill training into your exercise routine and the convenience of the machine makes it a useful tool in commercial and home gyms," says registered physiotherapist Sam Preston. "It's important to vary the style of your training, as there are different adaptations and responses to each stimulus you apply to the body."
Dellanos never denies herself delicious pasta, especially when traveling. Not all pasta is created equal when it comes to health, experts say. "Whole grain pasta is lower in calories and contributes more vitamins and minerals than the white, refined equivalent, making it a healthier choice," says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook.
Dellanos always has coffee before workouts for an energy boost. But it's still a good workout no matter what."
Dellanos never skips squats and lunges. "Mobility isn't just about your range of motion but how strong you are in specific ranges of motion," says Jake Boly, CSCS. "Squats improve your ability to, well, squat. Repeatedly performing squats train your joints to move through Squats through multiple planes of motion. And adding weight to your squats over time will result in strength at both the bottom and top of a squat. That newfound squat strength carries over everyday life."

Sailor sweats daily. "In general, I try to work out every day. A normal workout would start with cardio. I'm a big runner—I try to run two miles a day. Then I work out with my trainer at Work Train Fight, doing HIIT workouts like burpees and lunges. If I need a day off, I'll do yoga or something low-intensity," she told InStyle.
Sailor regularly cuts sugar out of her diet – especially right before a shoot or show. "I start cutting sugar 10 days before. Every time I stop eating sugar, it's immediate, and when you're going to the gym every day, cutting out sugar changes the game. I see myself getting a lot more shredded," she said.
Sailor prioritizes hydration. "You want to be hydrated because it shows up in the way your skin looks, in the way that your body looks, in the way that you're acting and feeling," she told InStyle. "24 hours before a shoot, I'm drinking a crazy amount of water—I'm talking like three gallons." According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.
Sailor eats "as clean as possible," she told InStyle. She also avoids processed food. "Lots of lean protein. I'm vegan so I can't have grilled chicken or salmon, but I go for salads with quinoa and beans and fresh vegetables and then something light, like a sautéed vegetable dish, for dinner."
Sailor loves walking. "I think that's a really underrated thing people don't do enough when they're feeling stressed out. Especially in the city, I'll put my phone in my pocket, put my headphones in, and I'll just play my favorite music and take a walk around the city. You just see all these different people of all different walks of life, and the art on the streets, and little fluffy dogs. All these little things remind you that, Okay, we're all in this together, we're going through it, you've got to make the best of it. That really helps me a lot when I'm feeling chaotic," she told Glamour.

Vanessa makes sure to do lots of ab work. "In addition to your normal workout, always add 10 minutes of a variation of ab exercises," she told Best Health. "Do this every day and you will see results!"
If Vanessa has shows every day, she will "use the show, the warm up and the cool down as my workout," she told Best Health. "Other than that, I listen to what my body needs—and mostly it screams: give me some yoga and stretching." However, on a typical day, "I'll wake up at 9 am and have a big glass of water before I go into a stretching and meditation session. After breakfast, depending on what I have on my agenda, I do some work. Then, in the evening, I'll go to the gym for a half-hour of cardio and an hour of body weight and resistance training. And usually, I'll finish with a cool down of stretching for 20 minutes."
Vanessa never starts the day without oats. "I have to have oats; they fuel my body with energy, good carbs and fibres," she told Best Health. While not a big fan of supplements, shehas Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) during and after her workouts. "They help me recover my muscles," she said.

more...Actress Patsy Kensit, the Lethal Weapon 2 star who is now on EastEnders, is enjoying a beach vacation. And she's making sure to both do some swimming and break out her bikinis. Kensit posted a new photo on Instagram. In it, she posed in a black bathing suit. Kensit captioned the post, "Off to swim with turtles."
Kensit revealed some of her wellness secrets to HELLO magazine. She says that she likes to practice meditation. "I went to Chiva Som to do some meditation and that changed my life completely," she says. "I practice Yoga Nidra which is a guided meditation. It makes me feel so much better."
Kensit makes sure to eat healthy. "What I put in my body I find very important," she tells HELLO. "I don't diet, I just eat clean, fresh and healthy, not processed foods. It's important to take the time for yourself, look in the mirror and love yourself. Be the best you can be for the age that you are at."
Kensit is comfortable with her body. She tells HELLO that she wants others to feel the same way. "I've never felt more comfortable in my body. I've got lots of energy and a million thoughts in my head at one time. My wish in the universe is that women can take something from this, something from their self worth, and confidence, because you can do anything."
Kensit decided to cut out sugar from her diet. She revealed her reasons why in an interview with Natural Health Woman. "I recently made the decision to cut out all refined sugar from my diet. I was encouraged to do so by a friend of mine – she was quite full-figured and after being diagnosed as borderline diabetic was advised by her doctor to eliminate the white stuff from her daily meals and snacks. As well as noticing major health benefits, she also dropped a ton of weight and seemed to do it quite seamlessly."
After cutting out sugar, Kensit decided to keep staying hydrated. She tells Natural Health Woman, "If you're looking to start reducing your sugar intake, I'd advise that you drink lots of water to keep your body hydrated and your energy levels up. I went to a health food store and asked for a balancing tea too – I found my hands were shaking and I needed something to help my energy and inner qi. I drink chamomile tea at night, and love dandelion tea. I also find green tea is useful for giving me a boost."

The former Pussycat Dolls singer shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit while soaking in an outdoor tub in one of her latest social media posts, a collection of photos and videos taken from her V-day trip. "A relaxing Valentine's getaway," she captioned the Instagram series.
In a December 2022 interview, Nicole gave an update on her diet and workout routine. "I like to switch it up and try new things, but, most recently, I've just been pretty consistent with more HIIT workouts," she told Women's Health. Usually she does HIIT and HIIT with weights, like running on the treadmill and then doing circuit, then more cardio, then another circuit. "I feel like I get more results that way," she explained. She works out three to six times per week.
Nicole is always up for trying new workouts. "I love doing everything from SoulCycle spinning and climbing to boxing and dance cardio," she told the publication. "It's really good to always keep your body guessing and to always switch it up."
Nicole gives herself breaks from her intense workout routines. Around the holidays she didn't hit her HIIT circuit so hard. "I call it my hibernating period," she explained. "During this time, it's all about balance and moderation."
When she isn't following her HIIT routine, you can find Nicole going on long outdoor walks. "You can't grind all the time, you need that balance," she said.
Nicole maintains that drinking tea also keeps her looking and feeling great. She recently partnered with VAHDAM Teas.
Nicole also practices time-restricted eating. "I'm not on the grind as much with my workouts, so I'm intermittent fasting," she told the publication. When she walks up she drinks a lot of water and tea. ."I wake up and have a cup of tea, usually [VAHDAM's] Mint Melody Green Tea or their Turmeric Spiced Herbal Tea, and then I usually won't eat until the afternoon," she said.
While Nicole skips breakfast, she eats breakfast food for lunch. "I love eggs and gluten-free bread with a side of smoked salmon or some ham," she said. Sometimes she will add sliced cherry tomatoes. "They're just my favorite," she said. She might also have avocado or a simple salad. As for snacks, raw almonds, cherry tomatoes, snap peas, Himalayan salt popcorn, and dark chocolate—preferably with sea salt or almonds – are her go-tos. "If I have some frozen fruit laying around, I'll make an oat milk smoothie. Sometimes I'll put turmeric powder in it, which is delicious and anti-inflammatory," she added. She also loves salt and vinegar-flavored potato chips and Cheetos, but avoids puffed version and sicking to "real Cheetos or the fire hot ones." She eats dinner around 6 p.m. "It's usually like chicken and rice, fish and rice, and then a side of vegetables," she says. She also enjoys gluten-free pasta.
Other times, she might opt for a gluten-free pasta dish. Nicole has a sweet tooth and indulges in dessert, usually consuming anything with a cream cheese frosting. "I love red velvet cake with cream cheese icing; carrot cake with cream cheese icing," she said. She also loves dark chocolate cand, soft cookies, and muffins. "I love muffins and cakes."

The New Zealand born model flaunts her supermodel body in a variety of swimsuits while enjoying a post-wedding vacation with her new husband Nathan Dalah. "I love to work out year-round, I'm lucky like that. I do swimwear jobs all year so I always try and stay in shape. But then when you've got 1.4 billion people watching, there's no real excuse and there's no off days so you just really up the anti. It has been quite difficult because I've been travelling a lot lately and doing early call times as well. It's about getting yourself to the gym even though you've been up at 3am and shooting all day and on a plane," she told Grazia.
Georgia does a lot of strength training exercises. "I do a lot of different sorts of exercises to keep it exciting and interesting," she told Grazia, revealing that she trains with Joe Holder [@ochosystem] and does "a lot of strength work which I think my body responds really well to. In addition to strength training, I do a lot of interval training and just working really hard with no excuses." In one Instagram post she showed off her workout, which involved everything "from jump rope to sprints and pull-ups," she wrote. "Worked on hinge to keep the ? tight with a couple deadlift variations and then make sure to keep that back right with some TRX rows and added in a small reach for a single arm variety. Big ball slams into passes to put it all together."
Prior to big shows, Georgia sets running challenges for herself. Prior to the 2018 Victoria's Secret show, she set out to run a mile (1.6 kilometers) in seven-and-a-half minutes. "I chose that because I'm not really a runner at all myself but I was working out and wanted to do something that would really challenge me and push myself to get on the tread," she told Grazia.
While she doesn't follow a specific diet, Georgia does time-restrictive eating. "I have been doing intermittent fasting which has been really great for my body to digest all my food overnight. I'll start with a coffee with MCT in the morning," she told Grazia.
When it comes time to eat, Georgia consumes "a lot of really high-quality fats like avocado, walnuts, macadamia nuts and adequate proteins like salmon and leafy vegetables and greens," she told Grazia. "I'll have an avocado with every meal or lots of walnuts," she added to Marie Claire. "I try to be super healthy and eat nothing processed. When I wake up, I'll have a tea with some apple cider vinegar and then I'll have a coffee. Then straight to the gym for a hard workout, a healthy breakfast and then I'll go meet some friends for lunch – that is, if I'm not working."
Aside from strength training, Georgia does a few other workouts. "I also add in pilates, boxing and I have to keep moving all the time," she told news.com.au. "Who doesn't love the rush of endorphins after a brisk walk or spin class?" asks the Cleveland Clinic. "Endorphins are hormones that reduce pain and boost pleasure, creating a general feeling of well-being and positivity. So before you roll your eyes at your enthusiastic fitness instructor, consider how a steady state of endorphins does the body good."

If you want a body like Whitney, eat more. "I get a lot of people who want to build their glutes, but they also want to be on a diet," Johns told Muscle and Fitness. "You can't really build that muscle on a calorie deficit." Therefore, she eats more, not less. "As long as you are doing a clean-calorie surplus, you have to remember you are 'doing it for the glutes!" Johns says.
"I really encourage my clients to track their macros," Whitney told Muscle and Fitness. "Even if that's just a couple of times per week because meal serving sizes are so deceiving. I hate tracking macros too, but if you can make yourself do it, you will find out if your protein intake is on point, or if your calorific intake is on track, and then you will know you are getting somewhere."
"My love of fitness started when I was 16 years old. I grew up suffering from severe migraines, chronic pain, mental health, and gut health issues. "If you can do just one cheat meal instead of a cheat day or week, you will fulfill those cravings without derailing your whole diet," she added.
Whitney stays away from dairy for the most part. "When it comes to my diet that works best for my body: I try to stay dairy free, higher fat and lower carbs… but sometimes that Ice Cream craving is just the most," she said via Greatestphysiques.

Over the weekend, the Real Housewives of New Jersey personality, author, clothing boutique owner and mom shared Instagram photos from her tropical vacation to the Bahamas with husband Joe Gorga. And in doing so, she also shared a message to her haters.
In the photos, the 43-year-old Bravolebrity showed off her toned figure while sporting a floral-patterned white bikini. She accessorized with a pair of sunglasses.
The first couple of snapshots show Gorga posing on a boat with clear skies and waters behind her. In one of the pictures, she also wears a breezy shirt over her swimsuit and a red cap worn backwards. In the last photo, the star stands on a rocky beach with palm trees as she models her sexy swimwear.
"Kill them with kindness ♥️ #rhonj," she wrote.
Gorga didn't make clear who her message was pointed toward, but many users in the comments guessed that it was a jab at her sister-in-law and fellow RHONJ cast member Teresa Giudice, 50.
The two have had a long-standing feud that's been a main storyline of the reality television show since Gorga joined in 2011.
For over a decade, both have argued with each other onscreen over rumors, friendship alliances, snarky comments and more personal deep-rooted family matters.
Giudice recently appeared on Andy Cohen's Watch What Happens Live, where she let go some of her old grudges, including the sprinkle-cookie-fueled fight with her estranged sister-in-law who, at the time, seemed to forget that Giudice's favorite cookies were actually pignolis.
Giudice also revealed that she reunited with former Housewife Jacqueline Laurita. When asked why she decided to reconcile with her ex friend, Giudice said it was their sons, both named Nicolas and who have autism, who bonded them together.
An "anti-Melissa" comment made by Laurita on social media may have nudged her too. "That didn't have to do with it," Giudice responded. "But then I was just like, that was also that... But I really have been thinking about her because it's crazy, we do both have Nicholases now."

A typical breakfast for Hague is cereal and a protein shake. "Replacing meals with protein shakes may help you lower your daily calories, which can help you lose weight," says Katherine Zeratsky, RD, LD. "But in time you'll need to start eating solid food again. Eating solid food may cause excess weight to return if you don't make smart food choices. And if you rely too much on protein shakes to replace daily meals, you'll miss out on the healthy benefits of whole foods."
Hague enjoys mango, melon, pineapple, or grapes for a healthy snack on the go. "Grapes are a source of natural compounds including polyphenols, catechins and anthocyanins," says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. "As well as providing the pigment to determine the color of the grape, these compounds have protective antioxidant properties. Indeed, grape juice is one of the richest sources of phenolic compounds among fruits, with the most talked about being resveratrol."
Hague loves chicken and sweet potato mash for a nutritious lunch. "Sweet potatoes are rich in beta-carotene – in fact, it's what gives this root its bright-orange flesh," Shubrook says. "When we eat beta-carotene, our body converts it to vitamin A, which is then used to form light detecting receptors in the eye. This is important for night vision and maintaining the health of the eye."
Hague enjoys protein-heavy dinners with rice and plant-based turkey/ham. "White rice is easily digested, low in fiber and when cooked and served correctly is unlikely to cause gastric upset," says nutritionist Kerry Torrens. "It may be a useful inclusion for those who suffer from heartburn or nausea as well as during the flare-ups associated with conditions like diverticulitis and Crohn's disease."
Hague sometimes adds coleslaw to her lunch for a treat. "This has been a lunch, actually, that I've been having for ages," she says.
