Christie Brinkley, 68, shows off ‘sexy’ bikini body

Supermodel Christie Brinkley is heating things up with a sizzling bikini snap.

The 68-year-old took to Instagram Tuesday to share the love on Valentine’s Day, and it included flaunting her fit physique at the beach.

"Hope everyone is feeling the LOVE!!" Brinkley said on her social media post with a red heart emoji.

The former Sports Illustrated model showed off her toned body in a two-piece red bikini with a red and white cover-up. Brinkley topped off her look with a straw cowboy hat. In one photo she’s seen smiling, posing with her hands in a heart shape.

She also included a video in her post, showing "Happy Valentine’s Day!" with a heart spelled out in the sand.

Her mini-me daughter, Sailor Brinkley Cook, commented on her mother’s post, calling her "Sexy."

While her son, 27-year-old Jack Brinkley Cook, added "I love you so much!" Brinkley responded writing, "I love you more my Sonshine!!"

Other fans of Brinkley pointed out that she was a "Sexy mama."

In her latest posts, Brinkley appeared to be at her seaside villa in Turks & Caicos named Lucky House.

As she soaked up the sun, she shared some health tips on staying hydrated with her over 800,000 followers.

"7 Benefits of Coconut Water… Good source of several nutrients… May have antioxidant properties…" Brinkley said in part.

The blonde bombshell recently celebrated her birthday with her close family and friends.

Brinkley shares two kids with her ex-husband Peter Cook. The pair were married from 1996 until 2008. The couple split after Brinkley learned of Cook's alleged affair with his 19-year-old assistant.

Camille Hyde shows off her figure during a getaway

Camille Hyde is white hot in Santa Barbara in her swimsuit. The All American: Homecoming star shows off her amazing figure in a white bathing suit while on a little getaway in one of her most recent social media posts. "Santa Barbs," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "Dreamgirl," commented one of her followers. "Body," commented another, alongside a fire emoji.

Camille promotes a vegan lifestyle. "As I got older, I realized I didn't want to eat animals anymore, so when I was probably in the ninth or 10th grade, I stopped eating meat, and I was vegetarian for the better part of my life," Hyde said in a 2020 YouTube video. "And then in 2015 I decided that I didn't want to continue eating or using any animal products because we just don't need to, and there's so many ways and options for us to sustain ourselves."

Camille is a big advocate of priortizing mental health. On Worlds Mental Health Day she shared a motivating message on Facebook. "Sometimes you don't feel okay. Sometimes I don't feel okay. But that's okay. We have each other You're not alone and neither am I. Let's try to love each other, be soft with each other. Not judge one another but accept and encourage each other to be ourselves without fear and show our emotions without shame. We're all connected and we're in this ride together. How beautiful is that…" she wrote.

Camille takes time out of her busy schedule to indulge in self-care. "I mean…. I could do this everyday Honestly my self-care standards now include bubbly bubble baths, massages and reflexology," she captioned a post. Why should you unwind with a hot bath at the end of a day? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

You can often find Camille on a hike with her prized pooch, a great way to get exercise. "No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

Camille loves going for bike rides, which is a great way to get a low-impact workout in, according to the Cleveland Clinic. Biking is also great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis. Ashley Tisdale is heating up Hawaii

Ashley Tisdale is heating up Hawaii in her swimsuit. The High School Musical graduate shows off her toned body in a bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts, while vacationing with her family in the tropics. "Best girls trip ever! Had so much fun in Maui with my mom and little lady. Thanks @fsmaui for making it so special," she captioned the Instagram snaps.

Sometimes the simplest workouts are the most effective. Ashley maintains that walking helped her get into her best shape ever. Her trainer, Harley Pasternak changed her body "tremendously and honestly it's all about getting your steps in," she said in an Instagram Story. "His method isn't hard and my body isn't left feeling like I tortured it. I can't believe what my body has gone through over the last year and a half. I'm so grateful for it and honestly can't believe how strong I feel." Wearing a Fitbit, she aims for 14,000 steps a day. "All I do is walk lol but it's effective," she said."I'm only sharing this because after months of working hard and trying everything, these small changes in the last three weeks is what have done the most," she continued. "It's the difference of how I feel.

It's all about moving, finding ways of walking. Taking the dogs out with the baby for a stroll, taking meetings while walking vs. sitting." She also claims it is good for her mental health. "It's honestly what has helped my mental health as well," she added. "Having the extra energy from anxiety, just taking a walk and putting on a walking meditation always makes me feel better."

Tisdale, has "borderline thyroid disease," so she focuses on doing low-impact workouts to help her condition.

Ashley mixes up her workouts, doing group classes on her own and hitting the trails. "I've worked my butt off. Whether it's hiking, Pilates, riding on my Peloton," she wrote on Frenche.

She also revealed on Frenche that diet is a big part of the equation. "While I haven't mastered his recipes yet, I'm excited to dive deeper into them. He always says, 'you can't out-walk a bad diet,' and I'm trying to live by that too," she said about Pasternak's plan. "In the past, I practiced yo-yo dieting that wasn't sustainable instead of focusing on making lifestyle changes. That's ultimately the opposite of Harley's methods. He emphasizes the importance of fueling the body with food rather than depriving it of certain foods. My entire point is that while it's easy to get caught up in wanting fast results from your diet and exercise regimen, it's not a healthy mindset to have. It's not a race; it's a lifestyle, so I'm sure the more I do it, the better I'll get at it."

"Skin never looked so good," Ashley said in an Instagram video about ditching dairy. "I would love to say it's just the products I use but I've been dairy free for 5 years and I swear it changed everything with my skin. I barely break out," she added. "I know it's hard to give up something but when you do, after awhile, you barely crave it and I feel healthier." She has also revealed that she avoids gluten.

The more often you use an affirmation, the more it can help reinforce your value and self-worth and it may even positively affect your behavior."

Siwiec enjoys aerial yoga, using silks. She loves doing aerial yoga. Siwiec shared photos on Instagram of herself and her daughter using silks at the studio. She captioned it, "I was dreaming, so I started. And Mijunitka liked it a lot too." "Participating in yoga classes can ease loneliness and provide an environment for group healing and support. Evangelina Anderson is having fun jumping into a pool

Evangelina Anderson is having a little fun with her Instagram account. The Argentinian actress, who is Martín Demichelis' wife, posted a split-video of herself jumping into a pool in a green bathing suit—and landing on a snowy field. "Sin escala," she captioned a post.

Anderson has been a vegetarian since she was a child. "People who follow a vegetarian diet and especially a vegan diet may be at risk of getting insufficient vitamin D and vitamin K, both needed for bone health," says Harvard Health. "Although green leafy vegetables contain some vitamin K, vegans may also need to rely on fortified foods, including some types of soy milk, rice milk, organic orange juice, and breakfast cereals. They may also want to consider taking a vitamin D supplement.

Anderson enjoys riding her bike, which is a great form of cardio. "One of the major benefits of cycling is that it's low-impact," says Jaclyn Kubiak, PT, DPT. "Your hamstrings are being activated at about 17%, your quadriceps at 17% and the glutes are at 15 to 17%."

Anderson loves swimming, especially underwater. "Swimming is the fourth most popular sports activity in the United States and a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity," says the CDC. "Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. This can also lead to improved health for people with diabetes and heart disease. Swimmers have about half the risk of death compared with inactive people. People report enjoying water-based exercise more than exercising on land. They can also exercise longer in water than on land without increased effort or joint or muscle pain."

Anderson enjoys the occasional beer—especially at Oktoberfest in Munich. "The main ingredient is usually pure, spring water from a reliable source," says Jim Collins, MD. "It contains no cholesterol or fat, but has low to moderate levels of carbohydrates. Beer does contain an average of 25mg of salt, which isn't all that bad. And, the good news is that most beers contain protein, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, and vitamins B, B2, and B6."

Anderson loves hitting the slopes with her family. "Skiing gets you outdoors in the winter when we often end up on the couch and are passive," says physical therapist Scott Tremmel. "We're just not as active when the cold weather sets in, but skiing keeps you moving to continue to build up your endurance. When you're skiing, you're often out with a group of friends and you're socializing. You're getting fresh air and taking in the beautiful scenery around you. It's good for your emotional health."

Claudia Romani shares a lot of stunning photos posing on the beach in Miami

Claudia Romani is a model, and she's had a long career. Romani shares a lot of stunning photos on her Instagram. She just shared a new set of swimsuit shots this week. In them, she posed on the beach in Miami. Romani wore a pink leopard print bathing suit, showing off her figure. She captioned the post, "Favorite pic from 1 to 8? Romani revealed some of her wellness secrets to Women Fitness. She says that she makes sure to exercise on a consistent basis, and she does a lot of things to stay in shape. "It is a work in process. I'm very curvy by nature so I workout daily to keep it fit. I live in South Beach and walk miles every day. When I can, I swim.. I go to the home gym or out to an actual gym on a daily basis and prefer weight training cause I want to keep everything pert."

Romani talked about her approach to eating in her Women Fitness interview. She says that she aims to eat healthy, but she also believes in balance. "I eat healthy too," Romani says. "I have been a vegetarian for 33 years. I try not to obsess and let the routine take over my life, though.. I enjoy occasional treats and respect my body type."

Romani enjoys a vegetarian diet. She talked about this in her Women Fitness interview. "Being a vegetarian means: Number One to be cruelty free, and number two to be healthy!!! I love lean vegan cereal with non dairy milk, protein oatmeal, home made açaí bowl with nuts and seeds, avocado on wheat bread and vegan slices or a British style breakfast with baked beans, tomatoes and mushrooms."

Romani has amazing skin and she makes sure to take care of it. She revealed some of her secrets to Women Fitness. "I can't recall one single time I went to bed with make up on," Romani says. "My skin tends to be very dry, so I use moisturizer and try to pick products containing hyaluronic acid and vegan collagen.. I love coconut oil and vitamin E supplements to stay hydrated inside out!!!"

Romani is all about body positivity. And she wants others to feel the same. She encouraged this in a recently Instagram post. Romani wrote, "Girls .. Stay true to yourselves. You don't need giant lips nor the 'perfect' thighs… You don't need to do .. . think or say what the society expects you to.. You don't need diabetes pills to get a tiny waist!!! I am seeing so many clones … To me success is individuality and being real is all that's going to work long term!! Sweet Dreams ..!!!"

Paulina Gretzky is not letting the winter chill ruin her fun

Over the weekend, the 34-year-old daughter of Canadian hockey legend Wayne Gretzky took to Instagram to share new photos of herself rocking a cold-weather take on the classic bikini. In the shots, the model posed outdoors in a silver bikini — despite the snow and freezing temperatures.

Paulina Gretzky turned up the heat by pairing the swimsuit with a furry jacket, matching socks and brown Ugg slippers. Her blonde locks were styled loosely in her signature beachy waves.

She captioned the photos with a single snowflake emoji.

Hundreds of fans took to the comments section, with followers noting that the 34-year-old looked like a "snow angel" in the new snaps.

Actress Jennifer Wingut recently enjoyed time in beautiful Goa. And she made sure to share some highlights on her Instagram. In them, she posed by an outdoor pool at sunset. Winget doesn't want to uphold society's beauty standards. She says to Mid Day that she wants to promote a healthy body image and body diversity. I'm not in favour of the ideal body image [propagated nowadays]. Fitness to me means a healthy body, mind and soul."

Winget revealed her favorite exercises to Mid Day. She says that she does a variety of things to stay in shape. "My fitness regime comprises eating a balanced diet and practising yoga," she says. "I also allocate time for my walk, or better still, run on the beach with my dog Breezer. It's something I look forward to."

Winget talked about her diet to Mid Day. She says that she doesn't believe in going on crash diets and plans. Winget opts for a more balanced approach to eating and wellness. "They catch up every now and then, but I make sure to work out. Crash diets never work, so, I eat balanced meals and never skip meals. I try to listen to my body and all else falls in place."

Winget is extremely confident in herself. She tells News 18,"What inspires me is that when I look at myself in the mirror, I should feel good about myself. It doesn't matter what my weight is, but it matters if I am healthy or not. Especially, if anything the pandemic has taught us is to be healthy and not to be of a certain weight, or a certain body type, what matters is you being healthy because nothing comes before health."

Winget revealed some of her wellness secrets in an interview. She says that she likes her food to be as fresh as possible. "I drink vegetable juice every day, be it any vegetable, which is a must for me," she says. "For me, any food made at home is healthy, and so I eat anything that comes from home! And yes I mostly avoid eating out, so I am kind of conscious about that though."

Candice, who began professionally working in the modeling industry at 15, opted for minimalistic accessories to complete her look for the shoots.

And she added an assortment of dainty, gold rings on a few of her fingers for a flashy touch.

The model has been busy not just working with her own brand, but also made appearances in recent campaigns, such as Hugo Boss, which starred other celebrities including Gigi Hadid and new mom, Paris Hilton.

'I think coming from Africa and growing up with such a strong level of nature, it’s where I get inspiration,' and admitted that the company initially began as just 'a creative outlet' for the beauty.

The star keeps up with a fitness routine to achieve her toned frame, and told E! News that she enjoys using 'ankle weights' and doing squats.

The gorgeous actress shares a bunch of bathing suit snaps to social media this week, including one blast from the past. "Oops! As can be evidenced by her Instagram feed, Mónica spends a lot of time at the gym. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

Monica just says no to sugary beverages. She told MDZ that she avoids the consumption of soft drinks, alcohol, and sugary juices or heavy smoothies.

Monica also stays away from flour and tries to eat very little meat. However she admits she does cheat and eat them on occasion.

Monica tries to eat a lot of plants, which includes "Lots of salad to which I add edamame, and all kinds of grilled vegetables, low sodium salt, no dressing except a little olive and lots of lemon. Instead of mayonnaise I put hummus on everything," she told MDZ.

Maya's red-hot photo comes as relationships on Love Island will be put to the test further next week, as contestants return to Casa Amor. The return of the ITV reality show's infamous spin-off villa was announced in the closing moments of Friday's episode.

Next week is due to see a new slate of bombshells arrive, as tensions continue to rise between contestants.

Abbie Chatfield in Bathing Suit Shares Her "POV"

Abbie Chatfield is one of Australia's most famous reality stars. She first started as a contestant on The Bachelor. She then starred in Bachelor in Paradise and I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! Chatfield is currently a judge on The Masked Singer, the host of FBoy Island, and has her own radio series. Chatfield also posts a lot of memes on her Instagram account. In a recent post, she played a guitar in a black bikini. She captioned the post, "POV: you go home with a musician who just got in the Hottest 200 who opened for your fav band at the Enmore. Chatfield has a lot of confidence in herself. Even when she's struggling with acne. "I'm a confident person," she says to Body & Soul. "So I try to feel good in my own skin, break out or no break out. The truth is everyone has good skin and bad skin days, it shouldn't affect you as a person."

Chatfield eats pretty healthy, and broke down her meals to Body & Soul. "Breakfast is probably a soy latte or iced latte. If I'm hungry, an almond croissant from the coffee shop, if not some corn thins with avocado and fetta. For lunch, I stick to a salad with chicken, salmon or halloumi. Dinner at home would likely be a Hello Fresh meal or some kind of protein with rice and veggies. If I'm out, I have to do burrata or saganaki – cheese lover here!"

Chatfield also talked about her skincare routine to Body & Soul. She says that she's all about consistency. "Like most people, I found something that works for me," Chatfield explains. "So I stick with it. Get a routine and stick to it. Most products take a while to work, so commit to it."

Chatfield has no time for haters. After people commented on her body on social media, she hit back in an interview with Stellar. "People on Instagram love to tell me when my own body is changing, as though I don't have a mirror," she says. "Weight loss happens because of a myriad of things … I am very, very proud of my relationship with food and exercise. I don't think it's anyone's business why someone might have lost weight, unless they express it themselves without being prompted. It doesn't affect anybody else."

Chatfield talked about her favorite wellness products to POPSugar. She says that her favorite skincare brand is RAWKANVAS, and explains her reasons why. "It's all vegan and natural. I have quite… I wouldn't say sensitive skin but it's very reactive and particularly after The Bachelor, my skin would just go nuts. I would get weird dermatitis or I'd get breakouts, hormonal breakouts and when I was sent some RAWKANVAS products to try out to see if I liked it, it was really effective."

Ari Lennox shared a new photo posing in her bathroom

Singer Ari Lennox, the talent behind Pressure, On It and Waste My Time, is all about body and soul. She just shared a new photo on her Instagram story. In it, she posed in her bathroom in a black and white patterned bathing suit. Lennox' clearly keeps in amazing shape, vocally and physically. She captioned the photo, "Wash day."

In an interview on The Breakfast Club, Lennox revealed that she is going to therapy. She says that this has helped with her relationship with her father, and how she navigates life. "I feel like there needs to be a lot of group therapy (with her father) and of course, I want to continue my therapy alone. But I think that would probably be best because I know these are things that I'm even carrying into my dating life and I don't want to have that weight on me. I do want to be more compassionate because he went through a lot with foster care and abandonment issues, all kinds of dark things so I do recognize why he is the way that he is."

When it comes to hair care, Lennox believes in using natural products. She tells Allure, "Any type of natural soap, I'll use for my scalp. I use natural shampoo, something that's paraben-free, free of toxins and chemicals. Afterward, I [use] just shea butter, really. Shea butter and a favorite oil of mine, whether it's grapeseed oil, olive oil, or jojoba oil. It's relatively simple — I wash it whenever I feel like it needs to be washed, about every two weeks or sooner."

Lennox doesn't feel pressure to look a certain way. She tells Allure that she's all about authenticity. "Part of me wants to look as polished as some of the greatest legends that are around today. But another thing I'm just like, 'Man, that's also not me every day.' I don't mind showing people what I look like every day, because what the hell? To me, that's real life. At least that's my real life."

Lennox makes sure to hit the gym when she can. One thing she enjoys doing to stay in shape is working out her lower body. Lennox shared some of her favorite leg workouts in a video. She is seen doing hamstring curls with the machine. She also is seen using the leg press machine.

Simone Holtznagel posed in the pool looking stunning

Simone Holtznagel is having the time of her life in Bali, Indonesia. The Australian model looked stunning as she posed in the pool wearing a striped bathing suit and vintage gold belly chain, and couldn't resist sharing the pictures with her fans. "White Lotus: BALI EDITION? day 1 ?," she captioned the Instagram post.

Holtznagel loves reformer Pilates sessions. "Reformer Pilates globally strengthens the body using the subtlety of the springs to not just target the big muscle movers but also activate the small stabilizers of the body," says Bodylove Pilates founder and instructor Ali Handley. "This creates change, harmony and balance throughout the body."

Holtznagel prefers four meals a day that hit all her macros. "Mini-meals can aid in satisfying the appetite, stabilizing blood sugar levels, and providing nutrients to the body throughout the day," says Katherine Patton, MEd, RD, CSSD, LD. "Smaller, more frequent meals in your daily eating patterns also can aid in a more efficient metabolism compared to a slower metabolism when meals are skipped. An efficient metabolism allows your body to use carbohydrates, protein and fat to fuel your body."

Holtznagel got into the best shape of her life by focusing on a healthy diet with occasional treats thrown in for balance and sustainability. "Simone has done it in a healthy way," says boyfriend and trainer Jono Castano. "She's found the love of food, she's found the consistency and balance for training."

Holtznagel hits the gym four times a week and frequently uses weights for her exercises. "Weight training in particular preserves and builds muscle mass, which elevates metabolism and helps prevent weight gain while maintaining mobility," according to Johns Hopkins Health. "Sarcopenia, or loss of muscle mass and function, is a huge cause of physical disability, and it often starts in middle age. Resistance training also increases bone density, lowers blood pressure and cholesterol, improves insulin sensitivity, and can help alleviate depression and arthritis."

Holtznagel loves to cook at home, and frequently makes delicious pasta from scratch. "When I think about foods that deliver on comfort, tradition and enjoyment, pasta is at the top of the list. In fact, pasta is a staple in the Mediterranean diet and can be culturally diverse," says Leslie Bonci, MPH, RDN, CSSD, LDN. "Pasta adds beneficial nutrients to the plate such as carbohydrate, fiber, protein, B vitamins and iron – in addition to being a perfect partner to protein and produce."

Kate Beckinsale shared a stunning new set of photos enjoying time at the beach

Kate Beckinsale is an actress, best known for her role in the popular Underworld film series. She just shared a stunning new set of photos on Instagram. In it, Beckinsale enjoyed time at the beach. Beckinsale has amazing skin. She revealed some of her secrets to People. Beckinsale says that protecting her skin from the sun is one of her main tips. "I think obviously some of it is a genetic thing, although you can mess that up. I didn't see sun for the first several decades of my life, and that's probably been a big help. A great deal of it was geography [growing up in England], but the otwas on the very rare occasions when we would go on a family vacation somewhere hot, I was paranoid that I would get freckles in a mustache formation on my face. So I was wearing Factor 70 [SPF]. I just didn't want a mustache, that's really why I used sunscreen."

Beckinsale has a busy schedule, but she always makes time to relax. "I literally cannot transition from day to night unless I have submerged myself in water," she says to People. "Which is really annoying because I could get a hotel room and it'll have cockroaches and go, 'Okay, fine,' But if [the room] doesn't have a bathtub, I'll be like, 'Sorry, can I move?' I really need to have that every day, no matter what. Even when it's Oscar night and you're getting home at seven in the morning once you've been to 15 parties. I still have to go through the whole bath thing."

Beckinsale opened up about her fitness secrets to Shape Magazine. She admits that she doesn't always want to workout. However, she pushes herself to get through it. "I start out absolutely dreading it, do an incredibly punishing workout, bitch about it the whole time, and end up feeling 100 percent better when I leave," she says. "Working out is basically nature's antidepressant."

Beckinsale works out with personal trainer, Gunnar Peterson, to help her stay in shape. She talked about their sessions to Shape Magazine. "I work out hard with Gunnar five or six times a week," she says. "We have loads in common, like our kids. During our sessions we have long talks about teenagers, and then suddenly one day I find that my ass is in a lot better shape than I thought it was!"

CiCi Coleman is a health and fitness coach. She has gained a large following on Instagram for sharing her tips. Coleman just shared a new bikini photo on her page, and she opened up about how she sees herself these days. In it, she posed in a black strapless bikini, looking gorgeous. She captioned the post, "Do you ever look at yourself through a different lens on different days?Sometimes I look in the mirror and think f*ck yeah, other times, I think f*ck no; the difference in this could be as small as eating some sugary foods, a bad night's sleep or hormones.

As much as I sound like a broken record, I can't tell you how much these mini-tweaks have helped with my mental health. In the last year, I have prioritised my sleep and tried my best not to overeat foods high in sugar; it simply isn't worth the negative mindset I get the following day."

Coleman shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. She likes to do workouts that can be done at both home and at the gym. Coleman also likes to use equipment, like resistance bands. In a video, Coleman is seen doing different exercises with the band on her legs. She does things like glute kicks, squats, and lunges. She captioned the video, "You can do this at home, in the gym or outdoors. I've used a resistance band and a chair. Repeat x 4."

Coleman makes sure to not skip leg day. She shared a video on Instagram of herself doing some of her favorite leg workouts. In it, she also uses a kettlebell. Coleman captioned the post, "Wanna give your lower body some love? ?Here are 3 exercises you can do with & without equipment. Simple but effective. Single leg RDL's. Goblet squats. Alternate Lunges. HELLO PEACH."

Coleman doesn't expect immediate results when she's in the gym. Instead, she opts for a more consistent, sustainable approach to fitness. She encouraged others to do the same in the caption of Instagram post. "We put so much pressure on ourselves in January to become this unicorn of a person. 'New year', 'new me', 'new goals', 'new resolutions', it's important to have something to work towards, but is it sustainable if we try and change it all so quickly? This is why gyms are packed in January and dead in Feb. We go too hard for a month, burn out, get injured and then need time to recover. Get clear goals of what you want to achieve, but be realistic about how long they may take. There is nothing wrong with baby steps."

Coleman likes to set small goals when it comes to wellness. She talked about this approach in the caption of Instagram post.
