Rochelle Humes shows off her fit figure while vacationing in the tropics

Rochelle Humes is living her best life this spring break in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the television presenter shows off her fit figure in a bathing suit while vacationing in the tropics with her family. She shared the mirror selfie via her Instagram Stories.

Rochelle works out with personal trainer PMAC, Peter MacIver, doing strength training workouts. He told Hello! that they train together three times a week, for 45 to 60 minute sessions. "She also does cardio twice a week in her own time," he said. "No two workouts with me are ever the same. We might be doing the same body part but we'll do different exercises as much as possible. This keeps things new and fresh and also stops the body becoming used to certain exercises."

"When I first started [setting the alarm] for 5.30am I thought, oh my god, I don't really want to get up that early, I'll just wait for my kids to wake me up to maximise my sleep, but it means that I get more time for myself at the front of the day," Rochelle told Health & Wellbeing. She tries to get her workouts done at this time. "I don't work out every day, I do Monday-Friday no weekends. My kids wake up at 7(ish) I wake up any time between 5/6 am and get in some solo chill time (which for me means working out) before the whole house wakes up and is CHAOTIC ? I find this really sets my day up right for me mentally ? I really recommend the book the 5am club ✨" she added on Instagram.

Rochelle tries to look at exercise in a positive light. "I think I've got it wrong in the past," she admitted to Health & Wellbeing. "I used to think, I need to do this type of workout with this trainer, but actually, fitness doesn't have to be so military. Once you find the thing for you, you can enjoy it and for me, sometimes that's just a nice walk and some Pilates. Fitness is super personal and I've learned that it doesn't have to be all or nothing either."

Rochelle told Women's Fitness that she enjoys exercising outdoors and indoors. "I like a combination of the two. To be honest, I probably only ever worked out indoors before lockdown. But once we were all locked away, working out and being outdoors for an hour a day became such a treat for everybody. If you weren't outdoorsy before lockdown, you definitely were afterwards! Now, I love exercising outside, and I've even done bootcamp classes," she said.

Rochelle makes green juice – celery, cucumber, ginger and apple – daily. "In the morning I'll have a juice to start off the day – that might be a fresh orange, but from the juicer. I like apple, carrot, ginger and I actually have celery straight sometimes. It's really good for you and my skin really notices when I haven't had it," she told Hello!

"I'm always a bath girl. I use my own bath soak from My Little Coco, the Baby Mama Bath Soak. Obviously, I developed it to be exactly what I wanted to be. It was pretty self-indulgent!" Rochelle told Who What Wear. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Paige Spiranac stunned fans in a black bikini

Paige Spiranac is never short on fans ready to compliment her, even if she landed Maxim‘s Sexiest Woman Alive in 2022. The 30-year-old former pro golfer stunned fans in a black bikini as she rocked a teeny-tiny swimwear look in this photo, one kept alive on a fan account that saves all of Paige’s Instagram photos. Flaunting her sensational figure as she went plunging in her string swimwear, Paige showed off her toned muscles and killer curves, and she didn’t take long to be dubbed the “most beautiful woman” on the platform. Paige is followed by over 3 million on her Instagram.

Keeping things classic in a simple shade of black, Paige upped the ante as she rocked the micro bikini trend while drawing major attention to her curves. Flashing her cleavage as she posed indoors and on hardwood floors, the stunner showed off her massive chest in her too-tiny bikini, also slightly pushing her cleavage together for more effect.

Adding in tiny string bottoms, Paige caught the eye with her toned legs, crossing them a little and also showing off her super curvy hips via her high-waisted briefs. Knocking the camera dead and looking like a total bombshell, Paige rocked her luscious blonde locks down in a perfect layered blow-out, also flaunting her pout via a full face of makeup complete with a dark matte lip and defined brow.

Fans went wild. “Who needs golf, when you look like this, gorgeous! ❤️” one said. Another called Paige “the most beautiful woman on here” as they sent love. “Wow You’re so Amazing ❤️‍?????????,” a further fan chimed in.

Maxim made sure to offer fans a full feature as Paige landed her Sexiest Woman Alive status two years ago.

“I get frustrated when they support everyone except for you ‘cause you like to show cleavage,” Paige told the magazine.

“My dress code my entire life, I like to wear things that are more formfitting. I just became more comfortable wearing less because of my gymnastics background. I like being able to have movement in my swing. When I began wearing leggings it started a huge uproar. And now I go to the range and I see so many women wearing leggings,” she added, also sharing that her motto is to wear whatever you want.

Paige may raised eyebrows with her racy outfits, but nobody’s complaining on her Instagram. This shot made fans sweat as the blonde sizzled in a halter bikini as she rocked a floral look and went full flower power in her itty-bitty two-piece.

Lindsey Pelas looks stunning in a bikini

Lindsey Pelas is a successful model and actress. She has posed for Maxim, Playboy, and Sports Illustrated. She has also appeared in films like Extraction, Alone At Night, and Clown Motel. Pelas recently went to the Sports Illustrated party, and made sure to look stunning. She wore a sheer bodysuit with black fabric, looking stunning.

Pelas loves to swim to stay in shape. She shared this set of photos of herself at the beach on Instagram. In them, Pelas is seen in the water. She captioned the post, "Heaven is a cowboy tub in the desert." Better Health states, "Swimming is a great recreational activity for people of all ages. Recreational swimming can provide you with a low-impact workout and it's a good way to relax and feel good."

Pelas shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with The Daily Star. She says that she eats a balanced diet. "A toned stomach really comes from a balanced diet. It's like the saying 'abs are made in the kitchen'. I am a Southern girl, so I love a lot of naughty food, but I know how to keep myself in check. I drink a lot of water, eat a lot of grilled chicken and vegetables and choose a salad for lunch pretty often. That way when I indulge, it isn't so bad."

Pelas has an amazing set of abs. She shared her secrets in her Daily Star interview. Pelas says that she does a lot of running. "To burn belly fat, I definitely recommend a ton of cardio mixed with weight training. Running, for me, has always been the quickest way to drop a few pounds and feel amazing fast. It's also a fun

challenge to build your stamina, speed and endurance."

Pelas likes to do a variety of workouts. She shared her favorites in her Daily Star interview. "I'll do two days of weight training, two days of class workouts and one day with something simple and outdoors like a hike or run. I go to a conventional gym twice a week for weights.

I try to do a lot of weighted squats, leg-ups and deadlifts. I'll also do spin or Pilates twice a week. Pilates is so amazing for developing a lean, toned body and nothing makes you feel more incredible than spin class."

Pelas is all about accepting herself and her body. "Beyond the aesthetics, I've always been taught to be grateful just to be healthy," she told The Daily Star. "As far as my curves go, that was just an added bonus. I remember stuffing my bra as a young girl praying one day I may have big boobs – I guess it worked. I think my best body part would be my breasts. I can't help but love them. I don't really have a body part I dislike, I'm pretty body-positive."

Pilar Rubio shows off her toned legs

Pilar Rubio is one of the most successful reporters and TV presenters. Her work includes, The Right Price, Mas que Baile, and XXS. She is currently working on El Hormiguero. Rubio advertised her new show, Discovering Canary Islands, on Instagram this week. In one photo, she is seen wearing a tan and white patterned swimsuit. Rubio captioned the post, "The adventure of #DiscoveringCanarylslands Season 2 begins in 3, 2, 1… YES! ?? At @rakutentv_es 8 contestants from different European countries, 8 wonderful islands, and one winner."

Rubio shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is weight train. Rubio shared this video of herself doing pulley rows at the gym. She captioned the post, "'120 kg. Pilar VS the machine ?' Let's see if I can play the game in August ? … PS: Malmsteen attacks again, I'll wait for you Lita and Joan."

In an interview with Women's Health, Rubio shared some of her fitness and wellness secrets. She says that when it comes to fitness, she makes sure to do it each day. "The difficult thing is to put it into practice. There are days when you do better and others worse, but the important thing is to practice. You have to focus on the here and now. Enjoy the moment and always bring out the good."

In her Women's Health interview, Rubio talked about how she eats healthy. She says that she works with a nutritionist. Rubio also says that her diet is dependent on her fitness. "For me, it is essential to adapt my diet to my daily workouts. I need it to be at full performance, achieve muscle gain goals and do good health prevention."

Rubio tells Women's Health that she is a fan of circuit training. "Exercising helps you focus on what you are doing at that moment, to enjoy it. The circuit goes from top to bottom, from head to body, from body to head. There has to be a productive and positive hyperconnection." NASM.org reports that circuit training has benefits. "Several studies have shown that circuit training can elicit increases in both upper and lower body 1-rep max, making it a great exercise to target whole body fitness.

Studies have shown major increases in muscle mass in both trained and untrained populations (however, untrained populations demonstrate greater improvements since they have more ability to show improvements in shorter time periods). Circuit training induces the same anabolic signaling and maximal muscle fiber recruitment that conventional resistance training does — but without the need to use as much weight since there are shorter rest periods between sets."

Rubio revealed in this Instagram post that she likes to snowboard to stay in shape. According to The University of Rochester, skiing and snowboarding have a lot of benefits. "Skiing and snowboarding are thrilling activities and great workouts. Both sports are excellent cardiovascular exercises that strengthen the heart. They are also weight-bearing exercises. So hey strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles. Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for ongoing (chronic) diseases. They lower your blood pressure. And they help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer."

Fitness expert Senada Greca shows off her insanely fit figure

Senada Greca is unveiling her full-body workout – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post the fitness expert shows off her insanely fit figure while working out in the gym. "Full Body Workout – total body, every muscle burner!" she captioned the post. "Another goodie from my Workout Programs." Her followers went wild. "Beast mode on," commented one. "You move with such intention. Always great form!" added another.

Senada is a "sincere believer that fitness and movement should be an inseparable part of someone's life," she told Glamour South Africa. "We were born to be active, born to be mobile. She encourages "people to make movement fun and interesting, and in turn sustainable. All someone needs to do is take a digital stroll through my Instagram to see loads of novelty and get excited to try out new effective exercises." Doing the same workout daily is what makes "people fall off the proverbial wagon" and that they instead should "constantly seek growth," she continues. "This means doing things like trying new movements that push us out of our comfort zone, finding a new recipe that is not typical to what we normally eat, and changing our routine."

Senada is all about yoga. "I believe in a holistic approach to fitness as we are more than a mechanically moving body. Our minds and souls need as much caring as our bodies. I have found that caring for our body in a mindful way, cares for our mind and soul as well. Allowing ourselves to listen to our body's signals, moving mindfully, not only can be a great tool in injury prevention, but also maximizing our physical and mental performance," Senada told Women's Best. She incorporates Yoga into her routine "not only as a means to help with my balance and mobility, which in turn help with my physical fitness, but also as a time to quiet my mind and turn my attention inward," she says.

Senada also gets her zen on. "Meditation is that other component that we rarely think of or make time for, but even a few minutes, as little as 5 minutes of meditation a day, can have a huge positive impact on our psyche and in turn our body as well. If we're in a great mental and spiritual space, we're able to perform better in all aspects of life." "When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress," says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:

Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations

Building skills to manage your stress

Increasing self-awareness

Focusing on the present

Reducing negative emotions

Increasing imagination and creativity

Increasing patience and tolerance

Lowering resting heart rate

Lowering resting blood pressure

Improving sleep quality

Senada is a "flexible eater," she tells Glamour. "My main focus is getting enough protein daily; carbs and fats fill the rest of my macros, which I intuitively track. I suggest that most people do track their macros, especially in the beginning of their fitness journey, so as to learn what the proper way of feeding ones' self looks like."

Senada prioritizes form over speed. "I am always mindful of proper form. Never NOT think about form during a workout," Senada told Glamour. "Whether the exercise has started or you are setting yourself up for the exercise, always remember proper form."

Senada recommends breaking up workouts by body part. "I like to focus on legs 2-3 days per week, on upper body 2 days, and 1 full body workout per week. Sunday I work abs and throw in some fun active-rest work, like bicycling or a long walk," she told Glamour.

Senada recommends doing 8 to 12 reps and 4 rounds of the following exercises:

Lateral lunge swings

2 DB single arm curl with reverse lunge

RDL to clean squat press

Push up to hollow body alt knee tucks

Bear stance rows

Hollow body triceps extensions

What Jenna de Leó does to have an amazing body

Wearing a gray tye-dye sports bra and matching tight shorts, Jenna de Leó shows how she gets her perfect body. The trainer and PRO bikini competitor, who has won three times, posts regular workout videos and reveals how she gets so toned. Known for her sculpted glutes, strong legs, and six-pack abs, the 33-year-old is one of the most sought-after fitness coaches and head trainer for reset app.

To maintain a slim waist, but defined booty, de Leó eats protein. "Two things matter in regards to food when building your GLUTES," she wrote in an Instagram post.

"A protein-rich diet

A caloric surplus

Protein is directly correlated with muscle growth, and after all, your glutes are muscles." She added, "On the other hand, a caloric surplus of nutritiously dense foods will allow the food you eat to be converted to good mass! "All you ladies on the Booty Secrets program, try to incorporate some of these foods into your diet to maximize gains!"

Getting a body like de Leó takes work, discipline, and commitment. In a recent post, she shared her leg routine and wrote, "I don't know about you, but I absolutely LOVE leg day! Here is a great circuit to add to your routine. If you don't have access to a gym then this minimal equipment Leg day is for you."

Circuit Three:

– 12 Split Jump Squat per side

X4

Circuit Four:

X4

Another way she maintains a strong and beautiful lower body is by doing deep squats but admitted they're not easy. Wearing a light blue sports bra and brown shorts, de Leó posted a video showing the moves that help her deepen her squats and wrote, "Although it didn't happen overnight, these are some of the stretches/moves that helped me. There are a few more that I also do, but I believe you guys can start with these and see how it goes." She added, "I must warn you though, it may leave you feeling sore for a little while, but your body will soon get used to it."

e Leó is all about getting an effective workout with minimal equipment and shows how to get lean arms without just dumbbells. "My sisters, don't skip your upper body workouts," she said, wearing a dark gray sports bra and blue hip-hugging shorts. "With just a pair of dumbbells, this arm-focused routine will leave you feeling strong and empowered. Save it for your next workout and give it a try!"

METHOD:??

Warm Up:

– 10 Banded Pull Apart X3

Circuit One:

– 10 Alternating Press per side

– 12 Kneeling Front Raise

X4

Circuit Two:

– 10 Reverse Grip Shoulder Press

– 10 Bent-Over Front Raise

X4

Circuit Three:

– 12 Tricep Kickback per side

– 5 Alternating Hammer Curl with hold per side

X3

She added, "If you liked this workout, hop inside the @reset.app to see more daily workouts and other structured training programs."

Protein is a vital part of everyone's diet. It serves several important roles like aiding in growth and development, repairing damaged cells, carrying oxygen through the body, is a great energy source, and more. To ensure she gets enough protein, de Leó has protein shakes. "Blended smoothies are excellent for quick protein, and this recipe will deliver something tasty and filling to sip on!" she wrote. "Don't forget the peanut butter, an essential ingredient! Swap for an alternate nut or seed butter if you have an allergy!"

Ingredients:

-Frozen Banana

-Blueberries

-Peanut Butter

-Honey

-L-Glutamine

Kelsey Robinson says bye bye summer

Olympian Kelsey Robinson spent a fun-filled weekend at the Shambhala Music Festival in British Columbia, Canada. The volleyball star, 31, shared highlights from the trip, including snaps of herself posing in a bikini with her husband and friends. Other pictures showed her wearing a creative festival costume and hanging out in a beautiful forest. "Bye bye summer ❤️‍? Favorite weekend, favorite forest ???," she captioned the post. "Omg. Amazing ?," a friend commented.

Robinson treats her body with care and discipline. "As a professional athlete, my body is my job," she says. "My days consist of four to eight hours of a combination of practice and weight lifting. And game days come with a lot of pressure and stress on performance. At the pro and Olympic level, the details make the difference in success. This is why my morning routine is all about helping my body physically and mentally feel the best it can to maximize performance. In the morning, it's essential for me to tune into my body to give it what it needs. This starts with sleep. While it might seem unattainable to most, I usually get nine to 11 hours of sleep every night. This allows my body to recover and gives me mental clarity throughout the day."

Robinson is a big proponent of the health benefits cold showers offer. "I take a cold shower and do my morning face routine," she says. "The cold water not only wakes my body up, but it has so many healing properties including reducing stress and inflammation and forces me to focus on my breathing. As an athlete, breathing is my lifeline. It helps me to focus on the present in high-pressure moments. On weekends or if I don't have a morning practice, I'll go down to the beach and hop in the cold water to surf.

Robinson loves eating protein-packed egg bowls for breakfast. "When I'm in California I use fresh avocado or maybe some leftover salsa from tacos we've had the previous night," she says. "If I'm living and playing in Istanbul, I'll use tomatoes, cucumbers and a lot of herbs. It's fun to keep this recipe dependent on the local ingredients you have. What I love most is that this provides me with sustainable energy throughout the day. It has the big four that I try to incorporate into every meal: protein, fat, fiber and greens! While I typically like to make a big portion for mornings off, you can totally make it before a morning practice or weights session and it'll power you through."

Robinson tries to be as active as possible. "On my way to practice, I usually listen to some podcasts or music to get me in the mood for training," she says. "Even when I don't have workouts in the morning, I always try to do some type of movement. Whether it's a yoga flow, walk, or foam roll. The more I can wake my body up, the better. My morning routine is all about alignment and finding balance in my high-stress, high-pressure job. But you don't have to be an Olympian to want to get the most out of your body and mind! Everyone can benefit from these small changes."

Robinson takes time for meditation every day. "Anyone who knows me knows I can't sit still," she says. "I sprained my ankle this year and while the trainer was trying to tell me what to do, I was too busy watching my team play because ball is life, duh. I can't write without background noise and I can't sleep because — Netflix. However, with the help of a nifty app Calm, I've become more focused in all areas of my life. Taking time to slow down and just breath deeply has done wonders to ease my anxiety and to be present. Another great app is Headspace. Find what works for you and create a daily reminder on your phone to carve out some time to center yourself."

When Brylie isn't on the field, you can find her on the lake. Two of her favorite water activities? Wakeboarding and jet skiing. According to Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.

Brylie confesses that her flat abs aren't just the result of healthy eating and dieting. She recently shared a photo of herself getting an EmSculpt Neo treatment, a non-invasive treatment that contours the body using radio frequency and high-intensity electromagnetic energies to provide simultaneous fat elimination and muscle toning in a combined 30-minute session. According to the company, in just 30 minutes, it stimulates over 24,000 supramaximal muscle contractions, achieving the equivalent of 12-16 weeks of HIIT training in just four sessions.

Brylie also golfs, regularly sharing clips of her swing via Instagram Stories. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

Singer Olivia Rodrigo shows off her incredible body

Olivia Rodrigo is celebrating the success of her new hit single Vampire by going on a Hawaiian vacation in her swimsuit. In one of her latest social media posts, the Grammy award-winning star shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit while vacationing at the Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea. "Vacay dumpppp," she captioned a series of Instagram photos.

During an interview with Teen Vogue Olivia revealed that she runs. "I am a terrible runner but it's the thought that counts," she said. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

One of Olivia's healthy habits? "I try to read every night before I go to bed," the singer told Teen Vogue. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

If you want flat and strong abs like Olivia, you are going to have to crunch for it. The star told Teen Vogue that working on her midsection also helps destress her, saying that she had done "an ab workout to help release some energy."

During an interview with Vogue, Olivia revealed that bacon is part of her self-care routine. "I wake up and make my little matcha and I make bacon for myself, and then I sit at the piano and try to write something, even if it's s**t," she told the magazine. What else does she eat? She says that "almost every night before a show" she has a turkey sandwich. She also loves cooking. Two of her go-to's are banana bread and Cacio e Pepe. And her fast food orders? "I love a good McDonald's oatmeal. I also love an in-N-Out double-double cheeseburger with a Neapolitan shake," she said.

Olivia trains with Kirsty Godso, a New Zealand-born personal trainer who also works out with Kaia Gerber and Maddie Ziegler. Hiring a personal trainer can be a game-changer on the journey to achieving your health and fitness goals. The benefits of having a personal trainer extend far beyond just having someone to guide you through workouts. They offer personalized and tailored workout plans that suit your specific needs, ensuring maximum efficiency and results. Personal trainers provide valuable expertise, correcting your form and technique to prevent injuries and optimize performance.

Moreover, they act as motivators, keeping you accountable and pushing you to surpass your limits. With their vast knowledge of nutrition and exercise science, personal trainers are the key to unlocking your full potential, making your fitness aspirations a reality. Invest in a personal trainer and witness the transformation of not just your body but also your overall well-being.

During an interview with CBS Sunday Morning for Mental Illness Awareness Week, Olivia explained how therapy has been "life-changing" for her. "I hadn't really started going till I was like, 16," she said. "That was a really big, life-changing moment. I've learned so much about myself." She continued: "Sometimes people are like, 'Oh, you don't need that. You have so much. Your life is so great. What are your problems?'" Olivia said. "I think that's definitely a thing that sometimes older people can do to younger people, too — kind of trivialize what they're going through just because, you know, 'Ah, they're fine, they're just kids. They'll get through it.' But it feels so real when you're in it. It's so valid."

Olivia has another self-care health habit. "I love a bubble bath," she confessed during Vogue's 73 Questions. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Olivia also blasts calories by dancing, which she has been doing since she was a little kid. "I did a lot of ballet when I was younger, but that didn't pan out," she told Vogue. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

"I love criticism, honestly," Rodrigo told Variety. "I think I can grow so much from people being like, 'Oh, I wish it was more like this,' and I'm like, 'Oh cool, this is my first album; I'm learning.'"

Olivia's BFF Madison Hu that the two sweat through Pilates classes together. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

In her latest Instagram post, Olivia hikes in Hawaii. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

Adrienne Bailon is enjoying the crystal clear waters and beautiful skies of Ibiza

Singer and TV star Adrienne Bailon is enjoying the crystal clear waters and beautiful skies of Ibiza, Spain. Bailon, 39, shared pictures of herself on vacation, lounging on a luxurious yacht in a black one-piece swimsuit. "I need a tan," she captioned the post.

Bailon starts the day with oatmeal, avocado toast, or a protein shake. "For lunch, I would eat huge salads, again with avocado," she says. "My favorite green is arugula, it tastes delicious. I would chop up peppers and literally just make myself this huge, hearty salad. Another thing I would have in between as a snack — I love nuts, I still love popcorn, so I would still eat popcorn."

Bailon's dinner usually consists of healthy legumes such as beans and lentils. "I would make myself vegan chili, like a huge pot of beans," she says. "I love lentil soup… lentil soup blesses my soul. I would do soup and a bunch of roasted mushrooms. I love sautéed kale, steamed broccoli, but I felt so good about myself because I was like, 'I am filling myself with such good nutritional food.'"

Trainer Massy Arias got Bailon ready for her wedding to Israel Houghton. "She works out with me three to four times a week then she does homework that I give her at home so five days a week total," Arias said. "90 minutes total per day. 30 minutes of cardio on her own in the morning and then one hour with me. That hour was maximized because our training would be divided into circuits and there was no resting time or breaks in between."

Bailon avoids alcohol as it leads to unhealthy food choices. "I am not only suddenly the Tasmanian devil when it comes to food, but I am, like, coming up with inventive ideas," she says. "'Let's leave here and go to Jack in the Box. From Jack in the Box, let's go to Taco Bell.' So, alcohol does actually expand your stomach, and two, it actually wreaks havoc on my vocal cords as well."

Bailon has a fitness mantra she lives by—and it's all about self-acceptance. "I'm constantly reminding myself that the greatest form of self love – is self discipline," she says. "They say it takes 21 days to form a new habit… I just want to encourage you to take this time to develop healthy habits! Drink your water, squat, rest, read, pray, take your vitamins, eat your veggies!"

Candice Swanepoel captioned these photos with Brings out the tiger in you

Supermodel Candice Swanepoel is sharing some beautiful new modeling shots with her fans. Swanepoel, 34, posted pictures of herself posing in a studio in a tiger print bikini, denim jacket, and blue strappy heels. "Brings out the tiger in you," she captioned the post.

Weight training is a core part of Swanepoel's exercise regimen. "I'm going to start getting back into my workouts because I like to feel strong," she says. "I used to do weight training because I'm naturally lean so I like to beef up a little bit and have muscle tone on my legs and thighs."

Swanepoel loves the therapeutic benefits of ocean swimming. "I have always turned to nature and travel to relax and reset myself even when I'm at home," she says. "If I'm in Brazil [where Candice lives with her family] and feeling a little bit crazy I'll go for a swim in the ocean and I feel immediately renewed."

Swanepoel does yoga year round, and switches up her workouts if she's training for work. "I do a lot of resistance training and yoga as well. I meditate through yoga, it helps with my breathing," she says. "I use weights to gain muscle. I would run on the beach, that's the best preparation for me, running on the beach and thick sand. It doesn't feel like I'm trapped in a gym."

Swanepoel makes time for rest days even when she's training hard for an event. "I will probably work out four times a week, and I'll be eating a lot of protein, just focusing on everything that goes in my body and maximizing my workouts," she says. "But also taking the time to rest in between is important. I'll work out and then have a rest day to make my body adjust to what I've done to it the day before."

Swanepoel has a healthy appreciation for fresh, nutritious food. "I think that respecting where your food comes from and how it's made is the most important lesson," she says. "Appreciating everything that we have that other people don't have. I grew up on a farm so I saw where everything came from: animals, plants, everything… it's the simple things that are most important."

Paige Woolen says we get so attached to seeing this essentially flawless version of ourselves that it's hard to hold a boundary

Paige Woolen is a model. She's an influencer. And she's the brains behind the Dudes In DMs Instagram account. Woolen shares a lot of stunning photos on her Instagram account. Recently, she posted a new set of photos of herself in a burnt orange two-piece swimsuit. Woolen captioned the post, "In my overwhelmed era."

Woolen opened up about her career as a model and influencer in an interview with BitchMedia.org. She says that she does things to build her self-confidence in order to help with her career. "I think we get so attached to seeing this essentially flawless version of ourselves that it's hard to hold a boundary. I say daily affirmations to myself in the mirror when I wake up, and I won't check social media for an hour before bed. Having a routine to get your brain out of the social-media bubble is extremely important."

Social media isn't just a job for Woolen. She tells BitchMedia.org that it is also a way of helping with her career. "Modeling is such an interesting job for exactly those reasons. When you're doing a 'job' for someone else and they're paying you, their idea of how you look can quickly become everything to you. It can really mess with your brain and your self-image. That's why I find so much value in social media. On my Instagram or TikTok, I can look any way that I choose, I can say what I want—and that's ultimate control and empowerment."

Woolen revealed her reasons for creating Dudes In The DM to BitchMedia.org. She says that she wants to help other women, and is willing to face the harassment because of this. "I absolutely faced internal conflict after exposing men to their partners, but only briefly, and the conflict wasn't morally based. When the story first went viral, I was shocked at how much hate I was getting (mostly from men). I was called a rat; I received death threats. People were even saying I should be arrested. Naturally, I panicked. But after the initial shock settled and I reread the messages from the women I helped, I knew I had done the right thing. People who bully or cheat want to be kept in the dark. They don't want the truth to come out, and it angers them when they could possibly be exposed. There were a ton of accounts posting my photos and warning men about me. There were men claiming they are the true victims. But if you're not being shady, you have nothing to worry about."

Woolen tells BitchMedia.org that she is transparent on social media about using filters and getting plastic surgery. She says that she doesn't want people to follow beauty standards or feel pressure. "I am as open about plastic surgery as I am about filters. We live in a world where literally anything is possible! You can alter anything on your body that you aren't happy with. I recently got all the fat sucked out of my body and then shoved in my butt. That's insane!"

Woolen shared what she values in a person, specifically a romantic partner, to Maxim. "True kindness. I think being kind is overlooked these days especially in the wake of social media. You can tell what someone has or what they look like but you're unable to see who they truly are when the mask is off."

Agata Sieramska just shared a new set of photos showing off her impressive figure

Agata Sieramska just shared a new set of photos on Instagram this week. In them, she sat in a chair in a red two piece swimsuit. Sieramska's impressive figure was on display in them. She captioned the post, "Instagram vs. Reality."

Sieramska shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is HIIT, also known as high-intensity interval training. In this post, she advertised her full-body HIIT workout. Harvard Health states that HIIT has a lot of benefits. "HIIT is a type of interval training exercise. It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one's maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements. Interval training was first introduced in the 1950s as a higher intensity form called sprint interval training, which reached 100% maximum heart rate and was used to improve the performance of elite Olympic athletes."

Another workout Sieramska likes to do is Pilates. In this video she posted on Instagram, she is seen using a reformer. Sieramska is seen doing leg circles, bridge raises, and bicep curls. She captioned the post, "Perfect Monday morning." Pilates has a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic states, "If you've been looking for a new workout routine that can give you a good balance of flexibility, strength, muscle tone and help for a few aches and pains, Pilates may be the answer."

Sieramska makes sure to stretch. She talked about stretching in an Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic states that stretching has a lot of benefits. "Stretching may help you improve your range of motion and decrease your risk of injury, among other benefits…Other studies show that lengthening the muscle and holding the stretch immediately before a sprint may slightly worsen performance. However, research has shown that stretching can help improve flexibility, and, as a result, the range of motion of your joints."

Sieramska has amazing abs. And she makes sure to not skip core workouts. She shared some core workouts in a video she posted on Instagram. In them, she is seen doing leg extensions in a crunch, sit-ups, and sit-ups with a bent leg raise. She captioned the post, "Thank you for today and all the challenges ahead. Shorter than others but I feel in my heart that it's the smartest and most consistent with me I've made so far."

Sieramska likes to do cardio to stay in shape. She shared a cardio workout on Instagram. The Mayo Clinic states that cardio or aerobic workouts have a lot of benefits. "During aerobic activity, you repeatedly move large muscles in your arms, legs and hips. You'll notice your body's responses quickly. You'll breathe faster and more deeply. This maximizes the amount of oxygen in your blood. Your heart will beat faster, which increases blood flow to your muscles and back to your lungs."

Sasha Attwood is enjoying a sunny vacation in Dubai

Sasha Attwood is enjoying a sunny vacation in Dubai, UAE. The girlfriend of Manchester City and England player Jack Grealish shared pictures of herself at a beautiful resort, relaxing in a black bathing suit top and gray shorts. "Gorgeous," one admiring fan commented.

Attwood admits she went through a phase of not taking the best care of herself. "Things that are going wrong for me currently….when I work, I can get up at 5am fine…it's more when I have a day off," she says. "I just can't get up. I'm not a morning person. I'm much more productive in the evening.

Also, I've not been working out at all. I've just been indulging. I've been eating too much, drinking too much and I'm just like I want to have a bit of a lifestyle change… I want to feel fit and healthy. I want to feel good. After a week, I feel so much better. I want to be the best version of me. Self-care is so important."

Attwood relies on coffee to give her energy throughout the morning. "Coffee may help some people maintain alertness and energy levels thanks to its caffeine content," says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. "When coffee is consumed, it is absorbed into the bloodstream and travels to the brain where it 'fires up' certain neurons which may improve memory, mood, energy and cognitive function, if consumed in moderation. Other reports suggest drinking coffee before exercise may reduce rates of exertion and potentially improve athletic performance."

Attwood starts the day with Pilates as part of her new healthy lifestyle. "As human beings, we are creatures of habit," says lead yoga therapist Judi Bar. "We walk a certain way, we take the stairs a certain way, we stand a certain way and we sit at our desk a certain way. So, our muscles get imbalanced because of overuse. What Pilates does is help to counteract that."

Attwood loves hiking, especially when she's traveling. "Think of hiking as simply taking a longer walk in nature; you can hike at any pace, at any elevation, and for any number of miles, hours, or even days," says Alyson Chun, assistant director of adventure sports at Stanford University and instructor for REI. "The more challenging the hike, the more calories — and stress — you'll melt away."

Attwood loves walking her dog, which is an easy and fun way to stay active. "Walking can be as good as a workout, if not better, than running," says Dr. Matt Tanneberg, CSCS. "You hear of people 'plateauing' when they continue to do the same workout routine and stop seeing results. I see patients all the time that plateau from running, they will run the same distance, speed and time, day in and day out. You need to constantly be switching up your exercise routine in order to get the maximum benefit for your health."

Gimena Accardi is soaking up the March sun

Argentianian actress Gimena Accardi is soaking up the March sun in a tiny swimsuit, and sharing the pictures on social media. Accardi posted snaps of herself posing in a bathing suit against a lush background of trees and green grass. "Eternal summer ?," she captioned the post.

Accardi has just started taking exercise seriously for the sake of her health. "I promised this year to start moving my body for my health," she captioned an Instagram post. "I'm going to be 38 and I've never worked out in my life. I'm not a fan of gyms and I struggle to work out.. well, question that 3 weeks ago I started the gym 2 times a week, with a very capable trainer (that above is my friend, Dani ?)… I never dreamed of saying this but I'm very good with training, we'll see how long it lasts me… but for now I'm back inside! Thank you dear teacher for making the effort! I don't know, I wanted to share it with you because for me it's an achievement!"

Accardi loves walking her beloved labrador. "Walking can be as good as a workout, if not better, than running," says Dr. Matt Tanneberg, CSCS, a sports Chiropractor and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist in Phoenix, Arizona. "You hear of people 'plateauing' when they continue to do the same workout routine and stop seeing results. I see patients all the time that plateau from running, they will run the same distance, speed and time, day in and day out. You need to constantly be switching up your exercise routine in order to get the maximum benefit for your health."

Accardi enjoys yerba mate drinks. "Mate is a traditional South American beverage drink that is brewed from the leaves and stems of the yerba mate plant, a tree that belongs to the holly family," says Monica Reinagel, MS,LD/N, CNS. "It's widely consumed in Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Brazil, where the mate tree is indigenous. You'll also find mate as an ingredient in energy drinks or in the herbal tea section of your local health food store."

Accardi makes sure to fully warm up her body by stretching before dancing or working out. "Many assume that it's best to stretch before you run or take part in any type of exercise – but it's better if you warm up first," says Timothy Miller, MD. "Jogging at a slow pace or spending a few minutes on an exercise bike will increase blood flow to the muscles and allow you to get more out of your stretch. Remember to build that extra time into your workout routine. If you plan to run on the treadmill for 20 minutes, set aside 35-40 minutes in all. Spend five minutes or so warming up, 5-10 minutes stretching, and then begin your workout."

Accardi loves grazing on a cheese-heavy charcuterie board. "Cheese provides a slew of beneficial nutrients," says Samantha Cassetty, RD. "Cheese contains protein, fat and saturated fat, sodium, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, and vitamin B12, among other nutrients. However, amounts vary, depending on the type of cheese you select. While many of these nutrients are necessary for optimal health, some, like saturated fat and sodium, are discouraged."

Daniela Ospina is enjoying a Sunday Funday

Colombian volleyball player Daniela Ospina is enjoying a proper Sunday Funday. Ospina shared a video of herself and a friend relaxing on loungers, soaking up the sun in a black bathing suit. "Sunday ☀️⛱️," she captioned the post.

Ospina works out religiously, and includes push ups in her exercise routine. "Push-ups will improve your health by building muscle, raising your metabolism to burn fat, and providing a cardiovascular benefit," says Robert S. Herbst, personal trainer and former world champion powerlifter. "They enable you to get a full body workout with no equipment."

Ospina does squats and lunges as part of her workouts. "Squats are beneficial for everyone," says certified personal trainer Chris Gagliardi. "From elite athletes to older adults and women during the postpartum period. Squatting is considered a bend-and-lift movement which is one of the five primary movement patterns that we use throughout daily life. Consider that every time you stand from a sitting position, or squat down to pick an object up off the floor, you are doing a squat. Squats are something we do often, and it is important to have the appropriate muscular fitness and power to perform squats throughout your activities of daily living."

Lifting weights is a core part of Ospina's exercise routine. "For many years, the CDC has recommended that along with aerobic activity, adults do some type of strength training twice weekly to combat muscle loss," says Benjamin R. Snell, MD. "These sessions should include all major muscle groups—legs, hips, back, abdomen, chest, shoulders, and arms. Muscle mass decreases with age, putting you at higher risk for diabetes (skeletal muscle uses glucose), as well as falls and other injuries."

Ospina loves matcha green tea, even using it to make homemade ice cream. "Green tea contains a number of natural stimulants, including caffeine, which although not as high as coffee, may still help maintain alertness and focus," says registered nutritionist Jo Lewin. "In addition to this, green tea is a source of the amino acid L-theanine, which has a relaxing effect; it does this by increasing mood-enhancing brain chemicals including GABA, dopamine and serotonin. The beneficial polyphenols of green tea may also help slow the effects of aging on the brain."

Ospina uses battle ropes at the gym. "Most people think of the rope as an aerobic tool for the upper body," says Aaron Guyett, Master Battle Rope Trainer at Onnit, founder of Innovative Results, and U.S. Marine Corps Staff Sergeant. "You can train power, you can train strength, you can build lean body mass, and you can build aerobic capacity with the rope. You just need to understand how to vary your position, the rope, and all the different variables to generate your maximum expenditure of force."
