Dixie D'Amelio is heating up Mexico – in her swimsuit. Because all these hate comments, y'all literally drive my engagement up, so you're actually helping me out. And it's kind of funny. It's like, you know what? Brooke spends a lot of time in the water, and shared highlights on social media. USASwimming.org states that swimming has a lot of benefits. "Each arm stroke starts with the catch phase of the stroke, where the forearm and hand form an anchor point in the water. You use your shoulder, upper arm and core muscles to pull your body past this anchor point. Think of how many arm strokes you take during a practice… Now that is a workout."

Golf is naturally the main way Brooke stays in shape. According to The R & A, the sport has a lot of benefits. "Golf can help strength and balance, improve quality of life and provide aerobic exercise. On a regular 18-hole course, most players will walk between four and five miles, burning up to 2,000 calories. The documentary focuses on the 2022 Idaho Murders. Four students at the University of Idaho were murdered in November 2022 in an off-campus residence in Moscow, Idaho. The case was widely shared on social media, most notably TikTok.

Zara announced on Instagram: "ANNOUNCEMENT…. New documentary!!!! THE IDAHO MURDERS: TRIAL BY TIK TOK. My latest documentary, coming next month. A story that, like so many others, I became fascinated with. My social media became a constant flood of information on this case, from only a few hours after the tragedy occurred. What happened? "I head to Moscow, Idaho, to discover the truth behind the viral rumours, and meet the true crime community who tried to solve this case."

Tinx is also into cold plunging. "I try to do four times a week," she tells Popsugar. "It's definitely hard getting in, but once you do it, it's such a dream.

Tinx lifts weights. "I was reading that it was really important for women to do strength training as they get older, and, listen — I'm going to be so real — it is not my vibe yet," she tells Popsugar. "I've never really gotten into that before, so it's definitely a new thing for me, but we'll try."

"I'm trying to get more sleep this year. That's one of my resolutions is to just put down TikTok, and go to bed," she told Popsugar. "I'm addicted to my phone," she admits. "I'm embarrassed for my screen time." I'm like, 'Do I have a life or do I spend the entire day on my phone?'"

"When I have more time, I love to go to Hot Pilates in Los Angeles. I also love Forma Pilates, Pvolve, and The Sculpt Society. I want to be a yoga person so badly, though. Every year for the past five years, my New Year's resolution has been to get into yoga, but it just doesn't stick for me. It might be because I prefer workouts with fun music," Tinx told Bustle.

Tinx is a smoothie drinker. "Back in the day, I read this book called Body Love by Kelly LeVeque. She says that you need to have the "fab four" in your smoothies: a fat, a fiber, a protein, and a green. I've always used that as a framework to help me to make a balanced recipe. I'm always putting chia seeds in there, too," she said.

Tinx is all about hydration. "I always think about this interview that Rihanna did ages ago where she was like, 'Honestly, whenever I'm in a bad mood, or I feel ugly or something, I just drink a huge glass of water, and I always feel better. That really stuck in my mind. Every time I'm like, 'Oh, my God. I feel terrible,' I'm like, 'Rihanna would say to drink a glass of water.' I have what I call my emotional support water bottle, and I always keep it with me. I feel like if you love your water bottle, you're more likely to drink the water. I have an array: the Stanley, the Bkr, and the Simple Modern," she said.

Model Devin Brugman shows off her beautiful figure

Devin Brugman is a model and fitness influencer. She is also one of the creators of Monday Swimwear, alongside Natasha Oakley. Brugman and Oakley are celebrating ten years of the company, and shared an Instagram collaboration for it. In them, they posed on the beach in white swimsuits. Brugman shared some of her wellness secrets on Molly Sims' Lipstick On The Rim podcast. She shared how she treats her IBS. "It comes on when I get anxious and flying makes me anxious, so when I fly, I cleanse. I eat really healthy and clean before a flight. The only part that sucks is that the best part of flying is drinking, so I try to balance every drink with extra water, and I always bring my own food on a flight, usually a salad."

Brugman said on the Lipstick On The Rim podcast that she intermittent fasts. "I do what works for me, and what works for me is intermittent fasting. I wake up in the morning and I'm truly not hungry. First thing in the morning, I have my espresso with iced almond milk. I eat around 1 PM and I'll either make or order a Sweetgreen or Fresh Corn Grill. For dinner, I love salmon, veggies, or a salad."

Brugman shared some of her favorite workouts in her Lipstick On The Rim interview. She says that she likes to do lower impact workouts. "Food controls weight, not fitness," Brugman explained. "I do pilates 4 times a week and I take my dog, Walter on a walk 1-2 times a day. I don't like high-intensity workouts."

Brugman likes to cook, and shares a lot of her recipes on Instagram. She has an Instagram story highlight dedicated to her cooking. Harvard Health states that cooking has a lot of benefits. "We already know that the more people cook at home, the healthier their diet, the fewer calories they consume, and the less likely they are to be obese or develop type 2 diabetes. Fitness influencer Anna Victoria shares fitness tips

Fitness influencer Anna Victoria is encouraging fans and followers to follow through with their fitness goals by sharing before-and-after pictures of success stories. Victoria starts her day with oatmeal, four scrambled eggs, and vegetables. "When I tell people I eat four eggs, they're like, 'Are you okay? Do you need to go to the doctor?' But it's an old science belief that they're not good for you. Eggs can get boring, so I put veggies in them—asparagus, zucchini and tomato," she told Harper's Bazaar. "That's my breakfast pretty much every day. In my meal plan, it's different, but I'm a creature of habit and I just like the same routine every day."

Victoria avoids the all-or-nothing mentality when it comes to fitness, saying even ten minutes a day can make a difference. "You don't have to work out every day to see progress, and doing so can actually be harmful to your progress!" she told Fit Body App. "Rest days are growth days. The max days I suggest working out is five to six days with one of those days being only cardio. You absolutely need 1- 2 rest days a week for recovery, injury prevention, and muscle repair. I said it before, but don't underestimate the benefits of even a 10-minute sweat sesh a few times a week! Something is always better than nothing."

Victoria uses her grill for a delicious protein-packed dinner. "Luca and I normally have grilled chicken," she told Harper's Bazaar. "It's amazing how different and how much better chicken tastes when you grill it instead of cooking it on the stove. Luca is actually the cook in the family, so he'll create a sauce or something out of balsamic vinegar and lemon, or something like that, and then just veggies and sweet potato. I love sweet potato."

Victoria wants postpartum mothers to take it easy when getting back into a fitness routine. "Don't rush it. I hear of so many moms at three months postpartum trying to resume their pre-baby routine and level of intensity and end up having so many issues as a result, like diastases recti, prolapse, incontinence and more," she told Oxygen magazine. "Everything in life is a season, and while I'm a big believer in taking care of your physical well-being, sometimes what that looks like is actually resting and taking it slow," Victoria says. "Soak up those precious newborn and baby moments while they last, because time flies!"

Victoria focuses on good habits that take over when willpower is weak. "Motivation is overrated. I'm motivated maybe 30% of the time. The other 70% I'm DEDICATED," she told Fit Body App. "The moment you stop waiting for motivation and start making it happen regardless of how you feel is the moment when the magic happens. Focus on being dedicated, not motivated."

Sanzo is thrilled that more and more women feel comfortable in the weight room. "The interest in strength training for women is increasing every year, which is great to see," she told ISSUU. "I believe the more we experience women training with weights, the more accepting the public will become. The benefits of weight training are endless, including an increase in strength and muscle mass, improved metabolism, reduced risk of injury, increased bone density and regulated hormones. Weight training has helped me grow emotionally, far beyond how I have grown physically. Self-belief is built every time you try something new – but true confidence is built when you achieve something you never thought possible! I could never have fathomed the possibility of deadlifting 100kg (let alone 160kg) when I first started training."

Sanzo has developed a tailored workout for strength and muscle. "My training is now a 'powerbuilding' hybrid, so I get the best of both worlds," she told ISSUU. "Most sessions are structured on three main components: a strength component focusing on lower rep ranges of one to eight; a hypertrophy (muscle building) component focusing on moderate rep ranges of five to 12; and an assistance component, which helps strengthen the muscle groups required for the primary movements – I focus on unilateral (lunges), machine (leg press) and isolation movements (leg extension), and higher rep ranges of 10 to 20."

Sanzo gets her protein through meat, fish, and eggs, rather than supplements. "I struggle with irritable bowel syndrome and find that many supplements tend to cause stomach upset (for me personally)," she told Business Insider. "For those who are incorporating supplements into their diet, my biggest advice is to always prioritize your nutrition as no supplements can ever make up for a bad diet… Above all, it is so important to always listen to your body, prioritize eating a nutritious and balanced diet, drink plenty of water, and get sufficient sleep."

Sanzo no longer veers into extremes with her diet. "Something I am really passionate about is transitioning from the word 'diet' to 'eating style'," she told ISSUU. "My eating style has evolved so much over the past 10 years: I went from eating a block of chocolate a day, to living off chicken and broccoli when I was fitness modeling. It's taken me a long time to find a healthy balance that suits my goals and lifestyle. It's recently been discovered that gut health is directly tied to our emotions, so I do my best to avoid any foods that cause stomach upset – FODMAPS are a great starting point."

Sanzo advises weight training newbies to seek professional help to get started. "Don't try and do it alone," she told Business Insider. "Find a trainer that you admire or a program that you feel inspired by and get to work. Be a student in the gym and outside of the gym by seeking knowledge around training, technique and nutrition to further your own understanding."

German fitness influencer Pamela Reif shared some of her workout tips

fitness influencer Pamela Reif is sharing a new workout with her followers called "tummy torture" (so no one can say they don't know what they're signing up for!). Reif, 27, posted a video of herself wearing red workout pants and a white crop top, dancing for the camera. "NEW AB WORKOUT. 10min Tummy Torture! Are you ready for a killer six pack Vol. 3? Here's what Reif's diet, exercise, and wellness looks like.

Reif knows exercise is much easier to stick to if it's enjoyable. "Having fun doing sport is the most important thing in order to continually become fitter," she tells Women's Health. "It may sound strange, but it's important to take the pressure off yourself. If you want to be fit in the long term, you have to take it easy and not judge yourself if you don't exercise 5 times a week. I've always trained 4 to 5 units a week and kept at it – continuity is the most important thing. My sessions last about 1 hour and I always focus on strength training. Since the lockdown, I've gotten a taste for training using only my own body weight. I still stick to that and do at least 3 bodyweight workouts per week, i.e. 2 HIIT and abdominal sessions, 1 upper body workout. Sometimes heavy weights are only added on leg day."

Reif practices intermittent fasting, skipping breakfast and breaking her fast at 1pm. "I usually do not have breakfast! I started with intermittent fasting a little more than a year ago and the meal continues to be omitted early in the morning," she tells Grazia. "My 'food window' is usually from 1 pm to 9 pm. At lunchtime, however, I usually start with porridge or when it has to go very quickly: a nut or date bar. My recommendation for a low-calorie dinner is a simple vegetable ratatouille. Necessary so much can go wrong. Cut all kinds of vegetables into cubes – I like to use zucchini, eggplant, peppers and tomatoes – first fry them in some avocado or coconut oil, salt, pepper. Then add tomato passata or tomato puree. This is found in every supermarket – but you should be careful that no sugar has been added. Finally add freshly chopped or dried Italian herbs, optionally feta cheese, olives or artichokes – and you're done!"

Reif avoids dairy and added sugar. "I eat a natural diet, avoid dairy products, white flour and refined sugar, but am not afraid of fructose," she tells Women's Health. "I eat fruit without limit, but the focus is on hearty meals. I cook everything myself and pay attention to organic products. It is important that nutrition does not feel like a ban. I created a healthy option for everything that was delicious but had too many 'unhealthy' ingredients. Whether it's gnocchi or bounty porridge – I have so much fun cooking and developing recipes myself. Everything happens pretty quickly for me, my daily routine doesn't allow me to stand in the kitchen for hours – that's important to implement every day. I also always eat without the distraction of my phone: just being aware of the food is wonderful and was crucial for me in learning not to eat beyond the point of hunger."

Reif believes in cheat meals (not cheat days!). "A healthy, balanced diet tolerates a cheat meal," she tells Grazia. "If someone eats only burgers and pizza and eats a salad on Sundays, they do not become healthy and slim. This is exactly how I see it the other way: if you eat an 80-90 percent healthy diet, the one 'unhealthy' meal does not do you harm. The main thing is that you can find your own diet regimen and can go through it for the long term."

Reif makes an effort to live an environmentally-friendly life. "At the beginning I avoided plastic, separated waste and shopped more consciously," she tells Women's Health. "Once the ball gets rolling, you can examine every area of ​​life. Cosmetics, cleaning products and detergents – suddenly you look closely everywhere. I have switched to almost exclusively using products with ingredients that are harmless to health and reducing packaging waste. This is how my own detergent with Everdrop developed. Fitness influencer and model Ana Cheri is going from strength to strength as a model and fitness influencer—and it looks like she's got a new clothing drop lined up. Gia Giudice displayed her flawless physique while enjoying a vacation in the Bahamas

Gia Giudice, 22, loves nothing more than rocking bikinis on vacation, and in a new set of Instagram photos, she did so yet again — this time, in the Bahamas! In photos you can view below, the reality TV star rocked the strapless red bikini and a pair of devastating shades as she held her hair up and posed on the beach at sundown.

A third pic in the January 10 carousel showed her walking away from the camera, showing off the thong design on her scarlet red bikini bottoms. Fitness Tammy Hembrow is reminding fans and followers that working out is as much about feeling good as it is about looking good

Fitness influencer Tammy Hembrow is reminding fans and followers that working out is as much about feeling good as it is about looking good. Hembrow, 29, shared a video of herself wearing two-piece workout outfits, using heavy dumbbells. "Remember we all start somewhere. For me training isn't just about aesthetics, it's about the strength & mental gain I get from it. That strong feeling ???? nothing quite like it. @womensbest creatine has always been a part of my journey & definitely has helped with my goals along the way," she captioned the post.

Hembrow fits her workouts around her family. "I honestly feel better when I get my workout in, less sluggish and I find it easier to keep up with my kids," the mother-of-two tells Women's Health. "Whether it's a gym workout or HIIT home workout I always try to fit it in when I can. I will often do some workouts from my at home booty program – you only need dumbbells, or I will do a HIIT workout in the lounge room. I recently posted an at home HIIT workout on my YouTube channel. I did it in the process of moving house when I was really feeling the need for a pick-me-up. There was a lot going on that week and I was feeling it, I decided to film and post it on my channel to show how I can fit in a quick workout throughout your day."

Hembrow had to fine-tune her diet to get enough protein. "For me lean protein like chicken breast, turkey and fish, really helps, but I find that with trying to build my booty I wasn't consuming the amount of protein I needed so supplements like protein shakes helped too," she tells Women's Health. "But I didn't supplement my meals with these, it was always a combination of both. I needed to eat lots to build that area so I also ate lots of complex carbohydrates like brown rice, oatmeal, potatoes and healthy fats. I eat every two to three hours. For breakfast I usually eat oats with Women's Best protein powder. I always have protein shakes after my workouts and love to eat fish, chicken, turkey, beans and vegetables. I've been trying to cut back on meat lately which I have found difficult. I usually end my day with oats and protein again. Boring I know!"

Hembrow kept working out throughout her pregnancies. "What helped me bounce back is definitely how I ate and trained as I was pregnant," Hembrow said. "I ate very clean, I had a lot of veggies, a lot of protein, and I tried to only limit my treats to the weekends, so during the weekdays I was eating clean all the time. What kept me going is how I wanted to look after the baby. I knew I wanted to get fit again after the baby, and be in the best shape I could be, so I wanted to make it easier for myself by staying active while I was pregnant."

Hembrow wore a postpartum binder to help get back into shape again. "For about a week or so, I wore a postpartum binder — they gave me one at the hospital," she says. "I definitely didn't just snap back to my pre-baby body once I stepped out of the hospital, you still look pregnant when you step out of the hospital. I wasn't in a rush or anything, but as soon as I got home I was eating clean, I was wearing the postpartum binder, and then I started working out about six weeks after the birth."

Hembrow has learned to go with the flow since having children. "Being a mum and running a business is still a juggling act for me, I honestly just try my best to manage my time and plan but as a mom, you know that sometimes planning goes out the window," she tells Women's Best. "I've definitely learned not to beat myself up about failure. You can't do everything right all the time, failing is a part of being a parent and a business owner. Jen Selter shares some fitness tips

Fitness model Jen Selter is sharing some highly encouraging and realistic fitness tips for 2024. Selter, 30, posted a video of herself working out in a green two-piece outfit, using dumbbells and resistance bands.

Selter's enviable glutes are the result of plenty of lunges and squats. "Some of my favorite lower body movements are squat and lunge variations, stairmaster intervals and kickbacks," she tells New Beauty. "I like working them into my workout routine by doing them in two-movement supersets, or Tabata-style, to get my heart rate up. I share all of my workout tips and a complete lower body and booty guide on my app with Fitplan. Selter swears by hydration and cheat meals for a happy, balanced life. "There's only so much you can do in a gym, nutrition is just as important! It's crucial to fuel your body with the proper nutrients to recover fast and build muscle," she tells New Beauty. "But that doesn't mean there's no room for cheat meals! A healthy life and a healthy diet is all about balance. By far, my number one accessory is my water bottle, I need it to stay hydrated. Sometimes I forget to drink enough water both in and out of the gym. I also love having a pair of gloves to assist me when I'm lifting weights. I like Props Athletics gloves, or any gloves that have a nice design."

Selter is not one of those fitness influencers who skips breakfast. "Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day!" she tells Women Fitness. "I usually start my mornings with a smoothie which I make myself with my BlendJet which is a portable blender. My shakes are blended with a mixture of fruits, nuts, oat milk, and coffee. Following my shake I will have eggs or oatmeal, I usually alternate. On the weekends I enjoy cooking protein pancakes which are delicious. I have recipes on my Instagram, blog, and YouTube. I'm all about moderation! I don't believe in depriving yourself of the things you love most. For example, I LOVE dark chocolate. I don't remember the last day I went a day without having it! But I don't over indulge. I also LOVE my cheat meals, and have a cheat meal once a week."

Selter feels empowered after sharing her battles with anxiety on social media. "After sharing on my stories that I've suffered from anxiety, so many of my followers reached out with such a strong sense of support and advice," she tells Women Fitness. "It made me realize that so many people are struggling with mental health disorders and no one really talks about it. So many people were saying 'but your life seems so perfect.' That is just a social media facade. So I would say the best part is that I have this AMAZING community that I am so thankful for. The worst part is that sharing my personal life can be a bit intimidating. However, sharing this inner struggle with my followers has taught me so much."

Selter wants everyone to feel confident in themselves and appreciate their own unique qualities. "My first bit of advice is to eliminate all negative thoughts and negative energy about who you are. No one is perfect, embrace your flaws! It's what makes you, YOU," she tells New Beauty. "Your goal should be to be the best version of yourself, and that means finding confidence and having a positive outlook on who you are. I always recommend waking up and writing down a few things you love about yourself and using them as a mantra throughout the day. Avoid comparing yourself to others and stay focused on you, your goals and your best qualities. For every negative thought, replace it by two good ones, and don't stop until you appreciate your beautiful self."

Sophie Habboo shows off her phenomenal figure

Sophie Habboo is one of the United Kingdom's hottest influencers. She's got a strong following on social media. She and her husband, Jamie Laing, also have a podcast, called The Newlyweds. The couple recently enjoyed a trip to Miami, and Habboo shared some highlights on Instagram. In them, she lounged by the beach in a black swimsuit and enjoyed some snacks.

Habboo shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Grazia. She says that she likes to unwind after a long day, and shared her favorite practices. "I love putting on a sheet mask, sinking into a warm bath and using an ice roller on my face," she says. "I sit there watching YouTube videos for half an hour, it's a ritual that really helps me calm down and reset."

Habboo shared some of her favorite workouts in her Grazia interview. She revealed that her current go-to workout is Pilates. "I really love it and I'm seeing a lot of results from it, actually," Habboo said. "I'm a bit of a cardio junkie so it took me a while to adjust to a more fluid form of exercise. But I'm there now, I've bitten the bullet." Pilates has a lot of health benefits. The Cleveland Clinic states, "Pilates is a form of strength training, but it doesn't look like some of the other strength training exercises you might be familiar with. Pilates focuses more on improving muscle tone than building muscles, but the result is similar: greater stability and endurance.

Pilates isn't going to bulk you up — if anything, it's designed to cultivate a longer, leaner look. Still, it can lay a strong physical foundation for muscle-building activities — and may even reduce your likelihood of injury. More on that later."

Habboo makes sure to workout, and she sometimes does so without leaving her home. In her Grazia interview, Habboo says that she loves doing online classes, and shares her reason for wanting to workout at home. "We have a little puppy now," she says. "So I'm working out a lot more at home out of necessity. I'm obsessed with Byrony Deery's classes."

Habboo revealed to Grazia that she is working on drinking a lot more water. "I want to be really clear and focused on the day. I want to feel like my best self and I'm really making an effort at the moment to be mindful, to exercise and to drink lots of water at the moment."

Habboo does a lot of traveling. She and her husband recently took a ski trip for Christmas, and shared a lot of highlights on Instagram. In one of these photos, Habboo is seen on the slopes. She captioned the post, "Happy Christmas." The Canadian Ski Council reports that skiing has a lot of benefits. "It's well documented that skiing and snowboarding benefits cardiovascular health, overall fitness, strength, coordination, balance and more. Regardless of your health and fitness goals, strapping on a pair of skis or a snowboard is sure to fulfill some of them. Due to the versatility of skiing and snowboarding, it can encompass the benefits of a cardio workout, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) session, and strength training session, all in one fun activity."
