Rayna Vallandingham is celebrating the final drop of this season's Cobra Kai episodes in her workout gear. In a new social media post the actress, who plays the scene-stealing antagonist/influencer Zara Malik, shows off her amazing body in a two-piece martial arts set. "today is the dayyyy ?," she captioned the Instagram snaps and video.
Rayna has been doing taekwondo since she was 2 years old and earned her first black belt at 6. "In the very beginning, my parents put me in the sport because I was just really shy, and I think they could tell that I needed something," says Vallandingham, who lives and trains in Los Angeles. "Immediately, I just loved it. I felt at home, and every single day, instead of watching Dora, I wanted to go to the dojo," she told Well + Good.
Rayna maintains that consistency – at the gym and the martial arts studio – is the key to success. "It is a way of life," she says. "It's not only teaching your body movements and being in synchronicity with your body, but also just like the mental aspect of it."
According to Rayna strength, flexibility, and power are key. "Of the three, I think strength and flexibility are the top two," Vallandingham says. "We used to have people stand on my legs and force my knees to come down in butterfly stretch," she says. "I have permanent damage to my body—I have tendonitis [because of this]."
Vallandingham strength trains, focusing on supersets, doing two moves back-to-back that target the same muscle groups in order to double down on their gains. One of her favorite exercises s is a goblet squat. She stands with her feet shoulder-width apart, fold forward until she can slide her palms underneath her soles (you could also hold your ankles or calves), then bends her knees, lowering her butt toward the floor while lifting her chest, coming into a deep squat. She'll bend and extend her legs several times in this position. Then, it's on to the main event, holding a weight in her hands while bending down into a deep squat. "I love utilizing a Bosu ball—they're pretty much in every single gym," she adds.
Rayna also does a stretch, starting by lying on the floor with her legs up the wall and then allowing them to open out into a side split. "I let gravity do its work because that's my body telling me, okay, this is where we're at," she says. "My hips are opening on their own, and I'm not having to force anything."

"Meditating really changed my life when I first really discovered its power," Tammy revealed Instagram post. "One of the first times I tried it I got into a deep meditation & had a full out of body experience completely disconnected from my physical being and there was really no looking back from there. I decided then I would dedicate my life to becoming the healthiest happiest version of myself. Meditating for even just 10 minutes a day can help relieve stress, calm your mind & clear it of negative thoughts, and help you really focus on the present ? It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.
Tammy starts her workouts with dynamic stretching. "Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints," says Harvard Health. "Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage."
"Let's hit legs again," she writes about her recent video. In it, she does sumo squats to sumo RDLs, reverse lunges, hip thrusts, band abductions, and upright kickbacks.
Tammy relies on strength training workouts. "I used to work out a lot more before having my kids but currently, I work out 3-4 times a week," Tammy told Women's Best. "I find this is enough for me right now because I've been working out consistently for years and I know my body and when to increase or decrease my calories to help with my goals." What motivates her to exercise isn't just her body. "I honestly feel better when I get my workout in, less sluggish and I find it easier to keep up with my kids," she told New Idea about one of her motivations to sweat. "Continue to push yourself in the gym. The last 5 reps of every exercise should be a challenge," Katie tells Squat Wolf. "Don't lift just to reach the rep number, use it as a baseline and push yourself. For those of you trying to lean, keep your reps around 12-15. Take before and after photos weekly."

more...Hailey Rae Ostrom is out on the range in her workout gear. In a new social media post the golf influencer flaunts her amazing figure in a two-piece exercise set while playing a game. "Still chasing that eagle #golf #eaglewatch," she captioned the Instagram clip.
In a video on her YouTube channel Hailey reveals that one of her go-to workouts is an interval cardio circuit. "I'm going to do my 20 minute interval, three miles per hour, four miles per hour, alternating for 40 seconds, 40 seconds, 15 times through on 15% incline, which equals 20 minutes," she says. Walking on an incline burns more calories than walking fast or even running on a flat surface, which is why many experts suggest upping your incline. A 2013 study even found that walkin on a 2 to 7 percent incline increased heart rate by almost 10 percent when compared with running on a flat surface.
Hailey understands the importance of protein. "Postworkout, you have to get your protein," she says. One of her go-tos? Hard boiled eggs. She also admits that she eats turkey meatballs "every single night" with broccoli or sweet potatoes. She makes them with gluten-free panko, the "leanest" turkey she can find, one egg, and "a little bit of cheese. "You make them into one and a half to two inch little balls. You bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes."
She also drinks "water with apple cider vinegar and lemon and honey," she says. "I have my water bottle, it's one liter bottle." She fills it with water and adds a "lemon and a half," one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, and two tablespoons of honey "and then you're gonna shake it up and you drink one of one liter of this a day."
Hailey enjoys cycling on her NordicTrack s27i bike. "Strong thighs means long drives, right!?" she says about her "new favorite workout." The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. Gordon shared her diet secrets in the caption of the previous Instagram video. "Eating inflammatory foods was a huge discovery that I believe has led to so much change in how I look and feel. When it comes to wondering which foods will affect your gut, it's probably best to do an elimination diet since everyone's body responds differently. I learned that (as sad as it has been) my body does not respond well to gluten, eggs, red meat, or dairy. It's been quite a change in my diet that has taken some adjusting, but I feel SO much better overall!!"

"I grew up playing sports and being very active," Josie told Us Weekly, adding, "It's kind of a routine thing that just helps me feel better about myself, about my life, and my confidence." From boxing to spin classes, Josie embraces a variety of workouts, while balancing it all with a pescatarian diet and a healthy dose of self-care. Here's how she keeps it all in check.
Josie understands the mental health benefits of exercise. "I grew up playing sports and being very active," Josie told Us. "So for me, it's kind of a routine thing that just helps me feel better about myself, about my life and my confidence. And I feel like that shines through when you feel good about what you've done."
Josie also takes "Rumble classes" and boxes. "Boxing training one-on-one, like really focused and in my zone," she added to Us. According to Harvard Health, boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.
When Josie is on vacation, you can find her staying active by snorkeling. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. "I just kind of have a soft spot for animals and down the line, I'd like to work with them and have my own nonprofit one day. So not eating red meats and chicken obviously, and slowly transitioning into [not eating fish]," she continued. "It's just balance. It's OK to have pizza and stuff like that, but [weight loss] should be hard work, it shouldn't be easy."

Rep range is minimum of 15 or timed for (30-45 sec)."
"I love animals. For ethical reasons, I became vegan more than 10 years ago," she said. "I wanted a high-quality protein that was powered by plants and free of artificial chemicals. It's the perfect blend of pea protein isolate, brown rice, and quinoa, providing 20 grams of protein and [it's] low in calories," she told Distractify about why she decided to launch her own protein powder.
"This is an average day of eating in my life. I don't count calories. I don't fast (except for the hours I'm sleeping) and I don't plan my meals at the moment. I eat in an intuitive way and trying to make healthy choices but also being flexible. I don't drink sugary drinks and/or alcohol but I do drink enough water and my vegan protein shake after my workout routine. Since I'm vegan, I follow a plant based diet but I include the main food groups in it: carbs, good fats, protein, veggies and fruits," she revealed in a post.

"About three years ago, my husband encouraged me to go to the gym for the very first time in my life. At that time, we started training together. It took some time, but he eventually turned me on to eating healthy and weightlifting. As I began to educate myself about clean eating and training, I became very interested in this new lifestyle.
I loved the way training made me feel, and I also loved seeing how my body was changing day by day. People at the gym started to take notice of how my body was changing too, and they told me that I should compete in a show. At first, I thought it was silly to even consider competing, but then I decided that I should give it a try! Before I knew it, I had five NPC overall wins in a row, and now I'm an IFBB Pro. I just got invited to the Arnold Classic for the first time, and I'm going to be on the Olympia stage in September," she told Simply Shredded.
"My biggest motivation is the mirror. I like to see how my body changes on a daily basis. To me, there is nothing more exciting than discovering a new striation or a new vein popping out on my body!" she told Simply Shredded. "I'm sure some might say that I am crazy, but this has become a lifestyle to me, and I love it! Of course, I have to admit that I like to eat yummy food too, but for me feeling healthy and looking 'fit' is far more satisfying than eating a slice of pizza. My life is all about balance, and I can still have a slice of pizza every now and then if I want too, but it just doesn't interest me as much as it used to."
Anita mixes up her routine. "I switch up my training every once in a while, so it doesn't get boring. I also like to do aerobic classes and outdoor boot camps too! And on Sunday which is my rest day, I still like to do some form of cardio," she says.

Squats: "Squats are great because my booty can never be big enough," she says.
Hanging Leg Raises: "I love abs and hanging leg raises seem to work the best for me. Plus living in Miami, Florida, I always have to be bikini ready!" she jokes.
Lateral Raises: "I love training my shoulders with lateral raises because I love to feel the burn in my shoulders," she explains.
Anita has two diets that she stays "very consistent with," she tells Simply Shredded. "One diet I use for my off season and the other diet I use for preparing for a competition. When I'm prepping for a competition, my diet is very strict. I consume six meals a day; I measure everything, and I absolutely have no cheats! My protein sources primarily come from chicken, fish and eggs. My carbs consist of oats, quinoa, brown rice and sweet potato. I also love all kinds of vegetables, and I incorporate them into my diet as well. During my prep, I also limit my sodium intake, and I drink one to two gallons of water per day. Off season my diet is more flexible, but I still try to eat five to six meals a day. But in off season, I am able to include one to two cheat meals a week."

Issa shared all of her top diet and fitness secrets with Entrena! Her first recommendation? Targeted exercises. more...Molly-Mae Hague took to Instagram on Tuesday to share an array of snaps whilst on her first solo holiday since she broke up with Tommy Fury.
The Influencer, 25, took off to Dubai to soak up some winter sun with her daughter Bambi.
Molly-Mae flaunted her figure in a mirror style selfie, using a window reflection, as she donned a tiny brown triangle bikini which left little to the imagination.
The mother-of-one styled the simple outfit with a pair of large sunglasses and chunky bangles.
Alongside the bikini selfie, Molly-Mae shared an adorable photo of herself and her 21-month-old daughter.
The pair were smiling for the camera whilst on the plane and the photo included the added cation 'cheeeeeese'.
In another photo, Molly-Mae and Bambi appear to be peacefully asleep on the flight however Molly-Mae jokingly annotated the snap with 'don't be fooled...this lasted 20 mins'.
Other photos posted on Molly-Mae's Insta-stories included holiday must haves such as plates and plates of food plus a shot of what is assumed to be the hotel where the influencer is staying.
Molly and Tommy shook the internet when they announced their break up in August.
The pair had been together since meeting on the ITV show five years ago.
Molly-Mae's bombshell statement which started with 'never in a million years did I think I'd ever have to write this' was posted to Instagram.
She continued: 'After five years of being together I never imagined our story would end, especially not this way.
'I am extremely upset to announce that mine and Tommy's relationship has come to an end.
'I will forever be grateful for the most important thing to me now and always, my beautiful daughter. Without us there would be no her, she will always be my priority.
'I want to thank you all for the love you have shown us over the last five years. You have all been a part of our journey and I feel it's right to share this with you all.
At the time Molly-Mae took a step back from social media and work commitments as she attempts to come to terms with life without Tommy.
She added: 'Whilst I attempt to navigate the coming days and weeks please kindly respect my privacy over this difficult time, I'll be back when it feels right. Molly-Mae x'
Just under an hour later, Tommy broke his silence on the split, penning on his Instagram Stories: 'I am heartbroken to share that Molly and I have decided to end our relationship.
'The past 5 years have led to us having our beautiful baby girl, Bambi and I will be forever thankful to Molly for making me a dad. Bambi is our priority.
'Please respect our privacy, and our families privacy, as we navigate our way through this difficult time.'
Friends of the couple say the split was a 'long time coming' as Molly-Mae grew tired of his lifestyle while she looked after Bambi, The Mirror revealed on Sunday.
A source said: 'Problems had been growing for a while. Increasingly, it seemed like they were living two very different lifestyles.'

In a new social media post the fitness influencer shows off her fit figure in a hiking outfit, while exploring the Balcombe & Ardingly Reservoir Circular. "This hike near London ticks all the boxes with gorgeous views, ancient woodland and wildflower meadows – but the real highlight is the gigantic Ouse Valley Viaduct," she captioned the post, revealing that she trekked 12 km.
Rise and shine is something Zanna takes literally. "This might sound a little random, but I endeavor to get sunlight to hit my retina (aka my eyeballs) within the first hour of waking. This is as a result of listening to the Huberman Lab podcast, which states that this triggers our circadian rhythm helping to regulate our sleep wake cycle. Plus I also try to delay my first caffeinated coffee or tea until a couple of hours after waking, to ensure my body is capable of kick starting without it. Then the caffeine just gives me an extra boost!" she writes on her website.
Zanna walks every day. "If you follow me then you're probably already aware of this, but I ensure I get outside every single day. Ideally for a minimum of a thirty minute walk. This not only helps me move my body and get my steps in, but it calms my mind and connects me with nature. Nothing quite gives me the feeling that being surrounded by trees, greenery and countryside views does – it is literally food for my soul and dissolves my stress," she writes.
She also does intense workout sessions. "I do HIIT and weights-based sessions up to five days a week for 45-60 minutes," Zanna told Women's Health. There is lots of research backing up the benefits of HIIT workouts, including body fat reduction, improved cardiovascular function, and mental health. It is also time effective.
Zanna makes sure to get enough rest. "I am naturally an early riser, I love nothing more than starting my day before the world wakes up. I find that my efficiency and productivity peaks in the morning, so the more hours of work I can get done before midday the better. That being said, to enable me to do this I prioritise sleep and ensure that I get to bed early. If my alarm is going off at 5.30am then I am in bed by 9 and asleep by 9.30, giving me an 8 hour sleeping window," she writes.
Zanna eats clean. "I eat a mostly wholefood plant based diet, so I naturally gravitate towards nourishing ingredients. However, to support my gut health and overall wellbeing I try to ensure that the food I eat isn't too repetitive. I consciously ensure that on a daily basis I am including a wide variety of whole plant foods in my meals, switching up the legumes, wholegrains, vegetables and fruits which are on our plates. To make this more fun I focus on seasonal ingredients and experimenting with new recipes," she writes.
