Anastasia Karanikolaou puts her slender figure on display in her latest social media snaps.

The 25-year-old social media star displayed her tiny waistline, ample cleavage and washboard abs in a skimpy string two-piece bikini.

The entrepreneur - who was seen in Mexico last week - wore her dark hair down as she stood near a white sand beach.

In the new images, she made her best supermodel poses.

The siren was seen with her arms down and one leg in front of the other as she smoldered.

In another, she added a little jacket over her shoulders as she flashed her belly piercing.

Earlier this week she was staying at The Viceroy Hotel in Cabo in Mexico.

She concluded her photoset with a selfie that showed her spending time with her boyfriend in bed.

Karanikolaou and Hossler were first spotted in each other's company during a trip to Turks and Caicos that took place this past January.

The pair were later featured in a TikTok video that was shared to the former's account that same month, although they did not confirm that they were dating at the time.

However, the two went Instagram official with their romance last month with a post that was shared to the singer's account.

In the second snap of the post, the pair were seen while lovingly kissing and embracing each other.

Shanaya Kapoor is on vacation in the beautiful Maldives

Indian actress Shanaya Kapoor is on vacation in the beautiful Maldives, staying at the Joali Being island retreat. Kapoor shared many pictures and videos from her trip, including ones of her wearing a variety of swimsuits while relaxing in the pool and exploring the resort.

Kapoor jokes that she doesn't know what a day without coffee feels like. "The overall evidence has been pretty convincing that coffee has been more healthful than harmful in terms of health outcomes," says Frank Hu, chair of the Department of Nutrition at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. "For most people, moderate coffee consumption can be incorporated into a healthy diet."

Kapoor's fitness mantra is "weights before dates". "Such exercises also improve glucose metabolism, enhance maintenance of healthy body weight, and help improve cardiovascular risk factors such as blood pressure," says I-Min Lee, professor of epidemiology at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. "All these factors lead to lower risks of cardiovascular disease, cancer, and diabetes, which lowers mortality risk."

Kapoor enjoys belly dancing lessons with instructor Sanjana Muthreja. "Belly dancing is really a full body workout," Muthreja tells Vogue India. "It involves a lot of core work and engages your hips. It not only helps as a cardiovascular workout (you can lose up to a 1000 calories in one Tahitian class due to the constant explosive movements), but it also strengthens the core muscles, which helps to stabilize the spine."

Kapoor loves delicious avocado toast for a typical breakfast. "Avocados are high in fat with 60 percent of this being monounsaturated fats, which research suggests helps to protect against heart disease and lower blood pressure," says registered nutritionist Jo Lewin. "They are also an excellent source of potassium, folate and fiber, all of which benefit the heart and cardiovascular system."

Kapoor's skincare routine is focused on hydration. "In winters, it's more or less the same, though I use lesser quantity of serums, as sometimes, it can dry out my skin a little," she says. "I use more moisturizer and apply lip balm throughout the day and at night. In terms of fashion, for me, a chic bag always plays the most important role in leveling up any outfit. My current favorite range of bags is from Miraggio, who I've associated with. It has young, fun, and quirky designs, and is suitable for any occasion."

Miranda Kerr enjoyed a beach day

Model and former Victoria's Secret Angel Miranda Kerr recently enjoyed a beach day. Kerr shared some new shots on Instagram. In them, she posed on the sand in a white swimsuit with a white dress over it. She captioned the post, "Sunshine + salt water."

Kerr, like many, works with a personal trainer to stay in shape. She works with Megan Roup, and the two opened up about their experiences to Shape Magazine. Roup says that Kerr has a lot of motivation to stay in shape. "Miranda is a pretty motivated person when it comes to working out and has built a consistent routine with movement," Roup says. "I think, like most of us, having a support system, an accountability buddy, or community you can lean on to stay consistent with movement can be a big motivator."

Kerr has a busy schedule, so she tells Shape that short workouts work for her. "Sometimes it can feel overwhelming to dedicate a full hour [to a] workout when you're so busy, which is why I love Megan's short, quickie options. You really feel like you are getting such great results and can do it in little 15- to 20-minute increments throughout the day."

Kerr is all about self-care. She tells Shape that she puts a lot of thought into what she does for it. "It's about what we eat, what we think, what we put on our skin, who we surround ourselves with, what we do, and what exercises fulfill us," she says. "Self-care is about nourishing your mind, body, and spirit. If we can take time to give back to ourselves, then we can give so much more to others."

Kerr eats healthy, however, she does still indulge. She tells Shape that she believes in the 80/20 rule when it comes to her diet. "I also live the 80/20 lifestyle to stay balanced," she says. "So, I eat healthy 80 percent of the time, and indulge the other 20 percent of the time."

Kerr makes sure to stay hydrated, and it starts first thing in the morning for her. She tells The Skinny Confidential that she drinks three different things each morning. "I wake up in the morning, I have like 32 ounces of room temperature water, one lemon squeezed in that flushes everything out from the night with you sleeping, or maybe lack of sleep because you have a newborn. Then I have 32 ounces of cold press, celery juice. And the celery is really alkalizing for your system. It helps me with energy levels. It's helped with digestion. I really love it. After that, I have this medical medium smoothie heavy metal detox smoothie, and that's really good."

Morena Beltran shows off her incredible figure

Morena Beltrán is getting lots of attention for her latest swimsuit photos on social media. The ESPN personality shows off her incredible figure in a bathing suit via one of her latest Instagram posts. "Absolutely stunning," commented one of her followers, while many others added fire and heart emojis.

Morena keeps her body fit with the help of regular high intensity interval training (HIIT) mostly focusing on strength and weight training exercises. "Training that will take you to the stars," she captioned a photo. There is lots of Research backing up the benefits of HIIT workouts, including body fat reduction, improved cardiovascular function, and mental health. It is also time effective.

Morena also prioritizes hydration. "Training is my cable to ground. My little place to escape the routine, unload and continue the day with better energy. And always well accompanied with original Gatorade to rehydrate and replenish the sodium I lose. This is my formula. Which one is yours?" she captained a post. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

Morena also goes for runs. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

You can often find Morena going for a swim, a great way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

Morena, who regularly covers soccer, can be found kicking the ball around, like in this Instagram reel. Not only are there physical benefits to engaging in team sports, but it can also help you "fend off depression," says the Mayo Clinic.

Annie Agar recently enjoyed a day at the beach

Annie Agar is a reporter, known for her work with Barstool Sports. She recently enjoyed a day at the beach, and shared some photos on Instagram. In them, she waded in the water with a pineapple cocktail. She wore a white bathing suit and a white knit wrap. Agar likes to share a lot of her favorite workouts on YouTube. She likes to workout at home and without equipment. She posted this 20 minute at-home workout on her channel. Agar likes to do planks and plank exercises to stay in shape. In a video she posted on YouTube, she is seen doing a plank from her hands, spider planks, and plank jacks. Planks and plank exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic reports, "Plank exercises work your core muscles, which are located between your pelvic floor and diaphragm. The area is also known as your trunk. These muscles support your movements and stabilize the spine."

Agar tries a lot of things. One thing she recently tried was snowboarding. Agar posted this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the slopes. Juliette Porter is enjoying a fun, relaxing vacation in Cabo, Mexico

Juliette Porter is enjoying a fun, relaxing vacation in Cabo, Mexico with Siesta Key costar Amanda Miller and a group of friends. Porter shared a picture of herself relaxing on a boat in a turquoise swimsuit, with a gorgeous ocean sunset in the background. Another post shows Porter in a white bikini. Porter loves making healthy, home-cooked meals like salmon with vegetables and brown rice. "We've long been told that fish is 'brain food', and there's convincing evidence to support this," says registered nutritionist Jo Lewin. "Studies suggest regular consumption reduces age-related brain loss and may improve memory – it's the omega-3 fatty acids that are responsible for this. Studies investigating the role fatty varieties of fish play have seen benefits for conditions like Alzheimer's disease, depression and multiple sclerosis."

Porter enjoys taking fishing trips with her friends and family. "You can make your fishing excursion as physical as you want," says Janna Superstein, president of fly fishing company Superfly International Inc. "Even just getting out there, you'll still get the benefits of the outdoors and maybe that's the beginning of a new fit, healthy lifestyle."

Porter swears by weekly sauna sessions for health and wellness. "A sauna session is a necessity for me at least twice a week," she says. "It helps me destress and sleep better." "Saunas appear safe for most people," says Harvard Health. "However, people with uncontrolled high blood pressure and heart disease should check with their doctors before taking a sauna."

Porter loves cold-weather sports such as skiing, which is a great way to have fun and stay fit in the winter. "Skiing gets you outdoors in the winter when we often end up on the couch and are passive," says physical therapist Scott Tremmel. "We're just not as active when the cold weather sets in, but skiing keeps you moving to continue to build up your endurance."

Porter swears by exfoliation to keep her skin healthy. "Dry brushing unclogs pores in the exfoliation process. It also helps detoxify your skin by increasing blood circulation and promoting lymph flow/drainage," says dermatologist Shilpi Khetarpal, MD. "Do not use dry brush or cloth on skin that's broken. This includes cuts, scrapes, lesions, sores or burned skin, including sunburns. Don't ever brush over areas of infection, redness or general irritation, inflammation, cellulitis or skin cancer. Stop dry brushing if skin becomes irritated or inflamed."

Olivia Munn shows off her incredible physique

Olivia Munn is celebrating her pal's birthday in her bathing suit. The bombshell shows off her incredible physique in one of her latest social media posts, wearing a colorful swimsuit as she sends her friend well-wishes. "Happy birthday," she captioned the photo on her Instagram Stories.

When Olivia needs to get in shape fast she amps up her water intake. "It's super simple, but it's just drinking so much water. The more water you drink, it just speeds up your metabolism, helps flush everything out," she says. "And if you put lemon in your water, it's really great to help you drain a lot of things out," she told Us magazine.

Olivia also swears by Vital Proteins' individual powder collagen packets. "You put those into your drink and you drink it every day," she divulged to Us. "When you are… going to the beach or in your bathing suit, it just helps give your skin, all over from head to toe, just a really nice, supple glow. It fills in all the lines and it gets into your muscles as well, so everything just feels lifted and hydrated and smooth."

"I kind of switch it up a lot, just because I get superbored," she told Us about her approach to exercise.

Olivia eats a lot of fruits and veggies. "When I'm trying to be more thoughtful, I do that 80/20 diet, it's a really healthy diet to go by. Eighty percent of what you eat is fruits and vegetables and 20 percent is everything else, so it's enough of a balance," she told Us. "It's something that I would love to get better about, just coming up with a better system that I follow every day," she continued. "I know people who are extremely strict, and they do their work out every day and they eat the right things and all that. I just, I admire those people."

Olivia confessed to Women's Health that she struggles to get her zen on. It's enough to make even the most Zenned-out yoga master a little frazzled. For Olivia, self-care starts with the most basic step: breathing. "I tried so hard [to meditate] for years," she said. "The tough thing for me about meditating is thinking, Am I doing it right? Did I do this for nothing? Do I have to start all over? My brain begins to spin." This is where her Muse headband comes in. "When you're thinking of nothing at all, you get bird chirps," she explained. "It's like a little video game for me."

"I do martial arts a lot, and so I have a routine that I can do that's different every single day. It takes me only about 30 or 45 minutes," Olivia told Us, adding to Women's Health that she is obsessed with tae kwon do. Her routine: 30 minutes of shadowboxing and kicking, 15 minutes of abs, then stretching. "When you do martial arts, it makes you feel like you're physically capable of anything," she said. "And the great side effect is that when you're in your best shape, you actually will look your best too."

Alejandra Maglietti is showing off some new swimwear, much to the appreciation of her fans. Maglietti shared pictures of herself posing in a dark green bathing suit and cowboy hat, with a beautiful pool in the background. "So much beauty," one fan commented.

Maglietti uses exercise balls at the gym. "The gym ball is so versatile it can be used to help someone who is just starting out in the gym as well as experienced exercisers," says Stephen MacConville, Nuffield Health's fitness lead. "A gym ball can be used by beginners to work on their squat technique. If they place the gym ball between the wall and their lower back, it can be used to support their back and help increase the range of movement in the squat."

Maglietti takes creatine supplements to support her workouts and recovery. "Creatine is a quick way to add muscle, but not without some water weight, too," says Carolyn Brown, RD. "Most people gain between two and four pounds of water retention in the first week. If you're going to add a supplement in, make sure it's creatine monohydrate. A lot of other supplements out there will have a lot of junk that you don't need, and they'll be much more expensive."

Yogurt is Maglietti's go-to healthy snack. "Plain, nonfat yogurt is best," says Julia Zumpano, RD. "Both original and Greek-style are excellent sources of protein, calcium and probiotics. For managing your weight, try Greek yogurt. It has more protein, which can help you feel fuller longer."

Maglietti enjoys yerba mate drinks. "Yerba mate, also known as mate, is an herbal tea. It's a traditional drink in Latin and South America," says Katherine Zeratsky, RD, LD. "It's made by steeping dried leaves from the yerba mate plant in hot water. Yerba mate can be served cold or hot. Like black or green tea, it has caffeine, which can make you feel more alert and focused."

Maglietti likes to use weights to amp up her lunges. "Lunges work multiple larger muscle groups at the same time," says celebrity trainer Jillian Michaels. "They build lower body strength and help to maintain muscle mass and bone density in the lower body."

Courtney Veale is best known as both a deckhand and a stew on the hit Bravo series, Below Deck Mediterranean. The series follows the crew members on a luxury cruise boat, as they go through charters. Veale is also a cast member on the series, The Challenge UK. Veale is currently in Egypt, and shared a new photo on Instagram. In it, she sat in a pool in a black bathing suit. Veale isn't afraid to try new things, especially during the charter season. She tells Showbiz Cheat Sheet that she usually volunteers herself. "If there's an option for me to do something, then without even thinking, I'll just say yes. Or like I'll volunteer to do it. Like, it's just always been how I've been. Even if I'm really scared to do something.I'll usually just be like, 'I'll do it or, you know, I'll try.'"

Veale spends a lot of time outside. Even when she isn't working on a charter. She shares a lot of photos on Instagram of herself outside. One thing Veale likes to do to stay in shape is go on hikes. Veale is a big fan of doing yoga as a way of staying in shape. She shared a video on Instagram of herself doing different poses on a boat. Emily Faye Miller is best known for appearing on Too Hot To Handle, and translated that experience to a successful career. Miller has a large following on social media. She just shared a new set of photos on Instagram. In them, she posed by the pool and at the beach, wearing different swimsuits. She captioned the post, "Summer pending."

Miller opened up about her wellness routine to Heatworld. She says that she makes sure to have a healthy breakfast. "It's actually really funny because every self-care day starts the same. I wake up and think, 'today's the day that I give my body all this health and goodness' and it does start off like that. I'll have to have a lemon ginger tea in the morning, whether I'm hungover or not, it makes me feel 10x better. I'll then have a nutritional breakfast, it could be eggs or yoghurt or whatever."

Miller is all about supporting the planet and helping animals. She tells Heatworld that she uses cruelty-free products on her skin. "I've actually started vowing to myself I'd only use products now that are animal cruelty-free. I was using La Roche Posay which I found out was owned by L'Oreal who test on animals so once I've used my bottle up, I'm going to find something else. NIP+FAB sent me a PR package coincidentally and they are cruelty-free. I'm using the hydration collection at the moment and it's so good, especially in the heat whilst I'm in Morocco. I've been raving about that."

Miller tells Heatworld that she likes to take supplements. She says that this helps her maintain a balanced diet. "Supplement-wise, I always take B3 because I don't eat meat," she says. "I also take vitamin C, vitamin D and daily probiotics." Supplements are an easy way to incorporate more vitamins and minerals each day.

Miller wants to do more than just be known for appearing on a reality show. "I think the best advice I had recently from my friends and family is to start making it clear what I stand for," she tells Heatworld. "I don't want to be known as Emily from Too Hot To Handle, I want to start making my own path. I'm really passionate about animals and that is the route I want to go down. I need to believe in myself."

Miller isn't afraid of opening up about things that have happened. In a revealing Instagram post, Miller revealed that she suffered a pregnancy loss. She shared photos from the hospital, and opened up about how she felt in the caption. She ended the post saying, "Physically I'm still in a lot of pain and bed bound after the surgery but mentally it's been even harder."
