Christine McGuinness showcases flawless body in tiny bikini during beach day

Christine McGuinness, star of the reality show Real Housewives of Cheshire, left fans drooling over her enviable physique after posing in a tiny black bikini.

The 36-year-old model, who was enjoying a few days of vacation in Ibiza, was seen wearing a white outfit, a black bikini, and a pair of Christian Dior sunglasses while posing for relaxed snaps.

“Baby [on] the beach. While I was in Ibiza, I visited the [resort] Atzaró Beach. It was so beautiful and peaceful, the food was delicious, and the sea was clear as crystal,” she stated in the caption of her post. In the comments, she received many compliments.

“Beautiful inside and out,” commented one Instagram user. “Absolutely stunning,” said another. “You look like a different person, Christine! So refreshed and gorgeous,” affirmed a third follower. “Great to see you so happy,” wrote another.

Christine is the mother of twins Leo and Penelope, who are 10 years old, and Felicity, who is 7. Her three children are the result of her relationship with her ex-husband, actor and comedian Paddy McGuinness.

Internet users speculated that she enjoyed romantic holidays in Ibiza with a new love interest. Recently, the former reality star shared a photo of her legs next to another person’s while they wore matching red Adidas sneakers.

Michelle Lewin is showing off her abs – in her workout gear. In a new social media post the IFBB pro flaunts her fantastic midsection in a two-piece exercise set while visiting the gym in Miami. "In love with this gym," she captioned one of them. "My abs are poppin," she wrote in another.

Michelle is motivated by her own body. "I would say the mirror. There's nothing more motivating than when you find a new vein! Am I crazy? Probably, but it's true! Progress is what motivates me to keep pushing harder and not give up. Also it's extremely motivating to have so many female fans," she told Simply Shredded.

Fitness Trainer Kirsty Godso flaunts her amazing body

Kirsty Godso is sharing a killer workout with her followers – in her workout gear. In a new social media post the fitness trainer flaunts her amazing body in a two-piece exercise set during an intense workout session. "You and who?! Save a friend from a sleep in and get this workout in together!" she captioned the Instagram video.

Kirsty doesn't like the word diet. "I talk about food as food and what we eat to fuel our bodies. To me, it's so much more important to be in communication with your body, paying attention to how what you're eating makes you feel. For me, that happens to be a high fat, ketogenic style of eating," she told Well + Good. "The first time I started eating this way was seven years ago. I was 22 and working with a trainer who put me on a 21-day ketogenic eating plan. For the first four days, I felt so tired and grumpy. Cutting out fruit was really hard for me and I also had a pretty bad obsession with gummy candy. Giving that up was hard. But I stuck with it and a week into my newfound eating plan, I felt a huge shift in my body—I felt amazing. 'Wow, I am never going back,' I thought. And I haven't. I'm less strict now—I eat fruit sometimes—but most of the foods I cut out, like rice, I just never added back in because I realized that I not only didn't need them, but I felt so much better without 'em."

Kirsty detailed her diet to Women's Health.

Breakfast: "To keep me going in the morning, I make a protein shake at home before I fly out the door," she said, revealing the recipe:

✱ Frozen blueberries

✱ Lucuma powder

✱ Collagen powder

✱ Bee pollen

✱ Ice

✱ Water

Lunch: "My lunch consists of vegetables and protein – either eggs, chicken or ground turkey. Preferably I'll make my lunch, but if I can't get home, I have some favourite spots around the city," she added. Her go-to meal is:

✱ Chicken

✱ Heirloom tomatoes

✱ Beetroot

✱ Chilli

Dinner: "I love to wind down at the end of the day by cooking my own dinner. I'm pretty routine with my eating and interchange between ground turkey, salmon or chicken for my protein, then pair it with an array of vegetables," she continued, listing the veggies:

✱ Grilled broccoli

✱ Rocket and kale

✱ Avocado

✱ Asparagus

✱ Heirloom tomatoes

✱ Activated pumpkin seeds

✱ Butternut pumpkin if I feel like something a bit more filling

"The classes I teach are primarily high intensity, but when it comes to training myself, I do a lot of strength training and conditioning with bursts of HIIT," she told Well + Good about her approach to fitness. There is lots of research backing up the benefits of HIIT workouts, including body fat reduction, improved cardiovascular function, and mental health. It is also time effective.

"I also tend to my body with more restorative workouts, like Pilates and yoga. When you're training all day, it can actually feed into imbalances and you can set yourself back. It's super important to focus on alignment, too," she added to Well + Good. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health." It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Here are the details about Kirsty's new workout:

10x single bent leg hip thrust (each leg)

10x tricep extension with heel tap to crunch

10x single arm press with opp leg extension (each arm)

10x lateral lunge to clean (each leg)

"Recover 60 seconds," she says, adding that you should "repeat for 3 rounds total." After, do the curve treadmill (or regular treadmill) relay with your friend, "30 seconds fast paced run -> switch with your friend & you recover" for a total of 3 rounds, followed by 10 to 20 minutes on the StairMaster. "Please start with a dynamic warmup and activation," she continued.

Fitness trainer Chontel Duncan is sharing her exercise routine

Australian fitness trainer and influencer Chontel Duncan is sharing her go-to back and bicep exercise routine with fans and followers. Duncan has five children and prioritizes fast, effective workouts, as shown in a recent Instagram video where she goes through the movements while wearing blue and gray two-piece workout gear. "Here's a sneak peek of my back & bi's session that Sam and I squeezed in with all five kids in tow! ?? Luckily, we've got a crèche at @hiit_capalaba to keep them safe and close while we get to work," she captioned the post.

Duncan doesn't skip workouts when she's traveling. "When I last traveled, I researched each location I stayed at," she told Health and Fitness Travel. "I knew I wouldn't always want to train at the hotel, so I found local gyms that provided day passes for circuit and HIIT style workout classes. Starting my day off with a workout and a good breakfast provided me with an incredible boost of energy to enjoy the adventures of the day. If you are sight-seeing, consider a walking or cycling tour, and look for local walking trails. Activities like swimming are great low intensity cardio exercise that gets your whole body moving. If you're by the beach try water sports like snorkeling or surfing."

Duncan makes a point of some alone time at the end of the day. "Each week I always make sure to allocate 30 minutes a day for 'me time' once my sons have gone to bed," she told RUN Singapore. "I put my phone down and sit on the couch for some much needed zen time. The weekends are my time for family playing outside or swimming in the pool. Scheduling in personal time or self-improvement time ensures I take time out for myself and can recharge my batteries."

Duncan is sensible about her diet, especially when she's on vacation. "I never sacrifice an opportunity to enjoy local foods because of how 'unhealthy' it might be," she told Health and Fitness Travel. "However, I do take some steps to ensure I am able to enjoy without overindulging and abandoning my healthy habits. Before you order your main, try ordering an entree of vegetables or salad. Once you have some food in your tummy, then make a decision on your main course. With every main meal that you order, try and add an additional serving of vegetables or salad for added fiber which will assist with digestion and help to prevent you from overindulging."

Duncan has good advice for anyone trying to lose weight. "The foremost key to achieving successful weight loss lies in the harmonious integration of nutrition and training," she told Nine Coach. "It's imperative to invest equal amounts of energy, time, and dedication into both facets. My second tip, if I were to offer another, underscores the importance of considering the sustainability of your approach. Ask yourself whether the path you're on is one you can envision yourself following consistently, even two years down the line. Sustainability ensures adherence, and this, in turn, leads to a more enjoyable and fulfilling journey toward your fitness goals."

Here is the exact back and bicep routine Duncan shares:

"First 2 sets: Choose a weight I can just hit 12 reps with, followed by a 60-second rest between every set.

Set 3: Increase weight to hit 8 reps.

Set 4: Push for 6-8 reps with an even heavier load.

This approach is perfect when I'm feeling strong and have a trusty spotter for those last few reps! I powered through three back exercises and two bicep moves before the kiddos decided the workout was over! ???"

Olympian Keely Hodgkinson stuns in a bikini

Olympian Keely Hodgkinson has been letting her hair down this summer and on Monday shared a slew of snaps from her recent trips.

The Olympic middle distance runner, 22, has been soaking up the sun in Dubai and Santorini after a hectic year of training.

She became the golden girl of the Paris Olympics when she secured an incredible victory in the women's 800m.

In Keely's album of snaps she posed in a blue bikini and silk headscarf while enjoying a boat ride.

Another showed her posing on a surfboard as she showed off her toned figure in a black and white shot.

She also showed off her legs in another shot where she wore a white mini dress and toted a Chanel bag.

Keely also shared snaps from a wedding she had attended over the weekend - where she wore a pretty pink dress.

The runner from Atherton won the 800m women's final to claim the first Olympic gold of her career - breaking the British record set by Dame Kelly Holmes 20 years ago.

She crossed the finish line with a time of 1:56.72, which was almost half a second faster than silver medallist Ethiopian Tsige Duguma with 1:57.15.

By winning gold, she made history by becoming the first British competitor to win athletics gold at this year's sporting event.

Just days after her record-breaking win, Keely was honoured with a mural on Stevenson Square in the Northern Quarter.

Following her incredible achievement, Keely decided to skip the closing ceremony in Paris for a well deserved break.

The gold medallist swapped her running shoes for a pair of heels as she celebrated her win in style with her family in the Costa del Sol.

No expense was spared as she dined out with family and friends at the lavish Clubhouse Marbella.

Keely had previously revealed that a family holiday was her 'first priority' after the Games - along with the possibility of buying a beige Porsche if she won gold.

She told The Mail before the games kicked off: 'I saw a really nice car on Pinterest.

'My brother was like, 'Do you know how expensive they are?', and I said, 'If I win the Olympics, I will get myself that car'. I think it's a Porsche Cayman. As long as it's sporty and it's beige and it looks nice, that's all that matters to me.'

The running sensation is now set to earn big cash following her recent success, thanks to her prize from World Athletics and a series of lucrative sponsorship deals.

And brands guru Marcel Knobil, who has worked with Coca Cola and Yamaha, told The Sun: 'Her estimated earnings prior to these Olympics were around £250,000 thanks to the likes of Nike and Omega.

'Now, thanks to her exceptional talent, golden success and attractive personality and looks — Keely can look forward to earnings way beyond £2million next year alone.'

In her post, Smeby shared a glute-focused workout routine, showcasing her dedication to fitness and encouraging her followers to embrace the burn. Let's take a closer look at the exercises she includes in her routine and the benefits they offer.

In her Instagram post, Smeby is seen doing squats. According to Allina Health, squats have a lot of benefits. "The squat is one of the all-around best exercises to do for your lower body. Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Smeby is also seen doing standing hip abductors in her Instagram post. Coach states that keeping these muscles strong is important. "The hip abductors, primarily composed of the gluteus medius, gluteus minimus, and tensor fasciae latae, are pivotal players in the realm of functional movement. These muscles facilitate the capacity to stand comfortably, walk with a steady rhythm, and rotate the legs – all without conscious effort. The leg's abduction, or its movement away from the midline, is indispensable in performing a plethora of actions ranging from the basic act of walking to stepping to the side or alighting a bed or vehicle."

Mawdsley has been enjoying a well-earned break after a long season that included a fourth place finish in an Olympic Final in Paris.

The Newport AC athlete has posted several pictures of her "holibops".

Mawdsley, from Newport in Tipperary, competed in several races at the Olympics this year, including the women's 4x400m relay race, which saw Ireland claim an incredible fourth place.

Hot on the heels of her Olympic success, Sharlene said the experience of the Olympics was very "up and down", adding "you come back and you kind of have a bit of a dip - you just don't want to keep going".

The 26-year-old said previously she will be taking a six to eight week break once the season ended earlier this month, where she will do "nothing".
