Bella Thorne shows off her toned tummy

Bella Thorne is staying warm this winter – by heating things up in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the actress shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit outfit. "Throwing it back to this bday look as I'm in the snow covered in jackets," she captioned the Instagram photos. "Beautiful," commented one of her followers. "You look stunningly gorgeous and sexy as always, Bella," added another.

Bella's trainer is a family member. "I wouldn't say I'm in my best shape at the moment. My brother is my trainer," she told Allure. She added to Hollywood Life that she and her family exercises together, calling fitness "a family affair."

Bella's workout is based on strength and weight training. "[My brother] has got me doing circuit training and weightlifting—I never do cardio. A lot of people think that cardio burns off weight better than weightlifting does…but weightlifting works your muscles, getting them toned while losing fat," she told Allure.

Bella maintains that yoga is helpful in "helping her fall asleep easier at night," while also helping her feel like she "can do more in the day." Harvard Health explains that yoga is a great workout, according to science. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Bella fills her plate with veggies, fruit, protein, smoothies, and even rice and pasta. "Rice, black beans, pasta, fruit for my smoothies, veggies and some protein," are things you will find in her kitchen, she told Hollywood Life. She added to Wired that she also incorporates plant-based foods into her diet. "I'm not, I'm so sorry guys. I really want to be though," she said when asked if she was a vegan, adding that she eats "a lot of vegan food but man, bacon. Oh, gets me every time."

Bella also does reformer pilates. "Getting back on that #grind #pilates and it feels good," she captioned a post. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

"I always stretch before my workout and after, to make the muscles grow longer and slimmer #workouttip #thirstythursday #thankfulthursday," Bella informed her followers in a post. "Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints," says Harvard Health. "Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage."

Bella also enjoys taking SoulCycle classes. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Sam Pinto shows off her amazing body while vacationing in Bali

Sam Pinto is steaming up Bali in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the Filippina actress shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while vacationing in Bali. "Sunset sessions," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "Beautiful," commented one of her followers. "On fiiiiiire!!" added another.

Sam does short workouts daily. "Every day, I do at least 20 minutes of workout. I wake up 20 minutes earlier. I work out at home with apps or I use my coach's program and do it at home. Right now, I'm just working on my butt and abs. For my abs, I do crunches and I use a foam roller. I do ab twists. I do more toning exercises. I don't lift weights. I use ankle weights for my butt," she revealed to Philstar Global.

Health is "living a full fit lifestyle," says Sam. "At home, we have healthy food. Our rice has different colors –purple, brown, and red. Every day, we have veggie juice with beets or ampalaya. You have to mix it with fruits to make it drinkable. Since I was young, I've been exposed to healthy food. In my line of business, it's hard to be healthy; during tapings, we just eat what's available. Whenever I have the chance, and at home, I always eat healthy food."

Sam stays motivated to exercise by enjoying all the benefits of fitness. "Physically, I saw how I am way stronger in everything I do and have more energy. When you're fit, you feel that you can do more," she told Philstar.

Sam doesn't follow a particular diet and eats what she wants. However, she does pay attention to portion sizes. "I don't eat much, but I eat often. I eat everything like pizza and burgers but in small amounts," she told Philstar. "It's what we're used to at home. I never gained weight or changed weight for that matter."

Why does Sam love her body? "I love my shape because I worked hard for it and I'm happy with it. When you work hard for your body, in return from the inside, you feel good. If you have it, flaunt it! If you have the [chest], [behind], legs, then you flaunt it. Improve on it. Be proud of it," she told Philstar.

Iliana Papageorgiou shows off her famous figure

Iliana Papageorgiou is melting the snow in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Greek goddess shows off her famous figure in skimpy bathing suits while on a getaway in the mountains with her gal pals. "Girls trip," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps taken while on the trip. Her followers went wild. "Sexybomb," captioned one, while many others added fire emojis.

Iliana is a big fan of racquet sports. "Tennis mode ON!" she captioned a post. "Get inspired and try a new activity to find what suits you!" ACE Fitness explains that tennis blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

Iliana also enjoys swimming, a great form of aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

Iliana takes a lot of baths, which have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

While on vacation in sunny spots, you can find Iliana standup paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

Iliana is a fan of one of the easiest but effective forms of fitness, walking. According to a JAMA Internal Medicine study walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses.

Evelyn has a favorite form of self-care: Baths. "Always wanted to do this," she captioned a photo from Bali of herself soaking in flower petals. Evelyn is a walker and has a workout buddy: Her dog."Hiii everyone this is noodle," she captioned a post, introducing her pooch. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

In the winter you can find Evelyn skiing. "Bridget Jones goes to Aspen and nearly breaks her neck," she captioned a photo of herself taken during a ski trip. Research has linked downhill skiing to a number of health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress and the occurrence of memory deficits declines.

I'm a happy girl," she captioned the Instagram post. "Beautiful love you," commented Meadow Walker. Another follower added, "you're so beautiful!!!"

When it comes to social media, Stormi sets clear boundaries when it comes to nasty comments. "I try to scan for mean ones, and I am very on it with blocking people for any kind of hateful comments. Some people don't care about that, but I care. I don't want my page to be somewhere where people can relate with other hateful people. I think it's really healthy to set those boundaries and create a healthier headspace for yourself," she told Rose Inc.

Stormi loves running. "Lovingggg my new Pro 9000 Treadmill!! ??‍♀️It makes my workout so engaging and entertaining. I usually run outside but feel too nervous to run by myself so this keeps me entertained and safe!" she captioned a post from her workout. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

In a recent post, Stormi goes for a hike. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

Building stronger muscles and bones

Improving your sense of balance

Improving your heart health

Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

Stormi is a golfer for so many reasons. "Reasons why I love golfing," she wrote in an Instagram video of herself on the course. A few of her reasons? "Being in the sunshine," "Goofing around," and "Working on getting better." A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

In her recent Instagram post, Stormi enjoys skiing with her friends.

Fitness expert Senada Greca shows off her insanely fit figure

Senada Greca is unveiling her full-body workout – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post the fitness expert shows off her insanely fit figure while working out in the gym. "Full Body Workout – total body, every muscle burner!" she captioned the post. "Another goodie from my Workout Programs." Her followers went wild. "Beast mode on," commented one. "You move with such intention. Always great form!" added another.

Senada is a "sincere believer that fitness and movement should be an inseparable part of someone's life," she told Glamour South Africa. "We were born to be active, born to be mobile. She encourages "people to make movement fun and interesting, and in turn sustainable. All someone needs to do is take a digital stroll through my Instagram to see loads of novelty and get excited to try out new effective exercises." Doing the same workout daily is what makes "people fall off the proverbial wagon" and that they instead should "constantly seek growth," she continues. "This means doing things like trying new movements that push us out of our comfort zone, finding a new recipe that is not typical to what we normally eat, and changing our routine."

Senada is all about yoga. "I believe in a holistic approach to fitness as we are more than a mechanically moving body. Our minds and souls need as much caring as our bodies. I have found that caring for our body in a mindful way, cares for our mind and soul as well. Allowing ourselves to listen to our body's signals, moving mindfully, not only can be a great tool in injury prevention, but also maximizing our physical and mental performance," Senada told Women's Best. She incorporates Yoga into her routine "not only as a means to help with my balance and mobility, which in turn help with my physical fitness, but also as a time to quiet my mind and turn my attention inward," she says.

Senada also gets her zen on. "Meditation is that other component that we rarely think of or make time for, but even a few minutes, as little as 5 minutes of meditation a day, can have a huge positive impact on our psyche and in turn our body as well. If we're in a great mental and spiritual space, we're able to perform better in all aspects of life." "When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress," says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:

Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations

Building skills to manage your stress

Increasing self-awareness

Focusing on the present

Reducing negative emotions

Increasing imagination and creativity

Increasing patience and tolerance

Lowering resting heart rate

Lowering resting blood pressure

Improving sleep quality

Senada is a "flexible eater," she tells Glamour. "My main focus is getting enough protein daily; carbs and fats fill the rest of my macros, which I intuitively track. I suggest that most people do track their macros, especially in the beginning of their fitness journey, so as to learn what the proper way of feeding ones' self looks like."

Senada prioritizes form over speed. "I am always mindful of proper form. Never NOT think about form during a workout," Senada told Glamour. "Whether the exercise has started or you are setting yourself up for the exercise, always remember proper form."

Senada recommends breaking up workouts by body part. "I like to focus on legs 2-3 days per week, on upper body 2 days, and 1 full body workout per week. Sunday I work abs and throw in some fun active-rest work, like bicycling or a long walk," she told Glamour.

Senada recommends doing 8 to 12 reps and 4 rounds of the following exercises:

Lateral lunge swings

2 DB single arm curl with reverse lunge

RDL to clean squat press

Push up to hollow body alt knee tucks

Bear stance rows

Hollow body triceps extensions

Jess Glynne shared photos saying follow that dream

Life's a beach for Jess Glynne in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the singer and her girlfriend, Alex Scott, show off their amazing bodies in bathing suits while enjoying a tropical vacation. "Follow That Dream. 2024… I hear you're serving greatness," she captioned the Instagram post with her followers.

Jess drinks a lot of water. "As a singer, it's so important to be healthy and have a great stamina, and be hydrated," she told Glamour. The Mayo Clinic explains that hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Exercise is a non-negotiable for Jess – even while she is traveling. "If I'm on the road, I make sure I get up in the morning and go for a jog or do some stomach stuff," she said. "Or when we're doing a sound test, do something around the venue. I can't always be that strict, but I try as much as I can. But after everything that's been going on [with the surgery] – I want to be fit and healthier."

Jess doesn't drink. Why is sobriety a great option? Aside from the potential addictive nature of alcohol, beer, wine, and other spirits are usually high in calories and can damage your health in other ways. "I don't really enjoy it," she says.

Jess doesn't seriously restrict herself when it comes to food, but she tries to eat healthy most of the time. "100% conscious of my diet. But I love chocolate," and maintains a balanced diet. "I'm not one of those people who says, 'I don't drink, and I just drink water, and I only eat green.'"

Many celebrities have their fitspiration in the form of another star. However, the singer maintains her fitness hero is a little closer to home. "My dad is obsessed with fitness to this day. He goes to the gym every single day. He goes at stupid o'clock in the morning as well. And he's 62," she told Female First. "He's amazing and super healthy. Since I was a kid he's always wanted me to be an athlete, he wanted me to be in the Arsenal team. I've grown up loving all kinds of sports. I was on the football team, netball team, basketball team, all of that, I've always tried to maintain that kind of fitness."

Joy Corrigan stuns fans in Bikini

Legendary Sports Illustrated model Joy Corrigan is out there showing it all to her fans and as usual, the fans are going wild following her latest thirst trap photoshoot where she rocked a tiny bikini displaying her chest and long legs.

Joy Corrigan’s thirst trap photoshoot happened in Palm Springs, California where she posed in a tiny bikini and on a swimming pool.

Joy on having her D-cup implants removed had this say;

“It was the first time I made a decision about my body that wasn’t made by someone else. I was so used to getting told what to do and what to look like by agents and other people in the industry.

This was kind of scary, to not just be doing what I was told for the first time.

I had this career for years with implants. It was my identity and I was really scared about losing work, clients, agents, everything.

For the first time, I thought ‘I’m going to have to go through this and put myself first.’ It was health first before career.”

It’s 2024 and Joy Corrigan isn’t down showing off her body in tiny bikinis and skimpy outfits. I guess she is now getting started.

Violett Beane flaunts her incredibly fit figure

Violett Beane is swimsuit clad in Death and Other Details. In a new social media post the star of the new Hulu show flaunts her incredibly fit figure in a few bathing suits while promoting the highly hyped series. "@deathdetailshulu episodes one and two are up on Hulu! Go go go stream it ? we spent hours putting body makeup on for this moment right here. Let's goooo," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps.

Violett loves baking, "and still plan to open a bakery at some point!" she told Just Jared Jr. "I'm most likely lactose intolerant, but I love cheese too much to stop eating it," she added. "And I make the best guacamole EVER, just trust me, it's killer." In another Just Jared Jr. interview, she revealed that she allows herself to indulge. "Well thanks for thinking I'm 'fit' but I don't follow anything too strict. I try to be realistic with myself–I love chocolate and tacos and pizza," she said.

Violett is a big hiker and spends a lot of time in nature. "I have a new found love for bouldering (rock climbing w/o a belay)" she told Just Jared Jr. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

Building stronger muscles and bones

Improving your sense of balance

Improving your heart health

Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

Violett has been a vegetarian since childhood. "The heaviness of meat can weigh you down mentally and physically. The amount of resources such as water and electricity that you are using to produce animals is so much greater than it is for crops. And the greenhouse gas emissions from all of the production from animals is insane. Humans are the only species that drink another animal's milk. If you think about it we stopped drinking our mother's milk when we were really young. Why are we drinking someone else's?" she said in a statement from peta2. "When I go to the gym, I have more energy to work out," she said about the benefits of maintaining a meat-free diet. "I feel so much better physically."

Violett makes sure to break a sweat. "I exercise 2-4 times a week, because I think it's important to keep your body moving, but I don't want to portray a false image of myself in the media. A lot of the woman's bodies you see in magazines and on TV have come from hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars spent on personal trainers, health cleanses, and unfortunately sometimes unhealthy means. I want to be a part of the movement that tells little girls their bodies are enough and beautiful," she told Just Jared Jr.

You can often find Violett taking her dog, Kora, on long walks.

Fitness model Stephanie Sanzo is sharing some inspirational fitness tips

Fitness model and influencer Stephanie Sanzo is sharing some inspirational fitness tips with her social media followers. Sanzo posted a picture of herself posing in a gray Nike sports bra and black shorts, her hair pulled into a ponytail. "Here's 4 simple tips to make sure you stay on track with your goals for 2024…

Wake up at the same time each day

Find a hobby that you enjoy and do it weekly

Hit your daily caloric and water intake goals

Spend time with others and seek different perspectives

These things might seem small… But they make a HUGE difference to your overall mindset, well-being, energy & productivity ?What's something you're going to do differently in the this year ?? ?," she captioned the post.

Sanzo is thrilled that more and more women feel comfortable in the weight room. "The interest in strength training for women is increasing every year, which is great to see," she told ISSUU. "I believe the more we experience women training with weights, the more accepting the public will become. The benefits of weight training are endless, including an increase in strength and muscle mass, improved metabolism, reduced risk of injury, increased bone density and regulated hormones. Weight training has helped me grow emotionally, far beyond how I have grown physically. Self-belief is built every time you try something new – but true confidence is built when you achieve something you never thought possible! I could never have fathomed the possibility of deadlifting 100kg (let alone 160kg) when I first started training."

Sanzo has developed a tailored workout for strength and muscle. "My training is now a 'powerbuilding' hybrid, so I get the best of both worlds," she told ISSUU. "Most sessions are structured on three main components: a strength component focusing on lower rep ranges of one to eight; a hypertrophy (muscle building) component focusing on moderate rep ranges of five to 12; and an assistance component, which helps strengthen the muscle groups required for the primary movements – I focus on unilateral (lunges), machine (leg press) and isolation movements (leg extension), and higher rep ranges of 10 to 20."

Sanzo gets her protein through meat, fish, and eggs, rather than supplements. "I struggle with irritable bowel syndrome and find that many supplements tend to cause stomach upset (for me personally)," she told Business Insider. "For those who are incorporating supplements into their diet, my biggest advice is to always prioritize your nutrition as no supplements can ever make up for a bad diet… Above all, it is so important to always listen to your body, prioritize eating a nutritious and balanced diet, drink plenty of water, and get sufficient sleep."

Sanzo no longer veers into extremes with her diet. "Something I am really passionate about is transitioning from the word 'diet' to 'eating style'," she told ISSUU. "My eating style has evolved so much over the past 10 years: I went from eating a block of chocolate a day, to living off chicken and broccoli when I was fitness modeling. It's taken me a long time to find a healthy balance that suits my goals and lifestyle. It's recently been discovered that gut health is directly tied to our emotions, so I do my best to avoid any foods that cause stomach upset – FODMAPS are a great starting point."

Sanzo advises weight training newbies to seek professional help to get started. "Don't try and do it alone," she told Business Insider. "Find a trainer that you admire or a program that you feel inspired by and get to work. Be a student in the gym and outside of the gym by seeking knowledge around training, technique and nutrition to further your own understanding."

Miss Oregon Manju Bangalore shares some photos

Manju Bangalore is reminiscing in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the beauty queen-slash-astronaut-slash-Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition model shows off her GG amazing body in a bathing suit from the pages of the magazine. "The time I was a Sports Illustrated Swim model ?Sometimes life goes by us so quickly, it's hard to realize all the dreams we have brought to life ? I'm so lucky to have had the opportunity to be in the 2022 issue and walk in Miami Swim Week for the brand. Truly surreal. Will forever be grateful to my SI family for the journey," she captioned the post.

Manju maintains that posing for the magazine was empowering. "[Editor] MJ Day and the rest of the team have pushed for female empowerment and ensuring that every woman feels represented. It's something that resonated with me," she told Fox News. "I think it's validating all the work I've done. It's validating that I have been through my fair share of struggles. I think most of us have. And I talked about that during my callback. I talked about my mental health struggles. I've never been given a space where I've been able to talk about those things. When I was selected as a finalist, it was another way they were validating my work, my journey and what I've been through. It was another way to validate girls who have been through similar experiences. It has given me a platform to show that I am limitless."

Manju became an astronaut candidate in 2021 and started training for space. "So I'm not quite at the astronaut candidate level. I am part of a scientist-astronaut candidate program. I know it sounds a bit similar, but basically, I'm part of this program that may lead to me getting selected to go to space one day. We are going through training that's quite similar to where we are doing aerobatic flight," she said. "We are doing high-altitude training, all those types of things to help you mentally and physically prepare for such a journey. One astronaut has already been selected. … It's an opportunity to go to space and conduct experiments on behalf of the program and further scientific research. That's my goal in furthering our human exploration. I also hope to represent women in STEM, reminding people that we are capable of anything we set our minds to."

Manju wants more women in STEM to celebrate and show off their bodies. "I think one major problem is that we're not allowed to be multidimensional. We're not allowed to be in a bikini and be a symbol of empowerment and aspire to go to space, do scientific research, do astrophysics research, or whatever it is. I think we need to have a better understanding that women are limitless, we're multidimensional. We are capable of anything we set our minds to. I think the big thing that's missing is empathy. We need to be empathetic to each other. The sooner we have that, the sooner we can understand it's not out of the norm for someone to be in a bikini one day and be in a lab coat the next day," she told Fox News.

Bangalore prioritizes fitness. "I do strength training, like weightlifting. I have a trainer who's a Marine, so he gets my butt in shape *laughs*. I enjoy weightlifting," she told Fox News.

Manju stays active even in her social life. One of her favorite hobbies? Bowling. "Pink for the bowling party tonight ?Huge thank you to @laylahrose and the rest of the @missusa team for putting together such a fun-filled night for us," she captioned a post.

Manju will also "do some cardio occasionally," she told Fox News. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Tiffiny Hall shares some weight loss secrets

Tiffiny Hall is sharing her "secret" to getting into the best shape of her life – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Australian personal trainer gives her followers an update on her health journey, showing off the proof of her weight loss and transformation by posing in a bathing suit. "My intention last January was to enjoy the journey back to fitness and feeling strong. I feels amazing to be here, a year later having had so much fun with the love and support of my friends, family, trainers and the beautiful TXO community. It really is about the journey, not the destination," she writes in the post.

"My secret was not focusing on the scales but rather aiming for non-scale victories – running my first KM, keeping up with my kids at the park, learning to squat again after my knee procedure, fitting into an old pair of jeans," Tiffiny reveals about the secret to weight loss.

Another secret? She meal preps. "My day on a plate – if I do say myself – is straight-up delicious. I make sure I have enough nourishing meals packed with wholefoods in my fridge by doing a batch cook-up every Sunday to leave guesswork out of the equation and healthy taste front and center," she told Body & Soul. "I really can't stress just how much prepping for your week and portioning out meals helps when you still have 50,000 things on your to-do list at dinner time."

Tiffiny drinks her nutrients in the morning. "I love to start the day with a smoothie – regardless of the season. This is because smooth foods are simple to digest after a night of fasting," she told New Idea. "Easy on the tum and great on the taste buds! Enter my Almond Hit Smoothie. I find the combination of banana and almond butter keep me full all morning."

"Don't focus on quantity when it comes to eating for weight loss. Instead, consider the quality of what you are eating. It's not about eating less – it's about eating the right kinds of foods. Not all calories are equal and so it's about eating quality calories," Tiffiny warns. "Protein in particular has a better thermic effect and so the body burns more energy processing it than it does carbs or fats and boost your metabolism. Eating whole foods is the best thing. Swap refined sugars, flour and fat for high-quality, nutrient dense food in proper proportions and eat regularly and your body will start to operate very differently."

"Time and time again I hear the myth that long stretches of steady-state cardio is the best way to drop kilos," Tiffiny told House of Wellness. My mantra is that you don't need to train long, you need to train smart. HIIT or high intensity interval training is the best way to accelerate fat loss and increase fitness and also has 'the after burn effect' so it burns calories all day long," she has said. "Here's the happy truth – when you pick up heavy things, your muscles will get stronger but not necessarily bigger. Paired with the right diet of healthy foods, resistance training can help women burn fat fast and creates long and lean muscle and is a really effective way to lose weight. Female bodybuilders look the way they do because they train, eat and take supplements specifically to look the way they do." There is lots of research backing up the benefits of HIIT workouts, including body fat reduction, improved cardiovascular function, and mental health. It is also time effective.

Maisie Smith is ready for Summer now

Maisie Smith is best known for her role on the drama EastEnders. She also appeared on the 2020 season of Strictly Come Dancing. She shares a lot of gorgeous photos on Instagram. Recently, she posted a set of poolside photos on her page. In them, she wore a black swimsuit. Smith captioned the post, "Christmas was great & everything but I'm ready for summer now."

Smith and her boyfriend, former The Wanted member, Max George, like to do new exciting things together. While on a trip to the desert, the couple partook in ATV riding and dune surfing. Smith shared these photos and videos on Instagram of the two doing those activities. She captioned the post, "Max didn't like my driving."

Smith makes sure to eat healthy. One food she enjoys is fruit. Smith shared this photo on Instagram of herself enjoying a fruit plate in Istanbul. Harvard Health states, "A diet rich in vegetables and fruits can lower blood pressure, reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke, prevent some types of cancer, lower risk of eye and digestive problems, and have a positive effect upon blood sugar, which can help keep appetite in check. Eating non-starchy vegetables and fruits like apples, pears, and green leafy vegetables may even promote weight loss. Their low glycemic loads prevent blood sugar spikes that can increase hunger."

Smith likes to walk to stay in shape. She shares a lot of photos on Instagram of herself on walks. Smith posted this set of photos of herself meeting a dog in Istanbul. She captioned the post, "Went for a stroll, met a dog and that was our love story."

The sun is beneficial for several reasons. Primarily, it's a vital source of Vitamin D, which is essential for bone health, immune function, and mood regulation. Sunlight exposure triggers the skin to produce Vitamin D, reducing the risk of Vitamin D deficiency. It also helps regulate our circadian rhythms, improving sleep quality and mood. Moderate sunlight exposure has been linked to a reduction in certain mood disorders. Additionally, sunlight can improve skin conditions like psoriasis. However, it's important to balance sun exposure with skin cancer risk, using sunscreen and avoiding excessive exposure, particularly during peak sunlight hours.

Swimming is a highly beneficial exercise, offering numerous health advantages. It's a low-impact activity, making it suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels, including those with joint pain or arthritis. Swimming engages multiple muscle groups and provides a full-body workout, enhancing muscular strength and endurance. It also improves cardiovascular health, increasing heart rate without stressing the body. Additionally, swimming is an excellent way to burn calories, aiding in weight management. The buoyancy of water offers a relaxing and therapeutic effect, reducing stress and improving mental health. Regular swimming can improve flexibility and posture, and is also a valuable skill for safety around water.

Singer Rochelle Humes looks superfit and beautiful

Rochelle Humes is a singer, and former member of the girl group, The Saturdays. Since then, she has started a hosting career and has written a cookbook. Humes recently shared some highlights from a past vacation on Instagram. In them, she posed on a beach in a swimsuit. Humes captioned the post, "Mentally here."

Humes shared some of her diet secrets in an interview with Hello! She says that she loves to make and drink a juice each morning. "In the morning I'll have a juice to start off the day – that might be a fresh orange, but from the juicer. I like apple, carrot, ginger and I actually have celery straight sometimes. It's really good for you and my skin really notices when I haven't had it."

Humes shared her favorite healthy meals with Hello! "I'll have overnight oats or I make banana pancakes a lot, which is literally just one banana, one egg, a handful or oats, a bit of cinnamon and mix it together, then fry it in coconut oil. I have that with some natural yoghurt and some berries on top and honey. My kids love that actually. I'm not the biggest breakfast person – I'm more about lunch and dinner. I'll have maybe a salad for lunch, but it depends where I am. Then in the evening it might be pasta… last night I had salmon and noodles and veg, like a traybake. My evening is my meal where I treat myself."

Humes works with trainer, Peter Maciver, to help her stay in shape. He talked about the workouts he does with her in an interview with Hello! "No two workouts with me are ever the same," he said. "We might be doing the same body part but we'll do different exercises as much as possible. This keeps things new and fresh and also stops the body becoming used to certain exercises."

Humes shared her wellness secrets in an interview with Women's Fitness. She says that exercise is a priority for her. "The reality is I need to stay fit and healthy for my kids, but I also feel genuinely better when I'm active. When I'm busy with work and I can't work out in the way that I normally would, I notice a big difference in how I mentally and physically feel. Sometimes, doing exercise can feel like a hassle, but I really miss it when I can't do it."

Humes tells Women's Fitness that she believes in eating a balanced diet. "Life's too short not to try a bit of everything! Balance is the key to a happy life, but it can be a really hard thing to strive for because we can't control everything life throws at us. However, when it comes to food, I think it's easier than you think because you're in charge of what you put in your body. I try to make smart choices and have a healthy, balanced diet from Monday to Friday, but at the weekends I'll eat exactly what I want. If I want the cake, I'm gonna eat the cake!"

Devon Windsor shows off her incredible body while enjoying a vacation in the tropics

Devon Windsor is strutting her stuff poolside – in her swimsuit. In a few recent social media posts the model and bathing suit designer shows off her incredible body in one of her own designs, a baby blue two-piece, as she vacations in the tropics. "Wanderlust," she captioned one of the posts. "So gorgeous and strong!" commented one of her followers. "Cute," added another.

Devon maintains that supermodels don't starve themselves. "If I'm not working, my typical day starts off with a huge breakfast. I like to incorporate eggs, toast, bacon or a smoothie with Greek yogurt," she dished to Women Fitness. "I'll most likely workout after breakfast and then join friends for lunch. Following lunch, I run errands and organize myself before my next job or travel day. I like to finish my day with a cozy dinner with friends or I cook for myself at home. If I'm working, I wake up and get a smoothie and head to set and work all day. Depending on when I get off, I either go home and order dinner or meet up with friends."

"I'm a huge fan of Pilates – I like to do that a couple times a week," Devon told Women Fitness. According to research, Pilates exercises are designed to increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility, and to improve posture and balance. Experts maintain that it is a great workout for leaning out.

Devon prioritizes hydration. "Drink a lot of water while you workout," she told Women Fitness. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Devon is a fan of Megan Roup's dance-inspired workouts. "I am so terrible at cardio but this class is amazing because it's dance cardio… which means I really don't notice how exhausted I am while jumping around! She mixes the dance cardio with light weights, leg weights and sliders which are good for the booty as well as the abs! After the class I head over to this place called Lymbr to go get a quick 30 minute stretch. It is super important to stretch before and after workouts so that you don't injure yourself!" she revealed to Hollywood Life.

Pvolve workouts are also part of Devon's routine. "I really love this workout because it is full of small, slow movements that burn like crazy! This is the best workout for building super long and lean muscle! We use a lot of ankle weights and bands which are two keys for staying strong and slim! After my workout I get a 90 minute medical massage! This massage isn't just for relaxing because the masseuse gets very deep in your muscles and stretches you at the same time. It is almost a bit painful at times but when you're working out so much it is a necessity!" she told Hollywood Life.

Devon also does weight and strength training. She told Elle she likes to "mix cardio with bodyweight exercises," she said. She trains at the celebrity gym mecca The Dogpound. "I am training with my girlfriend and my trainer, Kirk! I love working out with friends because one, it's more fun, two, it's hard to get out of it, and three, it's more motivating and pushes me to try harder! We did a bunch of body weight exercises, some abs, booty, legs and light arms," she added to Hollywood Life.

Salma Hayek, the star of From Dusk Till Dawn and Frida, sent fans into a frenzy by sharing a series of saucy throwback snaps on Instagram.

The actress left little to the imagination with her post, which quickly garnered over half a million likes and thousands of comments.

The 57-year-old's photos appear to be from an old film print-out, but it's unclear when they were taken.

Alongside the racy pictures, Salma wrote: "Some say never look back, but sometimes it's the best view #tbt".

Josie Canseco shows off her incredibly fit figure

Josie Canseco is heating up the gym in her Alo workout attire. In a new social media post the model shows off her incredibly fit figure in a two-piece outfit from the yoga brand while working out at their gym.

Josie loves to spin. "I love cycling, I do it all the time. It's a good cardio mix. I'm all about cardio and high intensity music," Canseco told Us Weekly. To prepare for the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show she cycled "maybe like two or three times a week." The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Josie likes to take "Rumble" and boxing classes. "Boxing training one-on-one, like really focused and in my zone," she explained to Us. Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.

During an August workout at the Alo gym, Josie showed off some of her strength and weight training moves, lifting kettlebells, squatting with free weights, using exercise bands and medicine balls, and also her own body weight. "I grew up playing sports and being very active," Josie told Us. "So for me, it's kind of a routine thing that just helps me feel better about myself, about my life and my confidence. And I feel like that shines through when you feel good about what you've done."

When she's "really been on a good routine of eating right and eating a lot of vegetables and good proteins and balancing my diet," Josie feels the most confident, "and it's not all about going full-in and being, like, cold-turkey, cutting things out and being like a health freak. It's all about balance for me," she told Us. "I've been slowly transitioning to be pescatarian. "I just kind of have a soft spot for animals and down the line, I'd like to work with them and have my own nonprofit one day. So not eating red meats and chicken obviously, and slowly transitioning into [not eating fish]," she continued. "It's just balance. It's OK to have pizza and stuff like that, but [weight loss] should be hard work, it shouldn't be easy."

In a recent post, Josie revealed went for a snorkel while on vacation. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Vanessa Villela was not one to give up on her health and fitness goals over the holidays

Selling Sunset star Vanessa Villela, 45, shared a picture of herself posing with friends in a blue workout outfit and orange sneakers, flexing her bicep to show off her strong, toned physique. "Happy Monday! Do you want to end the year feeling amazing?" she captioned the post. Villela is not only a star real estate agent, she's a talented and accomplished actress—here's what her diet and exercise looks like.

Villela practices intermittent fasting and a healthy diet. "Intermittent fasting has been the key to everything, it helps with metabolism, skin, gut health, and my energy levels," she tells Healthista. "I don't follow anything too specific, so there's no 11am to 8pm schedule. If I finish my last meal at 9pm let's say, then I just wait 14 or 15 hours to eat the next day. Sometimes I will have a planet-based protein shake that has superfoods with fruit and oat milk, or if I feel like I want to have a burger, I just have the burger without the bun – I follow what my body wants but do that in a healthy way."

Villela does Pilates and online workouts. "I do [reformer Pilates] about five or six days a week," she tells Healthiest. "For me moderate is something my body tolerates better. It strengthens the body and muscles in a different way – it elongates the muscles and I was in very good shape because of that. I combine it with weights, boxing, running 3k and other workouts, sometimes in person and sometimes online, called Strong Confident Living or Karen Lord for if you don't have much time because they are about 10-20 minutes long. Find a workout that you enjoy the most and use it as something fun that you enjoy doing for yourself. No one else is going to benefit from the workout but you and it will always make you feel good when you finish."

Villela is thrilled to have been a fan favorite on Selling Sunset. "I never really imagined that I'd be a fan favorite, especially in my first season!" she told Now Magazine LA. "It's been so overwhelming, but in a good way. My heart is overflowing with gratitude, especially because it has given me the opportunity to fulfill my passion for helping other people. I also love that it really helps me feel more connected with people because they know me more as Vanessa, and not just as an actress. It makes me so happy, especially after all the grief and the chaos of the pandemic. I get to start a new era of helping people with what they're going through by sharing what I went through and how I cope with day to day struggles. It's been the best thing that could happen to me."

Villela says that at one point, the stress of trying to lose weight spiked her cortisol levels and made weight loss even harder. "I would look in the mirror and I wouldn't recognise myself," she told Healthista. "My face is the first thing that gains weight. I think that the stress of wanting to lose weight was not allowing me to lose weight and recover my health. I was extremely tired with work and the energy with the [soap opera] characters was so intense that my cortisol levels, the stress hormone, went super high and created a lot of problems with my hormones and the thyroid – everything… I think that sometimes we don't prioritize ourselves. We all have very busy lifestyles and sometimes it's hard to say 'ok I'm going to wake up 30 minutes before' but I think it's important for any person to live a healthy life."

Villela is guided by her mother's example and work ethic. "Well, my first role model was my mom, for sure," she told Now Magazine LA. "My parents got divorced when I was seven, and I always saw my mom working non-stop and being a supermom and cooking and everything. She was sensational. She has been my inspiration since I was little because I always wanted to make her proud."

Nicole Williams English is looking great

Nicole Williams English is heating up a snowy day – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the model looks flaming hot in a red bathing suit top and snowsuit, striking a pose in the snow. "Stole my moms vintage snowsuit from the 60's," she captioned the series of snaps taken in Toronto, Canada.

Nicole claims that working out with her trainer several times a week helps her combat any sagging. "I'll do 100 sit-ups and use bands while I watch TV each night. Right now, I'm also trying to learn to do the splits, so I work on that nightly too," she told Vue New Jersey.

Nicole has followed a plant-based diet for almost a decade. She consumes healthy carbs – no white flour or sugar – and avoids dairy. "A vegetarian meal that myself and my husband agree on is my vegan shepherd's pie. It is beyond amazing, I use Beyond Meat and a bunch of vegetables and potatoes and he loves it," she told Good American.

Nicole prioritizes hydration, drinking lots of water. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Nicole also does pilates. "The best workout to get your body long and lean ?? I've never really loved working working out but Pilates really makes it fun and I see instant results," she captioned a recent post of herself on the reformer.

Nicole takes care of her skin by limiting the makeup she wears when she isn't working and when she does wear it, she never goes to sleep without first washing it all off. She also uses essential oils, vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, and retinol and never skips sunscreen.
