Olivia heads to Starbucks every day. Her order? A vanilla latte with oat milk. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.
Olivia loves social media. "I don't feel too much pressure, because doing social media is always something that I've loved, and I've always taken it pretty seriously," she told The New York Post. I study [at the communications center] and get schoolwork done," she told New York Post. After class, "I come home, eat lunch and go right to the gym, where I train for hours," she continued. "I have conditioning before or after practice, which takes place at football operations. Then, I go straight to the dining hall to eat dinner. After that, I come home [to my dorm] and do my work stuff at night."

Not many people didn't do that well in school compared to their siblings. So it's very much a journey. It's kind of navigating your own way through it."
On her podcast, Ramsay talked about how her family has helped her with her mental health and her struggles. "My family has been an amazing support," she said. "Having three siblings and now an extra one has been great. It's brought me closer to them in many ways and the same with my parents."
Ramsay wants to reduce the stigma around mental health. She said on her podcast that this is why she comes forward about her experience. "It's definitely a journey, but I hope by speaking out, I can help other people speak out or ask for help and even just talk to their friends and just and normalize the conversation around mental health."
Ramsay is sober, and opened up about this in an Instagram post. In the photo, she writes about her path to sobriety. "Today marks two years since I last had alcohol. Two years ago today I hit rock bottom, I was terrified. I certainly didn't think I'd be where I am today both physically and mentally. I've fought every day to get where I am today."
Ramsay loves to swim to stay in shape. She shares a bunch of posts on Instagram of herself in the water. Ramsay posted photos of herself in a pool, captioning it, "Pool party for 1." Jade maintains that self-love is the ultimate key to health, explaining her theory in an interview discussing her eating disroder to BBC. "It got to the point when I knew I needed someone else to tell, harboring a horrible secret like that is obviously really damaging to your mental health and obviously my physical health," she said. She eventually told someone she thought she had a problem. "It was like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. The minute I started to actually talk to people about it, was the minute I started to get better," she continued. "I don't think I would ever do that to myself again." When talking to two teenagers in recovery from anorexia, she revealed the secret to recovery: "I just learned to love myself again."

"I think people are intimidated by healthy food because, one, it's expensive which is frustrating, but also it's time consuming to have fresh produce all the time and to make these health elaborate meals. I like to find hacks so I can make something that is healthy and also doesn't take a couple of hours."
Paige indulges in cheat meals. Her go-to indulgence? "Definitely a hot dog. There is nothing better than a golf course hot dog. I can only eat my hot dogs with ketchup," she revealed on her Playing A Round podcast. She also has a massive sweet tooth and loves ice cream and lemon bars.
Paige stays away from booze. "I don't drink alcohol pretty much at all," she said, revealing that she stopped drinking her senior year of college. "I hate being hungover. I don't like the feeling of it. I'm never really interested in drinking anymore," she admitted. "I think it's bettered my life. If you are ever struggling with your weight or mental health just try and cut alcohol out. It really helped me."

"If you're just being negative to be negative, that never has any effect on me, because I know that those people are hurting themselves. I had that experience being in high school. I've been bullied. I've gone through that, and I've had enough therapists to tell me it has nothing to do with me. So at this point, being in my mid-30s, anything just negative to be negative will never affect me. I can promise you that," she told The Cut.
Shay practices sleep hygiene. "Before I go to bed, I'll have sleep tea or something like that, because it's sometimes difficult for me to turn off my mind," she told The Cut.

Zambrano uses weight training exercises to build muscle and support bone health. Monica enjoys working out with kettlebells. She even works out at Harlem Kettlebell Club – a fitness studio specializing in the weights. In order to lose her baby weight, Paula invested in a trainer and nutritionist. "I have dieted and exercised, because I gained 25 kilos. But I have recovered quickly, because I have seen myself so tremendous that I had to put my batteries together. I had to take it seriously. If you expect time to heal everything, no It's going to happen. So, I've been doing a diet that a doctor has recommended to me and I'm also doing my treatments and doing sports," she revealed in an interview. "The truth is that I'm very well. Life begins at 40, in my case they can't summarize it better."
Paula also revealed that she drinks her breakfast. Instead of food she sips on a nutrient dense smoothie, made out of cucumber, lemon, celery, kiwi, and ginger.
In a recent post Paula revealed why she does pelvic floor exercises one day per week. "Pelvic floor muscles contract and relax at the same time as other muscle groups, such as the diaphragm or abdominal muscles," she wrote. So with this type of training, combining breathing and hypotensives, we can gain a lot of strength and resistance in the pelvic floor," she continued. "For what?? Well, because it is the one responsible for holding the pelvic organs (bladder, urethra, uterus, vagina and rectum) and while working, it tones and gives more elasticity to the muscles of the area. this prevents that in the future we may have problems like the dreaded "escapes".. besides that it improves the quality of sex.. and many other things you can search on any page that talks about it.. So you understand me, sometimes we care too much about the outside and not so much about the inside.. and taking care of our pelvic floor is essential..And yes, and it also shows on the outside, the waist shrinks."
Paula's go-to workout? Ballet. "No matter when it is.. But when something comes into your life that you like and makes you feel good, keep it! Evidently I don't do ballet (@balletfitoficial) to become a dancer but y'all don't know how happy this makes me! And not just because of the physical changes, but because of what motivates me and amuses me (although I suffer more than with any other discipline I've tried)," she wrote in a post.

Expósito, 23, shared pictures of her getaway, including one of herself lying in a hammock in a string bathing suit. She also posted another of herself enjoying ice cream. "Elote ice cream is the best thing that ever happened to me," she captioned the post.
Expósito enjoys strawberries with yogurt for a healthy, protein-packed breakfast. "Yogurt helps maintain the billions of good bacteria you need for a healthy digestive and immune system," say the experts at Johns Hopkins Medicine. "Plus, the bacteria in yogurt help the body break down and absorb critical nutrients."
Expósito works out with personal trainer Miguel Lordán several times a week. "Every day we do different exercises so that the muscles don't get used to it, but we work on the entire lower body, legs and glutes; abdomen a lot and arms only from time to time," she says. "We change the routine, sometimes we work with weights, going up and down stairs, we do exercises with resistance bands, with TRX, abs, planks… I train three days a week, and I never miss it, since I started with Miguel I never skip my workouts."
Expósito enjoys protein—usually fish—for a healthy, light yet nutritious dinner. "Fish is filled with omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins such as D and B2 (riboflavin)," says the Washington State Department of Health. "Fish is rich in calcium and phosphorus and a great source of minerals, such as iron, zinc, iodine, magnesium, and potassium."
Expósito's approach to diet is to focus on the foods which make her feel strong and energized. "I don't follow a diet, but I do have some tips to eat foods that help me strengthen: tuna, red meat, rice, pasta," she says. "Bananas and avocado are very good. I make smoothies. I pay a lot of attention to my diet, but I don't have a plan, I know the things that are good for my muscles. I talked about it with Miguel, my coach, when we started working out and then I incorporated it into my meals."
Expósito is diligent about cleaning and moisturizing her face every day. "When I wake up I always wash my face, and if I'm going to wear makeup that day I hydrate it a lot," she says. "Every night I hydrate it too. I don't take much care of my hair, but I try to avoid applying heat on it if it's not necessary, and sometimes I apply hydrating masks to stay all night and wash it the next day."

Dinner for Greca is usually more lean protein in the shape of a delicious turkey burger. She also enjoys a beet yogurt bowl for dessert. "Ground turkey contains less saturated fat than ground beef, giving it a more beneficial fat profile," says Amanda Beaver, a wellness dietitian at Houston Methodist. "In its place, ground turkey instead contains more polyunsaturated fat, which is a protective, healthier type of fat."
Greca makes a point of not being overly strict when it comes to food. "My ideology is to never restrict or completely eliminate things that I enjoy, but rather adjust portions or modify," she says. "This is important especially when starting out in creating better, healthier habits. I've found that an all or nothing approach does not work for most, it can feel very restrictive and this can create a yoyo effect, a binge and starve cycle."
Greca believes a healthy lifestyle is something that should be a long term goal—something that is sustainable and enjoyable. "When you allow for the 'unhealthy' foods in small amounts, and replace most of your food portions with healthier choices, a healthier life becomes more sustainable," she says. "And eventually you will gravitate away from less healthy food choices to healthier ones."

Attwood loves going to the gym, much preferring it to outdoor cardio. "I'd much rather hit the gym than go for a run, so to get ready for summer I make sure I go to the gym and get loads of squats done," she says. "Squats are the secret! Also, because I don't like hitting the beach with pale skin, I try to build up a base tan in the garden and often get a spray tan before heading off somewhere sunny."
Attwood enjoys a healthy, balanced diet supported by supplements. "I'm quite big on my homeopathic medicines and vitamins, I spend probably a small fortune on them every month which I guess is quite extra," she says. "My mum is really into all that and she's kind of instilled it into me, I eat a very natural and clean diet."
Attwood enjoys spending time in the kitchen, whipping up healthy meals with fresh ingredients. "I make a mean roast dinner and I have an amazing recipe for fish cakes, which I make from scratch," she says. "The fish cakes are my go-to dish for when I have mates over for dinner."
Attwood loves spa sessions on what she calls Self-Care Sundays. "I'm a proper bath girl, I love a bath," she says. "So I would do a bath and then scrub off all my old fake tan and reapply. For me, fake tan is just a non-negotiable for self-care… I need to be tanned! Amanda Harrington is my favorite at the minute, I love the face mist (£28) and it's such a good tan, it doesn't give you any spots or block your pores or anything. I also love a face mask, I love Rodial face masks. they've got a Vitamin C mask sheet (£14), which is so nice."
Attwood enjoys low-sugar wine, which experts say should be enjoyed in moderation. "You can't beat a chilled glass of rosé in the summer, but Pinot Grigio is typically my go-to drink – whether I'm chilling in the sunshine or enjoying a night out with the girls," she says. "My current fave is the I Heart Pinot Grigio from I Heart Wines. If I fancy a cocktail, I tend to go for something light and refreshing, like an Aperol Spritz. I make it with Aperol, soda, I Heart Prosecco and lots of ice."

Selter never skips breakfast. "Regardless if I am in serious exercise mode or not; eating healthy is always a part of my daily routine," she says. "A typical day for me starts with either oatmeal, or egg whites and toast for breakfast. I truly believe breakfast is the most important meal. It provides the energy I need to keep me going for hours and keep me as productive as possible! For lunch, I usually will have a salad with tons of veggies. The more colorful the salad, the better!"
Selter enjoys protein-packed dinners with dark chocolate for dessert. "In between lunch and dinner I always have a protein bar; it's the easiest snack to refuel with and the easiest to have when on the go," she says. "Dinners are always different. I will have anything from a nice pasta dish, grilled chicken and veggies, a nice steak — or of course, my absolute favorite, sushi! In terms of dessert, dark chocolate is definitely my go-to."
Selter does a combination of cardio and strength exercises five times a week. "Results don't happen overnight," she says. "But they do happen with hard work, dedication and keeping consistent. Stay consistent with your workouts and never stop trying. I like to separate my training into leg day, upper body, core and cardio. I always work out for an hour."
Selter is strict about avoiding alcohol as part of her diet, and isn't interested in nightlife and drinking culture. "I know I should be going out and networking," she says. "But I'd rather stay at home and watch Netflix."
Selter says there are no short-cuts to getting her enviable glutes. "Consistency leads to results," she says. "Diet is also important. I eat every few hours to keep my metabolism running and I try to stay away from overly processed foods. Lots of lean meat, vegetables and fresh fruit. Fitness is a lifestyle. You must be mentally prepared to commit to it and be consistent with your health and fitness lifestyle in order to see results and as we know results don't happen overnight."

Bailon starts the day with oatmeal, avocado toast, or a protein shake. "For lunch, I would eat huge salads, again with avocado," she says. "My favorite green is arugula, it tastes delicious. I would chop up peppers and literally just make myself this huge, hearty salad. Another thing I would have in between as a snack — I love nuts, I still love popcorn, so I would still eat popcorn."
Bailon's dinner usually consists of healthy legumes such as beans and lentils. "I would make myself vegan chili, like a huge pot of beans," she says. "I love lentil soup… lentil soup blesses my soul. I would do soup and a bunch of roasted mushrooms. I love sautéed kale, steamed broccoli, but I felt so good about myself because I was like, 'I am filling myself with such good nutritional food.'"
Trainer Massy Arias got Bailon ready for her wedding to Israel Houghton. "She works out with me three to four times a week then she does homework that I give her at home so five days a week total," Arias said. "90 minutes total per day. 30 minutes of cardio on her own in the morning and then one hour with me. That hour was maximized because our training would be divided into circuits and there was no resting time or breaks in between."
Bailon avoids alcohol as it leads to unhealthy food choices. "I am not only suddenly the Tasmanian devil when it comes to food, but I am, like, coming up with inventive ideas," she says. "'Let's leave here and go to Jack in the Box. From Jack in the Box, let's go to Taco Bell.' So, alcohol does actually expand your stomach, and two, it actually wreaks havoc on my vocal cords as well."
Bailon has a fitness mantra she lives by—and it's all about self-acceptance. "I'm constantly reminding myself that the greatest form of self love – is self discipline," she says. "They say it takes 21 days to form a new habit… I just want to encourage you to take this time to develop healthy habits! Drink your water, squat, rest, read, pray, take your vitamins, eat your veggies!"
