Camila Morrone is heating up the beach this summer in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Daisy Jones & the Six star flaunts her incredible body in a two-piece bathing suit while vacationing in the tropics. "I try to mix it up and do whatever I can," Camila tells Vogue about her approach to fitness. "I love yoga, [but] I just do it as a stretching in between and to get some peace of mind. I do a lot of Pilates on the reformer. I tried SLT here, and I go to Carrie's Pilates [Plus] in Los Angeles, which is amazing. I think you have to mix Pilates and yoga with cardio because I don't think you'll get the result you want to get if you're just doing yoga."

Camila also enjoys fighting for her body with boxing. "I have a trainer named Mario; he's an MMA fighter. He's going pro at the end of the year. He teaches me takedowns, jujitsu, everything. When I moved to New York, I had to find cardio that I was into. I can't really run for the life of me, so IMG sent me over to him and I fell in love with it," she tells Vogue. "I box three to four times a week."

"I like to try to do anything active when I'm not on a movie. When I'm shooting a movie, it's really hard for me to do anything besides work. So when I'm home in L.A., I like to try to get some kind of workout in," Camila told W Magazine. "I like to be outdoors because the weather's so beautiful here." She tries "fit in an outdoor exercise," whenever she can, and one of her go-to's is hiking. "I just got into hiking in L.A. because it's such an L.A. thing to do. Then I realized why everyone loves it so much. I've been doing Runyon Canyon because it's the easiest one and I'm lazy and you get a great view not very long into the hike. But there's also Franklin Canyon, and then halfway to Malibu there's a great hike called Temescal Canyon, where at the end of it, in winter, you can get a bit of a waterfall. I like rewarding hikes."

Camila isn't afraid of carbs. "After I exercise I like to praise myself with carbs, whether it's a pasta, pizza, or a sandwich. I like to not be too hard on myself. That's the most unhealthy that I will do. I don't have an unhealthy lifestyle, but I like carbs," she told W. If she cooks, it will be pasta, especially if she has guests. "I just make a really simple tomato-sauce pasta because everyone likes a tomato-sauce pasta. So I did an Italian cooking class last night and learned how to make pasta dough from scratch, so that's going to be my new go-to."

Camila is one of the many celebrities who train at the Dogpound, a gym that specializes in strength and weight training workouts. In a video for Vogue, she reveals her butt workout – and it's no joke. One of the exercises involves standing mid-curtsy, bending into a deep lunge and then flicking her leg high overhead. "I can't really talk while I'm curtseying!" she says.

I like cooking at night but in the middle of the day, when I am very hungry, I like to have recipes that I can whip up quickly and are healthy. My go-to no-bake recipe would have to be a can of garbanzo beans strained and washed mixed with tomato, bell peppers, feta, cucumbers and avocado, topped with olive oil, Himalayan salt, cracked pepper and a dash of lemon juice."

She Believes In Balance

Kostek eats a balanced diet. She talked about this on her Instagram stories. "It's always been my goal to eat as clean as possible as much as possible. Making meals/snacks/drinks with ingredients I know and understand. When I'm out to eat, this is much harder/or on the road at airports/on sets, etc., and I allow myself to eat unhealthy when I'm in a mood to and enjoy it."

Kostek shared some of her wellness secrets with E! News. She says that she makes sure that the goals she sets are things she knows she can do. "I just want to set attainable goals and I like sharing that with people who may be looking for a little bit of inspiration. When I was setting goals last year, I wanted to do something that I knew I wouldn't give up on and it was doing things that actually give me joy. I've never been a cold turkey kind of person, but that's totally fine for anyone who is. For me, I'm all about the baby steps. If you let yourself down, pick yourself up, and keep going. I say to start with the little things like breathing deep."

She Stays Hydrated

Kostek shared her typical diet in an interview with Sports Illustrated Swimsuit. In it, she shared how she makes sure to stay hydrated. "I like to stay as hydrated as possible so on top of drinking liters of water throughout the day I like to eat bowls of watermelon whenever I have a meal or am looking for a snack. It's a great way to fill me up while hydrating my body and keeping my skin nice and hydrated."

In 2019, she convinced her mom to fly to Miami with her for the Swim Search open casting - which she won by beating out more than 10,000 other contestants.

'I loved the process because they didn't even look at me in a swimsuit for the initial casting,' she told the outlet.

'They got to know me as a person and asked what I was passionate about. They wanted to know Brooks the person, not as a model. I was surprised when I didn't just walk in the room and hear, 'OK, next.' It was like a therapy session.'

Brooks has been featured inside the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition every year since, but 2023 was her first cover.

Ratajkowski likes to take STRONG, a Zumba class. She explained why in her InStyle interview. "I am also someone who, even in a class, will get chatty and [distracted]. I think that's the great thing about STRONG — the music keeps me really focused and in the zone," she continues. "You just feel like you're, you know, Superwoman really pushing herself. You end up working harder and it's a better, more intense workout, without even noticing."

Ratajkowski makes sure to get enough sleep. She shared her secrets for doing so in her in her InStyle interview. "For me, the way I sleep afterward is one of the main reasons to work out. I am always on my phone working and I think that's affected my sleep. I'm also really light-sensitive. When I work out, it's better than taking a melatonin. Because my body has worked hard, my brain finally rests and I think that is so valuable in this day and age — not to sound like an old geezer, but truly I feel that way."

Ratajkowski is all about self-care. She tells InStyle that writing is one thing she does for self-care. "I'm working on a collection of essays right now, and that honestly is a really great way to just be super focused and disengaged from all the noise, which is really difficult. It doesn't have to necessarily be writing, but being really mentally engaged with something that you're creating versus just in-taking can be really helpful."

Ratajkowski shared some of her diet secrets in an interview with ELLE. "I cook a lot, so that really helps," she said. "You know how much salt and sugar and all of that kind of stuff you are putting in your body." Harvard Health states that cooking has a lot of benefits. "Research is turning to studying the value of nutrition programs that include cooking instruction. These programs have been shown to help people adhere to a healthier diet, eat smaller portions, and lose weight — improvements that lasted as long as a year after the study ended. These programs can even help patients with type 2 diabetes to eat healthier, lower blood pressures and blood sugars, and lose weight. Hard to believe it, but time in the kitchen can be as valuable as medication for some people with diabetes."

Ratajkowski makes sure to eat healthy, but she tells ELLE that she doesn't like to deprive herself. "I think its good to indulge occasionally. I wouldn't say I am the type of girl who craves Doritos but I definitely love a good cupcake sometimes. You know what I mean? Or a croissant in the morning. I think it is like really important to give yourself a break. And also just really think about where things are coming from and what kind of ingredients are going into your body."

Ratajkowski has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She tells ELLE that one of her biggest secrets is keeping her skin hydrated. "For my day-to-day, especially because traveling is so drying, I use a couple of different moisturizers: Chloé body lotion and Aquaphor sometimes. I put Aquaphor on my knees because planes dry me out so much."

As well as spending time by the ocean, the mother-of-one - who recently split from her husband Caspar Jopling - explored the lush rainforest on her trip.

Ellie captioned the snaps 'Opacity', meaning the quality of being difficult to understand or know about.

It marks the latest trip the singer has made to Costa Rica since ringing in the New Year in the tropical country that borders Nicaragua and Panama.

Ellie first met Armando while on a girl's holiday in the surfer's paradise in December.

Since then, Ellie, who confirmed her split from the father of her child Caspar, 31, in February, has been spotted several times on the vast coastline near Santa Teresa.

Her first appearance alongside the surf instructor, who previously taught Colombian singer Shakira on the same beach, sparked a flurry of rumours that she had separated from art-dealer Armando.

The pictures taken in February which showed Ellie frolicking around in the sea with Armando without her wedding ring only fuelled speculation that she and her husband had been living apart for six months.

The once-loved couple, who were married in August 2019 at York Minster surrounded by A-list guests, were said to be trying to work out for their three-year-old son Arthur.

After the first images emerged of Ellie cuddling up to Armando, the musician wrote on Instagram: 'In light of recent stories, I feel I have been left with no choice but to let you all know that Caspar and I privately separated some time ago.

'We remain the closest of friends and have been successfully co-parenting with our son's best interests at heart.

'We are committed to protecting our family privacy and thank people in advance for respecting our wishes - we won't be commenting further. Thank you.'

Ellie and Caspar who were introduced by mutual friend Princess Eugene, are now expected to divorce after exhausting all other options, sources previously said.

Friends of the couple told MailOnline 'divorce is the only outcome' following their split after two years battling to save their relationship.

Sources close to Ellie said it was not the ideal ending for her but it is the 'only one' after exhausting all possibilities with Caspar.

A pal previously revealed: 'Ellie and Caspar have been over for some time now but there was this whole carry on of them pretending to be together.

'The fact is that it is over, Ellie moved on some time ago but she didn't want anyone to know.'

They continued: 'But now she is enjoying the company of other men and there is simply no way back.

'It is so sad, especially because they have got little Arthur but they can't make it work and now it, really sadly, is going to end in divorce. There is no way that the marriage can be saved, the only way it is going to end now is by divorcing.

'It wasn't necessarily the outcome they have always wanted but that's where they are, Ellie is ready to date other men if he isn't already, Caspar surely will be back out on the market again soon.'

Ellie and Caspar were last seen together on a family day out after the Burn hitmaker ended her friendship with Tory peer Zac Goldsmith to 'focus on her marriage.'

The pop star and Caspar were married five years ago surrounded by celebrity friends including Sienna Miller, Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry.

Their split was first rumoured in June 2023, when sources claimed they were 'living apart'.

Sarah recalled the first time she decided to not wear her knickers at an awards ceremony in her twenties, claiming it was 'practical' not to have a VPL (visible panty line).

Revealing she has since done it 'many times' since, she said: 'I've been commando in public tonnes of times, too. I'll go to my local supermarket without knickers on.

'No one else knows I'm completely starkers underneath my joggers. It's actually quite freeing.'

DJ and TikToker Xandra Pohl, who has 1.2 million followers and is known for her viral “get ready with me videos” and vlogs, has been named one of the magazine's 2024 rookies.

SI Swim announced the news on Instagram with a behind-the-scenes look of the fiery photo shoot shot by Derek Kettela in Belize. Pohl shows a feistier side to her style in various red swim looks, from a barely-there bikini layered with a mesh cover-up to a mega cutout one-piece accentuating her curves to a lifeguard zip-up suit that channels all the Baywatch vibes.

“I feel like I’m going to come out of this like a whole new b---h,” she says in the clip, which is set to Rihanna’s “Needed Me.”

In an interview with Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, Pohl shared her excitement about the magazine's "legacy" and how it continuously excels at representing women of "all shapes, sizes, races" and, in turn, sets the precedent for the next generation. “We are all beautiful [and deserve to be] confident in our own bodies. I feel like that is the best legacy you could ever leave.”

She expressed the same sentiment in a TikTok video recounting how this moment came to be. “This has been my dream since I was a wee little lad."

“[Being] a legend is just being confident in yourself and whatever you are, whatever you stand for, just being passionate about it,” Pohl said. “I feel like if you’re passionate about it, you’re a legend.”

She’s definitely had to stand her ground in certain areas of her life, like in DJing, an industry that is mostly dominated by males.

“Some common misconceptions I think people have about me is that because of the way I look or the way that I act means that I have an inability to do something,” Pohl said, adding: “I just want people to know [that] I love who I am.” She's currently on her Drunk Tour and will play at the Lollapalooza music festival this August.

Sarah is adamant about her fitness routine, which explains her strong booty and core. While filming the upcoming television show, Pitch Perfect: Bumper in Berlin, Sarah had to carve time out of her jam-packed day to devote to her workouts. So, she started doing online Pilates classes in her room or trailer using adjustable dumbbells and ankle weights, she told WH US.

Sarah is big on building her muscles through lifting weights. 'Coming from someone who likes to joke around and call myself "SpongeBob Squarepants," not a very curvaceous woman by any means, it's amazing what you can do with your body to create shape with muscle,' she told WH.

Sarah's normal exercise routine includes a little bit of everything. She enjoys weight training, strength training, TRX exercises, and Pilates on the regular.

She specifically credits Pilates, which she does five to six times a week, for her strong core. 'My abs have never looked better than from when I do Pilates,' she explained. 'It's really hard for me to get that muscle in my lower abs.'

Sarah has even shared snippets of her Pilates reformer sessions with her IG followers on her stories. She works both her abs and her legs in recent videos through slow, controlled movements, per Women's Health US.

This celeb begins every morning with 12 ounces of coffee with just a touch of milk, per WH. Coelho shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Net-A-Porter. "When I can't fall asleep, I use meditation. Right now, I have a lot going on and I need my mind to relax at night, in order to fall asleep and get a good night's rest. I love the Headspace app, which helps me relax my mind and body and has trained me to become more comfortable with the practice of meditation."

Coelho tells Net-A-Porter that she likes to drink water with lemon. "I supercharge my water, by adding a slice of lemon, one teaspoon of cinnamon and a few slices of ginger. It accelerates metabolism, keeps my skin clear and helps to burn fat." The Cleveland Clinic states that water with lemon is very beneficial. "Acid helps break down food. That's why there's so much of it in our stomachs. The acid in lemons may be especially helpful in supplementing stomach acid levels, which tend to decline as we age."

Coelho shared her skincare routine in an interview with Net-A-Porter. "My skin can be puffy, so the first thing I do is wash my face in cold water and do a facial massage with a face roller, which calms any fluid retention. I use vitamin C serums and detoxifying toners to brighten my skin if it's looking tired. Hydration is key, so I love to apply my Elaluz Beauty Oil for that extra nourishment my skin needs – it's perfect to use as a primer before makeup."

Coelho makes sure to eat healthy. She talked about her diet in her Net-A-Porter interview. "I don't have a special diet, but I do swear by eating a lot of fruit; my mom always told me to eat my fruit and vegetables – so I do! I also make sure to incorporate a lot of protein in my diet because of my fast metabolism. I do eat healthily, but I definitely don't deprive myself of treats here and there."

As you can see from her Instagram post, Coelho makes sure to spend time outside. She also shared this photo of herself at the beach in Miami. UC Davis states that spending time outside has a lot of health benefits. "Studies have also shown that being in nature has a positive effect on our bodies by reducing cortisol levels, muscle tension, and demands on our cardiovascular systems (lowers heart rate and blood pressure). Being out in nature often may lead to lower rates of heart disease. The great outdoors can also help you increase your vitamin D level, which is important for your bones, blood cells, and immune system."
