Jasmine Pineda shares photos flaunting her amazing body

Jasmine Pineda is running on the beach in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the 90 Day Fiancé star flaunts her amazing body in a white bathing suit, prancing down the shoreline. "November," she captioned the Instagram snap, adding the hashtag #beachdayeveryday. "Your look is definitely goals for me! I can admit when another woman is gorgeous and you are!" commented one of her followers. "Happiness looks sooooo good on you," added another. "Better than Pamela in Baywatch! Keep on rocking !" a third chimed in.

Jasmine revealed in an Instagram post that she struggled with her weight. In July 2022 she claimed she was her "heaviest 134 pounds," she wrote. She is now 119 pounds, her "ideal" weight. "I was basically eating very badly most of the time," Jasmine admitted.

Jasmine revealed in an Instagram post that she struggled with her weight. In July 2022 she claimed she was her "heaviest 134 pounds," she wrote. She is now 119 pounds, her "ideal" weight. "I was basically eating very badly most of the time," Jasmine admitted.

Jasmine started lifting weights, which she claims was "the key" to her fitness transformation. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Jasmine explained in a post that "nutrition and physical activity go hand in hand. What we eat before and after exercise, as well as on a regular basis, can make a large difference in how we feel and how we perform during activity," she said. She strives for the "right balance of macro and micronutrients," which may vary depending on your fitness level and the type of activity you perform. "Consuming adequate amounts of macronutrients—carbohydrates, protein, and fat—to fuel our bodies is imperative for optimal exercise performance," she added. "But if I want a burger, I eat a burger, no regrets," she previously said.

Jasmine recently started taking yoga classes. "I'm always open to welcome new life experiences with a heart full of gratitude. I just started new yoga classes and I'm loving this so much. I also love getting to know new people and making new friends. Embracing all the new without forgetting where I come from," she captioned a post. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Jasmine is a coffee drinker. She loves her daily cup of Starbucks. "Don't mess with my Starbies please ? If something makes you happy (as far as you're not hurting anyone including yourself) do it frequently," she joked in a photo caption. "P.S. you can tag me in your Starbies stories." According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Fleur East has an amazing beautiful figure

Ted Lasso star Fleur East is clearly feeling positive and grateful, judging by her social media posts. East, who played Jaylah Vivienne on the show, shared an Instagram video of herself wearing a swimsuit and enjoying the high points of life with friends and colleagues. "Life in recent times…grateful ❤️," she captioned the post. "Makes my heart burst with pride watching you do you!!! ????", commented friend Kimberly Wyatt.

East works out as part of a healthy lifestyle. "I don't think if you're purely trying to look a certain way that that should be your primary motivation, it should be something that's part of an all-round lifestyle rather than crash diets or just one month of intense and then the rest of the year nothing else," she says. "I think you should just work it into your lifestyle, part of your routine. [My exercise regime is] a mixture because I have a lot of choreography so I dance a lot. I do a lot of circuit training in the gym, so a lot of cardio, some weights, and I've just now started doing reformer classes which is really hard."

East follows a balanced, healthy diet with plenty of vegetables. "I don't really follow a particular diet but in general everybody knows what's good for them," she says. "I tend to eat healthy anyway, and every now and then I'll have a treat day where I'll have a pizza or something, every now and then. I don't deprive myself, but then to be honest I think I'm quite lucky in that I don't crave those things very often, I actually really like healthy food. I like chicken, grilled chicken and salad and fish and things like that." East is most careful about her diet when she's on the road. "I think that's probably when I am at my most strict because it's harder to eat healthy when you're on the road. The meal times are so messed up because you don't really have a schedule, you're just in rehearsals for so long, you get really tired and you're doing a lot of shows. I try to eat quite light as well, especially on the day of a performance because I don't like to eat heavy and then go on stage. I keep things quite light."

East goes easier on the cardio workouts these days. "Everything I had done before was cardio-driven," she says. "With weights I started seeing different results – I was more toned than I'd ever been and I felt stronger. I noticed the difference mostly on my abs and my legs. I was in a lot of girl bands at the time and many of the girls were dancers – they were really fit, so I had some catching up to do. But soon as I started weight training, I was a lot more toned and felt like I was up to their level. I can now squat 80kg. Squats are my strength – people don't expect me to squat as heavy as I do."

East wants to dispel some common myths about what happens to women when they lift weights. "A lot of women believe that if you lift weights you are going to look like the Hulk and it's really not true," she says. "That's a myth that I'd really love to dispel. It actually promotes lean muscle and it all depends on what you are eating. Diet is 80 percent of the results so if you are eating lean proteins and counting your macros, then weight training isn't going to bulk you up. And you burn more fat weight training."

East loves doing home workout videos. "One of my good friends is the PT Kyle Maslen – we used to train together all the time so I have learned so much from everyone I've trained with and home workout videos," she says. "I have used Insanity, Jillian Michaels' The Shred, Les Mills on Demand. I have even done Joe Wicks's YouTube workouts – I love all of them, the 15-minute ab workouts, or 15 minute HIIT workouts. I've done some of them back to back when I really want to kill myself. I love doing things that are easy, that I don't have to leave the house for. You really underestimate how much of a sweat you can get from working out in your living room. Now if I ever go the gym, I do classes, circuits spin or yoga vinyasa flow. I like to mix it up because I get bored easily."

Tennis beauty Eugenie Bouchard shows off her beautiful figure while on a Caribbean getaway

A former Wimbledon finalist sent pulses racing as she showed off her svelte figure in a set of bikini snaps – as she let slip about a racy new career venture.

Eugenie Bouchard, 29, from Montreal, became the first Canadian-born player to reach the final of the British Grand Slam in 2014. These days, the star has been seen swapping the courts for clubs, partying and hanging out with A-listers.

Now, fans have hailed Eugenie the “world’s sexiest tennis player” and on Wednesday evening, the blonde beauty lifted the lid on how she’s going to leverage that accolade even further.

Eugenie treated her 2.4 million Instagram fans and left little to the imagination as she slipped into a tiny pink and red bikini as she lounged on a sunbed during her Caribbean getaway. And when one fan quipped about making a racy career move, the tennis star had a surprising response.

“When’s the OnlyFans coming?” a follower asked. And Eugenie’s one-word answer was all that was needed to excite her horde of thirsty fans, as she replied “Soon!”

Another person added: “You know a lot of peeps are gonna hold on to this comment lol.”

Others took a moment to hail the gorgeous sports star, with a third adding: “You are so beautiful.” A fourth wrote: “This is the most beautiful female tennis player in the whole world.”

After turning pro aged just 15, Eugenie burst on the Grand Slam scene in 2014 and instantly became a household name. In that year, the Canadian reached the semi-finals of both the Australian Open and the French Open, as well as nearly taking home the Wimbledon title.

But after bouts of injury and years of declining form, the tennis ace’s chances of being a serious contender on the ATP Tour dwindled. But there was a silver lining. As her sporting career began grinding to a halt, her modelling life began to take off.

Eugenie posed for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue in 2018, and she has garnered millions of followers across social media.

Chaley Rose shares photos showing off her amazing body

Chaley Rose is revealing she's had a really bad year – in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post, the Nashville star shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while opening up about how social media doesn't always tell the full story. "2023 has been the second worst year of my life. Including the fact that I lost my favorite zebra print sunglasses. I'll tell you about the bigger stuff sometime. Social media is a lie," she captioned the series of snaps.

Chaley maintains that skincare is a great form of self-care. "Taking care of my skin has become almost ritualistic. I love taking time in the morning and evening to complete my skin care routine. It's quiet, self improvement time," she told Nicole Pence.

Chaley spends a lot of time hiking. When she is in Los Angeles, she hits Runyon Canyon. "I used to think I hated hiking. But turns out, I just hate hiking with other people," she wrote on social media. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

Building stronger muscles and bones

Improving your sense of balance

Improving your heart health

Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

Boxing and kickboxing are part of Chaley's stay-fit routine. "Posting these again because I feel like I need to hit something (or someone) today. Anyone wanna volunteer to get punched in the face?" she captioned a post. Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.

Chaley reaps the benefits of kayaking. Not only is it great for building upper body strength and helps reduce stress, but can burn up to 400 calories per hour, translating to 1,600 calories in four hours of paddling.

Chaley bikes to get around. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Vanessa Hudgens shows off her amazing body

Vanessa Hudgens is celebrating her sister in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the High School Musical alum shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while honoring her sibling on her special day. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY @stellahudgens ???? words will never be able to fully express how much I love you but you make everything better. Literally everything. I couldn't be more grateful to have such an intelligent, beautiful, fun, loving, sassy womb mate. You're everything to me and always will be. Love you," she captioned the Instagram snap.

"I try to avoid an alarm if I can. Once my eyes are open, the first thing that I do is give gratitude. I feel like that's such an important thing to do and it really sets the tone for my day," Vanessa told Marie Claire about how she wakes up in the morning.

Vanessa (tries) to prioritize hydration. "I'm also a big advocate of hydrating, but I'm not a big water person. I'm terrible with water—I hope I'll grow out of it. So for now, I just reach for Caliwater, my cactus water brand," she said.

Vanessa likes a hearty breakfast. "I love eating and I love breakfast. My breakfast normally consists of some form of eggs, avocado, and an oat milk latte," she continued.

"After I eat, I'll take my supplements," Vanessa added. "Right now, I'm just using Ritual's Synbiotic+. I travel so often, so it's really important for me to do what I can to boost my immune system. It's funny, but a huge portion of your immune system is actually in your GI tract, so the stronger the gut, the stronger the immune system. It's also great that it doesn't need to be refrigerated since I'm always on the go."

Then, Vanessa tries to squeeze in a workout. "It's honestly hard for me to have a daily or even weekly workout routine because I'm never in one place for long. But whenever I can, I love to get a pilates or yoga class in," she said.

"Nothing centers me more than being with nature. Whenever I'm feeling a bit chaotic, I'll go for a walk outside or a hike. It always does the trick," Vanessa said.

Madison Lintz wrapped up the last week of October in sunny Spain

Bosch Star Madison Lintz wrapped up the last week of October in sunny Spain. Lintz, who plays Maddie Bosch on the Amazon Prime show, shared highlights from her vacation, including a snap of her posing in a green bikini next to a beautiful palm tree, the ocean behind her as a backdrop. "Love the new Bosch: Legacy season. It's been amazing for us fans to watch you evolve your character and mature with such poise over the years. Proud of you, Mads," a fan commented.

Acting was inevitable for Lintz, as her whole family is in the industry. "Yes my entire family aside from my dad acts!" she says. "My mom took me to a commercial shoot she was working on when I was six and from that moment on I've been hooked! My parents have helped me so much, it's such a dream. The hours are long, but gratifying."

Lintz starred on The Walking Dead, which she loved. " I really enjoyed working on the show, I had an absolute blast, it was like summer camp with zombies. I'm very thankful that I got to be a part of a show that became so popular and gained such a dedicated following! It was very interesting to see the show rise in popularity, my family and I had no idea it was gonna blow up like that."

Lintz practically grew up on the Bosch set. "So much has happened in that time," she says. "I started on the show when I was 15, and I couldn't drive. Now I'm 22, and I have my own apartment, I can drink, I can drive. I've become an adult in that time, so what haven't I learned? I guess the main thing I learned is that it is possible to be able to work with passionate artists, and I can do this. This is what I want to do for the rest of my life. If you watch season 7, there are definitely some decisions that my character, Maddie—which is weird. It was confusing, because everybody just calls me Maddie on set, and sometimes actors think I'm being method in introducing myself as my character. But that's fine, it's my name, but there was a lot of confusion. Maddie is definitely going through it. She has some decisions she will have to make."

Lintz doesn't shy away from difficult storylines. "I love working with heavier material, personally," she says. "It allows for more character development. But, even with that being said, as an actor you have to take the precautions necessary to ensure that the heaviness and sadness do not stick with you! You have to have a thick skin in this business. There's a lot of rejection. Shaking things off has to be an actor's middle name!"

Lintz loves her job, even the hard parts. "I love the challenge of it," she says. "I love how exhilarating it can feel, even in seemingly mundane moments. I love being able to throw my heart and soul into every scene. I love how there's always more to discover about a character, one more element of a scene to consider. I love working with actors who are also passionate about what they do."

Perrie Edwards shows off her sizzling physique in Turkey

Perrie Edwards was every inch the beach babe in her latest slew of sizzling snaps which she posted to her Instagram page on Saturday.

The singer, 30, showcased her phenomenal physique in a tiny brown bikini, which included a top with an asymmetric strap and matching bottoms.

The skimpy two-piece showcased her toned midriff and long legs as she posed up a storm beside a swimming pool on the sun-soaked trip.

Perrie revealed that she has been spending in Antalya, Turkey, where she now splits her time following her fiance's career move to the country.

The former Little Mix star, who is mother to her son Axel, two, wore her blonde locks in beachy waves and sported a pair of round sunglasses.

The bare-faced beauty accessorised her beach look with a simple necklace and a pair of hoop earrings, as well as a Van Cleef & Arpels bracelet, retailing for £3,950.

Perrie won the approval of her former bandmate Leigh-Anne Pinnock, who commented underneath the picture: 'Divine.'

Perrie recently followed in the footsteps of her friend Leigh-Anne by moving abroad.

The singer is planning to split her time between England and Turkey following her fiancé Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain's football move.

The footballer, 30, has joined Besiktas in a three-year deal after leaving Liverpool earlier this summer.

She previously packed up to live in Cheshire after Alex signed for Liverpool and has now planned to venture out even further.

Perrie, who has son Axel with the sportsman, will be flying out as much as possible so they can be together as a family.

A source told The Sun: 'It hasn't been an easy decision because Perrie and Alex have their young son Axel to think about and they don't want to live their lives apart.

'The deal was too good to turn down though so they are giving it a shot and are determined to make it work.

'They know it's not going to be straightforward but they love each other and want to support one another's dreams. That means making some sacrifices.'

Perrie's bandmate Leigh-Anne, 31, currently splits her time between the UK and Greece since her husband Andre Gray, 32, signed up for Aris FC in Thessaloniki.

AJ Michalka is living her best life in Italy in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post The Goldbergs star, who is also half of the singing duo Aly and AJ, shows off her gorgeous body in a bathing suit while vacationing in Puglia. "Beautiful," commented one of her followers. "You look wonderful!" added another.

AJ and her sister are obsessed with pilates. "My balance and flexibility have never been stronger due to Pilates," she told Parade.com. "Pilates on the Reformer, for me, is my main form of working out. I have the most fun doing this.

AJ is also a yogi. "I sprinkle in yoga a little bit in my every day routine if I can," she added to Parade.

To stay in shape on the road, she does her pilates workouts online. "The cool thing is we have the Wundabar Pilates Movement online that she's created," she said about the 30-minute mat pilates workout. She brings discs, a ring, ball, and bands to get the workout done wherever she is.

You won't find either of the sisters on a bland diet. "We are big foodies, so I think the big thing with being on tour is really finding the hotspots in each city where we can really enjoy a nice meal. And that's when I try not to worry about intake necessarily; it's more portion control. But, for me, if I see an exciting menu, I'm going to want to go there. We're very eclectic eaters," AJ told Parade. AJ also drinks a lot of juices.

AJ is a big fan of therapy. "My big thing is, regardless of mental health, my goal is for Aly and I to preserve our friendship and our relationship," she told Popsugar. "That's the forefront of our lives, as opposed to us as a band and partnership. I do think it would be smart to see someone, almost like couples therapy but for siblings."

Sheli McCoy shows off her amazingly fit figure

Sabre the Gladiator, AKA Sheli McCoy, is hitting the beach in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Gladiator shows off her amazingly fit figure in a bathing suit while sitting on the beach. "Vitamin Sea ? amongst other very useful supplements in my daily life," she captioned the Instagram snap.

Sabre is devoted to Crossfit, claiming it changed her life. "I was a very unhappy and broken young girl, I was unhealthily overweight, at a low point of my life from an abusive relationship with zero self confidence or worth and desperate to find a way forward to be a better person for myself and my family. I fell in lole with the pain at first and then came the feelings of accomplishment and I slowly started to heal and grow and shine again," she told Inov-8.

Sabre has a lot of self-love. "My body is the product of effort, struggle, success, failure, focus and commitment. I love my body for what it can do and so I look at it with pride and I am unashamed. I used to worry what others, particularly men, would say when I was out in a gym environment, but the harder I work to be a better athlete the thicker my skin seems to get," she said.

Sabre works out almost all the time. "I train five days a week, two to three times a day on a Crossfit programme written by a coach, Mike Catris, called Moofit programming and it's really brought me and my skills on over the last five to six months," she told Road to Gainsville.

Sabre makes sure to give herself rest. "One day I will have active recovery which may be a swim or walk or light run and one day is complete rest," she added. "Recovery is the key to growth."

As for diet, "I stick to macros written by my nutritionist Carl Greenslade, every day I aim for the same totals," she said. "My Nutrition has to be perfect for my body to give me what I demand from it – to the best of its ability," she added. Her favorite cheat meal? Donuts. "Big, dirty, heart destroying, fudgey, sticky, too big for my mouth DONUTS."

Carmen Serano looks amazing at 50

Carmen Serano is sharing a message of self-love in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the actress, who played Assistant Principal Carmen Molina on the hit show Breaking Bad, shows off her incredible body at 50 in a bathing suit, while walking in the ocean. "Beautiful," commented one of her followers. "Gorgeous," added another.

In her post celebrating her 50th, Carmen confessed that she has major self-love. " I've learned to let go of the old stories that enslaved me. This newfound freedom is unlike anything I've ever experienced before! The freedom to not only accept but to fully embrace myself and my body, regardless of weight, stretch marks, cellulite & whatever imperfections I used to focus on," she wrote. I'm done with that old, boring narrative of not being thin enough, successful enough, rich enough! I am EVERYTHING enough! And I deserve all the happiness this life has to offer. ? So…That's my new story, and I'm sticking to it!" she continued. "It's never too late to learn something new, and loving yourself is the best new thing you can learn! And for you young, beautiful little things out there, please don't wait! The time is now!"

Carmen spends a lot of time outside. She loves kayaking in the ocean. "Happy place," she captioned a set of photos of herself kayaking. Kayaking is a great workout. Not only is it great for building upper body strength and helps reduce stress, but can burn up to 400 calories per hour, translating to 1,600 calories in four hours of paddling.

Carmen is also an avid hiker. "One with nature," she captioned a post. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

Building stronger muscles and bones

Improving your sense of balance

Improving your heart health

Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

Carmen is a coffee drinker. "Starbucks in #Paris," she captioned a snap of herself sipping on a cup in France. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation.

Carmen enjoys the benefits of standup paddleboarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

Finally, Carmen takes lots of walks. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Lexi Underwood shares photos from the beach

Lexi Underwood is heating up the Bahamas in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the Cruel Summer beauty shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while on the beach. "Sorry in advance for my behavior this month," she captioned the Instagram snaps. "So freaking Gorgeous," commented one of her followers. "Serving beauty & elegance on the daily!" added another.

Lexi practices self-care. On Sundays, she tells HelloGiggles, "I'll wake up, play a board game with my family, talk [with] my friends, or play PS4. I'll also read and write. I love writing and creating my own content. I'm actually writing a script right now."

"In all honesty, I've been going to sleep really late. But before I go to sleep, I'll meditate," Underwood told HelloGiggles. "I've been reading Self-Meditation by Barbara Ann Kipfer; it's been my go-to meditation book."

Lexi is also a yogi. "I also love to exercise and do yoga on Sundays; it cleanses my body. Every time I do yoga, I never have a heavy heart or [feel] like I'm holding a lot of weight on my chest. It helps me feel light and ready to take on whatever life has in store for me. My friends and I will sometimes be on the phone together, especially now, and we'll meditate or do yoga together. I usually search for random videos on YouTube. I'm not the biggest yoga expert, as I recently started not too long ago. Right now I'm doing a bunch of home exercises. I'll just search for random videos and whatever pops up first, I'll try out," she told HelloGiggles.

Lexi relies on supplements to keep her healthy. "My uncle is a doctor and he [provides] support to me and tells me everything I need to take, especially when I did travel and was on the go. Right now, he's been advising me on how to stay calm and the kinds of vitamins I should take, like vitamin C," she told HelloGiggles.

Lexi has found her fitspiration in Beyoncé. "Every time I get on Beyoncé's Instagram, it always gives me motivation. Everything about her motivates me to just be 10 times better and work hard during quarantine. I watched Homecoming not too long ago, and just seeing how hard she went for Coachella, it's kind of inspired me to start exercising. Now, I'm working on getting abs like Beyoncé," she told Elite Daily.

Gina Rodriguez shows off her incredible body

Gina Rodriguez is expressing her gratitude for her husband – in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the Not Dead Yet star shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit while also revealing her deep love for her significant other. "I feel our memories in the fabric of my hair. Every goosebump on my skin another time you have made my heart skip a beat. You gave me a son and as he sleeps on my lap I see your love all over his spirit. Here are 10 pics of us because I can't stop scrolling through my favorites album. This man, this love, how did I get so lucky?" she captioned the Instagram post. "Just beautiful!!!" commented her friend, Viola Davis. "y'all are just beautiful," added Liza Koshy.

Gina doesn't buy into diet culture. "It's important to celebrate my successes with the people around me. Eating, drinking, and toasting are big parts of my family gatherings," she told Shape. "I think body positivity is important because it frees up a lot of worrying and a lot of stress we spend on it daily. Instead, put all that time and energy into doing the things you want to do and making your dreams come true."

Rodriguez suffers from Hashimoto's disease, an autoimmune condition that impacts the thyroid and can lead to an underactive thyroid. When first diagnosed, Gina revealed to Self that it felt like "the curse of a lifetime," especially due to the potential weight gain implications. "To the core of my being, I know what it's like to feel like there is no way I can win this, so where do I even begin," she said. "[Hashimoto's] affects so many aspects of your life. I've had it for so many years…that rebellion of not taking care of myself can't exist anymore."

Gina loves boxing and Muay Thai. "No pain, no Muay Thai. I came here to transform. I came here to face my demons and bad habits. I went full force into training and it wasn't comfortable or easy but discipline never is and life never is. Everyday I want to grow stronger, I may fail but I will try. Everyday I want to grow wiser, I may fail but I will try. Life knocks you down and it can hurt but that has never stopped me before and so I repeat no pain, no Muay Thai," she captioned this Instagram post.

Due to her health condition, Hashimoto's Gina has to be careful with her diet, fueling her body with what it needs. "Fatigue is already an issue with Hashimoto's, and some scenes can really take a lot out of you," she told Shape. "That's a by-product of the job, so I keep my energy up by being conscientious about the food I put in my body-eating more fiber and vegetable protein."

"I eat healthily and work out, so I don't worry about having a red velvet cupcake or slice of pizza," Gina told Shape. "I can't say I'm on point, always on it, because, man, I'm flawed," she added to Self. "I want the burger and the ice cream and the red velvet cupcakes. I want the croissant with my coffee, even though gluten doesn't do me justice."

As can be seen in her recent social media post, Gina is a surfer. According to the Australian government's Better Health, surfing provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. "Once you're standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up," they say.

Lauralee Bell is sharing gratitude while vacationing with her family

In a recent social media post the Young and the Restless star shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while vacationing with her family. "Thank you family (and friends who are family) Spending time together is my favorite thing! ?️❤️All parents understand when kids go off to college and/or start having their own lives we wait for these moments to be together," she captioned the Instagram video.

At 54, Bell maintains that two things are responsible for her longevity. "I have to just really eat well and lift weights and try to last," she told Deadline.

In an interview with the Los Angeles Times many years ago, Bell explained that exercise changed her face. "It sounds so strange but after working out, an awful lot changed. I lost baby fat. My face changed. My hairdresser asked if I had my eyes enlarged because suddenly they were so big on camera. I just changed," she said.

"It's amazing. When you strengthen your body, you strengthen your mind. I became more independent. I became stronger, more vocal in terms of my beliefs," she added about the mental benefits of breaking a sweat.

Bell said that she works out three times a week. "I eat differently now so I don't have to work out as much. I get there 20 minutes before my trainer to walk the treadmill. And then I lift weights. I leg press a lot, close to 200 pounds. And I do barbells anywhere from 5 to 25 pounds. One day we'll do shoulders and legs and then the next day we'll do arms and butt. When I'm watching TV I'll crank out 100 or 200 sit-ups during commercial breaks," she added.

She also walks on the treadmill and outside.

Bell detailed her diet to the Los Angeles Times. "At home I'll have Shredded Wheat or Grape Nuts for breakfast–that to me is the biggest treat–and nonfat milk. Orange juice and coffee. If I'm [on the set] it's very easy to order egg whites or granola or oatmeal," she said. "Then for lunch I'll bring turkey hot dogs and spinach and brown rice vegetable patties, which I heat up in the microwave, and a salad or vegetable. And I drink a lot of diet Coke. Dinner, I eat a lot of fish–like this weekend I had swordfish–and a lot of meat and chicken and vegetables. I just won't have the potato or bread. I really like red and white wine. And every once in a while I have to do something like pizza or Doritos or Oreos. And I eat a lot of licorice."

Olivia Ponton shares some photos

Olivia Ponton is working on herself in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the influencer shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while giving followers a glimpse into her life. "been working on me 4 me," she captioned the Instagram photos, modeling bathing suits and some skimpy workout attire from Alo Yoga.

Olivia's fitness routine is "bomb by all means," she says. "For me, working out is not only good for my body, but also good for my brain," she told Sports Illustrated. "For me, working out is an hour of time for myself and an opportunity to step away from my phone. On a typical day, I probably spend around 6-8 hours staring at a screen, which I know is horrible for me. A hard workout provides me an escape for one hour during my day, where I can let my mind be free of social media."

Olivia is one of the many celebrities who trains at the Dogpound gym. "Dogpound is a very safe space where I always feel at home. I absolutely love it there; the team of trainers are so nice, but when training they definitely kick my bum!" she added. "When I work out in the gym, I like to focus mainly on abs, arms and back. I have been training those muscles the most because I personally love seeing women that have good upper body strength. Kirk, my trainer, has me do variations of curl-ups and sit-ups for around 30 minutes. Then the other 30 we have a mixture of weights and machines for the arms, back and legs."

Olivia replenishes after exercise with protein. "I drink protein drinks 2-3 times a week after my workouts. I personally believe they help a lot with getting my muscles toned," she told Sports Illustrated.

"Speaking of a healthy diet, I also make sure to eat a lot of fruit throughout the week. Fruit has so many good sugars and hydration components in them. Acai bowls are a super smart way to get in tons of fruit at once. In Açaí bowls you can add peanut butter and all types of nuts/seeds to make it even more beneficial," Olivia added about her diet.

"Another super important tip that I could give would be eating a good breakfast every day," Olivia told the publication. "What you feed your body is SUPER IMPORTANT, and that starts in the morning. I like to pack my breakfast with healthy protein and greens. Sneaking spinach into a smoothie or into eggs is an insanely easy way to add in greens. I also love making an egg bagel with cream cheese in the morning. In the eggs you can add any veggies you like — spinach, onions, mushrooms, peppers, whatever you desire."

Sadie Stanley shows off her amazing body

Sadie Stanley is heating up Mexico in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the Cruel Summer beauty shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while attending her BFFs bachelorette party on the Riviera Maya. "We had the most magical time in Mexico celebrating the bride/best friend/best manager in the world @tbright1994 at @unico2087 ☺️??I love you Tay, can't wait for your special day!! Thank you Unico for the best Bach trip experience," she captioned the post with her followers.

Sadie is a reader. The last book she read? "I Am Still Alive by Kate Alice Marshall. SO GOOD. Highly recommend," she told Popsugar. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Sadie's workout routine is "pretty damn good" most of the time, but went downhill before quarantine started. "I've decided to be kind to myself and cut myself some slack, and I encourage everyone to do the same if they aren't feeling themselves very productive or motivated during this time. Do your best to make time for things that make you feel good, whatever that may be," she said.

To prepare for her role as Clancy in The Sleepover, she trained with Kim Possible, which "helped a lot with any physical aspects" of the role. "We had a few stunts here and there and, because I had that training under my belt, it made those a lot easier to do. So that was helpful because I love doing my own stunts. I'm always into that," she told Girls Life. "We did a whole boot camp for Kim Possible for the whole month before we started shooting. We just trained every single day with our amazing stunt and fight coordinator and that was a really fun experience, because I'd never done something like that. I was really eager to do as many stunts with my own as I could."

Another healthy outlet for Sadie? Music. "I used to play the guitar a little bit, but I kind of stopped. So I picked it back up since we're in quarantine, and I've been learning a lot of my favorite songs and stuff like that, and I've been getting pretty good. I'm excited about it," she told Girls Life.

One of Sadie's go-to workouts? She does "some easy yoga and stretching in my living room," she told Popsugar.

Morena Baccarin was chasing the sun at the gorgeous Riviera Maya

How I Met Your Mother star Morena Baccarin spent September chasing the sun at the gorgeous St. Regis Kanai Resort, Riviera Maya, Mexico. Baccarin, 44, shared a selfie where she's posing in a swimsuit by a beautiful pool, against a background of palm trees and blue skies. "Thank you @stregiskanairesort for the amazing stay. The only [part] I didn't like was leaving," she captioned the post. "Have a lovely vacation amazing Morena!" a fan commented.

Baccarin is a big fan of swimming and Pilates. "I love swimming laps," she says. "That's my main go-to for exercise. I'll go to the YMCA and swim whenever I can. Sometimes that takes a little more time than I have, so walking or running somewhere—as opposed to taking a quick Uber—is always a really good alternative if you don't mind showing up sweaty or in leggings. I also love Pilates, and I do a combo of that and training with a personal trainer when I have time. Lately, it's just been a very sporadic mix!"

Baccarin loves to experiment with makeup. "I love trying beauty products," she says. "I'm always very curious about them. When I do photo shoots or glam for an event, I'm always asking my makeup artist 'What's that?' I'm into a few things at the moment: My facialist Joanna Czech has a new line that just came out and it is phenomenal. I'm very much into her cream, specifically. I love it because it's a one-stop shop. I wash my face, I put that on, and I'm done."

Baccarin is diligent about keeping her skin clean and healthy. "I have to wash my makeup off," she says. "That has to come off, all that heavy stuff, whether you put on a lot or a little. I don't feel good until I've completely scrubbed my face, and I have to use makeup remover and facial wash. I like something that is soapy, not oily—I don't like that texture, and it's something that I feel like I have to put all over my face, including my eyes. I just scrub it all and splash water on it, and all of it comes off at once. When I'm in a pinch, Koh Gen Do has this Cleansing Spa Water, which is a makeup remover and face refresher that does remove everything really quickly. So if it's 3 in the morning and I've just gotten off work, I wipe the makeup off in my van and moisturize when I get home."

Baccarin's ideal self-care is going to a retreat. "I find it frustrating when I'm in the city and I go to the Baccarat Hotel, an amazing spa," she says. "I go there, I spend 3-4 hours, I get a massage, I get a facial, whatever it is, and I come home and I feel like all of the effects fade so quickly the minute I walk through the door. [Laughs.] So my ideal spa would be a retreat in Arizona or wine country where I can luxuriate in the spa and then go to my hotel room, lay in bed, and watch a movie."

Baccarin says her family keeps her grounded. "Kids show you quickly what life is all about," she says. "It's been great for me. I had my first kid in my 30s, and now I have had my third, and it all comes back to them. Watching these little people mature, grow, learn, and looking at the world through their eyes is so magical. It puts everything into perspective. When you are at work and you are feeling glamorous and then you come home and you instantly have throw up on you, you are changing a diaper, or there is screaming happening and you are trying to get everyone to sleep (laughs). They have a way of keeping you real."

Nathalie Emmanuel shares swimsuit photos from Antigua

Game of Thrones star Nathalie Emmanuel is missing the gorgeous Caribbean country of Antigua, after taking a trip there earlier this year. Emmanuel, 34, shared a highlight reel of her vacation—and it's envy-inducing. The actress is seen spending time exploring the island, posing in a variety of swimsuits on the beach. "Take me back!!! Shout out to @hodgesbay_antigua for being the backdrop of some much needed R&R. Special mention to @sheerrocks and big up @qweens.royal.treats for feeding us all the delicious things," she captioned the post.

Emmanuel has been a yogi for years. "I started going to yoga when I was 19 as a way to stay active but also do something by myself if I needed peace and quiet," she says. "In the last seven years, it's been much more of a necessity that I do it religiously. Wherever I am in the world, I find a yoga studio or I travel with my mat. I also trained to become a yoga instructor about two years ago—and taught at a London studio for a bit—because friends kept asking, 'Can you show me how?' Yoga is something I do to sit and breathe and bring my attention inward, because I'm often giving so much energy to the world.

It's important to check in physically, mentally, and emotionally and see what's going on. A lot of the things you shove to the bottom, to get through the week, come out. It's good to engage with those things and have a conversation."

Emmanuel works out for her health over her appearance. "I'm not working out to be a certain weight or size," she says. "I'm a goal-oriented person. My fitness goals at the moment are to do pull-ups and to do a pincha mayurasana, which is a forearm stand in yoga. I'm pretty strong at a headstand, but I want to be able to do a handstand and hold it. The workouts I do with my trainer in London condition me for those things. We focus on upper-body strength because that's my weakness. We work different muscle groups. We do circuits where you perform five or six exercises for a minute each, take a break, and then do it again. I also run and do body-weight exercises, weights, and boxing—I like to mix it up."

Emmanuel doesn't pressure herself when it comes to working out. "One of the biggest lessons I learnt from yoga is that your body doesn't do the same thing every day and that's totally fine," she says. "Whatever you could do yesterday, that's great, well done, but you might not be able to do it today. You might not even be able to do it tomorrow. It's about not judging yourself and allowing yourself to be wherever you're at. That's my favorite thing about yoga."

Emmanuel tries to stick to a healthy, whole foods diet. "Because I'm vegan and I have a gluten intolerance as well, when I find baking that is both vegan and gluten-free, it's so exciting that I tend to go a bit over the top," she says. "In L.A., I go to this place called Erin McKenna's Bakery and basically eat all the things. Mostly, I try to keep my food simple. I want to read the ingredients and know exactly what's in stuff or be able to pronounce it. That's generally my thing: If I can't understand the words on the back of the packaging, then maybe I shouldn't be eating it. Usually, I'll cook lots of vegetables together—broccoli, onions, peppers, mushrooms—and then I like to add a bean or something. Or I might buy some organic tofu, season it, and mix it with a grain or in a salad. Throw some nuts in there. I make it as colorful and as varied as I can."

Emmanuel has specific go-tos when it comes to vegan cuisine. "If I can find pancakes that are vegan and gluten free, as I have a gluten allergy, I will go in," she says. "I like topping them with strawberries, banana and maybe a bit of maple syrup, even a bit of vegan butter. But my favorite meal if I can be bothered to cook it, is rice and peas and aki 'no saltfish', I call it. I basically make the same Jamaican dish, sometimes I add greens like kalalalou or spinach, but without the saltfish. I'll fry some plantain and steam some veg to go with it, too. I love it."
