Princess Maria-Olympia is floating in the air in her swimsuit. The Greek princess shows off her incredible figure in a bathing suit along with Poppy Delevingne in one of her latest social media posts. "In the clouds," she captioned the gorgeous series of Instagram snaps.
"I go in waves of working out," Maria-Olympia told Tatler about her approach to fitness. "Just before lockdown I was living in New York and I became obsessed with SLT (Strengthen – Lengthen – Tone) – it's like Pilates on steroids. Then everything changed and I started doing at home Pilates classes."
Maria-Olympia is now "just obsessed with running around Hyde Park," she told Tatler. "I used to run with my Dad's dog in New York – he is a German Shepherd. I would go round the Central Park reservoir which is a good half an hour." According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.
While Maria-Olympia eats healthy most of the time she has a few guilty pleasures." love Chinese food," she told The Zoe Report, revealing her hack for a puffy face due to sodium. "My mom would always tell me, 'Get me a bowl of ice.' So I always have to have ice to de-puff my face," she said. In another Instagram post she revealed her go-to sweet treat. "She said let them eat cake but I prefer ice cream (sic)."
Maria-Olympia also loves cycling. Here she is with a designer bike in Paris. "It was a man's Louis Vuitton racing bike!" she told Telegraph. "It was really high. I was wearing a little skirt as well."
Maria-Olympia reveals that she was taught manners at a young age by her mom. "It wasn't that bad. My mother cleverly made it all like a game for us. Whoever had the best manners got to pick what the meal would be on Tuesday or whatever. We were all very competitive and kids always want a prize. Anyway, we inspired the book with our bad behaviour! Just kidding," she told Telegraph.

Nabilla told Gulf News that doing makeup is "like therapy" for her,"a way to gain self-confidence, to express who I am," she said. "Beauty is a bit like the school of life; we experiment, we learn, we make mistakes, we start over, we create a personality, then we assert ourselves, and finally find ourselves. I want to give everyone the chance to try it and have the freedom to just be themselves!"
Nabilla loves to ski and goes on regular vacations to the mountains with her family. Research has linked downhill skiing to a number of health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress and the occurrence of memory deficits declines.
Nabilla understands the importance of hydration. Here she is drinking out of a coconut on the beaches of Brazil. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.
Nabilla, who spends a lot of time at the beach, loves paddleboarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.
Nabilla loves soaking in hot water, in a hot tub or bath. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Riley stresses the importance of self-care. "If I'm filming and I have a day off, I'll just sit at home, read, take baths, chill out, and not go anywhere. I love the beach; my husband loves the beach. It's weird, I grew up in California and I've only surfed, like, once. I kind of grew up half my life in Hawaii as well; there's not really big waves on the side of the island that I lived on so it was never really like a thing that I started," she told Elle.
Riley relies on an occasional pick-me-up. "I'll drink coffee; I'll drink matcha green tea. I can't have too much because I'm like already anxious in general so if I have a bunch of coffee I'll tweak and then like, have anxiety. And then I'll crash. So if I have a long day I actually won't drink caffeine," she told Elle.
Riley revealed to The Blonde and the Brunette that yoga is the only exercise she likes. "It's the only thing I enjoy that's active, I absolutely hate working out," she confessed. "Yoga trains the proprioception and visual systems to improve balance. Depending on the pose, cues are sent to focus, for instance, on the foot rooted to the ground. By concentrating in an attempt to maintain contact, the big toe, little toe and heel form a tripod of sorts, which in turn helps focus the proprioception portion of balance," says the Mayo Clinic.

Keough explained to InStyle that she considers herself a spiritual person, describing her pull towards her career path as "a deeper kind of sense of knowingness," and a "kind of a spiritual thing." She doesn't identify as a Buddhist, but studies the religion and considers it being a "participant of this world and whatever we're doing here." She added to Mr. Porter: "It's really important for me to be connected, somehow, spiritually," she says. "I spend a lot of time doing things that are grounding. My body is really important to me because I have Lyme disease, so I'm trying to take care of myself."
Riley tries to "not be an anything-oholic" and approaches things with moderation. "I'm really consciously trying to be present, and not use anything as any kind of escape, and be cognizant of when I'm doing that," she told InStyle.
"I'm just generally trying to be grateful for everything at the moment, trying to operate in love, and keep my heart open, and give and receive love. And not in a woo-woo way, because I definitely have hard days, and all kinds of pain and suffering and all that. But I think when you realize that's part of it, and your expectation isn't to just be feeling joy, that's been a real shift for me in finding those moments and things to smile about," Riley told InStyle.

De Moras revealed some of her favorite foods in an interview with La Cuarta. "My breakfast is super healthy," she says. "Vegetable smoothies, vegetables and fruits. Around 9-10 am, already in the morning, I eat a pan of three scrambled eggs alone (without bread). And before that I ate a pita bread with turkey ham and avocado."
De Moras tells La Cuarta that her diet is based on how much exercise she does. "You eat much more, but you have to be more aware, because since you're hungrier sometimes you walk around and say 'I'll eat anything', and that's when you say 'no'. Hopefully what I'm going to eat has a large portion of protein, with carbohydrates, like a turkey sandwich; if there is not, it can be a yogurt. But it is no longer the pecking of the cookie. And about the gym, every day I go for at least one hour and go jogging."
De Moras posts a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do to stay in shape is weight train. She shared a video of herself in the gym. In it, De Moras is seen doing squats with a barbell and squat jumps with handweights. She captioned the post, "An intense week is coming, let's go with everything!"

"I feel better than ever, and I guess you can tell," she captioned the Instagram post of herself walking on the beach.
Kinga is very serious about her yoga practice. "Yesterday. Insane beach and magical sunset – I couldn't resist… ?? ♀️ The best thing about practicing yoga is that you can do it anywhere, at any time, without special equipment, without fancy clothes. All you need is an impulse. There is no competition in yoga, you can only be a better version of yourself every day. Yoga is not gymnastics, it's a conversation with your own body and soul, from which you can learn a lot about yourself. However, fortunately for me ?, there are no shortage of challenges here. In order to stand on one leg (on barefoot, on an uneven rock, with the wind from the sea) and raise your hands up, you need focus and a balanced, deep breath. If you can still close your eyes and stay in this position for a few minutes, magical experiences are guaranteed ?? . Would recommend!" she captioned a recent post.
Kinga also makes sure to hydrate. In her latest post she carries a coconut around. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.
"I stay active, do extreme sports, have tons of energy!" Kinga reveals in her most recent post. One of her favorite sports? Skiing.
King also enjoys surfing. "Surfing is a massive dose of adrenaline and definitely the most difficult (most risky) sport I've ever done (and I have a few extremes in my resume?)," she captioned a post. "In surfing, coordination and general fitness are one thing, technique and strength are another, experience is third, but here comes intuition and the ability to 'read; the ocean and this is a higher degree of insideration," she continued.
In her most recent post, Kinga also reveals she is a vegetarian. "I've been meat free for years and I'm okay with that?! #dzienbezmiesa. I also don't drink cows milk, don't eat butter or other animal products. My diet is well balanced because I replace the animal protein with a plant based one (lentil plants)," she said. "Giving up meat is an individual decision. I initially cut back on meat significantly, then I finally gave up on it completely. Never been attracted to it since, never "missed" its taste, never regretted the change."

Luisa takes care of her body and mind with regular yoga sessions, which boast many health benefits, per Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."
When Luisa is exercising, you will always find a bottle of water close by. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.
Luisa enjoys drinking coffee, which is great for your health in moderation per science. A 2022 study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death.
Luisa goes for regular walks, which can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
Luisa also enjoys running. "After a birthday dinner you just have to run," she captioned a photo of herself stretching before hitting the pavement. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

Amber maintains an Ayurdvedic-inspired diet to help keep her skin clear. "I always had pretty good skin until this period in my late 30s where it got really angry. I think it was a hormone change or something—I just kept getting these really awful bumps, one after another. Finally I saw an Ayurvedic doctor who told me 'You need to cut out this, this, and this,' sort of like a cleanse. The whole process was really tailored—she looks at your eyes and your tongue and she said I had too much fire in my system. I had to cut out all spicy foods. I'm still pretty much on that diet, but I'm not as strict as I should be—I'll have dairy and drink coffee. But cutting things out cleared my skin up a lot," she told Into the Gloss.
Amber believes that physical health starts from the inside. "I try to meditate and pray," she told Allure. "When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress," says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:
Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations
Building skills to manage your stress
Increasing self-awareness
Focusing on the present
Reducing negative emotions
Increasing imagination and creativity
Increasing patience and tolerance
Lowering resting heart rate
Lowering resting blood pressure
Improving sleep quality
Amber's diet is simple, healthy, and nourishing. "I eat really clean and really simple: brown rice, a quinoa bowl, grilled fish, veggies, a big salad. I appreciate fine foods, but that's not how I eat day to day," she told Allure.
Amber spends a lot of time outdoors, hiking and walking. "Sunrise play in the Petrified Forest National Park in AZ with my road trippers @teddycharles35 , Bella and Milla," she captioned this post. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.
In a video for MindBodyGreen Amber revealed that she has been sober since she was 25. "I'm coming out to you today, and I'm not coming out the way you think," she said. "I'm coming out to you as an addict. I suffer from a disease called addiction, and I've had it for as long as I can remember." She reveals that he addiction went from sniffing glue as a child and smoking marijuana later on to cocain and alcohol. "I was in a business where drugs were accepted, and they were given to me," she said. "I had a multi-million-dollar deal, and I showed up the first day to shoot this campaign high and drunk. I didn't care. And that's to just show you addiction takes you to the worst places."

The celebration took place last Friday, and the Canadian star looked to join in the festivities by sporting the iconic Irish green. Bouchard was seen posing in the swimsuit whilst taking a rest on a tree in the sunshine, and sitting by a pool.
The Canadian shared the Paddy's Day snap to her 2.3 million followers on Instagram, as her swooning fans flew to the comments to pay their compliments to the former SW19 finalist.
Along with the photo, Bouchard added the caption: "Annual green bikini pic in honor of my fav holiday." In the comments section, one adoring fan described the tennis star as a 'dream woman', whilst another added: "That's certainly made my st paddys day here in Ireland."
The compliments did not stop there for the Canadian national, with another fan writing: "Wish it could be St Paddy’s day everyday," whilst a fourth follower commented: "Waited all year for this!"
The post comes two months on from her last appearance on the WTA Tour, where Bouchard headed to Melbourne for the opening Grand Slam of the year at the Australian Open. It was not to be for the Canadian, after she was defeated by world No. 144 Ashlyn Krueger in qualifying.
Bouchard has struggled for form over the last couple of years, with her career being hampered with fitness problems. The 29-year-old spent nearly a year-and-a-half out on the sidelines, after a problem with her shoulder ruled her out between March 2021 and August 2022.
During her time away from competition, the Wimbledon finalist was required to go under the knife, after having keyhole surgery on her subscapularis muscle. After 17 months out, Bouchard returned to the court at last August's Vancouver Open in preparation for the US Open.

Geraldine loves to play tennis. "Tennis is a great addition to any workout regime because it improves metabolic function, muscle tone, strength and flexibility," says fitness expert Sonakshi Bagla. "It also boosts aerobic capabilities. Tennis also helps increase your reaction time and attention span."
Geraldine incorporates squats and lunges into her workout routine. "Lunges work multiple larger muscle groups at the same time," says celebrity trainer Jillian Michaels. "They build lower body strength and help to maintain muscle mass and bone density in the lower body."
Geraldine uses the stationary bike for convenient cardio. "Riding a stationary bike is an excellent way to improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance, plus your stamina, with less risk of injury," says Anthony O'Reilly, CPT. "Let's be honest, whether you're an avid runner or into strength training, we all want the ability to exercise for more extended periods without fatigue. Quality training equals better results for performance, muscle-building, and overall health."
Geraldine lifts weights and practices resistance training when she's at the gym. "A good training program should be well-balanced and focused on strengthening all musculature," says personal trainer Aroosha Nekonam. "You should always be lifting at an effective intensity for growth, progressive overload and effective recovery, regardless of gender."
Geraldine plays golf, which experts say has many health benefits. "We know that the moderate physical activity that golf provides increases life expectancy, has mental health benefits, and can help prevent and treat more than 40 major chronic diseases such as heart attacks, stroke, diabetes, breast and colon cancer," says Dr Andrew Murray from the University of Edinburgh. "Evidence suggests golfers live longer than non-golfers, enjoying improvements in cholesterol levels, body composition, wellness, self-esteem and self-worth. Given that the sport can be played by the very young to the very old, this demonstrates a wide variety of health benefits for people of all ages."

Abbey is an avid reader. "People think i'm a party girl bc I'm very outgoing and absolutely brimming with energy. But i have a limited social battery. I can 1000% be the wild card but I also read 250 books last year. A lil nuance is always fun," she revealed during an Instagram Q & A. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.
Abbey also revealed that she does HIIT – high intensity interval training – workouts regularly. There is lots of Research backing up the benefits of HIIT workouts, including body fat reduction, improved cardiovascular function, and mental health. It is also time effective.
Abbey also loves hitting the pavement or the treadmill and running. "To be honest I'm a cardio bunny through and through and ik that's not everyone's cup of tea but I'm addicted to the endorphins," she revealed during the same Q & A. Over time, this reaction damages your small intestine's lining and prevents it from absorbing some nutrients (malabsorption). The intestinal damage often causes diarrhea, fatigue, weight loss, bloating and anemia, and can lead to serious complications," says the Mayo Clinic.

On Sunday, the actress and director shared an inside look at her tropical getaway by posting a series of black-and-white clips and photos to her Instagram Story. In the first slide, Wilde looked to be having the time of her life as she laughed in the sand while wearing a tiny black string bikini and matching black sunglasses. Joined by her friend Molly Howard, who wore a strapless cut-out one-piece suit, the pair was beaming at the camera as Howard playfully threw a handful of sand onto Olivia’s legs. Each of the women wore their slightly-damp hair down in natural beachy waves, and they skipped any major accessories — save for a necklace and a pair of earrings.
In the second slide, the duo slipped into a different set of bikinis to continue soaking up the sun beachside. While Howard opted for a dark string bikini styled with a “Members Only” hat and a pair of sunnies, Wilde sported a lighter bandeau option complete with cat-eye shades.
Although travel can serve as a great therapy dupe, Olivia’s trip comes shortly after it was revealed that she’s no longer struggling in the aftermath of her breakup with ex-boyfriend Harry Styles. According to People, a source said that the actress is currently “in a great place” following their November 2022 split and have even remained “good friends.”
“She and Harry are good friends, there's no animosity whatsoever. Plus, she's got many different directing projects in the works,” the insider shared, adding that she’s currently “focused on her kids and co-parenting with Jason [Sudeikis].”

The gorgeous stars shows off her incredible body in a black bathing suit while taking a dip in the pool in some of her latest social media posts. "One super happy little bear," she captioned an Instagram Story. "What a day."
Vicky is all about drinking her nutrients so she doesn't have to eat fruits and veggies. "I love waking up in the morning and having a juice, it's a great way to start off your day. I feel like I've managed to get loads of fruits and veggies into my diet in a very small space of time. I'm all for protein shakes and juices. Plus, if you whack spinach into a protein shake, you don't really feel like you're drinking it. I'm all for sneaking fruits and veggies into my body any way that I can," she told Closer.
Vicky doesn't eat the same thing every day. "My life and schedule are super unpredictable so having a set meal plan is really difficult. I often find I just have to roll with the punches rather than enjoy a set routine," she told Women's Health. "I firmly believe that variety is the spice of life and it's good to keep your body on its toes." If she's really trying to be "focused," she will rely on a meal delivery service.
Vicky keeps her diet simple: She focuses on burning more than she consumes. "I know a lot of people advocate carb cycling but for me I keep things quite simple – on days I don't train I just eat slightly fewer calories," she told Women's Health. "It's not something I do proactively, but it's more just a case of when I'm not training I'm just not as hungry. However, this is entirely subjective and I always try and listen to what my body wants."
Vicky also avoids everything processed. "I do avoid refined sugars and simple carbs like white bread as there's just no need for them and they make me feel rubbish and lethargic. The only exemption to this is alcohol – and I'll never give that up entirely. Life is for living!" she revealed to Women's Health.
Vicky follows the 80/20 diet. "I try not to exclude any major food groups as a way to guarantee that I want something is to say I can't have it," she added to Women's Health. "I train when I can, eat healthily 80 percent of the time, combat hunger pangs by carrying nuts and berries in my handbag as well as protein shakes," she continued. What is her cheat food? "I love Haribo and wine and I'm definitely not about to live in a world where they don't feature in my life – balance is my mantra!"
Vicky drinks three liters of water per day along with juices and smoothies and green tea. The Mayo Clinic recommends that women drink a minimum of 11.5 cups of water per day, and men, 15.5 cups. "By consuming the minimum recommendation of water, you're helping your body function better and improving your overall health. Read tips and a recipe if you have difficulty drinking enough water daily," they say.
Vicky also loves walking for fitness. "My life coach always tells me to get out into nature with the trees and to get some fresh air," Vicky told Closer. "I never really put much weight on it until I got my dog, Milo, and just getting out for an hour every day taking him on his walk makes me feel much happier, healthier and more balanced. I advocate fresh air for everybody."
Vicky loves zero gravity pilates. "After being on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, I really looked at the way I trained. All of the things I'd been doing beforehand were weightlifting and more of the functional stuff. For a while, I wasn't really able to do that because I was quite badly injured," she told Closer "I looked at alternative ways that were less intense on the joints and when I found zero gravity pilates, I completely fell in love with it."

Wurtzbach makes an effort to workout whenever possible. "Just proper diet and exercise. If I can do it daily, I would," she says. "If the schedule permits, I do it every day. I try to do it in the morning, so then it's out of the way and I can continue on with my day. If not, then I'll do it a few times a week, but definitely, I will try to do it."
Wurtzbach says she loves lifting weights, and dispels the myth that women will get "bulky" from it. "I do a lot of weights," she says. "And a lot of women try to stay away from weights or they do more cardio because 'oh maybe I'll be macho', but that's not true. We're genetically not made to grow that big unless you try to alter something in yourself. Weights, and just a bit of cardio. More weights than cardio."
Wurtzbach focuses on protein-packed food that gives her energy. "I have a busy schedule and am constantly traveling so when I do have the time to grocery shop or prepare a meal, I make it a priority," she says. "However, I love sushi so I find myself eating out often for that! I like to enjoy foods that keep my energy levels stable. Otherwise I'd likely crash at some point during the day."
Wurtzbach's typical dinner consists of salmon with vegetables such as broccoli, spinach, and potatoes. "The dark green color of spinach leaves indicates they contain high levels of chlorophyll and health-promoting carotenoids including beta carotene, lutein and zeaxanthin," says registered nutritionist Jo Lewin. "As well as being anti-inflammatory and anti-cancerous, these phytonutrients are especially important for healthy eyesight, helping to prevent macular degeneration and cataracts."
Wurtzbach's snacks are healthy yet delicious—a typical snack is dried mango and cottage cheese, or a handful of unsalted almonds. "Almonds are a good source of nutrients that are important for brain health, including vitamin E, folate and unsaturated fatty acids, as well as l-carnitine which is known for its neuroprotective benefits," says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. "More human trials are required but animal studies have shown that almond consumption may well boost memory."

She also previously appeared as a sports anchor on The Herd with Colin Cowherd and Skip and Shannon: Undisputed. Taylor recently enjoyed a beach day, and got some photos for Instagram. In a recent post, she sat on the beach in a blue patterned bikini. Taylor captioned the post, "Pit stop in the sunshine."
Taylor makes sure to put effort into what she wants. She says that this was the best advice she'd ever received in an interview on Scoop Du Jour. Taylor says that she went through a period in her life where she was only applying 10% of energy to her goals, and wasn't getting anywhere, when a friend of hers encouraged her to work harder. "10% is not a lot, it's barely anything at all," she remembers. "It was my lightbulb moment.
Taylor opened up about being a live reporter in an interview with the Get My Job podcast. She says that she always makes sure that she is prepared for shows. "When you learn what's the best way to prep for you, then everything becomes much easier and you feel more comfortable," Taylor explains. "I liken it to taking a test, right? Like when we were in school, if you prepare for the tests, you're not nervous cuz you truly know the material. You've taken the time, you've studied, you've gone over cards or however it is you would prepare for tests. If you cram you don't feel good about it, you're rushing through it, you don't feel confidence, you're probably making mistakes, and you don't do as well as you could have done. And essentially when you're doing a live show or you're doing a daily show, or you're doing a podcast or a radio show reporter, whatever it is, you're kind of taking a verbal exam."
Throughout Taylor's career, she always made sure to pay attention to what she had to do for a job. She tells Get My Job that this helped her move forward with her career. "I think it's important that while you're building towards and pushing towards and talking about the role that you want, that you're absorbing the experience in the role that you have," she says. "You will use the skills that you are obtaining in your current position at your next step and within your next opportunity. And a lot of times if you get an opportunity you're not ready for. Then you can blow it because you weren't absorbing the experience and getting the reps and really understanding what this level of the business, whatever level you're on, what that can do to enhance you in the future."
Taylor isn't afraid of speaking out about causes that are important to her. She shared a video on Instagram of herself showing support to women who speak up about sexual assault. Taylor captioned the post, "To the women who are suffering in silence, I see you and I feel you. When it comes to anything related to women, the court of public opinion is, you're lying until you prove to us you deserve dignity, let alone justice."
As you can see from her recent Instagram post, Taylor spends a lot of time at the beach. She likes to swim as a way to keep herself in shape. She shared a video of herself swimming in the ocean. She captioned it, "Golden Hour in Heaven." Taylor also posted this vacation highlight reel, which included her wading in the ocean. She captioned that post, "Part 1 of my trip to the Exhumas, Bahamas."

"It's been a dream of mine to enter into @si_swimsuit search, but had always made excuses as to why I wasn't good enough," she writes. "But I am enough, and thank you SI for helping me get to this place of acceptance within myself. So here goes nothing…Growing up, it was just me and mom until my step dad adopted me at a young age. I am a melting pot of Japanese white and black and everyone in my family is all blonde hair and blue eyed so I always felt different. My idea of beauty was not me. It was what was in my immediate vicinity. I never truly felt beautiful. I remember seeing women in Sports Illustrated as I got older and they were all so beautiful and unique in their own ways. Being beautiful and sexy can be any color and any size. And it's not just an outward appearance these women represent strength, acceptance, and even more so changed the way I viewed beauty. I relate to the women in this magazine in a BIG way and they will never know the acceptance I felt by just knowing there's others out there just like me!"

Jordan shared a new set of photos on Instagram. In them, she is seen in a bridge pose and lying on the sand. Jordan wore an orange bathing suit, showing off her figure. She captioned the post, "Flow state."
Jordan opened up about her life and career in an interview on The Zach Sang Show. She says that she is working on accepting compliments from other people. Jordan says that she used to overthink compliments, but is working on no longer having this mindset. "I think to be able to accept a compliment is nice. Cause I know a lot of people that are in the position that I'm in, and like when people compliment them, it happens so frequently. They actually get really avoidant of it and are anxious about it. Which I totally understand. I actually went through a phase where I hated when people complimented the way that I looked right off the bat. Cause I was like, 'that's the first thing that they notice. What I value about myself isn't what other people value about me.' And it was like this whole fucking spiral that I went down. But now I kind of am just like, 'wow, that's like really nice that someone would even say anything in general.'"
Jordan is all about putting in the work. And parts of that work means trying things out. Jordan said on The Zach Sang Show, "If you want something to be good, you have to put the time and energy into it. So I test things out. I think I test people, I test people for a while before."
In an interview on KIIS FM, Jordan gave some advice to other content creators. She says that consistency is the most important factor. "It's like going along with your life, and building that story, and being consistent. Consistency is probably the biggest tip that I can give people. Um, when growing your social media and being active with people, actually building a relationship with your fans. A lot of people just go for the number, but you gotta even like 20,000 people. Like that's so many people. If you can actually utilize that number."
Jordan is open about her struggles with her mental health. She shared why she decided to open up about this to KIIS FM. "I really struggled with my mental health," she admits. "I was trying to talk to people around me about it. And no one knew what I was talking about. I was like, 'Hey, I'm having panic attacks.' No one in my family struggled with that. No one that I knew struggled with that. So I got online, and kind of went live one day and talked about it and there were, I mean I only had like, I think it was like 10,000 followers at the time, but there were some people that were like, 'I struggled with that too.' And that really motivated me to wanna keep talking about it, to wanna keep posting. And that's, that's the whole reason we're supposed to be online."
Jordan makes sure to workout. She shared this lower body circuit on her Instagram. In it, Jordan does exercises like high knee hip rotations, low arm sweeps, and glute stretches. She captioned the post, "Since so many of you have been asking! Here's one of my at home circuit workouts that I do all the time to work my legs and glutes. All you need is ankle weights and a set of 25lb weights!"

Max, who became a mom in 2020, started exercising almost immediately post birth. "I started working out as soon as my midwife allowed me to, which was somewhere between two to four weeks," the actress told Preview.
Max switches up her workouts. For example, when she started working out again she did pilates for one hour, three times a week, and then moved on to other higher-impact exercises. "I'm so happy to be lifting weights again, doing circuit training and cycling," she added to Preview. "I started cycling 20-45 minutes a day. I'd alternate between cycling and pilates." Now her workout is circuit training and weight-lifting for 45 minutes five times a week and pilates for one hour, two times a week.
If Max feels like it, she will work out more than once a day. "Some days I'll do two workouts and some days I just won't work out! Listen to your body, be mindful of when you can push harder and when you need rest," she told Preview.
Max revealed everything she eats in a day to Preview. She starts with whole wheat toast, eggs, and black coffee for breakfast. For lunch, "some kind of protein like chicken or bangus and brown rice. Sometimes canned tuna or salmon cooked in olive oil and garlic," she continued. For dinner, she likes to eat salad. "I also try to lower my processed food intake and stop eating after 7 p.m.," she continued. "I'll have something sweet at some point in the day when I crave sweets. Usually, I eat a piece of dark chocolate, or vegan ice cream on special days. If you want to drink alcohol once in a while, prosecco is low in sugar, so that's what I drink!"
Max prioritizes "For me, it's really all about taking care of myself mentally, physically and emotionally. All of that is important," she told Philstar. "That includes working out every day, taking my supplements and meditating. Because I do all those things regularly, I think, the glow comes out more often."

O'Gorman posted a picture of himself posing next to Seabrook, who looked stunning in a white bathing suit. "Topping up the tan before aftersun live tonight! Make sure to tune in ??," Gorman captioned the post. Seabrook posted her own picture of the pair looking tan and happy.
Seabrook loves hiking. "The nice thing about hiking is that it exists along an entire continuum, from a gentle walk on a flat wooded path to mountain climbing," says Dr. Aaron L. Baggish, associate director of the Cardiovascular Performance Program at Harvard-affiliated Massachusetts General Hospital. "There's a real sense of peace and composure you get from being outside and away from everything."
Seabrook is an avid swimmer. "Many people say that by simply being in the water they feel more relaxed and less stressed," says swimming instructor Emily Morrissey. "Regular exercise helps reduce anxiety and depression, as it releases 'feel good' hormones and keeps our brains working in a healthy way. Learning to swim can allow you the opportunity to swim in beautiful places outdoors which many people find to be memories they cherish."
Seabrook loves her coffee, which experts say has many health benefits. "Coffee contains about a thousand different botanical compounds," says Devon Peart, MHSc, BASc, RD. "Coffee is made from beans, a plant food. Research is showing that the phenolic components in coffee provide health-promoting effects similar to those in vegetables or fruits."
Seabrook loves pasta dishes, especially with tomato-based sauces. "Research suggests that processing and cooking tomatoes can increase their nutritional value, in particular, their antioxidant properties and our ability to access their lycopene compounds," says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. "Eating tomatoes along-with a source of fat such as an olive oil dressing helps us absorb these protective carotenoids. It's also worth bearing in mind that much of the carotenoid content is found in the skin of the fruit so eating them whole can be the most beneficial."
Seabrook has a strange phobia—she can't stand frozen food. "I have a really bad phobia of frozen food, I can't touch frozen food," she says. "I can't go anywhere near the freezer. If my mum jam packs the freezer and I have to try and get something out that I need, I just can't… I have to ask someone else to get it out for me. If I'm shopping and I have to go near the frozen section, it honestly makes me feel sick!" Luckily fresh produce is readily available!
