Irina Shayk says Just Few Sunsets Away From 2023

Irina Shayk is ready for the new year. And her recent Instagram post proves it. She just shared a new photo of herself standing on the beach. She posed in a bathing suit in the sunset, her figure on display. Shayk captioned the photo, "Just few sunsets away from 2023."

Shayk has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She opened up about her secrets in an interview with Vogue. One thing Shayk does is wash her face twice a day. "It's very simple. I wash my face twice a day, with water in the morning and face wash at night."

Shayk tells Vogue that she uses a lot of different things to take care of her skin. "I always love to change and try something new, as I believe that if you stick with one moisturizer and one face wash, your skin will become dry or oily. I usually wear moisturizer, but during the summer it can just be a light serum."

Shayk opened up about her favorite exercises to Women's Health. She says that she likes to do jiu-jitsu to stay in shape. "Four months ago I started jiu-jitsu with my personal trainer and it's great. It's a Japanese self-defence discipline, but because there's so many possible move combinations, it's brilliant for constantly challenging my body and pushing it to exhaustion every time. I do it four times a week when I'm at home in New York."

Shayk has to do a lot of traveling, but she still manages to work out when she's on the road. She revealed her secrets to Women's Health. "If I'm traveling, I try to work out in my hotel room or at work during breaks, focusing on simple barre moves that don't need any equipment and really work my arms and bum. These lengthening exercises also help to stretch me out and help clear any water retention, which I tend to get after long-haul flights."

Shayk always has workout gear with her. She tells Women's Health that this is her biggest secret to working out on a regular basis. "Grabbing workout time whenever I can means constantly carrying my kit around with me," she says. "So I've totally embraced athleisure. If I can turn up to a shoot in the same chic clothes I can wear to exercise, it saves me so much time and effort!"

Whitney Port looks amazing in bikini

Whitney Port first made waves as a cast member on the hit MTV reality series, The Hills. She then appeared on the show's spinoff, The City. Port spent her holidays with her family at the beach. She just shared a set of photos on Instagram from the trip. In them, Port posed in a tan and brown camouflage bathing suit, matching wrap, sunglasses, and headscarf. Port has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She revealed her secrets in an interview with Byrdie. Port says that keeping her skin hydrated is very important. "Even though Los Angeles is pretty mild, it still gets a little bit dry here in the winter. For me, it's so important to stay hydrated. Luckily, I haven't had to wear too much makeup and I can just put moisturizer on and let that sit on my skin all day. Like I said, the hydrating mists throughout the day are so good just to keep that moisture in your skin."

Port tells Byrdie that she always remembers to exfoliate her skin. "Exfoliating once a week is huge, at least for my face.Sometimes I'll put exfoliator on my hands too. We're all washing and sanitizing our hands so much and our hands are getting so dry, so exfoliate the back of your hands and continually apply hand cream."

Port isn't just trying to keep her skin hydrated, she's also working on keeping her body hydrated. While she admits to Byrdie that this can be difficult, she also says that she has found a good alternative. "Drinking water…I don't know, staying hydrated is just something I'm not normally good at but I've been trying to get into tea a lot more. I found this company, Art of Tea, based out of Los Angeles. Their teas are really delicious and they're packaged so cute. I think staying hydrated is easier when there's a little flavor to it and it's still healthy."

Port tells UsWeekly that she washes her face twice a day. She also says that she alternates the water's temperature depending on the time. "At nighttime I like to use warm water but I like to use cold in the morning because it wakes me up and refreshes my skin. First, I gently, well, not-so-gently, rinse with water to loosen things up."

Port tells UsWeekly that she always remembers to take care of her skin, even the parts that she might forget about. "I rub all the areas, don't forget your eyelids, mine are always dry and sensitive. Your neck, décolletage. Rub any extra on your hands and elbows. Don't forget that area that gets super dry." There are several reasons why people may choose to use lotion on their skin:

Moisturization: Lotion helps to keep the skin hydrated and moisturized, which can be especially important for people with dry or sensitive skin.

Skin conditions: Lotion can be used to help treat certain skin conditions, such as eczema or dermatitis, which can cause dry, itchy, or inflamed skin.

Aesha Scott flaunts her incredible curves

A Below Deck star showed off her assets while on a beach this week.

Aesha Scott looked ready for her closeup with in a sexy orange two-piece bathing suit as she enjoyed the coast of New Zealand with her boyfriend of three years, Scott Dobson.

The 30-year-old looker has starred as the Chief Steward on Bravo's Below Deck: Down Under and Below Deck: Mediterranean. The series follows a group of young people who work aboard yachts that measure well over 100 feet long.

The natural beauty was seen walking around at Mount Maunganui Beach in Tauranga, New Zealand.

The reality TV diva showed off her toned physique in an orange bikini that made the most of her toned, flat tummy. She wore her hair up in a fountain ponytail and had on minimal makeup with delicate jewelry.

Her boyfriend wore a black swimsuit as he gazed out at the South Pacific waves.

The couple first met in high school and were friends until they reconnected later in life.

They are currently planning their lives together, including Aesha's return to Below Deck: Down Under for season two.

Aesha was a fan-favorite in seasons four and five of Below Deck: Mediterranean and season one of Below Deck: Down Under.

While she is known for her entertaining antics, sense of humor and unmistakable voice, her boyfriend is well-known in his local Colorado community as an outdoorsman.

He primarily lives in Breckenridge and works as a bartender at the Breckenridge Taphouse.

Dobson is training to be a professional speed flyer and holds dual citizenship in the U.S. and New Zealand.

Born in Tauranga, a small coastal city in New Zealand known for its gorgeous beaches and mountains, Aesha grew up the middle child in a family of six children.

She faced adversity at an early age with divorced parents, an alcoholic mother, siblings with mental health issues and a brother who died from a brain tumor. While these issues often tear families apart, it brought Scott's family closer together.

This comes two weeks after news broke that Below Deck's Kate Chastain is pregnant.

The 39-year-old reality TV star admitted it is a 'dream come true' to be expecting her first child, who is due in May.

She said: 'I am absolutely thrilled to become a mother. It's something I've always hoped for so this is truly a dream come true!'

Kate is one of the contestants in the US version of reality show The Traitors, which is heading Stateside in January after recently arriving in the UK, so the star revealed her baby news because she cannot hide her bump much longer.

Floppy Tesouro Says "Summer Never Leave"

Florencia "Floppy" Tesouro is missing the sunshine of summer, based on her social media posts. The singer posted a photo of herself wearing a bright pink patterned bathing suit from her own capsule line, with the caption "Summer, don't ever leave la ? I'm starting my favorite season of the year, which is yours?"

Tesouro incorporates plenty of resistance training into her diet. "Aerobic exercise and resistance training are the most important for heart health," says Johns Hopkins exercise physiologist Kerry J. Stewart, Ed.D. "Although flexibility doesn't contribute directly to heart health, it's nevertheless important because it provides a good foundation for performing aerobic and strength exercises more effectively."

Tesouro enjoys delicious grilled fish when she is resetting her diet and getting back into healthy habits. "If you're worried about your heart health, eating at least two servings of fish a week could reduce the risk of heart disease," says the Mayo Clinic. "For many years, the American Heart Association has recommended that people eat fish rich in unsaturated fats at least twice a week. The unsaturated fats in fish are called omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids and other nutrients in fish may benefit heart health and reduce the risk of dying of heart disease."

Tesouro loves Pilates on a reformer. "Pilates is a type of strength training exercise that encourages you to identify and work within the limits of your body," says Leanne Wonesh, an athletic trainer at Houston Methodist. "There's also an inherent mindfulness to it and a lot of breath work, which can help relieve tension and stress. Pilates builds muscle, and this is important since building muscle increases your body's basal metabolic rate — which is how many calories your body burns while at rest."

Tesouro loves horseback riding whenever she gets a chance. "Riding a horse for 45 minutes at a walk, trot and canter can burn up to 200 calories," says Dr. Dennis Sigler, a Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service horse specialist and professor in the department of animal science at Texas A&M University in College Station. "If you do something a bit more strenuous such as cutting or reining, that can come out to nearly seven calories per minute for the entire length of the riding period."

Tesouro says her stationary bike and treadmill means there is "no excuse" not to train. "Individuals can burn around 600 to 800 calories in an hour with a treadmill versus about 400 to 500 calories in an hour on a bike," says Jessica Mazzucco, a New York City-area certified fitness trainer and founder of The Glute Recruit. "But that's with the big caveat that calorie burn rates vary greatly depending on your age, genetics, weight, gender and other factors."

Paulina Porizkova is reflecting on her superpower. In a new Instagram, the supermodel shared a topless bikini photo from a past St. Maarten beach vacation. Four years ago, she went on the trip with friends, who snapped the shot after telling her what they believed her “superpower” to be: making women feel beautiful.

In the photo, Porizkova stands before a striking sunset, the waves crashing in behind her. She wears only bikini bottoms with her hand strategically placed over her chest, giving the camera a soft smile.

Beneath the post, Porizkova wrote that she was “stunned” to hear her friends say that she uplifted women in such a special way, mostly because, as a model, she was often “accused of the opposite,” she wrote. “My image, I had been told, had been making women feel bad about themselves for decades.”

She continued: “But what my girlfriends were saying, was that my presence made them feel beautiful. Looking at me made women feel bad, but hearing me made them feel good.”

With a similar sentiment, she added that she likes to be intentional about complimenting people, especially because she doesn’t often receive them. “Everyone always thinks I get nothing but compliments all day long. So my friends and lovers, making the assumption I know and hear it all the time, very rarely give me one,” she wrote. “I understand how it feels to be told by someone that you are beautiful to them. And the opposite.”

Marta Lopez enjoying an Endless Summer

Marta Lopez is a successful model. She shares a lot of stunning photos on social media. Alamo's Instagram account is full of swimsuit photos, in fact. She just shared a new set of them from Dubai. Marta Lopez opened up about her diet to Lecturas.com. She says that she believes in balance, and that what she eats is determined by where she is, and what she's eaten previously. "If I eat at home, I eat healthy. If I eat out during the week in restaurants too and if not I compensate that day with less carbohydrates or less quantity so that my macros adjust."

Marta Lopez tells Lecturas.com that one of her secrets to staying healthy is knowing herself and what she needs. Especially when it comes to her diet and what she eats. "The trick is to know your body," she says. "And I have been knowing mine for a long time, and what I have left."

One of Marta's secrets to staying healthy is enjoying being healthy. She tells Lectuaras.com "I've said it many times. I love to eat, whoever knows me knows what I eat but I have a lot of willpower and I like to eat healthy, just like eating unhealthy. I like to be thin, healthy and have a defined body, and everything is compatible."

Marta has had to do a lot of things throughout her modeling career. One thing she did was horseback ride. She shared this video on Instagram of herself riding for a fashion show. Denise Austin, 65, reveals her secrets to getting in bikini-shape for the New Year

At age 65, Denise Austin is rocking a bikini with pride.

The renowned fitness instructor made a splash this summer when she and her daughter, Katie Austin, modeled two-pieces on the catwalk for the 2022 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Runway Show in Miami.

The ‘80s star told Fox News Digital "it was a complete joy" to team up with the 29-year-old, who has already made her mark as a fitness influencer on social media with her own app. Katie made her SI Swimsuit debut in 2021 as part of their annual Swim Search. She then returned for this year’s issue as an official rookie.

"For [SI] to even ask me at 65 years old to be in a bikini – I mean, it was a huge thrill and I just went for it," said Austin. "What the heck?"

Austin noted that while she’s proud to celebrate her body, she hopes it will also inspire other women to realize that it’s not too late to revamp their health goals.

"First, love the body you’re in," Austin said. "Do the best that you can. I truly believe in having a good attitude. It truly comes from within. I love what I do, and I feel like I can help women out there feel better about themselves. Exercise, eating right, having a good attitude, a good night’s rest – all of it helps with that healthy lifestyle. I want women to truly try their very best to eat healthily and to move more. That’s my message. I have always said that for all these 40 years, just do the best that you can. That is the key."

Austin, who skyrocketed to fame in the ‘80s and ‘90s thanks to her "8-minute abs" workout, has sold more than 24 million exercise videos and DVDs over the years. She also starred in the top fitness show,"Fit & Lite," for 14 years.

Most recently, the mother-daughter duo teamed up once more. In November, they launched the "SlimFast Loves the ‘80s" throwback fitness class, which pays homage to the brand’s origins. It features classic aerobic moves, as well as Katie’s more modern approach to breaking a sweat. Austin said she designed the 30-minute workout for those who don’t want to wait until 2023 to fulfill their resolutions.

"Walking is such a great form of exercise," she said. "I try to walk every day. I get in my steps. … If you could walk and pump your arms, you’ll burn more calories because you’re using more muscles. … But walking is just fine. I believe in three ways to stay in shape – cardio to burn some fat, toning to firm up your muscles and then stretching for improving your flexibility. … I tell people if they’re just starting, [exercise] three days a week. You will see a difference in your body. Make sure you do a little at a time. Take your time, ease into it."

"I try to work out most days of the week, but I only work out for 30 minutes," Austin continued. "During the holidays, I love to walk and get my steps in. … I love to work out in the morning. That way, I have the whole day and I’m not worried about how I’m going to squeeze it in. But to be perfectly honest, it’s what you can fit into your schedule best. That’s why if you can just work out for 10 minutes in the morning and then another 10 minutes in the evening, that’s OK, too. As long as it accumulates to about 20-30 minutes most days of the week. You’ll be doing great. … Start small. Wake up maybe 10 minutes earlier than normal and squeeze in that 10-minute workout in the morning."

Austin recommended reaching out to a loved one if you need extra encouragement. Exercising with a buddy, she said, can make the workout more enjoyable for some.

"I always call my sisters and ask, ‘Who wants to work out?’ or ‘Who’s around to walk this week?’" she said. "I think you should plan [your workouts], too. Put it in your schedule, make it a part of your plan so you have it in your datebook, and it becomes a part of your life. It’s all about lifestyle. All of this is to help you live a healthier lifestyle. So, make things more convenient for you and you’ll make it stick that way. You’ll do it more often and have fun doing it, too. And music is key. I love fun music. … My playlist is very diverse. I have music from Drake to Taylor Swift to Bruce Springsteen."

Austin said that the most common mistake people tend to make in the New Year is overwhelming themselves with "too much too soon."

"I think it’s a lot easier to start small and do little things like walk," Austin said. "I think people try to do too much sometimes. It then becomes so complicated that it doesn’t stick; you won’t stay consistent, and you won’t see a difference. Start three days a week and build yourself up to four days. Make your workouts fun, something to look forward to. That way you will stick with it."

"Sometimes it’s hard to drive to a gym," she said. "That’s why I like to work out at home because it’s so convenient. If it’s convenient, it makes your life easier and you’ll stick to it all year."

Gabrielle Epstein is one talented woman

Australian model Gabrielle Epstein is an all-rounder: she has a degree in biomedical science (her goal is to one day become a doctor)—but she also models, and her social media followers approve. Epstein posted a photo of herself posing in the back of a truck wearing a green string bikini and white crop top, with the caption "Off road."

Epstein was a competitive swimmer until injury at 17 put paid to that dream, but still loves the water. "I started competitive swimming at a very young age and was state and national champion during my teen years and it was always my dream to compete at the Olympics," she says. "Unfortunately I tore my rotator cuff at 17 which put an end to that dream. After receiving an academic scholarship to study Biomedical Science straight out of high school I began modeling as a way to earn extra money (as I was currently working as a cashier supermarket at 17 and the only reason I started modeling is that I found out I could make much more money that way!)."

Epstein loves scuba diving, and says one of the best birthday gifts she ever received was a scuba diving trip to the Whitsunday Islands, Australia. Studies show scuba diving offers many mental as well as physical health benefits.

Epstein grew up on Australia's Gold Coast and is happiest at the beach. "I live close to the beach and love running along the broad walk or the sand early every morning," she says. "I always have an amazing group of friends who I love spending time with whenever I have the chance."

Epstein stays active as part of her overall lifestyle. "I've always been heavily involved in sports all through school and represented Queensland and Australia at a Junior level in swimming," she says. "These days I run, do Pilates and hit the gym regularly. I find preparing healthy snacks and eating a balanced (rather than restrictive) diet is easiest to maintain with a busy lifestyle."

Epstein has a very down-to-earth attitude to what counts in life. "My definition of happiness is living a meaningful life in both my work and personal life," she says. "Being proud of the work I do, being able to live comfortably, yet still have enough free-time to enjoy the wonders of the world with my family, friends and pets that I love most."

When I'm in London, I work out with my brother Toby at Workshop Gymnasium, or he'll come to my hotel and squeeze in a circuits sessions between my work schedules."

Rosie also makes sure to stay hydrated "Every morning, I'll get up and chug back a litre of water. I aim for at least three litres a day; since getting strict about it I've seen a massive difference to my digestion and my skin," she told Women's Health. How much water do you need? The TV star is sunning it up in the stunning location alongside her family and took to social media to share a series of festive snaps.

In one shot, Myleene, 44, dazzled in a red bikini, sunglasses and Santa hat as she lowered herself down on a ladder into the crystal clear waters.

Another photo shows the mum-of-three showcasing her impressive abs as she strikes a pose on dry land, with a row of beautiful overwater villas behid her.

Earlier on Christmas Day, Myleene shared a family photo, featuring herself, her partner Simon Motson, her two daughters Hero, 11, and Ava, 14, and three year old son Apollo all in matching swimwear.

Myleene shares Apollo with husband-to-be Simon, while her daughters are from her marriage to ex husband Graham Quinn.

As well as sharing a happy family snap, Myleene also shared a couple of photos with just Apollo as the pair donned matching Santa hats.

Their trip abroad comes shortly after Simon underwent a vasectomy last month.

The radio host said Myleene’s body “needed a rest” in light of the 44 year old having endured four heartbreaking miscarriages.

Opening up about his decision on Instagram, Myleene said: “If you’ve followed me for a while, you’ll know about my story to get my rainbow baby Apollo and the four heart-breaking miscarriages I suffered before I finally forgot to hold him in my arms.

“The amount of drugs, the toll took on my body, my head and my heart, the after effects, it’s a lot on the woman and men often admit to feeling helpless.

Khushali Kumar shows off her amazing figure

Khushali Kumar is thanking her fans in her swimsuit. The Indian actress shows off her amazing figure and shares gratitude with her followers in one of her latest social media posts, wearing a purple swimsuit on the beach. "Thank you for all the love," she captioned in a video.

In a YouTube video, Khushali detailed her approach to health. "I wish I could eat anything and get away with it, but there's a secret to it," she said. Yes, at times I do indulge and like everyone, I love eating and I have a sweet tooth. However, she maintains that it is all about moderation and the occasional cheat meal. "I guess for six days I'm on a strict diet. Like I would eat everything that is healthy and is good for your body," she said, adding that she cheats "once a week."

Khashali is "mostly vegan and follows "more of a gluten-free diet," she explained. "So my breakfast is going to be either gluten-free oatmeal, oats with almond milk, soy milk, with a lot of fruits and nuts on it. At times I'm going to have a green smoothie. And then for lunch it's basically salad with gluten-free pasta." She also might eat tofu with salty vegetables with rice. "And for dinner it is mostly light. I try to do salt free. Also, soup with salted vegetables." Her biggest meal of the day? Lunch. "I eat a good and a nice Olympic portion, and that keeps me full throughout the day." She doesn't eat after six or seven o'clock. "I just feel too heavy and bloated."

Khashali follows a morning ritual. "I start my day with breathing exercises," she says. "At times I will meditate also." Breathing exercises are exercises that focus on the process of breathing and are designed to improve respiratory function and overall well-being. These exercises can be helpful in reducing stress, improving lung capacity, and increasing energy levels. Try deep breathing: This involves taking slow, deep breaths in through the nose and exhaling slowly through the mouth.

Before Khushali eats anything she hydrates. "'ll have my two glasses of water," she says. "At times, I take apple cider vinegar vinegar with that." The amount of water an individual needs to drink each day varies based on a number of factors, including age, sex, weight, and activity level. In general, it is recommended that adults drink at least 8 cups (64 ounces) of water per day to maintain proper hydration.

Khushali also works out. "I usually prefer to work out in the morning, before my breakfast," she said. Prior to exercising, she might eat a banana. "That's the time when I usually prefer, but then again, you know, it's whatever my schedule permits." If she can't work out during the day, she will do light stretches or exercise before bed. "I would go in for a walk and try to complete my 10,000 steps."

Pia Mia Shares a Beachy Selfie

Singer Pia Mia, known for "Do It Again" and "Touch," says she gets antsy when she has too much time on her hands but she knows when to relax, too. Mia posted a selfie from the beach, looking happy and serene in bathing suit.

Mia is obsessed with seafood, including octopus, lobster, sushi, and sashimi. "Sushi can be a very healthy, green type of food — if ordered simply," says Maxine Smith, RD, LD. "If you have a craving for sushi, or if you enjoy that social aspect of eating sushi with other people, go for it. It can be a fun experience. You just want to be selective and do your research ahead of time, so that you can nourish your body well and make the best decisions," she adds. "With a little foresight, you can make healthy choices."

Mia enjoys avocado toast for a healthy, delicious meal. "Avocado toast is one of the healthier brunch options at many restaurants, but you do have to be careful," says Kylie Arrindell, wellness dietitian at Houston Methodist. "From how much avocado is used to what's piled on top, avocado toast can go from a healthy to a not-so-healthy choice pretty quickly. Avocado contains a lot of heart-healthy unsaturated fats, as well as a good amount of fiber. Plus, if you're eating at a restaurant, you have a lot of control of what goes on top of your avocado toast. You can say 'no cheese' or 'no bacon,' which you can't always do as easily in other unhealthier breakfast dishes."

Mia considers herself a work in progress, and doesn't stress about the next step. "Understand that, whatever career path you're taking, it's never going to be just a straight, 'Okay, this is what I want to do and now I'm having major success and I'm the best at what I'm doing and I'm reaching all these goals that I've set for myself.' It's always a work in progress, there's always work to do. There's always going to be ups-and-downs. You just have to remember if this is your dream and this is your passion, try to be present in the moment and enjoy the journey and appreciate the people that are around you and supporting you," she says.

Mia relies on cues from her body as to her diet—she eats whatever she wants and refuses to eliminate any food groups. "When you no longer have so much stress and anxiety surrounding food, you free up space to just be and enjoy the food – and the people – around you," says Alissa Rumsey, MS, RD, CDN, CSCS. "You can engage in social interactions more often and can put your attention on spending time with friends and family, rather than worrying about your diet."

Mia uses purple shampoo to maintain her hair whenever she goes blonde. "I normally just wash it with purple shampoo once a week and that keeps the tone cute," she says. "I try to keep heat off of it as much as I can. I use It's a 10 Miracle Daily Conditioner, and I always comb out my hair before I take a shower so I don't have to brush it when it's wet because then it just becomes a mess."

Nina Agdal shows off her world famous figure

Nina Agdal is striking a pose in a blue bathing suit via one of her latest social media posts, striking a pose on the beach with her hands caressing her scalp. "Loves a scalp massage," she cheekily captioned the Instagram post.

Nina has a holistic approach to health and even created her own method. "I wanted to create The Agdal Method to start spreading the word that it's not about how long you spend in the gym, going to a workout for 60 minutes and torturing yourself, or only drinking green juices and eating lettuce," she told W. "What's going on in your personal life, and your relationships, your finances, has to do with what's going on your plate and how much exercise you're getting in on a weekly basis."

Nina makes sure to move on a daily basis. "I think we have to all give ourselves a little bit of grace when we're traveling. It's really hard keeping up with any sort of workout schedule when you're thrown off your routine and not in your normal environment. When I'm traveling, if I just get that 15 or 20 minutes in, (on the mat or on a towel or going for a jog outside to see where I am) it's always extremely helpful for me mentally," she told W.

Nina emphasizes the importance of music when it comes to exercise. "The most important thing I always tell people is to create great playlists that make you want to move," she told W. "I always tell people, 'Don't bother bringing [equipment] with you. You can always use water bottles, you can use towels, you can go outside and use a chair.' But just make sure you have your playlist ready."

Nina doesn't promote diet culture. "In terms of wellness, I think diets are such a lie. I don't believe in the word 'diet,' or diets at all, for that matter," she told W. "I made my own 'diet soup' once, which was basically water, chicken broth, celery, and tomatoes. I had one spoonful of it, and I never had it again. I thought it sounded like a great idea, but it wasn't pleasant," she added to Coveteur.

Nina prioritizes hydration. "I drink at least eight cups of water a day. I also drink a lot of iced or hot green tea because I love the taste, plus it gives me energy and can speed up your metabolism—or at least I believe so! I always try to start my day by drinking an entire bottle of water while taking my vitamin supplements. In the morning, I get a large Americano, and in the afternoon, I'll get an iced soy macchiato," she told Coveteur. Nina nourishes her body with food. She starts her day with coffee, and either scrambled eggs or Greek yogurt for protein. My go-to is an omelette with vegetables like broccoli, asparagus, bell peppers, chili flakes, and Parmesan cheese. Or I'll do a steak with a tossed salad," she told Coveteur. She also likes to eat dried mango, hummus with celery, green juice with kale, celery, parsley, ginger, apple, and Greek yogurt. "Or half an avocado smashed with a little bit of salt and chili flakes on a piece of whole-wheat toast. The chili flakes add just enough heat. I also love a good burger or a steak with a little béarnaise sauce. After a week of hard work, I'll reward myself with that and an ice-cold beer."

Fernanda Flores in Bikini is excited to start a New Year

Fernanda Flores is getting ready for 2023 – in her swimsuit. The 90 Day Fiancé star shows off her incredible figure in one of her latest social media posts, wearing a bathing suit. "I am so excited to start a new year, but even more excited to finish this two weeks strong! Organize and clear in my intentions and 2023 resolutions ? what are yours? I want to run a maratón," she captioned the Instagram post.

Fernanda is an avid exerciser. On 90 Day Fiance and on Instagram the star is often found in the gym, getting a workout in. Jump roping, lifting weights, stretches, and squats are some of her go-to moves.

Fernanda also runs. "Monday indoor Run with @voozhydrate How many miles do you think I ran?" she captioned a recent post of her cardio workout. Running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss, per Mayo Clinic. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

Fernanda loves to box. She met her current boyfriend, Noel, a boxer, at a gym in Miami Beach. "I started training boxing there and one day, in the middle of my training, this tall handsome guy walks in and starts eating pizza in front of my hungry tired face LOL. We exchanged very strong looks [then] the rest [is] history…" she told InTouch. During a recent episode of 90 Day Diaries, Fernanda revealed that the two started a business together. "Noel and I came up with the idea of creating a fitness course focusing on boxing for people that show interest on my social media," she said.

Fernanda understands the importance of taking care of her mental health, recently revealing that she goes to therapy. "It has helped me so much," she admitted. "I am really happy to be in a such [a] better emotional place where I can have a healthy relationship without any of the toxic patterns of my past. However, I am still working on myself [and my] growth. Always trying to be better not only for myself but for the people around me."

Fernanda believes in the workout buddy system. Her favorite one? Her boyfriend. "As many of you know we share a strong passion about fitness and our healthy lifestyle, we really enjoy to workout together," she captioned a post.

Aside from running on the treadmill, Fernanda also enjoys cycling. "I will leave you here a BIKE CHALLENGE!!! Let's start our week right? She does interval training to maximize the burn, which involves one minute sprints at a high intensity followed by one minute rest at low intensity, repeating ten times.

Fernanda swears by a 30-minute full-body stair climber workout. "Take this Stair Climber workout for example, I did a variety of movements on just one machine only 30 minutes. I was able to pass the time easily. It's great for cardio. (You will feel the burn in your quads when you squat and climb.)" she captioned this post.

Fernanda also enjoys yoga. "As I get older I realize how important is to work on my flexibility, meditate and connect with my body. Yoga has been key in my healing process and healthy lifestyle. Have you ever tried yoga before?" she captioned the post.

Gisele Bundchen is getting her energy back in Brazil, in her swimsuit! The Brazilian supermodel is back in her home country with her children for the holidays, spending time in her bathing suit at the beach. "Recharging with my little ones in the country of my ❤️!" she captioned one of her most recent Instagram posts.

Gisele maintains a very active lifestyle. "Gisele is more of an athlete than a model," Nonna Gleyzer, a Pilates instructor in Beverly Hills, Ca, who has been training her for several years, reveals to Everyday Health. "She is the most physically active person I know and is constantly moving her body."

Gisele starts every day with hot water and lemon, a "detoxifying" beverage that is great for the immune system, as it is packed with vitamin C, says Gleyzwer. Should you drink water before eating your first meal? According to one small randomized controlled trial published in the journal Obesity, it may promote weight loss. Researchers found that individuals who drank water before eating low-calorie meals lost 44 percent more weight over a 12-week period than those who followed the low-calorie diet alone.

"At our house, we try to eat organic foods that are in season and locally grown," she added. Gisele also takes care of her mental health. "Meditation has been an incredible gift in my life. Gisele also does yoga for her body and mind. She added that as a result of her practice, she "came out of that period stronger and happier, and knowing that no matter how difficult challenges appear in the moment, they always bring with them an opportunity for transformation.

"I love any type of exercise that I can do outdoors; horseback riding, biking, and skiing are some of my favorite ways to stay active and connect with nature," Gisele told Marie Claire. "Not only do these activities help me stay in shape, but they help in giving me clarity and perspective. Being active fuels my body, mind, and soul. It just makes me happy."

Gisele cheats on occasion. "I'm not super strict and believe everything is OK in moderation," she told Marie Claire. "My ultimate guilty pleasure is dark chocolate." Namrata Malla works hard to maintain her toned physique

Bollywood star Namrata Malla works hard to maintain her toned physique, regularly sharing videos of her dance workouts with fans. Malla posted a video of herself wearing a pink bikini top and white shorts on a boat in Dubai, captioning the post "It's showtime!" Another video shows her frolicking in the ocean in a red bathing suit.

Malla is part of a dance troupe and enjoys many dance-based workouts. "As dance raises your heart rate and works your body, it also releases certain chemicals in the brain," says psychotherapist and professional dancer Raven Gibbs. "It reduces cortisol, the natural stress hormone or what is more commonly known as the fight or flight hormone. Cortisol, in excess, can lead to high blood pressure, anxiety, depression, and other health problems."

Malla loves the health benefits of regular yoga sessions. "The purpose of yoga is to build strength, awareness and harmony in both the mind and body," explains Natalie Nevins, DO, a board-certified osteopathic family physician and certified Kundalini Yoga instructor in Hollywood, California. "As an osteopathic physician, I focus a lot of my efforts on preventive medicine and practices, and in the body's ability to heal itself. Yoga is a great tool for staying healthy because it's based on similar principles."

Malla is very focused on ab workouts. "Want more-defined stomach muscles? Core exercises are important," says the Mayo Clinic. "While it takes aerobic activity to burn fat in your stomach, core exercises can strengthen and tone the underlying muscles."

The core muscles, which include the muscles of the abdomen, lower back, and pelvis, play a vital role in maintaining proper posture, balance, and stability. Here are a few exercises that can help to strengthen your core muscles:

Planks: Planks are a simple but effective exercise that can help to strengthen your entire core. To perform a plank, start by getting into a push-up position with your hands directly under your shoulders. Hold this position for 30 seconds to one minute, keeping your body straight and your core muscles engaged.

Sit-ups: Sit-ups are a classic exercise that targets the muscles of the abdominal region. To perform a sit-up, lie on your back with your knees bent and your hands behind your head. Lift your upper body off the ground and touch your knees with your elbows, then slowly lower yourself back down.

Russian twists: Russian twists are a great exercise for the oblique muscles, which are the muscles on the sides of your abdomen. To perform a Russian twist, sit on the ground with your knees bent and your feet flat on the ground. Lean back slightly and lift your feet off the ground, then twist your upper body from side to side, touching the ground with your hands on each side.

Malla enjoys swimming as a very fun way to get some cardio in. "Many people say that by simply being in the water they feel more relaxed and less stressed," says swimming instructor Emily Morrissey. "Regular exercise helps reduce anxiety and depression, as it releases "feel good" hormones and keeps our brains working in a healthy way.'

Malla has the toned physique and flexibility of a gymnast. "Everyone's genetics for flexibility are a bit different," says the Mayo Clinic. "Rather than striving for the flexibility of a dancer or gymnast, focus on having equal flexibility side to side (especially if you have a history of a previous injury). Flexibility that is not equal on both sides may be a risk factor for injury."

Cardi B loves her curves

Cardi B loves her curves and is all about ensuring she doesn't lose them again. She's not a fan of looking rail thin, but admitted to her followers in an Instagram Live video following the birth of her daughter Kulture in 2018, that she got too skinny without trying. "I've been very depressed because I cannot stop losing weight," she told fans. "I don't like looking too skinny." The WAP singer revealed she had "no appetite" and said, "After I gave birth, I was so thirsty to lose all the baby weight and now it's so hard for me to gain weight and I hate it," she admitted in the IG live. "I used to look too skinny as a teenager and I used to hate it and I hate it now. It's been really depressing me, making me sad, my weight," she explained. She has her curves back and looks amazing.

According to The List, Cardi B eats plenty of protein in the morning like scrambled eggs, bacon, salami, prosciutto, and smoked salmon. Dr. Steve Hruby, a Doctor of Chiropractic and founder at Kaizen Progressive Health says, "Eating lean proteins helps you stay in shape and healthy by keeping your muscles strong and preventing them from breaking down. During her pregnancy, Cardi B wanted to stay healthy and opted for a vegan diet, according to Live Kindly. Reda Elmardi, a Registered Dietician, Certified Nutritionist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Trainer and owner of thegymgoat.com says, "1. Plants are not animals. Plants do not have any digestive system. They absorb their food through their roots and leaves. Their bodies are composed of water, carbon dioxide, oxygen, minerals, vitamins, carbohydrates, fats, protein, and fiber.. These substances are then used to produce energy that they use to perform various functions. In other words, plants are not like animals. They cannot eat or digest anything. They only take in what they need from the air and water around them. 2. Plants are natural diuretics. When we consume foods rich in carbohydrates, our body produces glucose (a type of sugar) and insulin. Insulin helps us store fat. When we eat too many carbohydrates, our blood sugar level rises. As a result, our body releases excess amounts of insulin into the bloodstream.

This causes our kidneys to excrete sodium, water, and potassium out of the body. This results in dehydration and loss of appetite. 3. Plants are natural detoxifiers. The human body has its own built-in mechanism to remove toxins from the body. However, this mechanism can become overwhelming if we ingest large quantities of toxic chemicals. Cardi B eats healthy, but doesn't limit herself. She'll enjoy potatoes for breakfast and chips for a snack, The List reports. Dr. Hruby says, "Having a balanced diet and eating things in moderation is key to staying in shape and maintaining a healthy weight. When it comes to staying in shape, you need to focus on both diet and exercise. While you don't need to completely deprive yourself of unhealthy foods, it's important to eat them in moderation. Moderation is key to maintaining a healthy weight and preventing obesity. You don't need to cut out all unhealthy foods, but you should limit your intake of them."

In an Instagram story, Cardi B showed fans what she snacks on before a show to keep her energy up and it's a ton of fruits and veggies, which include Clementines, bananas, apples, pomegranate seeds, pineapple, cantaloupe, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and carrots and celery with dressing. Elmardi explains, " Vegetables are a great way to get your daily dose of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fiber, and other nutrients that can keep you feeling full and satisfied while helping you maintain a healthy weight. Eating fruits and vegetables helps you feel fuller longer, making it easier to eat fewer calories throughout the day."

Cardi B loves seafood so much her husband surprised her with a seafood spread that spelled out their daughter's name for her first Mother's day. Delish reports. Margot Robbie has had some amazing roles in her career. She played the iconic character of Harley Quinn in Suicide Squad and the sequel film, Birds of Prey. She also played Tonya Harding in the biopic I, Tonya. And she's starring in the upcoming Damian Chazelle film, Babylon. But Robbie also teased a new unique role this week: The role of Barbie. The Barbie film's teaser dropped on YouTube this week, and saw Robbie transformed into the iconic fashion doll. In it, Robbie posed in the doll's iconic strapless black and white striped swimsuit.

Robbie revealed her favorite workouts to WHO. She says that she focuses on doing workouts that she enjoys doing, especially when she isn't working. "When I'm not preparing for a role, I prefer to do workouts I really like," she says. Robbie lists some of her favorite exercises as, "Dance classes or playing tennis with friends."

One thing Robbie likes to do to stay in shape is doing Pilates. "I really got into Pilates when I moved to LA [in 2013]," she says to WHO. "And I always feel a lot better after a good stretch." The Houston Methodist reports that Pilates has a lot of benefits. "The goal is to be in total control of your body as you move. That requires beginning from your central core muscles and using the stability these muscles provide to smoothly control your arms, legs and other extremities. This is no easy feat, which is what makes Pilates a great way to build strength and stamina."

Robbie has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She tells Vogue that skincare is something that she prioritizes. "I don't do too many steps because I genuinely don't have that much time, but I'm anal-retentive about having really clean skin. Especially with my job, where they just layer make-up on and on and on."

Robbie revealed some of her favorite skincare products to Vogue. She says that she always remembers to take makeup off, and she has a favorite makeup wipe to do it. "When I'm traveling on a plane, I'll take my makeup off with a wipe and then I'll use Peter Thomas Roth Complexion Correction Pads. I honestly stumbled across them, and now I can't live without them. Your skin is better after. They're really strong."

Robbie tells Vogue that she likes to use face masks to keep her skin healthy. "One brand I'm obsessed with right now is this brand Skin111, which my make-up artist Patti Dubroff got me hooked on. They have these sheet masks, they're made out of a jelly sort of stuff and the serum they're soaked in is so good. So when we're getting ready for an event she'll put one of those on while she's doing my hair."

Agata Rubik flaunts her incredible figure

Agata Rubik is doing her best Mrs. Claus in her swimsuit! The Polish influencer flaunts her incredible figure in a red swimsuit and Santa hat via one of her latest social media posts. "Santa on the Beach," the beauty captioned her Instagram Stories photo.

Agata keeps herself accountable when it comes to diet and fitness – especially if she is trying to lose weight. One way she does this is by weighing herself and sharing videos of it on her social media, revealing to her followers everything she did that week to achieve her health and fitness goals.

Agata focuses on strength training. In one post she revealed that she had done three strength training workouts that week plus one cardio workout. Working out regularly is a key component of health. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans

Agata maintains a very active lifestyle when she isn't at the gym. She enjoys swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking. "Before the washing-up era, I was a master at posing ?" she captioned this photo of herself in the ocean. She and her family also love to dance. She posts regular videos of their choreographed routines on her Instagram account.

Agata also enjoys regular pilates workouts. "Pilates, besides being a lot better for you, is also very photogenic! ? Have a nice #pilates," she captioned this post. Pilates exercises are designed to increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility, and to improve posture and balance, according to research. Experts maintain that it is a great workout for leaning out.

While Agata refuses to go on crash diets or juice cleanses she has a healthy approach to eating. She has revealed on social media that she limits carbohydrates, eats a lot of produce, and drinks celery juice or pickled vegetable juice in the morning. However, on the weekend she indulges in wine and dessert.
