Oakley loves to practice pilates as a way of staying in shape. She even has her own program. "I am a HUGE fan of pilates," she writes on her blog. "It really suits my body and fitness goals to a tee and now that I have The Pilates Class, I've found it easier than ever to stick to a routine and reach my goals because I never have an excuse – it's literally so easy to roll out of bed and do a class at home."
Oakley admits in her blog post that she struggled to stay motivated to workout in the past. She says finding a healthy balance helped her stay motivated. "If you have been following me for a while you know I have always been very active and motivated to stay fit, but before finding what worked for me I would have lulls where I was unmotivated and go months without working out," Oakley writes. "Now, I cannot go for longer than a week without getting on the mat because my mind and my body thank me for it! When I started doing classes with Jacqui in person two years ago I immediately knew how talented and special she was. She is inspiring and motivational but also has a calm and grounding presence that I crave so much within my hectic schedule. Finding that balance between the physical aspects of working out (building that booty, maintaining those abs) and mental aspects (learning to connect to my body and breath, mental clarity) was pivotal for me."
Oakley talked about her diet in her blog post. She says that while she doesn't follow any type of diet, she eats healthy. "I do not follow any particular diet and I'm quite liberal with what I eat but I do genuinely crave healthy, fresh food more than anything else. I am predominantly vegetarian and eat vegan whenever I get the opportunity, however, I do occasionally eat seafood and meat. During the week (Mon-Thurs) I am very healthy and aware of what I put into my body. My partner and I also do Meatless Mondays and Vegan Tuesdays which I encourage all meat eaters to do at the very least!"
Oakley has amazing skin, and she revealed some of her secrets to Net-A-Porter. "To maintain great skin on my body, I go to the Beverly Hot Springs spa in LA every two months for a full body scrub and skin-conditioning massage, and I moisturize every day with La Mer The Body Crème. It can really boost your self-esteem if you don't believe in yourself which was my biggest problem. Everyone has their '5 minutes' and social media isn't the only thing I am thinking of to do in the future. You always have to have your Plan B, when something would go wrong. That's why I like studying, deepening my knowledge by reading, leading healthy lifestyle and having a good relations with family and friends. These are my priorities."

"Grapes are fantastic because not only are they affordable, but they're versatile," says registered dietitian Anthony DiMarino, RD. Candice partially attributes her amazing figure to genetics. "I've been lucky — I was born with quite a fast metabolism," she revealed. "I'm that girl who orders the healthy plate with a side of fries. Your body is like a machine and everyone's is different. I know mine quite well."
Candice loves to strike a pose – in the yoga studio. "I think that yoga has taught me breathing techniques," she told Vogue France. "I take deep slow breaths." She even created her own method. "I've been doing my own kind of yoga. It's not traditional yoga, but I put on some music and mix in some Pilates and squat resistance stuff I've learned over the years. It's calm: I can meditate through it and get some flow with some music. It's a little ritual for me. I do it every time I feel overwhelmed and stressed — I try at least twice a week," she told The Cut.
Candice is all about doing different workouts. She trains with The Dogpound trainer Justin Gelband when she is in New York, but also does a lot of other things. "I like to change it up, I do yoga, swimming, boxing and I have just started paddle boarding but I think that Pilates is my favorite," she told Vogue France.
Candice fuels her body with healthy snacks, including nuts "especially Brazil nuts and almonds, which are great for your hair and nails," she told Vogue France. "Otherwise I have protein bars or fruit, I think I have a banana in my bag right now."

Arabella also gets her zen on."I meditate and go to the gym," she said to Boux Avenue. "When I work out, I'm not with my phone and disconnect, and have some me-time where I switch off from the world. I think that's important."

"I don't believe in cheat days, I don't cut anything out of my diet. I've tried it all – being vegan, veggie, pescatarian! If I'm craving something, I'll have it; however luckily I do love healthy food," Arabella told Boux Avenue about her diet. "I look at it like a circle… How does that make me feel when I've had it? That's why when they ask me how I take care of myself, I always answer that it's not about just one thing. There's not much of a secret," she said. Shields has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She tells Glamour that she has always been interested in skincare and learning about it. "So as I got older, I started enjoying the ritual or the idea that it's not a chore to take care of your skin…it's a privilege. It doesn't have to be 20 minutes. It can be seven minutes."

"I go to Dr. Liz Hale for sun damage and sun spots, such as Fraxel. I primarily go to Dr. Macrene Alexiades for treatments, such as peels and the Genesis treatment. I just don't want a lot of pain or downtime."
Shields tells Glamour that she only cleanses her face once a day. "I mainly cleanse just at night. In the morning, I'll just throw water on my face, and maybe do a face mask if I have time." Shields also revealed her go to cleanser in the interview. "True Botanicals Ginger Turmeric Cleansing Balm, which dissolves everything," she says. "You don't have to use any soap."
Shields also tells Bustle that she has started to practice meditation. She says that she thinks she could make this a part of her daily routine. "I'm starting to meditate a little bit.
