Salma Hayek's Sunkissed Bikini Photos

Everyone has bad hair days, even Oscar-nominated actress Salma Hayek. However, Hayek has a cheeky way of looking at a bad hair day she posted on Instagram: it's not a bad hair day; it's a "free hair day."

On Aug 12, Hayek shared a series of sunkissed photos from her latest excursion to her Instagram. She posted the photos with the caption reading, "Bad hair day or free hair day? ?? Día de cabello rebelde o cabello libre? ?? #badhairday #freehair."

In the first and third photos, we see Hayek playing with her long, curly black hair as it flows in the wind (and during golden hour)!

Then, in the second photo, we see Hayek looking drop-dead gorgeous as she models a purple bikini top and a towel at the bottom. She's rocking black sunnies, and is letting her hair have a "free hair day." (Seriously, that's what we're calling bad hair days from now on.)

She looks so stunning in these pics, and as always, her fans are losing it too!

Now, everyone knows her as both a talented actress and a confident superstar, but she also tells it like it is.

Speaking of which, in a previous interview with InStyle UK, she got real about how body confidence can be like a roller coaster. She said, "I think it depends on the day. For everybody, I think there are some days you say, ‘This is it!' And you love it. Then there are days when you go, ‘This cannot be it!' You know? Or ‘Is this really it?'"

Secrets Behind Emily Ratajkowski's Stunning Beach Body

Emily Ratajkowski is a very successful model—and beauty icon. She also has her own clothing line and published a series of essays, called My Body. Ratajkowski shares a lot of stunning photos on Instagram. Recently, she posted a set of photos of herself on a boat on Instagram. In it, she wore a swimsuit and skirt with photos in a pattern. Ratajkowski captioned the post, "Monaco."

Ratajkowski shared some of her workout secrets with InStyle. She says that she likes to take fitness classes. "I'm one of those people who, if I go to the gym by myself, there's a 50/50 chance of me actually working out and really pushing myself," Ratajkowski explained. "So the class environment works really, really well for me."

Ratajkowski likes to take STRONG, a Zumba class. She explained why in her InStyle interview. "I am also someone who, even in a class, will get chatty and [distracted]. I think that's the great thing about STRONG — the music keeps me really focused and in the zone," she continues. "You just feel like you're, you know, Superwoman really pushing herself. You end up working harder and it's a better, more intense workout, without even noticing."

Ratajkowski makes sure to get enough sleep. She shared her secrets for doing so in her in her InStyle interview. "For me, the way I sleep afterward is one of the main reasons to work out. I am always on my phone working and I think that's affected my sleep. I'm also really light-sensitive. When I work out, it's better than taking a melatonin. Because my body has worked hard, my brain finally rests and I think that is so valuable in this day and age — not to sound like an old geezer, but truly I feel that way."

Ratajkowski is all about self-care. She tells InStyle that writing is one thing she does for self-care. "I'm working on a collection of essays right now, and that honestly is a really great way to just be super focused and disengaged from all the noise, which is really difficult. It doesn't have to necessarily be writing, but being really mentally engaged with something that you're creating versus just in-taking can be really helpful."

Ratajkowski shared some of her diet secrets in an interview with ELLE. "I cook a lot, so that really helps," she said. "You know how much salt and sugar and all of that kind of stuff you are putting in your body." Harvard Health states that cooking has a lot of benefits. "Research is turning to studying the value of nutrition programs that include cooking instruction. These programs have been shown to help people adhere to a healthier diet, eat smaller portions, and lose weight — improvements that lasted as long as a year after the study ended. These programs can even help patients with type 2 diabetes to eat healthier, lower blood pressures and blood sugars, and lose weight. Hard to believe it, but time in the kitchen can be as valuable as medication for some people with diabetes."

Ratajkowski makes sure to eat healthy, but she tells ELLE that she doesn't like to deprive herself. "I think its good to indulge occasionally. I wouldn't say I am the type of girl who craves Doritos but I definitely love a good cupcake sometimes. You know what I mean? Or a croissant in the morning. I think it is like really important to give yourself a break. And also just really think about where things are coming from and what kind of ingredients are going into your body."

Ratajkowski has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She tells ELLE that one of her biggest secrets is keeping her skin hydrated. "For my day-to-day, especially because traveling is so drying, I use a couple of different moisturizers: Chloé body lotion and Aquaphor sometimes. I put Aquaphor on my knees because planes dry me out so much."

Halle Berry looking good in a bikini

Academy Award winning actress, Halle Berry, has consistently been considered one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood. And her recent Instagram post proves it. She shared a photo of herself outside, wearing a tank top, gold jewelry, a patterned shirt, and a bandana. Berry captioned the post, "Mood."

Berry works with trainer, Peter Lee Thomas, to help her stay in shape. She opened up about working with him on Instagram. "With his help, I have learned so much about fitness and nutrition," she said in her caption. "I'm excited to share it with all of you. He's taught me boxing, self defense, and much more. Not only am I in the best shape of my life, but I can actually defend myself and most importantly . . . my children! As a woman there is nothing more empowering.

Berry opened up about her wellness in an interview with Harper's Bazaar. She says that she makes her health a priority. "Being diagnosed with diabetes—that was an aha moment that just changed my whole life. When I realized that I had a disease that I could actually manage by my diet and exercise, and live longer and stay healthier? That's when I got really committed to making fitness and exercise and diet a real part of my life."

Berry said in her Harper's Bazaar interview that taking care of her gut is extremely important. "Everything stems from your gut. As I've said, all of your other organs become healthier when your gut is healthy and your microbiome is balanced. And when your gut's healthy, you also metabolize food better, especially sugar. We all need to metabolize sugar better to get it in and out of our bodies as quickly as we can, because we all know some of the unhealthy effects of sugar."

When it comes to fitness, Berry believes in doing a variety of things. She shared her workout routine with InStyle. "Over the past few years, I went from training for John Wick 3 to my upcoming film and directorial debut BRUISED. Some days I'd work on strength and cardio and others I'd do yoga and stretching, all while I did a few hours of martial arts training each day. For me, it's been important not to overstress my body. Taking cold hot showers has been a good recovery ritual."

Berry makes sure to take care of her mental health, and shared her favorite ways to do so with InStyle. "I've also found that taking care of my mental health has been crucial during these odd times. I just launched my Journal on Joy at rē·spin which is part of my bedtime routine. It is a space to record memories that make you smile and helps me focus on positivity and gratitude. Also reading self-help books on ways to stay grounded and centered during this time has been widely helpful and inspirational."

Bella Hadid is looking amazing

Bella Hadid is showing off. In a recent social media post, the stunning supermodel flaunts her incredible figure in a tiny bathing suit while poolside. "You look absolutely perfect," commented one of her followers, while many others added fire emojis.

Bella doesn't exercise on an empty stomach. "I count on a smoothie, a juice, or a protein drink 30 minutes before the session. After the session, I eat something full of protein like chicken and wholegrain rice. It's ideal to strengthen the muscle mass and to increase the effects of the session," she told French Vogue.

Hydration and rest are crucial, says Bella. "I try to drink as much water, and get as much sleep, as I can," she told Harper's Bazaar. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

"We're on the go so much that it's hard to eat clean, but I always feel better when I do," Bella told Harper's Bazaar. "I've always had a difficult relationship with food. In high school, my relationship with food came from not having control, but food was the one thing I could control. So I would micromanage and make schedules for food, but it's more important to check what's good for your body and your own biology," she added in another interview with Harper's Bazaar.

Bella is an avid snowboarder. She recently shared some photos of herself drinking her energy drink, Kin Euphorics, while on the mountain. According to the University of Rochester, snowboarding, like skiing, is a great cardiovascular workout. "Because they are also weight-bearing exercises, they strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles," they say. "Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for chronic diseases, and lower blood pressure. They also help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer."

"I always say that first thing in the morning, you have to start your day by staring at the sun. When I was going through a difficult time, I would pull myself out of bed, open the blinds, and then just stare at the sun. But it's so true! And now, I have a sun light and I drink Actual Sunshine, our new Kin flavor, which honestly makes me feel like I'm walking on air," Bella told Harper's Bazaar.

"I don't feel the need [to drink alcohol] because I know how it will affect me at 3 in the morning when I wake up with horrible anxiety thinking about that one thing I said five years ago when I graduated high school," said Hadid in an interview with InStyle in January 2022. "There's just this never-ending effect of, essentially, you know, pain and stress over those few drinks that didn't really do much, you know?" In July 2023, she revealed that with "self love" she was ten months sober. "I'm so proud of anyone pushing through dry July," she wrote, promoting her non-alcoholic beverage drink Kin Euphorics. With Kin and lots of self love, I am almost 10 months no alcohol!" she wrote on Instagram. "I'm so proud of anyone discovering their sobriety," she added. "Or anyone who has had the courage to open their mind to Dry July!"

Bella has a few guilty pleasures. "My favorite go-to snack, I eat pizza, at least once a day. It's always like a go-to cuz it always, you know, it tastes good every time," Bella told ID. "There's no bad pizza. Also seaweed snacks randomly. Oh, sour Patch Kids and Rose Champagne if i'm feeling frisky."

Riley Keough shows off her amazing body

Riley Keough is spending quality time with her dad in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, Elvis Presley's granddaughter shows off her amazing body in a white bathing suit while posing with her pop. "Danny," she captioned the photo, shared to her Instagram Stories.

Riley is all about self-care. "If I'm filming and I have a day off, I'll just sit at home, read, take baths, chill out, and not go anywhere," she told Elle. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Riley enjoys a quick pick-me-up. "I'll drink coffee; I'll drink matcha green tea. I can't have too much because I'm like already anxious in general so if I have a bunch of coffee I'll tweak and then like, have anxiety. And then I'll crash. So if I have a long day I actually won't drink caffeine," she told Elle. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Yoga is the only workout Riley enjoys. "It's the only thing I enjoy that's active, I absolutely hate working out," she told The Blonde and the Brunette. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

The "best diet trick" or advice Riley has ever received is not overthinking it. "Not putting too much attention on that kind of thing," she told The Blonde and the Brunette. "I feel like people who put too much attention end up unhappy. Everything in moderation I suppose."

Riley considers herself a spiritual person, describing her pull towards her career path as "a deeper kind of sense of knowingness," and a "kind of a spiritual thing," she explained to InStyle. She doesn't identify as a Buddhist, but studies the religion and considers it being a "participant of this world and whatever we're doing here." She added to Mr. Porter: "It's really important for me to be connected, somehow, spiritually," she says. "I spend a lot of time doing things that are grounding. My body is really important to me because I have Lyme disease, so I'm trying to take care of myself."

Riley approaches everything with moderation, "not be an anything-oholic," she explained to InStyle. "I'm really consciously trying to be present, and not use anything as any kind of escape, and be cognizant of when I'm doing that."

"I'm just generally trying to be grateful for everything at the moment, trying to operate in love, and keep my heart open, and give and receive love. And not in a woo-woo way, because I definitely have hard days, and all kinds of pain and suffering and all that. But I think when you realize that's part of it, and your expectation isn't to just be feeling joy, that's been a real shift for me in finding those moments and things to smile about," Riley told InStyle.

Jessica Biel flaunts her killer abs

She's bringing sexy back! In her latest workout video, Jessica Biel shows how she gets her killer abs. Known for her love of fitness, the 41-year-old often posts about her wellness goals, and this time she reveals her core moves that help her get a toned tummy. We take a closer look at how the Candy actress stays so fit and dive into her regime.

A few weeks ago, the mother of two shared her newest gym video. Wearing blue spandex and a black tank top, Biel lays on a mat holding a medicine ball straight up while bicycling with her legs.

In the same video, Biel switches things up and lowers the medicine ball while raising both legs. She then alternates each leg, touching the medicine ball, and does several reps.

After she's done with the medicine ball, Biel does sit-ups, but only does a few in the video, because her husband, Justin Timberlake, interrupts her workout, something he loves to do. He pretends to put his foot on her stomach and she laughs. She looks at the camera and says, "That was my man."

Biel is very mindful of what she eats and consumes lean proteins, whole foods, and fruits and vegetables. She posted a delicious salad she made with apricots, cucumber, tomato, sunflower seeds. mozzarella balls, basil, and brown rice.

Biel typically sticks to a well-balanced and clean diet, but she does allow herself to indulge. "A big cheat day in my world is very full on," she told InStyle. "When I'm going for it, I'm going for it. I'm going to have a million cups of coffee in the morning and then it's going to be wine for lunch, pasta for lunch. There's going to be another aperitif after lunch and a dessert and then probably more coffee." It doesn't end there. "And then a dinner that's going to last for a million hours that's just pasta, pasta, pasta, maybe an affogato, maybe another pasta. A lot of wine. More after-dinner drinks. Just really go for it," she said.

Rapper Megan Thee Stallion shows off her bikini body

Megan Thee Stallion is one of the hottest and most successful female rappers right now. She's released hit songs like "WAP" with Cardi B, "Hot Girl Summer," and "Savage" including a remix with Beyonce. The latter song earned the duo a Grammy in 2021. In a revealing interview with ELLE, Megan talked about her shooting incident, and why this interview will be the last time she is publicly discussing it. "My purpose is for these words to serve as the final time that I'll address anything regarding this case in the press. I understand the public intrigue, but for the sake of my mental health, I don't plan to keep reliving the most traumatic experience of my life over and over again. I'm choosing to change the narrative because I'm more than just my trauma."

Megan tells ELLE that she is no longer seeing herself as a victim, but as a survivor. "I don't want to call myself a victim," Megan said. "As I reflect on the past three years, I view myself as a survivor, because I have truly survived the unimaginable. Not only did I survive being shot by someone I trusted and considered a close friend, but I overcame the public humiliation of having my name and reputation dragged through the mud by that individual for the entire world to see."

Megan isn't afraid to speak her mind about causes that are important to her. In her ELLE interview, she says that she wants to help other women who have experienced abuse. "We can't control what others think, especially when the lies are juicier than the truth. But as a society, we must create safer environments for women to come forward about violent behavior without fear of retaliation. We must provide stronger resources for women to recover from these tragedies physically and emotionally, without fear of judgment. We must do more than say her name. We must protect all women who have survived the unimaginable."

Megan has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared her secrets with Harper's Bazaar. Megan says that since she has to wear makeup for her work, she always makes sure to take it all off. "Every night before bed, I have to wash off the 20 pounds of makeup that I have on all day from doing hot-girl stuff, shooting on set, talking to cute boys. I just literally wash all the hot-girl stuff off, and then I put on a little moisturizer and a little Bio-Oil."

Camila Mendes is looking good

Mendes uses Loop skin masks. "I use them all the time. For me, I am somebody who's always struggled to find masks that fit on my face with loops. It actually just sticks on your face so well, and you can do laundry and talk on the phone and I don't know, you can do cartwheels if you want. You can literally do anything while wearing a Loops mask. And on top of that, it's really good skincare and the way that we weave it into a sort of daily skincare routine just makes it really convenient to use and very effective," she told InStyle.

In Hollywood, she has learned "that nobody's going to look after you except yourself and you got to look out for yourself. You got to stand up for yourself and if you have a problem, speak up. Just do it respectfully and with grace. That's it," she told InStyle.

For her Riverdale audition, "I was the very last person they were seeing and I managed to squeeze in an audition and I got there 30 minutes late. My hair was frizzy. It was raining that day. I remember the casting director telling me, she's like, 'You're a little matte right now. At CW, we're glossy.' It's glossy lips. Cheeks are glowing. She's like, so come back a few days from now. Then they brought me back for a producer audition," she told Stephen Colbert. Her friend did her makeup to make her look "glowy, like she just came out of the womb."

Jennifer Aniston shows off her forever young figure

So that's what I mean about taking the darker things that happen in our lives, the not-so-happy moments, and trying to find places to honor them because of what they have given to us."

Jennifer sticks to a cardio routine: The 15-15-15 workout. "I had an injury last fall and I was only able to do Pilates, which I absolutely love. But I was missing that kind of sweat when you just go for it," she recently told InStyle. "I'm going back to my 15-15-15, which is a 15-minute spin, elliptical, run. And then just old school: I can chase myself around a gym. I need some kind of movement, even if it's just 10 minutes a day on a trampoline."

Brooke Shields looks amazing at age 57

Brooke Shields has been a pop culture icon since the '70s, when at 12 years old, she starred in Pretty Baby. She then went on to have a successful modeling career, modeling for Calvin Klein in particular. Shields still looks amazing, as you can see from her recent Instagram post. Shields went on a vacation to Turks and Caicos with her family, and shared some highlights. In them, she enjoyed time by the water, and wore a white bathing suit. She captioned the post, "Fun in the sun."

Shields is all about embracing her body, especially as she gets older. She opened up about this to People. "I think once you're looking at something as 'anti' [and] once you're looking at something as negating it, I think we even need to change that," she says. "I think we need to say 'You know what, I don't call these wrinkles [but] I call them laugh lines.' Yes, my body [and] my skin is different at 57 than it was in my 20s, but that's not what I'm coveting. I'm not trying to grow younger, I'm trying to grow better and more confident."

Shields has a busy schedule. However, she always makes time for herself. She tells People that she is all about self-care and relaxation. Shields also says that she has learned that self-care is something that is important, rather than a selfish act. "I'm just more and more aware of what a privilege it is to be able to exercise self-care," she says. "And have it be a form of wellness rather than vanity."

Shields is all about being a role model. Especially for her two daughters. She tells People that she wants to show her daughters, and other young women, that they should support each other. "You're dealing with kids, these teenage girls, who [think] it's all about competition," Shields explains. "There's so much fear and there's jealousy and I don't want that to be what sets the precedent for their life. "I feel the most empowered when I'm around like-minded women and we're talking about what we're excited about in the future. That's what it means to be a woman — we celebrate one another."

Shields opened up about her wellness routine during the pandemic to InStyle. She says that she struggled with her wellness at first, and that she decided to change things. Shields says that she decided to start meditating. "I signed up for a livestreaming meditation led by Deepak Chopra on Facebook. My family made fun of me, saying, 'Oh, Mom is going to get all Zen now.' When it came on, one of the questions Chopra asked was: 'What do you want for yourself, for life, and for the world?' And I thought, 'I just want the absence of fear. Because every time I start spinning out of control, it comes from fear.' So much of what we are experiencing is fear — fear of the unknown — and it's debilitating. The meditation was maybe 45 minutes long, but it felt like 10."

Shields tells InStyle that she makes sure to work out at home. She says that she likes to use household items to help her stay in shape. "I'm thankful that I'm even capable of working out. I have a trainer who says if you're stuck at home, you have to get creative. You can do biceps with cans of tomatoes. I have these elastic bands, and if you spend 10 minutes doing squats or side steps with those, you're sweating!"

Riley Keough shows off her incredible figure

Zelma Charem is a model and social media star. She shares a bunch of stunning photos on her different accounts. Charem posted a new photo on Instagram this week. In it, she sat in a sauna in a gold bathing suit. She captioned the post, "SAUNA.

Riley stresses the importance of self-care. "If I'm filming and I have a day off, I'll just sit at home, read, take baths, chill out, and not go anywhere. I love the beach; my husband loves the beach. It's weird, I grew up in California and I've only surfed, like, once. I kind of grew up half my life in Hawaii as well; there's not really big waves on the side of the island that I lived on so it was never really like a thing that I started," she told Elle.

Riley relies on an occasional pick-me-up. "I'll drink coffee; I'll drink matcha green tea. I can't have too much because I'm like already anxious in general so if I have a bunch of coffee I'll tweak and then like, have anxiety. And then I'll crash. So if I have a long day I actually won't drink caffeine," she told Elle.

Riley revealed to The Blonde and the Brunette that yoga is the only exercise she likes. "It's the only thing I enjoy that's active, I absolutely hate working out," she confessed. My body is really important to me because I have Lyme disease, so I'm trying to take care of myself."

Riley tries to "not be an anything-oholic" and approaches things with moderation. "I'm really consciously trying to be present, and not use anything as any kind of escape, and be cognizant of when I'm doing that," she told InStyle.

"I'm just generally trying to be grateful for everything at the moment, trying to operate in love, and keep my heart open, and give and receive love. And not in a woo-woo way, because I definitely have hard days, and all kinds of pain and suffering and all that. But I think when you realize that's part of it, and your expectation isn't to just be feeling joy, that's been a real shift for me in finding those moments and things to smile about," Riley told InStyle.

Sailor Brinkley-Cook is heating up social media with her latest swimsuit snaps. The daughter of Christie Brinkley and Peter Cook shows off her incredible figure in a bathing suit while posing on the shoreline. "Gorgeous," she captioned the Instagram photo.

Sailor openly discusses her body image issues and the importance of self-love. "I've grown up with a lot of body issues. I spent my entire life being so insecure," she told InStyle. "When I did my first bikini shoot, I was worried because I don't even have boobs; I'm a B cup. I don't have all of these intensified assets that many bikini models do. Why should I be considered sexy?" Modeling helped give her the confidence to "own" who and what" she is "at such a bare, raw state," she explained.

"I really felt like I was celebrating my body and my womanhood." More recently she shared about her struggles with body dysmorphia. "I've been so down on myself recently. Crying about my cellulite, letting the fat on my body ruin my day, getting mad that I'm not as skinny as I once was," she wrote in an Instagram post. "The body dysmorphia and left over eating disorder tendencies have been coming in strong. "As I come into myself as a young woman my body shifts and changes by the month, the 'control' I felt I once had over it has been completely stripped away from me. Hormones, emotions, growing pains."

Sailor sweats daily. "In general, I try to work out every day. A normal workout would start with cardio. I'm a big runner—I try to run two miles a day. Then I work out with my trainer at Work Train Fight, doing HIIT workouts like burpees and lunges. If I need a day off, I'll do yoga or something low-intensity," she told InStyle.

Sailor regularly cuts sugar out of her diet – especially right before a shoot or show. "I start cutting sugar 10 days before. Every time I stop eating sugar, it's immediate, and when you're going to the gym every day, cutting out sugar changes the game. I see myself getting a lot more shredded," she said.

Sailor prioritizes hydration. "You want to be hydrated because it shows up in the way your skin looks, in the way that your body looks, in the way that you're acting and feeling," she told InStyle. "24 hours before a shoot, I'm drinking a crazy amount of water—I'm talking like three gallons." According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

Sailor eats "as clean as possible," she told InStyle. She also avoids processed food. "Lots of lean protein. I'm vegan so I can't have grilled chicken or salmon, but I go for salads with quinoa and beans and fresh vegetables and then something light, like a sautéed vegetable dish, for dinner."

Sailor loves walking. "I think that's a really underrated thing people don't do enough when they're feeling stressed out. Especially in the city, I'll put my phone in my pocket, put my headphones in, and I'll just play my favorite music and take a walk around the city. You just see all these different people of all different walks of life, and the art on the streets, and little fluffy dogs. All these little things remind you that, Okay, we're all in this together, we're going through it, you've got to make the best of it. That really helps me a lot when I'm feeling chaotic," she told Glamour.

Jennifer Lopez is feeling the love

Jennifer Lopez is feeling the love in her swimsuit. The superstar honored her husband, Ben Affleck, on Valentine's Day by revealing a new tattoo with the letters J and B, and also showing off her amazing body in a bathing suit. "Commitment ♾️ Happy Valentine's Day my love," she captioned the powerful Instagram post.

Jennifer told Rolling Stone that she goes to therapy, adding that she has "become much more spiritual" since having kids. "I am whole; I am good on my own; I love the universe, the universe loves me," is one of the affirmations she uses. "I try to always live from a place of gratitude," she added. "But today, especially, if you ask me what my first thought was, it was, 'Thank you. Thank you, God, for this day. Thank you for my life, what it is.'"

While it's hard to believe, Jennifer is aging like the rest of us, and she believes in adapting her workouts as the years go by. "In my 20s and 30s I used to work out but not like I do now," she explained in InStyle's 2021 The Beauty Issue. "It's not that I work out more; I just work out harder and smarter. And it doesn't take me as long as it did in the past. I do it more for my health than I do for looks, which is funny. When you do things for the right reasons, you actually look better!"

You won't find Jennifer on a crash diet. "You got to work out, you got to watch what you eat," she told Us Weekly about her approach to staying in shape. "It's a job— you've got to buckle down." Per Dodd her diet consists of a lot of protein, vegetables, fats, carbohydrates and water. Additionally, she "stays away from processed foods and gets her nutrients from whole sources." Egg whites, white meat turkey, chicken breast and grass-fed beef three to four times a week serve as her main protein sources. Healthy fats in the form of fish like salmon and sea bass packed with high levels of omega-3s and 6s and "a handful" of nuts per day are also go-to foods. She also eats lots of veggies and complex carbs like sweet potatoes, brown rice, quinoa, rice bread and oatmeal, which she'll eat with fresh berries.

Jennifer cheats on occasion. "Throughout the years I've learned the importance of maintaining a healthier […] diet," she told People. "I still eat some of the foods I love, but in moderation. I don't deprive myself."

Jennifer is extremely disinclined. "Very rarely will I skip my workout," she told Us Weekly. "Sometimes, I work too late the night before, and I'm like, 'Ugh, I can't do this.' But I tell myself, 'Just do it. It's only an hour.' It's just talking yourself off the ledge of being a lazy bum."

Alexandra Daddario made quite the splash

Alexandra Daddario made quite the splash during a White Lotus scene earlier in 2021. The pandemic era show is set at a Hawaii resort and featured the Baywatch star getting poked fun at by a couple of teenaged characters on the show, who see the tables turned soon after Daddario strips into a bold white bikini and struts into some water. She and her co-star Sydney Sweeney were more recently given the opportunity to recreate the now-famous scene and totally went for it.

In fact, Daddario and Sweeney both attended the Louboutin Dinner to celebrate the InStyle Awards. The White Lotus star shared an Instagram look at exactly what happened when she ran into her former co-star at the event. She hilariously then set the video to the show’s memorable theme song, though given the context of the event she did skip the bikini this time.

If you’ve already seen The White Lotus, it’s very clear which scene Sydney Sweeney and Alexandra Daddario were recreating. In the show, Daddario plays newlywed Rachel, a content creator who married up and is a little outside of her comfort zone staying at the high-end resort that's the focal point of the series. While at the pool she meets Olivia and Paula (played by Brittany O’Grady) and the two teens make it clear they are unimpressed by the older woman, that is until she derobes for an epic pool walk and shows off what she's bringing to the table as a grown woman. The funny moment comes early in Season 1 of The White Lotus. If you missed it, HBO and its streaming service HBO MAX have fortunately made it available online and it’s a nice companion piece to the viral video from the recent dinner event.

Meanwhile, this is certainly not the first time Alexandra Daddario has wowed in a swimsuit -- this year even she went cliff-diving in a bikini in fact -- but the Mike White-created series definitely used the moment for comedy in a way that totally sets the tone for what we get in the series. It also worked a lot better for me than that bit in Baywatch where Daddario’s character chides Zac Efron’s swimming champ for looking at her boobs.

There are a lot of great moments in The White Lotus, but this is one that I’m happy cropped up again. And while there were no bikinis this time, the two certainly looked stunning in their finery at the event. Given the plan for the HBO series, I’m just bummed we likely won’t get to see Sydney Sweeney and Alexandra Daddario back next season. Though The White Lotus has been renewed for Season 2, the hotel is expected to have new visitors this time around. Will that include any moments that are quite this memorable? We’ll have to wait and see.

Jennifer Aniston, 50, looks like she hasn’t aged a day on the covers of InStyle’s October issue. The Morning Show actress graces not one, but six different covers for the magazine’s Beauty Issue, where she is pictured in bathing suits, a suit, and more sexy outfits. Not only does she wear fabulous looks for the magazine, her glam is also perfect and she even rocks bangs on one cover.

But not everybody is happy about one of the actress’s unrecognizable looks. In the first of the covers posted to InStyle’s Instagram page, the 50-year-old actress is rocking a strapless bikini with a number of chunky gold jewels. However, the only thing standing out to readers is Aniston’s noticeably darker and airbrushed skin.

Aniston’s other looks, however, seem more favorable as fans call her “a timeless beauty” and even thank InStyle for the “amazing surprise.”

Aside from just looking gorgeous in the photoshoot, Jennifer opened up about her latest projects as well as her style and love for skincare, which she said she owes all to her mom. The reason she got into skincare in the first place, she admits, “I think it’s because my mom told me to start moisturizing when I turned 15. I’ve been using Aveeno since I was a teenager.”

Heidi Klum, and Tom Kaulitz, couldn’t stop showing off how in love they are just hours after tying the knot in a second wedding ceremony in Capri, Italy on Aug. 3. The next morning, they were joined by their wedding guests once again to continue the celebrations. Heidi and her new hubby sat close together for the morning-after celebrations, and they looked at one another with huge smiles throughout the event.

Heidi Klum previously said that her wedding preparations were “coming along" as she sun baths in her backyard

When the supermodel, needed some Vitamin D, she sun bathed in her backyard topless wearing only a tiny black thong bikini bottom. And she documented the occasion by snapping a selfie of her bronzed backside and shared the sultry shot on her Instagram.

While Klum’s kept quiet about her exact wedding date after confirming she and Tom Kaulitz got legally married in February, she did tell Entertainment Tonight that the wedding would be “on time” and that preparations were “coming along.”

But you will find out eventually,” she added. “We’re two Germans, it will be very organized and on time. Very, very much on time and very organized.”

Shortly after, Klum began receiving criticism for dating a man 17 years her junior and spoke out on the situation.

“Lately, I’m being reminded more about my age by people other than myself,” Klum told InStyle in July 2018. “My boyfriend is many years younger than me, and lots of people are questioning that and asking about it. She has posed for many magazines including British Vogue, Vogue, Vogue Italia, Allure, Esquire, Glamour, GQ, Interview and W. Her covers include magazines such as Elle Magazine, Harper’s Bazaar Kazakhstan, Harper’s Bazaar Mexico and InStyle Russia.

In 2017, Sanders became a spokesperson for Reebox and went on to launch her own shoe design in December of 2017. In 2019, she was picked to be in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.

Sports Illustrated Model Danielle Herrington rocked the runway during New York Fashion Week

Model Danielle Herrington was seen sporting a skimpy outfit at New York Fashion Week that yet again proved why she graced the cover of the 2018 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit magazine.

The 25-year-old stunner closed the LaQuan Smith fashion show on Sunday, February 10, wowing the audience and her fans in the sexy ensemble she sported for the glamorous event. 

According to InStyle, Danielle made her New York Fashion Week debut for Philipp Plein’s show in September of 2017, shortly after her first appearance in the bikini-clad Sports Illustrated Swimsuit magazine earlier that year. Her second year appearing in the publication, in 2018, landed her the cover page, and made her only the third African-American woman to do so. She would join the likes of Tyra Banks in 1997 and Beyonce in 2005, Sports Illustrated reported.
