Gabby Allen has shared a candid Instagram post detailing her struggles with body confidence as she posted gallery of bikini-clad snaps on Thursday.

The Love Island star, 32, showed off her toned physique in a skimpy white bikini and in a lengthy caption admitted she's 'trying to reframe how she perceives herself'.

In her post, Gabby shared a list of body parts she's struggled to accept in recent years, and said that while others assume she's fully embraced her body, that is far from the case.

Gabby, who last month underwent a correct boob job after botched surgery, showed off her gym-honed figure in the barely-there white bikini in the collection of snaps.

She wrote: '5ft 2, big wonky ribs, hip dips, no waist - straight up and down, not thin enough but definitely not fat enough to moan, flat chested, chunky legs, arms too wide in pictures, bum not perky enough, not quite pretty enough…

'These are just a few of the things I have been given a hard time for AND/OR given myself a hard time over in the past and for transparency, some.

'I still have back and forth with now - apart from the flat chestedness… not any more b*****s!

'Sometimes (all the time) I worry about how I come across on social media, I don't wanna be too IN YA FACE, or appear ''big headed'' or sl***y or not fitness enough or not fashun enough or just like a t**t

'But then I see some other girls posts and I'm like YES girl! They look unreal and I would love to post similar stuff but the I don't because of ALL of the above- people's opinions and my opinion of myself.

'The reason I'm writing this is because I'm sure there are people out there, and I've been told people think I'm dead confident and have 'my sh*t together' but in actual fact, I don't at all & that's okay.

'But I'm going to keep f*****g trying! (Still trying since Love Island days when I had my lil meltdown)

'It IS actually something I'm actively now working on. At the end of the day, no one's opinions should really matter about ourself, apart from our own.

'I'm trying to reframe how perceive myself in the mirror. Instead of picking out bits I'm trying to change, I'm trying to see the bits I like.

'When I have a negative thought in my head, putting myself down, I'm trying to switch it to a positive more comforting feeling instead.

Tyne Lexi-Clarson flaunts her amazing body

Tyne Lexi-Clarson is heating up social media in her swimsuit. In a recent post the Love Island hottie flaunts her amazing body in a bathing suit, sending her followers into a frenzy. "Wow absolutely amazing," one commented. "Perfection," added another.

In a video, Tyne-Lexy revealed that she "hit rock bottom" after appearing on Love Island when her weight "ballooned." Instead of taking drastic measures, Clarson opted to lose weight the healthy way. "I didn't want to do anything unhealthy and I wanted to ensure that my weight loss came about through exercise and diet improvements," she said.

Clarson stays accountable by tracking her progress. "It was great looking at the pictures each week and seeing my body firming up. After every session, I feel a little bit fitter, my body was a little more taut and I always felt that I was moving in the right direction…" she said. "If you really knuckle down, it is perfectly possible to make quite big changes to your physique in six weeks. Taking the pictures was a great motivator because I was determined that I would look a little fitter in each one."

Meal replacement drinks are a "great way to boost the progress I was already making through diet and exercise," Clarson said. "They give you that extra push and I wouldn't have hit my target in six weeks without them."

Clarson maintains that her six week transformation turned into a lifestyle. "'I have got all my body confidence back," she said. "This isn't a short-term fix – I have got more energy, I feel more comfortable in my body and I going to carry on with all the good habits I have picked up in the last six weeks."

Brooke Burke is sharing her thoughts on bikinis.

The Dancing With the Stars alum, 51, took to Instagram on Thursday to share photos of herself on the beach, where she sported a yellow string bikini. In her caption, she wrote, “When asked my opinion on ‘women my age and #bikinis’.... I'm not quite sure I understand the question. Is your age a limitation, or an opportunity to go deeper In exploring your self-confidence? Personally string bikinis are my fav at every stage! Dress for yourself not your age. Does age affect freedom? Does age effect sex appeal? Do you believe that self-confidence is ageless? I do. Let's talk.”

Her followers loved the message. One commented, “Self confidence is everything. We can wear whatever we want, whenever we want to,” to which Burke responded, “Yaaasss. Aren't we so lucky. Not every woman has that choice.”

The fitness personality, who has her own wellness app called Brooke Burke Body, previously spoke to Yahoo Life about the supposed end of one’s bikini years.

"You should have a bikini cutoff age when you stop feeling good in your bikini," Burke noted. "And I don't want to say 'looking good.' And I don't want to say when somebody else thinks you stopped looking good. All shapes and sizes are hot and in right now, all sizes are relevant and trending right now."

Burke also said that she now has a philosophy that’s more about feeling good than looking good.

"It's about understanding your lifestyle ... and setting attainable goals and designing a lifestyle, not a quick fix," she explained. "Not this, 'I'm going to pop this pill or starve myself or never eat carbs again and shock my body. And then I'm going to put it all back on in three weeks.' Find something you enjoy. Not everybody loves fitness. I get that, so make it fun. Get an accountability buddy, do it with a partner, do it with your family."

In April of 2021, the mom of four also spoke to Yahoo Life about why it’s important for her to have body confidence as she gets older — especially so that she can be a role model for that for younger people.

“I'm going to be 50 this year, yet it's just a number and I feel happier, and healthier at this stage in this decade of my life,” she said at the time. “So, I think that comes from a much deeper place. It's not just about body sculpting and getting that bikini body and having a bubble butt, that's the easy part of my philosophy. It's how we feel inside and body confidence is really important, especially for young women.”

Explaining she wanted to demonstrate how being on her period changes the appearance of her body. She wrote: 'This is not a transformation pic, not a before and after weight loss pic. The only difference? I was on my period in the picture on the left and not on my period in the picture on the right.' 'You are so much more than a clothes size or number on a scale.' She wrote in summary: 'Throughout the course of our lives our bodies are going to change.'Why are we still so cruel to ourselves and our changing bodies?'

She went on: 'We need to be more accepting of life's ebbs and flows and our body's evolution. We need to stop beating ourselves up for every pound gained or every bit of muscle definition lost.'

She candidly added: 'As someone who has actively hated my body for years, I know learning to accept your changing body and love the skin you're in can be difficult.

'It took me till my 30s to realize that there is so much more to life than having a thigh gap, a perfectly flat stomach, or being a size 6.

'I urge you all to stop forcing your body to be something it doesn't want to be, stop punishing it - instead be proud of everything it has got you through, wear your scars proudly and just embrace the change.'

Ashley James, 33, penned a love letter to herself this week after receiving messages from fans who are struggling with body image.

Championing body positivity, the popular personality flaunted her fabulous figure in a red bikini as Baz Luhrmann's spoken word song, Everybody's Free (to Wear Sunscreen) played during a short video.

The DJ said the song, which features the lyrics: "You will not understand the power and beauty of your youth until they've faded," reminded her to worry less about how her body looks.

She flaunted her figure in scarlet string bikini with scallop-edged while splashing around in a tiny paddling pool in her sun-soaked garden.

Irish singer Lyra has embarked on a body positivity journey

The Cork native opened up about the lack of body confidence she has and said she's doing her best to work on it.

The singer revealed that she didn't share a swimsuit photo because she was nervous about the fact "it stays there forever".

Lyra shared the gorgeous snap to her story and eventually worked up the courage to share it on her main feed.

She told how she received tons of messages from women, praising her honesty online.

Speaking Lyra said: "This is a new journey for me, I'm really trying to get into this body confidence in myself.

"And I didn't post that photo for ages I actually only put it on my story because I was too nervous to put it on my page because it stays there forever.

"I got so many amazing messages from women saying, 'Thank you for sharing this, my daughter's all in social media and I want her to see women like you sharing things like this.'

"And actually it was those women sending those messages that gave me the confidence to put that picture up."

Lyra admitted she felt "annoyed" at herself for not having the confidence to share the picture originally.

She explained: "I was actually really annoyed at myself that I didn't have the confidence to put it up at the start but it's something that I am learning.

"I suppose when you're in the light, people think you must be really confident but I'm really not.

"Especially when it comes to my body, even though the outfits I wear you'd think I was.

"But I'll never let my body take over what I want to wear, I'll always wear what I want to wear and I just want other people to try and get to that place."

In the photo Lyra shared, she wore a black swimsuit and stood in front of the sea.

The singer told that "cellulite is normal" and urged everyone to love every part of themselves.

The former SI Swimsuit model Emily DiDonato admits that after a lot of rejection early in her career, she was willing to do "whatever it takes" to start booking jobs

"I posted a video on my YouTube channel talking about my road to self love and body confidence," Emily captioned a photo of herself on Instagram. "It took me a long time to feel comfortable in my body. I’ve fluctuated over the years from a double zero to a size 10 and I remember being so embarrassed and ashamed of that.

"I wish I was kinder to myself because I am only human but I thought models were meant to be a 00 and stay a 00," she continued.

"I was always hesitant to talk about body positivity or body diversity because I am aware being a size 6 or 8 is nothing ground breaking but in the modeling industry, my size hasn’t always been represented, celebrated or accepted. For me, feeling comfortable in my skin has taken a lot of work and effort and I wanted to share that.

The former SI Swimsuit model admits that after a lot of rejection early in her career, she was willing to do "whatever it takes" to start booking jobs. That included eating as little as possible and working out as often as possible, which ultimately led to a thinner frame but fragile mental state.

"I was lonely. I was homesick. I missed my friends," she recalls in the video. "I didn't know what I was doing in this big city. I didn't know anyone.

"I didn't even know how to make new friends because, like, making friends as an adult is actually very hard," she said. "I was going to castings, and I still wasn't getting great feedback."

Emily remembers feeling embarassed when she eventually gained the weight back, because she felt like she was failing the agencies and people who believed in her. After landing a spot in Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, Emily, who hated her first year of photos, was shocked to find she started working more than ever. The New York-based model is now "at peace" with her body and determined never to let a brand or individual opinion ruin her self-confidence again.

Aysha Khan show body confidence and empowerment in a different way

A Miss England finalist broke pageant conventions by submitting photos of herself in a wetsuit for the optional swimsuit round of the competition, earning herself a position in the top 20.

Although the swimsuit round was banned in 2010, as part of the pageant, contestants can enter themselves into the optional Miss Beach Beauty competition, with the winner awarded a trip to Mauritius.

Winners are also fast-tracked into the top 20 of the overall Miss England competition.

Aysha Khan, 21, from Blackburn, Lancashire, was the only contestant of 49 entrants to choose a full-body swimming costume a choice she made to show you don't have to wear a bikini to feel confident.

According to Khan, who is Muslim, she did not want to submit a photo in a bikini, but still wanted to participate so she chose to enter with her unique take on swimwear.

Speaking to the Lancashire Telegraph about her submission, Khan said she wanted to stay true to herself and her background, while also empowering others.

“I wanted to show a different take on swimwear, and that you don’t have to wear a bikini to go to the beach,” Khan said. “It’s a choice to dress with less clothing, it’s also a choice to dress with more and both are equally as empowering as the other as it’s a personal choice and feeling.

Though Nicole was proudly showing off her amazing body at the beach in her latest round of social media uploads, she’s admitted in the past that she actually once struggled with body confidence.

Brugman is currently in Bali with a handful of her friends, and the model took to Instagram to floor her fans with a shot of herself staring out onto the gorgeous, crystal blue waters surrounding her villa, and her followers went absolutely wild for the snap.

For the photo, Brugman chose an all-black, two-piece bikini that clung to her every curve.
