Madison Lewis shows off her fit body

Madison Lewis is an actress, who also has a poetry book coming out soon. She is currently dating actor, Hayden Yezak. The two recently enjoyed a vacation together. Lewis shared some highlights on Instagram recently. In one post, the couple enjoyed a pool day together. Lewis captioned the post, "Paradise with my paradise."

As you can see from her recent post, Lewis spends a lot of time at the beach. This has a lot of health benefits. The South African College of Applied Physiology states, "Clinical Psychologist, Richard Shuster, reports that staring at the ocean changes our brain waves' frequency. And puts us into a mild meditative state. Ergo, the relaxing effect on the senses when we watch the swell's ebb and flow. A study by researchers from Harvard, the University of Massachusetts Medical Schools, and the German Bender Institute of Neuroimaging, showed that regular meditation significantly changes the brain.

Specifically, it changes the grey matter concentration in the brain regions associated with learning and memory processes, emotion regulation, and perspective-taking. Furthermore, according to psychologists, listening to the waves activates the parasympathetic nervous system. This slows us down, allowing us to relax and feel more engaged."

Lewis likes to ski to stay in shape. At the beginning of the year, she took a ski trip, and shared photos on Instagram. A study in Front Physiol states, "Downhill skiing, especially when performed on a regular basis, may contribute to healthy aging by its association with a healthier life style including higher levels of physical activity.

Several other mechanisms suggest further favorable health effects of downhill skiing in response to specific challenges and adaptations in the musculo-skeletal and postural control systems, to exposures to cold temperatures and intermittent hypoxia, and/or emotional and social benefits from outdoor recreation."

Lewis loves dogs. She and her boyfriend have a golden retriever together. Lewis shared photos of herself and her dog outside on Instagram. The Animal Health Foundation states that having a dog has a lot of health benefits. "It probably doesn't come as a surprise that owning a dog requires a little bit of energy. Dogs have to be walked and exercised, which means dog owners are out there getting more physical activity than people without dogs. Older people are more likely to take regular walks with a dog than they are with a human, according to one study. Another found that 60% of dog owners who took their dogs for regular walks were considered to get regular moderate or vigorous exercise based on federal standards."

Lewis makes sure to hit the gym. And she usually doesn't go alone. A lot of Lewis' gym posts are with her boyfriend or a friend. The CDC states that working out with others has a lot of benefits. "When you work out with a partner, you're likely to: Feel more motivated. When you and your buddy encourage each other, you'll work harder (and get better results!). And there's nothing wrong with a little friendly competition. Be more adventurous. It's easier to try new things with a buddy. You may just find an activity you love, one that feels more like fun and less like a workout. Be more consistent. When someone else is counting on you to show up, you won't want to let them down."

Julianne Hough shows off slim figure

Julianne Hough is showing off her dance moves – and her slim figure. In a new social media montage, the Dancing with the Stars judge dances her way through life, confessing that she is always busting a move. "Not, not dancing," she joked in the Instagram caption. "I love it!!! And I love you!!!" one of her followers commented. "Whatever it is, babe, you have GOT IT. ? Really hitting your stride. And lookin' gorgeous, btw," added another.

Hough gets her daily exercise. "Working out and staying healthy is part of my daily routine," she told Us Weekly. "I move my body every day doing a variety of workouts."

For years, Julianne relied on Body by Simone, a dance-inspired cardio workout created by Simone de la Rue. The method mixes dancing with intervals of conditioning moves to target the upper and lower body and core. "We do lots of mat work, body-weight moves and free weights," she told Good Morning America.""The trampoline cardio might sound crazy, but it's a great low-impact option. As a dancer, you've got to take good care of your knees!"

Julianne formulated her own workout, KINRGY, inspired by her love of dance. "Dance continues to surprise me. Dance strengthens muscles that I didn't even know I had – physically, emotionally and energetically ???✨ I'm feeling so grateful for my daily #KINRGY practice which brings me strength and power – internally and externally! Connecting with the elements and moving intuitively is what it's all about! The more I move, the more I feel myself in #flow and fully expressed," she wrote in a recent Instagram post.

"It's important to remember that it's not about getting the steps right, but just about keeping your heart rate up and having a good time," Hough told GMA.

Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

The glamorous singer has been enjoying a carefree holiday with her family in the French capital.

Lori Harvey looking great

Lori Harvey just made her debut as Sports Illustrated Swimsuit's newest rookie.

The 27-year-old model and entrepreneur posed for photos wearing a deep violet metallic bikini from Monica Hansen Beachwear. As for her accessories, she sported a pair of chunky gold earrings designed by Ben-Amun and a similar style cuff bracelet from Mondo Mondo.

For the photo shoot, which was held in Cancun, Harvey worked with renowned SI Swim photographer Yu Tsai, who has previously worked as a creative consultant and judge in several reality TV series, including America's Next Top Model, Germany's Next Top Model and Asia's Next Top Model.

Coincidentally enough, Harvey previously worked with Tsai, and recalled their reunion on set as "such a full-circle moment."

"The first time I shot with Yu Tsai, I was super young, had braces ... and I was shooting with my family. So being able to connect with him again for something as major as this was really, really special," she shared.

As for how she felt about being asked to partake in the special feature, she giddily explained that she was "smiling from ear to ear" over the opportunity–which was made even more exciting by the fact that her swimsuit brand YEVRAH, which she launched in partnership with Revolve, would also be featured in her debut.

Dutch model Doutzen Kroes loves dancing

Dutch model Doutzen Kroes is happiest on the dance floor with her friends, getting a solid workout while having fun. Kroes, 39, shared a picture of herself wearing an orange shirt and black workout pants, flashing the peace sign. "I love dancing. It's like my therapy being in class dancing while letting go, out of the mind and into the body and enjoying the flow!" she captioned the post.

Kroes developed a love for dance-based workouts aftering dancing in a lingerie campaign. "I was luckily introduced to Vincent Vianen who is an amazing dancer and choreographer," she told Vogue France. "When I was asked to shoot lingerie while dancing, it was something where I was really faced with my own insecurities. I am going to continue to dance because I am going to be the first one on the dance floor now. One of the most important things Vincent taught me was to let go and to not think because I overthink and when you dance you have to let go, enjoy the music and really feel it. It's really fun to bring the best out of yourself and compete with yourself and it's getting better and better."

Kroes swears by ballet workouts and Pilates for a strong core and long, lean muscles. "When I come to New York, I always try to see Mary Helen Bowers because I love to do my ballet exercises with her. When I do Ballet Beautiful, I feel muscles the day after that I didn't even know I had. It lengthens my body and changes my posture," she told Vogue France. "[Pilates] strengthens my core and because of that I feel very strong and it changed my posture. Pilates is so much harder than it looks and something Cheryl always tells me is that I have to make it look like it's easy."

Organic fruits and vegetables make up a huge part of Kroes's diet. "Every morning I mix an orange, grapefruit, and lemon with wheatgrass or green powder in the blender," she told Vogue. "I make it for my son and husband. It's very sour. It doesn't taste good at all, but I do it because it's healthy. My mom grows wheatgrass in her garden and my son goes there and he chews on it and thinks it's gum! Kids are amazing—you can teach them anything and they'll eat anything. Of course every kid is different. My son didn't have any sugar until he was 3 years old. Growing up, my mom gave me really healthy food. Everything was fresh from the garden and organic before the organic hype. I still eat mostly organic food."

Kroes was thrilled to play Amazon warrior Venelia in Wonder Woman. "I was a fan of Wonder Woman growing up—I loved the fact that she was as strong and as smart as Superman," she told Glamour. "I was able to do my own riding, and had several weeks of combat and weapons training for the scenes on the beach. I've always ridden horses, but learning to handle a sword at a full gallop was pretty intense. But I loved every minute of it!"

Kroes believes beauty and happiness are one and the same. "It sounds so clichéd but it definitely chimes from within," she told Harper's Bazaar UK. You can put as much make-up on as you want, and hide certain things, but it's cyclical. So, when you have gratitude and feel good, make-up emphasizes how you feel already. I see products as a tool to look even better and then because you look even better then you feel even better – it's a positive circle… I'm discovering by practicing gratitude – that when you feel grateful and find that in the smallest of moments you then find it over and over again. You feel happier and happier and happier – because you continue to find it everywhere. It's a really nice way of living."

Fitness has played a part in my life ever since I can remember, so once I left home, I started going to the gym every day. Rosie is also a fan of dance-inspired workouts. "When I want something upbeat, I'll head to Tracy Anderson's studio and Simone De La Rue at Body By Simone. I love their mix of aerobics and dance – their classes are really intense and challenging.

Louise Thompson flaunted her beach body as she soaked up the sun in Antigua.

The former Made in Chelsea star posed on the sand in an off-white bikini, showing off her sculpted physique.

She added a pair of 90s-style sunglasses and floppy sunhat with red details.

The TV star also shared a selection of photos from her luxurious holiday with her son Leo and her partner Ryan Libbey.

In one adorable photo, she grinned as she and Leo cuddled each other in front of the ocean.

Louise recently revealed that she has written a book called Lucky - which tells the story of her traumatic pregnancy.

The mum-of-one has been battling with PTSD and anxiety since she nearly died giving birth to Leo.

Announcing her project, she told fans that she now feels "ready" but "petrified" to step into a new chapter.

She said: "I finally feel ready to share my story. I feel proud, It's a form of closure. I'm closing this chapter and getting ready to enter a new chapter.

"I feel like a huge weight is being lifted off my shoulders, but equally I feel petrified."

Alongside a video revealing the news to her followers, she wrote: "So much to say, but I seem to have writers block today.

"Not ideal timing given that I have a particularly big announcement to get off my chest and it very much involves the theme of ‘writing’.

"So I’ll just count myself in - 3, 2, 1 … I have written a book.

"I feel slightly sick with nerves. A couple of years ago I experienced a series of distressing events that completely derailed me.

"They turned me from a highly functioning, happy and fairly successful young adult into a vegetable almost overnight.

"The journey to get from that place to where I am today has felt like hell on earth but I finally feel courageous enough to share some of the details of what happened to me and to examine my personal lived experience since.…in one tidy space.

"Introducing my book: LUCKY."

She said how she was told by people she met in her recovery that she would share her story and would help other people in the same position.

Louise explained that it's taken her "a really long time" to accept what happened to her and thanked her followers for their support."

Georgina Rodriguez looking great on the Maldives

Arabella Chi shows off her body

Love Island: All Stars is happening right now, and some of the franchise's most memorable Islanders are returning for another chance at love. Among them is Arabella Chi, who first appeared in 2019. Chi shared her cast photo for the series in an Instagram collaboration with the show. In it, Chi wore a black swimsuit. The show captioned her cast photo, "From the runway to the Hideaway, Arabella is looking for her A-list Islander."

Chi shares a lot of swimsuit photos on Instagram. Naturally, she loves to swim to stay in shape. Chi posted this video of herself by the pool. She captioned the post, "What's your favorite vacation destination?" She also posted these photos of herself in the waters of Formentera. Better Health states that swimming has a lot of benefits. "Swimming is a healthy activity that you can continue for a lifetime. It is a low-impact activity that has many physical and mental health benefits."

Chi makes sure to do at-home workouts. For some of them, she likes using a resistance band. During the pandemic, Chi shared this resistance band workout video on Instagram. She captioned the post, "Self Isolation Workout ?? Training is a massive part of my life and I use it massively to help my anxiety so for me even in isolation I will make sure I still stay as active as possible @rickel_white and I put together 2 workouts this morning to help you guys out all you need is a resistance band."

Prior to appearing on All-Stars, Chi was in a relationship with an athlete. She talked about what she learned from that breakup to The Sun. "Last year was probably my unluckiest when it came to finding the one. I've been so unlucky in love. I've dated people I thought at the time were the one, which was a mistake I've since learnt from."

One thing Chi likes to do to stay in shape is weight train. She even likes to do these exercises while on vacation. Chi shared this highlight reel on Instagram of herself at a resort. In them, she is seen lifting hand dumbbells and doing lateral pulldowns. She captioned the post, "Idyllic spa reset." Harvard Health reports, "U.S. exercise guidelines recommend that adults do strength training for all major muscle groups twice a week. This can be accomplished through a variety of workouts, including weightlifting, exercises like push-ups and sit-ups, and some types of yoga."

Chi made an important motto for this year. To love life. She shared this in the caption of this Instagram reel she posted for 2024. She captioned the post, "My 2024 motto … love life and life will love you."

Millie Court shows off her amazing legs

Millie Court is heating up Bondi Beach – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Love Island star shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while sunbathing in Australia. "Wishing I was back laying on the beach," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "Babe," commented one of her followers. "Absolutely incredible you are," added another.

During her appearance on Love Island, Millie gained weight and was trolled by her followers. What they didn't know is that she crash dieted to get camera ready – and it wasn't healthy for her. "[In] the weeks leading up to Love Island, I felt the need to lose several pounds because I knew I was going to be surrounded by beautiful, slim girls. I worked out every single day and ate salad for lunch and to tell you the truth I was miserable while doing it," she said in a post. "I went from a size 10 to a six, and it's the smallest I've ever been as a young adult. Because of my height, this made me look unhealthily skinny, of which I was (not eating barely anything, feeling ill all the time, tired, dizzy) and I remember looking at myself, I'd lost my boobs and my bum and those curves I once had and I missed them."

Millie loves her body and embraces every curve. "We're all different shapes and sizes, each size perfect in our own way. But please don't get stuck to the beauty standard of 'perfection'," she wrote in the same post. "Loving our imperfections can be difficult, but when you learn to embrace them and realise that our imperfections don't define us, they are just a part of us alongside everything that creates you as a person."

Milllie is a big fan of a self-care routine. Her go-to method? Baths. "Drowning my sorrows in the bath because my Met Gala invite got lost ?…," she captioned this Instagram snap. Why should you take a nightly bath? Not only have they been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression, but one recent study found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Millie maintains a healthy diet but allows herself to cheat. Her guilty pleasure? Burgers. "Last stop in LA," she captioned this photo of herself standing outside of SoCal's famous In-N-Out Burger.

One of Millie's favorite fitness methods is hiking – a great whole body workout says National Parks Service. Bella Thorne shows off her toned tummy

Bella Thorne is staying warm this winter – by heating things up in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the actress shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit outfit. "Throwing it back to this bday look as I'm in the snow covered in jackets," she captioned the Instagram photos. "Beautiful," commented one of her followers. "You look stunningly gorgeous and sexy as always, Bella," added another.

Bella's trainer is a family member. "I wouldn't say I'm in my best shape at the moment. My brother is my trainer," she told Allure. She added to Hollywood Life that she and her family exercises together, calling fitness "a family affair."

Bella's workout is based on strength and weight training. "[My brother] has got me doing circuit training and weightlifting—I never do cardio. A lot of people think that cardio burns off weight better than weightlifting does…but weightlifting works your muscles, getting them toned while losing fat," she told Allure.

Bella maintains that yoga is helpful in "helping her fall asleep easier at night," while also helping her feel like she "can do more in the day." Harvard Health explains that yoga is a great workout, according to science. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Bella fills her plate with veggies, fruit, protein, smoothies, and even rice and pasta. "Rice, black beans, pasta, fruit for my smoothies, veggies and some protein," are things you will find in her kitchen, she told Hollywood Life. She added to Wired that she also incorporates plant-based foods into her diet. "I'm not, I'm so sorry guys. I really want to be though," she said when asked if she was a vegan, adding that she eats "a lot of vegan food but man, bacon. Oh, gets me every time."

Bella also does reformer pilates. "Getting back on that #grind #pilates and it feels good," she captioned a post. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

"Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage."

Bella also enjoys taking SoulCycle classes. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Sam Pinto shows off her amazing body while vacationing in Bali

Sam Pinto is steaming up Bali in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the Filippina actress shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while vacationing in Bali. "Sunset sessions," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "Beautiful," commented one of her followers. "On fiiiiiire!!" added another.

Sam does short workouts daily. "Every day, I do at least 20 minutes of workout. I wake up 20 minutes earlier. I work out at home with apps or I use my coach's program and do it at home. Right now, I'm just working on my butt and abs. For my abs, I do crunches and I use a foam roller. I do ab twists. I do more toning exercises. I don't lift weights. I use ankle weights for my butt," she revealed to Philstar Global.

Health is "living a full fit lifestyle," says Sam. "At home, we have healthy food. Our rice has different colors –purple, brown, and red. Every day, we have veggie juice with beets or ampalaya. You have to mix it with fruits to make it drinkable. Since I was young, I've been exposed to healthy food. In my line of business, it's hard to be healthy; during tapings, we just eat what's available. Whenever I have the chance, and at home, I always eat healthy food."

Sam stays motivated to exercise by enjoying all the benefits of fitness. "Physically, I saw how I am way stronger in everything I do and have more energy. When you're fit, you feel that you can do more," she told Philstar.

Sam doesn't follow a particular diet and eats what she wants. However, she does pay attention to portion sizes. "I don't eat much, but I eat often. I eat everything like pizza and burgers but in small amounts," she told Philstar. "It's what we're used to at home. I never gained weight or changed weight for that matter."

Why does Sam love her body? "I love my shape because I worked hard for it and I'm happy with it. When you work hard for your body, in return from the inside, you feel good. If you have it, flaunt it! If you have the [chest], [behind], legs, then you flaunt it. Improve on it. Be proud of it," she told Philstar.

Senada prioritizes form over speed. "I am always mindful of proper form. Never NOT think about form during a workout," Senada told Glamour. "Whether the exercise has started or you are setting yourself up for the exercise, always remember proper form."

Senada recommends breaking up workouts by body part. "I like to focus on legs 2-3 days per week, on upper body 2 days, and 1 full body workout per week. Sunday I work abs and throw in some fun active-rest work, like bicycling or a long walk," she told Glamour.

"And I make the best guacamole EVER, just trust me, it's killer." In another Just Jared Jr. interview, she revealed that she allows herself to indulge. "Well thanks for thinking I'm 'fit' but I don't follow anything too strict. I try to be realistic with myself–I love chocolate and tacos and pizza," she said.

Violett is a big hiker and spends a lot of time in nature. "I have a new found love for bouldering (rock climbing w/o a belay)" she told Just Jared Jr. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

Violett has been a vegetarian since childhood. "The heaviness of meat can weigh you down mentally and physically. The amount of resources such as water and electricity that you are using to produce animals is so much greater than it is for crops. And the greenhouse gas emissions from all of the production from animals is insane. Humans are the only species that drink another animal's milk. If you think about it we stopped drinking our mother's milk when we were really young. Why are we drinking someone else's?" she said in a statement from peta2. "When I go to the gym, I have more energy to work out," she said about the benefits of maintaining a meat-free diet. "I feel so much better physically."

Violett makes sure to break a sweat. "I exercise 2-4 times a week, because I think it's important to keep your body moving, but I don't want to portray a false image of myself in the media. A lot of the woman's bodies you see in magazines and on TV have come from hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars spent on personal trainers, health cleanses, and unfortunately sometimes unhealthy means. I want to be a part of the movement that tells little girls their bodies are enough and beautiful," she told Just Jared Jr.

You can often find Violett taking her dog, Kora, on long walks. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
