Margarida Corceiro is one of the most well-known Portuguese actresses, known for her work with Missus and on Dancing With the Stars. She's currently having a beach day with her friends and posted a new set of photos on Instagram. In them, they ran towards the water at dusk. She captioned it, "Which way to the beach? Claiming this energy already."
Corceiro opened up about her goals in an interview with Portuguese Soul. She says that she is extremely passionate about helping the environment. "I am hopeful that many of the not-so-good things we have experienced so far will start to be corrected and reinvented," she says. "Things like recycling, sustainability and cleaning up the oceans."
In her Portuguese Soul interview, Corceiro talked about her love for her country and culture."For me, the Portuguese soul is happiness," she says. "It is smiling, dancing, eating and partying, even when the victories are small! It is to be aware that we have a wonderful country and that we are the best at so many things!"
Corceiro prioritizes her happiness. She tells Portuguese Soul that her happiness is her main priority."I see myself happy! I really want to continue doing what I enjoy and being close to those who are most important to me. That's what makes me happy."
When she was 17, Corceiro did an interview with Danca.com. She opened up about what she does to stay healthy. Corcerio makes sure to stay hydrated on a regular basis. "Drink water regularly throughout the day," she says. "Because hydration is not just related to food)."
Corceiro spends a lot of time at the beach or the pool. Naturally, she loves to swim as a way to stay in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself swimming in Formentera. "There's a growing consensus that interval training helps people lose weight and may have cardiovascular benefits," says cardiologist Dr. Stephen Wiviott, associate professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School, to Harvard Health, which adds: "Also known as high-intensity interval training (HIIT), these workouts alternate between periods of high-intensity and lower-intensity activity. You can do intervals during any type of exercise — walking, running, cycling, swimming, or even while doing calisthenics, such as jumping jacks, push-ups, or squats."
Louisa is a foodie and loves brunching with friends. "I'll have anything with avocado!" she told Express about her go-to breakfast. As for dinner, she enjoys dining at nice restaurants. "My favourite foods are Italian, Thai and Vietnamese," she told them.
"I don't get much time to exercise," Louisa confessed to Mirror. "I loved all the dancing on Strictly and I miss it, but there's never time to do it any more. I've never forgotten it, though – sometimes I'll hear a song I've done a dance to and I'll be going through all the steps in my head."
Another way Louisa stays fit is by going on walks with her daughter, Aura, and her dog. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
You won't find Louisa on a crash diet. "Everyone in my family is naturally quite small. I never diet, I just try to eat healthily. But before a holiday, I cut down on white bread and other bad carbs, and I try not to eat late at night," she told Mirror.

In fact, a new 2022 study published in European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death. Researchers found "significant reductions" in the risk for coronary heart disease, congestive heart failure and stroke for all three types of coffee. But, only ground and instant coffee with caffeine decreased risk for arrhythmia, or irregular heartbeat.
Daniela also prioritizes hydration. In this photo, taken in Dubai, she drinks out of a coconut. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.
One way Daniela stays in shape is by doing dance cardio. "Hahahahaha better than yesterday but I still look in the mirror because I don't know well but step by step returning to being me!" she captioned this post of one of her workouts.
Daniela is open about getting aesthetic treatments. "This is my first treatment this year to mark my stomach… this also helps to mark the legs, the butt and everything you want," she said in one video of her treatment. It appears she did a treatment similar to Emsculpt, which is similar to doing 20,000 situps or 20,000 squats in 30 minutes.

Ellie went on an extreme diet before appearing on Love Island, spending two-and-a-half hours a day in the gym for the two months. "I hired a personal trainer for weight training, then would spend the rest sweating away on the treadmill," she told The Sun. "A health coach is your personal health cheerleader, guide and partner. They help you implement lifestyle changes to improve your physical health," says the Cleveland Clinic. "The service is often available through corporate wellness programs. Your doctor may also recommend health coaching if you have a chronic health issue like diabetes. Or, you may hire a health coach to help you achieve a wellness goal like getting fit."
She also kept her diet clean, staying away from any sugar, dairy, or carbohydrates, eating white fish and vegetables "about five times a day," and eliminating fruit. "If you're worried about your heart health, eating at least two servings of fish per week could reduce your risk of heart disease," says the Mayo Clinic. "For many years, the American Heart Association has recommended that people eat fish rich in unsaturated fats at least twice a week. The unsaturated fats in fish are called omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids may reduce inflammation throughout the body. Inflammation can damage your blood vessels, and lead to heart disease and strokes."
To lose weight, she also quit drinking for a whopping eight weeks. Since alcohol is high in calories anyone who is trying to lose weight should consider cutting down or eliminating it completely. "Decide not to drink a day or two each week. You may want to abstain for a week or a month to see how you feel physically and emotionally without alcohol in your life. Taking a break from alcohol can be a good way to start drinking less," advises Harvard Health.
Ellie couldn't stick to her drastic diet and exercise routine. "I looked amazing, but that diet really isn't sustainable. I'd end some days completely exhausted because my body wasn't getting all the nutrients it needed — and, of course, the meals became SO boring," she told The Sun. After the show she "put on a stone or so," and was body shamed by trolls but she is happier. "What the shamers need to realise is that there's a difference between someone who is unhealthy and overweight, and someone who's just a normal size," she told The Sun. "I'm perfectly fit and happy now — just as I was before Love Island."
Ellie is one of the many stars who swear by Barry's Bootcamp workouts, a high intensity interval training class conducted in a bootcamp like setting. more...Samara Weaving is still celebrating the new year in her swimsuit! The stunning Australian actress flaunts her fit figure in a bathing suit via one of her latest social media posts. "NYE at the Bimbo Summit," she captioned the Instagram post of herself dancing with a friend.
Samara maintains she isn't "obsessive" about exercise. "I just listen to my body," she told Women's Health. "I know that sounds cheesy but you can tell when your body needs a good workout – it's so good for your mind and wellbeing. I just feel like a newborn baby after a good workout! I have scoliosis [a curvature of the spine] so my back can get quite sore. I don't go to the gym or do heavy weights."
Before being diagnosed with scoliosis, Samara loved to run. "I used to run a lot, I would run five to 10 miles a day, and I miss that a lot. It was sort of just trying to figure out how I could get the same endorphins. Running you can really take your mind off everything. It was almost like meditation," she told Marie Claire.
Samara loves yoga. "When I'm not working, maybe three times a week. I go to this place in LA called Modo Yoga," she told Women's Health. "It's not Bikram, but it's still in a heated room. It's got a really good meditative aspect to it, so that helps when I'm feeling stressed about a bad day. Or, if there's a lot going on, I can escape for an hour and settle my mind. Then when I'm working, I don't exercise as much; I try to rest as much as I can. I take a yoga mat with me because you can do yoga anywhere, like in a hotel room. It usually ends up just sitting in a corner gathering dust, to be honest. But at least I tried!"
Samara's diet "varies," she told Marie Claire, "as cliché as it sounds, you've got to listen to your body. If I go for three days of just having fruit and vegetables, I'll make a salad and a rice bowl for dinner and have lighter meals. The next three days I'll have pasta and more carbs and eggs benedict for breakfast. I listen to my body and what am I really craving? As soon as you go, 'I'm going to diet for two weeks,' what you're craving is what you set out not to have."
Samara elaborated on her diet to Women's Health. "I have a small breakfast of tea and fruit – or, if I'm on holiday, my favourite is eggs Benedict – and then lunch around 12pm. If I'm at home, I make a big salad with Spanish rice, rocket, parmesan, shallots, capsicum and sometimes I put some chicken or whatever in. But at work [on set] there are caterers, so it's hard to resist the temptation of the delicious food! I'll have a heavier meal for dinner because I have trouble sleeping and being full actually helps me sleep. I don't go on forceful diets where you have to eliminate everything, because as soon as someone says I can't have something, that's all I want to eat."
Samara revealed to Cosmopolitan that she battles anxiety, but has a variety of coping methods. "I go to therapy a lot, and use grounding techniques. I try to meditate and exercise every day. I take medication sometimes if that's what I need – I went to a doctor and we had a very thorough conversation about it. I don't drink alcohol, which helps with anxiety, and I've noticed really sugary foods can trigger me the next day," she said.

more...90 Day Fiancé star Paola Mayfield is enjoying the beautiful winter sunshine in Miami, Florida, sharing updates with her many social media followers. Mayfield, 35, posted a series of pictures of herself posing in a tiny white bathing suit, captioning the post "What a beautiful day ?."
Mayfield starts the day with a "super nutritious" smoothie made of oatmeal, banana, blueberries and spinach. "Spinach is loaded with protective compounds called polyphenols," says registered nutritionist Jo Lewin. "Studies suggest, that along-with its vitamin content these compounds may promote cancer-protective properties. Animal studies suggest including spinach in the diet may protect against colon cancer."
Scrambled tofu cooked in coconut oil with onions and tomato is one of Mayfield's favorite go-to lunches. "Besides being high in protein and containing all of the essential amino acids your body needs, [tofu] also contains good fats, carbohydrates and fiber plus a wide range of essential minerals," says dietician Cathy Richards. "Some of the minerals contained in tofu include manganese, calcium, selenium, phosphorus, copper, magnesium, iron and zinc."
Mayfield enjoys plant-based meatballs and vegetables such as brussels sprouts. "There is promising research that indicates a link between cruciferous vegetable consumption and cancer prevention," says Melissa Rifkin, RD. "According to the American Institute for Cancer Research, compounds in cruciferous veggies like Brussels sprouts have the potential to stave off cancer cells by bolstering antioxidant and DNA defenses and promoting healthy cell signaling."
Mayfield enjoys a glass of kombucha after a meal. "There is limited data on kombucha tea," says Katherine Zeratsky, RD, LD. "A small amount of research suggests that kombucha tea may give benefits similar to probiotic supplements. For example, some research suggests kombucha tea may support a healthy immune system and prevent constipation."
Almonds are one of Mayfield's favorite snacks. "Almonds are a nutritious fat source and excellent additions to your diet," says Brad Dieter, PhD. "They pack a pretty heavy micronutrient punch compared to other, more processed fat sources, and may help lower blood pressure and improve cholesterol. They can also be an excellent source of fiber in the diet."

"I have a daughter and I think it's very difficult now for everybody, but especially girls growing up and looking at social media. This idea of body image is just so warped," she told Insider. "And I just worry about these young girls and so I think it just needs to be a bigger conversation about being OK gaining weight and not focusing on a number on the scale."

The model and former WAG shows off her incredible figure and chiseled midsection while enjoying an afternoon on the beach in one of her most recent social media posts. "QUEENSLAND You have my heart," she captioned the Instagram post. "Look at that body wow," commented one of her followers. "Abs game superb," added another.
Kyly puts in the work at the gym, every single day. "I do work out every day," she told Body + Soul. "It's like anything in life: when you want an amazing result, you have to do amazing things to get there."
Kyly does a 30- to 60-minute weights session in the morning. Her trainer has pushed her to lift heavier weights, and three months into their workouts she was lifting 110kg on the leg press. "When you're trying to really sculpt your body – and let's be real, we're talking about getting to the millimetre now, not the centimetre – that's when you need an expert in that area to help you," she told Body+Soul.
Kyly does a HIIT (high-intensity interval training) session each week, with moves like box jumps, kettle-bell swings, leg raises and sled-push sprints. "This helps burn calories, keeps the body looking lean and improves overall muscle functionality," her trainer told Body + Soul.
While she won't deny herself the occasional cheese platter, Clarke tries to eat clean, consuming lots of egg-white omelettes filled with vegetables, and an abundance of fish. "I wanted to show [Kelsey Lee] that being fit and healthy will help you mentally as well. We have really good, nutritious foods."
Clarke also told Mamamia that she loves cooking healthy meals. "My go-to lunch is tuna, avocado and beetroot lettuce cups," she said. "I love them. Quick and easy and healthy. Add some chilli flakes, salt and pepper for taste." For dinner, she opts for protein-rich meals "I love making honey and soy lean breast chicken in a salad full of goodness like chickpeas, quinoa, corn, tomato, onion, feta and pine nuts," she says.
Kyly loves barre workouts. "Barre exercises offer so many benefits," she said in a workout video for Nine. "(Not just to look good in a swimsuit), but to also strengthen and lengthen those muscles and achieve a longer, leaner, and toned body."
Clarke wakes up at 5.45am, and does 30 minutes of cardio before her daughter Kelsey Lee wakes up, she told Body + Soul. "I always do cardio whether it's 20, 30 minutes or an hour, just depends on the day and what I'm focusing on," she added to News AU.

Like weights, they have different resistances to make your workout easier or harder," says personal trainer Jen Skym. "Resistance bands recruit the 'stabilizer' muscles – this muscle group is significant because it supports our larger muscles and joints when we move, and helps reduce the risk of injury. So they are a safe and low-impact option for older people, and are often used for rehabilitation."
Smith incorporates plenty of weight lifting into her exercise routine. Weight lifting can transform your physique even if no weight is lost. "People say, kind of surprised, 'Well, I haven't lost weight, but I'm wearing different pant sizes.' If we didn't have scales, just had full-length mirrors, people would do a much better job of deciding what kind of exercise they should do or not do," says fitness researcher Dr. Wayne Westcott.

Smith loves running in the fresh air. "I think people have a love-hate relationship with running because it can be intimidating to start," says Peloton tread instructor Jess Sims. "And to that I say, just start! Take some pressure off yourself. Running reduces stress because you need to be super present while doing it. I use running as a form of meditation, in which I really focus on my breath, sometimes even saying a mantra on the inhales and exhales. Running also allows me to separate myself from the other stresses of the day, giving me an opportunity to focus on bettering myself and enjoying a fun playlist."

Olympios has become a successful influencer, and has a large following on social media. She just shared a stunning new photo on Instagram. In it, she posed at night in Miami while wearing a red bathing suit. Her abs were on display.
Olympios opened up about her wellness to The Cut. She says that she makes a healthy breakfast each day. "I start my morning with about three cups of coffee and then some eggs. I like scrambled eggs with avocado, which I'll either order if I go out for breakfast, or I'll make it myself. I kind of just go throughout my day going through what I need to do."
Olympios tells The Cut that wellness is a big priority of hers. She says, "Wellness to me means taking care of your body, not doing anything you shouldn't be doing, good hygiene, working out when you can, eating right and drinking a lot of water. Never stressing about being too healthy too much because you'll just drive yourself nuts, you have to enjoy life."
Olympios makes sure to hit the gym. She tells The Cut that she does a variety of workouts at the gym. "I love Barry's Bootcamp and I've recently gotten into Flywheel," Olympios says. "I try to do Barry's at least twice or three times a week; Flywheel I've just started so I'm doing it once a week. Otherwise I'll just work out in a regular gym. I'll do the elliptical for 15 minutes to start, then I'll move on to squats, lunges, and different sorts of abs and I'll do some arms — then I'll go back on the elliptical or the treadmill."
Olympios doesn't just take care of her body, she also takes care of her mental wellbeing. She tells The Cut that she occasionally deals with anxiety, and has a method of coping. "I get so crazy about trying to stay healthy I have to remind myself, like, 'Okay calm down, it's going to be okay.' I think just being in control of my anxiety sometimes. It's kind of just closing my eyes and saying, 'You're freaking out — stop.' It's my little mantra to myself."
Olympios is true to herself. Especially when it comes to her new career of stand-up comedy. She tells the So Wizard Podcast, "When I say I do stand up, people's reactions are like, 'Oh my God, like it's so hard this, that,' and it makes me rethink like, 'Am I like, like, am I doing this right? Like, is this like, okay, what I'm doing, am I half-assing this?' But this is just like the way I do it. And like when people have that reaction to comedy, I'm like, 'oh my God, like am I doing this not good enough?' But then I have to realize what works for me."

She glowed in the golden hour sun while wearing a revealing brown weaved bikini top with black bottoms and a matching brown cover-up that tied around her waist.
For accessories, she wore several bracelets, including one made out of puka shells, a few thin necklaces, sunglasses, and a hat from Artesano.
This post and several others from the past week were shared after Lisa called her ex 'embarrassing' online last week.
She took to her Instagram story to ask Lenny to stop dragging her online after he claimed she treated him like a 'servant' and yelled at him 'weekly if not daily' during their 12-year marriage.
In his post, he said, '[She] established a life completely away from me, stayed out partying when I was home, criticized everything I did (except working hard).'
The pair began dating in 2007, and after two months, Lisa moved to Miami to live with Lenny. He proposed six months later, and in 2009 the couple tied the knot.
They made their debut on the second season of the Real Housewives of Miami in 2012. Following their entrance onto the show, they had their first child, Logan, in 2015 and their second, Elle, in 2019, both via surrogate.
In 2022 the couple confirmed their divorce, and a source for Lisa told PEOPLE: 'With two young children involved, as a mom, I'm going to focus all of my energy and time on them. I'm blindsided by his behavior and reckless handling of the situation.'
Page Six first reported the news after the famed plastic surgeon confirmed the divorce over the phone.
'Lisa and I are getting divorced. A few weeks ago, I denied this because I am trying my best to protect my family during this process.'
He continued: 'This is a very difficult time, and I would ask for some privacy so that we can best take care of our children, who mean the world to us.'
Lenny also confirmed at the same time that he had begun dating Austrian model Katharina Mazepa. Still, he claimed 'none of this happened until after the decision was made to get divorced.'
Lisa was recently seen out on New Year's Eve with her rumored new boyfriend, Jody Glidden.

more...Eva Marcille's year is off to a great start—the TV star is enjoying "the good life" on a luxury yacht. The Real Housewives Of Atlanta star posted a video of herself lounging on the boat in a tiny black bikini, wondering out loud which day of the week it even is.
Marcille can't start the day without coffee. "The first thing that I eat or drink, outside of brushing my teeth and mouthwash, is coffee," she says. "I don't eat breakfast. . .I drink breakfast, it's coffee. There's creamer in there, there's extra coffee, and then I go get more coffee."
Marcille enjoys a big lunch as her mean meal for the day. "Lunch looks like the average person's Thanksgiving dinner," she says. "That's usually my largest meal. I will go to Houston's [restaurant] and have a whole Hawaiian rib eye at 11:15 in the morning. I open up with the restaurant. [I] try to get some greens on there, you know. As long as there's some bacon in the salad we can get that down at lunch."
Marcille loves going for a run as part of her workout routine. "Many dedicated long-term runners do not run because they want to live longer," says cardiologist Dr. Aaron Baggish. "They run because it makes them feel better on a daily basis. There is a mood-elevating, quality-of-life benefit that comes from being a regular exerciser."
Marcille enjoys a light dinner of rice or maybe a sandwich. "It's perfectly healthy to keep our dinners light and simple — in fact there is even some evidence that eating smaller evening meals can help us maintain a healthier weight and reduce our risks of diseases like type 2 diabetes," says Sandro Demaio, PhD.
Marcille loves to wind down at night with some wine. "I do have a glass of wine," she says. "Glasses. I don't like to waste wine. If I open you, I'm drinking you… Between my CBD oil, my water, and all of my meals, that's how I stay [happy]!" "Any links between red wine and fewer heart attacks aren't completely understood. more...Actress Bhumi Pednekar is currently on vacation in Tulum. And she's having a good time. She shared some highlights from her trip on Instagram. In them, Pednekar spent time at the beach. She wore both a magenta bathing suit and a black one with a black and white patterned cover-up. She captioned it, "My year so far."
Pednekar opened up about her health and fitness journey to India Today. She says that one workout she likes to do is dance. "I like to keep it interesting with a lot of variety. Even today, I dance to Bollywood tunes, it is high intensity cardio and a great way to tone up."
Pednekar tells India Today that she makes sure to stay consistent with her fitness. "If you want something, don't wait for a Monday to begin working for it," she says. "Just show up. I just woke up each day and showed up at the gym. I decided to never break this resolve, so there were days when I would merely take a steam and sauna and potter around. But I was there, soaking in the energy."
In addition to working out, Pednekar made sure to change her diet. She tells India Today that her family helped her come up with a meal plan. "My mother has always been careful about what we ate, so when I was trying to drop kilos, she got even more innovative! We made a meal plan, of course mom worked harder on it. I love good food and was happiest when I was gaining weight."
Pednekar tells India Today that she eats healthy. She says that she made a lot of changes to her diet. "Eating to lose weight has helped me find joy in every morsel, to enjoy and appreciate the diversity on my platter, to sub refined and processed foods with whole grains and greens. This experience has changed the kitchen rules, and the way we cook."
Pednekar likes to share workout videos on Instagram. She revealed in the caption of this post that this helps motivate her. "It's all about loving yourself. I share my workout videos cause it motivates me to work harder. With 4 films coming out this year, I've tried to transform myself with every character and it took a bloody toll on me. My fitness journey has been kind of unique and one I'm so proud of. Everyday is a new struggle and a new learning."

more...Ellie Goulding is sharing some "random thoughts" on her birthday, in her swimsuit! This week, the British singer took to social media to show off her washboard abs and offer some insight into her head. "Slightly delayed post but do allow me a birthday shot in quite good lighting. Some random thoughts today now I'm another year older," she wrote. "Staying in the glow of everything I've accomplished (including the teeny things like getting out of bed) and not constantly downplaying things to myself to exhaustion. Accepting it's ok to be proud of yourself." She also revealed a few of her top health habits.
In her book, Fitter. Calmer. Stronger, Ellie reveals that she became dangerously addicted to exercise. "I wasn't just super-fit but running myself into the ground," she writes. First, exercise helped her treat anxiety. "As I began to recover from my panic attacks, fitness became my sanctuary," she said. However, she took it too far. "It seemed all I could think about was when my next workout was going to be. I didn't realise it at the time, but I was clearly using exercise as a crutch. I couldn't control many things around me, but I could control how much I exercised. Exercising too much led me to start eating poorly as well. Rather than seeing food as fuel and making wise decisions, I'd eat rubbish and think I could just burn off the calories (rather than thinking how I was going to use them). I didn't see the value of food or even consider how my eating could benefit my training or help me to train better." She ended up getting help, and now has a healthier relationship with fitness.
Ellie loves high intensity interval training. "I'll run to Faisal's class (at Barry's Bootcamp) in the morning. It's only about 25 minutes from home and it gets my heart rate up enough to go in and be ready because it's quite tough," she told Women's Health UK. "I'm more of a burst girl than sustained. I like it when the treadmills on dynamic and I do sprints. I prefer using my own body as weight, so press-ups, mountain climbers and burpees."
Ellie told Jessie Ware on her Table Manners podcast that she avoids carbs. "I think the last time I had pasta was on my honeymoon, which was last year in September. I can't remember the last time I ate bread either, honestly," she confessed. "When I eat carbs – it's not just a vanity thing – I genuinely don't feel great when I have them. I feel like I'm someone who's naturally quite active. When I have big bowls of pasta and things like that I do feel like I've eaten a blanket or something really heavy."
Ellie, a one time vegan, views food as fuel. "I eat a lot of things for their nutritional value. The things I love for my taste are sweet things," she said on the podcast. She opted to add dairy back into her diet, but doesn't consume red meat. "I'm all about dairy….I'm not mad about coconut yogurt and all those dairy-free alternatives," she added. "In the morning, I'll have a messy bowl which is yogurt with lots of goji berries and nuts and I love prunes and dates."
"I built my way up to 40-hour fasts over time (started with 12)," Ellie told The Mirror. "It helps blood sugar control and helps fight inflammation – the mother of ALL health problems." She claims she does it "very safely by having a purposefully nutritious food day the day before and after," she added. "On the fast day, I drink high-grade electrolytes and a LOT of water," plus tea and coffee. "Fasting is safe and beneficial unless you are diabetic or have serious health issues," she continued, adding it helps give her "digestive system a break."
In her latest Instagram post, Goulding reveals that yoga helps her treat anxiety. "I think ashwagandha has genuinely proven to be most effective for stress," she states. It's also a great method of fitness, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."
Another self-care method Ellie swears by? "Sleep is crucial too. Lots of sleep," she writes in the post. She also revealed that she takes "magnesium before bed." "You need magnesium for many tasks. It's involved in more than 300 chemical reactions in the body. Muscles need this mineral to contract; nerves need it to send and receive messages. It keeps your heart beating steadily and your immune system strong. Most people can get enough magnesium by eating foods such as green leafy vegetables, whole grains, beans, nuts, and fish," says Harvard Health.

The Strictly Come Dancing: It Takes Two host flaunts her incredibly fit figure in a flirty swimsuit via two of her latest social media posts. "Perfect day at the beach," she captioned a video. "Beach day w/ mom and my little brother," she added in a series of snaps.
"Wellbeing is everything. It's about finding a way to be physically active and mentally stimulated and happy. There are so many different ways we can look after our mind and our body and put that into one," she told Independent. "There's no one solution for anyone – I learned that through my wellbeing courses. It's about finding that balance that's right for you, not trying fit an image, profile or a certain type. We all come in different shapes and sizes, and finding what works for you is what I think wellbeing is all about – what makes you ultimately happy and feel good."
One way Janette stays healthy and happy is by cooking her own food. "I love the kitchen! I never thought I would fall in love with cooking and baking but I find it almost therapeutic to put music on and follow a really great recipe. I make mean fajitas and a great spaghetti bolognese and the most satisfying thing in the world is to hear Aljaz go 'Mmmm, that's delicious'," she said.
Janette pumps iron. "I've started really getting into weight training," she told Independent. "I'm doing a bit of running, and I like to be at home and just do 25 minutes of body exercises, just here with my yoga mat, as much as I can. That's helped me maintain a healthy lifestyle and keep an eye on my weight, because I did feel the difference, in my muscles especially, when I stopped Strictly."
Janette tries to workout every other day, keeping her workouts short but intense. "Those 20-30 minute workouts I can squeeze in even when I'm on holiday have been really helpful. I try and exercise at least three times a week, if I'm really good then four times a week, even if it's on my own in my hotel room if I'm on holiday, or here at home, and be careful with what I'm putting into my body. But not too careful either, because it's good to relax and have a break," she told Independent.
Janette has an eating method that works for her. "I wouldn't say I eat healthily, but I think I'm very balanced with my food. If I've been very good in the day, I allow myself a little treat in the evening, or if I've been naughty in the day then I try to eat not too bad later. I also watch my portions – I don't have big portions of anything."But I'm not a crazy fiend about eating super-healthy, I just try and keep my plate balanced, with a little bit of salad, a little bit of veggies, some protein and some carbs, and if I want a little treat afterwards, then a piece of chocolate or anything like that," she told Independent. She also loves pizza and burgers. "I don't think it's about cutting things out completely, it's just about balancing it out, and watching what you put into your body."
