Lydia Karakyriakou wows in sauna on staycation

Lydia Karakyriakou first came into prominence when she appeared on season nine of Love Island. Since then, she's developed a huge social media following. Karakyriakou shared a new set of photos on Instagram this week. In some of them, she sat in a sauna by the hot tub. Karakyriakou wore a metallic swimsuit, her figure on display. She captioned the post, "Staycation."

As you can see from her recent post, Karakyriakou loves saunas. And it's a good thing, as saunas have a lot of benefits. The Mayo Clinic reports, "Sauna bathing, an activity that has been a tradition in Finland for thousands of years and mainly used for the purposes of pleasure and relaxation, is becoming increasingly popular in many other populations. Emerging evidence suggests that beyond its use for pleasure, sauna bathing may be linked to several health benefits, which include reduction in the risk of vascular diseases such as high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, and neurocognitive diseases; nonvascular conditions such as pulmonary diseases; mortality; as well as amelioration of conditions such as arthritis, headache, and flu. The beneficial effects of sauna bathing on these outcomes have been linked to its effect on circulatory, cardiovascular, and immune functions."

Karakyriakou spends a lot of time outside. In these photos she posted on Instagram, she is seen outside. Mind.org states, "Spending time in green space or bringing nature into your everyday life can benefit both your mental and physical wellbeing. For example, doing things like growing food or flowers, exercising outdoors or being around animals can have lots of positive effects."

One thing Karakyriakou does when she goes outside is going for a swim. In the first photo in this Instagram carousel post, she is seen wading in the ocean. She captioned the post, "This weather sucks, can we skip to summer." The Mayo Clinic states, "Swimming is often touted as a great workout for all ages, offering benefits not only for the body, but also for the mind. As a form of exercise, swimming keeps your heart rate up and builds muscle strength. It also can be a great form of stress relief."

Karakyriakou enjoys doing yoga. Specifically, outdoor yoga. Harvard Health states that yoga has a lot of benefits. "Yoga develops inner awareness. It focuses your attention on your body's abilities at the present moment. It helps develop breath and strength of mind and body. It's not about physical appearance. Yoga studios typically don't have mirrors. This is so people can focus their awareness inward rather than how a pose — or the people around them — looks. Surveys have found that those who practiced yoga were more aware of their bodies than people who didn't practice yoga. They were also more satisfied with and less critical of their bodies. For these reasons, yoga has become an integral part in the treatment of eating disorders and programs that promote positive body image and self-esteem."

Karakyriakou enjoys drinking coffee. In this reel, she is seen enjoying cups of coffee. John Hopkins Medicine reports that coffee has a lot of benefits. "Caffeine is the first thing that comes to mind when you think about coffee. But coffee also contains antioxidants and other active substances that may reduce internal inflammation and protect against disease."

Brooke Burke recently enjoyed a day at the ocean

Brooke Burke is a lot of things. She's a former model. She's a TV host. She's a blogger. And she's a health expert. Burke recently enjoyed a day in the ocean, and shared a reel on her Instagram. Burke captioned the post, "Dreaming of this moment. It's my friendly reminder that the stress I feel right now will pass. So many life lessons this week. This too shall pass. #Costarica vibes are bottled up and with me…."

Burke opened up about her diet in this post on her website. She says that she has turned to intermittent fasting, and encourages others to try it out. "My suggestion for anyone who is seeking to improve their diet is to start with a simple but powerful tool: intermittent fasting. Now, I know that the word 'fasting' might immediately conjure up images of deprivation and hunger, but that's a whole different kind of fasting. Intermittent fasting is simply about arranging your meals within an 8‑hour window of the day. For instance, you might confine your meals and snacks to between 11am and 7pm. This not only prevents you from eating early in the morning or late at night, but it also allows you to still fuel your body during the day and burn fat while you sleep."

In the same blog post, Burke talked about what she eats in a day. She says that one thing she likes for lunch is a salad. "By around 3 in the afternoon, I am usually ready for some protein. I really love to eat a good, crunchy, colorful salad. Sometimes, I have a chicken Cobb salad without the blue cheese. Today, I had a beautiful veggie salad with grilled salmon. I often just throw together whatever fresh veggies I have on hand and top it with a simple olive oil vinaigrette and a little lemon or my favorite homemade tarragon dressing."

In the same post, Burke talked about her typical dinners. She says that she usually likes a protein with veggies on the side. "For dinner, I absolutely love a fresh salad, grilled chicken or salmon, and grilled veggies. I try to find a nice balance of protein, fiber, and flavor that satisfies without being heavy. I never want to get up from a meal feeling bloated or sluggish. Tonight, I had a salad with steak and veggies. There is something magical about grilling veggies that just wakes up their flavor!

Burke shared some of her wellness tips in an interview with Forbes. She says that she makes sure to schedule her workout sessions. "I knock out workouts in the morning. It gives me the energy boost to be able to do everything else in my life. I schedule it like I schedule everything else—business meetings, kids' sports events, etc. It also teaches my children the value of 'me time."

Burke tells Forbes that she's a believer in moderation when it comes to food. "I try to eat something similar to a Mediterranean diet—lean meat, fish, crunchy vegetables, olive oil and green tea. Avoiding starches, flour, processed foods and saturated fats. But I [also] enjoy decadent meals every once in a while and I don't beat myself up over it."

Lais Ribeiro shows off her incredible toned figure

Lais Ribeiro showed off her incredible frame in a sizzling new swimsuit photoshoot this week.

The supermodel , 34, modeled three different swimsuits on Miami Beach with her long, dark hair blowing in the breeze.

In one snap, she emerged from the water wearing a black bikini top and turquoise and black printed bottoms - showcasing her taut midriff and enviable legs.

She then donned a sapphire blue bandeau top and matching bottoms with a thin strap attached above them encircling her slender waist.

The mom of one also wowed in a white, gold, red and blue print one piece with cutouts on the sides of her torso.

'I work out three times a week. I love doing the sauna and ice baths, and I just started stretching and doing yoga. I’ve also been trying to eat better, which gives me more energy to do my daily tasks,' she explained.

And she grounds herself by trying 'to connect with nature, spend time with my family, and care for my body and mind.

She keeps her eating healthy with green juice or beet juice for breakfast before hitting a Pilates workout, cold plunge and sauna time, she revealed in another interview about her life in Hamptons magazine.

Her mantra is 'Embrace the present' and her guilty pleasure food weakness is pizza.

The native of Brazil settled in Miami with her son and her husband of almost two years, former NBA player Joaquim Noah, 38.

She spoke to Ocean Drive about why she chose Miami in the February 7 issue.

'It is also closer to my family in Brazil, with an easier time zone to work and communicate with my agents in Europe, Brazil and New York,' she said.

She quipped that she got sick of being cold in New York City.

'Miami is growing tremendously, and we want to be a part of it by offering my support in the projects that can help develop the city.'

Influencer Tinx is flaunting her amazing figure

Tinx is flaunting her flat abs – in a two-piece workout outfit. In a new social media post the influencer shows off her amazing figure in a sports bra and leggings. "Sunday all u can eat photo buffet," Christina Najjar captioned the series of Instagram snaps.

Tinx loves walking. "It's so hard to find time to work out when I travel, but I will always go for a walk. I call it rich mom walking with my followers — it's our joke. I always try to do my 10,000 steps a day, especially outside," she tells Bustle.

Tinx is also into cold plunging. "I try to do four times a week," she tells Popsugar. "It's definitely hard getting in, but once you do it, it's such a dream.

Tinx lifts weights. "I was reading that it was really important for women to do strength training as they get older, and, listen — I'm going to be so real — it is not my vibe yet," she tells Popsugar. "I've never really gotten into that before, so it's definitely a new thing for me, but we'll try."

"I'm trying to get more sleep this year. That's one of my resolutions is to just put down TikTok, and go to bed," she told Popsugar. "I'm addicted to my phone," she admits. "I'm embarrassed for my screen time." I'm like, 'Do I have a life or do I spend the entire day on my phone?'"

"When I have more time, I love to go to Hot Pilates in Los Angeles. I also love Forma Pilates, Pvolve, and The Sculpt Society. I want to be a yoga person so badly, though. Every year for the past five years, my New Year's resolution has been to get into yoga, but it just doesn't stick for me. It might be because I prefer workouts with fun music," Tinx told Bustle.

Tinx is a smoothie drinker. "Back in the day, I read this book called Body Love by Kelly LeVeque. She says that you need to have the "fab four" in your smoothies: a fat, a fiber, a protein, and a green. I've always used that as a framework to help me to make a balanced recipe. I'm always putting chia seeds in there, too," she said.

Tinx is all about hydration. "I always think about this interview that Rihanna did ages ago where she was like, 'Honestly, whenever I'm in a bad mood, or I feel ugly or something, I just drink a huge glass of water, and I always feel better. That really stuck in my mind. Every time I'm like, 'Oh, my God. I feel terrible,' I'm like, 'Rihanna would say to drink a glass of water.' I have what I call my emotional support water bottle, and I always keep it with me. I feel like if you love your water bottle, you're more likely to drink the water. I have an array: the Stanley, the Bkr, and the Simple Modern," she said.

A Portuguese model Sara Sampaio now has eight million followers

Sara Sampaio, the Portuguese model, is already a Victoria's Secret Angel and the face of Michael Kors' fragrance Gorgeous, and now she has a new achievement: 8 million followers on Instagram. "I'm still trying to figure this out. I suffer from a lot of anxiety and depression, I'm on medication which really helps but there's still some anxiety. For me, what works the best is learning when I need my own space and my own time and if I just need to spend the whole day watching TV, that's what I'm going to do. Putting those kinds of needs in front of constantly having to do something because if you're not, you're not working hard enough. Baths really help and sometimes it really is just sitting in front of the TV eating a bag of popcorn or just sleeping," she told Elle.

She has learned to love her body. "I really learned to take my body for what it is; love it if I put on weight, love it if I lose weight – we're all human beings, we fluctuate but I used to be really hard on myself. It's one of those things when you're in your formative years, you really take it personally," she told Elle, "but now I'm like, I've put on weight this quarantine and my" chest "grew and I'm like this is great!"

Nicole Scherzinger showcases her beautiful figure

Nicole Scherzinger set pulses racing as she showcased her incredible figure in a series of sizzling snaps she shared on Friday.

The former Pussycat Dolls star is currently soaking up the sun in the Maldives with her fiancé Thom Evans.

The hitmaker, 45, slipped into a white and black striped bikini that highlighted her toned midriff as she went for a dip in the pool.

Striking a playful pose, Nicole let her raven locks fall loose down her shoulders as she worked on her tan.

Alongside the post, she wrote: 'Norma in the sun! ☀️ Sun-kissed and salty hair'.

Nicole and her ex rugby player partner Tom, 38, who popped the question last June, are enjoying a luxury stay at Finolhu Baa Atoll Maldives which starts a £1,800 a night.

Nicole and Thom first met when he starred on Celebrity X Factor in 2019, with Thom claiming he had 'hit the jackpot' with Nicole.

The holiday comes after the news that Nicole's critically-acclaimed West End show Sunset Boulevard is heading to Broadway.

The actress will be making her Broadway debut this year when the musical opens in New York City.

Nicole stars as silent movie star Norma Desmond in the Andrew Lloyd Webber musical, which is based on the film by Billy Wilder.

In November, Nicole was awarded Best Musical Performance at the Evening Standard Theatre Awards for her role in Sunset Boulevard.

The former Pussycat Doll couldn't control her emotions as she took to the stage at London's swanky Claridge's Hotel to accept the honour for her showstopping turn.

She had been up against A Strange Loop's Kyle Ramar Freeman, Crazy For You's Charlie Stemp and Guys & Dolls' Marisha Wallace for the award.

Composer Andrew Lloyd Webber was not able to attend the awards in person but said that his leading lady had 'given us a performance for the ages.'

Nicole then welled up as she revealed that her role as Norma Desmond in the atmospheric musical had helped her 'be accepted by London’s theatre community.'

Nicole's new role marked her return to the stage, eight years after she was nominated for an Olivier Award for her portrayal of Grizabella in Cats.

Her musical comeback was heralded a success by Daily Mail reviewer Luke Jones who gave her a five star review.

Wamiqa Gabbi shows off her amazing body transformation

Wamiqa Gabbi is showing off her body transformation – in her workout clothes. In a new social media post the Indian actress flaunts her amazingly slimmed down figure in a two-piece workout set. "From doubt to dedication, witness the transformation unfold. 20 days into the journey – 70 days to go," she captioned the Instagram post. "Keep rocking," commented one of her followers. Wamiqa is a pro at gaining and losing weight. "Going on a weight-loss journey was, of course, a conscious decision and the focus was on being fit. For 'Jubilee', I had to put on some amount to look the part since the series is set in the 40s and 50s and people then had a certain body type. My only concern was I didn't want to starve, but I have an excellent and talented fitness team who made sure I didn't but had some good food. It feels good to fit into my old clothes," she told Tribune India.

Wamiqa relies on strength and weight training to keep her body fit. Some of the exercises she does in her Instagram workout videos include deadlifting heavy weights, battle ropes, and pull downs. She also uses kettlebells as part of her routine.

What's it about body weight and figure? The way you are and the way you talk to people, that's more important. But somehow the work is going on, and be perfect, there should not be even a single mistake," says Wamiqa about how society pressures her to be thin. "There are days when it doesn't matter, and then there are days when I promise myself – okay, I will not eat, I will work out. But there are many other bigger issues in life," she says. She also doesn't feel guilty for skipping a workout. "Now I feel if I am still doing workout even after 15 days, that also counts. I have started to forgive myself. I can't silence people, but I can control how their words affect me."

Wamiqa is a coffee drinker. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Gabbi maintains a plant-based diet. She reportedly "believes in eating a wholesome diet and loves organic vegetarian food."

And Jess Harding was back in the sun again on Thursday as she enjoyed a trip to Dubai.

The reality star, 23, looked incredible in a blue and pink swirl pattern bikini as she posed up a storm at a a swanky beach club.

Her taut abs and ample assets were on display in the skimpy two piece that highlighted her bronzed glow.

Jess wore her long blonde tresses in loose waves and opted for a glowing makeup look with a slick of light pink lip.

'So yeah, I think that's where it was, but there's no blame on anyone.'

When asked if he's enjoying being single, Sammy responded: 'I mean, I'm literally just working on myself, trying to better myself, and that's all I'm really caring about.

'I'm fresh out of a breakup. I'm not really looking to get into another one or anything, I'm literally just working on my career right now and trying to have a bit of fun in the meantime as well.'

At the time, Sammy shared a lengthy statement where he admitted the relationship had hit the rocks, but that he had been trying to save it, in an apparent swipe against Jess.

Sammy added that he had only discovered that the couple had officially parted ways through the media and was in a 'total shock.'

He penned: 'Hi guys. I thought I would come online to address today's news about me and Jess.

'Yes we had a private conversation regarding our relationship but this was left up in the air as Jess is still away and we haven't had a chance to speak in person. For me to then see today via the media that we had officially broken up came as a total shock.

'To be totally clear - I at least wanted a face to face conversation to see if our relationship could be saved and felt this would be the respectful way forward.

'We had the most incredible experience winning Love Island and I genuinely saw a future with Jess.

'I was committed and respectful to our relationship. Unfortunately things don't always work out the way you'd hoped.'

Despite the bitter ending, he concluded: 'Despite how this has all played out today, I think Jess is an amazing woman and genuinely wish her all the best.'

Daisy Kelliher is flaunting her bikini body in Malibu beach

Daisy Kelliher is taking a walk on the beach in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the Below Deck star takes a break from the boat and strolls on the shoreline instead, wearing a light purple bathing suit in Malibu. "In my element after a long couple of months for a few personal reasons feeling the sun on me again has given me a whole new perspective," she captioned the Instagram snap. "Your body is slamming #naturalbeauty," commented one of her followers. "Hot girl Daisy!!!! You are beautiful inside and out!???" added another.

Daisy is a reader. In an Instagram video Daisy reveals that she spends a lot of time immersed in books. Why should you pick up a book? One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Both "coffee and suncream" are part of Daisy's "morning routine," she revealed in an Instagram post. While everyone knows why it is important to lather up in SPF, there are also several benefits of drinking coffee, explains the Cleveland Clinic. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

In her recent post, Daisy takes time out of her busy life for a walk on the beach. Not only is it a great mental health booster to get out in nature, but going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Daisy is a hiker. In her recent post she reveals that while in Los Angeles, she "hiked Runyon Canyon," a popular spot with celebrities. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

Building stronger muscles and bones

Improving your sense of balance

Improving your heart health

Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

Daisy is also a skier. "Are you a mountain or beach person?" she asked her followers in a recent post of herself on a mountain. Research has linked downhill skiing to a number of health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress and the occurrence of memory deficits declines.

In an Instagram post Daisy revealed that she is "obsessed" with a certain weight and strength training workout, OrangeTheory. "It's perfect for me going from USA and London and the app makes it so easy for me to work out while I'm traveling. I love the environment and the welcoming space." Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Model Devin Brugman shows off her beautiful figure

Devin Brugman is a model and fitness influencer. She is also one of the creators of Monday Swimwear, alongside Natasha Oakley. Brugman and Oakley are celebrating ten years of the company, and shared an Instagram collaboration for it. In them, they posed on the beach in white swimsuits. Brugman captioned the post, "10 years of this."

Brugman shared some of her wellness secrets on Molly Sims' Lipstick On The Rim podcast. She shared how she treats her IBS. "It comes on when I get anxious and flying makes me anxious, so when I fly, I cleanse. I eat really healthy and clean before a flight. The only part that sucks is that the best part of flying is drinking, so I try to balance every drink with extra water, and I always bring my own food on a flight, usually a salad."

Brugman said on the Lipstick On The Rim podcast that she intermittent fasts. "I do what works for me, and what works for me is intermittent fasting. I wake up in the morning and I'm truly not hungry. First thing in the morning, I have my espresso with iced almond milk. I eat around 1 PM and I'll either make or order a Sweetgreen or Fresh Corn Grill. For dinner, I love salmon, veggies, or a salad."

Brugman shared some of her favorite workouts in her Lipstick On The Rim interview. She says that she likes to do lower impact workouts. "Food controls weight, not fitness," Brugman explained. "I do pilates 4 times a week and I take my dog, Walter on a walk 1-2 times a day. I don't like high-intensity workouts."

Brugman likes to cook, and shares a lot of her recipes on Instagram. She has an Instagram story highlight dedicated to her cooking. Harvard Health states that cooking has a lot of benefits. "We already know that the more people cook at home, the healthier their diet, the fewer calories they consume, and the less likely they are to be obese or develop type 2 diabetes. A growing body of scientific evidence supports teaching patients how to cook meals at home as an effective medical intervention for improving diet quality, weight loss, and diabetes prevention."

Davina McCall couldn't be in better shape if she tried and on Tuesday, she shared a fabulous clip of herself donning a vibrant blue bikini.

Taking to her Instagram account, the mother-of-three, 56, shared a video advertising her recent trip with Tui Blue. One moment saw the TV host talking directly to the camera in a plunging blue bikini top - and she looked fabulous.

The fabulous update came just one week after the presenter received an MBE from Princess Anne.

Davinia looked beautiful for the occasion, donning an elevated blue floral gown paired with black stilettos and a matching fascinator to receive the honour. She was supported by her boyfriend, Michael Douglas, and rarely-seen daughter, Holly Robertson.

Holly looked equally as stunning as her mother and wore an all-black outfit which she donned with a navy blue fascinator.

Davina exclusively talked about receiving the honour exclusively with HELLO at the Wellbeing for Women event: "Buckingham Palace is something else! Somebody quite brilliantly said to us on the way in, 'Keep looking up because the ceilings are part the best bit, and they weren't wrong.'

"It was so nice was being with all the other people getting their awards, their honours, and finding out a bit about [them], like, how did they get theirs and what did they do? It's just a really fun day and we were all so supportive of each other in the queue. And then I had dinner with my best friend and her husband and her kids who have been part of my life for 35 years. It was a lovely day.

Talking about the Princess Royal, who was presiding over the investitures, she added: "When I was growing up she was always the girl who could sort of do everything a bloke could do… sailing, riding. She was so capable and inspiring for that. I said that yesterday on the news,. I'm so pleased it was her."

Fitness influencer Anna Victoria shares fitness tips

Fitness influencer Anna Victoria is encouraging fans and followers to follow through with their fitness goals by sharing before-and-after pictures of success stories. Victoria posted a video of herself working out in purple and pink exercise gear, plus highlighting other women who crushed their goals using her Fit Body App. "WHEN YOU DON'T GIVE UP ??… that's when the magic happens!! This journey is never easy but it's always worth it. Join me in giving each of these ladies a HUGE round of applause!! ???" she captioned the post.

Victoria starts her day with oatmeal, four scrambled eggs, and vegetables. "When I tell people I eat four eggs, they're like, 'Are you okay? Do you need to go to the doctor?' But it's an old science belief that they're not good for you. Eggs can get boring, so I put veggies in them—asparagus, zucchini and tomato," she told Harper's Bazaar. "That's my breakfast pretty much every day. In my meal plan, it's different, but I'm a creature of habit and I just like the same routine every day."

Victoria avoids the all-or-nothing mentality when it comes to fitness, saying even ten minutes a day can make a difference. "You don't have to work out every day to see progress, and doing so can actually be harmful to your progress!" she told Fit Body App. "Rest days are growth days. The max days I suggest working out is five to six days with one of those days being only cardio. You absolutely need 1- 2 rest days a week for recovery, injury prevention, and muscle repair. I said it before, but don't underestimate the benefits of even a 10-minute sweat sesh a few times a week! Something is always better than nothing."

Victoria uses her grill for a delicious protein-packed dinner. "Luca and I normally have grilled chicken," she told Harper's Bazaar. "It's amazing how different and how much better chicken tastes when you grill it instead of cooking it on the stove. Luca is actually the cook in the family, so he'll create a sauce or something out of balsamic vinegar and lemon, or something like that, and then just veggies and sweet potato. I love sweet potato."

Victoria wants postpartum mothers to take it easy when getting back into a fitness routine. "Don't rush it. I hear of so many moms at three months postpartum trying to resume their pre-baby routine and level of intensity and end up having so many issues as a result, like diastases recti, prolapse, incontinence and more," she told Oxygen magazine. "Everything in life is a season, and while I'm a big believer in taking care of your physical well-being, sometimes what that looks like is actually resting and taking it slow," Victoria says. "Soak up those precious newborn and baby moments while they last, because time flies!"

Victoria focuses on good habits that take over when willpower is weak. "Motivation is overrated. I'm motivated maybe 30% of the time. The other 70% I'm DEDICATED," she told Fit Body App. "The moment you stop waiting for motivation and start making it happen regardless of how you feel is the moment when the magic happens. Focus on being dedicated, not motivated."

Gemma Chan recently enjoyed time at the beach

Gemma Chan is a very successful actress. She is best known for her roles in the films Marvel's Eternals, Don't Worry Darling, Disney's Raya & The Last Dragon, and Crazy, Rich Asians. She recently enjoyed a vacation to Joali Being, and shared some highlights on Instagram. In them, Chan enjoyed time at the beach. She captioned the post, "Reset…Magical island."

Chan has amazing skin and makes sure to take care of it. She tells Marie Claire that skin prep is important to her. "For me, it's all about prepping the skin. If I've been travelling, had a late night or not had too much sleep, I get quite puffy. So using anything that's cold or that vibrates is good. I keep my face roller in the fridge and I have ice globes. I also have what I call my 'eyebrator'. Anything like that is good to encourage lymphatic drainage [and reduce puffiness]—these tools are essentials for me."

Chan tells Marie Claire that she makes sure to protect her skin from the sun. "A good sunscreen is essential—especially during summer. My hands down favourite UV product is L'Oréal Paris Revitalift Clinical Vitamin C UV Fluid SPF 50. It only just came out in the UK but I first came across it when I was shooting in Thailand last year. I was like, 'why do they not sell this in the UK?!' and, thank God, they do now! It doesn't leave any white cast. It's really sheer and it doesn't leave me too shiny."

Chan shared some of her fitness secrets in an interview with British Vogue. "I've just started Pilates which is brutal–so brutal, deceptively so. But I do enjoy that and I have a mini morning routine." Better Health states that Pilates has a lot of benefits. "Pilates can be an aerobic and non-aerobic form of exercise. It requires concentration and focus, because you move your body through precise ranges of motion. It requires concentration in finding a centre point to control your body through movement. Each exercise has a prescribed placement, rhythm and breathing pattern. In Pilates, your muscles are rarely worked to the point of exhaustion, so there is not always sweating or straining, just intense concentration. The workout consists of a variety of exercise sequences that are performed in low repetitions, usually five to ten times, over a session of 45 to 90 minutes. Floor based exercises performed on a mat and specialised equipment for resistance are often used."

In an interview with Women's Weekly, Chan shared some of her skincare secrets. She says that she makes sure to be consistent with her routine. "My skincare routine isn't that complicated. One of the first things my mum taught me was to never go to bed with your makeup on. No matter how tired you are or how drunk you might be, always cleanse, tone, and moisturise."

Chan tells Women's Weekly that she loves to use hyaluronic acid on her skin. "In the morning, I'll cleanse, use a hyaluronic acid serum, and I'll always use a good moisturiser with SPF. I love the Revitalift Filler Day Cream ($36 from Lookfantastic), which has hyaluronic acid in it – I take it with me during the day so I can top up my skin if I ever have a bit of dryness. When I am tired, I get puffy eyes, so I use [an eye cream] with a roller to help wake up my skin in the morning."

Sophie Nélisse in bathing suit says hi from Mexico

Sophie Nélisse is enjoying time on vacation—and deservedly so, after the success of her hit show Yellowjackets. Rather than fighting for survival in the frozen woods, as her character does, her current activities include lounging by the pool, reading a book, snapping photos, and looking stunning. Nélisse posted a photo of herself in a black bathing suit, perched on a chair poolside. She had a camera in her hand and a book by her side. She captioned the photo, "Currently at page 287 of my book and picture 16 of my roll."

While Nélisse is currently a successful actress, she is also a student, and makes sure that she has a backup plan for the future. Nélisse told Made In, "I'm a film student. I don't necessarily do it because I'm an actress but because I want to have a plan B. As part of my course, I'm taking math classes and could continue on to study finance or communications in university."

While getting one of your projects reviewed can be good for an actress, it can also be a toll on your self-esteem. Nélisse says that this is the reason she avoids reading comments and reviews on her projects. She tells Made In, "I also get sent reviews, but I never read them. Everyone has a different opinion and I prefer not to read negative comments."

Nélisse says to Made In that she doesn't feel the need to change her personality or persona in public or on social media. "Of course, I'm careful with what I publish on my social channels but I stay myself. Actually, I can't not be myself in life and it's funny since my job is to become someone else. But I think it would be so taxing to try and be someone else online and it would feel strange since I meet a lot of people who see the real Sophie."

Being an actress can be very difficult. It comes with a lot of rejection and negativity. However, Nélisse tells Made In, that a big part of her success is staying positive. "I have a positive energy and I'm an extrovert, which are traits that are important to succeed in my job."

Nélisse tells Made In that she is a very persistent person, and encourages others to have that same attitude. "If I had to give one piece of advice, I would say: don't give up. There are times that feel more difficult, but you should never throw the towel in and listen to those who say you should do something else. In my industry, it's about timing and chance circumstances. When I'm not selected for a part, it feels like a blow on the spot, but I believe everything happens for a reason."

I say, 'What do champions do? Get back out there, stop complaining,' to myself. I feel really driven and it's funny."

Anderson makes sure to eat healthy. She tells Vogue that she likes to intermittent fast and take supplements. "I only eat between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. It just makes me feel so great and energized. I've got a great doctor in L.A. who has given me this great vitamin regimen. I'm taking them and eating healthy as I'm vegan."

Anderson is an avid cook. She talked about this in an edition of her newsletter. "Cooking didn't always come so natural to me, but I have always loved to cook. I love to write recipes. I prefer not to measure and I resort to 'eye balling' mostly, and it gets the best of me, especially in baking, we must have patience—it IS a virtue and the only road to success."

In her newsletter, Anderson talked about some changes she is making to her lifestyle. "I'm trying to drink less coffee and more tea," she said. "I love my glass teapot and blends of rose and chamomile. Still, it's a work in progress. I have planted a 'tea garden' this season, and can't wait to prepare my own concoctions. My kids tease me about it and say I'm too high-strung for so much coffee."

"Recently switched from almond to oat and it's been a pretty fabulous transition," she adds. "I grew up never drinking coffee. I went through my entire college experience and I had never had one cup of coffee. I started drinking coffee, honestly, because I think I started going to meetings in my adult life and I was like, they're like, 'Do you want a coffee?'" However, she claims she is "not dependent on it," and is "never going out of my way to get it, but when it's brought to me, I welcome it and I cherish the moment and I drink the whole thing every single morning."

Alex doesn't avoid carbs. "I have an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese," Alex added, revealing her eats one side with "regular cream cheese, one side with chive." She admits switching from New York to Los Angeles bagels, "was a struggle" as "New York's bagels are better than LA's" so she has "mourned the loss," she jokes. "But I've gotten used to a bagel as a bagel. I'll eat the ones from the grocery store."

Alex is all about snacking. "I'm a very hangry individual and I'm not embarrassed or ashamed by that," she told Harper's Bazaar. "The success of my relationship, I will say, is predicated on whether I've eaten that day or not. My boyfriend will say, you are a different person when you haven't had food. So I am constantly making sure I have a snack around me." She loves snacking on Welch fruit snacks. "You can't just have one, you have to have three. So I usually will have a handful of those. Maybe some chips, love some Sour Cream and Onion Pringles."

Alex admits she is "always ordering out." Her favorite meal? Dan Tana's chicken parmesan. "If I have to eat a green, I'm going to go broccoli or asparagus. Now, sometimes asparagus is too chewy and we don't like the after effects of what asparagus does," she joked.

"McConnell's ice cream is my go-to late night dessert," said Alex. "I would say every six to seven days I restock. I get every single flavor just in case. And I'll make a bowl of McConnell's ice cream where it's like the salted caramel brownie, the ooey gooey double chocolate chip. There's all the different kinds, and I'll put a bunch of different scoops of different flavors. Who wants one flavor of ice cream? Not me."

Alex told Cosmopolitan that she is all about talking it out. "I had a lot of therapy sessions when the first deal came out," she said about her massive Spotify paycheck. Because I was like, 'Whoa, it's just not normal to have the amount of money you're making public and that amount at such a young age.' I did see the backlash of 'She doesn't deserve that' or 'She's so greedy.' I'm like, 'Oh my god, no one said this about Joe Rogan. No one said this about the SmartLess podcast guys.' But I'm the type of person that loves it, because it means there's opportunity to help the conversation progress. It's less about me….It's a new benchmark for women in the industry."

Florence Pugh shows off her amazing body

Florence Pugh has become one of the most well-respected actors of her generation. Her breakout roles included Midsommar and Little Women, which earned her an Academy Award nomination. She also has a role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and has appeared in Black Widow and Hawkeye. She is currently filming a project in Rome, and shared some highlights on Instagram. In them, she enjoyed gelato and chips and salsa, spent time in a park, and got her makeup done. Pugh captioned the post, "When working in Rome it is absolutely crucial to eat Gelato, pasta, tiramisu, Nutella on a spoon, Aperol, olives, carbonara and cheeeeeeeeese. All on a days work."

Pugh has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She works with makeup artist, Naoko Scintu, to keep her skin looking healthy. Scintu shared some of the products Pugh uses in an interview with Refinery29. Scintu makes sure to keep Pugh's skin moisturized. "I use the Oxygen Booster, which is like a lightweight plumping serum made from natural minerals sourced in Budapest, often followed by the brand's moisturizer, too."

Pugh makes sure to use organic products on her skin. Scintu shared one of her favorites with Refinery29. "Jurlique's rose silk powder is amazing," Scintu said. "It's clean and natural, made with only Australian botanical ingredients, so it mattifies excess oil without clogging pores."

Pugh has amazing lips, and she makes sure to take care of them. Scintu told Refinery29 that Pugh uses a lipstick that doubles as a lip balm. "I love this Suqqu Moisture Rich lip balm," Scintu says. "They have so many colors, but Number One is our favorite. It's a peachy tone that's sheer but moisturizing, and gives a healthy shine."

Pugh talked about what she has dealt with in quarantine in an interview with ELLE. She says that she has learned to not be so hard on herself. "Living in lockdown, I found there's no point or energy in being annoyed at yourself for not reading that book, writing that song or working out that day. I'm teaching myself to find joy as much as I can and ease in these open long days."

In an interview with Vogue, Pugh opened up about her relationship with food. She said that she doesn't want to lose weight or diet for a role. "It was expected that you would be on whatever diet that you needed to be on, and for me, that was just shocking because I'd never done that before. I think I definitely put my foot down in that aspect. I love food."
