And she has set pulses racing by sharing her latest bikini shoot.

Dragoi, 21, posed in tiny yellow swimwear next to a beachside ice cream trailer in Miami.

As well as her swimming career as a San Jose State Spartan, Dragoi has plenty of side hustles.

The Romanian is an influencer and model.

A former Miss Ambassador and Miss California US National pageant winner, she modelled for multiple brands at New York Swim Week last year.

Dragoi wowed in an ice-white one-piece for Culture Cabana.

She also donned a textured purple swimsuit for Origin of Oceans - a look that prompted one fan to call her "so gorgeous."

Lucinda's sexy selfies come hot off the heels of claims by her Love Island ex Zac Nunns that she reportedly "faked" their split to get on All Stars.

The pair struck up a romance during their time on the Australia series in 2023 where they came runners-up behind winners Kale Roberts and Tyra Johannes.

They called it quits back in February and it was claimed that Zac was left “heartbroken".

Lucinda has since moved on with chart-topping DJ Nathan Dawe but her ex couldn't help but dish the dirt on their time together.

Zac revealed they were still very much together after appearing on the Aussie Love Island last year, but claims they stopped posting each other as Lucinda wanted to go on Love Island All Stars.

Sharing an image of them cosied up at the airport, he wrote: "Yes - we were together the whole time. Here's a polaroid of her leaving."

Another follower sent a message referring to Lucinda's rejection from the new series, which read, “Why did she not end up on it did she not get accepted?"

"Never got the call probably because production saw she was with her boyfriend in Australia," he responded.

Zac later took to TikTok to share more images of their conversation after fans claimed he was "lying" and "bitter" about the situation.

However, he came with evidence proving that the pair were still in contact a month after it was announced they had gone their separate ways.

Zac showed their final messages that only date back to March 29 - three weeks before the news broke about her relationship with Nathan.

The Sun recently revealed that Lucinda has grown close to music producer Nathan.

He has worked with a number of big names in the industry, including KSI, Little Mix, Anne-Marie, Joel Corry and Ella Henderson.

A source said: "They’re on holiday together in Dubai right now - it’s early days but they really like each other."

Amelia Hamlin is a very successful model. She is also the daughter of actors Harry Hamlin and Lisa Rinna. Hamlin shared some stunning new photos on Instagram this week. In them, she posed poolside, wearing a black swimsuit from Victoria's Secret, and a cowboy hat from Miu Miu. She received a lot of compliments in the comments section.

Hamlin has a busy schedule, but she always makes time for herself. She opened up about this in an interview with Vogue. "I am an extremely introverted person, which is of course a blessing and a curse. After a shoot, it is very important for me to mentally recharge, as I probably have another one the following day. Hamlin believes in the importance of kindness. She tells Vogue that this is something she learned from her parents. "My parents taught me how important kindness is. I truly live by the idea that the most beautiful woman can walk in the room and quickly become the ugliest simply by how she treats others."

Hamlin tells Vogue that she wants to inspire other people. "I have so many dreams. A lot of that involves of course covers of magazines and campaigns. But, at the end of the day, I want to be known as an artist that inspires people. I want to represent unapologetic and unique beauty from the inside. I want to embrace my flaws and insecurities to inspire others to love themselves for who they are. Everyone deserves to feel beauty and confidence. I hope I can play a role in that."

Hamlin talked about her career in an interview with V Magazine. She says that she works hard, and that her parents taught her the importance of doing so. "My mom has given me the best advice ever. My mom and my dad's work ethic was really ingrained into me. She would never let me give up. There were times—and there probably will still be times—where I feel like I should. But she helps me keep going."

Hamlin likes to walk to stay in shape. She tells V Magazine that since she lives in New York City, walking is something she does a lot of. "I really like to just walk around. I'm still getting to know the city. I could not tell you left from right yet here, so I try to walk around as much as possible and get a feel of the city and learn the streets and the grid system—whatever that means."

Lucy Hale is a very successful actress. She is best known for her role as Aria Montgomery in Pretty Little Liars. She's also known for playing the title character in Katy Keene, and for starring in A Cinderella Story: Once Upon A Song. Hale recently hit the gym, and shared a photo of herself working out on Instagram.

Hale shared her skincare secrets with WhoWhatWear. She says that her routine has become simpler. "I've realized as I've gotten older that my skin just can't handle too much, and I've had to really cut back. I mean, I used to be the girl who had a 15-step skincare routine every single night. My whole approach to skincare now is really about consistency and less about the number of products I'm using."

Hale shared her morning skincare routine with WhoWhatWear. "I like to start by using a gentle cleanser to really get off all of my products from the night before and any oil that's built up. Next, I'll do a toner, and then it depends, but typically every other day, I'll either use a vitamin C serum or a hyaluronic acid serum, or sometimes I'll just kind of mix them together. I don't really need to add a lot more moisture since my skin naturally produces quite a bit of oil, so I just put on that SPF, and that's pretty much it for the morning."

Hale likes to hike to stay in shape. She tells WhoWhatWear that she aims to hike every day. "I love having slow mornings. I've found that not having to rush really kick-starts my mood in the right way. I try to hike every day. There's a canyon near where I live, and that's sort of my 'me' time."

Hale shared some of her fitness secrets with Shape. She says that she likes to strength train. "I do a lot of strength training because I like to feel strong. I'm 5-foot-2, but I like to feel like a badass and to know that I could kick someone's ass. So I do pull-ups and do squats with the big-boy weights. I even flipped one of those big tires once."

Hale is a big fan of Pilates. She tells Shape, "I just discovered Pilates. My butt has never been higher, and my abs have never been stronger. Our bodies are so amazing and resilient, and we don't give them enough credit. I spent much of my teen years and early 20s not loving my body and not being good to it. I'm trying to make up for that because we get only one body. We have to take care of our temple."

Demi Lovato more confident than ever

Demi Lovato needs no filter.

The 23-year-old songstress, who once famously struggled with body image and bulimia, rocked — and we do mean rocked — a halter-top bikini Thursday as she lounged by a pool in Miami Beach.

The newly single star ended a six-year romance with actor Wilmer Valderrama earlier this month, but her poolside afternoon had to do with more than attracting a new man. No, the bikini look was another sign that Lovato is feeling more at peace with her physique.

Once best known for co-starring in Disney's Camp Rock with the Jonas Brothers, Lovato shocked by checking into rehab in 2010 to deal with a range of health issues, including an eating disorder.

“When I was 4 years old … I remember looking in the mirror and thinking I was fat,” she said in an MTV special about her experience, Demi Lovato: Stay Strong. “I was constantly feeling guilty about my weight. I was overeating to compensate for not feeling worthy enough, and then not knowing what to do.”

She’s come a long way. Lovato now regularly shares photos of the healthy meals and tough workouts that she’s made a part of her healthier lifestyle. She posts snapshots of herself sans makeup on Instagram. In October, she famously posed for a Vanity Fair photo spread with no retouching, no makeup, and … no clothes.

Her latest show of “Confidence” — something she feels so strongly now that she made it the name of her latest album — coincides with the release of her new single, “Body Say.” Beginning Thursday, Lovato teased the track in a series of racy photos that showed her wearing absolutely nothing.

We should probably expect to see Lovato continuing to wear less than she has in the past, whether it’s a bikini or bedsheets.

“I’ve never felt as confident in my skin as I do today,” she told Allure in January. “A year ago, on tour, almost every inch of my body was covered by clothing, and it was because I was hiding behind so many layers. Once I started feeling better about myself, I felt better about showing more skin. I have insecurities about my arms, so to wear a tank top on stage is extremely liberating for me, and uncomfortable sometimes. It’s also a statement, like, ‘Hey, watch out. You’re no longer getting the insecure Demi that you’ve been getting for the past couple of years.’ I mean business now."

The “Just a Little Shady” podcast host and eight of her closest friends had a day out on a yacht and brought the party on the Florida water. Jessie spends a lot of time outdoors and loves to swim. "Wholesome mornings with a spontaneous dip in the ocean," she captioned a post. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

Jessie also tries to get her steps in. A study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Sukirti does Pilates to keep her body long and lean. "Rise and shine it's Pilates time with the lovely group," she captioned a post. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health." It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Sukirti maintains that fitness is a choice. "Waking up early to train is hard. Pushing yourself to work out every week in the gym is hard. Rejecting fast food in modern society is even harder. Having no energy is even worse. There is the pain of sacrifice or the pain of regret. Choose ur hard. Work hard to live well," she captioned an inspiring post.

Cat Deeley is making a splash in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the television presenter shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while swimming with a bunch of pool floats. "I don't mind doing it for the kids so come on, jump on board, take a ride," she wrote about her Instagram Stories image.

Cat's days start "very early." She used to sip on a cup of warm lemon water first thing, but after her dentist warned it would ruin her tooth enamel, she made a switch. "Now I have a green juice. I have celery and cucumber, and a little bit of lemon juice and ginger," she told Women's Health. She follows it up with coffee. "I feel sometimes like I need my cup of coffee to properly get my eyes open and get myself moving," she said.

Cat is a fan of intermittent fasting. She eats an early dinner with her family and then fasts until the morning. "I'm doing intermittent fasting, which I didn't realize. But it seems to work really well for my body I think I sleep better…I actually feel so much better as well rather than having a meal later on in the day at like eight-thirty or nine o'clock or whatever," she told Women's Health.

"Running and gyms don't suit me, you have to find what you like," Cat told Metro. She claims that regular yoga classes keeps her from looking like an "old lady" even though she is "not very stretchy naturally" she says. "I'm not very stretchy naturally so yoga helps me, otherwise I'd look like an old lady." She trains with Tara Lee. "Tara introduced me to the wonderful world of yoga 10 years ago … I couldn't even touch my toes! I've been hooked ever since," she added to Self. She even does her yoga videos, "Elements of Yoga" DVDs. "With her yoga DVDs, even I can find some 'me time', to focus my mind, reset my body and just breathe," she said.

In addition to "four times a week" yoga sessions, Cat takes a daily hike. "Even if you can just do twenty minutes it makes all the difference – I just put my trainers on and walk down the hill with my dog. You never regret doing exercise, you never come back and wish you hadn't done it, it feels amazing," she told Cosmopolitan.

Cat attributes her healthy approach to eating to her mother. "She never made things 'bad' or never made things, you know, unobtainable or, you know, we were free to help ourselves whenever we wanted to," she explains. "I think by doing that you kind of learn what makes you feel your body feel good and what makes you feel healthy. I like to listen to my body a lot." A piece of fruit, such as a banana, or a handful of almonds, are two of her go-to snacks. When she wants something more savory, she'll grab crackers and cheese.

Skenes has made three starts for Triple-A Indianapolis without allowing a single run.

The couple has become one of the most high-profile relationships in sports, with Dunne unable to sit anywhere except a box due to fan attention.

“It can be a pain in the butt sometimes, to be honest, in terms of actually going somewhere," Skenes told the Pittsburgh Post Gazette.

"If one of us went out in Baton Rouge by ourselves, there’s probably gonna be someone there asking for something — picture, autograph, whatever.

Dunne is currently in her final season with the LSU Tigers.

The team has reached the NCAA semi-finals and is due to perform again on April 18.

They will go up against Arkansas, California, and Stanford in Fort Worth, Texas.

Dunne put up a career-high 9.900 during a floor routine earlier this month.

The No. 2 ranked Tigers are enjoying a superb season having gone 25-3.

Alexis Ren is a very successful model and influencer. She competed on the 27th season of Dancing With The Stars, and finished in fourth place. Ren shares a lot of gorgeous photos on social media. She recently shared a set of selfies on her Instagram story. In them, Ren wore a colorful swimsuit top and a bandana. Ren's impressive figure was on display.

Ren has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared her secrets in an interview with Glamour. Ren makes sure to use serums on her face. "I just started implementing the Sonya Dakar Super Clear as a base. It's a preventative thing for breakouts, and I use it every day. Then I use the vitamin C serum with hyaluronic and vitamin C, which I've learned is important. I kind of pat it on as opposed to rub it in, because it peels away, which is kind of weird."

Ren helped come up with her skincare routine with the help of facialist, Sonya Dakar. "She's helped me understand the types of substances that work on my skin," Ren says to Glamour. "She came on and taught a skin course to my community, and she broke down why we need vitamins, why we need hyaluronic acid. Then you don't have to rely on one brand. You can be like, 'I'm just looking for these exact ingredients.' It puts the power back in your hands."

Ren tells Glamour that she makes sure to cleanse her face. "I use two facial cleansers: One of them is the Sensi Wash by Sonya Dakar, and the other one is the Blueberry Rebalancing 5.5 Cleanser from Innisfree. The Sensi wash is made with oat milk, so it has this milky feel. That doesn't actually get the makeup off; it just cleanses my face. If have makeup on, I use something soapy that's going to get rid of everything and that's the Innisfree."

Ren shared her favorite moisturizers with Glamour. "After serums, I use the Stem Cell Transformer, which is an antiaging cream. I just got on it. It's also by Sonya Dakar, and I think she said I can start it around 24, which is how old I am. For my neck, I started using the SBLA Wand—I don't really know if it works, but I like to try things. It's this sculpting thing; you put it on your neck and under your chin and stuff, and it uses collagen tightening and metabolic melting, because our necks are the first parts of our body that you can really start to see aging. I wanted to start a treatment early, and I'm just trying this now. I use it every night just before bed time. I feel like we neglect our chest and our necks, but our chest is more sensitive than our face."

Ren shared her daily routine in an interview with Grazia. She says that she works out in the mornings, and shared her favorite ones. "Starting my day off with a workout helps me to be my most productive self. I have been a ballerina for 20 years, so ballet is my first love when it comes to movement. I also love long walks and hikes, yoga, and surfing. For me, when I can move through an activity that I love, I enjoy the time spent doing it rather than it feeling like something I need to check off of my to-do list."
