Vicky Pattison showed off her impressive physique in a bikini throwback snap.
The reality star, 36, looked laid back whilst posing for a bathroom selfie in a bid to 'priorities self care.'
Taking to Instagram on Thursday, Vicky posted the sensational picture of her wearing a strappy plunging purple bikini set which complimented her curves.
Other photos showed the reality star posing in a red bikini and enjoying a cocktail.
The television personality also showcased her ample cleavage in an animal print bikini for a sizzling snap.
The Geordie queen explained how she'd been spending her spare time relaxing with her fiancé Ercan Ramadan.
This comes after she opened up last year revealing she was diagnosed with premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) which left her with 'suicidal thoughts'.
The media personality revealed the condition left her suffering from a 'constant cycle' of despair at certain periods of the month.
Vicky now regularly encourages her 5.5million Instagram followers to looking after their physical and mental health.
The reality star appeared on Good Morning Britain last year to discuss her PMDD, and described it as an 'overwhelming' feeling which happens to the body.
Talking on the show, she said: 'Building a sand castle of good habits, great relationships positive habits, going for morning runs, drinking green juice giving birth to an avocado, whatever it is.
'And then every month, a wave comes and takes away all those things and leaves only hopelessness and despair.
'It's this constant cycle. It was despair, hopelessness, overwhelm, chronic fatigue, crippling anxiety, and - in some darker moments - suicidal thoughts.'
Wanting to raise awareness for the topic, Vicky explained that the condition can often be 'misdiagnosed as depression'.
She has called on the NHS to start treating the two as separate issues as '10 percent of women are diagnosed with PMDD but the number of people could be much higher could be much higher.'
Vicky gushed in an Instagram post, after Ercan proposed to her during a romantic getaway in Dubai.
She wrote: 'I choose you and I'll choose you over and over without pause, without a doubt, in a heartbeat... It'll always be you.'
In another post in which she shared a picture of her sparkling ring, Vicky wrote: 'Sorry guys, I don't want to bore anyone with engagement spam... but I'm just not over this beautiful moment, my beautiful man or this beautiful ring...
'Thank you all for your incredibly kind messages... We're on cloud 9.'

In a number of the photos she is with her co-star and boyfriend, Guy Remmers, who plays her love interest on the show. "the happiness is radiating off you," one of her followers commented. "Always living life to the fullest and gaining the most out of it," added another.
For Birds of Paradise, Kristine trained hard and did a lot of Pilates. "For three months beforehand, they set an intense schedule from morning to night where we would do Pilates, the Gyrotonic method, and some stretch classes. We would observe dance classes and take private beginners' classes—which aren't really for beginners, in my opinion!—at these different studios in the city, so I just tried to literally pack as much in as I could. I was really out of touch with my body and so out of alignment and had no idea what these different muscle groups were or what any of this was about, and I had no dance experience prior, so it was really intense, but I've learned so much about myself and my body. Overall, it was great," she told Vogue.
Kristine is all about mental health. "If anyone's struggling with loss or depression, it's so important to rely on one another and talk about it and ask for support. Amongst us females, I feel like we can support each other within the larger competition because there's space for everyone. Within my own industry, I have a lot of good friends who go up for the same roles I do, but we know it's apples and oranges, right? We can compete, but it doesn't have to be sabotage," she told Vogue.
For her role in Birds of Paradise she also endured grueling ballet sessions. "I was just out of alignment for some reason, I guess because I'm [hunched] all the time on my phone… so I had to work on that. And co-ordination, I have none," she told Newsweek. "I've never danced before so it was definitely challenging to get to know my body while also absorbing all the information regarding dance. I don't know anything, it's so much about opposition and I was having a hard time putting two-and-two together." Froseth said: "The physical aspects were really challenging. Being in the room with professional ballerinas and kind of accepting the reality of the situation that we're trying to portray their lives, and their lifestyle, as closely as possible."
Froseth enjoys running, not only because of the physical benefits, but also because it helps with anxiety. She even did the New York City Marathon. "It's always been a dream of mine to do a marathon and then an Iron Woman," she told Elle. "I want to push myself in different ways and see how far I can take it."
Hiking is another form of self-care for Kristine. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems.
Another healthy habit of Kristine's is walking, which is great for your health. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

She's known for flaunting her bod in skimpy outfits to show that all bodies are amazing, and her latest post may have been one of her riskiest yet. That's because the blonde babe was captured flashing her bum in a thong bikini as she walked across the sand.
Ariella looked effortlessly gorgeous as she strolled across the beach wearing a colourful, patterned bikini. It was so teeny that she even managed to flash a little underboob.
Though the bottoms bared a thong design, she did cover up a little by wearing a crochet sarong over the top. She went make-up free and let her natural beauty shine through, as she donned wavy hair and soaked up the sun.
The gorgeous snaps were shared alongside the caption: "Sunsets and me."
Since the pictures were shared, over 10,000 people liked them, and her followers were quick to comment too. Many people asked where the colourful set is from.

Ariella recently admitted people make cruel remarks about her body. Trolls have commented on her cellulite in the past, but she won't let this stop her from showing it off.
She knows it's a normal part of being human, as many women have it. Ariella won't hide her body away just because people make nasty comments about how she looks.
Previously, the social media babe said: "Cellulite does NOT many you any less beautiful. Trust me I’ve heard it all. 'Grandma leg', 'saggy balls', 'wrinkly and ugly'. I used to let these words get to me.

Lorenze spends a lot of time by the water, as you can see from her recent post. She celebrated her birthday at the beach. In this set of photos and videos she posted on Instagram from the day, she is seen in the water. The Cleveland Clinic reports that swimming has a lot of benefits. "Like other forms of cardio, swimming can help you burn calories and lose weight. According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), a 154-pound person who swims slow freestyle laps for 30 minutes burns 255 calories. But that amount varies depending on your weight, speed and stroke. Swim England reports that butterfly stroke burns the most calories, but because it can be so hard to learn and to maintain — especially for beginners — it's not recommended as a weight loss go-to. Freestyle is the better option, and only after you've learned how to do it the right way."
Lorenze loves to ski to stay in shape. She shared this reel on Instagram of herself on the slopes, captioning it, "First run in a year." The University of Rochester reports that skiing is a great workout. "Skiing and snowboarding are thrilling activities and great workouts. Both sports are excellent cardiovascular exercises that strengthen the heart. They are also weight-bearing exercises. So hey strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles. Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for ongoing (chronic) diseases. They lower your blood pressure. And they help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer."
Lorenze shared some of her favorite exercises in this YouTube video. One thing she likes to do is squats. "To start, I just do bodyweight squats," she says. "These are one of my favorites, just because you can do them anywhere. Bodyweight squats do make a difference." Piedmont reports that squats have a lot of benefits. "Squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscles groups. When you perform a squat, you're working your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back."
In her YouTube video, Lorenze is seen doing core workouts. The Mayo Clinic reports that having a strongcore is important. "Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries. Weak core muscles can leave you more prone to poor posture, lower back pain and muscle injuries. Strengthening your core muscles may help back pain get better and lower the risk of falls."

Dunne, 21, shared highlights from a trip to Park City, Utah, at the beginning of the year, posing in black workout gear against a gorgeous snowy mountainous background. Dunne is happiest when she's outside in the sunshine, preferably at the beach. "Everyone gets overwhelmed, so being able to have something that brings you to that moment of happiness and that moment of peace and bliss is essential," she told Sports Illustrated. "I always come back to the simple things: connecting with nature and being around the people I love. Perfection isn't real. But finding moments of bliss can be, I just have to look in the right places."
Dunne starts her day with schoolwork (she doesn't attend classes in person anymore). "I come home, eat lunch and go right to the gym, where I train for hours," she told the New York Post. "I have conditioning before or after practice, which takes place at football operations. Then, I go straight to the dining hall to eat dinner. After that, I come home [to my dorm] and do my work stuff at night."
Dunne works hard to make her social media account successful (with 5.1 Instagram followers she's doing something right!). "Making content is definitely time consuming. There's 100s of takes and then you choose that perfect one for Instagram and TikTok," she told the New York Post. "I probably take an hour or two to create content after practice. But some days I'm so busy, I can't get to do it all… TikTok, I feel is where you can express yourself more, and that's something I'm still getting used to and I'm still trying to open up more. That's something I've been working on more — opening up in a more personal way."
Dunne will be appearing in the 2024 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. "SI Swim means to me being comfortable in your own skin and being undeniably you, which is something I still work on to this day," she told the magazine. "Body image is something that a lot of girls struggle with, especially young girls. In the sport of gymnastics, [body image is] a huge thing, and it's something that I'm still working on to this day, being confident. But SI's really helped me to see that it's O.K. to not be perfect and to just be comfortable in your own skin."
Dunne is used to dealing with the criticism that comes from being in the public eye—but she doesn't let it deter her from following her dreams. "To see a woman winning? People sometimes have a lot to say," she told ELLE. "If you're a woman at the forefront of something, when you've got eyes on you, people are going to downplay your success and say that you're not doing it right, that you don't deserve all the opportunities… the best way to get that to stop is to keep being successful at what you're doing, because your success, and love for what you do, will outshine any of that."

After Jessica welcomed Birdie in 2019, she was left with a lot of excess weight, which she attributes to a poor diet. "I went to a nutritionist, and I needed to get my eating habits right," she recently told Extra. She follows Harley Pasternak's The Body Reset diet, eating three healthy, protein-packed meals a day and two snacks, such as almonds.
Harley Pasternak, Jessica's trainer, doesn't like to use scales. "I never work with scales. My work with her is more about the habits she's created and kept up. And as a byproduct of doing these habits, she lost 100 pounds," he told People. "I have no idea how much I weigh," she added to Today. "I just want to feel good and be able to zip my pants up. If I don't, I have another size. I have every size."
Jessica exercises with Pasternak regularly. At one point she was doing 45-minute strength and weight training sessions three days a week. Walking is a huge part of their program. At first, Pasternak had her walking 6,000 steps per day, eventually building up to 14,000, per E! News. "It's a social thing that she can do with her kids," Pasternak said about walking.
Jessica also loves yoga. What makes the zen practice great for losing weight? "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," says Harvard Health. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."
In a new interview with Bustle, Jessica confronted weight loss drug rumors "Oh Lord. I mean, it is not (Ozempic)," she said, referring to how she's lost weight. "It's willpower. I'm like, do people want me to be drinking again? Because that's when I was heavier. Or they want me to be having another baby? My body can't do it."

more...Alessandra Ambrosio is getting her sweat on in a two-piece workout outfit. In a new social media post the supermodel flaunts her incredible figure in a sports bra and leggings. "Let's shake it off the jet lag," she captioned the Instagram Story.
Alessandra used to crash diet, but doesn't go to extremes anymore. "After having Anja I only had three months to lose all the weight [before doing the 2008 Victoria's Secret show] and I was on this 1,200-calorie-a-day meal-delivery service that I hated. I couldn't do that again," she told The Edit.
"It's important to break a sweat every day, and I love the way Pilates makes me feel long and lean," Alessandra told Glamour about her go-to workout. Research has found that Pilates exercises are designed to increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility, and to improve posture and balance. Experts maintain that it is a great workout for leaning out.
"I love to do yoga as it centers me and also at the same time keeps me in shape," Alessandra told FOX News. "Since there is a lot to do around the house sometimes I don't have much time to work out, in which case I try to do some stretching and hold a plank for five to 10 minutes." "We love going to the beach, hanging in Malibu and playing volleyball… We like going rollerblading and biking, all kinds of things!" she added to People.
"Whenever I start to diet, everything goes downhill," she told The Edit. "So if I want a little bite of dark chocolate on a plane or a cocktail with friends on the weekend, I'll have it. In fact, I'll drink a glass of red wine with dinner most nights, and two or three times a week I'll have a cup of tea and a cupcake with Anja, who's as obsessed with red velvet as I am."

Foster is a big fan of horseback riding. She shares a lot of riding videos on Instagram. In a video, she is seen doing jumps. Foster captioned the post, "Find something you love and become mediocre at it." The American Heart Association reports that riding has a lot of benefits. Foster works with a trainer to help her stay fit. She talked about what it is like in her Us Weekly interview. "If my workout is at 9, I'll get there at 9:20 and my trainer will be like, 'Oh, well, you're early.' I can't work out for an hour. I just don't have it in me. So, I like the 20-minute workouts. I love barre."

It includes simple but effective moves including deadlift squats, back leg swings, and one leg back leg swings. "Raise your hand if you love leg days, even when they are brutal," she captioned it.
Brittany added to Eating Well that "walks with the kids and the dogs," also help keep her in shape. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. more...Rochelle Humes is living her best life this spring break in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the television presenter shows off her fit figure in a bathing suit while vacationing in the tropics with her family. She shared the mirror selfie via her Instagram Stories.
Rochelle works out with personal trainer PMAC, Peter MacIver, doing strength training workouts. He told Hello! that they train together three times a week, for 45 to 60 minute sessions. "She also does cardio twice a week in her own time," he said. "No two workouts with me are ever the same. We might be doing the same body part but we'll do different exercises as much as possible. This keeps things new and fresh and also stops the body becoming used to certain exercises."
"When I first started [setting the alarm] for 5.30am I thought, oh my god, I don't really want to get up that early, I'll just wait for my kids to wake me up to maximise my sleep, but it means that I get more time for myself at the front of the day," Rochelle told Health & Wellbeing. She tries to get her workouts done at this time. "I don't work out every day, I do Monday-Friday no weekends. My kids wake up at 7(ish) I wake up any time between 5/6 am and get in some solo chill time (which for me means working out) before the whole house wakes up and is CHAOTIC ? I find this really sets my day up right for me mentally ? I really recommend the book the 5am club ✨" she added on Instagram.
Rochelle tries to look at exercise in a positive light. "I think I've got it wrong in the past," she admitted to Health & Wellbeing. "I used to think, I need to do this type of workout with this trainer, but actually, fitness doesn't have to be so military. Once you find the thing for you, you can enjoy it and for me, sometimes that's just a nice walk and some Pilates. Fitness is super personal and I've learned that it doesn't have to be all or nothing either."
Rochelle told Women's Fitness that she enjoys exercising outdoors and indoors. "I like a combination of the two. To be honest, I probably only ever worked out indoors before lockdown. But once we were all locked away, working out and being outdoors for an hour a day became such a treat for everybody. If you weren't outdoorsy before lockdown, you definitely were afterwards! Now, I love exercising outside, and I've even done bootcamp classes," she said.
Rochelle makes green juice – celery, cucumber, ginger and apple – daily. "In the morning I'll have a juice to start off the day – that might be a fresh orange, but from the juicer. I like apple, carrot, ginger and I actually have celery straight sometimes. It's really good for you and my skin really notices when I haven't had it," she told Hello!
"I'm always a bath girl. I use my own bath soak from My Little Coco, the Baby Mama Bath Soak. Obviously, I developed it to be exactly what I wanted to be. It was pretty self-indulgent!" Rowing is naturally one of the main ways Adamo stays in shape. "Going up and down hills gets the heart pumping, creating a great cardio workout. Like most cardio exercises, hiking helps reduce your risk of heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and even some cancers. Hiking is a weight-bearing exercise, which builds muscle mass and helps prevent osteoporosis. Hiking can help you manage your weight. It is a joint-friendly form of exercise that can keep arthritis sufferers more limber and mobile."
As you can see from her recent post, Adamo likes to swim to stay in shape. According to the CDC, swimming has a lot of benefits. "Swimming is the fourth most popular sports activity in the United States and a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses.
