Shanaya Kapoor is on vacation in the beautiful Maldives

Indian actress Shanaya Kapoor is on vacation in the beautiful Maldives, staying at the Joali Being island retreat. Kapoor shared many pictures and videos from her trip, including ones of her wearing a variety of swimsuits while relaxing in the pool and exploring the resort.

Kapoor jokes that she doesn't know what a day without coffee feels like. "The overall evidence has been pretty convincing that coffee has been more healthful than harmful in terms of health outcomes," says Frank Hu, chair of the Department of Nutrition at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. "For most people, moderate coffee consumption can be incorporated into a healthy diet."

Kapoor's fitness mantra is "weights before dates". "Such exercises also improve glucose metabolism, enhance maintenance of healthy body weight, and help improve cardiovascular risk factors such as blood pressure," says I-Min Lee, professor of epidemiology at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. "All these factors lead to lower risks of cardiovascular disease, cancer, and diabetes, which lowers mortality risk."

Kapoor enjoys belly dancing lessons with instructor Sanjana Muthreja. "Belly dancing is really a full body workout," Muthreja tells Vogue India. "It involves a lot of core work and engages your hips. It not only helps as a cardiovascular workout (you can lose up to a 1000 calories in one Tahitian class due to the constant explosive movements), but it also strengthens the core muscles, which helps to stabilize the spine."

Kapoor loves delicious avocado toast for a typical breakfast. "Avocados are high in fat with 60 percent of this being monounsaturated fats, which research suggests helps to protect against heart disease and lower blood pressure," says registered nutritionist Jo Lewin. "They are also an excellent source of potassium, folate and fiber, all of which benefit the heart and cardiovascular system."

Kapoor's skincare routine is focused on hydration. "In winters, it's more or less the same, though I use lesser quantity of serums, as sometimes, it can dry out my skin a little," she says. "I use more moisturizer and apply lip balm throughout the day and at night. In terms of fashion, for me, a chic bag always plays the most important role in leveling up any outfit. My current favorite range of bags is from Miraggio, who I've associated with. It has young, fun, and quirky designs, and is suitable for any occasion."

However, the two went Instagram official with their romance last month with a post that was shared to the singer's account.

In the second snap of the post, the pair were seen while lovingly kissing and embracing each other.

Miranda Kerr enjoyed a beach day

Model and former Victoria's Secret Angel Miranda Kerr recently enjoyed a beach day. Kerr shared some new shots on Instagram. In them, she posed on the sand in a white swimsuit with a white dress over it. She captioned the post, "Sunshine + salt water."

Kerr, like many, works with a personal trainer to stay in shape. She works with Megan Roup, and the two opened up about their experiences to Shape Magazine. Roup says that Kerr has a lot of motivation to stay in shape. "Miranda is a pretty motivated person when it comes to working out and has built a consistent routine with movement," Roup says. "I think, like most of us, having a support system, an accountability buddy, or community you can lean on to stay consistent with movement can be a big motivator."

Kerr has a busy schedule, so she tells Shape that short workouts work for her. "Sometimes it can feel overwhelming to dedicate a full hour [to a] workout when you're so busy, which is why I love Megan's short, quickie options. You really feel like you are getting such great results and can do it in little 15- to 20-minute increments throughout the day."

Kerr is all about self-care. She tells Shape that she puts a lot of thought into what she does for it. "It's about what we eat, what we think, what we put on our skin, who we surround ourselves with, what we do, and what exercises fulfill us," she says. "Self-care is about nourishing your mind, body, and spirit. If we can take time to give back to ourselves, then we can give so much more to others."

Kerr eats healthy, however, she does still indulge. She tells Shape that she believes in the 80/20 rule when it comes to her diet. "I also live the 80/20 lifestyle to stay balanced," she says. "So, I eat healthy 80 percent of the time, and indulge the other 20 percent of the time."

Kerr makes sure to stay hydrated, and it starts first thing in the morning for her. She tells The Skinny Confidential that she drinks three different things each morning. "I wake up in the morning, I have like 32 ounces of room temperature water, one lemon squeezed in that flushes everything out from the night with you sleeping, or maybe lack of sleep because you have a newborn. Then I have 32 ounces of cold press, celery juice. And the celery is really alkalizing for your system. It helps me with energy levels. It's helped with digestion. I really love it. After that, I have this medical medium smoothie heavy metal detox smoothie, and that's really good."

Morena Beltran shows off her incredible figure

Morena Beltrán is getting lots of attention for her latest swimsuit photos on social media. The ESPN personality shows off her incredible figure in a bathing suit via one of her latest Instagram posts. "Absolutely stunning," commented one of her followers, while many others added fire and heart emojis.

Morena keeps her body fit with the help of regular high intensity interval training (HIIT) mostly focusing on strength and weight training exercises. "Training that will take you to the stars," she captioned a photo. There is lots of Research backing up the benefits of HIIT workouts, including body fat reduction, improved cardiovascular function, and mental health. It is also time effective.

Morena also prioritizes hydration. "Training is my cable to ground. My little place to escape the routine, unload and continue the day with better energy. And always well accompanied with original Gatorade to rehydrate and replenish the sodium I lose. This is my formula. Which one is yours?" she captained a post. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

Morena also goes for runs. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

You can often find Morena going for a swim, a great way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

Morena, who regularly covers soccer, can be found kicking the ball around, like in this Instagram reel. Not only are there physical benefits to engaging in team sports, but it can also help you "fend off depression," says the Mayo Clinic.

Olivia Munn is celebrating her pal's birthday in her bathing suit. The bombshell shows off her incredible physique in one of her latest social media posts, wearing a colorful swimsuit as she sends her friend well-wishes. "Happy birthday," she captioned the photo on her Instagram Stories.

When Olivia needs to get in shape fast she amps up her water intake. "It's super simple, but it's just drinking so much water. The more water you drink, it just speeds up your metabolism, helps flush everything out," she says. "And if you put lemon in your water, it's really great to help you drain a lot of things out," she told Us magazine.

Olivia also swears by Vital Proteins' individual powder collagen packets. "You put those into your drink and you drink it every day," she divulged to Us. "When you are… going to the beach or in your bathing suit, it just helps give your skin, all over from head to toe, just a really nice, supple glow. "I kind of switch it up a lot, just because I get superbored," she told Us about her approach to exercise.

Olivia eats a lot of fruits and veggies. "When I'm trying to be more thoughtful, I do that 80/20 diet, it's a really healthy diet to go by. Eighty percent of what you eat is fruits and vegetables and 20 percent is everything else, so it's enough of a balance," she told Us. "It's something that I would love to get better about, just coming up with a better system that I follow every day," she continued. "I know people who are extremely strict, and they do their work out every day and they eat the right things and all that. I just, I admire those people."

Olivia confessed to Women's Health that she struggles to get her zen on. It's enough to make even the most Zenned-out yoga master a little frazzled. For Olivia, self-care starts with the most basic step: breathing. "I tried so hard [to meditate] for years," she said. "The tough thing for me about meditating is thinking, Am I doing it right? Did I do this for nothing? Do I have to start all over? My brain begins to spin." This is where her Muse headband comes in. "When you're thinking of nothing at all, you get bird chirps," she explained. "It's like a little video game for me."

"I do martial arts a lot, and so I have a routine that I can do that's different every single day. It takes me only about 30 or 45 minutes," Olivia told Us, adding to Women's Health that she is obsessed with tae kwon do. Her routine: 30 minutes of shadowboxing and kicking, 15 minutes of abs, then stretching. "When you do martial arts, it makes you feel like you're physically capable of anything," she said. "And the great side effect is that when you're in your best shape, you actually will look your best too."

Juliette Porter is enjoying a fun, relaxing vacation in Cabo, Mexico with Siesta Key costar Amanda Miller and a group of friends. Porter loves making healthy, home-cooked meals like salmon with vegetables and brown rice. Porter enjoys taking fishing trips with her friends and family. "You can make your fishing excursion as physical as you want," says Janna Superstein, president of fly fishing company Superfly International Inc. "Even just getting out there, you'll still get the benefits of the outdoors and maybe that's the beginning of a new fit, healthy lifestyle."

Porter swears by weekly sauna sessions for health and wellness. "A sauna session is a necessity for me at least twice a week," she says. "It helps me destress and sleep better." "Saunas appear safe for most people," says Harvard Health. "However, people with uncontrolled high blood pressure and heart disease should check with their doctors before taking a sauna."

Porter loves cold-weather sports such as skiing, which is a great way to have fun and stay fit in the winter. "Skiing gets you outdoors in the winter when we often end up on the couch and are passive," says physical therapist Scott Tremmel. "We're just not as active when the cold weather sets in, but skiing keeps you moving to continue to build up your endurance."

Porter swears by exfoliation to keep her skin healthy. "Dry brushing unclogs pores in the exfoliation process. It also helps detoxify your skin by increasing blood circulation and promoting lymph flow/drainage," says dermatologist Shilpi Khetarpal, MD. "Do not use dry brush or cloth on skin that's broken. This includes cuts, scrapes, lesions, sores or burned skin, including sunburns. Don't ever brush over areas of infection, redness or general irritation, inflammation, cellulitis or skin cancer. Stop dry brushing if skin becomes irritated or inflamed."

Eve Gale and her twin sister, Jessica, first made waves in 2020, when they became the first siblings to appear on Love Island. Since then, the twins have gone on to do a lot. But really, what you see is completely minor to everyone else."

Gale is all about building confidence in herself. She revealed her secrets in her MailOnline interview. "I've never come across someone who is one hundred percent completely confident in themselves. But also, there's a little bit of faking it until you make it. If you walk out the door in an outfit that you like and carry yourself well and think 'I look beautiful today', that's going to come across. Body language and what you tell yourself is really important."

Gale loves what she and her sister are able to do with their lives. She opened up about this to MailOnline. "We saw the kind of career you can get from it, and we thought we liked it," she says. "We really just learnt as you go along and now, we're just focused on being the best that we can be. It naturally happened. It helps that we enjoy it, it's a good career. We can make money from it."

As you can see from her recent post, Gale loves to go to the beach. She shares a lot of beach photos on her Instagram. Gale likes to swim to keep herself in shape. The influencer, 24, looked sensational as she posed from the picturesque island, where she is currently holidaying with her baby boy Lucky and boyfriend Lewis Burton, 30.

In one snap shared to Instagram, Lottie - who is the sister of One Direction's Louis Tomlinson - could be seen posing in a brown and orange bikini.

In her La Vanguardia interview, Pedraza opened up about the best advice she's received. "In the profession, I am the one who does not stop observing and trying to be like a sponge to learn from everything that happens to me and from all the people who pass through my life. But I always carry with me a piece of advice my parents gave me: 'With your feet on the ground, but always pointing to the sky.'"

In fact, a new 2022 study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death.

Melissa exercises so she can eat more. "I'm going to the gym in the morning because I like to eat donuts, because I love custard. So I'm not going to lose them and I have to go to the gym because if not the compensation law, where would I be," she revealed in an Instagram post.

Melissa focuses on staying disciplined – with everything from work to diet and fitness. "Discipline is doing what I have to do, even if I don't feel like it (…) Being disciplined will help you more than being encouraged," she said in an Instagram post.

Johanna Fadul is cool looking fit in front of others, even when it's cold outside. Fadul just shared a new set of swimsuit photos this week on Instagram. In them, she posed in a pale orange bathing suit in the snow. She captioned the post, "Welcome March. Let's go with it all."

Fadul is an avid dancer. She shares a lot of dance videos on Instagram. Sometimes she dances with others. Fadul posted a video of herself and her partner, Juan Sequintero, dancing. Tigerlilly Taylor is having a lovely holiday in the British Virgin Islands

British model Tigerlilly Taylor is having a lovely holiday in the British Virgin Islands. Taylor shared a series of photos of herself soaking up the sun in a variety of swimsuits. "BVI's… an ok time ???⛵️✨?," she captioned the tongue-in-cheek post.

Taylor made the best of COVID-19 lockdowns by switching to at-home workouts. "I've really been missing my Muay Thai training sessions so feel lucky that I have a bag here to train with," she says. "I've also been using Kayla Itsines' 'Sweat' app which is a great eight week bikini-bod programme."

Taylor takes a variety of supplements, including B vitamins, probiotics, and turmeric. "Curcumin [the active ingredient in turmeric] has many biological activities, not all of which are understood," says Mary-Eve Brown, RDN, CSO, LDN. "Like other colorful plant-based foods, turmeric is rich in phytonutrients that may protect the body by neutralizing free radicals (pollution, sunlight) and shielding the cells from damage. Anyone who's trying to manage inflammation could benefit from adding some turmeric to their foods."

Taylor enjoys vegan food but also loves seafood. "Phat Phuc noodle bar in Chelsea [London] is my favorite for pho and prawn dim sum," she says. "I also love a good vegan box from The Grain Shop in Portobello." Prawns—or shrimp—offer many health benefits, experts say. "Prawns are a useful source of the B group of vitamins, including B12 and folate," says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. "These vitamins play an important role in energy production and replenishing red blood cells. Prawns provide about 22 times the vitamin E levels of either chicken or beef. This fat-soluble vitamin acts as an antioxidant and may be protective against heart disease and cancer."

Taylor loves boxing workouts. "This kind of boxing has many health benefits, because it constantly requires you to think, change your position, and change your posture," says physical therapist Linda Arslanian, director of rehabilitation services at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's hospital. "You're swinging your arms, moving the muscles of your arms and shoulders, increasing your upper-body strength. And when you're in the boxer crouch with a wide stance, with your knees slightly bent, you're strengthening your core muscles, back, and legs."

Taylor uses face oils to keep her complexion beautiful and healthy. "I've had some skin issues recently so have been using isolation time to try and sort it out and give it a break from makeup," she says. "At the moment I'm using La Roche-Posay moisturizing wash. I love Sand and Sky pink clay mask and have been mixing it with frankincense powder. I also mix in a bit of frankincense oil with The Ordinary pressed rose oil for moisturizer. Basically frankincense everything."

Boi has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She opened up about her process to Just Fashion Magazine. "I take great care of my skin," she says. "In various periods of my life, I have had to fight acne but luckily my sister Ilaria is a pharmacist and always helps me choose the right products."

One of Boi's secrets to taking care of her skin is removing her makeup. She makes sure to find the right products to get all of them off. Lucy Mecklenburgh is on vacation in Barbados

Lucy Mecklenburgh is on vacation in Barbados, and she's making sure to post some stunning photos on Instagram. She's currently spending time at the local beaches and in the sun. Mecklenburgh shared a new set of photos on her page this week. In it, she wore a light blue bathing suit and a cover-up. She captioned the post, "Barbados."

Mecklenburgh shared some of her wellness secrets and tips in an interview with Express. She says that she believes in making little changes to her routine. "Change one thing at a time, don't overwhelm yourself," she advises. "For me, it wasn't a massive weight loss journey but I did lose a bit of weight and toned up and felt fitter and healthier as a result."

In order to help herself get healthier, Mecklenburgh worked with trainer Cecilia Harris. She tells Express that Harris helped her with her diet. "Cecilia told me to eat breakfast, so that was a huge part for me," she says. "That little change made such a difference to my life. I had an omelette every morning and that automatically stopped my tea and biscuits at 11 o'clock.

Mecklenburgh makes sure to eat healthy, but she also still indulges. She tells Your Healthy Living that she uses the 80/20 rule. "When it comes to my own diet, I try to live by the 80:20 rule. So, from Monday to Friday I'm quite strict. I don't have any fast food or processed food. I'll have a veggie omelette for breakfast, for lunch I might have a chicken salad and maybe I'll have a Thai green curry for dinner. I make everything from scratch and I make sure that I have plenty of vegetables. At the weekend I'm very chilled out. I love food and I think it's there to be enjoyed. If I fancy a pizza or a bowl of pasta then I'll have it. That's what works for me – being strict during the week and a bit more relaxed at the weekend.

Mecklenburgh likes to cook healthy meals. She tells Your Healthy Living that she cooks a lot of dairy-free meals. "I do enjoy cooking but I have around a 30-minute limit and then I get bored," she says. "One of my favourite recipes to make is a dairy-free chicken and mushroom pie. I can't really have too much milk, and I always used to find that a lot of recipes always had cream in. So I invented a recipe with coconut milk and filo pastry, and it's absolutely amazing served with lots of green veg."

Mecklenburgh tells Your Healthy Living that she does a variety of things to stay in shape. "I tend to work out around five times a week and I'll do anything from 20 minutes to an hour. It's usually HIIT-based training, with a bit of weight training, Pilates and barre. I would love to enjoy yoga but me and yoga have a bit of a love–hate relationship. I'm not very good at relaxing – it's one of my weaknesses. I find that a lot of people either love Pilates or yoga and I'm very much more a fan of Pilates."

Dove Cameron is sharing a mirror selfie in her swimsuit. The singer and actress shows off her flat abs in a white bathing suit top and skirt via one of her latest social media photos. "SCIENCE FICTION (double feature)," she captioned the Instagram post.

Dove is a "fitness and health junkie," she revealed to Women's Health. She does cardio and strength training, and also takes Pilates, barre, and cycling classes. What kind of a routine should you strive for? Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Dove revealed to Delish that she is a breakfast person, consuming high protein meals with good fats to start the day. Some of her favorite breakfast foods are avocado toast with salmon and a poached egg on top and flax seed oatmeal with flax seeds, chia seeds.

Dove keeps her diet clean. For lunch and dinner she will eat something like salmon with vegetables or chicken or fish with vegetables. "I tend to eat really clean, because I feel better when I do," she dished to Delish. Her guilty pleasure? "I really like British food. It's wholesome. I need hearty, carb-y food. I don't like sugar very much, but I like savory things like that."

One thing you won't find Dove eating? Red meat. "I just got to the point where if I eat red meat, my mood and energy plummet. I've just reached a weird moral point with it," she told Delish. Her substitute? A vegan burger with hummus on top.

Cameron loves dessert, but sticks to healthier options "I'm a terrible person. I like to trick people into eating something and then later tell them it's healthy. Because otherwise, people are like, 'this tastes healthy,'" she told Delish. "You have to make a gluten-free, sugar-free, dairy-free lemon bar, not tell anyone there's anything different about it, and when they all love it, you tell them."

Larissa Trownson shows off her incredible figure

Larissa Trownson is showing off team spirit in her swimsuit. The Too Hot To Handle star shows off her incredible figure in a bathing suit and sports jersey in one of her latest social media posts. Any chance Larissa gets to put on a swimsuit, she is down. That is one of the many reasons she enjoys swimming. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

Larissa loves taking baths, a great way to unwind according to science. They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Larissa drinks red wine. "Wine me, dine me … look behind me," she captioned a post holding a glass of vino. If you are going to drink alcohol, you should consider opting for a glass of red. "Red wine, in moderation, has long been thought of as heart healthy," says the Mayo Clinic. "The alcohol and certain substances in red wine called antioxidants may help prevent coronary artery disease, the condition that leads to heart attacks."

Larissa takes her pooch on walks. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Larissa recently copped to getting a boob job and regular Botox injections and lip filler. "I think it's really important that we're transparent about work we've had done, otherwise that helps portray unreal beauty standards especially for younger women," she told Daily Mail Australia. "So I've always been upfront about it and I chose to have it, so I'm proud of it."

Rhian recently reminds her followers: "You don't get the ass you want by sitting on it," showing off her grueling glute workout. However, she doesn't work out on Sundays, even though that's when she shared the video. "Gym on a Sunday!?? Who am I? I joke. This is a week old. I don't gym on a Sunday. No chance," she says.

Rhian's "three favorite healthy snacks" are: Avocado sprinkled with salt and black pepper, banana and peanut butter bagel, and a small portion of 85% dark chocolate. "Ok not so healthy but it certainly takes away any cravings for more sweet things," she says.

"Since I hit 30 I have noticed my body change more and more and it is very hard to keep in shape and keep everything where you want it to be. So it is very rewarding to see that people can appreciate the work that has been put in," Rhian tells Women Fitness about how it feels to be a fitness role model. "Social media puts a lot of pressure on women these days, keeping it real is the way forward. I am more than happy to post pics of me with a little pot belly after a heavy weekend. I think it is refreshing for people to show un airbrushed/retouched images – they aren't real life and aren't something that should be aspired too."

"Nutrition is my down fall," Rhian confessed to Women Fitness. "Crisps are my weakness. I don't think it is sustainable for me to cut out snacks and treats. I wouldn't stop myself from having what I want, I just try and have it in moderation. If I feel the urge to have something unhealthy, I will just make up for it the day after by eating healthy."

"I'm probably babbling, but yeah that really irritates me, when people are just mean to mums," she says. "I won't go into the conversation too much because it's just too long, I just get really really annoyed when people aren't nice to mums."

Flanagan doesn't just stand up for herself, but for others. She supports causes that are important to her. After Russia's invasion of Ukraine, she shared her support for Ukraine on Instagram. Flanagan wrote, "I am truly devastated for all Ukrainians. My heart hurts."

Emmy Medders is feeling refreshed after a relaxing weekend in Miami, Florida. Chase Chrisley's fiancée shared a series of pictures of herself relaxing on a lounger on the beach, wearing a rust-colored bathing suit and beige coverup. "A weekend that was good for the soul," she captioned the post.

Medders uses a face roller to help maintain her skin health and appearance, which experts say can help encourage lymphatic drainage. ​​"The lymphatic system is your body's way of getting rid of toxins and unwanted bacteria in the body," says dermatologist Shilpi Khetarpal, MD. "So by rolling in a certain direction, you can improve the lymphatic flow and drainage of the face."

Medders loves her coffee, and drinks it every day. Researchers say coffee offers a wealth of health benefits—especially if it's hot. "Coffee has a lot of antioxidants, if you drink it in moderation, research shows it can be pretty good for you," says Megan Fuller, PhD. "We found the hot brew has more antioxidant capacity."

Medders takes collagen supplements as part of her skincare regimen. "As we age, the production of collagen slows and the collagen produced is less efficient – which underlies many of the changes we see with aging, such as wrinkling and sagging of the skin, joint pain, loss of height, and fractures," says Deborah Lee, MD. "The structure of collagen is organized with a complicated fiber system, with chains of amino acids arranged in fibrils, like strong ropes, to provide a tight and reliable support structure."

Medders is a huge fan of hydrafacials (her skin speaks for itself!). "This treatment is nice for teenagers with acne, adults with pimples, wrinkles, and hyper-pigmentation, and older patients with sun damage and even flaky pre-cancerous spots (as part of more serious treatments)," says Dr. Ellen Marmur, New York City-based dermatologist and founder of Marmur Metamorphosis. "Although beneficial to many skin types, those with active rashes, sunburns, or rosacea, along with pregnant patients, should abstain from this treatment."

Medders loves to exercise outside in the fresh air and sunshine. "Simply being outside in nature can help de-stress us, since it has been shown to lower salivary cortisol, one of the biomarkers of stress," says Suzanne Bartlett Hackenmiller, MD. "Research has also suggested that just five minutes in nature is all it takes for our brain to start thinking differently and for us to experience a more relaxed disposition."

I struggled a lot with the car and never felt confident in my strength. Open wheel cars are tough, especially at this stage with high down force and no power steering. But I'll keep pushing every day and never give up. Bring on 2023," she captioned a New Year's post.

Lindsay is proof that lifting heavy weights doesn't necessarily bulk you up. She regularly lifts as part of her workout routine. "Been working super hard off track to get stronger. My strength has been a big challenge in these open wheel cars this year but I can see so much improvement already," she captioned a post.

Lindsay is also into racquet sports – especially tennis. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.
